It’s actually quite easy: you must not equate “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” with “owing sole allegiance to”.
The former only means, translated from legal-speak, that you are born in a place where the US have jurisdiction. That is a simple legal term, whereas “allegiance”, in its proper sense, would require mind-reading anyway, since no parentage or birthplace can control which country you feel allegiance to.
You could be born in Texas to two US citizen parents and at age 18 convert to Islam and develop an totally anti-American mindset and yet be constitutionally eligible.
So it is clear that the Founders meant jurisdiction, not allegiance since the latter is not testable in a court of law.
Besides, if Obama had to be a British citizen, his father would have to have him registered with a British embassy within one year of his birth. There is no proof this ever happened.

I have noticed since 2007 that the OBOTS, supporters of ursurpation and destruction of the US Constitution, have repeatedly tried to use the 14th Amendment interpretation for Natural Born Citizenship as POTUS. I want to type this once……very slowly….for anybody whom supports the notion that the 14th Amendment…in any of it’s text or discussion SUPPORTS the concept that it granted NBC and presidential eligibility……IT ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT. In fact, when the Author of the 14th Amendment, John Bingham, was asked this question in congress HE STATED THAT THOSE INDIVIDUALS WOULD NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR POTUS, and the floor of the House agreed. The term NBC isn’t used, NOT ONCE, within the text of the 14th amendment. Challenge any Obot to show you a single line within the 14th Amendment that grants Natural Born Citizenship.
The reality is that the government cannot legislate NBC!!! The founding father could have legislated themselves as NBC, but they didn’t, they provided an exemption (born before 1790). NBC isn’t something that can be legislated for an individual….it either is or it is not…it’s a binary thing that occurs at birth of said individual. The only agreed upon understanding of NBC is Citizen born on Citizen soil of Citizen parents (see Minor vs Happenstaff), all other are up for debate.
The entire 14th Amendment claim by OBOTS is just a further insult to the US Constitution and gaming. I claim, here an now and in front of this whole board, that if Obama had a valid 14th Amendment Constitutional claim to the office of POTUS, even if it was a weak and poorly defendable claim, HIS RECORDS WOULD HAVE BEEN RELEASED AND ON-LINE IMAGES CONFIRMED BY THE STATE OF HAWAII LONG…..LONG…AGO.
Citizen Wells, your question sits badly with the OBOTS because the only logical explanation is that the records prove that Obama is a fraud. The other question to ask is werein the text of the 14th Amendment, or the congressional record of it’s discussion, are the words Natural Born Citizen? They will NEVER find them within the body of the 14th amendment. They will then search and find them in the congressional record, linked to the author of the 14th Amendment, and they will not like what they find.

If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. The Constitution requires that to be the President of the United States, a person must be born in the United States of two parents who are citizens of the United States. By BHO Junior’s own admission his father was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth. Thus BHO Jr. is disqualified for the Presidency.
There is a clear, concise definition of the term “Natural Born Citizen” in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal reference book used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.
“The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens…it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”
There have been innumerable United States Supreme Court Decisions that have referenced Vattel’s Law of Nations as a resource in interpreting the original intent of the Founding Fathers when writing the Constitution.

A close friend was18 years old, pregnant and unmarried in the 60s and she said that the last place she would go to give birth is a third world country. Giving birth for the first time is pretty scary especially without the presence and support of the father. This is a time when she needed help from friends and family. Being alone, among strangers in a foreign county is not likely. But I admit, Lucas Smith’s Kenyan BC is quite compelling.

In regard to Ann enrolling in a Seattle college so soon after birth, most people are aware that college enrollment takes place weeks, even months prior to the first day of class. If I remember right, it was explained by someone that Ann’s classes didn’t actually begin until September.
Any way, we can only speculate about his birth since BO refuses to show his official birth certificate. Some day the truth will be revealed.

Yes – that would make Obama a NBC. However, it points to the fact that Obama has never proven he is a natural born citizen. What if we don’t know who Obama’s real mother is? What if Obama’s grandfather had a fling with a black woman of unknown nationality, got her pregnant, and to save faith in the 60’s had his daughter fake a pregnancy? It would explain ‘mom’ going to Washington state so soon after giving birth. It would explain her leaving ‘her baby’ for so many years. The bottom line is we just don’t know and Obama has not demonstrated that he is a NBC.
I think he could have been born in Kenya. However, if Obama sticks to the story that Obama Sr. is his dad, and the record supports it, then the dual citizenship screws him. Those in the military have a right to know. Okay I’ve got to go.

I have enjoyed this sight for about a year and a half now and I’ve learned much. Never contributed my 2 cents because I don’t feel qualified. But lately I’ve noticed that every forum is almost completely taken over and dominated by Free Speech. Can’t he/she create ” its” own web sight? I find myself scrolling through everything “it” says so I can get to the meat of the subject. Sometimes, it’s more than half the comments. Very discouraging.
We know much more about the birth of Jesus than of Zero. There were witnesses to the birth of Jesus who gave first hand testimony during His life to the disciples, some of whom wrote the story down. Today, billions of people in the world, including Christians, Mormons, Muslims, Hindu, Buddists and atheists acknowledge the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem. Of course, all but Christians believe his father was Joseph, not God. Millions each year visit his birthplace and other locations he reportedly visited.
We have much less about Zero. Where will we go to visit the place of his birth?
I wonder what happened to reports that Zero had admitted his birth year was 1957? This seems more consistent with photos showing him to be a youth much larger than his peers. This may explain that Stanley was “very young” when he was born. Perhaps when Hawaii achieved Statehood, his grandmother saw and opportunity to secure US Citizenship for him by filing a notice with DOH. What the heck do we know? Not much! We do not really know his mother or his father. What seems to be the case is that he was mostly raised by his grandmother, and abandoned by everyone else. May God have mercy on these United States!

