Despite numerous red flags in 2008, the US Congress in January 2009 was derelict in it’s duty, as part of the checks and balances, to question the eligibility of Barack Obama when the electoral votes were presented. Here are some of the more prominent red flags.
- Despite the controversy about John McCain being eligible and the Senate resolution which stated that McCain had two US Citizen parents and the fact that Obama’s father was Kenyan and British, Obama was not questioned about his natural born citizen status.
- Obama never presented a legitimate birth certificate and began using private attorneys to avoid presenting one.
- Obama’s past was closely tied to Tony Rezko and other Chicago corruption figures. The Tony Rezko trial ended by mid 2008.
- Numerous radical and socialist ties to Obama were public knowledge.
Congress was clearly derelict in it’s duty. Since Congress did not do it’s constitutional duty, the US Military has stepped in. Three generals have questioned Obama’s eligibility and LTC was court martialed for disobeying an illegal order to deploy. All because the US Congress failed us.
No more.
This will no longer be tolerated. A new effort is underway to get the attention of Congress and insist that they do their job. This past November election should serve as notice of our resolve. They will listen and do their job or we will vote them out!

How many do not remember the movie “It’s A Wonderful Life” which is shown around Christmas every year? To me it seems to be shown less and less as the years go by. This Frank Capra directed movie starring Jimmy Stewart (George Bailey), Donna Reed, Lionel Barrymore(Mr. Potter) and Henry Travers (Clarence the Angel) is the perfect metaphor for what has happened to our country. In a nutshell Mr. Potter wants to buy out Mr. Bailey’s small savings and loan and suddenly one day George’s Uncle Billy misplaces $8000.00 (Can you believe 8K when we now we talk in the Trillions?) . This causes a run on the bank and Mt. Potter a chance to get the bank. Poor George has a weak moment and tries to commit suicide by jumping in the river . Clarence the Angel comes to the rescue. George tells Clarence he wished he had never been born. Clarence grants him this wish and the scene becomes one of a total nightmare. What was once a clean innocent city has turned into a sleazy, noisy, drunken and debauched city. The name has been changed to Pottersville(USURPERVILLE) from the original Bedford Falls. Needless to say George realizes his importance to life and a good teary ending.
Looking around at all the mess this country is in I would have to come to the conclusion that what we are witnessing is “The George Bailey Never Existed” version.

AS for what is happening, I think the “birther” issue is a great distractor that Obama, himself, has foisted onto the American people–especially onto those who would be his greatist political opponents–Conservative Constitutionalists who want to uphold the Constitution.
Here are some questions that I think are being overlooked.
1. Why have so many otherwise patriotic Americans accepted the legitimacy of Obama as a natural born citizen, e.g., Sarah Palin, Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, Glen Beck, Congressman Tom McClintock?
2. Why did Hillary Clinton, who could have easily defeated Obama in the primaries if Obama was not eligible to serve–why would she not have brought this out?
3. Why do the courts avoid the “birther” issue, to include Justice Clarence Thomas?
4. Why has Obama deliberately provoked the “birther” issue by a) deliberately withholding his true birth certificate from the public, and b) giving “hints” through his wife and others that he might have been born in Kenya?
5. How is Obama able to keep all his personal information sealed and away from public scrutiny?
6. Who is really paying his legal bills to keep this issue out of court? Why is Obama not afraid, if he isn’t truly eligible?
What seems to me the logical answers:
1. In answer to 1, given that the otherwise Conservative perssons accept Obama as legitimate, it must be that in some manner it has been guarunteed to them that Obama is a natural born citizen to which the rest of us are not privy.
2. The same goes for Hillary. Some impeccable source must have vouched for his natural born status. She had both the means and the position to know the truth, and was very ambitious for the office.
3. The courts will not touch the issue for some hidden reason that also legitimizes Obama in their view. It is so overwhelming that even a strict constructionist as Clarence Thomas backs off.
4. Obama provokes the Conservative Constitutionalists with questions of his birth as a “distractor” or “red herring.” His “hints” as to a foreign birth are designed to stir up Conservatives to go questioning and searching while he carries out his true agenda. He is safe from scrutiny as his records are officially sealed for some reason.
5 He has no financial worries. Someone or something else is paying the tab on his court costs.
I do not believe all the Conservatives in Congress and the Media have “sold out.” They believe they are doing their patriotic duty.
The question is not whether or not Obama is eligible to serve, but whether or not we have the right to see the proof that he is eligible–or do we just have to take the government’s word for it?
And whose word is it? Who and what is vouching to the Conservative Insiders, Palin, O’Reilly & Beck, et al, that Obama is okay? My answer: The Central Intelligence Agency. The question is why? Why are his records sealed.
The Agency doesn’t want people knowing its methods of operation. It has classified anything to do with the Muslim recruitment to fight the Soviets. Apparently Obama was recruited as a Muslim to work for the CIA at one time. He was a natural born citizen but perhaps given a “false identity” to carry out his mission for The Company. He is now using that same identity for his “civilian life.” In the minds of Conservative Insiders, it would be unpatriotic to question the CIA’s guaruntee that vouches for Obama.

