interests, has an excessive influence on public opinion.”… Albert Einstein

“the Times of the nineteenth of December had published the official forecasts of the output of various classes of consumption goods in the fourth quarter of 1983, which was also the sixth quarter of the Ninth Three-Year Plan. Today’s issue contained a statement of the actual output, from which it appeared that the forecasts were in every instance grossly wrong. Winston’s job was to rectify the original figures by making them agree with the later ones.”…George Orwell, “1984”

There are numerous variations of the AP January 2015 jobs report from around February 7, 2015.

The Greensboro News Record regurgitated their own version in print. I could not find an online version so the print edition is provided in full below.

The News Record has been diligent in fact checking the employment data and record of the NC Republicans in power but when it comes to Obama and the national economy, anything goes.

I am disappointed that instead of fact checking the AP article and presenting the truth, they regurgitated it.

From the Greensboro News Record February 7, 2015.

“Job gains reflect growing recovery
WASHINGTON — A resurgent job market in January signaled that the U.S. economy is finally regaining the kind of strength typical of a healthy recovery — with hiring accelerating, wages rising and people who had given up their job hunts starting to look again.
Freer-spending consumers and steady economic expansion have boosted hiring for the past three months to the most robust pace in 17 years.
In January, employers added 257,000 jobs, after 329,000 in December and a sizzling 423,000 jobs in November, the government reported Friday. The November and December gains were much higher than the government had first estimated.
“The labor market was about the last thing to recover from the Great Recession, and in the last six months it has picked up steam,” said Bill Hampel, chief economist at the Credit Union National Association. “The benefits for the middle class are now solidifying.”
The average hourly wage rose 12 cents to $24.75 in January, a jump of 0.5 percent — the sharpest since 2008. In the past year, hourly pay, which has long been stagnant, has risen 2.2 percent. That’s well above inflation, which rose just 0.8 percent in 2014.
The accelerating job and pay growth now make it more likely that the Federal Reserve will begin raising the short-term interest rate it controls by midyear.
Paul Ashworth, chief U.S. economist at Capital Economics, predicts that the Fed will raise rates from record lows in June.
Investors responded to the better-than-expected figures by selling U.S. Treasurys, sending yields up, a sign that many think a Fed rate hike might be more imminent than they thought before. The yield on the 10-year Treasury note rose to 1.94 percent from 1.81 percent shortly before the jobs report was released.
Stock investors appeared nervous about a Fed rate increase, which could pull down stock prices. The Dow Jones industrial average closed down 60 points, or 0.3 percent, to 17,824.
The unemployment rate rose last month to 5.7 percent from 5.6 percent. But that occurred for a good reason: More than 700,000 Americans — the most in six years — began looking for jobs. Not all of them found work, which swelled the number of unemployed. The influx of job hunters suggested that Americans have grown more confident about their prospects.
Fueling the burst of hiring has been a pickup in economic growth and falling gas prices that offered Americans more money to spend. The economy expanded at a 4.8 percent annual rate during spring and summer, the fastest six-month pace in a decade, before slowing to a still-decent 2.6 percent pace in the final three months of 2014.
There are now 3.2 million more Americans earning paychecks than there were 12 months ago. That additional cash tends to boost consumer spending, which drives about 70 percent of economic growth.
Americans are feeling better about the economy. Consumer confidence jumped in January to its highest level in 10 years, according to a survey by the University of Michigan. And consumers increased their spending during the final three months of last year at the fastest pace in nearly nine years.
A more confident, free-spending consumer could lend a spark that had been missing for most of the 5½-year-old recovery. Americans have been largely holding the line on spending and trying to shrink debt loads. Signs that they’re poised to spend more have boosted optimism that the economy will expand over 3 percent this year for the first time in a decade.
Retailers added 45,900 jobs in January, hotels and restaurants 37,100.
Though jobs in those industries typically offer lower wages, companies have boosted pay as they have scrambled to fill openings. Hourly pay has risen 3 percent in the past year for retailers and 3.4 percent for hotel and restaurant employees.”

