Yes, there are some things that we need to keep in mind. I definitely “hear you”, CC, and would agree that the info needs to reach more venues; however, the following should be noted:
1) Although one might say we that blog here are sort of wallowing in the same stuff repeatedly, there is a benefit to be had by being able to express ourselves – one to another – because in so doing we, a) relieve internal pressure at times, and, b) gain strength and encouragement from the views of others, notwithstanding some strong exchanges, at times. So, we personally benefit even though the same ground is often covered.
2) Many, many more people read what’s written here than ever blog themselves. Therefore, more good is being accomplished than meets the eye, imo. Just because we don’t see tangible results, doesn’t mean that nothing is being accomplished. Others are learning, forming opinions, and benefiting generally from what we say. (and that can include even the rougher moments) It’s amazing to me how people from all over the world can read what’s written here.
3) Certainly there is room for wider expansion and spreading of this information, and I’m all for any suggestions as to how to accomplish that. The video idea could be utilized and spread to our personal e-mail contacts, most of whom don’t blog, in my case. I already pass on things that are posted here (excluding names, of course) that I feel should have a wider audience.
I might add another benefit: The various other links of articles and videos that others post here are of great help in increasing our personal awareness of the news, and, also, in keeping us “jacked up” and “on the ball.”

“They knew. Two years before the Fort Hood jihad massacre, the Army knew of jihadis in its ranks and did nothing.
Investigative reporter Bill Gertz has revealed: “Almost two years before the deadly Fort Hood shooting by a radicalized Muslim officer, the U.S. Army was explicitly warned that jihadism — Islamic holy war — was a serious problem and threat to personnel in the U.S., according to participants at a major Army-sponsored conference.”
Over 350 Army officials involved in counterterror efforts attended this Feb. 2008 conference. One of the speakers, Lt. Colonel Joseph Myers, explains the topic of his lecture: “I noted that because of our lack of understanding of Islamic doctrines, Islamic jihad and my view that our counterintelligence function is broken, outdated, and being usurped in some cases by public affairs and equal opportunity officials, we were going to get soldiers killed in America, on our own bases for that professional ignorance.”
And that’s just what happened at Fort Hood.
What makes this so profoundly disturbing is that it shows that senior level officials knew. They were explicitly warned that jihadism was a serious problem and a threat to military personnel and civilians alike. And still they did nothing. Not only did they do nothing, but they left known jihadis like Nidal Malik Hasan, who murdered 13 Americans at Fort Hood in his jihad attack of November 2009, in place and unsupervised.
They knew. And still they sacrificed Americans.
Major Hasan’s June 2007 power-point presentation, which he presented to fellow doctors on grand rounds instead of giving the lecture on psychiatry they had been expecting, is accurate as a description of how mainstream Muslims have always understood Islamic jihad. It reflects the absolute rules of Islam that have been established by scholarly consensus. It is an accurate religious document, reflecting accurately Islam’s absolute law. Hasan got nothing wrong.
Christianity does not teach its adherents jihad. The objective of Christianity or Judaism is not rooted in the murder of non-believers and the absolute mandate to murder, maim, and destroy until the world lives under their religious law. That is Islam. That is its goal. Muslims know this. That is why you do not see blowback and protest and outrage from the Muslims against the horrible unrelenting Islamic attacks across the world. That is why you do not hear Muslims calling out for the violence prescribed in the Quran to be expunged.
Islamic tradition says that the end times won’t come until Muslims murder Jews wholesale: religiously mandated genocide.”

These 12 Simple Steps are the way for Patriots to regain control of our government:

