  1. I am sensing a full court press to legally remove bo now. Maybe the dems finally get it, if bo remains in office the democrat party is history.

Some type of critical mass does seem afoot, doesn’t it FS? Granted Clyburn is a complete moron, but his comments sound like those of a desparate man.

Don’t want to read too much into Beck letting birthers run amok on his blog, but this is odd too given his stated position on the subject. Headline on Drudge. Daily Caller etc.

  4. If the repubs were smart they would do everything they could to stall the budget until after the election and thereby shut down bo’s regime. Repub voters won’t care, they may even be thrilled to see the bo gubmint shut down, but if the demRats don’t get their welfare checks in October and November before the election they will be chaos in the demRat party.

  5. Brit Hume made an appearance on Special Report to give an update on Panthergate. Hume said there is now evidence to prove the DOJ is corrupt and officials committed perjury, then re-reported the congressional testimony provided by Coates last Friday.

What part of Vattel’s clear and concise Definition of a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN do Communists, Socialists, Liberals and Democrats not understand?<<<<

    Free Speech,
Let me take a swing at this one. The answer: Anything that gets in the way of thier corruption!!! Like, the Constitution itself, or the meaning of the Constitution, or for that matter anything within the Constitution itself. The Liberals, the DNC, and the Communists are still stuck, and I hate to quote, "it depends upon what is, is" when it comes to the Constitution.

I have long thought the same thing……….They could end up as History……..maybe not even that!.

  14. WW2COLDWARVET…………………………………..
I started my military career in 1949.drilling with a shot out M1 Thumb Smasher, in our local yokul National Guard Infantry Group. In 1951 I requested active duty in the US Navy. After boot camp I was sent to sea duty on a Navy AKA which was a converted C2 merchantman. It was a bomb with a short fuse, and I finally was able to finagle a transfer to believe it or not a Sumner class Destroyer that was then being recommissioned in Charleston SC. Went there was now a happy sailor. I was a member of the BLACK gang, and it wasn’t long until we were out on sea trials, of one day. Our services were so badly needed that we came back to port long enough to refuel and take on provisions and we was on our way to Panama via GITMO . (ORI inspection). What a farce. We left gitmo two weeks later headed for Panama and the West Coast at LongBeach.(old destroyer base). Two weeks after that we were assignes by COMDESPAC to the air craft carrier CVA 45 Valley Forge as part of its, escort flotilla. We departed for the Korean Peninsula the following day along with a convoy of other surface ships. We spent 6 months of retreiving pilots who went into the drink off the carriers deck and on many occasions recovering pilots from sinking ADSkyraiders. that were ditched. Often wasn’t very pleasant. They were sometimes horrendously shot up. I finally decided not to reup, and graduated in december 1955. with an Honorable Discharge. I am now 79 years of age and like you have a few infirmities.

I share your concern. The Grand Plan seems to be to try to contain him as much as possible, let him lose in 2012, and fade quietly into the woodwork. I don’t feel the hate hate others are spun up about. I still see somewhere near half the country still worshipping him.

Nobody at the PTB level seems to “get it” yet. They all treat the Obama Situation as just another swing of the political pendulum. Sure, some even Democrats are running for cover – specifically because of Obama’s failed and unpopular policies. Nobody seems to understand yet the Obama is a fraud and a criminal.

Somebody mentioned Brit Hume above. And yes, good for him. He even just about burst a spleen on FNS Sunday – as angry as I have ever seen him. Be he was focused totally on failed stimulus and hideous h/c reform – not The Fraud himself.

All of the, what was it 98%?, of black people still love him. All the 84% or so of the Jews are still for him. Most of the liberals who are angered by him are still believing he is still better than any ‘backwards, stupid, red neck’ conservative. In California they just did a big poll last week – they love Obama and want Obama’s buddies to win. Therefore Conservatives are starting to “die” in the big Gov and Sen races.

It is too easy for us here to get sucked into a vicious Group Think. All “one hundred” of us who lurk or post here hate Zero and know he is a fraud, usurper, and infiltrator. So we think everybody thinks like that.

None of the court cases have gone anywhere, none are going anywhere, and there are none on the horizon with any novel features. And, MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL, no one thinks Zero is a National Security risk. It is NEVER discussed. No Governors, no Senators, no Representatives, no Candidates, no News Media, nobody. In fact, the only ones I know of who are more reviled than Birthers are people who think Zero is a national security risk, unAmerican, or even antiAmerican. You think your representatives hang up on you if you call about Zero’s credentials? Try and see what happens if you start you conversation with the National Secuirty issue.

This is the scope and nature of the problem we are dealing with. Imagining that it is better than that is irresponsible. Not only does it give people false hope, but it encourages people to do counter productive things. Not the least of which is lulling potential helpers in going back to sleep because they think somebody else has almost got the problem solved.

Finally, I am just now rereading the history of fragmented Central Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries. The single biggest crisis – repeated over and over – is the failure of a smooth succession. It was such a big deal that people GLADLY lived with hereditary Monarchy (fools and idiot princes included) because ANYTHING was better than a bad succession.

People who think that Obama will go away quietly are naive beyond belief. People who think the entire country will not erupt in urban violence if he is removed for any reason are naive beyond belief. I am even worried that he will not go away in 2012. Either via 1) voter fraud, or 2) using his raw power to make himself a dictator for life – yes! Any president since at least 1950 has had the raw power to do that. The only reason they don’t is because they are sane and they love their country. Both of which are sorely lacking on Barack Hussein Zero.

It really pains me to see chipmunks chattering on this blog – when the forest contains far more than tiny animals and is dangerous beyond all imaginings of said chipmunks.

[Before I get hate mail – I am not saying all are chipmunks – anybody here who listens and is an Honest Seeker is clearly not a chipmunk – it’s just the ones who have simple answers for everything.]

Come on people – you gotta think things out. Almost everybody here says that the Zero Situation is the biggest hoax, biggest fraud, and biggest con in the history of the universe. That means that a LOT of powerful people are involved. That means there is a HUGE amount of accumulated power that does not want this thing to be resolved.

Also – back to the Central Europe history. Suppose it were admitted that the USA were weak enough or stupid enough to get conned by a 3rd rate urban street hustler. And further suppose that a lot of the PTBs were rounded up and sent to jail. Are you naive enough to believe that the likes of Russia or China would not take instant advantage of the situation. A once in a lifetime opportunity for a belly-up USA? History is full of examples of other nations piling onto a once powerful nation with a momentary crisis. Above all – you must NEVER let a soft spot show.

Some of you act like you are playing a backyard game of football – not the BIGGEST GAME OF WORLD POLITICS in the history of the universe!

    THINK! THINK! THINK! THINK!
I WEEP FOR THE NAIVETE OF
    THOSE WHO ACT WITHOUT THINKING.

footnote: Nobody besides congress can legally remove a president – and even they cannot do it if the president is unwilling. Think it through. Imagine you were said unwilling president – imagine the raw power at your disposal – if you were not sane, hated america, and had no respect for life (i.e. like a Muslim ‘extremist’), what might you do to prevent anybody from removing you? If you thought ahead of time that you might be forcefully removed, what ‘fail safes’ might you put in place to absolutely positively prevent that?

You don’t have to be a Rocket Scientist to figure this out.

  17. do not believe the polls or the 90% support, whatever! that’s pure bunk. our black neighbors are not stupid. they see right through this guy and don’t like him or trust him anymore than you or I do. Don’t be naive and believe these polls.

  18. Fabuolus news!!! I hope he’s right……

A key Democrat in Congress is trying to drum up support for his party by warning voters that if the GOP moves into the majority in November, Republicans will issue subpoenaes over every possible issue they can assemble, including Barack Obama’s eligibility for office.

  19. I am surprised that no one noticed that the dimWit sunstein didn’t even know when the Constitution of the United States was ratified.

This IDIOT sunstein is a harvard “law” prof and he thinks the U.S. Constitution was ratified “a century… ago” (in 1910). I wonder if this BOZO sunstein like bo also thinks the U.S.A. has 57 States

====================================================“Some conservative legal thinkers like Justice Scalia and Justice Thomas think that the Constitution means what it originally meant. That means we should understand the document by going into a kind of ‘Time Machine’ and capturing the public understanding of the public that ratified the document a century… ago.”