The employment numbers used below come straight from the US Labor Department.

It is important to note that every January the Labor Dept. rectifies ( A term used in “1984” ) the data.

Beside each January you will find “1 : Data affected by changes in population controls.”

First lie/inaccuracy: There were 3 million not 3.2 million more people working since last January.

Error of omission: Over 1.3 million of those gains in employment in the last year went to Hispanic/Latinos.

Misleading: “The labor market was about the last thing to recover from the Great Recession, and in the last six months it has picked up steam,” “The benefits for the middle class are now solidifying.”

Misleading:  “More than 700,000 Americans — the most in six years — began looking for jobs. Not all of them found work, which swelled the number of unemployed. The influx of job hunters suggested that Americans have grown more confident about their prospects.” That is all conjecture. Remember from above: “1 : Data affected by changes in population controls.”

Did you know?

Of the approx. 6 million new employments since Obama took office in January 2009, 4,511,000 were Hispanic/Latino!

We have barely, if at all,  recovered all of the jobs lost during the recession and 75% of the job growth went to Hispanic/Latinos!!

The large numbers of young people entering the labor force are the reason that the percent of population working has dropped under Obama. I will examine this more in detail and report soon.

Approx. 9 million people net have entered the population counted by the BLS for employment population since Obama took office. That is the people turning 16 years old subtracted by deaths. That is the reason for the increase in those not in the labor force, not baby boomers as some would have you believe.

There was an increase of over 12 million not in the labor force since Obama took office.

According to Gallup CEO Jim Clifton, the unemployment rate is a big lie.

“The Big Lie: 5.6% Unemployment”

“Here’s something that many Americans — including some of the smartest and most educated among us — don’t know: The official unemployment rate, as reported by the U.S. Department of Labor, is extremely misleading.

Right now, we’re hearing much celebrating from the media, the White House and Wall Street about how unemployment is “down” to 5.6%. The cheerleading for this number is deafening. The media loves a comeback story, the White House wants to score political points and Wall Street would like you to stay in the market.

None of them will tell you this: If you, a family member or anyone is unemployed and has subsequently given up on finding a job — if you are so hopelessly out of work that you’ve stopped looking over the past four weeks — the Department of Labor doesn’t count you as unemployed. That’s right. While you are as unemployed as one can possibly be, and tragically may never find work again, you are not counted in the figure we see relentlessly in the news — currently 5.6%. Right now, as many as 30 million Americans are either out of work or severely underemployed. Trust me, the vast majority of them aren’t throwing parties to toast “falling” unemployment.

There’s another reason why the official rate is misleading. Say you’re an out-of-work engineer or healthcare worker or construction worker or retail manager: If you perform a minimum of one hour of work in a week and are paid at least $20 — maybe someone pays you to mow their lawn — you’re not officially counted as unemployed in the much-reported 5.6%. Few Americans know this.

Yet another figure of importance that doesn’t get much press: those working part time but wanting full-time work. If you have a degree in chemistry or math and are working 10 hours part time because it is all you can find — in other words, you are severely underemployed — the government doesn’t count you in the 5.6%. Few Americans know this.

There’s no other way to say this. The official unemployment rate, which cruelly overlooks the suffering of the long-term and often permanently unemployed as well as the depressingly underemployed, amounts to a Big Lie.

And it’s a lie that has consequences, because the great American dream is to have a good job, and in recent years, America has failed to deliver that dream more than it has at any time in recent memory. A good job is an individual’s primary identity, their very self-worth, their dignity — it establishes the relationship they have with their friends, community and country. When we fail to deliver a good job that fits a citizen’s talents, training and experience, we are failing the great American dream.”

The consumer spending noted in the AP report is inaccurate as well, but after seeing the jobs misportrayed, you will not find that surprising.

Reread the article above and see if it squares with the facts and let those reporting this Orwellian crap know that you do not appreciate it.

