“Defendant Theresa Cao, who shouted “Except Obama! Except Obama!” during the reading of the U.S. Constitution on January 6, met with her public defender on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, after initially having dismissed her on March 14, 2011, prior to her March 15 hearing.
Cao officially announced that she was firing Attorney April Downs in a Motion to Dismiss addressed to the government in which she referenced several articles published at The Post & Email and charged Barack Hussein Obama with treason.
Theresa gave her account of her meeting with Downs exclusively to The Post & Email.
SHARON: When did you meet with Ms. Downs?
THERESA: It was March 22 at noon, for about an hour; perhaps a little more.
SHARON: Did she have any reaction to your Motion to Dismiss which you introduced the day before your hearing?
THERESA: Yes. After the last hearing, she asked to see the motion, so she saw what I wrote about her.
SHARON: And what was her reaction to that?
THERESA: Well, I tried not to talk about it; I just let her read and I tried to divert her, which sometimes left us at an impasse.
I believe that in my Motion to Dismiss, I was showing the judicial system that I have caught them in their corruption. I put it all on paper that I could clearly read them and they are not who they say they are. I have it all on paper.
SHARON: What do you think she thought of the information you included?
THERESA: This was another test for her, actually. Remember she said that she was now going to defend me based on my constitutional rights?
SHARON: Yes, I remember.
THERESA: Well, clearly, in this particular meeting, again, she opposed me on basically everything that I wanted to have done based on my defense on the Constitution.”

If Donald Trump’s goal is to differentiate himself from those jelly-kneed Republican candidates too timid to ask even the most basic questions about President Barack Obama’s origins, he is doing a bang-up job of it….
Regarding Ms. Cao:
I hope Theresa Cao will seek a jury trial and hammer the jury on voir dire about eligibility, what they’ve seen in the main stream media, why have the media not reported this issue, what is a ‘natural born citizen’, use the opportunity to educate the jury, creat some possible issues for appeal about jury selection, investigate political party identification, views on Constitution, etc.
I would be interesting if potential jury members who thought a ‘natural born citizen’ required birth to two citizens were excluded by the prosecution. Issue for appeal? Hmmm. Wish I had a law library. Could that question be limited by Judge? If so, is that an issue?
Given that 95% of black Americans voted for Obama, I would raise a racial aspect in the minds of everyone remaining on the jury, i.e., the racism involved in many black Americans voting for Obama. Plant seeds of a stacked deck and hope for a jury pardon.

Good morning Free Speech. I would also explore if anyone is aware there a difference between a natural born citizen and an ordinary citizen. See if the judge shuts me down. Then I would request repeatedly may I be heard and if the judge continues to shut me down, I believe an issue of being deprived of a right to a defense, conduct a reasonable voir dire process, etc. may be created.
When Ms. Cao shouted ‘except Obama’, wasn’t she merely correcting the speaker. The reader of the Constitution should have included the phrase ‘except Obama’ because of the backdoor amendment process the media, Representatives and Justice system have been involved with. Kidding …well maybe I’m kidding.

da verg – Good Morning! The sentencing history of this Judge for similar violations should definitely be looked at. Appropriate sentences based on prior actions of the prosecutor should also be argued at sentencing.

If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. Ms Cao is revealing how the system works. It is not a system where justice is served by discovering truth, it is a system being operated to protect and enrich it’s own interests. Anyone can see that she violated no natural law and the first amendment is a natural law. There are no natural laws protected as rights, there are only problematic citizens who must be kept in line through convoluted man made laws. Just think for a moment how a judge can jail a man for debt even though it is prohibited. He simply orders the man to go out and earn money and when there is not enough he is jailed for contempt. That is the way we are treated, like fools and we are for tolerating it. The criminality of the government knows no end and even when exposed it is not prosecuted or penalized to deter it. Just take for instance Claire McCaskill and her tax evasion scheme. Exposed she admits the act and runs out to raise funds to pay the debt. She is panhandling as if campaigning for office and not even in her own state but in the core of her allies house, NYC. It is despicable and if you or I did what she has done we would be locked away for ten years and fined. Ask Wesly Snipes about how that works. Well Ms Cao, we are all watching but there is little we can do but shudder in disgust and nod to each other that this nation has been overtaken by criminals. If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. The Constitution requires that to be the President of the United States, a person must be born in the United States of two parents who are citizens of the United States. By BHO Junior’s own admission his father was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth. Thus BHO Jr. is disqualified for the Presidency.
There is a clear, concise definition of the term “Natural Born Citizen” in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal reference book used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.
“The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens…it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”
There have been innumerable United States Supreme Court Decisions that have referenced Vattel’s Law of Nations as a resource in interpreting the original intent of the Founding Fathers when writing the Constitution.