Your theory, and the one I’m about to describe, are the ONLY ones that make any sense. Everything else leaves you scratching your heads.
The other theory being – there is some REALLY HORRIBLE blackmail, the details of which have been at least hinted to various PTBs and Media Moguls. Something as horrible as a Nuke planted in a multi-million-population city, or a financial “b-mb” of HUGE magnitude.
My usual theory is that the PTBs are afraid that the barbaric and uncivilized elements will riot. That may be part of it, but if that were the only reason, you would think that at least ONE official or MSM would ‘leak’.

I most certainly would have done the same. I most certainly could have posed my question in a more professional means; for not doing so (and I know better) I am disappointed in myself personally and as a professional.
My understanding (or lack thereof) of your military service as an Officer did not come to me until you responded to my comment of my uncle whom happened to be a Command Sgt Major and I commented on his attitude towards lower ranking officers’ ,e.g. less than a Major. It was at that time, I learned you were once a C.O. and obviously retired, but never did you mention your age, nor did I ask . The reason I mention this – and I ask that you bare with me for a moment – is simply that I have 2 friends whom both are retired officers from the Army and still in their 40’s of age, now in the private sector. Did I know the time-line when you retired? Of course not, but I should have asked and not assumed a correlation. Again, I know better, especially as an analyst.

It is easy to become cynical. Things are in such a bad way, it is easy to despair. Yes, we were “snookered,” as you say, but there is a sinister element at work.
The main thing I see as being overlooked is not the “birther” issue, which I now see as a deliberate distraction promoted by Obama to throw us off course. It is that he is a Muslim. What kind of Muslim? The kind that allows for one to pretend to be something else. What kind is that? Shiite.
When Obama was elected, Shia Muslims in Iran danced in the streets and called him “brother.” Sunni clerics made death threats against him for not coming out in the open and declaring himself a Muslim. This is where the Sunni–Shia conflict comes in. They are both working for dominance in the Muslim world. Thus Obama will go after Al-Queda (Sunni), but he wants our troops out of Iraq, which would give the Iran and the majority of Shia in Iraq the edge. He allows for Iran’s nuclear development. He only kisses the ring of the King of Saud because he his guardian of Mecca.
So the BIG PROBLEM, to me, is that the Muslims may have a man in the White House who belongs to them, body and soul. If this is true, the “birther” issue pales in comparison. If the man in the White House is loyal to Islam above all, we are in really hot water.
But that’s the Muslim way of doing business. They used our own planes to bring down the Twin Towers. So is it so far fetched to see that they may be using a natural-born citizen, who worked for the CIA–our own institutions to overthrow us? The CIA’s obsession with secrecy and power to do its own thing, with patriotic American backing, is our weak point. I see it as a weak point that is being exploited by Obama.

I understand your focus, and I would gather it is not far from any one of us as supporters, most certainly mine.
Openly speaking, and ignorant to the exact details of LTC Lakin donation funds on his website, I am not sure how monetary funds are distributed, e.g. certain percentage for attorney fees or residual for family and their well being. It is for this reason and more than lack of legal contractual knowledge on my behalf I made the suggestion of donation strictly to his family. If that is taken care of, then wonderful.

The correspondence below was just sent to Sen. Mark Warner. I wish to forward it to your attention, Sir, and I request a true reply explaining to ME, Sir, how and why you voted the way you chose too on the below bills.
You see, Sir, I know you are on the short list to replace Gates. I am watching your votes, sir, especially on the Start Treaty b/c that vote WILL tell me and the rest of Virginia’s voters all we need to know as to where your loyalty lies.
Helen Tansey’s email to Sen. Mark Warner begins –
I’ve known you, Sen. Warner, since the days back in Lynchburg, where you were chumming votes for your first senatorial run against the other Warner. I’ve trusted you, Sir. I’ve been to your Pig Roasts, I supported your work as Governor, and now I am expecting absolutely nothing less from you, Sir, of doing what YOU know is right for America. I will know by your votes where your loyalties lie, sir, and I can only trust that YOU will do what is right to protect our First Amendment, private property rights and our ability to grow our own damned food!
I ask you Sir to VOTE Nay on the following bills before you –
1. FCC – NET NEUTRALITY – Give the Communist administration the middle finger, sir. Vote Nay!!! on anything remotely shutting down the people’s rights under the First Amendment. You, Sir, made your millions due to freedom aka capitalism and why one, especially you, sir, would ever vote Yay for this power grab is beyond me. Make my day and VOTE NAY!
2. Vote an absolute “NO” on H.R. 2751 & FDA Food Safety Modernization Act – you and I both know, sir, this bill, as is, screws the local farmer. I expect nothing less than a definitive NO! Yeah, I know the Farm Bureau wasn’t at the table in 2004, but I was, and I then and now absolutely represent the small farmer. Therefore, sir, I expect nothing less than a NAY!!!
3. Vote Nay on the Start Treaty! What the hell are you all debating this now for anyway?!? Good grief, give us all a break and vote Nay. Bring it back up in the winter or spring session. Fine. And let’s have a true debate on the pros and cons. Don’t let Brzezenski strong arm you, Sir. Vote No!!! Show your own strength!
Whether the T-Room blog survives this mess is one story, but sir, I can assure you that we are prepared to morph into a secondary vehicle to make sure ALL VIRGINIANS KNOW HOW YOU and Sen. Webb voted during this most dispicable spectacle that you critters call governing. Pandering is not governing. We, the people of Virginia, sent you and Sen. Webb to GOVERN!