As noted above, there are millions of young people entering the labor force each year and getting disproportionately clobbered by the economy and jobs market. More on this to come.

***  Footnote added 9:45 AM  ***

The Labor Dept. shows approx 15 and a half million more people added to the employment population since Jan 2009.

Obviously some of those are aliens, legal or illegal.

***  Update Feb 23, 7:40 AM  ***

I meant to include this important “rectification” to the AP article.

“The labor market was about the last thing to recover from the Great Recession, and in the last six months it has picked up steam,”
There were approx. 1.8 more people employed in the last 6 months. 50 percent of those, approx. 900,000, were Hispanic/Latino.

Instead, the media is run by a tiny group of politically motivated moguls, themselves in league with other private interests through advertising or personal networks….Rather than being a means to hold the powerful to account and fairly report issues, the media is the ultimate political lobbyist for our elite. We desperately need more opponents of the status quo in the mainstream media. The reason we don’t have any is because – in our deeply compromised democracy – the media is so often there to serve the interests of the rich.”

  4. JayJay……..
I tend to think that it is really a hell of a lot of people who are working TWO part time jobs. That way each person gets counted TWICE,by the NLB.
There are even some who are working THREE part time jobs. They will get counted three times.

  5. This came in an e-mail – Something we all know, but it doesn’t hurt to remind:

Who died before they collected Social Security?

Remember, not only did you and I contribute to Social Security but your employer did, too.
It totaled 15% of your income before taxes.

If you averaged only $30K over your working life, that’s close to $220,500.
    Read that again.

Did you see where the Government paid in one single penny?

We are talking about the money you and your employer put in a Government bank to insure you and Me that we would have a retirement check from the money we put in, not the Government.

Now they are calling the money we put in an entitlement when we reach the age to take it back.

If you calculate the future invested value of $4,500 per year (yours & your employer’s contribution) at a simple 5% interest (less than what the Government pays on the money that it borrows).

After 49 years of working you’d have $892,919.98. If you took out only 3% per year, you’d receive $26,787.60 per year and it would last better than 30 years (until you’re 95 if you retire at age 65) and that’s with no interest paid on that final amount on deposit!

If you bought an annuity and it paid 4% per year, you’d have a lifetime income of $2,976.40 per month.

    THE FOLKS IN WASHINGTON
HAVE PULLED OFF A BIGGER PONZI SCHEME
    THAN BERNIE MADOFF EVER DID.

Entitlement my foot; I paid cash for my social security insurance!
Just because they borrowed the money for other government spending, doesn’t make my benefits some Kind of charity or handout!!

    Remember Congressional benefits?
    free healthcare,
    outrageous retirement packages,
    67 paid holidays,
    three weeks paid vacation,
    unlimited paid sick days.

Now that’s welfare, and they have the nerve to call my social security retirement payments entitlements?

They call Social Security and Medicare an entitlement even though most of us have been paying for It all our working lives, and now, when it’s time for us to collect, the government is running out of money.  Why did the government borrow from it in the first place?

It was supposed to be in a locked box, not part of the general fund.

    Sad isn’t it?

  6. oldsoldier79,
    Happy Birthday.

I Remember When, do you? …..

I can’t imagine anyone who would like to go back to the “Good Old Days” of no electricity, out-houses, carrying water and woolen underwear, still some of the old values and memories linger.

    Remember when…

    Doctors made house calls.

Children could go to the movies.

Mercury was in our thermometers and not our fish.

Comedians like Gleason, Skeleton, Hope, Fields, Abbot and Costello, Laurel and Hardy, Keaton, Caeser, Silvers, Berle, Benny, Burns and Allen, Chaplin, didn’t use the “F” word to get a laugh.

Hopalong Cassidy and Roy Rogers were our hero’s.

TV wrestling stars were Gorgeous George, Baron Michele Leone, Freddie Blassie, and Mr. Moto

A 100 mile motor car trip was a major event.

Milk was delivered to your house by the Milkman

A joint was a bad place.

