As far as I’m concerned, if the allegations made by Larry Sinclair are true, Obama is guilty of cheating on his wife. No matter the gender, what occurred in Larry’s limo and hotel room is no different than Clinton’s activity with Monica Lewinsky in the Oval Office. I am saddened to hear the news yesterday that the United States Air Force base at Dover has sent the remains of over 274 servicemen killed in Afganstain and Iraq to a local LANDFILL which will serve as the final resting place for the remains of those fallen hero’s.
THIS IS CRIMINAL.
If this is the way our government selects to treat those brave men and women whom they put in harms way…then IT’S TIME THOSE WHO ARE IN CHARGE FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES, or IT’S TIME THE SOLDIERS LAY DOWN THEIR ARMS IN CONTEMPT FOR THE GOVERNMENT THEY NOW SERVE.
One way or the other, such activity as this must stop immediately.
My questions are; Why didn’t the military treat those remains with the highest degree of respect for which they deserved. Why wasn’t these remains taken to Arlington and placed along side of all the other hero’s there?
If they were unidentifiable, they still deserved the highest of respect. But these 274 remains were identified ! Which makes the crime, even more diabolical.
How do you tell a mother or wife the remains of their beloved was properly disposed of in the local landfill? How can you properly place a white cross in among the dirty diapers, empty beer cans, and the spoils of yesterday’s lunch?
Why isn’t the Commander-in-Chief making comments about this flagrant disregard for the remains of those he leads?
It’s because our military, at the highest levels, like it’s Commander-in-Chief, have both gone “to hell-in-a-hand basket”….
But that’s what we can expect when we place a usurper in charge of our government and it’s armed forces.
As an old soldier who served his country in a long ago war, this news sicken me to my stomach……. we treat the death of our household pets with more dignity that this.

We have many family members buried in National Cemeteries and It is an awesome experience to attend the funeral of a Veteran. Taps, the gunfire salute and the coffin draped in an American flag. Awesome! It is shameful that our military allows so little respect for the men who served our country and their families. It makes me cry.

It is absolutely shocking and abominable to hear about the remains of unknown soldiers being dumped in a landfill!
Jonah, I have participated in a military service at the National Cemetery in Phoenix when my good friend and neighbor passed away and know whereof you speak. It is a very impressive service conducted by veterans. I was given the American flag which is so reverently folded. I could not keep the tears back and later expressed my gratitude to them.
Now, why under the sun couldn’t those remains be buried in a separate plot at a National Cemetery under a grave site marked, “Unknown Soldiers Who Made the Ultimate Sacrifice” and been given a proper service? Under the Usurper, our present government has become crude,

“WASHINGTON – Attorney General Eric Holder suggested Thursday that weapons lost during the course of the failed “Fast and Furious” gunrunning operation will continue to show up at crime scenes in the U.S. and Mexico “for years to come.”
Holder, in testimony on Capitol Hill that comes as the congressional investigation into the program expands, decried the “gun-walking” tactic used in the operation as “inexcusable” and “wholly unacceptable.”
But a day after an influential senator called for the resignation of one of Holder’s top deputies over the scandal, Holder denied department leaders played any role in the crafting of “Fast and Furious.”
He continued to assert that top Justice officials were not told about the “inappropriate tactics” until they were made public.
Still, the top law enforcement official in the country conceded that, as a result of “Fast and Furious,” guns lost by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives remain in the hands of criminals.
“Although the department has taken steps to ensure that such tactics are never used again, it is an unfortunate reality that we will continue to feel the effects of this flawed operation for years to come,” he said. “Guns lost during this operation will continue to show up at crime scenes on both sides of the border.”
Holder faced the ire of skeptical lawmakers who are demanding accountability. Wisconsin Republican Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner told Holder Thursday that he considers impeachment on the table if Holder doesn’t figure out who’s responsible.
“You know, the thing is, is that if we don’t get to the bottom of this — and that requires your assistance on that — there is only one alternative that Congress has, and it’s called impeachment,” he said. “It is an expensive and messy affair. And I don’t want to go this far.”
Congress has been investigating “Fast and Furious” for nearly a year. Scrutiny of the program intensified after guns from the program were found at the scene of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry’s murder.
Republican lawmakers in recent weeks have complained about inconsistencies in the Justice Department’s public accounting of the program over the past year. Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, the ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, on Wednesday pointed to those alleged inconsistencies in calling for the resignation of Lanny Breuer, chief of the department’s criminal division. Grassley accused Breuer of withholding information about gunwalking tactics used in a Bush administration-era program known as Wide Receiver, and of not being forthcoming about whether he saw a Justice letter to Congress in February that inaccurately claimed ATF was not letting illegal guns walk across the U.S.-Mexico border.
Though Breuer denies seeing the memo, Grassley pointed to emails that show he was sent a draft of the letter.
The Justice Department is standing by Breuer, and Holder testified Thursday that department heads were not aware of the program early on.
“The documents produced to date also belie the remarkable notion that this operation was conceived by department leaders, as some have claimed,” Holder said. “It is my understanding that department leaders were not informed about the inappropriate tactics employed in this operation until those tactics were made public and, as is customary, turned to those with supervisory responsibility over the operation in an effort to learn the facts.”
Holder said such a program “must never happen again,” but effectively urged lawmakers to move on — and tackle the broader issue of the flow of firearms into Mexico.
“We cannot afford to allow the tragic mistakes of ‘Operation Fast and Furious’ to become a political sideshow or a series of media opportunities,” he said. “Instead, we must move forward and recommit ourselves to our shared public safety obligations.”
He used the occasion to prod Congress to support efforts to give the Justice Department broader legal tools to track firearms purchases.
But Republican lawmakers continued to put pressure on Holder about how he’s responding to the operation.
“This project was failed and flawed from the beginning,” said Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., questioning why Holder has not terminated the “many people involved” with the program.
“Mr. Attorney General, the blame must go to your desk,” Issa said.
Holder later said that he’s “ultimately responsible” for actions in the department, but stressed the actions he’s taken to get to the bottom of the operation once he learned about it.
Despite the controversy over the inaccurate February letter from Justice, Holder also stated: “Nobody in the Justice
Department has lied.”

