“Late last night Congressman West maintained a district wide lead of nearly 2000 votes until the St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections “recounted” thousands of early ballots. Following that “recount” Congressman West trailed by 2,400 votes. In addition, there were numerous other disturbing irregularities reported at polls across St. Lucie County including the doors to polling places being locked when the polls closed in direct violation of Florida law, thereby preventing the public from witnessing the procedures used to tabulate results. The St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections office clearly ignored proper rules and procedures, and the scene at the Supervisor’s office last night could only be described as complete chaos. The 2012 elections were hardly a mandate for Barack Obama. Even if the elections counts were fair, and I do not believe that they were, the presidential election was closer than most people realize. Here are the results, based on recent counts, by county.
The preponderance of the geographical area of the US went for Romney. Obama dominated in many large cities and in areas with large black and hispanic populations. A good example is Cuyahoga County Ohio. Obama won by 420,953 to 184,475 for Romney. Obama won Ohio by 103,481 votes.
To show you just how close this election was at the presidential level, here are 4 states with the vote spreads and electoral votes. In each state, if the number of people shown had voted for Romney instead of Obama or if Obama got the votes instead of Romney due to voter fraud or voting machine irregularities, the result would have been a Romney win.

You read it correctly. Approximately 179, 481 votes could have made the difference in the election.
Do I believe that voter fraud occurred. Yes. The question is how much. We know for a fact that there were numerous machine malfunctions, errors in counts and ballots that were not counted. One of my biggest concerns is absentee ballots being processed and counted. I have been looking over NC reports and they do not make sense.
Our biggest chance for rectifying election results is in congressional races such as Allen West in Florida. The latest news indicates he may have to seek remedy in the FL Supreme Court.
Another extremely close race is in NC District 7 between Democrat Mike McIntyre who currently leads Republican David Rouzer by 655 votes. I have concerns about voting machine problems in that district as well as absentee ballots from soldiers who live in the area. The following comment was placed here on October 24 in response to the article about touch screen voting machines defaulting to Obama:

This is not over. The states have certification periods and various remedies for challenging election results. Let’s make sure that we at least keep the congressional races as clean as possible and in a case like Florida, based on all of the issues that have arisen, that the entire state do a recount.

In order for the rules of a contract to be effective, the contract must first be a legal enforceable document that is universally accepted in the judicial system as valid. real, absolute and above debate or convenient interpretation. What agency, judicial system, law enforcement group, military or whoever is going to enforce the 10th amendment, the 1fst, 2cnd or any other amendment. Americans just don’t get it—WE ARE A CAPTURED PEOPLE. THE GOVENRMENT AS IT EXISTS NOW CAN AND WILL DO WHATG IT WANTS TO US. OUR GREAT AND BELOVED CONSTITUTION IS HISTORY.

Wow! Here is a total of $17,500,000 per year going to finance a civilian army, if you will. In scanning some of the other provisions under Obamacare, (just a few) I can see positive proof that this is going to finish off this country financially if we aren’t already there.

Somewhere I read that it is entirely possible that Chief Justice Roberts’ strange opinion, which allowed Obamacare to go forward (in direct opposition and to the apparent surprise of fellow conservative justices on SCOTUS), could have well resulted from some sort of blackmail threat, which seems to be coming to light as a real tool in the arsenal of the Chicago thuggery we have in D.C.
While FEMA is busy training a Youth Corps, the quarters they’ve set up for Sandy victims are being described as prison or concentration camps as far as living conditions and surveillance are concerned. FEMA should concentrate on doing what its original mandate was.