Teachers used switches and nobody sassed.

The family played parlor games after dinner.

Mom would hang the wash on a cloths line. Fresh smelling sheets ya.

    Sports figures were role models.

Men would stand when a lady entered the room and open the car door for her.

    Japan made cheap stuff.

A postage stamp was only 3 cents.

School children would stand and say the pledge of allegiance to the flag every morning.

We had no TV and listened to radio shows i,e, Jack Benny, Lone Ranger, Cisco Kid, Red Ryder, Grocho Marx, Walter Winchel

A neighbor would come over and borrow a cup of sugar or flour.
Ration stamps during WWII were used to purchase gas, food and shoes.

Green stamps were given with food, gas and store purchases.

Shoes were re-soled and were handed down.

We would to go to the neighbors house to make a phone call. Also, we could listen to conversations on the party line.

We turned in a rolled up tube of tooth paste in order to get a new tube.

Tooth paste was a powder in a can.

Margarine was white glob in a package and we had to squeeze the yellow dot to make it look like butter.

The night before Halloween was called beggars night, We would get an extra bag of candy…two nights of trick or treat.

    Schools would hold paper drives.

Gas was .25 cents a gallon. Gas stations had gas wars to lower the prices.

    Hersey bars were .05 cents.

If we were bad we would get a spanking with dad’s belt.

We would play cowboys and Indians with cap guns.

    The Dodgers were in Brooklyn.

    The good guys always won.

It was alright to give candy to children.

Democrats were the good guys and we didn’t have a Closet Muslim in the White House acting as pResident.

    Yes, do you remember when…..

  7. OldSoldier, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! May this be a very good year for you and many more!

You are in very good company, too:
George Washington – born on the same day as you.

  8. hapnHal,
That is such a good post about yesteryear. So true! I definitely remember 3 cent postage stamps, as well as most of the others. In fact, we had an upright, free-standing, large radio, which naturally had a fabric covering over the sound box. We were told that someday there would be a picture with the sound, and I tried to imagine what that would look like. Hahaha! A few years later we found out, but it was a separate “box”.

  9. It would not surprise me if the truth is the largest percentage is indeed ALIENS. Most of them are VERY WILLING to work hard for a third of the amount that many US workers EXPECT. Many US jobs have been turned into UNSKILLED LABOR jobs because of either automation or product re design which enables easy assembly by UNSLILLED workers. A twenty five dollar per hour job disappears, and a PART TIME, $7.00 per hour job APPEARS. Here in Indiana the jobe market seems to have improved a tad,but not necessarily in all of this state. IB recently stated that there is some hiring going on at Indy now. I have also noticed that TRUCKING jobs are increasing somewhat. I have always measured industrial productivity by looking at the trucking industry. But this is not necessarily accurate, it is only an indicator. There is a lot more which goes into the final equation.

  10. HapnHal……….
I remember .23 cents a gallon regular leaded gasoline. Ten dollars would either nearly fill,or totally fill your gas tank, depending upon the make and model of your vehicle. Most automobiles had much larger fuel tanks than they do today………but still a .25 cent increase ,or decrease per gallon makes a whopper of a difference in the final PAY UP,and that payup compounded by a huge mortgage,or similarly huge rent payup, immediately eats up most of a factory worker’s paycheck. Add to that supporting a family, which includes purchasing healthcare, and you end up on the losing end.

  11. cabbyaz,

Thanks. I was saving this post for a special occasion…. and what could be better than oldsailor’s birthday.

  12. CABBYAZ…. I hope you are sitting down for this one…….

THANKS MY FRIEND…….yes and my mothers birthday was on Lincoln’s birthday…..my Dad was born on 12 Aug…the day that WWI started (the Guns of August) …..

And for my birthday, my son-in-law just finished running a genealogy trace on my family…..

Boy was I ever shocked !!! I have been lead to believe my entire life that I was of Irish and Scottish bloodlines……..well half of that is right anyway !

