For the sheep following mainstream media coverage of the Gulf Oil Crisis, the reality is that BP is a greedy oil company and deserves all the blame for this crisis. And of course Obama is innocent and he is fighting the big corporations and he is going to kick some ass.
BP should be held accountable for their mistakes. However, Obama, the US Government, the Interior Department and Minerals Management Service, MMS, certainly share a large part of the blame. They encouraged drilling in the Gulf and were about to open up areas for drilling twice as deep as the current crisis depth.

“NEW ORLEANS, LA – Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar today announced that the next federal oil and gas lease sale in the Gulf of Mexico will occur in New Orleans on August 18, 2010. The Secretary made the Western Gulf of Mexico Lease Sale 215 announcement during a tour of Superior Energy Services.”
“The available blocks in Sale 215 are located from 9 to about 250 miles offshore in water depths of 16 to more than 10,975 feet (5 to 3,346 meters). The Department of the Interior’s Minerals Management Service (MMS) estimates the proposed lease sale could result in the production of 242 to 423 million barrels of oil and 1.64 to 2.64 trillion cubic feet of natural gas.”

jtx, I can prove I ‘discovered’ early in August 2008 that the way to keep BO out of the WH would be to keep him off the ballot! (Literally, this was a 3:00 AM epiphany!)

Hello! BHO is now the boss of all US Attorneys in the United States Federal Court system. BHO appoints all Federal judges in the United States Federal Court system. The leaders of these on-line grand juries might as well be asking that O.J. Simpson be released from Prison in Nevada so that he can get tried again in Los Angeles. The leaders of these on-line grand juries might as well be expecting to get a different result from trying former DC Mayor over again in Federal Court in DC.
The DC jury saw video evidence of Mayor Marion Barry smoking crack cocaine and buying crack for re-sale, yet they acquitted the Mayor just like the Los Angeles jury acquitted O.J. The LA DA could try O.J. over and over again until doomsday in LA and they would not get a different result. The Federal US Attorneys could try Marion Barry over and over and over again in DC and they would not get a different result. A Federal jury in DC is even less likely to convict “President” Barrack Hussein Obama than they were to convict Mayor Marion Barry. Why the leaders on-line grand juries expect that they can get BHO convicted in Federal Court in DC is incomprehensible.
The leaders of these on-line grand juries can’t even get BHO indicted by a Federal grand jury after over a year of holding illegitimate on-line grand juries. Hello! You can’t convict BHO unless you get him indicted first.
Why can’t the leaders of these on-line grand juries get BHO indicted by a Legitimate Federal Grand Jury? The answer is simple. It is contained in footnote 4 to Rule 7 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure: “Presentment is not included as an additional type of formal accusation, since presentments as a method of instituting prosecutions are obsolete, at least as concerns the Federal courts.”
What exactly does that footnote to Rule 7 mean? While many constitutional scholars have reasoned that said footnote is unconstitutional, as a practical matter, it has been construed by US Federal attorneys, judges and boBot “lawyers” to mean that they do not have to accept the presentment of criminal evidence from citizens or grand jurors. Thus, US attorneys are never going to accept the presentment or indictment by the leaders of these on-line grand juries because they don’t have to, according to their interpretation of their rules of procedure; and since all the US attorneys work for BHO, they are not going to risk their jobs to indict BHO even if that is the constitutionally right thing to do.
How can righteous Patriots get their presentments or indictments heard by a Court? Patriots should first go to their local county DA and Sheriff with their criminal information against BHO and his local county co-conspirators.
Why would the local law enforcement officials be more inclined to prosecute BHO at the request of local citizens? The answer to that question is simple: the local officials are elected unlike Federal US attorneys and judges. Thus, these local law enforcement officials will be much more inclined to abide by the wishes of their constituents, rather than face election defeat or possible Grand Jury indictment themselves.
There is precedent for a Grand Jury acting on its own without interference by a local DA or judge. The most notable example came in 1935 in New York when a Grand Jury which was investigating gambling and mobster Dutch Schultz complained in open court that the DA was not investigating criminal evidence against Schultz and that the DA was receiving bribes from Schultz. The DA was replace by Thomas Dewey as an independent prosecutor. Few DA’s will cover-up for BHO and his co-conspirators, if they know in no uncertain terms that they will be run out of office or, worst yet, get indicted by the Grand Jury.
If these local law enforcement officials question the authority of your Grand Jury presentments or indictments, you should cite the rulings by United States Supreme Court Justice Scalia on Citizen Grand Juries.
In the United States v. Williams, Justice Scalia stated “Rooted in long centuries of Anglo-American history…the Grand Jury is mentioned in the Bill of Rights, but not in the body of the Constitution. It has not been textually assigned, therefore, to any of the three branches described in the first three Articles. It is a constitutional fixture in its own right…In fact, the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional Government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people.” In other words the power of the Grand Jury is assigned to We the People in order that we may obtain a “more perfect Union.”
Thus, it is clear that in order to bring Barrack Hussein Obama and his co-conspirators to justice, Patriot will have to begin by forming local Grand Juries and indicting BHO and his co-conspirators in State Court.

