There is absolutely no question that FOX news and Oreilly have been misleading us for the past 2 & 1/2 years by saying Obama (“the dick”) was born in Hawaii, when all of the evidence shows that even if he was, his father was NOT a natural born citizen. Obama is a liar, and our congress and senate are lying for him. That is a felony people, and we should go after them for it.
After writing and calling nearly every congressmen and women in the entire government in reference to the legality of Obama (“the dick”), I have yet to receive an answer, pro or con about this. I have not been able to get verification that the documents submitted by the Hawaiian DoH are identical to those posted by the White House. However, without verification the documents and claims are suspect of any released PDF. Everyone can believe what they want, or even go with the odds, but the facts of proof remain elusive. Sadly, the media, outside of WND didn’t make the effort to got to Hawaii and force them to confirm that the PDF was originally created by them, or confirm the copies that have been provided by the public.
The problem encountered is one of the releasing body. For instance, I don’t go and get a transcript from my school and then release a PDF document for proof of my perfect grades, it’s released from the source unaltered. Any disagreements here with this notion can quickly evaporate with individuals attempting to apply for say graduate school with a PDF transcript they bring in. The question really isn’t how the document was scanned, but why it wasn’t released to a group of reporters, including WND, by the Hawaiian DoH representative with Perkins Cole representatives present. Outside of that event, DoH officials should have immediately confirmed to all political bodies and news media the authenticity of the online PDF. I have yet to find a Perkins Cole representative claiming that the document PDF is a digital copy of what they received.
Legally, and I am not a lawyer, it is claimed that Hawaii MUST release documents when they are public released, i.e. the privacy right is gone when someone makes a public release of these documents. They have now refused to verify the White House Documents and have refused to release copies.
I made an attempt to prove that the online PDF was what it was claimed to be by the White House by verification and chain of evidence. I was unable to do so. Finally, I have witnessed outright fraud on the part of the White House before sometimes with disastrous results. LBJ and the Gulf of Tonkin being one burned into my memory with the subsequent misery that was Vietnam. Only to find later it was a staged event with the leaders of Congress, in both political parties, to afraid to tell the American people the truth about the administrations deceit. Theodore Roosevelt said that the President should be the person we as Americans question the most, not just give a pass. I questioned, and got no unequivocal verification.
Much like Citizens Wells question of “Why has Obama spent millions on teams of Lawyers to hide his documents?” I must add “Why has Obama released a document in such a way as to prevent easy verification?”.

Citizen Wells: I truly believe that since the Lt. colonel Lakin was put in jail for refusing to obey an order from the illegal “president”, that every one of the military men of any rank are in total fear of the same thing happening to them. This communist socialist regime must be taken down at any cost. I fear that very soon, there is going to be an armed conflict against the present “government” if for no other reason than to have the senate and congress do what they are paid to do, and that is to “protect and serve” the citizens of this country, and investigate the fraud that is being perpetrated against us. While the pertinent documents have probably already been scrubbed they WERE published on CW blog many months back. They clearly showed that the wording had been altered. The part which refers to Constitutional eligibility was deleted,and that the wording stated only that he had been determined to be eligible by the HDNC. I didn’t download these documents,but now I very much regret it.