In August 2009, Holder’s DOJ announced it was dropping federal corruption charges against Richardson after a yearlong federal probe into pay-to-play allegations involving one of his large political donors and state bond deals.

Gianni, I skipped over to the pdf file and feel that Phil Berg, regardless of what is intentions are, has missed the mark on several of his points.
First of all, he makes this statement, “So now that I have given a bit of history, how in the world could someone be issued a SSN in 1890, when
the first batch of social security numbers were NOT issued until 1936? “ Doesn’t he realize that if SSN’s were never issued until 1936, anyone living prior to that time and age-wise eligible would not receive one until 1936? My dad was born in the 1890’s and he received a SSN in 1936.
Secondly, he says that this Jean Ludwig fellow did NOT have the same number as Obama. I believe that that was debunked sometime ago; i.e., it was not Jean Ludwig who had the number that Obama is using, but another deceased person other than Ludwig.
Lastly, Berg makes a special point of showing that the State of Conn. issued SSN’s to Hawaiian residents and he has the records to prove it.
Well, that list heading of supposed residents says, “Last Address of Record”, which could mean that they moved to Hawaii sometime after receiving their SSN. To me, it is not proof that they were Hawaiian residents when they applied for their numbers. But what do I know?
Frankly, I don’t have much confidence in Berg. A Democrat, he has been good friends of the Clintons. He sticks with the Kenyan birth theory and also does not advocate the NBC principle.

“As Attorney General Eric Holder testified before Congress yesterday, two things were reinforced. One: Holder has a problem telling the truth. Two: Congressmen Darrell Issa (R-CA), Jim Sensenbrenner (R-WI), and Ted Poe (R-TX), have a problem with people who have a problem telling the truth. And they have a point. As a matter of fact, as I watched the hearings unfold I continually thought to myself: “If Bill Clinton had obstructed justice to this degree, even Senator Trent Lott would have manned up and removed him from office.”
“Said Poe:
To believe you weren’t aware of Fast and Furious requires, to coin a phrase, a willing suspension of disbelief. It is hard for me to believe you were unaware of this operation. [So] my question is very simple, who is the person in the U.S. government that made the decision in Operation Fast and Furious to send guns to Mexico?
Although such a straightforward question seems simple enough, Holder’s answer was “we don’t know yet.”
How can the A.G. not know who started an operation that resulted in the sale of 2,500 weapons to straw purchasers—some of which were paid for with U.S. taxpayer money, the passing of those weapons to criminals, the smuggling of those weapons across the border, the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry with at least two of those weapons, and the death of hundreds of Mexican citizens? (I bet Holder could tell you who authorized the raid on the Gibson Guitar factory with no problem.)
Anyway, Issa was relentless all day long. And during the late afternoon, he pressed Holder to release all the documents which had subpoenaed but not released. Holder gave a sloppy answer to this question: a combination of “yes” and “we’ll see.” In response to such non-clarity, Issa compared Holder to John Mitchell, Nixon’s Watergate A.G.
Holder replied by asking, “Have you no shame?” And Issa countered with, “Have YOU no shame?”
This is a teachable moment folks: Holder has grown so accustomed to the success of his own hypocrisy that he took offense to being called out on the carpet. He took offense to being compared to Mitchell when the truth is, Mitchell’s family should be offended that one of their own was compared to Holder.
At another point, when Holder defended his handling of the matter by saying the DOJ had provided an “unprecedented” amount of information to Congress already, Issa went into smackdown mode: “Unprecedented would be an attorney general who knew nothing about something where his own present chief of staff was intimately familiar.” (Issa’s comments were referencing Gary Grindler, Holder’s current chief of staff who, as an Acting Deputy Attorney General attended a briefing on Fast and Furious in March 2010.)
As for Sensenbrenner, he came across as a Congressman determined to get to the bottom of this mess. It was he who warned that Holder could face impeachment if he didn’t come clean.
With all respect to Sensenbrenner, I think we’re past impeachment. It’s jail time. Holder does not deserve to be in the society of free people.”

