Obama, whose socialist, big spending programs have greatly worsened the job situation and bleakened the outlook for job creation, has the gall to say “I’ll never stop fighting for an economy where hard work is rewarded” just as a new report was released indicating that unemployment rates rose in 43 states in December.

The rise in joblessness was a sharp change from November, when 36 states said their unemployment rates fell. Four states — South Carolina, Delaware, Florida and North Carolina — reported record-high jobless rates in December.
New Jersey’s rate, meanwhile, rose to a 33-year high of 10.1 percent while New York’s reached a 26-year high of 9 percent.
Analysts said the report showed the economy is recovering at too weak a pace to generate consistent job creation.
“A lot of states that had started to add jobs (in November) gave up those gains in December,” said Sophia Koropeckyj, managing director at Moody’s Economy.com.
Texas and Georgia lost more jobs in December than they had gained the previous month, she noted, while Arizona and South Carolina lost nearly as many as they had gained.
That is consistent with nationwide trends. Employers shed a net total of 85,00 jobs in December, the government said earlier this month, after notching a small gain of 4,000 jobs in November.”
“Nationally, more than 600,000 people left the labor force in December, according to government data. The large exodus from the labor force indicates that “unemployment is a lot worse than the numbers suggest,” Koropeckyj said.”

Every month, there is a unemployment report and every month, the numbers appear to change for the worse…but are they reporting the REAL numbers?
Some say the number of jobs lost is 6.7M in the last year; some say that number is incorrect, and the true number of jobs lost is much greater.
Isn’t it odd that the unemployment rate sky-rocketed [doubled] after pp took office…why?
Was this in the plan all along? Notice how many more are employed by the government? What is it they do?
The Congress has wasted so much time on a Health Care Bill we don’t need when they should be concentrating on lowering taxes so employers can create jobs and get the economy moving again.
With all of the money they wasted on bailing out banks, taking over GM, giving out bonuses, and repaying their cronies, we all would be gainfully employed and NOT by the government. Instead, they spend and spend with no end in sight and NO RESULTING CHANGE.
Obviously, they think we haven’t noticed.

I was surprise years ago when I read many convents and monasteries went with alternative energy-wind, solar power. With very little money to work with they have to make every dollar work like 10. Many of the convents make candy and other food products to sustain themselves, I have to check out the candy factory the nuns are running.

Tomorrow the 37th annual March for Life will occur in Washington, D.C. January is a tough month to schedule a march in Washington, but every year hundreds of thousands of everyday Americans from across our nation brave the cold weather on the anniversary of the Roe vs. Wade decision to bear a positive witness to the culture of life.
In the years following Roe, we were told that the issue was no longer open for debate and that we should get over it and move on. But we couldn’t get over the stirrings of our conscience or move on from an issue that cuts to the heart of who we are as a nation. Affirming the dignity and worth of every innocent human life and defending the defenseless are fundamental American values. With that in mind, this peaceful, hopeful grassroots crowd of individuals, families and students comes to our capital every year to remind us that every innocent life is beautiful, precious and full of potential. These warrior souls come to show their dedication to the weakest among us: those with special needs, women without anyone to turn to, and children without a voice. They run the helpful pregnancy resource centers, the counseling hotlines, the foster care facilities, the adoption services, and countless other outreach programs that offer compassionate assistance and friendship to women who are struggling. I know from experience the joy and blessings that come from embracing life, and I know how important their work is in helping women choose life despite less than ideal circumstances.

I think that is the medical records that they are hiding-psychiatric records, many sessions and therapy-drug intervention. The reason why is remember that pervert guy Frank Marshall who they suspected was violating him as a small child-I think he cracked up-who wouldn’t-that’s why he hates/hated his mother, because she didn’t protect and/or participated. The reason I say this is because I have a girl friend who had the same issues due to her father, I found out when her mother died. I will never forget her telling me-I know that I should love my mother but I can’t-she had to know-why didn’t she protect me? Led to a life time of psychiatric care and medication to help alleviate the pain.

(See, for example, “jbjd, Birther.”) Thus, if he is Impeached – and, given that he is the lawfully elected POTUS, this is the only lawful mechanism to remove him from office – VP Joe Biden automatically becomes POTUS. He then gets to pick his VP; I assume he would choose HRC. (As time goes on, I have become more convinced that JB would pick her as the VP. It seems that more people have come to know, she actually won the D primary; and they are still quite angry that BO was forced on us by these D’s. But isn’t it funny; the man who got only thousands of votes in the primary would be POTUS; and the woman who got more than 18,000,000 votes is the VP (assuming she is confirmed)?)
2. I would imagine, if he assumes the Presidency, JB would serve out the term, and then not run in 2012. Because of that disparity in votes mentioned above.