Fewer still, had read the basis for that Constitutional language derived by our Founding Fathers from Vattel’s Law of Nations. At the time of its publication, Vattel’s Law of Nations was used as a textbook in colleges in the United States and Europe. Furthermore, it was the principal legal treatise used by our Founding Fathers in writing our Constitution. To this day, the Law of Nations is still used as a reference text by such legal scholars as Justice Antonin Scalia.
The following is the passage from Law of Nations that was used as the definition for a Natural Born Citizen by our Founding Fathers:
“The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to the provisions of 5 USC §552 known as the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and in particular 5 USC§552 (a)(4)(B)
ALLEGATIONS
1. Plaintiff, Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ is the president of the “Defend Our Freedoms” foundation (hereinafter foundation) and an attorney, who represented this foundation.
2. Both the Plaintiff and the foundation are dedicated to the preservation of the Constitutional rights and freedoms of the U.S. citizens.
3. Plaintiff works closely with a number of licensed investigators.
3. Intervener received a report and an affidavit from a licensed investigator and former elite Anti Communist Proliferation and Anti Organized Crime unit of the Scotland Yard officer Neil Sankey. Mr. Sankey’s report showed that Barack Hussein Obama (hereinafter “Obama”) is linked in the national databases to some 39 different Social Security numbers and multiple addresses. None of these numbers was issued in the state of Hawaii. The number that he used most often since around 1980 and still uses today, while residing in the White House, is a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425. According to Lexis Nexis and Choice Point this number was originally issued to an elderly individual born in 1890, who resided in Connecticut, but this number was later assumed by Obama and used by him from around 1980-1981.
4. The first three digits of the Social Security number signify the state. 042 signifies the state of Connecticut.
5. Obama was never a resident of Connecticut.
6. In March-April of 1977 when this number was issued to another individual in Connecticut, Obama was a 16 year old student, residing with his grandparents in Hawaii.
7. To confirm such findings Taitz obtained an opinion of yet another licensed investigator, Susan Daniels, who attested to the fact that the national databases show multiple social security numbers associated with the name Barack Obama, among them Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 used most often. She, also, found that this number was originally assigned to an individual born in 1890. Later, the same number was associated with birth dates 04.08.1961 and 08.04.1961. Dates of 04.08.1961 and 08.04.1961 suggest existence of some documents, created using an European system of dating: Day, Month, Year, versus the American system of Month, day, year. Exhibit 4
8. Obama’s selective service certificate verification, readily available on the world wide web, shows a complete match with the number 042-68-4425, therefore verification of Obama’s use of this number since 1980. Selective service match provides proof and verification via an official document issued by the U.S. government that Barack Obama is using the Social Security number 042-68-4425 Exhibit 1
9. Further use of SSNVS (Social Security Number Verification System ) shows that combination of Barack Obama’s name and the same Social Security number shows as failed, meaning that the number that Barack Obama is using, was not issued to him, but rather to another individual. This provides evidence of the Social Security Fraud and identity fraud by an individual, occupying the position of the President of the United States of America and Commander-in-chief of the US military. Exhibit 2
10 In and around 1976-1977 due to new Social Security requirements multiple elderly individuals, particularly women, who were housewives and never worked before, applied for Social Security numbers in order to obtain Social Security benefits , therefore date of birth of 1890 originally connected to 042-68-4425 was consistent with many other examples of elderly individuals, born between 1890-1915, applying for Social Security cards for the first time between 1976-1977. Exhibit 5 October 3, 2010 FOIA request and March 2, 2011 FOIA response from the Social Security Administration
11. National databases such as Lexis Nexis and Choice Point show another Social Security number, originally assigned to an elderly individual, being connected to the name Barack Obama.
12. This Social Security number 485-40-5154 is noteworthy, as it was assigned to Lucille I Ballantyne, born 12.22.1912, deceased 09.13.1998. Exhibit 4
13. Ms. Ballantyne was the mother of Harry C. Ballantyne, Chief Actuary of the Social Security Administration, who had access to all Social Security databases and death indices.
14. It is also noteworthy, that Obama’s grandmother Madeline Payne Dunham was known to volunteer at the Oahu Circuit court probate department and had access to Social Security numbers of the recently deceased individuals, whose death may or may not have been reported to the Social Security administration.
15. Taitz verified this data with the third investigator, retired Senior Deportation Officer with the Department of Homeland Security John Sampson. Exhibit 7
Mr. Sampson provided Taitz with an affidavit, stating that according to his investigation, the number Obama is using most of his life, is indeed a Connecticut Social Security number. Mr. Sampson provided an expert opinion, that there is no reasonable explanation for one residing in HI to get a CT Social Security number. He also found that on one of Obama’s entry questioners the country of origin is listed as an Equatorial Guinea, not Kenya or Hawaii.
16. At the same time Taitz found that national databases show different dates of birth for Obama: 08.01 1961, 08.04.1961 and 04.08.1961 as well as 1890.
11. Recently released passport records of Obama’s mother, Ann Dunham, show that Obama was listed in her passport under a name Soebarkah. Exhibit 6
12. AP report from Indonesia, where Obama resided, show Obama’s elementary school record under the last name Soetoro.
13. Recently Neil Abercrombie, governor of Hawaii, in an interview to Honolulu Star Advertiser admitted that he was not able to locate the original birth certificate for Obama, only a notation by someone in archives that some record exists, though no actual original certified long form U.S. birth certificate was ever found for Obama.
14. Obama provided the public only a short form certification of live birth created in 2007, right before the election, which does not contain any essential information, which typically would be found in the original long form birth certificate , such as the name of the hospital, the name of the attending physician and signatures. The state of HI statute 338-17 allows a foreign born child of Hawaiian resident to obtain a Hawaiian birth certificate.
15. The state of Hawaii statute 338-5 allows one to obtain a birth certificate based on a statement of one relative only without any corroborating evidence from any hospital.
16. The state of Hawaii statute 338-6 allows one to get a late birth certificate, obtained as a result of adoption or loss of an original birth certificate.
17. Numerous reports, claiming that prior Governor of Hawaii Linda Lingle examined Obama’s birth certificate were false as well. Lingle’s interview reveals that she relied on a statement of former Director of the Health Department Chiyome Fukino, but Lingle never personally saw a birth certificate for Obama, which means that her statement was a hearsay.
18. Director of the Health Department Chiyome Fukino made a carefully crafted statement that there is a birth record in Hawaii, but in spite of thousands of demands for clarification from the media and citizens, she refused to clarify, what record exists there. A record or notation in archives created pursuant to statute 338-5, 338-6, 338-17 would constitute “a record”, but would not be sufficient to establish Obama’s birth in Hawaii without examining corroborating evidence from the hospital, which was never produced.
19. There were reports of newspaper articles, announcing Obama’s birth in HI. Follow up research did not uncover any such article anywhere. Nobody ever produced an actual newspaper with an announcement of Obama’s birth in the U.S. Only a microfiche image was found. There is no evidence, verifying when this image was created. Even if one were to believe that such news paper announcement actually existed in 1961, when Obama was born, it still does not prove that Obama was born in HI, as news paper article is not a prima facia evidence of birth and it could have been created based on a birth certificate, created under statute 338-5, 338-6, 338-17, which do not provide proof of birth in Hawaii.

