I watched and listened to the entire reading of The Constitution.. I noted that “common law” and “Law of Nations” was referred to in the Constitution.. That is because our founding fathers used that law at the time of the writing of the Constitution. The Law of Nations states that a natural born citizen is a citizen born to 2 citizen parents..Obama does NOT meet that requirement.. We have a bunch of idiots in Congress.. You have my support in your efforts to get the run away spending from the last Congress under control.
To that end sir, there continues to be a major injustice that continues to be overlooked which I believe is a root cause of our current dilemmas, that we have allowed the Constitutional Requirements for Presidential Candidates to be wantonly ignored.
Please, do not insult me with a response using the Democrat’s flawed boilerplate.
Fact #1: A Natural Born Citizen, is one in which BOTH parents are recognized citizens
of the United States.
Fact #2: A Naturalized or birth righted Citizen is not equal to the higher standard of
Natural Born Citizen
Fact #3: Article II, section 1 of the Constitution, requires a candidate to be a Natural
Born Citizen.
Fact #4: With no other need for other evidence, we only need to replay Mr. Obama’s
own biography and sound bites… his father was Kenyan/British, not ever a US
citizen.
– so at best case, Mr. Obama is only a Natualized Citizen, and thusly
ineligible to hold the Office of President.
While I believe if you can rightfully accept these premises, and open a full Congressional Review of the matter, you will find additional discrepancies as well.
– But this in of itself is more than enough to get you started.
Already we have one true patriot, Terry Lakin, now imprisoned because the courts continue to refuse to take on the issue of Mr. Obama‘s (potential) ineligibility, deferring instead to Congress to address the issue.
Sir, I beseech you to take a leadership stance to get this issue up before a full investigative committee, truly vetting the issue, opening records I
personally feel were sealed to hide incriminating evidence of fraud at a
minimum, and possibly, even treason.
Simply put: A full due process of Discovery shall set the truth and Mr. Lakin free.

Boehner is a disgrace to the republican/conservatives. He obviously doesn’t understand what was read in the constitution. What an idiot. That sickens me that he wouldn’t do something about the usurper’s ineligibility. It is selfish of him to say it’s good enough for him that HI supposedly in his own fantasy mind said that bo was born there, when they have not proven that, however, it’s not good enough for millions of Americans who are still questioning bo. Boehner is only committing crimes by covering up. He and all the others who are covering for the usurper should be arrested instead of that lady who had every right say what she said about the usurper. Some one needs to send Boehner a letter telling him in no certain terms that if anything happens to Lt. Col. Lakin that “We the People” will hold every one that we can accountable.
People, politicians especially, have to be aware of what they say “on the record”. The fact that somebody may be “curt”, could possibly be more telling than if they had made an “off the cuff” remark that feeds the frenzy. Now I am not saying that what I am saying is correct, nor, for that matter that anything that I ever say is correct. But they either will, or they won’t, press the issue. If they don’t, we need to eventually vote them out. But in the mean time understand that they represent our ideology more than the other side (if there is one). The other day when I said that it appeared that Issa was compromised, after a few weeks of backpeddling (after the election, of course), I was crucified.
I’m hoping that they are taking the issue on covertly and that it will be part of some bigger presentation into the character of Barack Obama. I understand that my hope may be fruitless. But at this point, that is all that we can bank on until 2012 through the state legislatures (as jbjd has pointed out).

Some of us were bringing up the birth certificate issue way before the election. Now, here it is, two years after the election, and nothing, really has been done, except LTC Lakin is serving time at Fort Leavenworth.
What can we do to force the government’s hand? One thing is for sure: whether or not Obama is a natural born citizen, he holds the office by fraud and deceit. Another thing: there is a massive cover-up going on. The Media is part of the massive cover-up, obviously. Now O’Reilly is going to have Obama stroke him just before the Super Bowl.

For instance – suppose new credible data surfaced and it showed him being 6-months or even year or two too young? Would anybody kick him out for that? Of course not, “they” would figure out some way to finesse it. “Oh well, water over the dam”.