Impeachment can happen. All you need is a majority of the votes in the House. However, a trial to convict in the Senate requires 2/3rds. It will not happen. The question however is, Holder is an appointed official. He was appointed by Obama and approved by a majority vote of the Senate. Impeachment has been used against Presidents and Judges. I don’t know if it applies to Cabinet Officers that are not Constitutional offers. They were created by laws of Congress. I would think that they could be removed by laws of Congress, just like any agency could be dismantled by a Congressional law.
The Republicans need to continue to investigate Fast and Furious. The idea that this administration was going to use it as a way of getting Americans to support gun control here, is despictable, HOPELESSLY CORRUPT, & THE HIGHEST LEVEL FEDERAL CRIMES AGAINST WE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

Holder could not have ordered Janet, Robert, Hillary and the rest of the cabinet to coordinate and cooperate with a DOJ (ATF) operation.

The fact that conn issued ssn’s to people from hawaii means less than nothing. Their “last known address” could mean that they just moved there from hawaii. And it doesn’t provide cover for the ss admins requirement that the person apply in person for the number. What we have wanted to know all along is how or who applied in person for this number in conn when he lived in hawaii.
But, now we find out that the state of conn is very deviously putting out carefully crafted statements to help provide cover for obama.
After all we’ve been through, are we really supposed to be surprised?

What this implies is that when hawaii first became a state, they didn’t have the ss admin apparatus set up in hawaii to issue the ssn’s. So, they issued them in conn. It doesn’t provided any proof that they have always issued ssn’s to hawaii residents from conn.
Let’s see hawaii residents ssn info that RECEIVED their social sec number in hawaii from conn at the same time obama supposedly did. And the list is people that have died, so that negates my previous statement in a previous post that berg could get obama’s ssn on this list . But, he should be able to show us a list of people who have died in hawaii that got their ssn from conn that are not old people and got their ssn at the same time obama did. There ARE people in their late forties who die, too, mr berg.

“As if Congress didn’t have enough evidence that the Department of Justice has completely lost its mind, the New York Times is reporting that the Drug Enforcement Agency has helped launder “millions of dollars in drug proceeds” on behalf of Mexican drug cartels, a figure much higher than previously estimated.
The Department of Justice has been under investigation by Congress for facilitating gun smuggling during Operation Fast and Furious. Fast and Furious was a gun running scheme on the US-Mexican border that’s resulted in violence and death on both sides of the border including the deaths of federal agents in the line of duty. The operation used illegal weapons purchases with reluctant gun dealers who cooperated with the ATF on the so-called stings.
The problem however is that there has never been a sting, an arrest or results that would justify breaking the law- there were just illegal arms pouring over the border and escalating violence all facilitated by the Department of Justice in an effort, in part to make a case for stricter gun control laws.
One source who was quoted anonymously in the money-laundering story in the Times was concerned about similar negative results saying that the “D.E.A. could wind up being the largest money launderer in the business, and that money results in violence and deaths.”
Consequently, Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif, chair of the oversight committee already investigating Fast and Furious has done some fast and furious of his own. Issa has opened a probe into the money-laundering program according to the Houston Chronicle.
He sent a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder informing him of the probe, drawing “a parallel between the reported money-laundering operation’s tactics and those in Fast and Furious,” according to the Chronicle.
“The existence of such a program again calls your leadership into question,” Issa wrote in a letter to Holder, says the Texas newspaper. “The managerial structure you have implemented lacks appropriate operational safeguards to prevent the implementation of such dangerous schemes. The consequences have been disastrous.”
The DEA denies the charge saying that they have been running money-laundering stings since 1984. “The Drug Enforcement Administration has been working collaboratively with the Mexican government to fight money laundering for years. As a result of this cooperation, DEA has seized illicit transnational criminal organization money all around the world.”
Obviously whoever wrote the press release for the DEA flunked the “irony” portion of their English exam.
The DEA has become the leading money-laundering crime fighter by becoming one of the leading money-launders?
Man, this has become a government that can justify anything it does by whatever tortured logic it chooses.
And that’s what you get when you’re governed by people who think that, as our own Guy Benson pointed out, lying is a complicated concept that revolves around a state of mind as does Mr. Attorney General Holder.
Issa is having none of it, though, since he’s been given the run around on Fast and Furious from the beginning.”
