Phrase your initial request thus:

Then don’t let them run their mouths, but hit them with questions which require short answers..
You can also ask them to stand up straight; this is not insulting….I would not recommend getting to close, you don’t want to cut off the top of their head, but it is acceptable to cut off one shoulder if you want to capture some background as context…

I have been listening to Alex intermittently today. The reason they are bringing this out now (they say) is because there is cause to fear there may be a STAGED terror attack again, especially in view of the fact O’s numbers are falling.
As a side note, Initially I, too, was skeptical about the conversation that 9/11 was a staged attack. After doing months of research on my own, I’m no longer skeptical.

So much stuff has been touted as “shocking” etc that I will wait until I see it to assess whether or not it warrants that kind of label. I’m afraid there has been so much of this kind of hype in the past that it’s like the little boy crying wolf.
As to previous thread on CW, yes “they” could have “known” about the 9/11 thing ahead of time. The problem with intelligence work is that, just like the news or police work…or what we do here, there is so much coming in all the time. It has to be sorted by source and truth, verified and analyzed, conclusions reached and recommendations made (just like all the bc stuff). Now, finally, it is ready to go to the policy makers. Short cuts can come to the wrong decisions…but, sometimes they are necessary. There are so many variables. We will never know the whole truth in this life. I don’t believe someone, other than those taking part in the atrocity, purposely aided and abetted the 9/11 horror. It is possible that the intel was there but not fully processed or exploited. Hindsight is always 20/20. Who knows if any one of us, in the same situation, could have done any better with it.

Army, it’s not a bad sign- they always get backed up in court and move the short motions to the front of the line so that people don’t have to stay in court all day for a few-sentence appearance. It’s good, it means that Orly will get some time in front of the judge.
On Orly’s facebook wall the info is that Gary Kreep is trying to dis Orly, but the judge wants them to settle their differences.

twe-I agree-Hindsight is 20/20, I’m sure the government had an idea that our country would be attacked, somewhere, sometime etc. Tons of information needs to be processed-unfortunately some good, some bad, some paranoia etc. Those terrorists received their flight training down here in Florida. No one put that together until after the fact. I think this enemy devoted time to look for our “soft spots” and when they did, they exploited the living daylights out of them. Before this happened the last time we had contact with Kamikaze pilots was World War 2 and look at the damage they did. Engineers are looking at this too, they are desperately trying to figure out why these buildings failed in the way that they did. One good reason is:future design.
They just did a report on TV re: 911 calls, people using it as directory information. The dispatchers get so frustrated because as soon as call is received a response team is on its way.

I seem to remember that Orly got the last of her documentation thru the day of the Inauguration-a lady that was working for her I think-process server. This is about the time frame when her web-site was attacked, first time second time I don’t remember they did it so often. What does that tell you? Plus the death threats, damaging their vehicles to cause a possible accident.
Dr. Orly has been working so hard and was never shy in asking for help and she has Keyes assisting too I imagine. I cannot imagine what she is running on pure adrenalin.
Sometimes ego’s get in the way. Orly knows what she is battling and doing the best she knows how to do against Forces (we don’t even know who they all are) yet. They forget one important thing Orly grew up in communist Russia and knows the beast for what it is, very few in this country have that experience. I think it is what makes her so passionate.

Thank you, Glenn Beck. By helping force the resignation of Van Jones, you have done a great service to your country. But in the exact opposite way than what you intended.
Your vile and vicious smear campaign has helped reverse one of the worst examples of miscasting since John Wayne took on the role of Genghis Khan in The Conqueror.
Don’t get me wrong: Van Jones was the best person for the job he just gave up. But the job was not the best use of Van Jones.
Contrary to the media caricature, the real Van Jones is a thoughtful leader who knows how to use words to move people to action. To stick him behind a desk, working out the details of tax credits for green jobs — incredibly important though the job is — was never the best use of his unique and abundant skills.
This is not an attempt to put a positive spin on an ugly episode. I’ve actually been feeling this way ever since Van told me he was taking this job.
I remember going to the White House this spring for a briefing of journalists by David Axelrod. Before the meeting, Van and I met for a quick coffee and I was hit with the same overwhelming thought: how much we were going to miss his voice on the outside.
Now, thanks to Glenn Beck, we’ve got that voice back. No longer tied to his desk with a sock in his mouth, Van is now freed to do what he does best: inspire and energize groups around the country. Student groups and labor groups and small business groups and middle class Americans everywhere who are losing jobs and losing homes and losing hope. He’s free to push with all his might and insight for the vision tens of millions of Americans tirelessly worked for during the presidential campaign — the vision they voted for in November — but which is now in danger of being drowned in the fetid political swamps of Washington.
If Glenn Beck had any sense at all, he would have done everything in his power to keep Van Jones right where he was.
But he didn’t. And for this we should all be grateful.
Full disclosure: Van and I have been good friends for many years. We’ve worked together on a number of projects, I’ve written about his efforts to fight abuses in the criminal justice system, he’s blogged on HuffPost since soon after we launched, and I’ve watched him hold an audience spellbound at a wide range of events — from progressive gatherings to the World Economic Forum.
And I’ve never failed to be impressed by Van. He is a remarkable man. One of the things I’ve always found so impressive about him — and something completely lost in the partisan mudslinging — is his ability to build coalitions and create unlikely alliances. In pursuit of a clean energy future for America, Van has successfully brought together urban youth with clean-tech entrepreneurs, labor leaders with business leaders, civil rights activists with environmentalists. His skill in this area is exceptional, and much needed in America today.

