“Reviewing FM 6-22 Army Leadership (especially most of chapter 2, para 4-73 thru 4-77) grounds me in my belief that I have a duty to submit this concern. I have agreed to live by the Army Values of LDRSHIP, and these values directly apply: Loyalty – Bear true faith and allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, the Army, your unit, and other Soldiers; Selfless Service – Put the welfare of the Nation, the Army, and subordinates before your own. Integrity – Do what’s right–legally and morally. I also have agreed to expect the same from my Leaders.”…LTC Terry Lakin

“I agree to be a plaintiff in the legal action to be filed by Orly Taitz, Esq. in a PETITION FOR A DECLARATORY JUDGEMENT THAT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA IS NOT QUALIFIED TO BE PRESIDENT of the U.S., nor TO BE  COMMANDER IN CHIEF of the U.S. ARMED FORCES, in that I am or was a sworn member of the U.S. military (subject to recall), and therefore when serving as an active member of the military, I would be unable to follow any orders given by a Constitutionally unqualified Commander In Chief, since by doing so I would be subject to charges of aiding and abetting fraud and committing acts of treason.”…Major General Carroll D. Childers

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the
Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and
domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;
that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation
or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge
the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
Congressional Oath of Office

We are in the midst of a Constitutional Crisis perpetuated by Congress.

Congressmen Howard Coble and Bob Goodlatte, both members of the House Judiciary Committee, have  been informed about Obama’s eligibility deficiencies and fraudulent birth certificate placed on WhiteHouse.gov.

From Citizen Wells August 7, 2011.

Just over a month ago I received the following response from Congressman Howard Coble:

“On April 27, 2011, President Obama presented a Certificate of Live Birth, which was issued by the State of Hawaii. Before seeing this document, many were growing deeply concerned about the possibility that President Obama was not a natural born citizen.

Since the release of the long-form birth certificate, we have received no other inquiries about the legitimacy of President Obama’s citizenship. To the best of our knowledge, President Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth was legitimate and is demonstrative proof that he was born in Hawaii. I know you disagree with this statement.

All this being said, your hard work and resilient determination to reveal fraudulent dealings among those who hold the public trust is critical to our nation’s future. Even when the facts have not shown brightly on our political party, we have always supported efforts to reveal and address them as quicky as possible because elected officials should be held to a higher standard.”

From Citizen Wells August 21, 2011.

“Congressman Goodlatte wrote:

“As you know, President Obama recently released to the public the long-form version of his birth certificate. Since then, concerns have been raised about the validity of the birth certificate as well as the claim that the President has been using a Social Security Number previously issued to another person. These concerns have been raised with the relevant oversight committees in the Congress and if there is enough evidence and more experts reach the same conclusions then these claims will lead to an investigation.”

I will be following up on this statement to determine what the status of the “relevant oversight committees” is.”

Congressmen Coble, Goodlatte, et al, based on the following facts, Obama should be investigated immediately:

1. Why has Obama, since taking the White House, used Justice Department Attorneys, at taxpayer expense,  to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?

2. The following have analyzed and spoken out about the image placed on WhiteHouse.gov and concluded that the image is fraudulent.

Jerome Corsi – The New York Times Best Selling Author who recently released Where’s The Birth Certificate: The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Be President.

Retired Major General Paul Vallely – Fox News Contributor who recently revealed that former CIA agents have confirmed that Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery.

Karl Denninger – a computer documents’ expert who uncovered some of the more relevent issues with the electronically released long form birth certificate. Video

Mara Zebest – a recognized Adobe expert and author whose written report on the problems with Obama’s birth certificate is a must read!

Albert Einstein Renshaw Ph.D. – Introducing the 16 year old computer whiz kid who owns his own software firm and received 1.3 million hits on his video that ripped Obama’s long form to pieces.

3. No expert has concluded that the image placed on WhiteHouse.gov is a legitimate photostatic copy of Obama’s original birth certificate nor validated the “chain of document.” I repeat, no expert has concluded that the image is a legitimate birth certificate for Obama!

