The US Justice Department with the aid of the complicit media, continue to portray their chicanery in protecting Obama with Orwellian phrases like “streamlining” the Blagojevich Trial.

“FBI Special Agent Daniel Cain, the primary case agent on the investigation into Levine and Rezko, is on the stand now in testimony that is laying the foundation for entering the wiretaps into evidence.
Cain said the investigation, dubbed Operation Board Games by the federal agents, began in December 2003 and was prompted by information gleaned from an informant whom he did not identify. That witness, he said, took part in meetings with two other individuals who were in contact with Levine by phone at his home.
Cain said Levine had three phone lines in his North Shore home. Federal agents recorded conversations on those lines April 8-May 21, 2004. Those dates span the time when Levine, Rezko and others allegedly were working to rig the hospital board vote on a Mercy Health System hospital proposal for Crystal Lake and other kickback schemes prosecutors claim they were engaged in.”

“The former lawyer for a state board that regulates hospital expansions took the stand late in the afternoon and said she told Stuart Levine of her concern after an odd vote on the Mercy Hospital project that included Levine whispering to other board members before the project was approved.
His response was no less troubling, she said.
“He shrugged his shoulders and said, ‘Sometimes you have to be a good soldier,’” said Anne Murphy, the former lawyer for the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board.
Murphy said Levine’s remark followed a vote that saw the plan for a new hospital in Crystal Lake squeak by with the minimum of five votes in favor on the nine-member board.
With eight members present at the April 2004 meeting, Murphy said the vote was stalled with three members voting “yes,” two voting “no” and two abstentions when Chairman Thomas Beck was called to give his vote.
Beck said, “Where’re we at?” Murphy testified. He then went over to whisper with Levine off the record, she said. When that conversation ended, Murphy said, Levine got up and whispered to Imad Almanaseer.
Beck then voted yes, Murphy testified, and Almanaseer changed his vote to “yes,” giving the plan the necessary votes to pass.
“There was an audible, collective gasp across the room,” Murphy recalled of the April 2004 meeting.
Prosecutors contend the five members who voted for the hospital were a Levine-led bloc that Rezko had placed on the board and controlled. The two were charged with arranging to accept a kickback from the builder who was going to build the Mercy project in Crystal Lake.
The entire board was new as of the summer of 2003, Murphy said. She said she had given the new members memos on ethics, including conflicts of interest.”
May 18, 2004: (March 21, 2008; 12:10 p.m. Rezko trial transcripts)
“Another government wiretap has been played with Antoin “Tony” Rezko’s voice on it, and this one could prove damaging to his defense. On the tape, recorded May 18, 2004, Rezko can be heard giving orders to political fixer Stuart Levine about how he wanted to manipulate the vote of one of Levine’s fellow members on the Illinois Health Facilities Planning board, Danalynn Rice.
June 7, 2004: Stuart Levine, member of the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board, abruptly resigns. This is the first indication that the Blagojevich administration is under federal criminal investigation.
July 2, 2004: Stuart Levine resigns from the state Teachers’ Retirement System board.
July 27, 2004: Obama Democratic Convention Speech.
May 9, 2005: Stuart Levine indicted on corruption charges. Federal subpoena issued to Tony Rezko.
June 15, 2005: Obama purchases home next door to Rezko for $1.65 million, $300,000 less than the asking price.

Soon after the Blagojevich arrest, Conner was interviewed by investigators from Fitzgerald’s office.
Jan. 2006: Rita Rezko sells the Obamas one-sixth of her lot for $104,500.

Oct. 22, 2006: Obama publicly states he is considering a run for the Presidency.

Jan. 28, 2011: Rezko sentencing set for October 21, 2011.

UTICA, NY – Sixteen percent of all voters and 30% of Republicans do not believe President Barack Obama has proven he was born in the U.S., even after release of his long-form birth certificate, a new IBOPE Zogby interactive survey finds.
I believe this number will continue to rise. The reason it’s low is that most want to believe the doc is legit. However, more and more are learning that not one thing Obama says can be trusted.

The one thing we’ve come to realize about Obama’s covert identity is that if there suddenly appears information alleging to confirm it, it is highly probable that the information is unintentionally wrong or intentionally misleading. As Obama recently said, “We don’t have time for this silliness.”
The evidence herein is somewhat belaboring and intensive, but necessary to understand in order to place Obama’s recently revealed, highly questionable Health Department-issued “Certificate of Live Birth” Registration in its accurate context. Forget for a moment that the document is probably forged or that it confirms or denies anything. Just look at the data and measure it against the facts and what we know….