It was part of my statement that most see this as just another swing of the pendulum. And yes some are beginning to see that ZERO is not all he was hoped to be – but they sigh and say, he’s still better than a generic conservative.

The statement and it’s context is quite clear. If I were paranoid I would think you just ‘jumped’ on this statement rather than applying any kind of careful thought.

Prairie, I apologize but I don’t understand what “massive coverup” you are referring to. If you are talking about bo, then I hasten to point out that the repubs are busily investigating Identity Theft, Vote Fraud and Panthergate. If you are talking about 911 then I agree both Presidents Bush and Clinton screwed up big time but I don’t think either one of them was involved with the saudi Terrorists in the 911 Terrorist attacks. There is irrefutable evidence that bo ordered the POISONING of the residents of the Gulf and Atlantic States.

  38. “I don’t doubt that there were demRats involved with the saudi muslim TERRORISTS in 911…”

    FS,
This was your statement. Does it not indict the democrats and associate them with 911? A pretty dandy thing considering the republicans were in charge.

You say the republicans are busy investigating Barky. BS. If that were true he wouldn’t be in office, he would be in Gitmo. I admire Christian Coates for his bravery, still, there are far to many panty wastes who don’t have the honor and guts to touch the smoking gun issues. Hell, the whole lot of republicans in DC have put party before country.

You didn’t answer the question… would I not be as guilty if I stood by. Would the image of a bruised and bloody child not haunt me because I didn’t throw the punch? FS, they all stand by. They stand by and wait their turn for when the money tables turn. It is us against them, not them against each other.

  39. FS,

Praire, the Republican party gambled that the Obama administration would screw up the handling of the economy and that his positions would be unpalatable to the American public. With a major minority, absolutely no subpoena power and a long rope that Obama and the Democrats used to hang themselves with the American public; they laid low biding their time and accumulated information. Whether we like it or not, Obama and the Democrats had a mandate with the American people.

We need to focus like a laser beam to get the control into the hands of people who may do something about the criminality of the administration and leadership in the Democrat party. What I have seen on this blog recently is an effort to divide us in much the same manner that the left wing media is attempting to accomplish.

There is only one reason that a stooge like Clyburn would be worried about Issa getting subpoena power. There is tons of sh.t that is going to stick. It is still unknown if Obama’s eligibility will be one of the issues. If I were a betting man, I would think that they will avoid that issue even while knowing that “something is rotten in Denmark”. Does this mean that we have to throw out the baby with the bathwater? No. The alternative is so much worse. Does this mean that I don’t pray that one of the cases gets a break and a fair hearing in front of SCOTUS? No. Does this mean that I am not angry at the Republicans for avoiding the NBC issue? No. Do I hope that Issa grows a pair and steps up to the plate? Yes.

This year we need to get the camel’s nose under the tent with as many like minded people as possible along with as few RINO’s as needed to gain control of the various committees.

Then we keep pushing for change and look to 2012.

You lay out the case very masterfully, as well as the course that is set before us, imo. Difference of opinion here is one thing, but vicious and rude attacks are something else. They are divisive, hurtful, juvenile, and counterproductive.

  45. The final video from Larry Sinclair. He promised he would post his decision and he did.

    http://www.viddler.com/explore/LarrySinclair/videos/19/

  46. Paxson – in 2005, the DNC ran on the platform and promised “WE” dem’s they’d investigate Dubya for war crimes and his knowledge of 911. We D’s flocked to the polls and gave the Party a majority in Congress in 2006 b/c of this promise.

Understand, Dem’s were infuriated by what we were witnessing under the Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld/Wolfowitz/Rice leadership. We knew our government was violating the Geneva Convention and dissing the hell innocent people endured under Hitler and his rule of law. We got it back then, but when these yahoo’s were given the majority they took the investigations and impeachment off of the table.

I find it fascinating that you choose the word “may” rather than “must”. Obviously you work in or have worked in the policy arena. I have news for you Paxson, may isn’t going to cut it this time. If the R’s win majority they MUST PROCEED WITH INVESTIGATIONS LEADING TO A CRIMINAL ARREST!!! Anything short of this will only prolong our ability to recover from this dismal constitutional crisis. If you work on the Hill, tell whom ever it is you work for, nothing short of criminal arrests of the entire DNC apparatus will do and throw your Republican brethren in with the criminal bunch too.

Here is what some of us have learned recently as to how criminal indictments for the Criminal Bush Cabal was avoided. Trust me, don’t make the same darned mistake we did back in 2006.

“A former top-level official of the Justice Department in a past Democratic administration told WMR that House Judiciary Committee chairman John Conyers (D-MI) was warned away from pursuing impeachment hearings on President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney by top officials of the Democratic National Committee and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) because they may have harmed the election chances for Democratic candidates in 2006 and 2008.

The official said he broke with Conyers over the decision and noted Conyers’s own vulnerability to pressure arising from his wife Monica Conyers’s criminal investigation by the Justice Department arising from her dealings as president of the Detroit City Council. Mrs. Conyers was ultimately indicted and convicted on federal corruption charges. Nevertheless, when House Judiciary Committee chairman Peter Rodino (D-NJ) was faced with intimidation by the Nixon administration over purported mob ties, Rodino ignored the threats and successfully brought about his committee’s approval of impeachment charges against President Nixon in 1974. Nixon resigned before his trial began in the Senate.

While the Democratic Party was known to have cold feet on impeaching Bush and Cheney, the role played by the officially non-partisan ACLU comes as a surprise. But as one former Democratic member of Congress put it, the ACLU receives contributions from fakie progressives like George Soros whose missions are to control the agenda of the progressive left.

None of them.

Sure they use sugar coated words to get you to buy into their mirage, but once elected and in power, they will do whatever is in the best interest of their Party.

We dem’s [now former] learned this the hard way back in 2006 and were b!t*h slapped in 2008.

DON’T REPEAT OUR MISTAKES. Please, we are counting on all of you good patriots to help correct with changing the trajectory of our current state. Don’t be played like we former D’s were. Learn from us. We have much to teach you.

Two things, Helen. For the first time I am going to agree with you. The Repubublicans MUST proceed. Poor choice of words on my part.

Secondly, the reason why the Democrats didn’t push impeachment against Bush is because they were all complicit in the policy decision made after 9-11. The votes on the policy decisions that came down the pike as a result of the Jihaadist douc.ebags that killed over 3,000 people that day were made Republicans and Democrats. The Patriot Act was passed with Republicans and Democrats. The war in Iraq, even though the revisionists say otherwise was essentially supported by Democrats and Republicans. Impeaching Bush would not have been possible and that is why they didn’t attempt it.

That, and the fact that Bush’s approval numbers were so low that he was more useful to them in office at the time than going through a messy impeachment process (based on dubious accusations) that would polarize and energize the conservative base.

Sometimes it is good to think things through, Helen. There are many shades and layers to accomplishing goals in government. Childish demands that may not come to fruition is no reason to keep pushing on the items that can be accomplished. Later days will come and the truth almost always comes out in the long run.

In the mean time, that was then and this is now. Our country is at a crossroads that we may never be able to backtrack out of if we don’t all pull together to do what is right against the Communist machine that has no morals or empathy for the American way of life. In fact, they detest it. Remember Michele Obama…”for the first time in my life, I am proud of this country” (paraphrasing)?

    =======================================

A lot of what you are saying here comes from the same cesspool you get your 911 drivel. The reason they didn’t get investigated is that whatever IT was, was 99% wild imagination of the people with BDS. The Wubya administration was just another swing of the pendulum. No better or no worse than any other periodic ideology shift. You don’t like a lot of stuff that went on during the Dubya administration because you are a liberal. I don’t like a lot of stuff that went on during the Clinton administration because I am a conservative. So what.

BDS was a particularly disingenuous invention of the far left – and got themselves all lathered up – and soiled their own pants. No more, no less. Maybe it’s time to just let it go?