Congressmen Coble and Goodlatte, you have sufficient evidence to initiate an investigation. I will be contacting your offices soon. I hope to hear a constitutionally responsible answer.

  1. Obama’s bc is an abstract slapped together by his friends. It really doesn’t matter to me whether it was his friends in hawaii or his friends in the white house. The important point is that it is not a hospital generated bc and he claims he was born in a hospital. The word abstract appears right on the bc he provided.

None of the birtherphobes have any excuses since donald trump.
When trump first provided an abstract bc, the entire media establishment jumped in unison and said, “see, he didn’t provide a hospital generated bc either”. Then trump provided a hospital generated bc.

The point of reminding everyone of this is that it proves the media and everyone else knows the difference between an abstract and a hospital generated bc. It proves it cold.

And so, while it is good to know whether the abstract is a forgery and doesn’t reveal what’s on the real bc, what i think we really need to do is simply point out that it is not a hospital generated bc, which is the only evidence that really will suffice, and that the pols and the media know it is only an abstract and they are lying. And that we have the proof they are lying.

Since Texas Gov. Rick Perry entered the Republican presidential race, he has seen his recognition levels rise significantly. In fact, his recognition has risen 13 percentage points in two weeks, according to a Gallup Poll released on Tuesday.

The slow week on the Iowa campaign trail heats up this weekend when Texas Gov. Rick Perry joins three other speakers at the Polk County GOP summer picnic on Saturday.
“We received a call from a member of the governor’s staff confirming,” organizer Darrell Kearney told The Des Moines Register [Tuesday] morning. . . .
Here’s how Polk County GOP officials described Perry in their news release:
“Rick Perry is a staunch fiscal and social conservative, and the only governor since World War II to reduce state general revenue spending.
Governor Perry has a strong record on job creation. His support for low taxes, reasonable regulations, a predictable civil litigation system and an educated workforce has produced a business climate consistently ranked among the best in the nation. . . . Since June 2009, more than 40 percent of the net new jobs created in America have been created in Texas, and today, the Lone Star State is a magnet for corporate relocations.
Texas, under his leadership, has been in the spotlight in recent weeks because for nine straight years, Texas has led the nation in exports to foreign countries among the 50 states. More jobs were created in Texas than in all 49 other states combined.”

  7. CW, do members of Congress each have a copy of the Detroit 101 WRIF FM radio interview (via the “Mike in the Morning” show) of Kenyan Ambassador Peter N. R. O. Ogego on the morning following Election Day 2008?

Internet Archive has archived a copy of the original audio recording. This is not the YouTube version, but WRIF’s original. I know because I listened to that original shortly after the interview and before WND wrote about it.

The Ambassador’s off-guard testimony begins somewhere around 00:12:xx.

  10. Obama – Lowest approval rating ever! – Minus 26
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 19% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-five percent (45%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -26 (see trends).
This is the lowest Approval Index rating yet measured for President Obama. The previous low was -24 reached yesterday and also in September 2010. Additionally, the level of Strong Approval matches the lowest yet recorded. By way of comparison, President Bush had ratings near the end of his second term in the minus 30s. Read more..

  13. Postcard from the Staycation
August 23, 2011 by Elizabeth Scalia

    http://www.patheos.com/community/theanchoress/2011/08/23/postcard-from-the-staycation/#comments

    Dear Washington,

Just wanted to drop a note from our stay-cation to say we hope you’re enjoying your time off, and do let us know how the fishing, golfing and clam bakes have gone for you.

Circumstances being what they are, we have decided to stick close to home this year. We hope you don’t mind if we tag along, vacationing vicariously with you through media. After all, reading that you’ve driven four under par is like a victory for all us little people and I personally pine to see the latest fashions in casual wear and fine jewelry modeled by your wives and daughters. That Eva Peron was right, it really is just as satisfying for us to watch your families of four accessing private and government jets—even two at a time—to travel to your summer homes or Martha’s Vineyard or Bermuda, as it would be for us to fly to Disney or the Gulf Coasts, and no luggage hassles or feel-copping TSA pat-downs for any of us! I call that sweet!