Senior Deportation officer John Sampson provided Taitz with a second affidavit, stating that when there is a suspicion of illegal use of a Social Security number of another individual, Social Security Administration routinely provides redacted information regarding the original SS_5 application to the Social Security administration. 21. As above information shows that Obama does not possess either a long form birth certificate or a Social Security number of his own, Taitz filed a FOIA request for the SS-5 for 042-68-4425, she agreed to accept a redacted SS-5, but it was denied.
22. In MArch of 2010 Taitz filed an appeal and obtained a final determination on May 18, 2010, when her SSA FOIA appeal was denied by Jonathan R. Canthor, Executive Director, Office of Privacy and Disclosure of the social security administration.
23. Taitz appealed to the US District Court, District of Columbia 1:2010-cv-00151, Chief Judge of the DC Court, Hon Royce Lamberth.
24. Court denied the appeal, citing that the court appeal was filed prior to the final disposition by the agency and citing privacy considerations.
25. On October 4, 2010 Taitz filed yet another FOIA request with the Social Security administration requesting redacted information. FOIA requests are supposed to be granted or denied within 20 days. Taitz sent a total of six certified mail letters with requests to either grant or deny her request, but her request was not granted or denied for six months, at which time she filed this legal action. She submitted her original complaint on February 2, 2011, it was docketed on February 16, 2011. After this complaint was filed Taitz received a response from the SSA, but no information was provided regarding SSN 042-68-4425, citing privacy. No answer to the complaint was received yet and Taitz id filing this First Amended Complaint.
26 In this First Amended Complaint Taitz provides additional information, specifically Exhibit 1 Selective Service Application for Barack Obama, showing that he uses SSN 042-68-4425 and Exhibit 2 SSNVS Social Security number Verification System, which shows that this is not a legally obtained Social Security number for Barack Obama. This is a prima facia evidence of Social Security fraud and Identity Fraud obtained from the official records of the United States Government, which coupled with the age of 121years old of the original applicant (date of birth 1890) justify release of at least redacted SS-5 information requested, such as gender, race and age of the SS5 applicant for SSN 042-68-4425 and the zip code, where the original SSN card was mailed by the social Security administration. concealment of such data will constitute aiding and abetting Social Security Fraud and Identity Theft.