Bin Laden’s body was then allegedly recovered by the U.S. military and kept in its possession until it was dumped at sea hours later. From here, the story begins to get very dicey. Both ABC News and the Associated Press have reported that the body has been identified by DNA testing using tissue and blood samples taken from his sister who died of brain cancer previously. However, Reuters reports that DNA test results will not actually be available for days still, and that his body was identified using facial recognition techniques.
Adding to the confusion surrounding evidence of bin Laden’s death, US military officials are said to have immediately disposed of the body in the Arabian Sea, supposedly adhering to “Muslim burial customs”. Washington insists that they have photos and video of the body, but have yet to release them to the public.
This means that, in theory, there can only be a limited number of actual witnesses and that there is no body to verify that it genuinely was bin Laden, leaving the public with only the government’s official version of events to believe. Confusion, not conclusion, will be the order of the day. It is likely that this tactic was an intentional one on the part of Washington, providing pundits and conspiracy theorists with an endless knot that will take decades to unravel.

NEWSCORE – Pakistan hit back Wednesday about US fears that it could not be trusted with details of the raid on osama bin Laden’s compound and claimed it had identified the potential hideout as far back as 2009.
The foreign minister, Salman Bashir, said CIA chief Leon Panetta’s suggestion that Pakistan could have tipped off the al Qaeda leader and jeopardized Sunday’s operation was “disquieting.”
“He is entitled to his views, but I know for sure that we have extended every cooperation to the US, including the CIA, and to other countries as far as the campaign against terror is concerned,” Bashir told the BBC. “All the significant al Qaeda people who have been picked up, it was done by the ISI [Pakistan’s Intelligence Service], from Pakistan towns and cities.”
Bashir went on to claim that the ISI passed on its suspicions about the compound in Abbottabad two years ago.
“The fact is, on this particular occasion, it was pointed out by our intelligence quite some time ago to the US intelligence,” he said. “We had indicated as far back as 2009 [it was] a possible place.”
Bashir added that there were “millions” of other potential locations for bin Laden and that Pakistan had concentrated on the “caves and hideouts.”
The ISI said it again warned just six months ago that “suspicious foreigners” and even “al Qaeda operatives” were potentially inside the compound but denied knowing bin Laden was among them, according to Sky News. There was no immediate response to that claim from the Obama administration.

Iranian Defense Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi questioned the authenticity and reliability of the recent announcement made by the US president about the death of the Al-Qaeda Leader, Osama bin Laden.
“Bin Laden’s death report is suspicious in essence since they claim that they have discharged his body in the sea,” Vahidi told reporters on the sidelines of a cabinet meeting here in Tehran on Wednesday.
“We should ask why they have not allowed an impartial party to observe this process,” he said.
Likewise, the Taliban still does not believe that Osama Bin Laden is dead.

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said talk of Osama bin Laden’s death was “premature,” adding that the U.S. had not presented “convincing evidence,” the SITE Intelligence Group reported.
“As the Americans did not provide any acceptable evidence to back up their claim, and as the other aides close to Osama bin Laden have not confirmed or denied the death … therefore the Islamic Emirate consider any assertion premature,” said a statement emailed to media by Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid.
Revised details of the raid also emerged Tuesday, with Carney clarifying that bin Laden was unarmed when he was shot, contrary to earlier reports. He also confirmed that two male couriers were killed on the first floor of the main building in the compound, while a woman on that floor was also killed in the crossfire. On the next level, bin Laden was located. One of his wives ran toward the first SEAL and was shot in the leg but not killed. Bin Laden was then shot and killed. His children were present when he died.
Panetta also confirmed the US Navy SEALs had been sent expecting to kill the al Qaeda leader, rather than take him alive.

Osama Bin Laden’s daughter has claimed he was captured alive in his Pakistani hideout and then shot by U.S. special forces, it was reported today.
Arabic news network Al-Arabiya quoted ‘senior Pakistani security officials’ who said the 12-year-old saw her father executed and his body dragged to a helicopter.

The conflicting accounts risk fuelling a possible backlash against the killing, with fears of reprisal terrorist attacks around the world.
An Islamist party staged a protest earlier this week, with crowds chanting: ‘Down with America! Down with Obama!’ and ‘Jihad, Jihad the only treatment for America’.
The Pakistani Taliban, an Al Qaeda-allied group behind scores of bloody attacks in Pakistan and the failed bombing in New York’s Times Square, has vowed to take revenge.

Birth Cert ? The hospital version can’t be used for ID to get a Drivers License or Passport, but it shows when and where you were born.

WASHINGTON — In a reversal of an 18-year-old military policy that critics said was hiding the ultimate cost of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the news media will now be allowed to photograph the flag-draped coffins of America’s war dead as their bodies are returned to the United States, but only if the families of the dead agree.
The decision, which Defense Secretary Robert Gates announced Thursday, lifts a 1991 blanket ban on such photographs put in place under President George Bush. It chiefly affects coffins arriving from Iraq and Afghanistan that go through Dover Air Force Base in Delaware.
“I think that foremost in our thinking about issues like this should be the families and giving them choices,” Gates said at a news conference at the Pentagon.