For me personally, This Constitutional Republic is my birthright it impossible for anyone or tyrannical group to take it from my heart and mind. My father fought in WW2 was wounded 3 times survived to gift my sister and I Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. What concerns me is the large number of young people who are in debt to the government for student loans. Since there are no jobs, how many of these young people will be required to work off their debt by enlisting in the FEMA Youth Corps? Or maybe maybe they’ll volunteer through the Edward M. Perhaps there is something to the Shia Prophecy about a ‘tall black man’ acting like an Islamic John The Baptist, preparing the way for an Islamic takeover of the globe by dismantling the West from within, arming and empowering Jihadists to take power across the Middle East. I am no expert of the law but it appears to me that by preventing the Republicans from protesting suspected fraudulent results of this election, the lawsuit denies the Republican party its Constitutional right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

I have a feeling that the legal decision made re. the GOP does not apply to individual Repub candidates, who would be able on their own to challenge the voting process. It would appear that it is the party itself which cannot get involved under the terms of the court order.
Read on another site that this seeming “defeat” for West now frees him to pursue the matter through the court system. Not the Election Board, the courts. Have a strong feeling that we haven’t seen the last of West or of this matter.
Jonah — if the DNC feels free to ignore any law or legal ruling it doesn’t like, perhaps the RNC should leave some of its scruples at the door and do the very same thing.
Perhaps it’s time for the two current main parties to go the way of the Whigs and the Tories anyhow.

Finally finding somewhat consistent numbers.
Check this out. Florida has 67 counties.
4 counties Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Orange counties are a stunning 25% lower in turn outs for registered voters then all the other 63 counties.
This translates to 266,199 votes. Triple checked numbers. These are the 4 strongest Obama counties representing 1,673,068 votes or 40% of all his Florida votes.
It is the only counties that could be manipulated for such a large number of votes. Also he only won 13 counties out of 67 and there wasn’t enough volume in other counties to hide 266 thousand votes.
I have all the spreadsheets county by county. Florida is showing Obama up by only 74,309 votes.

Unreal: St. Lucie County Officials Miss Deadline To Report Results From Recount In Allen West Race, Previous Results Will Now Be Certified…
Election officials missed a deadline Sunday to report results of a two-day recount in GOP Rep. Allen West’s race to remain in Congress, apparently sealing unofficial results giving the win to Democrat Patrick Murphy.
St. Lucie County did not meet a noon cutoff to finish processing 37,379 ballots cast early in the District 18 congressional election. Under Florida law, previously submitted results favoring Murphy will be certified unless an emergency exemption is granted by the state.
“They did this recount because they weren’t confident in the outcome,” said West campaign manager Tim Edson. “Now, because they missed the deadline, we’re not going to know whether they were right in their concern or not.”
Edson said the incumbent’s campaign was looking at what could be done to possibly extend the deadline and suggested the fight was not yet over.
“We’ll continue with all legal options that are available,” he said.
The task of proving there was an emergency that necessitated missing the deadline appeared difficult. State law says an election emergency “means any occurrence, or threat thereof, whether accidental, natural, or caused by human beings, in war or in peace, that results or may result in substantial injury or harm to the population or substantial damage to or loss of property to the extent it will prohibit an election officer’s ability to conduct a safe and orderly election.”

Perhaps, even as unusual was the fact that I was still awake and began thinking that my previous post inadequately explained the effect the stolen election had on patriots. The dispiriting effect was more than just extreme disappointment, but really an attempt to make us feel that the majority favor big government and handouts, and/or that conservatives should drop their emphasis on social issues.

The military, and who is in control of it, is key in this situation regarding the usurpation of the executive branch of our government. Yes that is exactly my experience tells me. We are transitioning into what I call the “Relation Revolution”.
This is were we are merging our intellect, with our emotions, combined with empathy, co-creating with each other, assisted with new technological advancements for healthier relationships.
These relationships become larger in scope due to the structure of human primary emotions which there are only two Love or Fear.
Humans are capable of being in only one or the other at the same time. So think about it….. Love or Fear, look closely when observing people and their words most the time you can determine which emotion they are operating with Love or Fear.
Test…………what is Romney’s basic emotional demeanor Love or Fear? Obama’s basic emotional state Love or Fear? See it gets easier as we pay we pay attention and observe peoples actions and words.
These two primary emotions generate eight basic or core feelings, Joy, Passion, Love, Pain, Fear Anger, Shame, Guilt, as you see love and fear are also feelings.
So for example when reading your posts I empathize with your feelings and understand your thoughts. This distinction enables me to have a unique and distinct connection with you and others who
have been gifted with a primary emotion of love, as you do on CW’s blog.
Sort of like birds of feather, in an new emerging medium which CW has held this space open for all of us. I guess you could say CW is one of our many founding fathers of this new “Relational Revolution”.