My apologies for not getting back with you sooner. To answer your question pertaining to hwy 60 in N.M., I can honestly say I do not have much time experience in that area.
Hwy 60 is further north than my old hang-outs and living areas. I do however drive on it briefly when traveling to the Las Cruces area. I typically drive I-40 from Tennessee and when in Amarillo TX I’ll take hwy 60 to Clovis N.M. and head south to Las Cruces from there. It is beautiful territory in that area, filled with small towns and old history.
From the las Cruces area I used two main hwy’s there, hwy 70 when traveling west to Playas and hwy 85 when heading to El Paso. While attending NMSU, all of us travel to El Paso quite extensively, mostly to party in Juarez Mexico. As most college students, we were broke and always looking for a bargin. Juarez provided the solution for our financial destitution – in cantinas, bottled beer was a quarter, likewise for a shot whiskey and draft beer was 15 cents, food was cheap as well.
5 dollars bought you a hell of a night on the town, including a street vendor meal rumored to be riddled the local missing cat, not that were in the state of mind to care and usally ongoing till sun-up.
Today, I would not go there, it is much different and drug crimes\kidnapping are through the roof. During my time in the early and mid 80’s the local police corruption was the only worry you had. It was common knowledge that you did not keep your money in your wallet or pockets. Local police constantly asked you for you I.D. and citizenship status. When you open your wallet for I.D. they would take what money you had plus have you empty your pockets.
As I have mentioned before about the President of Mexico making redundant and outright slanderous remarks against U.S. immigration policies, Mexico has a much stricter check policy (they need zero cause) and they highly profile.

Bush was eviscerated, crucified for showing more competence in his pinky toenail during Katrina than Obama has demonstrated in the whole of this short, painful presidency. The media’s silence on his fumbling and stumbling is absolutely corrupt. If anyone should be impeached, it ought to be those useful idiots and fellow travelers. It is now a 24-hour bash BP news cycle.

Predictably, Obama is going after the producers: not even an hour after the media went into vacation mode for the Memorial Day weekend, so that what would be done would be largely out of sight, the House of Representatives votes 215 to 204 to increase the tax on every oil barrel from 8 cents to 34 cents.
This will cause across-the-board inflation, as everyone tries to make everyone else absorb the cost of the increase. It is a new impossible burden placed on American businesses.
Where is all the money they have already sucked out of the guts of this great nation?”

Aristotle wrote yesterday about why the national online grand juries had failed. I won’t reiterate those astute statements by Aristotle other than to say all of the online grand juries were not properly or legitimately formed. It is regrettable that Patriots did not listen to Aristotle when he stated how to properly form a Grand Jury.

Did Muslims fight for this country’s freedom from England? No.
Did Muslims fight during the Civil War to free the slaves in America? No, they did not. In fact, Muslims to this day are still the largest traffickers in human slavery. Your own half brother, a devout Muslim, still advocates slavery himself, even though Muslims of Arabic descent refer to black Muslims as “pug nosed slaves.” Says a lot of what the Muslim world really thinks of your family’s “rich Islamic heritage,” doesn’t it Mr. Obama?
Where were Muslims during the Civil Rights era of this country? Not present.
There are no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking side by side with Martin Luther King, Jr. or helping to advance the cause of Civil Rights.
Where were Muslims during this country’s Woman’s Suffrage era? Again, not present. In fact, devout Muslims demand that women are subservient to men in the Islamic culture. So much so, that often they are beaten for not wearing the ‘hajib’ or for talking to a man who is not a direct family member or their husband. Yep, the Muslims are all for women’s rights, aren’t they?
Where were Muslims during World War II? They were aligned with Adolf Hitler. The Muslim grand mufti himself met with Adolf Hitler, reviewed the troops and accepted support from the Nazi’s in killing Jews.
Finally, Mr. Obama, where were Muslims on Sept. 11th, 2001? If they weren’t flying planes into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon or a field in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people on our own soil, they were rejoicing in the Middle East. That Schultz guy on msnbc stated on his program that Obama needs to “go dictator”. Woody Allen also said Obama needs to be a dictator for a few years. There was also one other guy that who’s name I can’t recall that publicly stated the same.

The biggest problem with the Gusher is the pressure at the well head. The water pressure at 5000 ft deep is 20,000 to 30,000 psi. The pressure at the well head is estimated to be as high as 70,000 psi. There is no pipe or valve made, that will contain that much pressure. They have drilled directly into a high pressure vein of oil and gas , that is why the well blew out, they have no way to contain that much pressure.

Did we expect the Delta and American to clean up the mess after 9/11? Why would we expect a British company leasing equipment to reclaim US crude to be responsible for cleaning up US offshore waters? The Oil Pollution Prevention Act clearly places clean up responsibility on the Feds, who can then recover funds from those responsible for the spill. BP might be able to stem the leak eventually, but they are ill equipped to reclaim oil in water offshore. The Feds, through Obama, were remiss in not doing everything possible to contain and reclaim oil prior to reaching shore. This will be Obama’s legacy, his Watergate, his Waterloo. Like most Americans, I anxiously await his comeuppance and departure back to where he came from: Kenya, Indonesia or Pakistan.