28. As there is no record of Obama residing anywhere else in the United States from September 1981-September 1982, or attending any other university, by way of simple deduction it becomes clear that his visit to Pakistan lasted not a month or two, as he claims, but over a year.

In 1981-1982 Pakistan was ruled by a ruthless radical Muslim leader general Zia Ul Hac, who came to power as a result of a military coup, announced himself as a Chief Martial Law Administrator and ruled the country via the system of iron fist terror. Supreme court of Pakistan, apparently afraid for their lives found such rule to be acceptable due to a “necessity” doctrine. Based on verification of Columbia university records, Taitz found that Obama spent at least a year within the regime of general Zia Ul Hac. This revelation adds urgency in processing this complaint, as it shows that we have today an individual usurping the position of the President of the United States and Commander-in-Chief of the whole US military, while using a stolen social security number, not possessing a valid long form U.S. birth certificate and defrauding the nation and concealing a whole year of his whereabouts.
Wherefore the plaintiff respectfully prays this court:
1.To take jurisdiction over this case
2. To order defendant to release limited redacted information from SS-5 application for Social Security number 042-68-4425. Information requested: gender, race, age of the applicant and the zip code, where the Social Security card 042-68-4425 was mailed by the Social Security administration

If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. The Constitution requires that to be the President of the United States, a person must be born in the United States of two parents who are citizens of the United States. By BHO Junior’s own admission his father was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth. Thus BHO Jr. is disqualified for the Presidency.
There is a clear, concise definition of the term “Natural Born Citizen” in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal reference book used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.

Fewer still, had read the basis for that Constitutional language derived by our Founding Fathers from Vattel’s Law of Nations. At the time of its publication, Vattel’s Law of Nations was used as a textbook in colleges in the United States and Europe. Furthermore, it was the principal legal treatise used by our Founding Fathers in writing our Constitution. To this day, the Law of Nations is still used as a reference text by such legal scholars as Justice Antonin Scalia.
The following is the passage from Law of Nations that was used as the definition for a Natural Born Citizen by our Founding Fathers:

The commander of anti Gaddafi rebels forces in Libya has admitted that among the ranks of those fighting against the government are islamic militants who have fought and killed US troops in Iraq, otherwise known as “al qaeda” fighters.