  53. I feel myself getting sucked into a tit for tat with Helen and I am just not going to do it.

I will add before I go, as I know where Helen is going next…..There were no less than 16 resolutions at the U.N. that gave Sadaam ‘ONE LAST CHANCE” to come clean with the weapons inspectors. He was a menace to the region, was attacking our jets on a daily basis over the “no fly zone”, was funding terrorists against Israel. We originally attacked Iraq in 1991 because they brutally attacked Kuwait, our ally. We stopped at Baghdad and formulated a peace agreement that he never complied with. There is also no doubt that he was working behind the scenes with Al Queda, “as the enemy of my enemy is my brother” type of relationship.

There is no reason to go on. The Democrats all know this information. That is why they could not impeach Bush. They were all on board with it.

You seem to be pizzed and disillusioned with specific individuals for exploding the Democratic Party that you loved. My sense is that you would go back to the fold in a heartbeat if you thought the personal corruption in high places had been addressed.

Very sad, yet very odd that after all of this time and everything that he went through that he would choose this way out. Larry chose to get caught up in something that is way bigger than himself and faced it bravely for a very long time. One has to wonder if threats were made to his mother (I imagine that had already occured)? Or even more cynically thinking on my part, if he was paid a sum of money to just go away forever? He always had ongoing money issues and did he just give in?.

Whatever the case, he was an American hero in my book. RIP.

  60. Paxson – for the first time, I too will agree with you on one point, that is, we must all come together to fight the communist’s completion of taking over our republic.

Who do you think the commie’s are, though? 41 and 44 are commie’s. My god man, just look at their father/grandfather’s checkered past. Prescott’s bank was investigated and found to be funneling money to the Nazi’s. Why do you think they have a piece of land way out at Kinnebunkport, Maine. Have you ever seen how isolated their homestead is? Their boat ramps and so much more? Give me a break, Paxson. I wasn’t born yesterday.

You then refer to the D’s as “childish” for believing and trusting the leadership of the D’s would bring justice to our nation. What kind of crack is that? I’m not naive. Like you, right now, so fervently believe the saviors of our homeland are R’s pretending to be TPer’s, are going to save our nation? Why is it we former D’s can see right through this game being played, but you R’s can’t?

Let me tell you, Paxson, one of your R’s has had my criminal complaint for election fraud against the DNC apparatus since September 21, 2009. If you think the Party is so on your side, why hasn’t this AG done a thing with the complaint as my state’s chief elected officer to enforce our Commonwealth’s laws? Is it a game for the R’s? I hope not. But they’ve yet to act on ANY OF THESE CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS FILED IN 2009. Why? Don’t tell me Party…I’m not buying. Don’t tell me the R’s haven’t had the majority…I’m not buying. These are CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS where we the voters who paid for the 2008 candidates to be on our state ballots, where one party had eligibility language while the other didn’t on the Cert’s of Nomination. We as voters experienced outright fraud. This has nothing to do with Party but everything to do with violation of our state laws.

    Crickets from the R’s. Why?

I’m going to bed. Will check in tomorrow.

    =================================

Thank you. I could write a book on the Revisionist History of the Iraq War. It is a fairy tale to end all fairy tales. Most other Revisionist History – like for the Civil War, for instance – is harder to piece together. I was not alive then and it requires much research to ferret out the truth.

But for the Iraq War – I was alive – I was an adult – I was perceptive and aware and well educated. I know what was happening. I saw what was happening. I had many friends who were there. My highest ranking friend was a Col under Schwartzkpof in charge of logistics for that piece of things. I was a civilian deeply embedded with the USAF at the time. I KNOW the story. I was involved.

So this kind of Revisionist History is particularly appalling.

God help us if “they” think “we” are THAT STUPID and that short of memory.

And Dubya and crew did nothing wrong. Like all such things, one can argue what the most effective thing to do is. It is not a matter of right and wrong, in some deep religious sense. Historians will debate the whole situation for decades. But the decision will not be pinned on Dubya – it was an American decision.

If anybody wants to do some actual good – forget that – quit dwelling in the past that only a history wonk can sort out – and play in the present and the future. Here is your chance to speak up BEFORE an action: What is the most effective thing to do about Iran? Now, THAT is a tough nut and well worth discussion. Here is a chance for those smarty pants who like to play woulda coulda shoulda to actually put their money on the table and make one of those HARD decisions – you know, the time urgent ones you have to make without all the facts, and on which hangs the fate of the world!

    OOOOO, WANHHHH, THAT’S TOO HARD ! ! !

He is shown taking several doses of what appear to be pills. I watched carefully and could barely see something in his hand one time. If he were truly taking an overdose, that is indeed very sad; however, it might be that he wanted to give the appearance of his demise so that he could “disappear”, perhaps? Maybe take on a new identity?

You mean that the AG in your state is doing nothing about “Helen’s” criminal complaint? Wow. That seals it for me.

As far as Prescott Bush goes, I am well aware of his history with the NAZI party. What does that have to do with today? He is one man. George H.W. Bush was a cold warrior and fighter pilot in WW2 (I’d say that he paid his dues to our country). George W. stood up for our country when we needed it and was a stable and compassionate leader. Was he a bit too progressive in some of his policy issues? Yes.

With respect to a rich family having land in a beautiful remote area of the country? Well..that sells it for me.

Good night…not going to do this. sorry.

All one can say is, “A person convinced against his will, is of the same opinion still.” You both have rebuffed this idiocy for the benefit of readers, but you will NEVER convince the one who espouses it. With some folks there is so much misinformation imbedded within their minds that even a glimmer of the truth is unable to penetrate them. That’s just the way it is, sad to say.

  67. I will add that as far as Prescott Bush’s affiliation with the NAZI’s… He was a capitalist. A capitalist puts their money where the profit is. At the time, nobody knew what Hitler was really up to. The communists in our country were gaining momentum, we were in a Great Depression, Germany was an emerging market and appeared to be anti-communist. Roosevelt was reviled amongst the capitalists at the time. What would any good capitalist do?
I am sure that Prescott himself, and his family, have deep regrets to this day about the decisions that Prescott Bush made during those dark days leading up to WW2. His son made good, flew in the war. Then spent his life helping to protect our country. His Grandson did the same after 9/11 when he finally became a man and made some of the toughest decisions that any American President has had to make.

  68. We don’t know anything for sure about Larry Sinclair tonight.
Rense.com simply posted the videos. He may have overdosed
and survived? Someone reported they spotted him online two
hours after the video posted….He does seem depressed and
worn down though, not the usual fighter.

  69. Paxson said “You mean that the AG in your state is doing nothing about “Helen’s” criminal complaint? Wow. That seals it for me.”

See this is why I don’t engage you and a few others here. Why? B/c your language is purposely trite and condescending. In my state, Virginia, our election laws were violated by the DNC and ignored by the D’s in leadership. Remember, I was a D. A rather active D at that. So for me to file a criminal complaint with our Republican AG, I at least expected a returned call or email…nothing…crickets to this very day – a full 12 months and six days later.

And b/c you are such a know it all, I also sent a private email to Cantor giving him a heads up as to what I was preparing to do. Crickets.

Since you’re so active, have you filed a criminal complaint in your state? If not, why? Don’t go belittling the work I’ve done to expose my former Party for their criminal behavior. You try it some time and come on back and tell us how easy it was for you! How dare you, Paxson. What have you done other than blog?

    One Of History’s Greatest Crimes
    By Stephen Lendman
    9-26-10

America’s hidden history is ugly and disturbing. No nation ever matched it. To Iraq alone, over the past two decades, it includes ongoing genocide, destruction, terror, occupation, and contamination – a horrendous combination of crimes, unmentioned in Western discourse.

Environmental Engineering Professor Souad N. Al-Azzawi documents them, including in his report titled, “Crime of the Century: Iraq’s Occupation and DU Contamination,” a detailed account of US culpability.

America’s strategic aims, he explains, include:

    — controlling most of the world’s oil and other natural resources;

    — remaining permanently in the Middle East, “the intersection zone of the three continents where 80% of the world(‘s) population” lives; and

    — if the above two objectives are achieved, America will control the world’s economy, or enough of it to matter.

