Trump has been right in bringing up Obama’s eligibility/natural born citizen issue, the ‘birther’ issue. No one else (at this point in time) has the clout or the guts to tackle it. No other politician or ethical reporter will cover this issue in any depth because the Political Correctness (PC) police have been out in full force intimidating all who might dare to raise any questions. They’ve been very successful too. That’s why ‘birther’ is the name everyone associates with it; and why most associate the meaning the name implies – not born in Hawaii. No independent thought necessary! However, it is an issue that needs to be addressed, if for no other reason that we have military men and women fighting around the world at Obama’s beck and call.
And the high stakes game, it appears will have a few more hands to play.
The issue with Obama’s eligibility (regardless of what the media is trying to lead you to believe) not only involves the place of his birth but also his conflicted allegiances vis-à-vis the citizenship of his father.
Unfortunately, there is no Supreme Court decision that I know of where the Court addresses the specific question (in a case where it is factually necessary to the facts and issue presented) of who can and can’t be a Natural Born Citizen, other than in the penumbra of discussions/historical presentations in cases involving ordinary and/or naturalized citizenship.
However, the relevant writings/common understandings that were available to the Founders and the ones that have been suggested that the Founders relied, suggest (as stated by Prof. Solum in ‘Originalism and the Natural Born Citizen Clause’) that to be a natural born citizen requires being born in country to parents (2) who were citizens at the time of the person’s birth.”

I am still wondering if a birth certificate is required to get married in Illinois. Marriage licenses are PUBLIC information. Perhaps it is time for some estra curricular digging into her past.
I saw the clip of the Crowley show on birther report web site and they played a cut up version of what the usurper’s grandmother said to make it look like she said he was born in HI and they eliminated the part where she was coaxed to change her story. Also, they insist on putting in front of the American public that fake forged COLB trying to pass it off as bo’s birth certificate and saying that HI said it was legit. What a bunch of hooey. How stupid do they think we are? Then she said they blocked out the number for protection, but other versions have the fake number on it. That is really fishy. They are trying to be part of the cover up for the usurper and lie. They are trying to make Donald Trump look stupid, when in fact, they look stupid showing all that fake stuff on TV. They should be held accountable for wire fraud and trying to defraud the American people with that fake COLB flashing across the screen. I wish that Trump had all the facts enough to say that that COLB is a forgery.

Isn’t it true that he was still going by the Sotero name after high school and in the college in California until around two years later and didn’t begin using the Obama name until he moved to New York to allegadelly go to Columbia?

The prosecution has recently filed a request with the judge to eliminate fragment’s of recorded conversations like, “I’m more prestine on Rezko than Obama”, instead of playing the recorded conversation in it’s intirety…On Feburary 15th the prosecution blocked an effort by the defense to depose both Tony Rezko and Stuart Levine, the defense saying they wanted to know what Rezko had told the fed’s in regards to his indictment…(why they didn’t just tell the judge that they may want to call Rezko/Levine as possible witnesses for the defense is a mystery)…Also interesting is that Daniel T. Frawley’s court date in which he pleaded guilty to expired charges was February 14th, it was reported on March 8, and on March 9, Blagojevich made an offer that was quite easily refused…(just do time on the perjury charge and drop the rest, never admitting wrong doing)…I expect Daniel T. Frawley will be called in the Blago trial mostly because of the timing (he will be sentenced on June 1 in the court room of Judge Ronald Guzman) but he can also act as a proxy witness for Tony Rezko having given Blago $100,000…IF the defense is on thier toes and are willing to take Obama with them, when they cross Frawley they can/will find out that he had contact with Obama as well…”Frawley exchanged phone calls, fax’s and emails with Seamus Ahern, Obama’s chief of staff for his Molene office”…Obama has denied knowing Frawley was Rezko’s partner but this is ludicris to say the least, Frawley couldn’t get a date with the coroner if he was on a slab….The man’s qualifications for a $50 million dollar military type contract were frighteningly lacking; at the time of his bidding he had/has no college, no military, no office, no business liciense with the state, no tax i.d., no home (living with his sister & still is), no public email/fax/phone, no website for his company and we are to believe that Rezko had NO part in their introduction??? PLEASE!