We’ve given the Republicrats plenty of time to screw up the nation. It is in their best interest to act and act swiftly. They have actually have a couple of months to prepare their direction over the next 4-6 months. Have they communicated this properly? Are they even going to address the major issues plaguing America, like illegals, taxes, and the illegal regime?
Americans are simply too patient. We’ve given the federal powers ample time to correct things. We’ve filed grievances for years now. And what do we get? More hand holding and kumbayas. Sorry but holding hands is the last thing we need right now. It’s time to learn from the socialists and start taking swift action like this regime did between 1/3/2009 and 1/3/2011.
It is our duty as disgruntled Americans to voice, act, and take command of our nation. We can’t expect the political nightmare we call a Federal Government to solve our problems for us. It’s time for us to let the government know they’ve got only a few months to act. Otherwise the conservative base in this country will get fed up, in a hurry. What then? There is no tone there. We know the definition of insanity. It’s doing the same thing over and over and over again expecting different results. Looking at the big picture one has to look at the overall Federal Regime.
One election will not solve 100 years of infiltration in the federal government. There’s so much corruption at every level this will take a literal sledgehammer to resolve. We might see some relief. But I seriously doubt this Congress has the guts to repeal the deathcare bill and solve our immigration problems correctly.
This is what SHOULD have been done in the first few days of the House precedings:
1. Immediate investigation and impeachment proceedings for the usurper in chief
2. Immediate repeal of the “Healthcare Reform Act”.
3. Immedate action towards immigration reform and enforcement.
Has this happened? No. What we’ve seen is a happy disco dance reading the Constitution instead. That’s insulting right there. Why do they HAVE to read anything with regards to the Constitution? They should already KNOW WHAT IT SAYS!!!
It doesn’t take much to act day 1. But, as you pointed out, we can sit around and twiddle thumbs waiting for this new band of lawmakers to take action, or we can prepare for action once they fail. Calling them every day might make a small dent in the process, but this boat is so big and the rudder is so small, making turns is pointless.
I’m going the latter. I expect this group to fail because they’re doomed to fail already.
I don’t think anyone is ignorant. I think that every one of them knows and are part of this. Like Jeff Kuhner says. Every knows and everyone is scarred to say anything due to the implications when it finally comes out. It will be ignored until it doesn’t matter any more. Then, we will have nothing to worry about.
And if anyone is wondering why I’m saying that contacting federal employees is rather pointless, the real power in correcting these problems is at the state level.
Start contacting your state reps and get behind various actions, like illegal immigration, health care, and sovereignty activities. In fact, way back when we first heard of Obama I was knowledgeable of his Marxism and Muslim connections and informed people in 2007, although I did not use the computer then. My voice was heard by the written message – transmitting articles – and by word of mouth.
Somehow there are those today who have sunk everything into this first day of congressional activity and are horribly upset, disappointed and angry at the outcome, except for the actions of Ms. Cao. Please tell me, what were you expecting on this day?
Suddenly everyone has turned upon Speaker John Boehner as though he were a despicable piece of trash or some other low life. Did you honestly think that today would be the day that the eligibility issue would be raised by someone in Congress? I’m sorry, but that is naivete at its apex.
I understand the frustration and anger, because we are all stressed and that is to be expected. It is obvious that there is NOT going to be any ostentatious display of investigation into the eligibility question. If we keep thinking there will be, we are just setting ourselves up for a fall .
Suddenly we are apt to think that everything is going to immediately change the way we want and expect as soon as Congress convened. The battle goes on and if we act as though all is lost, we HAVE lost. Let the dust settle for another 24 hours, at least, and reassess where we are at. Drop the loose talk and rancor, unless it does you good to blow off steam. That is OK.
I watched yesterday a program, “Two Weeks in Hell,”
about the training that our select military go through to determine fitness to become a Green Beret. Comparably, we are acting like a bunch of petulant, immature patriots right now. The resolve is commendable, but the bluster of some is not. We need the staying power and the steadiness in this matter as much as the special ops need in their field of service. There……I spoke my mind and heart. We have more work to do. Much, much more.

You are SO right about the entrenchment the progressives have made throughout our government. They are in every governmental agency and department – from the cabinet personnel and on down. Most here feel that if the TRUTH (that is what we are asking for, simply the truth) were made known about WHAT Obama is hiding, and there were proper action, then justice could be served. However, for whatever reasons – flimsy and irresponsible that they are – it seems that the only recourse we are going to get from Congress is the hope that committee investigations will probe and reveal the criminal activities of Obama. Let’s watch these committee activities closely and stay on top of them. In the meantime we need to keep up the steady drumbeat on the usurpation issue.

I agree with you 100% the RINOs will continue the tradition of ignoring the American people. There are quite a few solutions for us yet, actually:
1. AGJ’s (as you pointed out so eloquently)
2. Constitutional Convention
3. Pressure the feds by passing legislature at the state levels
4. Press the RESET button
Reset is our last option. It’s ugly, but Constitutional. So are all the ones on the list above. We have options, and we should continue to file grievances with the federal governments to keep the pressure on. Attack from every angle. It’s healthy and necessary.

The document placed on the internet that appears to be a Certification of Live Birth from Hawaii:
1. It is not a birth certificate.
2. As Lou Dobbs stated “It is a document that refers to another document.”
3. There is zero proof that Hawaii issued the document placed on the internet.
4. Even if the COLB placed on the internet was authentic, it does not prove that Obama was born in HI. There are 5 ways to get a COLB in HI. Obama could have been born anywhere and still obtained one.
5. Why has Obama, for over 2 years, employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?
6. We do not know where Obama was born.
The reason that BO has spent millions on legal fees to stop the release of his BC is simple. It has been successful for him. He has succeeding in getting most of the poorly written lawsuits summarily dismissed and even those still viable lawsuits like Bergs have been successfully delayed.
If motions are not filed for Original Jurisdiction in SCOTUS, then BO can run out the clock on his first term without ever having to show his BC.