I feels like 5 mins. walking with my wife, as i enjoy the time walking to the river with her, but it real time takes about 15 mins. albeit its only a mile away. of course, drive time is only a couple of minutes. You can google map the Chattanooga Tennessee area and see how close many towns are next to the river.
About two years ago i had the pleasure of facebooking LT Colonel Allen West now congressman. He would be the man to help Lakin out. The media couldnt demonize a black man for bringing out the truth. let alone a sunshine patriot!!!

Citizens for the Constitution;
The argument that LTC Lakin asked the wrong question when he refused to deploy to Afghanistan – a direct order for the surge from the office of the Commander in Chief – sounds plausible, but is false and misleading. LTC Lakin did not ‘ask a question’. He only demanded proof that the putative (i.e. accepted as true on inconclusive grounds) Commander in Chief (CIC) could issue anything other than unlawful orders, a sworn duty of all U.S. Military officers.
Lakin did suggest some means by which Obama could prove otherwise – by releasing all his unlawfully hidden records such as: passports, school records, law records, selective service registration records (an additional requirement to be in the Executive Branch), and a long-form Birth Certificate.
LTC Lakin should have been found Not Guilty by reason of ‘NON-INSANITY’, for it would be insanity to follow the orders of a CIC who has not yet proven that he can give anything but unlawful orders!
Until Obama does – which We The People know that he cannot – then anyone who follows any orders from this ‘Usurper in Chief’ (thank you Maureen Dowd of the New York Times) is, in fact, complicit in aiding and abetting Obama’s acts of Treason. This would include: JAG Judge Col. Denise R. Lind and her superiors up through Major General Carla G. Hawley Bowland, Major General Karl R. Horst, and Army Chief of Staff, General George W. Casey, Jr. (NOTE: the last 2 names cannot say that ‘they did not know’;, since they have both been duly served [1] with the transcripts of the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA Sedition & Treason TRIAL).
This would also include LTC Lakin’s Congressman, Rep. John Duncan (R), his and State Senators, as well as the entire 111th Congress, plus SCOTUS – all of whom aided and abetted in the seating of a known-to-be-ineligible Usurper in the Office of President and Commander in Chief.
Let us not forget that the ultimate conspirator was none other than the previous Natural-Born President and Commander in Chief, George W. Bush, who, in a final act of absolute Treason, knowingly turned over the reins of our Constitutional Republic to a non-Natural-Born ‘citizen’ – in violation of his oath to, and the Article II terms of, the Constitution of the United States.
Just as the charges of Treason by LTCDR Walter Fitzpatrick, III – now a political prisoner in a dungeon in Madisonville, TN, on trumped up false charges by a fatally-flawed Grand Jury and a (Kangaroo) Court Trial – just as these charges and demands go unanswered and are still in play today, so the demands of LTC Terry Lakin go unanswered to this day.
What is the more serious charge?
1. Missing a movement, in order to not be in compliance with unlawful orders, or;
2. Aiding and abetting in the act of Treason – of (Kangaroo) Courts-Martialing an honorable and obedient-to-his-oath Military Officer, while failing to offer one shred of evidence that the putative CIC can issue anything other than unlawful orders.
The answer is obvious!
WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS?
Since the entire Congress, the JCS, the SCOTUS, the DOJ, and Law Enforcement are all complicit in this ultimate act of treason, and
Since We The People cannot indict them all at once, we suggest the following:
I. Begin forming local 5th Amendment Citizens Grand Juries (Carl Swensson of http://www.RiseUpForAmerica.com and Bob Campbell of http://www.AmericanGrandJury.org have paved the way here), and start indicting the treasoners – one by one.
(e.g. a Citizens Grand Jury nearby Ft. Meade, MD or in nearby VA could begin with JAG Judge Col. Denise R. Lind. The charges could be: convening an illegal Courts-Martial; falsely convicting an honorable military officer; denying a defendant his right to self defense/calling witnesses; judicial misconduct; aiding and abetting in acts of Treason, etc.).
II. When these ‘easy-to-conclude’ indictments go unanswered by the now-complicit Judiciary and Law Enforcement, the People should then form 9th and 10th Amendment Citizens Court Trials (Dr. James David Manning of ATLAH.org has paved the way with the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA Sedition & Treason TRIAL – see http://www.CRS-Reports.org for the verdicts and transcripts) and issue actionable Guilty Verdicts and Sentencing.
III. Finally, when the Citizens Court Trial verdicts and sentences are ignored by the corrupt law enforcement and the judiciary, use the already formed Citizens Militias [2] to carry out the arrests and sentencing. (States that already have Citizens Militias are: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, ME, MI, MN, NH, NJ, JC, OH, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, & WA).
There is still time to begin correcting this matter before it goes too far:
A. Maj. Gen. Karl R. Horst can vacate the verdict and sentencing of LTC Lakin (he is being formally served with the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA Sedition & Treason TRIAL transcripts on December 20, 2010), and call for a retrial for the exoneration for LTC Lakin – while demanding proof that Obama can issue anything other than unlawful orders;
B. The 111th Congress can go into a joint session before year-end 2010, and hear the evidence and remove the Usurper and his cabal of thugs in handcuffs immediately;
C. Finally, since all who are presently in the Constitutional line of succession for the Office of President and CIC are complicit in this Treason, the Joint Chiefs of Staff should assume control (as in Honduras) until new elections of a Constitutionally qualified President and Commander in Chief can be held on April 5, 2011.
It should be noted that the incoming Republican majority cannot be expected to do anything about this on their own, since they know that Obama is destroying the Democrat Party while strengthening their own Party – and that keeping him in the White House, although unqualified and ineligible, increases their chances for complete control in 2012, and;
The Joint Chiefs of Staff have already shown their hand – that they would rather send an oath-upholding decorated and honorable officer to Leavenworth (where he is incarcerated now*), rather than uphold their oath to the Constitution – because they assume that if they expose the Usurper, the existing military forces will leave their posts until a lawful CIC can be installed, and ‘There MAY BE Blood’ (assumed).
On the other hand, We The People** can no longer be expected to passively give up our rights and our Constitution, and that to preserve our unalienable rights it is more likely that ‘There WILL BE Blood’ (assured).
That’s how our emerging nation got things done over 200 years ago – with Citizens Grand Juries and Citizens Court Trials, and with oath-honoring sheriffs and lawmen. If it was good enough for our founding fathers then, it should certainly be good enough for us now.
And we’ve got a well-seasoned ‘contract’ to work with – the U.S. Constitution. It worked then. There is no reason to trash it and start over. It will work for us now – if we will only speak up and use it.