If one is born in the US of 1 Citizen parent and 1 alien, then that child is eventually naturalized by election of residemce at the age of majority. Original Federal Common Law is Natural Law, and nbcs are citizens of Natural Law, i.e Born in the US and not owing alegiance to any other foreign power. They are the Born Citizens; Everyone else is Naturalized in some way. Naturalization also occurs passively by statute. Just turn that Born or Naturalized argument right back at them. That USCONSTITUTION dot NET site is a fraud.
Also, if USC 8 S1401 described ALL natural born Citizns, then Congress could amend A2S1C5 at will (illegally, w/o the Constitutional Congress and State ratification) by enacting changes to that statute.
The Key of course is the purposeful watering down of the Jurisdictional phrase to mean subject to the laws, instead of wholly part of the political family, and not owing allegiance to any other foreign power. But this is easily refuted by Elk v. Wilkins and the Citizenship oath, which forbids jurisdiction of any foreign power., and by the words of the writers of the 14A.
As far as the dialogue in dreams about is “mum” (curiously English word for mom) not having proof of BO Sr. as his father, there is a divorce decree in Hi. for Dunham and Obama Sr. that lists Barack Obama 2 as their son. Being over 40 years old, it is unlikely to be overturned.

Alas, too true. And, if you have really been reading here, you will also know by now that a lot of what he posts is just plain wrong – or speculation and wishful thinking – or unhelpful/impractical theory.
Many of us have tried to solve this problem in various ways. So far to no avail. Some “kinder” people say just scroll through it. But it is like a traffic jam – it just slows things down immensely.
Worse – it is like chumming the water – what could be otherwise crystal clear to see is now stirred up and opaque. One could be easily led to believe that it is purposeful Alinsky technique to make The Truth harder to process.
If enough people complain, perhaps CW will “get it”?

The Bull Fighter Just Keeps On Caping
The I think the suit of Purpua ET all is brilliant. It challenges the Constitutionality of the health care while including but not making Obama’s eligibility the only issue. But will it be heard? If so, will there be a judge willing to risk his life or his family’s life to rule in favor of the plaintiff?
Watching two years of defeated effort by some of America’s brightest and bravest, I have come to view the government (mainly Obama’s regime) as a bullfighter. We the people are the bulls. The first thing done in a bull fight is to weaken the bull through the use of the picadors. When the weakened bull charges at the bull fighter, he “capes the bull” with a wave of the cape. The bull simply runs past him. This is repeated until eventually, the bull fighter kills the bull. Once in a great while a bull comes forward so brave, he lives. Once in awhile a great bull enters the ring and destroys the bull fighter!
Case after case that has been brought to the government regarding any and all of Obama’s crimes have been “caped in that same manner.” If we don’t soon find a way to defeat this iron fisted Marxist Regime, we, too, will be slaughtered like the bull.
The direct efforts of attacking the bull for the past two years have only brought us defeat. The regime has been weakening us by the use of more restrictive laws, denial to hear cases, and out right lawlessness. There hasn’t been one TV Station, TV news program host, newspaper, political candidate, politician in office or out who has really and truly confronted the real issues. Those issues are more than just Barry’s usurpation. It is time we take up the job and broadcast in any and all ways we can.
In my some what alphabet soup mind, a thought keeps haunting me. While they have the power by the benefit of all the government agencies, the power to loot us, the power of lame stream media, and so called might, we are NOT POWERLESS because we have the greater numbers, the righteous constitution on our side, and most of all we have the just cause–“. . . self evident truth and inalienable rights under one God and one nation. . .” There are enough of us to organize a boycott of this government that could be done in many creative ways.
What would the government do, if in protest we all failed to work for one day so that would be that much less taxes they could steal? What would it do if we all refused to fly commercially for just one week? What will it do if we all start (those who can) growing vegetable gardens in the name “return to the Constitution”? What would lame stream media do if we all put our money together to create a new TV station/net work that reports all the facts lame stream media refuses to report?
How much would it take to get started? Let us guess –if at least 100,000,000 patriotics contributed just $5.00 to get the “Patriots for America” television network up and running. I believe there are at least 100,000,000 Americans extremely angry at this Marxists Regime. How long would it take before it would get the greatest ratings? How easy it would be to spin off an honest news paper that reported the facts and truth? This would be a 24/7 channel that would expose the Club 300’s manipulation of world events, the wicked plans of NOW –one world government, and their schemes to rid the planet of at least one billion “useless eaters”. This would not only bring the light of knowledge to the rest of the uninformed Americans, it would actually create profit (that dirty word) and even create jobs. We might have to begin this effort under ground—at first. With people power they would have to let us broadcast. I suppose I am still swimming in my alphabet mind soup.
Imagine if we can bring back the kind of education our children used to get when we went to school. The true history of the founding of America was taught. Imagine if we could share our knowledge that those in support of Obama care and Obama policies are unwittingly complicit in the loss of their own freedom and turning themselves into slaves of the government?
We should never give up the fight. However, we need to find newer, more creative, and effective ways to defeat the bull fighter. We need to learn how to learn from those past “capings” by the bull fighter and turn it on Barry. We now no longer need to prove Sotoero is a usurper ineligible to be the legal president of the United States. When the time comes when proof must be presented we have a very large war chest of proof with which we can batter him. Now we must make a united effort to come up with strategies that will remove him, and the approximately 3 to 5 thousand people who have been and continue to be complicit in this crime against America. We must commit to Save America for Americans here and now.

Title 8 does not in any way define “Natural Born Citizen”. It only defines those who may be considered Citizens and thereby exercise the legal rights appropriate to Citizens.