Smith had been part of a group of picketers, led by Al Sharpton , head of the National Action Network and Morris Powell , leader of the 125th Street Vendor’s Association, who had been protesting the eviction of Sikhulu Shange, owner of the Record Shack who was subletting from Fred Harari, the Jewish owner of Freddy’s.
The picketing, which had gone on for months, had led Harari to seek relief with the State Supreme Court. In papers filed just one day before the fire, he said, “Recently, the protesters have made motions of striking a match and throwing it on outside clothing displays or in the doorway of the store.” An affidavit by Kareem Brunner, a black security guard killed in the blaze, said that he had been called a “cracker lover” and “would get mine as a traitor [to the black race].” Brunner, was the only black that Smith did not order out of the store before setting it afire.

Kam Kuwata
California’s political world is in shock today about the sudden death of Kam Kuwata, a Feinstein advisor and well-liked strategist.
Barabak writes:
Kam Kuwata, one of California’s leading Democratic political strategists and a droll wit whose lively quotes and keen analyses enlivened many campaigns and journalistic accounts of those races, has died. He was 57.
Kuwata’s body was found in his condominium in the Venice neighborhood of Los Angeles on Monday morning after friends and family grew concerned when they had not heard from him for several days. The cause of death was not immediately known.
Kuwata began his political career working in the mailroom for then-U.S. Sen. Alan Cranston. He worked for Cranston’s 1984 presidential campaign and established himself as one of the state’s best-known strategists — and most quotable voices — as the voluble spokesman for Cranston’s 1986 reelection campaign. Cranston ultimately edged out Rep. Ed Zschau after a close and hard-fought campaign.
In 1992, Kuwata joined Bill Carrick, a Los Angeles-based Democratic strategist and Kuwata’s longtime friend and campaign partner, as a top strategist for Dianne Feinstein, helping win the U.S. Senate seat she still holds. Kuwata helped Feinstein win reelection several times and, up until his death, was talking up her prospects for another run in 2012.

I’ll never forget the critical contribution Kam made to our efforts in 2008, planning an open, vibrant Convention that really captured the spirit of our campaign. Michelle and I send our deepest condolences to Kam’s extended family of friends and to so many in California who mourn his passing.

Re “Donald Trump Gets Weirder,” by Gail Collins (column, April 2):
Even before Gail Collins was with the New York Times, she has written nasty and derogatory articles about me. Actually, I have great respect for Ms. Collins in that she has survived so long with so little talent. Her storytelling ability and word usage (coming from me, who has written many bestsellers), is not at a very high level. More importantly, her facts are wrong!
As far as her comments on the so-called “birther” issue, I don’t need Ms. Collins’s advice. There is a very large segment of our society who believe that Barack Obama, indeed, was not born in the United States. His grandmother from Kenya stated, on tape, that he was born in Kenya and she was there to watch the birth. His family in Honolulu is fighting over which hospital in Hawaii he was born in-they just don’t know.
He has not been able to produce a “birth certificate” but merely a totally unsigned “certificate of live birth”-which is totally different and of very little significance. Unlike a birth certificate, a certificate of live birth is very easy to obtain. Equally of importance, there are no records in Hawaii that a Barack Hussein Obama was born there-no bills, no doctors names, no nurses names, no registrations, no payments, etc. As far as the two notices placed in newspapers, many things could have happened, but some feel the grandparents put an ad in order to show that he was a citizen of the U.S. with all of the benefits thereto. Everybody, after all, and especially then, wanted to be a United States citizen.
The term used by Ms. Collins-“birther”-is very derogatory and is meant in a derogatory way. Had this been George Bush or almost any other President or Presidential aspirant, they would never have been allowed to attain office, or would have been thrown out of office very quickly.
For some reason, the press protects President Obama beyond anything or anyone I have ever seen. What they don’t realize is that if he was not born in the United States, they would have uncovered the greatest “scam” in the history of our country. In other words, they would become the hottest writer since Watergate, or beyond.
Open your eyes, Gail, there’s at least a good chance that Barack Hussein Obama has made mincemeat out of our great and cherished Constitution!

Yellow will not block out text when making copies at their end, if they so desire, such as pink or other color highlighters do with copiers sometimes. Try not to send too many documents and address too many issues in one packet, 2 or 3 at most, and prepare an executive summary page, 1/2 page of text for the summary cover page for each enclosure, for what you are sending … along with your cover letter to The Donald.
Send the package by some sort of next day or 2nd day service such that you know it gets delivered promptly and you can easily track it.
