I read through the transcript of the Obama Obamacare White House Press Corp press conference yesterday to the extent that my weakened stomach would allow. It was the usual claptrap of weak questions and Orwellian responses from Obama.
If you can stand it, here is the transcript.

“It is rare that the White House press corps asks exactly what I want it to ask, but today’s display, with a few notable exceptions, was truly irresponsible. Not only would critics of Obamacare like to know how Obama proposes to fix it, but I’m sure the law’s liberal champions would appreciate some more information and assurances as well. Real people are losing their real coverage in real life, and the press corps is wasting the bulk of its questions on this pitifully rare opportunity on how the president feels about this rolling calamity. Well, if the president’s mind-numbing self-reflection can cure your kids when they get sick, you’re in luck, America. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait for the next meeting of the White House Encounter Group for a shot at more answers from the man in charge.”
“1. Hey, from where do you derive the legal authority to change large parts of this law passed by Congress? And, if you believe you have the legal justification for it, what’s to stop a future president from simply deciding he won’t enforce large parts of it?
2. How exactly does the hardship exemption work? Do you have a ballpark number for how many Americans might be eligible? Is there an enforcement mechanism? For instance, will the IRS or someone demand to see a cancellation letter and proof a family couldn’t afford a new plan? If they don’t have the proper evidence would they later face any consequences?
3. Does the administration have the authority to exempt people from certain taxes on an ad hoc basis? From where does it derive this power? Are there other taxes from which people could be exempted by the president’s decree?
4. The demographic make-up of the group enrolled in the exchanges is extremely important to making the law work and avoiding a death spiral, or adverse selection. HHS has been extremely stingy with numbers and specifics about those demographics. Do you have them? Are you getting reports or any sense of what the pool looks like? Colorado, for instance, is enrolling large numbers of 45+ citizens. Does that suggest to you that the health of the pools is in danger? And, could we get some assurances from you that the administration will be transparent about these numbers as we move forward?
5. A report today reveals that Teresa Fryer, chief information security officer for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), thought HealthCare.gov was so full of security holes it should be denied its “Authority to Operate” certification but was overridden. Your HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has said she had no knowledge of security concerns yet Fryer has reportedly told Congress members she briefed Sebelius and others. Were you aware of any security concerns before the launch? Are you at all confident Americans who are submitting sensitive information to the site are safe? Will the federal government be transparent about breaches when and if they happen?
Follow up: There have already been two “high-risk” security findings found as the site has been operating over the past months, along with several medium and low-risk findings. Are you kept abreast of these findings? How did the site launch with these security issues unresolved? Should it have been delayed until they were fixed?
6. Today, just hours before we came to this press conference, the HealthCare.gov website was down. It had a note on it referring to the crash as “scheduled maintenance.” Was it scheduled maintenance today or just another crash? And, if it was scheduled maintenance, why was maintenance scheduled just days before the extended deadline for enrollment?
7. Given the high number of cancellation notices that have gone out—estimates are rough, but some think it may be in the millions if you add up data available to us state by state—combined with the persistent problems with the website, isn’t it possible that the net number of insured will actually go up in the new year? As the formerly insured add to the uninsured pool because they cannot afford a new plan, or they can’t get through the process on HealthCare.gov, or take this latest exemption as a reason to put off purchasing altogether, wouldn’t that destroy this law’s raison d’etre? What does it mean if ACA, which was meant to get the uninsured insured, is a net negative in terms of insured Americans in 2014?”

I have given considerable thought to the Fukushima event, which allegedly caused radioactive poisoning of a number of US sailors who were either ORDERED to assist,or assisted the Japanese voluntarily after the meltdown of two nuclear reactors.This is based upon what I already know regarding radioactivity,and experience FIRST HAND at the 1954 Hydrogen bomb ATMOSPHERIC tests in the Pacific,at Eniwetok, Marshall Islands. Before any of us even ventured anywhere we were all put through a very grueling ,and otherwise comprehensive month long school at Seattle WA.This school dealt with all aspects of nuclear radiation,and the then levels of protection from radioactivity. When we arrived at Eniwetok the ship which I was then serving aboard became the epicenter of fleet transportation,and repair of landing craft used in various applications within the test area. All of these landing craft had become radioactive from simply being in the lagoon water. We were ordered to go aboard these small craft and conduct scrub downs of them until the radiation level was below a safe standard. Many of these boats were initially over 200 Milliroentgens,and for anyone to venture aboard required laed lined protection wear over his entire body. Needless to say the internal temperatures of these suits became overbearing very quickly in the Paxific sun at the Marshall Islands in Maech. Some of the people were forced to remove either the hoods or the shroud itself,exposing them to high levels of gamma as well as other potential ly harmful radiation. These people who done this done so IN CONTRADICTION to PRIOR ORDERS which mandated total coverage for the entire time that the person was in the radioactive area. Most of us sweated profusely but we did not remove the hoods. Those who did I have heard over the years that a few of them have experienced health problems. AS this relates to Fukushima I have to say that if the sailors went into a known radioactive area without protective suits then they INVITED their OWN problems,which speaks of complete ignorance regarding radioactivity. If they were ORDERED to participate,or assist the Japanese by an IGNORAT CO then yes they have a solid case. The Commanding officers of the support ships are ALL aware of the dangers of absorbing radioactivity,and if any of them ordered menn into such a place without adequate protection then that officer should face a General Courts Martial for NEGLIGENCE,stripped of his rank and given a lengthy vacation at Leavanworth.