What have we been doing? Well, I have taken to sitting on the front porch, watching the fireflies and whittling the low-hanging branches for this winter’s kindling. I expect with home heating oil so high, we’ll be giving the fireplace a workout, at least until some movie star tells us we ought not to use it anymore, in order to save the planet. Sally June tells me that the EPA is warning about rolling power shortages coming up and Charlie joked that maybe we ought to capture those fireflies and build a fixture around them, for night reading. That Charlie, always with an idea that won’t work. Everyone knows we ordinary folks don’t read much. They got men and gals on the teevee to tell us what’s what, after all.

I like that Chris Matthews. He’s especially good at expectorating. I might invite him up the porch someday. We could share some of Al Gore’s daddy’s chewing tobacco together and have ourselves a time! Well I know it ain’t glamorous, but with movie tickets at almost 14 bucks a pop, and sports tickets so expensive, and summer concerts above our pay grades, you have to make your fun where you can. I just hope that when the tax loopholes and mortgage interest deductions go away, those folks in Hollywood and at Lincoln Center and sitting behind home plate don’t holler too loud about having to pay their fair share and ponying up the dough, because it’s getting awfully tight for the rest of us who have not as yet made “enough” money. Old Lucky—we call him that because he smokes Lucky Strikes, and because he once won a free dinner for two at The Seafood Shack, where he enjoyed the ribs—has been saying there oughtn’t to be sports gatherings or arena concerts or those blowing-things-up movies that everyone likes, on account of their big carbon footprints and the energy crisis and the cut in our oil reserves and that grid he’s always talking about not being shored up, but I know he is just bitter about the coal mines not being allowed to be worked, and that Xanax shortage. I keep telling him, “now, hold on there, Old Fortunately Son, you know those green jobs are a-coming, it’s just that the president hasn’t been as lucky as you! He’s been slowed down by some, what with those Arab revolutions and that big old earthquake in Japan, and then those riots in England, and the bad arugula harvest, and what with Joe Biden running lose in China and the basketball games, and trouble in Libya, and now that earthquake in DC, so what do you expect?”

But Old Lucky never did listen to sense. He says all of these things are the reasons we need to stop paying Brazil to dig for oil in the Gulf so we can do it ourselves, and dig up in Alaska, and down the coastlines, and melt the shale, and build refineries, too. He says, “the way to create some luck is to create some jobs”, and that drilling and refineries would keep us from getting affected by badly harvested greens and revolutions halfway around the world, and then we could reinforce that grid.

Always he’s on and on about that grid, as though we’ll even need to worry about any of that when pretty soon we can just plug in our cars, and go where we want!

Honestly, you put Charlie and Old Lucky together and you don’t know what seven kinds of crazy they’ll come up with! I heard them jawing about some idea of fixing the economy with a space invasion…that’s just the kind of foolish talk that makes people think Americans are dumb. That’d be like me saying there’s no such thing as shovel-ready projects, or that the Obamacare won’t control costs!

But then, they don’t watch the teevee like I do, so they’re apt to think any old thing. Honestly, if all I had to go on was their say-so, I would think the whole last decade should be one giant do-over. And that would be silly, now, wouldn’t it?

I must go harvest some peppers now, for supper. Just peppers and eggs; you know, we like to keep it simple in the summer. Come the autumn, though, when you all get back to work, why we’re looking forward to good times. Send us a postcard from the beach, you hear?

WOW, he cuts no slack for the “political class” in Washington, both Dems and Repubs. It’s about 42 minutes long, but an execellent video. Here is one old-timey democrat that argues in essence that his beloved party has abandoned him.

  15. You’re welcome, CW.

I suspect the members of Congress who received that WRIF recording chose not ‘offending’ Ogego as preferable to abiding by their oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

So far, the ‘top of the line’ evidence appears to be Obama’s admission (citing the Annenberg-supported FactCheck.org), on his Fight the Smears website, that his father was a British subject. And he was so careful there to say he was “a native citizen [in lieu of natural born] of the United States of America.”

No. 2, his allegedly fraudulent SSNs (which still don’t evince a nonAmerican birth)?