I would like to offer the notion that any commissioned officer serving in ANY of our military services has an OBLIGATION by virtue of his SWORN oath to UPHOLD the Constitution. With so much corruption in the federal courts, I have to wonder why it appears that no lawyers have tried to sue Obama in the State courts for perjury when he signed State records, which is precisely what happened when Obama signed State documents stating he was qualified to be on the State ballots. Obama didn’t just violate federal laws; he, Pelosi, and the Democrat National Committee committed perjury to all 50 Secretaries of State. The most problematic of these perjuries for Obama with the best chance of passing “technical legalese” muster in State court would be the statements he signed for the States of Arizona and, of course, Hawaii.
The federal government at all levels and in all departments is so hopelessly corrupt and devoid of statesmen that I honestly believe it is a waste of time to expect any justice from any of them. The federal government, at this juncture with so much systemic corruption, being the criminal cabal that it is of leviathan proportions, can only be redeemed or dissolved by the States through hardball tactics of nullification, establishment of State militias per the Constitutional prerogative – answerable to only the Governor of the State, a clandestine “unannounced” Constitutional Convention for the express purpose of the formation of a new federal government and dissolution of the current one by Conservative Governors and/or State legislatures.
Nullification is useless if a State allows the federal courts to strike down any law it passes to nullify nullification, which is always the case. Nullification needs to be followed with threats of State prosecution of federal officials trying to enforce anything not within the federal government’s Constitutional authority. The way so many States have been handling nullification lately only shows they haven’t the spine for putting any teeth into it.
State militias of the Constitutional variety (NOT THE NATIONAL GUARDS) send a clear message to DC that the States will enforce their sovereign border security if the federal government refuses to do so. States have a sovereign right to protect their own citizens from all enemies foreign and doemstic as well. In fact, I would like to see non-border States who have been overrun with illegal immigration work in conjunction with their sister border States sending supplementary State militia troops to the border to relieve other State troops and provide added firepower if needed. The State militias can work in conjunction with each other without the federal government if that federal government is a danger to their security. This will send a clear message to DC that the States mean business.
To follow proper protocol, the clandestine Constitutional Convention of Conservative States ONLY should be preceded, at first, by a letter jointly signed by all State Governors, State House Speakers, and State Representatives listing the usurpations of the federal government just as our forefathers pleaded with the Crown. It should demand a plan of action by the federal government to address the numerous usurpations. It should demand a response within one week to the charges. When no such reply or an inadequate response is received, a 2nd Declaration of Independence (COMPLETE NULLIFICATION)should be jointly signed by all parties previously mentioned. In 1795, Congress repealed the words “natural born” from that statute and those words never returned. So, in 1875 when Minor was decided, the current naturalization act did not contain the words “natural born”, which had been previously repealed in 1795. It simply made those born abroad “citizens”.
Justice Waite also stated:
“These provisions thus enacted have, in substance, been retained in all the naturalization laws adopted since.”
The key words here are, “in substance”. While the words, “natural born” were repealed in 1795, the following naturalization statutes granted “citizenship”, and “citizenship” is the “substance” of all naturalization acts of the US, not Presidential eligibility.
That was the only time in our national history where a federal statute contained the words “natural born citizen”.
On this issue, the current Foreign Affairs Manual at 7 FAM 1131.6-2 states:
“c. The Constitution does not define “natural born”. The ―Act to establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization‖, enacted March 26, 1790, (1 Stat. 103,104) provided that, ―…the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born … out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens: Provided that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States.
d. This statute is no longer operative, however, and its formula is not included in modern nationality statutes. In any event, the fact that someone is a natural born citizen pursuant to a statute does not necessarily imply that he or she is such a citizen for Constitutional purposes.”

Even the Obama administration State Department recognizes that there is a big difference between statutory citizens and Constitutional citizens. Recognizing that difference is not a new concept created by those who understand Obama is not eligible.

Congress does not have the power to amend the Constitution or to define any term therein by statute. This may only be done by an Amendment, and, as the official US Constitution indicates, the natural-born citizen clause has never been amended, modified or repealed.
Justice Waite stated that citizens may be born, citing Article 2 Section 1 for that authority. Chief Justice Waite also noted that new citizens may be naturalized by federal statute. Persons, who at their birth, require a naturalization statute are not natural born, but they are “born citizens” due to their naturalization at birth. Therefore, while there are only two paths to citizenship, birth or naturalization… some persons who are not “natural-born citizens” are “born citizens” due to having received their citizenship by virtue of a statute such as the naturalization statute of 1790, 1795, etc.
So, under the 1790 act, while those persons might be “considered as” natural born citizens, such consideration derives via statue, not from the Constitution. Hence, regardless of the statutory terminology, those persons are naturalized and therefore do not meet the qualifications to be President. Justice Waite did not say that naturalized persons were eligible to be President. He noted that the Constitution provided citizenship to natural-born citizens and to naturalized citizens, but in his opinion he states directly that only natural-born citizens may be President.
This is a very important point we take from Minor v. Happersett, that some “born citizens” are not “natural born”.
I have seen an even more ridiculous argument on this point where it is claimed, “Just because the statute states in the title that it is a naturalization statute doesn’t mean the title has any effect.”
I don’t need to explain that one to you. It’s a classic example of Seussian hooplah, the native tongue of desperation. Seriously, folks, be prepared for all sorts of Seussian hooplah (a form of argument which makes absolutely no sense by entangling the reader in semantical physiognominious correlative conjunctifisionography) by the other side now that the fact of US Supreme Court precedent stating Obama (and McCain) are not eligible for POTUS has been clearly identifed.

At the same time, another phony “peace flotilla” against Israel’s coast is being organized, with Code Pink and Hamas elements involved. One of the ships is named The Audacity of Hope — against which Obama has made no public protest. It is filled with Obama’s personal and political friends, just like the last one was. Egypt is no longer enforcing the arms blockade against Gaza, so that Hamas will get a flow of missiles if the “peace” flotilla succeeds. The Israeli Navy that protects the coast is now vulnerable to Chinese anti-ship missiles positioned in Egypt, Gaza, and Lebanon.
Lt. Col (ret) Chuck Devore projects a coming blockade against Israel’s two main Mediterranean ports, cutting the major lifeline to Israel’s economy. Egypt has stopped natural gas deliveries already.