Sandy – I am, for one, delighted to read the results of your investigation! You may just save us all.
You are way to kind. The truth is we have the standing to due our own research, but no standing to hold accountable those who perpetrate this fraudulent election. We The People may be disenfranchised of our constitutional rights yet this current regime will not allow standing in any court.
The good news is we can communicate the facts and truth that 4 counties in Florida have a 25% variance in voter turnout. This is a very strong indicator that voter fraud transpired in these particular counties, equivalent to over one quarter of a million votes. Obama is being the projected winner with only 74,309 votes.
Floridians all 19,057,542 people are about suffer 19 million 57 thousand 5 hundred forty two cases of voter fraud and the criminal theft of 27 electoral votes. Yes the size and nature of the outright corruption is staggering. And that was the good news!!!

No I do not include the people here at CW in the group of human DUMMIES that I have mentioned,and am otherwise referring to. Because of certain constraints I am talking in GENERALITIES. Most of the people here at CW are fully aware of where I stand regarding the serious situation that we are now in. Over a long period of time Americans in GENERAL have become seriously complacent regarding what our government is REALLY up to. People are busy trying to feed,clothe and educate their children,while earning a living. It requires a hell of a lot of effort,on the part of Americans just to accomplish these things.But sadly because of our GENERAL lack of interest ,and participation in the political process, the Democratic party,of old NO LONGER exists. We allowed it to be HIJACKED by some Chicago type SCUM BAGS. I was once a Democrat myself. I voted for John Fitzgerald Kennedy. I am a Navy Veteran of the Korean war era,and I greatly admired Kennedy’s ideology. I also spent over 50 years operating my own commercial Lithographic Printing Plant. I worked very hard,and burned a hell of a lot of midnight oil making certain that it remained successful. We ultimately had (22,000)sq.ft under roof. My eldest son has operated the business since 1982. We were also the primary contractors in program 1516 printing procurement, for the DOD. This program was administered jointly via the Defense Logistics Services, and the USGPO. In the course of the contract term I was invited to several special “educational” presentations offerred by the DOD,which was for the purpose of enlightening contractors about the history,and overall mission of the Defense Logistics Programs,and developing dialogue. It was my viewpoint that this was also for the purpose of motivating contractors,to bid on other available work. We had a great relationship with the administrators of the program. Having been involved in business activity ,I also had the opportunity to meet,and exchange ideas with other people, both in business,and social settings. I developed an inclination to talk in generalities, unless the nature of a discussion was specific. This has stayed with me, and as a result what I have to say is sometimes taken out of context. Basically I am condemning those people who DO NOT REALLY CARE about America. They are the same people who seem to think that they should also enjoy a FREE LIVING at the expense of the taxpayers. It is easy to see why these people SUPPORT Soetoro,and have voted for his re election. This is a cross section of STUPID AMERICANS. Whistleblower; Look what the Sun Times is doing to JJJ (not that he doesn’t deserve it) but it was JJJ who dared to run against Emanuel…It was just one week after the two had a meeting in Washington to keep the Mayoral race “civil” when Emanuel tipped off Lynn Sweet about JJJ’s affair with the waitress..Now they’re tearing him apart and along with the feds, ignoring (hiding/sweeping under the rug) his attempts to buy the Senate seat and going after him for other criminal acts, sensationalizing his affairs ($40,000 rolex watch) etc…Which is their motivation, the feds cannot/will not make the mistake of prosecuting anyone related to selling of the Senate seat…It was far too difficult a task to protect Obama while prosecuting Blagojevich for the Senate Seat, they did an outstanding job of covering up the 302’s and who tipped off Emanuel/Trib…They would never risk doing it again and they have to prosecute or make a deal with JJJ now that it was so publicized…
Go back and listen to the tapes of Rahm Emanuel…Hindsight being 20/20, it is obvious he knows he is being recorded, Rahm knew all along the feds were listening…and this is the same reason Obama used Balanoff to begin with, he had Rod’s home phone, his email and his cell number, the only reason to use Balanoff was to avoid being caught on the feds wire.