No passport evidence since Brennan’s employee allegedly cauterized the State Department’s record.

I wish Corsi had a way to obtain Obama’s Kenyan BC that Corsi alleged existed but was blocked by Obama’s first cousin Raila Odinga.

You probably remember WND reported that Ogego later claimed he had been referring to Obama Senior. But Ogego had also said Obama’s grandmother was still alive. However, how old would Senior’s grandmother be if she were still alive in 2008?!

I wonder what ruse will stop Orly in Hawaii. I sure hope I’m wrong in expecting that.

  16. Prediction:

Hillary will be the demRat nominee in 2012 as a result of one of the following scenarios:

    1) Billary will get bo indicted in Federal Court. Thus making it impossible for him to wage another winning campaign against her.

    2) bo will announce that Hillary will be his VP choice in 2012 and he will resign sometime prior to the election.

    3) Biden will resign and bo will select Hillary as the new VP.

The problem with all these scenarios is that bo is subject to indict in County Courts in every Conservative County in the US. So keep up the pressure Patriots.

The latest Gallop Poll shows the ‘intensity score’ for Rick Perry is better than any of the top GOP presidential contenders, observes DCDecoder.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry is racing upward in terms of national recognition, Gallup’s most recent polling data shows.

Moreover, Perry has an intensity score that is much better than any of his major contenders.

While Rick Santorum, Jon Huntsman, Newt Gingrich and even Ron Paul have seen their intensity scores tank from double digits in April to single digits now, perhaps the most instructive case of generating less support among new constituencies is Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann.

After hitting a high positivity score of 24 around July, Bachmann has slipped down to 16.

  19. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/08/24/jeb-bush-rick-perry-global-warming_n_935168.html

During an interview that aired on Fox Business on Tuesday, former Florida governor Jeb Bush (R) weighed in on Rick Perry’s candidacy for the Republican presidential nomination and the issue of global warming.

Bush denied there’s a rift between his family and the Texas governor’s camp.

“I’ve never heard anyone in my family say anything but good things about Rick Perry,” he said. “Not with my brother, my dad, not with me at all. I admire him and I think Texas has got a great story and he can legitimately talk about that story as a candidate for president.”

The former governor insisted that he has no intention of making a run for the White House in the next election cycle. “I will support the Republican nominee,” he said. “I might support someone before that, but I believe the Republican candidate will win and I’m looking forward to that.”

As for the issue of global warming, Bush articulated his own views on the subject on the heels of Perry raising doubt about the environmental phenomenon during a recent stop in New Hampshire.

“I think global warming may be real,” said Bush before adding that “whether it’s manmade or not is the point Perry was pining on.”

He continued, “It is not unanimous among scientists that it is disproportionately manmade. What I get a little tired of on the left is this idea that somehow science has decided all this so you can’t have a view. Science has decided that embryonic stem cell research is the way to go and if you don’t agree with that then somehow you’re Cro-Magnon Man or something like that. Governor Perry, as it relates to global warming has every right to suggest that it’s not a certainty.”

  20. CW, thanks for your continued efforts and not giving up the fight. Like you, I have written my congressman, Tom McKlintock, on the natural born issue and now the false birth certificate issue. I’ve written three letters. He only answered the first to say that Obama was properly vetted.

In my last letter, however, I encouraged him to initiate impeachment proceedings on the grounds of fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud. There are other impeachment issues, too, such as violation of the War Powers act, etc.
Herman Cain said no one in the House would initiate impeachment proceedings because the Senate would fail to convict. Nevertheless, it should still be done.

I would encourage all who care about this to write to their representative in Congress to initiate impeachment proceedings. The false birth certificate is sufficient grounds. It is a false document and can be proven to be a false document. We can concentrate on this one point and keep hammering away at it. The gutless wonders on Congress will do nothing on this issue until public pressure forces them. So we need to flood Congress with the demand that Obama be impeached because of the crime of presenting a false document to the public to substantiate a possible false claim concerning his identity. Once the document is proven to be false in front of the nation, the Senate would have no option but to convict. Then we could go about the process of removing the gutless wonders who allowed the Obamanation to happen.