What constitutional authority does Obama have to hold office, much less order air strikes against other countries?(Mar. 21, 2011) — At least one member of the Democrat Party is raising the issue of impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama for ordering air strikes against Libya without the approval of Congress.
The War Powers Act, passed in 1973, states:

It is the purpose of this joint resolution to fulfill the intent of the framers of the Constitution of the United States and insure that the collective judgement of both the Congress and the President will apply to the introduction of United States Armed Forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicate by the circumstances, and to the continued use of such forces in hostilities or in such situations.

Under article I, section 8, of the Constitution, it is specifically provided that the Congress shall have the power to make all laws necessary and proper for carrying into execution, not only its own powers but also all other powers vested by the Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any department or officer thereof.

MOTION TO INTERVENE
Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 24(b), Plaintiff -Intervenor Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ, President of not for profit “Defend Our Freedoms” foundation is seeking to intervene as her action shares a common question of law or fact. Pursuant to local rules 7.4 and 7.6E, applicant lodges with this motion a copy of her memorandum in support of the motion and her complaint in intervention.
Intervener asserts that she possesses documents and knowledge, which would expeditiously resolve current action and multiple similar actions around the nation. Such documents will clearly show that current stalemate in this case is intentional and part of a wider scheme and her intervention will help to stop continuous de-facto harassment and destruction of the US oil and gas industry by Obama administration. Without such knowledge, facts and evidence this case will stay in limbo, as it was for nine months now with continuous stonewalling and delays of drilling, which will continue indefinitely, while Barack Obama is in office. Plaintiff-intervener suffered similar financial damages due to abuse of authority, which was experienced by the Plaintiff in this case. Intervener asserts that her damages as well as damages of the Plaintiff in this case are governed and related to the same legal principals, which would show fully upon discovery in this case, that Secretary Salazar, defendant herein, had no legal authority to issue a moratorium or delay any permits. It will show that there was no authority by either Mr. Salazar or Mr. Obama to issue orders that detrimentally affected the Plaintiff, the Intervener-Plaintiff and other parties around the country. There were no latches, and Intervener filed this motion as soon as information became fully available and as soon as she found out of common issues of fact and law.
MEMORANDUM OF POINTS AND AUTHORITIES
1. Plaintiff-Intervener is an attorney, who represents some 200 plaintiffs, among them former ambassador to the UN Alen Keyes, ten state representatives from around the country and multiple high ranked officers of the US military, going up in rank to the rank of Major General. All of these plaintiffs had different grievances related to legitimacy within Obama administration
2. In scope of her work she did extensive research and worked with a number of top investigators.
3. Intervener received a report and an affidavit from a licensed investigator and former elite Anti Communist proliferation and Anti Organized crime unit of Scotland Yard officer Neil Sankey. Mr. Sankey’s report showed that Barack Hussein Obama (hereinafter “Obama”) is linked in the national databases to some 39 different Social Security numbers and multiple addresses. None of these numbers was issued in HI. The number that he used most often since around 1980 and is still uses today, while residing in the White House, is a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425. According to Lexis Nexis and Choice Point this number was originally issued to an elderly individual born in 1890, who resided in Connecticut, but this number was later assumed by Obama and used by him frmo1980-1981.
4. The first three digits of the Social Security number signify the state. 042 signifies the state of Connecticut.
5. Obama was never a resident of Connecticut.
6. In March-April of 1977 when this number was issued to another individual in Connecticut, Obama was a 16 year old student, residing with his grandparents in Hawaii.
7. To confirm such findings Taitz obtained an opinion of yet another licensed investigator, Susan Daniels, who attested to the fact that the national databases show multiple social security numbers associated with the name Barack Obama, among them Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 used most often. She, also, found that this number was originally assigned to an individual born in 1890. Later, the same number was associated with birth date 04.08.1961 and 08.04.1961. Dates of 04.08.1961 and 08.04.1961 suggest existence of some documents, created using an European system of dating: Day, Month, Year, versus the American system of Month, day, year. Exhibit 3
8. Obama’s selective service certificate verification, readily available on the world wide web, shows a complete match with the number 042-68-4425, therefore verification of Obama’s use of this number since 1980. (Exhibit 4 Selective service match provides a US government issued proof and verification that Barack Obama is using Social Security number 042-68-4425 Exhibit 1
9. Further use of SSNVS (Social Security Number Verification System ) shows that combination of Barack Obama’s name and the same Social Security number shows as failed, meaning that the number that Barack Obama is using, was not issued to him, but rather to another individual. This provides evidence of the Social Security Fraud and identity fraud by an individual, occupying the position of the President of the United States of America and Commander-in-chief of the US military. Exhibit 2
10 In and around 1976-1977 due to new Social Security requirements multiple elderly individuals, particularly women, who were housewives and never worked before, applied for Social Security numbers in order to obtain Social Security benefits , therefore date of birth of 1890 originally connected to 042-68-4425 was consistent with many other examples of elderly individuals, born between 1890-1915, applying for Social Security cards for the first time between 1976-1977.
11. National databases such as Lexis Nexis and Choice Point show another Social Security number, originally assigned to an elderly individual, being connected to the name Barack Obama.
12. This Social Security number 485-40-5154 in noteworthy, as it was assigned to Lucille I Ballantyne, born 12.22.1912, deceased 09.13.1998.
13. Ms. Ballantyne was the mother of Harry C. Ballantyne, Chief Actuary of the Social Security administration, who had access to all Social security databases and death indices.
14. It is also noteworthy, that Obama’s grandmother Madeline Payne Dunham was known to volunteer at the Oahu Circuit court probate department and had access to Social Security numbers of the recently deceased individuals, whose death may or may not have been reported to the Social Security administration.
Taitz verified this data with the third investigator, retired Senior Investigator with the Department of Homeland Security John Sampson.
15. Mr. Sampson provided Taitz with an affidavit, stating that according to his investigation, the number Obama is using most of his life, is indeed a CT Social Security number. Mr. Sampson provided an expert opinion, that there