WARM SRPINGS, Ga. — A Georgia woman is in jail after police say she forced her son to kill his pet hamster with a hammer as punishment for bad grades.
The sheriff of rural Meriwether County told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Thursday that the 12-year-old boy told his teacher about the killing. The teacher reported it to the Division of Family and Child Services, who contacted police.
Sheriff Steve Whitlock said 38-year-old Lynn Middlebrooks Geter of Warm Springs faces one charge each of animal cruelty, child cruelty and battery.
The sheriff’s office said she remained in the Meriwether County jail early Friday. It was not immediately known if she had a lawyer.
Meriwether County is located about 90 minutes southwest of Atlanta.

If elected by Fraud or acquiring any other position by Fraud you are automatically disqualified. If the president elect fails to qualify there will be a temporary president appointed sand than a NEW ELECTION.
Joe Biden wouldn’t be VP if not for the FRAUD he will be disqualified as well. Nancy and Hillary are also part of the FRAUD. Therefore ther will be a temporary President appointed by CONgress til new elections can be held.

BO did not perpetrate fraud on the Electors or the Congress, either of which body was free to investigate his eligibility and both of which bodies chose not to. Under the Constitution, the Electors were only obligated to vote; and the Congress was only obligated to certify their vote. True, voters in some states passed laws requiring the candidate for POTUS from the major political party had to be eligible to get his or her name printed on our ballots; but none of us made laws requiring anyone to check. And even when we checked on our own, and found fraud viz-a-viz members of the D party getting BO’s name on the state ballots, and alerted our state officials, for whatever reason, we have thus far been unable to compel them to redress such apparent fraud.
Again, for the purposes of establishing the legitimacy of BO’s Presidency in order to determine what happens to the office if it is determined BO is not a NBC; no fraud can be said to exist where the only ‘basis’ for such fraud is, BO is not a NBC.
(Under the legal analysis I have been applying since last year (in a brief article on my blog in February 2009), election fraud occurred regardless of whether BO is a NBC. That is, swearing the man is eligible to get his name printed on the ballot; without first ascertaining whether he is, constitutes criminal fraud.)
May God’s holy angels bring a great healing to our world. All we have to do is ask.

Michelle, I hate having to look at the glass as half full when it is half empty; but I have to say, if the D’s had not so blatantly broken their rules, I might not have realized, they are only a private club, and can do anything they want. Once I realized this, and stopped focusing on what THEY were doing, but rather, looked at our government and the law, I unraveled the whole scheme (pledged delegates in vote binding states; caucuses as not implicating Constitutional rights; entitlement to have names on ballots as a function of state law without vetting, etc.).

There are several attorneys that believe the election would be voided if they could find a Judge to hear the case on it’s merits. In Politics, business, or everyday life, if something is voided, you erase it and start at the beginning. If Obummer is finally tried in a court and found guilty there is no succession of office to anyone, it will be settled with a fair election, which would regress back to the old administration until a president is elected.

Remember, the idea of the military plaintiff to establish standing in federal court, used by “the Attorneys that…do not listen to [me] or allow [me] anywhere near their lawsuits,” originated with me. Phil Berg filed a lawsuit in the summer of ’08. I wrote on a blog, this would go nowhere: standing, ripeness, jurisdiction. And these turned out to be the reasons the case was dismissed. Then, months later, in January ’09, he filed another case using a military plaintiff. If he had this idea before, why didn’t he use it? (Neither lawyer used my whole theory, which was to use a National Guard member subject to recall, because s/he would not be subject to the UCMJ until recalled; even though I not only spelled out how to draft the complaint but also drafted a complaint and posted it on my newly created blog. And, each time, their cases were thrown out.)
These lawyers have also advertised the discrepancy in Certifications of Nomination, posted on my blog, etc. In short, all of these lawyers have borrowed my work; but each time, they put a twist on it, which not only disguises where they got it, but also renders it less useful than the original.

Agreed. But you know what will be really nasty? If after BO’s SOTU address, which the Constitution requires, the Senate suddenly decides to waive the requirement to officially certify the MA vote before swearing in the new senator, which requirement they have waived so often in the past. (And even those of us who did not have to stand out in the cold still risked life and limb to walk in the ice and slush to reach the polls.)