  22. http://caucuses.desmoinesregister.com/2011/08/24/rick-perry-joins-other-candidates-in-pledging-against-abortion/

Rick Perry became the seventh candidate to sign the Pro-Life Presidential Leadership Pledge, promising to appoint cabinet members and judges that are against abortion and withhold federal money from medical centers that perform abortions.

“I not only pledge to protect unborn life, but have a record of doing so in Texas,” said Perry in a release. “I have signed legislation requiring parental consent for a minor to obtain an abortion, and have long advocated adoption as an alternative to abortion in order to protect unborn children.”

Perry’s declaration shifts him markedly to the social right of fellow top contender Mitt Romney, who is also against abortion but declined to sign the pledge.

Other candidates to decline the pledge include Jon Huntsman, another moderate conservative, and businessman Herman Cain

“Governor Perry has been a long-time friend of, and leader for, the pro-life community,” said SBA List President Marjorie Dannenfelser said in a release. “His signature on our pledge is more than welcome and we applaud him for his commitment to continue to fight for women and unborn children.”

    ********************************
Even though it appears now that the Senate would not act to remove him, just the House process of investigating and presenting the impeachable offenses would prove to be therapeutic. It would enlighten the public and bring to the fore the many issues that have not been thoroughly reported.

However, it seems unlikely at this point in time that the House will undertake such; after all, there are only a few months before the primaries begin. I believe the reluctance on the part of a Republican-controlled House is because they would rather have Obama to run against than anyone else. So, in effect, the country can go to pot in the meantime, to enable a Republican win in 2012. Is that statesmanship or politics?

  24. http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2011/08/rick-santorum-newt-gingrich-rick-perry-michele-bachmann.html

Pawlenty’s gone, so who’s the next Republican to fold?

Perry, who’s now surged to a double-digit lead in the GOP field in one new poll, came early, schmoozed from table to table, took his turn with the microphone and listened to all the other speakers, including an interminable presentation by a Lincoln lookalike.

Bachmann, who won the Ames Straw Poll, came late, demanded different lighting, missed her entrance cue and talked briefly with attendees.

But there was another candidate in the Electric Park Ballroom, former two-term Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, the Rodney Dangerfield of the GOP field so far in 2011.

When his turn arrived, Santorum ignited audience laughter when he said that as the evening’s undercard, he was expected to speak briefly.

    So he did.

Will he be the next GOP campaign dropout? Santorum finished fourth at Ames, worse even than Pawlenty, who said he needed a strong showing to maintain sufficient donor interest. The Minnesotan didn’t get it and pulled the plug the next day on his substantial Iowa ground operation.

Or what about Herman Cain, the pizza godfather? Probably not, not yet anyway.

Ron Paul finished a close second at Ames and his devoted disciples wouldn’t let him quit even if he was discouraged by his disappointing intensity score of 11.

According to the same score, the weakest remaining GOP candidate now is Newt Gingrich at only three. But his debate appearances help his other business, selling books, DVDs and maintaining his speaking fees.

Jon Huntsman’s intensity score is only four and Santorum’s isn’t much better at six. So, watch for one of them to fade, especially if Santorum’s fundraising stalls back home.

Four Ways Rick Perry Hurts Michele Bachmann’s GOP Bid

Perry, however, is able to reach many different constituencies, according to Innocenzi, including territory held by other top candidates, like Bachmann and Romney. “What I think makes Perry so strong is he reaches across all of them. He appeals to the quote ‘establishment’ traditional Republicans … because he’s a governor. He appeals to the conservatives and Tea Party because he supports their positions.” says Innocenzi, who adds that Perry has only one notable gap in his support. “He kind of plays in all the other segments of the Republican Party, with the exception of the moderates or the liberals.”

Anderson’s role with Perry will give the Texas governor’s campaign some gray-hair influence, and a certain credibility within Washington circles.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry has lit up the Republican presidential primaries like no other candidate, former Secretary of Education William Bennett wrote in an opinion piece for CNN.