Spread over a large enough area, depleted uranium (DU) is a weapon of mass destruction, because it’s radioactive and chemically toxic. If ingested or inhaled through food, air, water or other means, it enters the human body, remaining for decades. An earlier article reported the dangers, accessed through the following link:

    http://sjlendman.blogspot.com/2006/01/depleted-uranium-hidden-looming_16.html

It explained that continued DU use has the potential to end planetary life, yet few understand the risk, or that weaponized DU is used regularly in missiles, bombs, shells and bullets wherever America wages war – first during the 1991 Gulf War.

Its danger comes from radiation residue after use. On impact, DU munitions penetrate deeply and aerosolize into a fine spray, polluting surrounding air, water and soil. It’s microscopic, sub-miscroscopic, and permanent. Spread over vast areas as radioactive atmospheric dust, its contamination causes virtually all known illnesses and diseases from severe headaches, muscle pain and general fatigue, to major birth defects, infections, depression, cardiovascular disease, and many types of cancers. It also causes permanent disability and death.

Over the past two decades in Iraq alone, hundreds, perhaps thousands, of tons have been used, irradiating the entire country, some areas more than others. In his October 2009 presentation to the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia International Conference to Criminalize War, Azzawi accused America and Britain of:

“subject(ing) the whole nation of Iraq for two decades to torture and slow death through the intentional use of radioactive weapons and the sanctions. The continuous and intentional use of (these) weapons is a crime against humanity due to its undifferentiating harmful health effects on civilians in contaminated areas tens of years to come after the military engagements.” Radiation, in fact, is permanent, affecting unborn generations like living ones.

During the Gulf War, about 320 tons were used in southern Iraq, affecting the Basrah region. Post-conflict, “comprehensive” examination detected it, especially “in and around Al-Basrah City,” showing:

    — “high gamma radiation” levels;

    — “soil samples from 39 locations (with) higher activities than natural background levels;” and

    — “Surface water channel sediments (with 2 – 3) times higher radioactivity than the natural background” level.

Contamination was widespread, affecting at least “45% of people in the area, the Iraqi troops, and” coalition ones. As a result, soldiers (and civilians) exposed “to DU oxides (can expect) 70 cancer cases per 1,000” persons. Perhaps a higher incidence over time, and along with other illnesses and diseases, an epidemic of human affliction.

Subsequent epidemiological studies in Basrah showed a “five times rise in the incidence rate of malignancies amongst children to be far more noticeable from 1995 onwards.” In addition, exposure to ionized radiation caused:

    — higher child leukemia rates;

    — a “six fold increase in congenital malformations among births in Basrah City since 1995 onward,” some too disturbing to view; and

    — higher rates of congenital heart diseases and chromosomal aberrations.

Even more destructive weapons were used in the 2003 war, including banned ones like napalm, white phosphorous, cluster bombs, and greater amounts of DU – “against people, infrastructure facilities, and environment.” Further, “the looting and burning of factories, industrial complexes, laboratories, and ministries (including the looting of the Tuwaitha Atomic Energy Agency, and 300 other highly contaminated sites….)” caused contamination.

Much more as well across the country in Baghdad and suburbs, Basrah, Mosul, Fallujah, Balad, Anbar, Haditha, Qa’im, Rawa, Karbala, Najar, Aubaidi, Diala, Samara, Tikrit, Baiji, Ahsaiba, Mada’in, Kubaissa, and other locations.

In March 2009, Gideon Polya used the Just Foreign Policy estimate of 1.32 million Iraqi deaths post-March 2003 alone, a number considerably higher today. It’s also well below his post-9/11 eight million “war on terror” total, mostly affecting women and children, aged five and younger, killed by war, diseases, and/or depravation, America’s horrific ongoing genocidal legacy – air-brushed from history. Azzawi adds more:

    — at least 4.5 internal or external refugees, many victimized by “militias and police raids and terrorist groups;”

    — death squads targeting “certain ethnic and sectarian groups” daily; and

    — in cities throughout Iraq, sieges cutting off “all life support aids on people, (affecting) Thousands of children, women and elderly who could not leave their houses and were subjected to collective punishment….” For weeks, these areas were deprived of food, water, healthcare, and electricity. As a result, contaminated water was used “from ditches and nearby rivers,” causing cholera and other waterborne diseases.

The continuous use of DU weapons in heavily populated areas exposes millions to its destructive effects. Further, “Continuous negligence of medical care systems, hospitals, and the killing of prominent medical and healthcare specialists….after 2003” exacerbated a widespread health crisis.

Yet occupation forces provide no data on civilians killed, wounded, kidnapped or otherwise harmed. Nor do they allow “exploration programs to detect (DU) related contaminated areas.” Yet they’re vitally needed to “help Iraqi people….cope with the damages.”

Known evidence shows “Continuous deterioration of environmental quality….in Baghdad City due to explosions, and heavy traffic of tanks and vehicles….” Concentrations of numerous toxins way exceed safe levels. “Water quality deterioration caused an increase in “pathogenic water born diseases like Cholera, Typhoid, Hepatitis, (and) others.” Air pollution results from continuous bombing and explosions.

The “Multiple impact of all of the above pollution sources on the human body can be critical, especially for children, women and the elderly people.”

From DU munitions alone, Azzawi told the Kuala Lumpur conference that contamination is spread over vast areas by “wind storms, dust storms, sandstorms, and rainstorms,” besides polluted waterways and surface migration in soil, causing:

    — “Siltation, creeping, and suspension from contaminated soil to atmosphere; (and)

    — Suspension and re-suspension of deposited DU aerosols….the most dangerous and critical pathway of transfer and spreading from source to the human population.”

America and Britain are responsible “for exposing a whole nation to the risk of continually receiving high radioactive and toxic persistent contaminants,” including DU and many others, a noxious brew leaving no one untouched and many lethally harmed. “This is a crime against humanity (because of) its undifferentiated harmful health impacts on civilians long (after) military operations” are concluded.

    A Final Comment

On September 19, BRussells Tribunal Executive Committee member Dirk Adriaensens headlined, “Iraq: The Age of Darkness,” explaining “a devastating balance sheet (of) success,” including:

    — a 150% increase in child mortality since 1990;

    — only half of primary-aged children in school;

    — about 1,500 children in (horrific) detention facilities;

    — in 2007, about “5 million Iraqi orphans;”

    — over two million external refugees and almost three million internal ones (IDPs);

    — official unemployment at 50%; real unemployment at least 70%;

    — at least 43% of Iraqis “in abject poverty;”

    — at least eight million need “emergency aid;”

    — at least four million “lack food and are in dire need of humanitarian assistance;”

    — at least 80% lack “effective sanitation;”

    — “Religious minorities are on the verge of extinction;” and

    — an Oxfam survey showed 33% of women got no humanitarian aid since 2003; 76% of widows lack pension help; 52% are unemployed; 55% have been displaced; and 55% have been “subjected to (various forms of) violence.”

In Iraq today, “killing of innocent people has become part of daily life.” America is committing genocide against the entire population. It persists daily unreported, yet called “a success.”

It includes death, destruction, torture, terror, occupation, displacement, disease, and insecurity in a nation that no longer exists. For sure, one unfit to live in – unsafe, corrupt, terrorized, tyrannized, contaminated, and permanently occupied. In virtually all rankings that matter, Iraq scores last, Afghanistan second last, a testimony to America’s liberating values.

They’re run from Washington with no functioning governments, de facto satraps instead obeying their imperial masters. Yet on August 31, declaring an “end to the combat mission in Iraq,” Obama outrageously said: “Through this remarkable chapter in the history of the United States and Iraq, we have met our responsibility,” infamously displaying his culpability as a war criminal, matching the worst America ever produced.

Under him, George Bush, and their successors, “Iraq has no viable future,” Adriaensens’ final assessment of America’s “success.”

So glad to hear that verdict.