About the feds giving away the land south of Hwy 8, only the sign is new. It’s actually worse than that. About 70% of AZ’s border with Mexico is declared conservation land. Border Patrol is not allowed to police it AT ALL. So of course this is where the smugglers like to enter the U.S. (including the section off Hwy 8, all the way to Yuma and the Cali border). On the eastern border, smugglers can come in thru AZ, then enter NM from the state border, with no worries abt Border Patrol. Only about 30% of the AZ/Mexico border can be enforced, thanks to fed regs. I’ve been told that the border fence was supposed to take care of those areas, but the fence has been stopped because the enviros are worried abt some mule that won’t be able to cross the border at will… tho they don’t care abt the damage the smugglers crossing cause.
jbjd — I think I’ve finally got it!!! In some states, it’s up to the DNC to confirm a candidate’s eligibility for office BEFORE submitting their name to the state. So we are not asking those state officials to prove Obama’s eligibility themselves because it’s not their legal duty. DESTIN, FL — Okaloosa County isn’t taking oil spill orders any more.
County commissioners voted unanimously to give their emergency management team the power to take whatever action it deems necessary to prevent oil from the Deepwater Horizon spill from entering Choctawhatchee Bay through the East Pass.
That means the team, led by Public Safety Director Dino Villani, can take whatever action it sees fit to protect the pass without having its plans approved by state or federal authorities.
Commission chairman Wayne Harris said he and his fellow commissioners made their unanimous decision knowing full well they could be prosecuted for it.
“We made the decision legislatively to break the laws if necessary. We will do whatever it takes to protect our county’s waterways and we’re prepared to go to jail to do it,” he said.
While Martha LaGuardia, a commander with the Coast Guard, argued that moving ideas and plans through the chain of command was the proper way to do things, Harris made it known the County Commission was tired of the often tedious and sometimes unproductive bureaucracy.
“We’ve played the game. We’re done playing the game,” he said.
On this blog and others, statements were made that something would have to be initiated around June to be able to declare martial law and stop or severely hinder elections in November. Well, here it is June and bingo!

Confloyd. Thanks for acknowledging the post. Just trying to make a point, the airlines could no more address post 9/11 than BP can. BP can and should pay the costs. Because of that, they are in conflict and would not choose the expensive steps needed to contain the oil in the open sea. The Feds should have done this and sent BP the bill. Very little oil was reclaimed at sea and much oil was needlessly allowed to reach our precious coastlines, where total cost of recovery per gallon is ten times as high.
I have a theory – BP is over a barrel with the Oil disaster. We know that the USURPER is ABSOLUTELY (I don’t use that word loosely) ineligible. The biggest problem with being a known Usurper is the possibility of Blackmail. Now we know how big BP is to the British people in terms of being one of the main backbones to their economy in investments of stocks, bonds. dividends etc. Desperate men do desperate things. If the British Intelligence doesn’t know if the Usurper is eligible or not, then no one does.
I am now waiting to hear what the Usurper has to say when he comes out from that meeting with BP officials. ANY MOMENT NOW.

I want to bring your attention to this issues. Answer this…. Why the hell is BP and a vast array of other oil companies drilling in 5000 ft of water in the first place? If you answered; William, that’s because the U.S. environmental wackos hired and paid for massive lobbiests to pass laws preventing safe shallow drilling, then move to the head of the class……
This is no different than the mortage banking collaspe. First they pass laws forcing the banks to give out bad loans in the name civil justice to those that could not afford it, then blame the damn banks for giving out high risk loans? Who is a fault? The politicians for passing the law or the private industry following the law passed?

My question is this…….
If certain religious groups, American Indians, illegal immigrants, hardship cases and prison inmates are exempt from ObamaCare’s health insurance mandate then the law is clearly unconstitutional. How can a federal law dictate adherence by only some groups of people but not others. Why will some religions be required to buy insurance and others will not? An entire race of people is exempted? How far back does your American Indian heritage have to reach in order to allow exemption? Illegal immigrants won’t have to pay for insurance but aren’t hospitals required to treat them anyway?
Can legal experts help me to understand why this law should not be declared unconstituional?