“Until Perry’s entrance, there had been a lot of support for the various declared candidates, but there had also been a lot of unhappiness, a sense that none of the candidates was quite up to the task of beating President Obama, that none of the candidates was lighting the party’s fire as someone that could appeal to the base, bridge the establishment’s interests with the tea party interests, and — at the same time — occupy a position of national leadership,” former Education Secretary William Bennett wrote for CNN.

“Indeed, one recent poll revealed less than half (45%) of registered Republican primary voters were satisfied with the field that included most of the candidates we’ve seen thus far.”

Perry is also polling very well, Bennett says, and expects the Texas governor to hold up well to those scrutinizing his record.

“Perry’s entrance also shook up the race. He bested Mitt Romney as a write-in candidate in the Iowa straw poll and most recent polling puts him in front of the pack, beating both Romney and Rep. Michele Bachmann by double digits.

  32. In 2008 when Hillary Clinton stated her admiration for lnydon johnson, I was appalled that she admired a man who more than any other pResident was responsible for beginning the destruction of the United States of America.

That was before it was revealed by Jackie Kennedy, lbj’s mistress Madeleine Duncan Brown, E. Howard Hunt and others revealed that johnson was responsible for the assasination of President Kennedy.

IF THE BRITISH RESEARCHER IS WILLING TO PROVIDE WRITTEN AND CERTIFIED TESTIMONY THAT HE DID LOCATE ALL OF THIS INFORMATION IN THE KENYAN ARCHIVES, AND AT COAST PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL I TEND TO THINK THAT IT WOULD BE SATISFACTORY GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE IMPEACHMENT ACTION BY CONGRESS.

  34. THANK YOU DAVID! AT LEAST YOU HAD THE GOLF BALLS TO POST ALL OF IT. BY NOW YOUR NAME IS PROBABLY ON SOETORO’S HIT LIST FOR THE GOON SQUAD. BE CAREFUL!

it’s also unavoidably clear at this point that Perry’s momentum is real, his appeal to the base is formidable and it will take either a strenuous effort on Romney’s part or a major misstep on Perry’s to take him down a notch.

Our Business Pulse Survey this week asked: Should GOP pick Rick Perry or Mitt Romney for the presidential nomination?

Of 704 votes cast, 36 percent said Rick Perry should be nominated, because his jobs record will win votes. Another 21 percent voted to say Romney was the better choice

According to the final map, the only place to go is Steele County in North Dakota. The only light colored spot I could find on that map.

“This probably won’t go over too well down on Blue Heron Farm, but the Democrats’ best chance of keeping the White House next year may be to adopt Barack Obama’s old slogan, “change.”

And by change, I mean dumping Obama.

Presidents who preside over recessions usually don’t get re-elected. A president who has presided over the most devastating economic crisis since the Great Depression has even worse odds.

But Democrats do have a good opportunity to keep the White House, and her name is Hillary Clinton.”

In fact, the concern among meteorologists is high. National Hurricane Center Director Bill Read: “We are very concerned with what’s going to happen in New England. The benchmark is the 1938 hurricane. I am very concerned with what will happen there.”

The potential is real for the strongest hurricane hit on the Northeast in at least a couple decades this weekend!

Despite the luke-warm feeling for the Republicans, the surveyed voters said matchups would have Romney beating Obama 49-39, Bachmann winning 43-42 and Perry 46-39.

The poll had “Republican Candidate” beating Nelson 43-38.

Well the demRats are going to do their best to smear him hoping something will stick. We already see that with oldsalt, cabby and paxson’s posts, but it looks like the Republicans including many prominent Republicans.

I expect that one way or the other Hillary will get the demRat nomination and you never can still what “conservative” demRats and independents might do in that case. Remember the demRats got lyndon johnson elected, those fools will vote for anyone with a D beside their name, even a miscreant of had their beloved President Kennedy assasinated.

  49. Tina,

    proofed and corrected.

  50. Col. Oliver North is now praising Gov. Perry on Hannity.

  51. Yes. I agree, Free Speech. They will try to smear Perry all through his Presidency as well, but us smart folks will know better and stick with him. Now we have to think about a running mate. Fox had a piece about Rubio this morning, but he’s not eligible, unless the mainstream ignores this as well. It seems like they don’t care about eligibility at all.