In his memoirs and multiple speeches Obama wrote that he studied for two years in Columbia University September 1981-May 1983. He admitted that in summer of 1981 he traveled to Pakistan to visit his friends, but repeatedly claimed that from September 1981 until May of 1983 he resided in New York and studied at Columbia University. Taitz ran a check of his years of attendance in Columbia university and found out that Columbia official records show him attending Columbia university only for nine months September 1982-till May 1983, which means that the President of the united states lied to the whole nation about his whereabouts for a whole year September 1981 until September 1982. That is the best case scenario, as Columbia university never released any information, showing even those nine months Obama actually studied at Columbia or whether he got his credit by reciprocity or through extern studies.
11. As there is no record of Obama residing anywhere else in the United States from September 1981-September 1982, or attending any other university, by way of simple deduction it becomes clear that his visit to Pakistan lasted not a month or two, as he claims, but over a year.
12.In 1981-1982 Pakistan was ruled by a ruthless radical Muslim leader general Zia Ul Hac, who came to power as a result of a military coup, announced himself as a Chief Martial Law Administrator and ruled the country via the system of iron fist terror. Supreme court of Pakistan, apparently afraid for their lives found such rule to be acceptable due to a “necessity” doctrine. Based on verification of Columbia university records, Taitz found that Obama was groomed and prepped for at least a year by the regime of general Zia Ul Hac. This revelation sheds light on Obama administration policies affecting the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff Intervener. Many of the policies of Obama administration can be seen as a targeted attack on flagship industries in the US, US national security as well as Constitutional liberties of US citizens .
13. Protection of the environment and environmentalism in general is being used as a tool to destroy manufacturing and US economy in general. As marine environmentalism is used as an excuse to destroy oil and gas industry and oil and gas exploration in the Gulf of Mexico, California and across the country, similar excuse of environmentalism is used currently in California to destroy farming, to empty the bread basket of the country: Central valley of California. Under the banner of protecting roe smelt, Obama administration switched off the water going to farming communities of San Joaquin and Central valley of California, producing 100 billion dollars for California economy and half of the fruit, vegetables and nuts produced in the US. As a result, there is an estimated 40% unemployment in the San Joaquin valley, farms that existed for decades, are dying and proud California farmers are standing in line to receive food care packages made in China. The state of California is de facto bankrupt with 20 billion dollars debt. Taitz is a resident and taxpayer in California and is seeking relief as a taxpayer.
14. Additionally, as an attorney representing members of the military, questioning legitimacy of Obama, Taitz was subjected to persecution, sanctions, harassment and defamation. Taitz believes that all of the injuries, sustained by her, as well as injuries sustained by the Plaintiff are a part of one scheme that directly affected the Plaintiff and the Intervener -Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE,
1. Taitz seeks a leave of court to join the action at hand as an intervener.
2. Taitz seeks a declaratory relief deeming Obama not eligible to issue any executive orders, sign bills or perform any functions of the President or Commander in Chief due to ineligibility.
3. Taitz seeks a declaratory relief deeming Ken Salazar, secretary of the Interior, not eligible to perform any functions as a Secretary of the Interior, as his appointment as the Secretary of the interior was not legitimate, as an appointment of the ineligible President.
4. Taitz is seeking a declaratory relief that Presidential eligibility is not a political question, but a legal question, to be decided by the district court as a federal law question based on Article 2 question 1 of the U.S. Constitution.