He traced my father’s blood lines back to 1645 in Argyl, Scotland and will require more in depth study to go back more……but on my mother’s side…well that was a great big shocker !!!

My mother was a Stapleton….and he had a clear trace of her blood lines back to the year 954 AD !!!! Can you believe that ? I couldn’t until I saw it in writting.

Hidden in that “parcel of rouges” was a salty old sea Captain of HMS, the Jersey somewhere in the 1740’s…….I’m searching to see exactly what he did with the Jersey.

Another great grandfather fought with General Nathan Green and his Green Mountain Boys in the Revolutionary War. His brother was a Troy and was hung as a spy. I’m also looking deeper into this grandpa and where he served along with anything about his family…..

Another great grandfather was a Private in the Confederacy and he served with the 7th Regiment of the Virginia Line…….I had been told by my mothers father that I had a grandfather who served with the Army of Virginia, but I never pursued it…now I will…

But the real shocker of my mothers bloodlines was to discover that one of my grandfathers back in the 1100’s who had the name de Stapylton was a Knights Templar knight and fought in the Holy land…and on the way back to his home in England he must have had a fling with the daughter of the King of Cyprus because he wound up marrying her and making more little Stapletons…..and the de Stapylton’s line originated in France…I guess that was during the time when Normans started migrating into England.

The spelling was different from around 1300 back to 954, but the trace was solid. I guess the de Stapylton’s got lazy somewhere along the way and decided to drop the de and y.

There was also three Barons and a few more Sir’s that came along after the old knight got back to England in the bloodline. I guess money talked as much back in those days as it does today.

I know now for sure why I have NO LOVE FOR THE MUSLIMS ….it’s in my bloodlines!

I would never have known these things had my son-in-law not run that trace and I had not seen it with my own eyes…..life would have gone on,,, and I would have thought I was half Irish….. not English ! But I guess that…..I am what I am !…….nothing more, nothing less.

History is a wonderful, living thing when it is put into a personal context

and from this I have learned that you can’t understand where you are today, or where you be going tomorrow….. if you don’t know where you came from yesterday.

  13. ……..and I can remember the family free standing radio, Only the WW2 news interested my father,so as a youngster I literally had the radio to myself, after 4:00 PM,and all the adventure stuff began, with Jack Armstong, and the Lone Ranger……later there was the Shadow, Captain Midnight,The inner Sanctum, The Green Hornet,…….just to name a few, and most of the kids on the block ate that stuff up like there was no tomorrow. Little girls were playing with their dolls,or learning to cook. Our neighbor at the time had a daughter who in grade school was required to take a school year of what was then called HOME ECONOMICS. When our neighbor’s wife was killed in a wartime industrial accident his daughter became the housekeeper. I remember him telling my father that his daughter done a better job of cooking than his wife did, thanks to the ability she acquired in grade school.

  14. Happy birthday.

  15. oldsoldier79
Happy Birthday sir, and BTW welcome to the “BLIMEY” crowd………but don’t ever give up your Irish coffee. I will never give up my English tea. (PG-Tips.) the most popular tea in Britain today. With respect to my own heritage we ran into a real brick wall, in the 1600s. At the end of WW2 many parish records changed counties, because the county boundaries were changed. Don’t ask me why! So records which were once in Nottinghamshire ended up in Durham. My researcher was a professor at Nottingham University who began doing genealogical research after he retired from teaching. He stated that to take the research back any further would probably require the assistance of a better trained genealogist than he was. I do however suspect that I am of Norman extraction. He told me that a very large percentage of the Normans were very hard working FARMERS, who settled in large part in County Norfolk. I believe that my heritage lies within these people. Some were able to amass ownership of very large farms, and upwards of thousands of acres. These people built small towns of ROWHOUSES to serve their workers, some of whom were illiterate, and criminals. These farms also contained subsidised WORKHOUSES into which the criminals, and illiterates were placed by the government. They were paid next to NOTHING,and were worked very hard. Many died as a result of malnourishment, and were regularly beaten by so called BOSSES. In short being sent to a workhouse in the 1600s became IMPRISONMENT AT HARD LABOR. This came along with a very real possibility that an inmate would probably die in the workhouse. Merry old England was NOT ALWAYS SO MERRY.