Less than 24 hours after the start of the 112th Congress, new Judiciary Chairman Lamar Smith (R-TX) has put Eric Holder on notice a new sheriff is in town. Jennifer Rubin blogging at the Washington Post obtained a copy of a five page letter from Smith to Eric Holder about lawless abuses by the voting section of the Department of Justice (DOJ).
This sudden development is a very uncomfortable turn for the wrongdoers inside the DOJ, including Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes, who Smith names in the letter, as well as Steven Rosenbaum, Loretta King and Assistant Attorney General Tom Perez.
Chairman Smith didn’t even wait 24 hours to act. The speed of the opening salvo is bad news for Eric Holder.

The State of Hawaii (specifically, Dr. Fukino) did not say “Obama was born in Hawaii” until AFTER John Boehner voted in favor of House of Representatives Resolution 593 which contained the words “Obama was born in Hawaii”.
The irony is that Boehner did not rely on a document from Hawaii, but rather Hawaii relied on a document that Boehner voted for in Washington, D.C.!

Questions for Speaker Boehner:
1) Do you honor your oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States?
2) Do you honor the rule of law?
3) Do you support the enforcement of current Immigration law?
4) Do you know that the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 requires that:
5) Is there any exception made in that law for any occupation, including President?
6) Is Obama an employee, hired after November 6, 1986 and working in the United States?
7) Do you know whether or not Obama is in compliance with current Immigration law? Do you know whether or not Obama has completed a Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, and if so, what documents he used as proof of his employment eligibilty?
8) Do you realize that the Form I-9 is very specific about what documents are acceptable?
9) Do you realize that when you said:

10) Do you agree that the President is not above the law, and that Obama should publicly release original, initial documentation, certified by the appropriate government agency, to meet the requirements of not only the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 but also the United States Constitution?

It’s being reported by John King on CNN right now that Gibbs wanted to be a presidential counsellor – something he’s been putting about for quite a while – but William Daley, the new chief of staff, nixed this because he believed that too many cooks would spoil the presidential broth. So that’s why Gibbs is out.
Additionally, King reports that Valerie Jarrett, whose sole qualification to being a senior counsellor seems to be that she’s a long-time Chicago buddy of Barack and Michelle Obama, will have her wings clipped. Daley, not Jarrett, will be the person speaking to the business community.
It’s no secret that Rahm Emanuel, a Daley protege, clashed with Jarrett. Or that David Plouffe, about to join the White House, was often at odds with her when he was the 2008 Obama campaign manager. Obama is nothing if not ruthless. He dropped Jane Dystel, the agent who approached him to write “Dreams from my Father”, and has previously cut loose long-time advisers. One aide described him as “the most unsentimental man I’ve ever met”.
So the next question is: with Gibbs and David Axelrod gone, how much longer will Valerie Jarrett last?

In a New York Times report this past week, Attorney General Eric Holder revealed growing unease over the prospects of soon-to-come House investigations against a number of issues related to the Obama Justice Department. One such example of this unease are the comments Holder made regarding the now infamous New Black Panther voter intimidation case.
The notion that this made-up controversy leads to a belief that this Justice Department is not color-blind in enforcement of civil rights laws is simply not supported by the facts,” he said. “All I have on my side with regard to that is the facts and the law.
It is both astonishing and troublesome to have a current Attorney General of the United States be so dismissive of a case that was proven within a comprehensive report by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights to have both merit and far-reaching evidence of wrongdoing. That report revealed repeated acts of cover-up by Attorney General Holder’s office, as well as an institutionalized climate of race-based bias against non-minority civil rights cases. Such bias, and Holder’s seeming indifference, led to the resignation of Department of Justice attorney J. Christian Adams, who in a report by the New York Times in June of 2010 said the following:
The New Black Panther case was the simplest and most obvious violation of federal law I saw in my Justice Department career. Because of the corrupt nature of the dismissal, statements falsely characterizing the case and, most of all, indefensible orders for the career attorneys not to comply with lawful subpoenas investigating the dismissal, this month I resigned my position as a Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney.

SueK, I noticed exactly the SAME thing while watching the video! My mind goes back to that pic of him a couple of years ago, or so, doing the same “salute” while others were truly saluting. Sickening! 😦

This all happened when I was a kid, what I’m remembering is the riots were held by Ayers and people like them (how ironic in view of today). Mayor Daley looks quite calm on this video , he was quite the hot head and he was really mad with the nonsense that went on. “Nobody tells me how to run my City” and he meant it-I don’t remember how many 3 day dawn to dusk curfews he initiated, usually everything cooled off by then. Much like your own father you did not argue with the Mayor.

The only thing I feel like I should apologise for is calling them “idiots”… I admire our new speaker and many more members in Congress…I was frustrated after reading that people believe this is all about the “birthers”.. ..Most politicians do NOT know the difference between “citizen” and “natural Born Citizen”…. No where in the Constitution does it use “natural born citizen” requirement for members of Congress., but it sure does for the office of presidency..It seems to me that the differences in requirements should be questioned by Congress after hearing the Constitution read yesterday..