Here in Northjeastern Indiana it is starting out to be a absolutely beautiful day, but what I am about to post is something which WITHOUT A DOUBT will ruffle some feathers,and perhaps cloud the skies big time, but I think it is time that it was put before us. While this might be looked upon as being OFF TOPIC,it really IS NOT, because it does relate to ALL OF US, and has an intrinsic meaning which contradicts everything which we have ever been taught. I will post what I think,but before you get all riled up and/or go off the deep end JUST THINK ABOUT IT A LITTLE, and see if at least to you might agree with me a little bit. This is about the “American Dream” and what it has been turned into by only a very small number of people among us.
All of the years that I myself pursued the American Dream, I was so caught up in it that I literally could SEE NOTHING ELSE When I saw a little gain I wanted MORE. It became an addiction. The more I received the MORE I WANTED. I pursued this for over 40 years of my life. I started with a very small MOM AND POP JOB PRINTING COMPANY and turned it into a Commercial Printing company earning very high returns. I reasoned that the bigger I could become the more competitive I would be. At the time this was for the most part correct. However it is NO LONGER CORRECT. This is because our capitalistic system has become SO TWISTED, AND OTHERWISE PERVERTED, by a FEW BOOK COOKERS,and outright CRIMINALS, that the American Dream is no longer discernable. It is now the AMERICAN RIP OFF..There are the Bill Gates’s, the Warren Buffets, and the Rockefellers, all of whom I am certain started out a lot like I did. But circumstances did not stop them. They became so wealthy that eventually they CONTROLLED an amout of money that it was equivelant to a portion of our GNP. I certainly have nothing against these people .They are OUTSTANDING people,…..BUT because they became so GREEDY, they were driven to become even GREEDIER. Remember I said a moment ago that it is like an ADDICTION. While the illness progresses, there is a chance that it will turn into a SYSTEMIC infection, which might even include POLITICS. When BIG MONEY is INFECTED by POLITICIANS it can and often does become a corrupt and CRIMINAL venture, and subsequently protected by either existing laws ,or hastily concocted laws,which eventually becomes a criminal DYNASTY, which operates as a LARGE American Corporation, whose CEO might receive millions of dollars in illegal, and UNEARNED KICK BACKS. Eventually these dynasties become International entities, that span the globe and control more money than the entire US GNP. This is NOT the AMERICAN DREAM. This is a ball game that has existed from day one of our country’s founding. It is the POTENTIAL FOR INDIVIDUAL CORRUPTION. When MONEY AND POLITICS are mixed together, A CORRUPT entity is often born.. We have qwitnessed this OVER,ansd OVER. We have witnessed people being put in jail, or prison for their role in a corrupt, and failed entity, yet the possibility of being prosecuted and imprisoned has not stopped ANY of the perpetrators. It is THESE PEOPLE (IUSE THE WORD PEOPLE LOOSELY) who have so twisted,and perverted our capitalistic system into something which has become a MONSTER which feeds on anything,everything, and anyone in it’s path. It is the parents of this monster who sit in their plush offices the world over,and continue to scheme, and perpetrate acts which subsequently cause millions of people, to suffer. Such people are those who can either buy entire governments, or effect the operation of the government in ways which will eventually corrupts it. As a result the American Dream NO LONGER EXISTS. Very few people these days have the money,or for that matter can even borrow the money to start up a fledgeling business. If they do succeed in starting the business they are then hit by so many differrent laws, and rules that they need a FULL TIME LEGAL department, just to survive. This is because the BIG MONEY POLITICIANS,and their COHORTS are playing the old Al Capone game with a new twist. It is the PROTECTION racket. Simply put If you want to stay in business you PAY US WHAT WE DEMAND. This is enforced via the IRS, and it’s GOON SQUAD. In BLAGO LAND it is called PAY TO PLAY.The really big billionaires could care less HOW THEY GET THEIR CUT of the