Cabby-regarding fires from prior post, had I not seen this with my own eyes I would have never realized it was possible.
It was hot and very dry here in FL for a very long time, I just happened to be outside when my neighbors front lawn ignited. I ran got my hose and was able to put it out-the source of ignition a piece of glass, that when the sun hit it at just the correct angle it just decided to ignite, that with enough breeze and you are off. It was surprising to me watching the movie, Valkyrie for the first time last night.

Is this true? In order for the Citizen’s Grand Jury to work a Prosecutor in the State gov. will have to accept the Citizen’s Grand Jury indictments from the citizen’s, then do investigations, then file criminal charges? What will happen if we can’t find a state prosecutor to do this? Many prosecutors, attorney generals, and judges completely corrupt and will not take the Citizen’s Grand Jury indictment and use it against the criminals. What is your plan when prosecutors, and attorney generals won’t take the Citizen’s Grand Jury indictments, and file criminal charges representing We The People?

We badly need a success. I believe everything you say, including above, except one thing. I just don’t see a judge anywhere recognizing a presentment. There is nothing in it for them, but a lot of downside.
I, of course HOPE you are right, but I am skeptical. If there were just one positive example, I think many more would avalanche on top of that.

I agree that I don’t see a presentment being accepted anywhere, not even the Supreme Court, notwithstanding that FS feels the Constitution states that they should. The problem is that, as we know, just because the Constitution says something about legal process doesn’t mean that even the Supremes must accept citizen grand jury presentments. Justice Scalia said more in the Williams case than what we are used to hearing. The USSC has a mind of its own and its decisions have not always been constitutional, as we well know.
That is why the Founding Fathers provided Impeachment as the way to remove a malevolent
President. No regular courts need to be involved. The fact that Congress is not disposed now towards impeachment doesn’t mean that it cannot be. After all, they represent us. They work for us and we can and should put tremendous pressure upon them beginning now.
Although BHO has the power to declare martial law at some point, I don’t think we should constantly entertain that threat. He has a lot on his plate right now and he is also getting cocky. He has underestimated the power of We the People. His cohorts have, too. They all are ideologues and cannot even govern at the lowest level.
If he should try anything drastic before the elections then I believe patriots should consider a velvet revolution. There was a very good article on the subject a number of months ago. Patriots would gather in huge numbers in D.C. (hundreds of thousands) on a rotating basis – peaceful, unarmed but just holding ground. It worked in Czechoslovakia, I believe, and caused a communist government to resign. Of course, circumstances are different here, but some variation could be applied.
Folks, if you want to give BHO a reason for martial law (he really doesn’t need any) then just start some sort of armed rebellion. That’s why patriots should be ready but hold fire until absolutely necessary. I mean until he has approached the point of no return. We should try all other means at our disposal before resulting to arms.
In addition, you still fail to respond to my request that you provide evidence to support statements contained in your (straw dog) rebuttal to comments allegedly made on this blog. Specifically, using words taken from those ‘comments’ posted here, show us that someone 1) claimed BO is a NBC; and 2) advocated that he should be prosecuted for crimes committed in the 1990′s.
I have asked several times for you to credit your statements but so far, you refuse.

Should an accurate history ever be written about The Obama, it will note his ability to surpass the actions of some of the most brutal dictators in history—including Stalin and Nero. And it will note that the real destructive mission of Dictator-in-Chief Obama began with its ultimate and no longer hidden brilliance (also known as “ultimate malevolence”) of the well-planned reaction to the destruction and death of the Gulf of Mexico residents and ecosystems.
That history—if it is allowed to be written within the confines of truth and only truth—may also state: “It was with British Petroleum’s Gulf of Mexico oil rig explosion catastrophe that the American people finally began to connect the dots and realize that even the Obama Regime could not possibly be that incompetent.
It was then that it became known to the vast majority of the world’s people that Barack Hussein Obama was, indeed, destroying the United States of America.”

“I cannot thank you enough for putting into the public arena that which we have been pleading with our friends and family to open their eyes to. Neither could we believe that our own “educated” country could turn their backs on his obvious radical past, non-existent voting history in the Senate, or outrageous statements on the campaign trail only to be able to say that they had voted for him?! I remember when the shame and taboo was having to admit if you voted for Nixon. This guy makes Nixon look like a walk in the park. If Bush had done any one of the things this president has done, he would have been impeached with the first plea by the White House to “turn your friends, neighbors, and family’s email addresses over who have printed anything against the healthcare bill” in all it’s communistic retoric. Why that first shot across our bow didn’t bring Americans to their knees and the subsequent illegal, unethical, and immoral actions on our country and its people will forever make me question the true state of our future.
Thanks again, Sher, for your efforts on our behalf. May they be a true wakeup call to those still blinded by childish hope.