Over a period of time I have read most of JBJD’S comments. After reading only a few of them it occurred to me that JBJD possessed a TEACHER ATTITUDE. While I think this is something that may be in short supply in our present day schools, I certainly don’t take such a characteristic away from JBJD. I think that sometimes JBJD is a bit too TEACHING ORIENTED, particularly in times when he/she shold be presenting a friendlier attitude. In fact I have followed up on some aspects of certain issues that he/she discussed and found the presentations to be quite accurate. Points of law are points of law, but when offerred as such they don’t necessarily command an interest,and in fact sometimes generate a level of hostility towards the TEACHER. The benefit of the doubt suggests that JBJD is simply doing what JBJD does best, because he /she KNOWS NO OTHER WAY, than COLD,HARD, FACTUAL COMMUNICATION. Why this person is like this is anyone’s guess. It is none of my business and I do not have the right to try to determine why. I simply reiterate that JBJD states the written law, and the application of it in plain simple terms as it is written. This should not offend anyone. Perhaps JBJD could leave the TEACHER ATTITUDE at the classrom, and translate his/her viewpoints to LAY language. I think that he /she would come across a lot better. Using the the wrong tone of voice and a stiff collar attitude causes people to think that he /she is being hateful, when in reality he/she is simply trying to state the case. For the most part, the law is like a bulkhead, and remains as such until stricken. It is a fact of our lives, like it or not. When our thoughts begin to entertain ideas to circumvent the laws, then we are not thinking clearly. We simply need to do a more thorough job of researching the laws.
Where the ineligibility issue is concerned, it goes without saying that until the Federal courts (including the SCOTUS) return to upholding the Constitutional law of our land it is probable that NO lawsuits, or actions will ever get to the presentation of evidence. They will ALL be dismissed, or thrown out for any reason that the particular court thinks will stick. The Federal courts are all in the hip pocket of the USURPER, and until we can devise a way to put the fear of GOD into the JUDGES it is likely that they will remain as such. It is sort of a game of CAT ,and mouse. Right now they are the CAT. I am sure there is a way to get a message to them that this CAN change, and when it does THEY will become the MOUSE, and dealt with without mercy.

Maybe it is the perpetual student in me, but I like to learn from someone more knowledgeable in a subject than I am. You get much benefit from their many years of schooling and experience. Charles Krauthammer would be another good example and there are so many others.
I still don’t like the idea of the people of MA no matter how they voted, standing out in the freezing cold to go vote and waiting in lines. Scott won fair and square (Thank God) that was a relief to me and he should be treated in a manner commensurate with the office he just won.

To me Scott Brown is still an unknown value to a point. Yes, he won the Mass. election by an impressionable margin,but a large gray area about his past remains to be looked at. We need a lot more information,and we need to watch everything he does,and says. Then, and only then can we commit to forwarding his interests should he decide to make a run at the POTUS office in 2012. Hopefully by then we will know everything that we need to know to either vote for him, or his opponent. I personally think that he has a lot of charisma, but this doesn’t make him GOD. We will see. If he behaves himself, and capitalises on the mistakes of the LIBERALS then it is probable that he will enjoy even greater popularity than he does now.

In reading one of my newsletters, I saw that the average unemployment rate is actually closer to 17 %. This is because most of the polls do not reflect the number of people who have given up looking for a job. It is unlikely that the Soetoro GOONS will ever tell the truth in this regard.
I think that we need to go back to some of the ways that were used in the thirties to help people who don’t have a job. I am referring to the reincarnation of the CCC, and WPA. It would be one way to get the infrastructure of our country back up to strength. An awful lot of it has been left to stand without any maintenance for many years. A good example is the bridge over the Mississippi that collapsed because it hadn’t been updated, or improved to carry the increased weights that was being put upon it every day of the week. It seems as though the LIBERALS don’t get it until people are killed, because of their negligence.

I know there is a shortage of jobs, that is entirely true. But I know people who either quit or lost their jobs, are on unemployment & have not spent even one day looking for a job. It used to be that if you were collecting unemployment, you would have to report & show places where you applied for a job. Not anymore. No questions asked. The govt. just keeps sending the checks. I know quite a few people in this position. They are quite content staying at home & awaiting their income (heck, they even got raises from the govt.).