action, but you can rest assurred they WILL extract their cut of YOUR action. That is what our country has become. Our political system is now a corrupt beast with a million tentacxles, and each tentacle has sneaked into our homes, and as I type is sucking up all of our money, and property. We must, for our own good UNITE, and act soon if we are to save ourselves from total destruction,as a free country. If we go “OH WELL I HAVE LOTS OF MONEY SO NONE OF THIS WILL EFFECT ME”, OR,. I AM TOO IMPORTANT TO BE EFFECTED. If this is what you think you could easily become the VERY FIRST TARGET of any one of the ELITES. They will either target you or they will ARREST you without charge. You could easily become a political prisoner for simply speaking the truth in public. This certainly is not the American Dream. These people MUST be neutralised ,or we are FINISHED as a country. Thes people MUST be held accountable for their acts, and they need to have laws imposed upon them which limit the amount of money that they can either POSSESS,or CONTROL.It sickens me to think that at least one slimey little film maker is right ……up to a point ……with regard to his idea that our billionaires need to be legally reduced to millionaire status, and not be allowed to acquire any more wealth in America. If they do then they are hit with a tax rate that is in itself a punishment. Millionaires, and billionaires alike have the unique ability to spend some of their acquired wealth to help people who are less fortunate. Some of these people have done this on a very dear scale. For that I take my hat off to them, but it is NOT ENOUGH. They need to take less money OUT OF CIRCULATION, because this is where a very large part of US monetary problem lies. If money DOES NOT CIRCULATE ,IT DOES NOT GENERATE ANY TAX . IF OUR SYSTEM IS TO CONTINUE IN THE WAY IT IS AT PRESENT THERE MUST BE FEDERAL TAX. OTHERWISE THE GOVERNMENT WILL FAIL. Because there is so little money in circulation at the moment the FED is PRINTING more ,and more phoney FIAT which is only going to make our problems worse. Eventually very high interest rates will have to be imposed to OPPOSE the INFLATION RATE, which again will impair the SMALL BUSINESSMAN. We need to STOP the FED from SPENDING so much money, and we need to stop them from PRINTING more. They havn’t learned a damned thing from the monetary woes that Germany brought upon itself in attempting to monetise it’s way out of debt. It DOESN’T work. Here we sit,with our yuppie crowd who think that UP is DOWN, and it is largely they who cannot see any further than the end of their noses. At their own level they are perpetuating the problem. The REAL PROBLEM is those who now have HUGE somes of money stashed. It either needs to be put back into circulation, or the billionaires need to be limited by law as to how much money they can possess over their lifetime. Perhaps all of this makes me sound like BO, but I assure you I am not saying this out of any support for him. I say this only because I am seeing a twisted, and otherwise perverted society some of whom have become billionaires, and even one or two who are now TRILLIONAIRES, who now hold so much money that their annual gain exceeds the value of our total annual product. This needs to END. Both opinions tried to pound a square pin into a round hole.
For those opinions to have been valid the USA would have had to accept British Common Law in it’s entirety. That never happend.

Looks like “The Bros” are set to take over the entire middle east, in their Quest for the Global Caliphate, and Obama is doing his best to make sure it happens.
The operation wasn’t going so well in Libya, so Obama stepped in to help the “Bros” defeat Daffy, so Al Qaeda and the “Bros” would come out on top.
Elections, and usurpation has consequences, and what is happening in the middle east is a direct consequence of the Obama usurpation of the Presidency of the USA. They, Al Qaeda and the “Bros” are taking advantage of the situation, knowing the USA and Obama will not get involved protecting the leaders of those middle east countries under assault. Obama may be a pawn in the larger game the Muslim Brotherhood is playing. Look to the main stream media to propagandize the intent of the Obama regime.

Since they appeared to never have co-habitated, can it legally be called