I want the arresting officers and the D.A. who pursued the case brought up on charges themselves, and fired from their jobs. They do not even understand the Constitutional issues here; they need to be doing a different job.

For those who want to, whenever you read this post, please pray for LTC Lakin.

I read that his hearing is today (unless something has changed since then).

Please pray for Larry Sinclair. I’m hoping he is alive. His life is valuable and valued.

Helen, unbeknownst to you, the Tea Party movement is not a group of angry ex-Hillary or Edwards folks who feel disgruntled because they were cheated by their own party during the primaries (although there are many newly enlightened people who are certainly part of the group).

Also, the Tea Party is a loose collection of people attracted to each other by a set of ideals about our country. All money is accepted to get the message out as long as it is in alignment with those ideals. There is no leader or leadership.

I think that you hit a nail on the head

  79. @CC
you made some very good points with this particular post. What stands out for me is that I feel that we cannot trust Barry’s state of mind.

I have heard of several individuals who seem to desire the idea of Bo as a dictator – perish the thought.

  80. Today marks the beginning of the new Australian parliamentary session. What is different this time is that the elites have taken over and they are in charge.

This is not a good thing at all, because the watermelons (Green Party) have gained a big say on such matters as the non-existent climate crisis. It seems we are destined for a carbon tax whether we want it or not. Disgusting. They do not have a mandate to do this.

I am hoping that this government will not last long. There are several factors that could come into play in the near future. One of them is that KRUDD might decide to retire from politics and force a by-election. Who knows this could happen in some other seats. Personally, I will just wait to see if there are any more scandals to hit the fan (bound to be sooner, rather than later).

What this means for Australia-US is that Øbama has an Australian Marxist ally. The aims are exactly the same, especially with the attitudes towards giving up our sovereignty to a foreign power – the U.N.

  83. Yesterday I sent an email to Larry Sinclair letting him know that there are a lot of people worried about him. I signed the letter – Take Good Care. This morning when I checked I had an email from Mr. Sinclair. The entire message was a two-word response – “Take Care” and a video link.I believe it is also at Jeff Rense’s site. http://www.rense.com/general92/lsc.htmI don’t have any other information regarding Larry’s situation. He has fought the good fight attempting to tell his story while being constantly attacked by Obama’s supporters, as the media continued its attempt to sweep all that might damage the Barack ‘Man’s Country’ Obama narrative. Today, I (like many) will wait for accurate information. Take Care Larry.

  84. First of all I pray that Larry is OK. Like others at this post his story brought me to CW.

Yes.<<<

I agree with you on this. I say go after them, look under every rock, and let the American People hear the truth about BOTH parties and dirty stuff. The American People CAN fix this, but only if they know the truth.

    Helen,
I have not responded to your posts, but have read many of them. I have to agree with FUBO, you are still 'liberal' and are just angry that your political party has become one of criminal activity to achieve it's goals. I have liberals within my family, they often have valid points. This is one 'conservative point' that they never seem to grasp, but it is critically important to understand. I will therefore type it slowly and in bold: "NEVER FIGHT A WAR IF YOU DON'T INTEND ON BEING VICTORIOUS AT ANY COST" War is a nasty, ugly, immoral, in-humane event, beyond control of courts or normal moral activities. However, to quote a famous general "nothing is more terrible than a battle won, than a battle lost". You may, without critique from me, complain about war, about the reasons to get involved in a war, but please don't complain about those whom use whatever means necessary to achieve victory. War is like a gun, once you pull the trigger their is no return on the bullet. The modern war, as DEFINED BY OUR ENEMIES no longer involves soldiers in uniform and soldiers as targets, but has delibertly involved attack innocent civilians and using civilians as shields. The Iraqi people had choices, including leaving Kuwait, then later having Suddam Hussien leave power a very rich man. They choose to advocate terrorist attacks on US assests worldwide, and I believe on US soil at least twice (1993 and 1995). I personally don't like war, never want to see it or experience it. I have experienced enough death and dismemberment already.

Jimmy Carter recently said that the country was more divided now than it was before the US Civil War. This is the first time I can remember that his opinion was actually correct. I see the DNC, liberal, and democrats, envigorated by the illegal activity that it has already gotten away with(all the way back to Johnson and the Gulf of Tonkin), pushing voter fraud just a little to far in the near elections. This will be the fuse that could ignite a civil war. So, what I am telling you is that if you really don't like war and it's aftermath…you really don't want to see death and destruction…you really want a peaceful society….get all of your liberal friends together and start outing Obama, the DNC, and the criminals before it gets violent right here.

The Liberals in this country have bet the entire ball of wax on a pair of fives, and the Tea Party will call them very soon. Personally, it would be best if someone within the DNC came out with the truth before the gamblers take everyone down.

  90. The divide we are witnessing in our country is not left and right, it is not republican vs democrat… it is the individual vs. the corporation. Both political parties are more fearful of lobbyists and corporations than of the electorate. It is money from big corporations and foreign interests that are stealing our elections. It is legislation passed by both republicans and democrats that benefit the corporation vs. the individual. It is both parties who have thrown the constitution aside standing by as an usurper took office, voting for the bailouts, and witnessing the death of our country.

They are desperate to reign in the Tea Party. The r’s through money and infiltration, the d’s through ridicule and threat. They know we are onto their game. They know the paradign is shifting. They know there days are numbered and are going to lash out in dangerous, deadly ways to maintain the 2 party illusion.

Simply this… the 2 party system is the pen they keep us in. The 2 party system defines our boundaries, defines our choices, defines our masters. It is time America’s unbridled spirit rises… may hooves that pound like thunder trample on the illusion of the elites! May we buck them off our backs and control our own destiny for once. My God, quit defending a party that has sold you out and penned you in their barn! Forgiveness for those who repent? Hell, no. Hold Hillary, Bush, McCain and all responsible for the tragedy we are living and the chains they have left for our children. I am not a republican, not a democrat, not even an independant… I AM AN INDIVIDUAL!

  93. Unacceptable Consequences– The Courts Martial of LTC Terrence Lakin White Paper #2– a Follow-up to Courts Martial Defense of LTC Terrence Lakin Issued September 10, 2010 The day after UCMJ presiding authority Col. Denise R. Lind issued a ruling in the LTC Lakin case, in which she attempts to eliminate any and all access to relative evidence in the defense of LTC Lakin‟s actions; USPU (United States Patriots Union) issued a White Paper on the matter. Beyond our deep concern for Lt. Col. Lakin and his family, USPU is deeply concerned about the
unacceptable consequences that hang in the balance of the Lakin case. No matter the outcome of this case,
    we see trouble ahead.
We believe that there are only two potential outcomes of this courts-martial, and that both outcomes bring certain challenges. Our first priority must be to unite in defense of LTC Lakin in an effort to arrive at the best possible outcome for both Lakin and the nation. 1.LTC Lakin is foundGUI LTY of wrongfully refusing orders. With this outcome we get the following precedents. a)Anyone, without so much as a birth certificate, can hold the office of President and Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Military.
b)ALL soldiers must blindly follow orders whether or not those orders are legal.
c)Not even a high ranking officer has the right to challenge the lawfulness of the orders.
2.LTC Lakin is found NOT GUILTY of wrongfully refusing orders, as Barack Obama‟s illegitimacy is confirmed, in which case the following precedents have been established. a)Every soldier must make the same decision Lakin made, to follow or not to follow an illegal command.
b)The military chain of command is broken at the top of the chain.
c)Obama must be removed from office and there is no one in the normal line of succession to
the Oval Office who can replace him, as they were all complicit in the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people. Whether LTC Lakin is found guilty or not guilty in his courts-martial, our nation is in a full scale national
security crisis. This cannot be avoided by simply brushing the Lakin situation under the carpet as if the
legitimacy of this administration has not been properly and repeatedly challenged

the proper defense , as the obama jag judge has REFUSED to allow the defendant ANY FORM of defense, hence this writ

Eligibility for the office of President and Commander-in-Chief is very clear in the U.S. Constitution. “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”- Article II– Section I– Clause V These constitutional requirements are not negotiable, nor are they without history, reasoning or vital purpose. As we discussed in the original White Paper, the central point in the issue over Lakin‟s refusal to follow orders is the requirement of “natural born citizen.” Note that “native born” citizenship is not the requirement for President. Native born is a statement of birth place, which could be established by an authentic birth certificate for Barack Obama. No such document has been presented by Mr. Obama, despite two years of demands to produce that document. The requirement is “natural born” –as-in “nature‟s law,” the law of nature, superseding any and all man- made laws or statutes. The term “natural born” was specifically chosen for this very reason, that no man- made law could affect the status of “natural-born.” The subject is written about extensively in Vattel‟s book The Law of Nations, in which Vattel settles on the definition of natural-born, as follows; From Vattel’s Book I, Chapter 19, section 212, – “Of the citizens and naturals” – “The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.” This established that the issue of Obama‟s ineligibility is not based upon his birth place, but rather his birth father, who was at no time a legal citizen of the United States. The matter cannot be resolved by a birth certificate, no matter where Mr. Obama may have been born.