  16. oldsailor82……..

thanks my friend…I will NEVER give up my Irish coffee….they will have to pry my empty coffee cup from my cold hands….. I love Carolton’s Irish Cream it comes from Tipperary and is imported somewhere into the northeast……..

My wife says she is getting tired of me singing….”It’s a long Way to Tipperary” every morning as I drink my special coffee…..

Now I did have “crumpets and tea” a lot while riding the British duty train in and out of Berlin back in 1974/75……I didn’t much care for the English tea unless it had a kicker too it !

  17. Oldsoldier79…….
You might want to look a little closer at the Stapleton connection. Hell you might be a relative of Jean Stapleton. Remember the tv program All in the family? She played the wife of the mouth (Carroll OConner). BTW he was a Merchant Mariner during WW2……Carroll sailed on Liberty ships……Hitler’s favorite targets. Over 100 were sunk by Uboats. A total of 2750 Liberty ships were built. Some were manned by criminals who were not in prison for major offenses. They were allowed to become crew members of the Liberties. The likelihood of their ship being attacked by the Germans was very high, and being a crewman on one of these ships was a bit like playing Russian roulette. It became difficult to crew up the Liberties, hence the use of domestic prisoners began. Some of the crewmen did in fact lose their lives. Engineers, oilers, firemen, and wipers were usually killed outright by the initial torpedo explosion if it hit in the engineroom portion of the hull.

  18. sorry old sailor82….

no connection to that Stapleton….and I didn’t know that O’Connor was a Merchant Marine that was an interesting tidbit …..I sure did like the part he played on tv…we need a few O’Connor’s around today…..

  23. OldSoldier,
Thanks for sharing the great info about your ancestry. You have a heritage to be proud of, that’s for sure. No wonder you still have that fighting spirit, even though you are retired from the military. It is also amazing how many birthdays are shared with notables!

I’m mostly of German ancestry but have never tried to pursue it. All I know is that an old German music professor once told me that he knew of a family in Germany bearing my name that were skilled, fine furniture makers. My dad, his brothers and father were all very good carpenters and built a lot of barns around northern Ohio.

I have a beautiful vase made out of 40 pieces of different types of wood, which my dad designed and constructed. That is one of my keepsakes. He also made a lovely, treasured sewing cabinet, plus a couple of picture frames, etc.

Hope that you are enjoying your Big Day!!

  24. Happy Birthday OldSoldier79.

  26. Has anybody else seen a story that links the White House, the usurper and Hillary to the terrorists, that attacked the compound in Benghazi, and ended with the terrorists taking over 400 MANPAD rockets?

That is a serious allegation, that the usurper conspired with the enemy to steal the MANPADs and set up the attack. Maybe there is truth to the story about a botched kidnapping plot, to trade Ambassador Stevens for the blind Sheik. It sounds about as feasible as Fast and Furious, and about as crazy, as an Ivy league wet dream. I hope Gowdy nails these bastards!

  28. My wife and I went to church this morning as we do every Sunday morning. She says I need it. I agree. ….the preacher’s topic today was SELECTIVE MEMORY…..which neither of us knew until we got to church……

On the way out of our house to get to the car…my wife said, “Are you going to zip your pants up today? !!! We both had a great laugh there…then when we saw what the preachers sermon was on ….we really had a good laugh !!!

If my wife hadn’t caught my memory failure this morning…I would most likely have been branded a pervert today by all the other little ole ladies….hahaha

And as the preacher was talking about SELECTIVE MEMORY….we looked at each other and almost burst out laughing……

    It’s great to be alive.

Thanks for sharing your funny story! It’s good you have a great helpmeet to help keep you on track! 🙂 To be able to laugh at one’s own slips is a real plus.