One wonders what Thomas Jefferson would think if he were to come back to life and see the modern world for himself. What list of new objections to the use of power by the state would he draw up in 2010?
I follow this blog daily along with several others including dr. kates. It gives me great hope to know that there are many others who feel the same way as I do. Most of my life I was a happy and carefree chap, taking for granted my country and its liberties. But now as I grow older, I read much more than before. We need to teach our children what was barely touched on in my youth, the importance of understanding the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution. We must also teach them the greatness of our Founding Fathers and Framers. Our children must read the actual correspondence between these great men in their own words. They must know of their courage, sacrifice, humility, and wisdom that gave birth to our beloved republic. For those that do, they will be moved and inspired indeed. We shall not let our Founding Fathers down! Our struggle is nothing compared to their sacrifice in blood, sweat and toil. They are watching us….and we know the path we must take. We must follow a course that leads to the removal of The Great Pretender through an act of Congress. I have emailed and spoken to as many family members, friends and associates that will listen. Lt. Col. Lakin’s effort will not be in vain. Let it be the spark that ignites the tinder and fuels the beginning of the second Revolution! One day we will tell our grandchildren how this great Patriot was willing to stand up to tyranny in order to pursue the truth and uphold our Constitution. May God Bless Lt. Col. Lakin and his family!

We all took a lot for granted until Barky slapped us upside the head. Maybe, just maybe, he was the catalyst we needed to wake us up; this garbage has been going on for a very long time and didn’t start with him…it was many years in the making. His day will come. Soon.
LTC Lakin’s tribulations will be another catalyst; I feel that word of his unjust court martial and incarceration will light a fire; it may just be the fire we need to get this travesty over with, once and for all.