The Soldier’s Right and Responsibility to Refuse Unlawful Orders The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) is built upon the foundation of the War Articles, or Articles of War, written about by Col. William Winthrop. Source note: Military Law and Precedents: A Martial Law Classic “Written by William Winthrop (1831 – 1899), Colonel, United States Army, this second edition (1895) is the revision and enlargement of the work. 94. THE RIGHT TO DEFENSE

Although the UCMJ and Judicial Branch are completely separate and independent of each other, a soldier does not wave his/her constitutional rights upon taking the military oath. Specifically, Amendments V and VI of the Bill of Rights guarantee every U.S. citizen the following; Amendment V No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation. Amendment VI In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the
state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by
law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to
have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
LTC Lakin has the right to a trial, by an impartial jury of his peers, as well as a right to discover and
present mitigating evidence that could clear him of charges. Nothing in the UCMJ removes these rights
from LTC Lakin. Lakin has served honorably with distinction for nearly twenty years to protect these
constitutional rights and he did not forfeit these unalienable rights when he elected to serve in the US
Military, nor has any other soldier.
Col. Denise R. Lind‟s effort to deny LTC Lakin his constitutional right to a complete defense, are undertaken with the authority of a chain of command which is at best in question, at worst, unlawful. A Proper Defense Team The current Lakin defense strategy is limited to an ongoing search for a missing birth certificate that is of
no real consequence, and they have been denied discovery access to any Obama records, as well as
anyone who has had access to those records.

It is our opinion that the existing legal team representing LTC Lakin should be re-energized and
reinforced immediately by a more experienced military legal team. We hope to offer the Lakin defense
team additional legal talent that we believe will lead to a positive outcome for LTC Lakin, his family and
    our national security interests.
We are very concerned that continuing with the current defense strategy, the search for a birth certificate,
will likely end in the wrongful conviction of LTC Lakin, establishing a horrific and unnecessary
precedent in the Courts-Martial system of the US Military, as described above. We feel obligated to do all
that we can to avoid this outcome.
In an effort to support and assist the Lakin Team, The Veterans Council of the United States Patriots
Union has worked to make available the best possible legal defense team capable of and willing to assist
    with the Lakin courts-martial defense.
On this basis, the Veterans Council of the United States Patriots Union has worked to make available the
best possible legal defense team to assist in forward responsibility for the Lakin courts-martial, if LTC
Lakin so desires. We hereby call upon the Lakin defense team to alter the defense strategy and welcome
qualified legal assistance on behalf of LTC Lakin and the people of the United States of America.

I know the town where Larry lived. I cannot find an obituary write up for him in the Daytona Beach News-Journal, the paper that serves the area where he lived. No articles about him overdosing, going to a hospital or being a victim of any crime.

There is nothing in the Port Orange Area News Archives other than a mention about him running for Congress.

  97. Forgive me, but my love of America and patriotic fervor will NOT allow me to pass on the post of Sept. 28, 1:08 AM. I do not have the time or inclination to do an essay on it, but have to share a few comments.

The poster has referred to Steve Lendman, the author of much that was submitted. Do a net search on him, like I did. Right on the blog site referenced by the poster, he says about himself: ……-“devoted my time to progressive causes….on vital world and national topics, including…American imperialism…….”
On that site his article has the following:
“Up to now, the U.S. has effectively used its power to dominate other nations either by persuasion, economic isolation or conquest. We claim to be a model democracy, but our policies and actions prove otherwise.”

Lendman applauds Harold Pinter, whom Wikipedia (not exactly conservative) describes as a “left wing political activist”…..who was an active member of the Cuba Solidarity Campaign (against U.S. blockade of Cuba) and… was opposed to Gulf War, and …..who compared the George W. Bush administration to Nazi Germany.

Lendman also considers Noam Chomsky a good source of information. Chomsky calls himself “a libertarian socialist.”

In conclusion, I could never give any serious thought to the writings of any of the above left-wingers who actually seem to have mostly disdain for America. That post is mostly a bunch of anti-American, hate-filled rhetoric. To me, it says a lot about the one who posted it.

This is what I really said:
“…however, it might be that he wanted to give the appearance of his demise so that he could “disappear”, perhaps? Maybe take on a new identity?”

  111. There are a lot of people who seem to have their own opinion as to what constitutes an act of war against our country. There are some who said Japan was only trying to tell the US something, when they SNEAK attacked Pearl Harbor. They did indeed tell us something. and they sure as hell REGRETTED having sent the message in the first place. There are lunatics who think no aircraft were flown into the WTC,and that it was ALL a plot by our Government. Again this sort of crap comes from people who are blinded by their mental abberations to such an extent that they can only babble their insane logic. Most are people who have never fought an enemy,or had a son or daughter murdered by fanatic religous lunatics. These people have no REMORSE, and therefore no REGRET.However the Japanese DIDN’T regret what they had done until after their entire Navy was at the bottom of the Western Pacific, and thousands of our US servicemen were either dead or disfigured for life. Then when we finally designed and built a nuclear device, and used two of them against our ENEMY who again was ONLY TRYING in their own way to tell us something, the world convulsed and tried to imply that we was CRUEL,and inhumane, and that the Japanese would have surrenderred anyway. Sadly this sort of BULLSH## only came from people who SAT in their snug little offices in mid America, who had no sons or daughters carrying M1 rifles, and walking axcross an entire continent, and freezing in the process, or watching a lunatic KAMIKAZE pilots plow into their ship,in an attempt to sink it. I was NOT there but was in the next war. I witnessed what happens to a person when he or she is struck by bulletts,or mortar rounds,or landmines,or artillary fire from the enemy. I helped evacuate hundreds of these people to various Army, and Navy hospitals .Many of these people were so bandaged up it was even difficult to tell if it was a human being inside. Many were minus legs arms or their face. We pulled pilots out of aircraft on the surface of the ocean who were horribly shot up. Our nuclear attack on Japan was in my own personal view completely justified, and reasonable. It spared our forces the necessity of invading Japan itself. Our finest military minds said that such an invasion would without a doubt have killed another million of our soldiers. This being the case it was indeed better if the enemy sufferred high civilian losses as opposed to us sufferring high military personell losses. It did indeed also bring the war in the Pacific to a very quick end which would have otherwise went on for a very long time. and still would have killed thousands of Japanese civilians, because Japan was down to using civilians in their mainland defense forces. If Ahmidinajad is smart he will take a long hard look at our history in the Pacific, and in Europe before he tries to attack us or our Allies. In his moronic ,childish little mind he thinks that he can whip the world. He is WRONG. He will discover this ,hopefully before it is SHOWN to him the HARD WAY. He thinks that because he has or probably will have nuclear weapons that this will brow beat the world into compliance . Again he is WRONG. If he uses any nuclear weapons against ANY country on Earth it is likely that the US will respond in kind and perhaps type and not stop until he is either dead or Iran is itself wiped from the face of the earth. We do indeed already have the capability, and WILL HAVE JUSTIFICATION,and lastly the GOLF BALLS to use the weapons,as was demonstrated 65 years ago. THINK LONG AND HARD MR. AHMADINAJAD BEFORE YOU COMMIT. YOU MAY BE COMMITING SUICIDE FOR YOURSELF,AND YOUR INNOCENT PEOPLE. IF YOU THINK YOU ARE A REAL BADASS THEN SO BE IT.YOU WILL UNDOUBTEDLY HAVE TO LEARN THE HARD WAY. YOU WILL NEVER BECOME AS BIG OF A BADASS AS THE US WHEN WE ARE REALLY PI$$ED OFF. DON’T TREAD ON US ……..EVER. YOU THINK THAT YOUR LITTLE LADYFINGER WEAPONS ARE REALLY SOMETHING IN KILOTONS. YOU NEED TO THINK IN TERMS OF MEGATONS. GUESS WHAT DUMMY WE HAVE BOTH. READY TO GO!