Here is something that gives me a laugh whenever it airs. You are well aware of all of the ads for prescription drugs? Well, by law, of course, they are required to give side effects that have been reported. Some do it subtly and others not so much. There is a new drug for toenail problems. The ads are always “happy” and upbeat. After the first spiel, the voice continues with like…. you can expect side effects as swelling, itching, infections, pain, etc., and then immediately in the same voice says, “Are you ready to ask your doctor to prescribe this for you?” It just cracks me up every time I hear it, because of the monotone in which it is said. You have to find funny stuff wherever you can these days in order to break the heaviness that we all are feeling.

  31. CabbyAZ.

those tv ads use a selling technique known as “CONTRADICTORY PERSUASION”. When translated it means UP is DOWN! Watching most TV commercials is a little like listening to a politician talking.

  32. …….further you can always tell who has the liberal arts degrees by the volume of BS which exits their oral cavity per minute. They are the OVEREDUCATED WORDSMITHS.

  33. CabbyAZ…….
My question is “will Guiliani live long enough to be a guest on another TV show? I am personally praying that at some point in the forseeable future he might just decide to level with America. I have a gut feeling that he knows a lot more, but is keeping it stored for a really rainy day. If the DC SLIMES try to do a hit on him and he evades them, it would seem that there would be the best time of all to lower the boom on the bastard. Guiliani is no dummy……after all he was the driving force which brought down TWO OF THE WORST ITALIAN MAFIA BASTARDS,and make no mistake Soetoro is also a highly skilled CRIMINAL,just as the Mafia bastards were. They Mafia had a lot of CROOKED NY politicians, and JUDGES in their hip pocket, but one by one Guiliani saw to it that they were neutralised……mainly by being a little smarter than they were.

  34. …….after which he went after the now isolated TOP DOGS…….both of whom went to lengthy vacations in the SLAMMER……and ended up in the GENERAL POPULATION,just as did Al Capone.

  35. Old Sailor,
You are so right about Mayor Giuliani! We oft forget his illustrious career in NY in nailing the mafia. Some are feeling that now he may be setting the stage, so to speak, for revelations by Arpaio and Zullo. According to BR, Carl Gallops on Fri.’s radio broadcast gave a word about a press conference. I don’t recall the exact words, but some of the posters at BR are wondering if this time it is for real. Gallops has been silent for weeks and is now breaking that silence. Who knows? We’ve had our hopes up for so long now.

This we know for sure: Soetoro is destroying this country as fast as possible and he will NOT follow the TX judge’s stay on amnesty. Anyone who gives aid and comfort to the enemy (ISIS) as he is doing is guilty of treason. Those who have the power to do something (Congress) just plan to wait it out for the rest of his term and hope it all goes away. This has to be the worst dilemma of all time for America.

  36. Old Sailor,
Also, you are right about Giuliani’s safety. He really stirred the waters, and the W.H. folks don’t like that at all. I was surprised today on Fox News Sunday how all tried to distance themselves from what he said about Soetoro not loving this country. They don’t want a smidgeon of that upon their lily whites.

  37. Shhh! Downward Revision to Fourth-Quarter 2014 Growth Is Very Likely

On February 12, in a report on inventories, the Associated Press’s Martin Crutsinger referred to an…

  38. From the internet: The guy calling himself the President of The US, is not. Being eligible for the office requires being a natural born American citizen…He is not. He knows that. He knows we know. The US Supreme court covers this up. As do so many other political bigwigs. Press corps all over must get on this, stay on this, and thereby push this into a court of law where that day will show the truth of this impostor….Then I suspect, all he has done will be reversed, null and void……and he goes to jail where he belongs. Nothing short of such an effort will do.

Are they that afraid of Obama, or merely only in the tank for him?
Just like the king, the mainstream media is affronted by Rudy Giuliani’s truth telling
    By Judi McLeod Full Story

The most telling part of the ‘Obama doesn’t love America’ Rudy Giuliani story is how the mainstream media is coming off so sanctimoniously affronted.