I have felt for a long time Obama’s ineligibility would come from a foreign nation, since he was bound to make one/all of them as at risk as the US. There is no doubt in my mind that all foreign governments have dossiers on all of our elected officials for self-preservation or blackmail (depending).

I am not nor will I ever partake in a conspiracy theory.
However, I am wondering (just a thought) if our national parks really belong to us anymore?
Here is what I mean. Many years (and I questioned it then to no avail) entering into the Federal State parks and 1 State park, I noticed the UN symbol on the copper plated imbedded stones for entrance and thoughout the park. This was at the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone national parks during our family vacation in 2002.
I also serveral years later noticed the sqame U.N. symbol right here at our Smokey Mountian national park a few years back. I called the local radio station questioning this and was told I was raising a red herring, the U.N. only provides financial assistance to maintain the park, and they should be recogized. their exact words.
So here is my question and suggestion to you CW. When you speak to them, ask if they have a U.N. symbol anywhere and if they are accepting U.N. funds. This may explain why we the U.S. don’t own it to give away in the firsat place, its already been sold, in a financial round about way.

The actual person responsible for conveying this news, is spelled out in state law. Once s/he does this, the name will automatically be printed on the ballot, next to the party designation.

No; in these states, citizens passed laws saying, not only must you be the Nominee but also you must be eligible for the job. (HI and SC actually require these words of eligibility on the Certification.)
Okay, so we have 2 (two) basic kinds of states, those with laws saying the party nominee is entitled to be printed on the ballot; and those that say, the party nominee is entitled to be printed on the ballot as long as s/he is eligible for the job.
Thus, when the party Certifies the candidate’s name to election officials to be printed on the ballot, presumptively s/he is qualified for the job.
HOWEVER, EVEN IN THOSE STATES THAT REQUIRE ELIGIBILITY TO GET PRINTED ON THE BALLOT; NO STATES HAVE LAWS THAT SAY, ANYONE IS REQUIRED TO CHECK.
Citizens checked, on their own. And they discovered, no documentary evidence in the public record establishes BO is even a C, let alone a NBC. So, they asked the appropriate people in the D party, on what documentary basis did you determine BO is qualified for the office, so as to allow the state to print his name on the ballot. And each D asked, refused to answer.
When no D who swore BO was eligible to get on the ballot; was willing to disclose on what documentary evidence this ‘fact’ was ascertained; together with other evidence gathered from statements by D’s in court, for example; citizens became convinced the D’s had fraudulently gotten BO’s name on the ballot in their state. As a result, they filed complaints with the chief law enforcement official in their state, accusing the D who had forwarded this Certification in their state, of election fraud.
Simply put, the fraud consists of swearing BO is eligible for the job before ascertaining he is a NBC , in a state that requires only eligible candidates can get their names printed on state ballots.

I think you are right, Michelle. There are democrats who have kept quiet re: bo because they are afraid if they speak up it will hurt them with the black vote and all democrats are afraid they will be seen as helping destroy their party.
In many ways, I think republicans are worse than democrats when it comes to bo. They want to keep him in office because he is destroying the democrat party.

The Rod Blagojevich corruption trial resumed Wednesday with testimony from Joseph Aramanda, a Democratic fundraiser and an associate of Tony Rezko.
Aramanda testified about how when he owed Rezko money, Rezko had him act as a middle man for investments for the Teachers Retirement System (TRS). He would receive money and then wire transfer it to people on a list provided by Rezko’s assistant.

Our entire government operates subject to the Constitution. Government employees attest to this reality by their oath to the Constitution.
The people have absolutely no obligation to cooperate with a person or executive, judicial or legislative, even military, body who is making up their own rules as they go along.

