Good Morning Citizenwells…I think that is exactly what the DOJ is doing, by not having Rezko testify at the trials of Cellini or Blagojevich people have lost interest. Not many are aware of the crime’s Tony committed that he wasn’t tried for except us bloggers, no coverage in the national media. Which will gaurantee the feds no-shows for the national media at Tony’s sentence hearing and very few locals, if any at all. Daniel T. Frawley’s will be like a funeral, just his tinker family weeping to show Judge Guzman what a great guy he is…most people in the press don’t even know his name…

FILING FALSE CLAIMS OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT
“She was fired from her job, and her boyfriend suggested she contact Cain in hopes he could help her find employment.”.
In this particular incident she was fired for falsely accusing her boss of sexual harassment, a charge denied by co-workers, as well as being pretty much a pain in the ass to work with.
“I remember her as a time-waster, and rabble-rouser. If she didn’t get her way she cried about sexual harassment”. A former co-worker, a female no less, emailed me. “She was trouble with a capital “T”. The fact that she waited 13 years and never said a word not even during Cain’s earlier forays into politics. She only now magically appears because Cain is leading in some polls and proving a threat to Barack Obama?

Herman Cain needs some new press handlers and he needs to bring his political team up to par. He needs somebody like Monica Crowley out there in the MSM articulating his POV and he needs to stop speaking off the cuff with small outlets. Romney isn’t speaking to anyone, outside of the debates. We are to the point with Herman that less is more.

I believe that Cain will weather this out and the truth will win out. It always does .I am at this time not sure who I would vote for but ABO. I believe the tactics the MSM are using are blowing up in their faces and they cannot handle it. Because I know that they are behind the smear that makes me like Cain even more and he is definitely innocent until proven other wise.
I have been a victim of sexual harassment at the work place and I chose to leave. In my case, I know that God will take care of the one that did the harassing which happened to be the owner of the company’s son. I also had a witness to some of the harassment but he was the best-friend to the guy doing the harassing. Do you really think that the witness would turn against the bestfriend???
The point in all of this, is I am not bitter because this has happened to me but that there are those who try to benefit financially for that purpose.. I did not. I just took myself out of the situation I was in and never looked back.

While everybody is entitled to his/her own personal opinions,it becomes a TRAVESTY when they are so damn ignorant, that they feel compelled to try to convince the world that what they think is the ONLY truth in the matter. Sadly their are plenty of people on earth who believe ANYTHING they hear,or see. The guy that did the harassing is not a very nice guy and our paths do not cross. As for the other guy that witnessed some of the harassing, well he has to live with this too. We will one day stand before Lord Jesus for the things we have done in our body whether they be good or bad.

The question I have for all of those women who have waited until now to come forward “Why Now?” All of the women are saying that they do not want anything but the truth known, well when these alleged inappropriate situations happened they wanted compensation then. If truth was what all of them wanted then there would not have been money exchanged 15 years ago for their silence. In other words money was what they were after and the truth was not a priority..

The Liberty Legal Foundation has filed not 1 but 2 lawsuits, one in Arizona and the other in Tennessee neither of which have one single thing to do with Obama’s birth certificate OR challenging whether or not Obama was born in the United States.
There is no need for either in regard to these lawsuits.
At the core of this action is a simple request that Federal courts uphold the Supreme Court ruling. Both lawsuits, and the Liberty Legal Foundation promises there will be more, would render it impossible for the Democratic National Committee to place Obama’s name on the 2012 ballot.

cynkading, I’m not talking about the sexual harassment charges which I view as a non-issue. Not because sexual harassment isn’t bad, but because this was all conjured up in the media and political hacks to make him look bad. What I was referring to specifically was that interview that he gave yesterday in Milwaukee. He absolutely cannot talk to anyone any more if he doesn’t feel 100% and has an idea what they are going to talk about. If not, it will be used against him. He needs to hibernate for a few days, get a good looking spokesperson who can articulate his views in a way that is appealing, and then be more careful about picking and choosing his interviews going forward. His interview with Michael Savage was awesome. I’m still behind Cain, because I’m not a fair weathered friend, but he is on the bubble of making himself irrelevant if he doesn’t step up his game, which I believe that he is fully capable of doing.
Also Cynkading, on a personal level I am sorry that you had to go through that yourself at your own place of employment.

2- No single case heard on it’s merits.
3- In all cases,not once does OBama defend himself by saying he’s a natural born citizen.
4- Obama has spent between 1-2 million dollars in these cases, some of these cases asked to show his real birth certificate because third party independent forensic experts say that the ones he posted on the internet are forgeries.
5- Supreme Court majority opinion in Minor vs Happersat said “Let there be no doubt that the framers of the constitution meant that natural born citizen requires parents be citizens of the nation AND born in the nation. Obama does not meet both conditions.
6- Leahy-Obama 2008 Resolution ; Patrick Leahy said “Natural born citizen requires two parents to be citizens”, Chertoff said “That is my understanding also.
7- Vattel said in 1700 that natural born citizen requires person to be born of the soil (nation) and parents that are both citizens of the nation. Vattel was often quoted by the framers of the Constitution.