“If Obama wanted to deliberately sabotage American power and Western security in the Middle East, he could have done nothing more destructive. What Obama has done to the American economy, he has now done to the Middle East. The only rational purpose for this strategic sabotage is to place all the decision power in Obama’s own hands. The irrational purpose, if there is one, is to destroy the security of the United States and its closest allies in the Middle East and southern Europe.
All of America’s allies, including Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea, must be worried sick. If the United States destroys its own European defenses, what is to stop it from destroying its Asian defenses? Just as the Arab countries will soon go nuclear, so will Japan, South Korea, and possibly Taiwan.
By meeting with Ahmadinejad, Russia and China have jumped on what they judge to be the winning side. They have been sitting on the fence, because they don’t want an Islamic martyr regime with nukes next door. Iran is only one hour’s flight by airplane from Russia. Yet today, they have switched to an active pro-Iranian position. It is the biggest communist gamble since World War II and Mao’s Great Leap Forward.
Obama’s only skill is to be a community agitator, Alinsky-style. To that end he has his own house Jews, like Southern plantations used to have their own house blacks. They pop up all over leftist fronts like J Street and other fronts. The media try to legitimize those frauds, just like they legitimized a small minority of radical feminists decades ago.
What we are seeing today with Michele Bachmann and Sarah Palin today is a “high-tech lynching,” just as Clarence Thomas said at his Senate hearing about the way the media abused him with rumors of sexual misbehavior. High-tech lynching. Keep that in mind, because that’s who these people are. They don’t lynch people by accident, but with a very clear purpose. They are ruthless, and they have no decency. Domestically their purpose is to intimidate you and me, just as the KKK did in the Jim Crow South.
Media lynchings create an atmosphere of fear by hanging specific scapegoats from a tree. Watch it happen to Palin, Bachmann, Herman Cain, and everybody who becomes uppity against Obama. That is how the left aims to win a second term that Obama desperately wants.
Obama’s Jewish problem is the existence of millions of Jews who feel loyal to (a) a genuine belief in God, or (b) a genuine love for Israel, or (c) both.
Obama is fine with self-labeled Jews if they are atheist leftists, and they are willing to risk Israel being erased from the planet. Some of his best friends are Jews In Name Only, as long as they are detached from Israel. And other religions, natch.

“Obama entered office on a groundswell of a disconcerting mania, a mania in which voters imagined on this blank slate of a candidate all sorts of truly fantastic abilities and policies, none of which were warranted in his paltry, truly shabby history.
The man with no available school records, for example, was painted as a genius and his brief time as a University of Chicago adjunct (basically teaching assistant) puffed up to a professorship in constitutional law. The guy who cannot speak a logical, coherent, grammatical sentence on his own was pawned off as a literary genius to unsuspecting, foolish voters. It was inevitable that the reality of his time in office could never match the dream. It was unfortunately equally inevitable that he would prove inadequate to the difficult job of the presidency.
Still, which of those who voted for him could have envisioned the hash he’s made of things in every respect? Unemployment far exceeds what he warned it would reach if we didn’t pass his stimulus package; the housing market shows no sign of lift off; the dollar sinks more each day; manufacturing is at a virtual standstill, and Americans grow more pessimistic about the economy each day. The landmark legislation of his first (and I hope final) term, ObamaCare, is so badly conceived and drafted that Americans are likely to see the best medical service in the world destroyed unless it is soon repealed or ruled unconstitutional. In the meantime, as uncertainty about its future grows, more and more businesses are paralyzed and unable to plan for their futures.
Internationally, we keep alienating our allies and boosting our enemies. Like the Duke of York* in the nursery school rhyme, he had “10,000 men marched them up the hill and then marched them down again.” He ordered a surge in Afghanistan, the place he argued in 2008 we really should be instead of Iraq, and then order pulling them out before the job is done, and in a manner sure to increase the danger to them. Without Congressional authorization, he’s committed our troops and weaponry to a rather pointless fight in Libya; pushed Mubarak out of office in favor of heaven knows what successors; failed to do a thing to prevent Iran from going nuclear; done nothing to stop Syria’s Assad from daily slaughtering his own people; and each and every day puts the life and welfare of our staunch ally Israel at risk.
This week’s press conference revealed him as a man desperately clinging to the same rhetorical devices that have long worn thin: demagogic false choices, class warfare and a preposterous description of himself as the reasonable adult in the legislative process.
Fill in the blanks here, for this is the same speech we have been hearing for his entire term:
Republican leaders need to ask their constituents if they are willing to sacrifice the [ health, safety, welfare, future ]of their children for [you name it].