BP Cancels Dividend to Set Aside $20 Billion for Spill Costs

June 16 (Bloomberg) — BP Plc canceled three quarterly payments of its $10 billion-a-year dividend after President Barack Obama demanded it put up cash for victims of the Gulf of Mexico spill.
The previously announced first-quarter payment due on June 21 will be canceled, it said in a statement today. No dividend will be paid for the second and third quarters, BP said.
We “are confident that the agreement announced today will provide greater comfort of the citizens of the Gulf coast and greater clarity to BP and its shareholders,” Chairman Carl- Henric Svanberg said after a meeting with Obama in Washington today.
Svanberg and Chief Executive Officer Tony Hayward agreed to set aside $20 billion over several years to compensate victims of the spill after Obama in an Oval Office address yesterday called for creation of a fund. BP said it will reduce capital expenditure and sell more assets than planned to free up cash.
“The dividend is off the table,” said Alastair Syme, an oil and gas analyst at Nomura Holdings Inc. in London, before the announcement. “Until they have some clarity on the costs of the spill, they can’t do anything.”
BP’s payments accounted for about 14 percent of all dividends in the U.K.’s benchmark FTSE 100 stock index last year. Fitch Ratings yesterday lowered BP’s credit score by six grades to BBB, two levels above junk, on concern costs will escalate.

Attitude? I think people may confuse my wariness for attitude. What is abundantly clear is boCohorts are experts at deception? Thus, I take no one at face value. Even now, there is still a boBot posting here that I know is posting deception to try and confuse and disrupt, but the majority of those who post at CW are sincere.
What I have learned from the good Patriots here is that I am not going to agree with everything that is posted so my goal is simply to find common ground and common goals, the most important being the legal removal of bo from our White House. I am more interested in principles than egos.

Tonight a 7pm ET MSNBC is having a show by Chris Mathews called “The Rise of the New Right” which he has been advertising about every ten minutes. He says that the Tea Party members believe Obama was not born in the US. I firmly believe this is a last minute desperate attempt to getting his ratings up (It is all about Ratings)
What really burns me up is that it sounds like the famous book written about Germany from 1934 to 1945 called “The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich”, but most importantly it is not about his not being born in the US, but due to the fact that he is not a Natural Born Citizen. Do everything possibile tonight to e-mail or call MSNBC and let them have it.
Remember, this whole mess is Obama’s fault. He should never had allowed himself to run for the Presidency and I am sure his excuse would be now – THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT

Another interesting great product to use in the Gulf Spill, how many could there be-hundreds, thousands? Since the EPA had to approve so many of them, exactly how could the government not know of their existence? Another Duh moment?
I have seen so many great inventive ideas since the moment of the spill, this government is so behind any curve.

The whole thing was very clearly stated, Jbjd, and as you may possibly recall, I have always ‘got’ the stance and approach you have taken to this issue, though I hardly ever post here.
I’d like to ask a question of you. I know other posters on CW’s blog might also choose to answer, but I am especially interested in your view.
Supposing in 2012 everyone who is supposed to, DOES check the eligibility. What evidence would suffice, in your view?
I’ll tell you why I’m asking (you’re always upfront, and I like to be too). The ‘2 citizen parents to be an NBC’ ‘rule’ which is frequently raised here.
How can that ever be proven without DNA tests to prove a child is born of a citizen mother, AND a citizen father, as well as verified BC’s of both child and parents?
The way I’m thinking, the DNA tests (and the BC’s) would have to go way back in time….If one of your grandparents wasn’t an NBC, and never got naturalised, then they were not a citizen when your parent was born, so in turn you can’t be a NBC, and nor can your children.
And in the spirit of full disclosure, I have stated this before but I’ll repeat it, I am the parent of a child born with dual citizenship, hence my interest in this issue.

Re: NH Resolution. My first job out of law school was writing bills and resolutions for the TN Legislature. Resolutions are meaningless documents without any force of law. They are written as PR devices to make politicians look like they are doing something when in fact they have done nothing that will make any difference.