“I do not write as a representative of any organization,” she said in an e-mail. “The letter I wrote was motivated by surprise and wonderment at the absence of any media support for our President, who won a record-breaking election by a landslide less than 18 months ago, and now, seems to be abandoned by all, supposedly for the infantile reason that he couldn’t make all of Bush’s errors disappear in one day.”
University of Missouri journalism professor Tom Rosenstiel, co-author of a textbook on journalistic values titled “The Elements of Journalism,” reacted with surprise and wonderment upon learning of Light’s widespread publication under multiple addresses.
He said newspapers might be able to avoid similar situations in the future by requesting street addresses and home telephone numbers from would-be correspondents, and verifying that those addresses and phone numbers exist.
“Just because it is inconvenient for us in the news business to find out who people are doesn’t mean it isn’t important anymore,” Rosenstiel said. “It is not OK for people to have multiple identities. This is something that people in the news business and in the business of printing “letters to the editor” need to be aware of.”
The Plain Dealer asks letter writers for a phone number for verification purposes.

Disturbing info. And of course when something of this nature is reported, the first accusation is that it is a conspiracy theory. This is getting very old.
Science and philosophy have been great victims to such accusation. Essentially claims of conspiratorial explanations really only mean that that which one observes and understands cannot deviate from the consensus of the majority.
Copernicus, later supported by Galileo, first made the claim that the earth was not the centre of the universe, but rather than the sun had a gravitational pull compelling celestial bodies to revolve around it. I’m sure he was almost burned at the stake.
In a similar vein, many were burned at the stake, many who suffered from major psychiatric illnesses. Today they are treated by modern medicine, even if there is not a cure.
The most important advances always begin with an observation, an inadvertent finding. To reduce everything to a conspiracy theory snuffs the life out of the creativity of man and his capacity to understand the world around him.
I am really tired of the use of conspiracy theory as a ploy for deceitfulness.

It was an outgrowth of something called the Black Legend, a Protestant English attack on Catholic Spain. Very malicious…not unlike the malicious rumors being perpetrated today, as you indicate. That rumor is still alive today…but it’s not true.
St Augustine knew the world was round (he lived from 354 to 430 AD). Go to his “Summa Theologicae” to the first part, question one, then the first article of that. There he gives two different ways to show that the world is round.

It’s not just nobama, but the entire congress refuses to listen to the people. They seem to think that they know best and our opinion doesn’t matter. If any of them would listen to us now, this country could be returned to it’s former status.
I don’t really care if the rest of the world likes us or not, as long as they leave us alone. When another country doesn’t like us or what we do, we should really think hard about the aid ($$$) that we send them.
As for the storms, we have had our rain for the next two years (in this area). We usually get .5 in. of rain per year. We have already had about 1 -2 inches. It has really cooled down, only about 65 degrees during the day. I’m wearing a fur coat to stay warm.

I just saw a photo of bo in my newspaper pointing his finger at the folks in Ohio yesterday. Lots of gray for a man of 45 years old. Is he getting his hair dyed gray or black or is he really older than he says? I now believe he is older. Looks like chit in the photo.

Well Michelle, as we said Obama’s woes have only just begun.
Unemployment is indeed much higher than reported. Currently, unemployment measurements are of “new claims” and a continuation of “current claims ongoing”. It does not take into calculation “claims exhausted”, those that have ran out of unemployment benefits and still unemployed not counted. Additionally, Obama and Biden (as well as others), have “Claimed” the stimulus package has added or saved millions of jobs, but cannot say where such jobs were created. This fake number is also currently being calculated in the reduction of unemployment reflection. In other words, Obama’s math for unemployment is to add the amount of “new claims”, ignore the amount of claims exhausted but still unemployed, and subtract the amount of “Jobs created or saved” that they claim resulted from the stimulus bill. If you or I were to conduct our accounting math in such a way on our taxed income, we would be imprisoned. Simplest formula, Double what ever the federal government claims the current rates happen to be at the time of reporting.

I take it that you are in Kentucky. I married a lady from Louisville (Shively). She also has relatives who live in Spencer County. near Taylorsville. We often visit them, and spend a few days there, particularly in the spring. I dearly love the Shelbyville flea market, but I think that I have made my last visit there because of my hips.

I am a Tennesseean ……57 years there…I moved from Springfield, Tn. because Chamber of Commerce was doing nothing about Illegal Mexicans.
I love Kentucky’s atitude toward illegals……no citizenship papers??? no welfare, no license to drive, no vote.
I can count the number of illegals here on one hand……in summers, they cut tobacco and leave.