  40. Well here we go again folks……

The Oscars didn’t have a single black winner…….I will lay odd that Al Sharpton will be organizing “something” within 1 day from now….to protest the ‘whiteness’ of Hollywood……not to protest the acting ability of the blacks……..

But who am I to complain…..I went to sleep long before the important awards were given…..

  41. Even this didn’t keep this old soldier awake !!!!

  42. NICE TO KNOW THAT EDWARD SNOWDEN GOT AN AWARD FOR EATING ‘CHEESE’ ON THIS CORRUPT GOVERNMENT !!!!
    ———————————————————————————————–

Edward Snowden’s dancer girlfriend accepts Oscar on his behalf: Film about leaker’s new life wins……. Best Documentary

Way to go Edward….drop some more bombs !!!!!

  43. Bob Strauss……….
The big problem at hand is the TOTAL ALLEGIANCE of the Federal Courts to Soetoro. I believe that there are 127 federal judges, and all 127 of them will always refuse to allow discovery of anything which relates to Soetoro. They will continue to twist laws, invent laws, and try to use case law against anyone(STANDING) which is a COMPLETE LIE TO BEGIN WITH. These people will even blatantly lie outright if nobody stops them. As long as the courts are covering his rear end there will never be a successful action against him. We need to find some incriminating stuff on several of the judges, then tell them FLATLY they have a choice either face heavy slammer time,or uphold the Constitution. As long as the federal courts judges stand together nothing will ever move forward to discovery.

  44. oldsoldier79……
I would hope that Snowden has in his possession one hell of a nuclear document, which if released will blow the entire Federal government out of the water. Perhaps he is in possession of such a document. The only question remaining ……does he have the fortitude to actually release it? He will become a HUNTED MAN,with a clear target painted on his back. Soetoro’s GOON SQUAD is world wide.

  45. I agree OLDSAILOR82…….

I think Snowden has a lot of stuff that will blow this government ‘out of the water’…..so far, he has stayed two steps ahead of his killers….lets hope he is smart enough to keep in front of them…..

I think what he knows has put all the gray hair in Eric Holder’s head….Obama is so stupid he doesn’t even care…Jarrett makes all his decisions.

  46. oldsoldier79…….
…..at least from my own vantage point I tend to see Jarret as being the ASSAYER of virtually everything he dreams up……..which makes her sort of a defacto POTUS.
There is somebody,or some entity which is calling the shots. I have a gut feeling that the origin of our problems is Saudi Arabia.

  47. We need to bring BLACK,WHITE,YELLOW AND RED CHRISTIANS together,as one. There is a need for a Christian Army, who is charged with the mission of ridding the world of the insane islamic radicals. This needs to be on a par with the INQUISITIONS. If ISIS burns people alive, we shall burn convicted Islamic murderers alive, and then we shall decapitate them, and mount their heads,AND EXTRACTED HEARTS on a stick for all of the jihadis to look at, They need to WITNESS a SEA of heads on the sticks, pushed into the ground in front of their mosques. “DO ONTO THE INSANE MURDERERS AS THEY HAVE DONE TO THEIR CAPTIVES”………ONLY TENFOLD.

  48. Perhaps it is time to sever the heads of ALL ISIS, fill the bomb bay of a bomber with at least 1000 of them ,fly over their bivouac and drop all of the severed heads on them along with some notes attached to the heads, which says HERE IS THE HEAD OF YOUR GOAT LOVING FRIEND,who has murdered our friends……..so we decided to return YOUR act………only tenfold. Enjoy looking into the face of your dead friend.” AN EYE FOR AN EYE,” WITH AN EXPONENT OF 10.

  49. CabbyAZ…….
I would disagree, I think he should have stirred the water in such a way that ALL of the NUMBSKULLS among us GET THE MESSAGE. This would be part, and parcel with drawing a PICTURE FOR THEM. Have a great day……I’m going to do some woodworking. BYE BYE