This was typical throughout the press conference. He’s the only reasonable one, the only one who cares about people, the only one trying hard to reach a “balanced” debt deal, and so on and so on, the facts be damned. Of course, if it seems to some that he’s been detached, it’s only because he’s been so busy working on the Taliban, and bin Laden, and the Greece crisis.
He had the audacity to say with a straight face that his administration is trying to remove burdensome regulations, when in fact Obamacare and Dodd-Frank alone impose vast regulations (most of which have not been written yet, which freezes business investment) on virtually every area of the economy.
Not only does he not get it, he is ideologically incapable of getting it. He views the economy as a zero sum game, a point I have made before.
This reminds me of the failed luxury tax on yachts years ago, which devastated the shipbuilding industry in Rhode Island, leading to substantial layoffs; the choice was not between yacht owners and children, but between job creating industries or not.
The thumbs down on the address was rather universal, from National Review’s Yuval Levin to Time’s editor Mark Halperin.
It all had the feel of a childish tantrum by a person who desperately wishes he were living in a different reality – one in which he is the heroic man of action and his opponents are irresponsible and weak. But the fact is, the president and congressional Democrats have so far utterly failed to offer any path out of our fiscal problems – problems that they have greatly exacerbated. The president proposed a budget in February that would have increased the deficit, and then he retracted it in April and proposed nothing in particular in its place. Senate Democrats have not proposed a budget in two years; they now suggest they finally have one, though apparently it won’t really be brought to a vote. I totally agree, Troy. And I wonder about being “directed” to ignore this obvious forgery. Why in the world would someone do that?
I know Leo would rather attention be given to his website, and his latest project, but it would be ridiculous to just drop this FELONIOUS birth certificate, to solely take up something that has FAILED MISERABLY so far.
We can, however, keep our irons in both fires, and work as hard as we can to get this fraud out of office in whatever legal way we can. There are so many ways to choose from – Social Security fraud, real estate fraud, passport fraud, student loan fraud, identity fraud…need I go on?
I suggest that people who are shilling for Leo take a breath, and think twice about whether ignoring Barack Hussein Obama committing a crime on national television on April 27th of this year is a good idea. “When the Obama administration releases a report on the Friday before a long weekend, it’s clearly not trying to draw attention to the report’s contents. Sure enough, the “Seventh Quarterly Report” on the economic impact of the “stimulus,” released on Friday, July 1, provides further evidence that President Obama’s economic “stimulus” did very little, if anything, to stimulate the economy, and a whole lot to stimulate the debt.
The report was written by the White House’s Council of Economic Advisors, a group of three economists who were all handpicked by Obama, and it chronicles the alleged success of the “stimulus” in adding or saving jobs. The council reports that, using “mainstream estimates of economic multipliers for the effects of fiscal stimulus” (which it describes as a “natural way to estimate the effects of” the legislation), the “stimulus” has added or saved just under 2.4 million jobs — whether private or public — at a cost (to date) of $666 billion. That’s a cost to taxpayers of $278,000 per job.
In other words, the government could simply have cut a $100,000 check to everyone whose employment was allegedly made possible by the “stimulus,” and taxpayers would have come out $427 billion ahead.
Furthermore, the council reports that, as of two quarters ago, the “stimulus” had added or saved just under 2.7 million jobs — or 288,000 more than it has now. In other words, over the past six months, the economy would have added or saved more jobs without the “stimulus” than it has with it. In comparison to how things would otherwise have been, the “stimulus” has been working in reverse over the past six months, causing the economy to shed jobs.
Again, this is the verdict of Obama’s own Council of Economic Advisors, which is about as much of a home-field ruling as anyone could ever ask for. In truth, it’s quite possible that by borrowing an amount greater than the regular defense budget or the annual cost of Medicare, and then spending it mostly on Democratic constituencies rather than in a manner genuinely designed to stimulate the economy, Obama’s “stimulus” has actually undermined the economy’s recovery — while leaving us (thus far) $666 billion deeper in debt.
The actual employment numbers from the administration’s own Bureau of Labor Statistics show that the unemployment rate was 7.3 percent when the “stimulus” was being debated. It has since risen to 9.1 percent. Meanwhile, the national debt at the end of 2008, when Obama was poised to take office, was $9.986 trillion (see Table S-9). It’s now $14.467 trillion — and counting.
All sides agree on these incriminating numbers — and now they also appear to agree on this important point: The economy would now be generating job growth at a faster rate if the Democrats hadn’t passed the “stimulus.” ”