Yeah, I don’t like posting this kind of stuff. It is very depressing and it makes me puke. But we all need to understand it. And the chipper little chipmunks need to be hit over the head with it. The crisis we have is potentially much deeper than they even remotely comprehend.

Sure, in a lucid moment, he MAY go away quitely. Heck, maybe he PREFERS to be President of Africa or some such than President of a mere country. But those are his choices. It remains to be seen what he wants and what are the ultimate aims of him or his handlers.

You may recall that Prairie first started this line of reasoning by asking about COG. She was like all “OMG, have you seen THIS?”. The problem is that she is absolutely correct – she got this one right – and it is even MUCH WORSE. At one point in our history – the height of the Cold War – continuity of government was THE BIGGEST secret government concern. In the heat of that – and, frankly, just by our Nuclear Weaponry Strategy (the codes and keys vested in the elected authority – ONE PERSON) – we have made it simple and easy for the President to have enough Raw Power to do ANYTHING. Would it be illegal? Sure. Would it be unconstitutional? Sure. Would it be the the worst humanitarian debacle in the history of the universe? Sure. But so what?

Few people understand this – and certainly the MSM don’t, or at least they don’t explain it. THAT is why it is of paramount importance that our President have the CHARACTER of a saint. Nothing else matters. Promises, economy, ideology, stands on issues – these are all tiny tiny tempests in a very large teapot – as compared against the criterion of IMPECCABLE BACKGROUND AND CHARACTER!

If it doesn’t happen with Zero – trust me, we cannot vote for President “American Idol” style very many times before the beast turns on us and eats us alive.

  132. oldsalt79 – US Patriots is a new group headed up by JB Williams and Tim Harringtong. They are absolutely sincere in their efforts and like many of us here, have grown tired of independent movements like our TP, much to the conservatives chagrin who are desperately attempting to rewrite history, being usurped and taken over by the elite party system aka the two-headed snake. These are patriots whose cause is to restore our republic and so much more.

My fear is they may have already been infiltrated and do not yet see it. Other than that their hearts and minds are those of true patriots. FWIW

  133. What the Hell is this..Denise R. Lind ruled in a preliminary hearing to Lakins scheduled Court Martial that Lakins could not pursue Obama’s Presidential eligibility as part of his legal defense. Just as we need to honor OUR Pledge to Allegiance to the Republic for which it stands. God Bless!!!

Obama: Fox News is ‘destructive’ to America
    CNN Ticker Producer Alexander Mooney
(CNN) – President Obama is pulling no punches when it comes to Fox News, declaring the cable news outlet to be “destructive to [America’s] long-term growth.”
In a more than 8,000-word interview with Rolling Stone Magazine, Obama compared the cable news channel to papers owned by William Randolph Hearst at the turn of the 20th century that unabashedly pushed the media titan’s own political views.
Fox has yet to respond to the president. But during the administration offensive against the network last year, network spokesman Michael Clemente slammed the White House for continuing “to declare war on a news organization instead of focusing on the critical issues that Americans are concerned about.”

  136. I don’t know what I would be accused of by those who think Hillary supporters are just a bunch of sour grapes. All I can say is that I am proud I left the Dems after Hillary lost. I also saw the light in that the Democratic party I grew up with where JFK wanted tax cuts and defended democracy, and RFK supported Israel and died for that, all of a sudden was just the opposite. Dems want to take over 50% of my hard earned small business tax dollars just because I work hard, they now hate Israel, and they bow to people who would harm America like the Saudi’s. Brilliantly said. Turning war into a game or a dance is the immoral of all. The only true object of war is to gain your objective as fast and as definitively as possible. Period. Notice a great many things I left out of that sentence – on purpose.

I want to particularly emphasize that I did not mention minimizing harm to our boys. Somebody here mentioned that the Whole Purpose of the Military was to go in harm’s way. That is a sad and gory fact: fighting a war – some will die.

Just for some perspective, suppose “minimum carnage to the good guys” was high on the list of objectives? Think it through! Would the primary objective ever be achieved? If a war is NECESSARY, turn the Military lose on the objective – given them some sensible ROE’s – and LET THEM DO THEIR BUSINESS!

Finally – just a little perspective for the War Crimes crowd – again I could write a whole book with hundreds if not thousands of examples. But I will stick with one very representative:

A simple 18-year old infantryman has the total LEGAL/APPROVED power to kill an enemy at will. No due process, no jury, no judge, no deliberation, no thinking – SEE THE TARGET, KILL THE TARGET. But should said soldier miss, and ends up capturing the guy and handcuffs him, and in the process slaps him or otherwise “abuses” him, it is a war crime. Does that make sense to ANYONE?

WASHINGTON (AP) – The FBI and the U.S. Labor Department are investigating prominent labor leader Andy Stern in their probe of corruption at the Service Employees International Union, according to two people who have been interviewed by federal agents.
The two organized labor officials met with federal agents this summer to answer questions about a six-figure book contract that Stern landed in 2006 and his role in approving money to pay the salary of an SEIU leader in California who allegedly performed no work.
Both officials spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the investigation. The FBI and the Labor Department’s office of inspector general declined to comment for the record.
The disclosure about the federal inquiry of Stern – who abruptly resigned as president of the 2.2-million member SEIU in April – comes just weeks ahead of contentious congressional elections in which the union is spending an estimated $44 million to support its favored Democratic candidates.
The SEIU has been plagued with several financial scandals since 2008, when the Los Angeles Times reported that Tyrone Freeman, head of the union’s largest California local, misappropriated hundreds of thousands of dollars from the union. The union ousted Freeman and demanded that he return the money. No federal charges have been filed against him, but SEIU spokeswoman Michelle Ringuette said the union has been cooperating with the FBI.

This is very good – especially the thoughts about Parties. But to take what you hinted at a step further. The problems is NOT that the Parties are too beholden to lobbyists and corporations. As if they need to reform themselves to not be like this.

The problem is that this situation is inevitable. As sure as night follows day. It cannot be reformed. Parties and their symbiosis with lobbyists and corporations is necessary. Otherwise the Parties would die.

The problem is that Parties are un-American and destructive to any and all forms of legitimate representative government and a decent constitutional republic. Everybody here needs to read George Washington’s Farewell Address – over and over, if necessary – until they “get it”. He predicted precisely what would happen if there were Parties – and it all came to pass – ALL of it – and it ain’t good.

That was a STUNNING and BRILLIANT piece. It makes me weep for our fallen heroes and weep for an America that once was. I HOPE we can rise to that level again, should we need to.

But several generations of Liberal/Progressive BS and the total infiltration of our schools by Progressive/Socialists, leaves me very worried. What chance does our current generation and future generations have of being GREAT?

Would that Joe McCarthy had been allowed to complete his great quest. I don’t want to turn this blog into a discussion of the man and his methods – and sure I accept that some more “adult supervision” might have been needed. But at this point in our history, there can be NO DOUBT that he was fundamentally right and that he was on a NECESSARY mission.

FS, You are a despicable old fool, and I for one am extremely tired of seeing you do these things. Only a very deranged mind would do what you do. Nobody is fooled by your stupidity. We can all read the orig posts ourselves, so please drop the stupid editing!!!!