One of the survivors from Horizon, stated after he was pulled from the water, that they had encountered METHANE PRESSURES up to 20,000 PSI. This man was shaking so bad ,he might have meant 2000 PSI. But at least the blowout preventer might have worked. The fact that both of the preventers having failed tends to make me believe that he was NOT mistaken. If this is the case then there is reason to believe that like Free Speech says it could be the biggest oil discovery yet.
There is a really disturbing aspect to this blowout though. In watching the filming of the obviously slowing gusher,there seems to be occasional streaks of what appears to be fire. If this well is truly on fire, in addition to being in runaway status, the engineers are really going to have their hands full. Obviously the fire will have to be put out. How do you put out fire that could be coming from Earth’s mantle. I have been wondering if a molten place in Earth’s crust developed close by the pool of crude, as a result of all of the recent earthquake activity in close proximity to the Gulf coast,and the drilling operation.. This could have led to such an overpressure situation.. If this well has somehow become a volcanic corridor as well, there is really deep possible trouble coming. I can’t shake the feeling that these occasional flames are indicative of another of Mother Nature’s forces. In fact this entire matter might not even have any relevancy. If it is one of mother nature’s underwater volcano’s which just happened to find a weak place and finally broke through into a pool of oil, then yes everything could be really OVERPRESSURE., including the crude,and the methane. The only reason why there hasn’t been a nuclear sized blast is because of the absence of oxygen. The size of such an explosion boggles the mind,but it could take out one hell of a chunk of Gulf Coastline. This could be the possible bomb that would make our biggest nukes look like ladyfingers. If you have ever seen pictures of mile deep underwater volcano plumes, then you are in for a shock. I have a gut feeling that all of the increased earthquake activity in the last two years has been an indicator of a much more potentially lethal activity, that could suddenly POP through the surface without any notice at all. You won’t be able to blame that one on BP. They will be guilty ONLY of BEING AT THE WRONG PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME, and in all probability NO AMOUNT OF MONEY WILL FIX THE RESULTS EITHER,because there will be pathetically little left to fix.

boTerrorists blowing this well on the eve of earth day was just too cute by half. They merely wanted to cause a spill to get cap & tax passed and to ban drilling. Unfortunately, that set the explosion in the mother of all wells. Sort of like planning to blow the gas tank of a motor scooter but instead you blow up a 747 full of jet fuel.
To make you all sleep at least a LITTLE easier – the stories of fires at the well-head are false.
That concerned has been raised several times by multiple people. But it always turns out to be reflections off the yellow paint of the funnel-like collection device and/or tricks of light with the underwater ROVs working down there.
This situation is bad enough. But thankfully it is not quite THAT bad!

I recently read an article written by a WOODS HOLE Pacific exploration using a deep diving ROV. They were doing a survey of the underwater volcanic vents. The terrain looked like a lot of smoking chimneys. They published a lot of photographs of the voyage as well. I remember one particular statement they made,which aluded to the fact that mile deep marine life used the surrounding water to languish. In measuring surrounding water temps they discovered that while the Pacific was very cold at such depth, the sea water in close proximity to the vents was in the 70s.. The various sea creatures seemed to be enjoying their Utopia. I dearly love undersea anything, and I find it exhilarating to read about ,and view on discs as well. I have a little understanding of these vents,but I am just a viewer. I suggested the possibility of an underwater “hotspot” having developed in the gulf because both elnino,and lanina spots have occurred in the Gulf in the recent past,and it would seem that perhaps there is a connection. It only takes ONE. In addition there has been a lot of earthquake activity not too far away from the Gulf,which would also suggest the possibility of a hotspot developing close by. This also occurs in the waters around Alaska ,the Aleutians,and down the Asian coastline. The “ring of fire” it has been called.
I was assigned to the engineering department of the Navy ship that I served on. I saw a lot of variation in our engine room injection sea water temperatures, as we steamed past the Aleutians. Sometimes as much as 15 degrees variation in less than an hour. This is not from anything within the ship since it is the temperature of the INCOMING sea water. Always accurate.
In addition all of the rain,and the AMOUT of rain we have been experiencing from the Gulf Coast up through the midwest does seem to suggest a slight increase in water temperature of the Gulf. Granted some of this is coming from the West Coast,but I refuse to believe that ALL of it is. If the water has increased in temperature then there is possible Lanina action going on in the Gulf.

What really bothered me about the report was the debate between the EPA and BP official—and the BP official ignored the advice of the EPA–in other words, who’s running this rig??
Reports say BP drilled as far down as 30,000 feet below the sea floor—husband says the heat of the core earth wouldn’t allow such a depth—any experts have a clue??

The drill hole is 5-6 miles deep. The depth to the center of the earth is 4,000 miles. Barely a pinprick. The crust (similar to the green on a watermelon) can be up to 20 miles thick. Then the mantle (sort of like the rind) can be a thousand miles deep or more. Only then do you get to the core (the red part of the watermelon).