  52. All CNN is talking about is Tripoli. The MSM gets so so excited about the Arabs. I want democracy too for the Middle East, but there is other news out there like Perry is surging, but they won’t report on that.

I admire Rubio but IMHO it would be a mistake for Perry to pick him. It is just too easy for Hillary to say that she looked at her friend Phil Berg’s evidence and discovered that bo was not qualified to be President, then launch an attack on Perry/Rubio.

IMHO Gov. Susana Martinez is the best choice for VP for whomever wins the GOP nomination. The Florida Polls already show Perry beating bo. He doesn’t need Rubio to win Florida.

  54. I like Susana Martinez. She may be an excellent choice for VP.

  55. Tina,

Also Martinez is a Hispanic Catholic and former Democrat. Rubio is a Cuban member of some small Protestant Church. Also Martinez is a prominent name in the Hispanic Community. Have you ever heard of anyone named Rubio before Rubio. Rubio doesn’t even sound like a Hispanic name.

  56. I’ve never smeared Perry. For a self described “Christian ” the behaviour of FS indicates otherwise.

  57. http://www.npr.org/blogs/itsallpolitics/2011/08/24/139921566/gallup-rick-perry-opens-12-point-lead-over-mitt-romney

Rick Perry Opens 12-Point Lead Over Mitt Romney

There really is a new sheriff in town or, more precisely, frontrunner in the race for the Republican presidential nomination, and he’s Texas Gov. Rick Perry who has opened a 29 percent to 17 percent lead over Mitt Romney with Republican voters, according to a new Gallup poll.

Another interesting result: Rep. Ron Paul of Texas was in third place with 13 percent, clearly placing him in the vaunted top tier. Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota was in fourth place at 10 percent.

  58. How Dumb Can We Be

    Stupid stupid stupid.

Born to a British father under the jurisdiction of the British government a subject of the British Crown is the Alpha and the Omega of the issue.

The above has been placed into the public record by Obama himself. You should read the above paragraph again.

By artifact of his mother’s nationality alone, Obama has American citizenship, wherever he was born. This citizenship was not the jurisdictional citizenship. His jurisdictional citizenship flowed from his father, a British citizen.

The POTUS eligibility issue is NOT a citizenship issue. It never was. Birthplace was ALWAYS a red herring. The birthplace issue continues to be a very effective trap for ‘frozen thinkers’ who have made themselves “noble pawns” being effectively manipulated and exploited by their adversaries to bury the real issue.

The Constitution’s eligibility requirements for elective federal office discriminate equally and unchangingly against every and all American citizens. It applies to all Americans. The real issue: Why does Obama get an exception; why is he excused from the Constitutional eligibility requirements.

Someone born to a British father under the jurisdiction of the British government a subject of the British Crown can be eligible for POTUS only under one exception — that the subject person whose otherwise disqualifying jurisdictional condition of birth was in fact an American citizen at the time the Constitution was adopted. This is the sole exception.

These fools wrote the wrong letter. They are not just playing into the beltway syndicate’s hands, they are making the very worst in our Congress more bold and more powerful by continuing to get the issue wrong.

Good work, dudes. You have been infiltrated by agents of the opposition and you have been duped into conducting a false flag campaign on behalf of your opposition. It would be funny were it not so sad.

Only they know who continues to mislead them about the real issue here.

  59. If you think you will find ANY congressman or senator that will help in your pursuit of the truth about the illegal Obama, you are crazy. I have written each and every congressman and senator and asked each of them to come up with any kind of proof that Obama was legal, and have never received an answer from any of them. They fear a “Black Backlash” if they make any attempt to discredit Obama, causing the normal response from the black “community” in the form of riots, and “civil unrest” This is the normal response from the black culture. Any time there is a problem that they view as anti black, they riot. This can be proven by merely looking into recent history in nearly every state. Good luck getting Obama out of office. I think the only way to get him out is to throw him out bodily, or find some senators and congressmen with balls that aren’t corrupt…