  153. oldsalt79 – My father, his five brothers, my grandfather, grandmother and there two boys all fought in the Pacific theatre. The tragedy that befell all of them is too long to tell you, but I ask you to give some of us leeway when challenging us with your military viewpoints. I respect and honor you, sir. Always have and always will. Not b/c of your military service but b/c of how you’ve taken such difficult life experiences and channeled them into something good and meaningful. You are my hero. It takes great fortitude and a strong soul to enter civilian life when so few in your intimate world understood the horrors you witnessed.

Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever believed my government would do harm to me and my fellow citizens. Never. Having slowly taken on some of these impossibilities and opened my mind to the plethora of facts detailing that our government was involved in 911 has not been an easy journey for me. It wasn’t like I just woke up one day, read a couple of articles and poof I was convinced. No sir, it took months of me opening my mind up to the possibility and then seeking out the physicists, the scientists, the firefighters, the first responders, the police officer the military, the pilots, the journalists, the architects and the building engineers to inform my decision that indeed my government perpetrated 911.

Since then all has been a cover up of great proportions by the two-headed snake. Don’t kid yourself for a moment that both the D’s and R’s are part of this most tragic of events and its cover up. What do you think is the blackmail being used to this day? Why do you think Dubya and Cheney would look the other way and not out the DNC for all of the laws she broke to put this usurper in office? If they were the patriots you believe them to be then why didn’t they halt all of this madness when they could – passport break-in and Cheney’s not asking for a nay vote.

Yes, this is all difficult to believe but once one overcomes the lies told to us about what really happened on that fateful day, greater clarity appears on what we are enduring today.

You stated “This being the case it was indeed better if the enemy sufferred high civilian losses as opposed to us sufferring high military personell losses.” Understand this weaponry used in Iraq is the military’s new Agent Orange bio chemical weapon. To believe our brave men and women haven’t inhaled this poison while serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan is doing all a disservice.

I’ll end by stating this – America has 300+Million citizens of which 500k are arabic/muslim. And think about this 900 of the 911 first responders are dead with many more dying yet the federal government continues to ignore them and their health, medical, food, shelter needs. Many have lost their jobs due to illness. It wasn’t just asbestos they breathed in, sir.

And now we have a very real bio-chemical attack perpetrated by our own government, again, that will result in high rates of cancer, death, miscarriages, deformities and so much more.

Why is it so many can clearly see our government’s hand in the Gulf tragedy but not our government’s hand in 911? Re read what Prairie stated above. She’s right on target and this is a mother of three boys who may one day be fighting a corporations war.

Yes, it does. The reason why this latest distortion is so upsetting to me is because it concerned the welfare of L. Sinclair. The misquote has made it look like I was calloused and uncaring, which is just the opposite. I was hoping that he truly was not trying to commit suicide. Oh, well, I have to consider the source and trust that others will understand.

“The head’s of all of bo’s GAY BAND OF BROS are about to roll. No wonder bo’s FELLOW GAY SAILORS, rahm and axelrod, are bailing from bo’s STINKING SINKING SHIP.”

Years ago when Jane Byrne was running for Mayor of Chicago (she won) she kept referring to a Cabal of Evil Men , but did not specify. There is something so sick (you don’t need to be a psychiatrist to figure it out) about this group-just sick-control freaks that found each other and formed a band of sickos.

    Michelle,

They are all NARCISISSTIC PSYCHOPATHS. Chicago certainly is the center for the Cabal of Evil Men, but DC has more than its share as does algore’s hometown, Nashville. Remember algore had Bill Daley of Chicago run his 2000 campaign and algore imported all that chicago filth to Nashville.

Remember algore hosted bo at the Nashville Debate with McCain and held a GAY FUNDRAISER for bo at his mansion in Nashville.

It is good that the Truth is finally coming out about bo’s entire Cabal.

That “demon” is using your mouth again. I suggested earlier that you swear on a stack of CGJ Presentments to never use the words Sunstein or Obot ever again. Apparently you have not yet done so – now would be a good time.

It seems passing strange to me that I am among the MOST VOCAL of Zero opponents and that I continually post harsher and more explicit exposes of him and his power and his motives, and all that, than anyone else.

To the extent people disagree with me, it is almost always because they do not categorize Zero as darkly as I do.

And yet, certain people want to label ME as the Obot. It is almost identical to as if a Conservative were to call an Ultraconservative, a RINO! Doesn’t that just reflect badly on the name caller?

You have seemed like an Honest Seeker to me. Someone willing to evaluate their environment, their tradition, and yes even sacred cows, and recalibrate everything as necessary.

Many of us think that Hillary is quite evil – not as a woman or such – but the “body count” is just too high to be a coincidence. So there is a tendency to pizz on anybody who might have one time been a Hillary supporter.

I would like to go on record as saying it is at least understandable why a Democrat would have chosen Hillary. She is certainly a far better choice than Zero – and anyone who understood that should be praised – at least a little, no?

Also given the bias of the Media, it is hard for unperverted truth to bubble to the surface. So I think it is probably disingenuous to try to get too deeply into heads of what people were thinking years ago.

Let’s focus on the present and the future. In that regard, like I said, you seem to be an Honest Seeker. I can’t expect everyone to agree with every opinion I have, but I can expect people to be rational and use time-tested modes of correct thinking. That is enough.

    Thank you for your contributions.

  165. JD – I live in Virginia, and know of the La Rouchian’s b/c their headquarter’s are up in Northern Virginia. I know little about their organization and what they stand for nor do I care.

I am a Country before Party former Hillary Dem whose rose-colored glasses were knocked off of my face, rather dramatically I might add, in the summer of 2008. Since then, I’ve remained Independent and am fiscally conservative which I’ve always been.

I do not support either head of the snake. I support the middle, the indpendent, the middle class. I do not support the global or national elite, the banksters and certain, not all, corporate hucksters.

The TP started as an Independent movement with a libertarian bent. As a matter of record, it was Ron Paul and Alex Jones who started it in 2008. I was not a Ron Paul fan then and I struggle with my support of him to this day. None of the leadership who started the TP here in my area are part of this usurped movement. Why? B/c the conservatives saw “the middle” finally rising up and saying enough already! No more Party politics.

Take a look at some of the photo’s or videos of the first rally’s and what you will see is the middles message “Country before Party.” You don’t see such homemade signs with this message on it anymore. Why? B/c the party elite has changed the message to fit their Parties goals.

If you support these said goals then by all means support your local TP. Just don’t make it an independent movement when it’s not. That’s all.

I would not support Hillary now for President since she’s teamed up with The One, but currently the media tries to tear down any female candidate. “mentality of a tweener homosexual ” now I know the answer “arrested development” from when he started doing drugs, from what I understand you never catch up.
    http://www.gainesvilletimes.com/archives/5096/
“The part of the brain that handles decision-making is not fully mature,” he said.
When a teen starts using drugs or alcohol, it literally creates a case of arrested development. Norton said the brain remains stuck at the level of maturity it was when drug use began.
“The theory is if they stop (using drugs) soon enough (before age 24 or so), there’s enough time for the brain to catch up,” he said.
But in reality, few people are able to beat addiction that quickly. So drug users are left permanently stunted.
Norton calls it “the hijacking of the adolescent brain.”
The consequences to society are staggering.
“I’d say of the people who drop out of high school, 80 percent are abusing drugs or alcohol,” Norton said. “It affects their ability to learn, plan and make decisions. It also leads to crime, because adolescents lose their ‘braking’ ability, their inhibition against violence.”

Bravo Old Salt. I take it that you have heard of the Burmese Railroad?

The Japanese were extremely cruel. The condition of the men who were on the Burmese railroad was terrible. Dr. Dunlop, the man that we know in Australia as Weary Dunlop was extremely brave. There are many stories to be told about what took place in the Pacific theatre.

Very few seem to understand that Australia was very much in the thick of it with the Pacific war – Japanese and German. Japan bombed Darwin, Townsville and other northern centres. Their mini submarines got as far as Sydney Harbour.

The bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki was the best thing that ever happened, even though the consequences were so very tragic. I might add here that many of the Nagasaki victims were Catholic. They were inside the Cathedral when the bombed dropped.