If a person is in an area where an atmospheric detonation has occurred, you will be receiving gamma radiation from CS 137,as well as a lesser radiation from Strontium 90 radiation. Both are harmful,but the danger from Strontium 90 is nowhere near that of GAMMA radiation which can penetrate even 8′ thick concrete. The gamma soon breaks the human DNA strand which then cause the cells to no longer have the ability to reproduce exact copies of themselves. Instead a cancerous growth occurs.. To the best of my knowledge there are now 23 different cancers which the absorption of rionising radioactivity can produce.. This list was provided to all of the people who absorbed radiation at the Nuclear tests in the Pacific from 1951 up through the end of the atmospheric tests in the 1970s. For a period of time the DOJ maintained a BLUE FILE as it was called which contained the names of all who had filed claims against the US GOVERNMENT. Some received the $75,000.00 but a hell of a lot of them DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING even though thheyy possessed medically provven assessment statements from doctors who were directly involved with the program. This denial tells a damning story about the DOJ which many of uus have recently seen to be the truth.

According to a report by Breitbart’s Elizabeth Sheld, eight Democrat lawmakers have proposed a bill that would eliminate the death penalty as a consequence for individuals convicted of numerous federal crimes, among them espionage and treason. Nothing happens in Washington without a reason, so The Federal Death Penalty Abolition Act (HR 3741) gives rise to a bevy of questions and suspicions.
What motivation would congressional Democrats have for wishing to neutralize the death penalty option for such serious crimes? While the average news consumer is conditioned to summarily dismiss the machinations of government unless it directly impacts their pocketbook, or their sensibilities are deliberately targeted by the press, common sense dictates that elected officials proposing such a law could be anticipating the requisite conditions, thus necessitating the law in the first place.
So, who do these lawmakers suppose might be tried for treason, espionage, or the host of other federal crimes now punishable by death in the not-so-distant future?
Well, take your pick. President Obama himself committed a treasonable offense in supplying military aid to rebels fighting against the Assad regime in Syria, first clandestinely and then overtly after circumventing laws expressly prohibiting same. What other treasonable offenses he may have committed attendant to this process (including those related to the 9/11/12 attack on the Benghazi compound) remains to be seen.

I looked very closely at all of the pictures of the remainder of the Cessna. First off I have to say that this aircraft would NEVER have broken up this badly in the forced landing in the water. Had it broken up like that there would have been damn few survivors. This aircraft was deliberately broken up for some other reason. I personally believe that none of this was supposed to happen.The airplane originally was supposed to sink to the bottom of the ocean and there would be NO atattempts to bring it backup.In my own belief this airplane would have remained largely intact after the ditching.. It might have sufferred some some moderate damage to the belly and forward part of the fuselage but it would in no way have broken up that badly. Had that actually broken up that badly on impaxct very few if anybody would have survived. After all it did remain on the surface long enough for everybody to escape.. There is a lot of questions that now must be asked.
…..in addition the manner in which the propeller is bent is consistent with the propeller turning under power when the aircraft impacted the water. Had the propeller been stopped it would be bent mostly at it’s hub. Nor would the process of sinking to the bottom have bent the propeller in the way it is bent.In addition the sinking of the airplane would not have broken it up this badly. I personally think that it was deliberately broken up for the purpose of hampering an NTSB investigation. Had it broken up as badly as it is now it would have sank immediately.

You are exactly right with regard to the possible penalties for defrauding the American people then compounding the offense by perpetrating treason. Yes there could be death penalties, just as was the case at Nurenberg at the war crimes trials of the Nazis. I personally believe that the entire scenario that you outlined is entirely possible,and perhaps even PROBABLE!
……I would also add that any prosecution of traitors would be carried out under Constitutional law rather than case law, nor would there be any application of hastily contrived changes to existing laws. So attempts by liberals to change laws this late in the ball game probably would be set aside.

I don’t see anyone in life vests outside the plane in these photos. It’s also clear that the plane was still semi afloat with a drifting stream behind it headed towards the shore and still fully intact at that time with only a couple of hundred feet to go.

Non that I’m aware of. But suspect it will be something as simple as a heart attack.
Also,
Remember that the first initial report was that most likely the plane was not going to be able to be retrieved. Hell, the damn thing is floating next to the shore and has been for quite some time as you can clearly see the tread wakes behind its path, and is less than 70ft. of water!
We have pulled up many things, planes, subs, ships and even the space shuttle in far more depths of the ocean than that.