Jacqlyn Smith-I believe Orly put her life on the line for this case. She has been working so hard, her entire life has been put on hold (husband, children, family life) all has been put into this. I saw her requests for help many times, no one person could be an expert at all the aspects of this mess that either occurred by accident or was contrived, plus look at the information she found while working through this debacle. I’m still perplexed about all those multiple social security numbers, way too many for an honest person (Obama and Michelle Obama).

Irregardless or what some of the posters think about Atty. Taitz, she is fighting, with her own money, while most of us are just talking (typing). She has the courage to go from court room to court room advocating for the constitution, where most of the posters are not going to do anything but criticize her actions. She is Brave and everyone that is working on these cases are brave Americans. Don’t let your tones go sour and become counterproductive!!! If you want it done differently, keep silent and do it your way. This is still America, at least in this moment!!!

Disneyland is celebrating this year birthdays. On your birthday you can get in free, however if you are a child you must show a copy of your legal certified birth certificate! No joke! I asked if I can show the one from the hospital the temporary one you get or an immunization record which shows your birthdate. They said no! You must show a leagal birth certificate certified or a Passport. Adults need just show a driver lic. I wonder if an adult doesn’t have a drivers lic if they would have to show a birth certificate or passport? I will have to ask that question the next time I go to Disneyland. I think I will go down to Santa Ana in about a hour to see what is going on.

I had to go to Palm Beach on a jury trial, we were briefed about the case and it was a terrible case. In brief a lady when in to have her varicose veins stripped and ended up losing her leg. How could you not look at this woman and not be sympathetic? but then there was the doctor’s side too. Wonderful judge, very calm-professional and polite. We potential jury members interviewed, I told the truth. I would not trust either side equally-defense/prosecution. I was out, along with a nice guy that I met there who he had been a phlebotomist and he was tossed for saying “I know doctors make mistakes.” Well that’s true too. Two weeks later at work my girlfriend said. You are not going to believe this but the doctor who was being sued died. I’m like OMG. One sure does not know how things will work out. The judge did a lot of work, all the attorneys-just another life lesson. All any of us can do is the best we can. Orly’s case is about discovery, many many other cases, other lawyers in the works. Public opinion Obama keeps going down and down.
Judge Carter received his orders “Dump The Case” or else. I expect he doesn’t want to contend with the or else. This is clearly up to the people to take the streets on this matter. All the judges have their orders and it’ll be hard to find one that will disobey. The refusal of the men and women in uniform is another avenue that might force their hands.

Lucas Smith is also present. Smith has claimed the Obama birth certificate he has shown on the Internet as real. That remains to be seen. However it is interesting he has joined the proceedings.

When court is in session cell phones and camera’s will be banned so we will experience a news blackout.
This hearing may last from 30 minutes to a couple of hours. Taitz apparently wishes to include Lucas Smith so that an investigation of his proffered document can be be forensically examined and by which means he came by it.
Justice Carter is expected to throw out the last minute attempt Motion to Dismiss submitted by Obama’s counsel late in the afternoon this past Friday. Taitz is also hoping for court approval to depose Sec State Clinton and Sec Defense Gates. Justice Carter may also rule for discovery. This is what we are hoping for, because once discovery is ordered the case is over. Obama would then have to unseal his records and produce.

Gary also mentioned there was no visible media turnout for this hearing as in no SatCam Uplink Trucks. The LA Fox Channel was expected to report on this hearing. Perhaps they are awaiting a “courthouse steps” exit interview from the pertinent parties.

I think Llyod Marcus needs to challenge Van Jones to a debate. For anyone not having been in court. In Palm Beach County Court House, they have a conveyor belt. No cell phones, they also check for weapons. I took the train in and walked from station to court house one mile approx. I tend to get lost going around the block and I did not want to be late for court. Another interesting thing. Palm Beach County had tons of canine patrols, so you feel very secure there. I think they are concerned for every one’s safety. Court does move very slow compared with industry and folks are correct- The judge needs to be very precise and by the book, this is a case with international repercussions, like the whole world doesn’t know about this. I wonder if it is hurting our country economically anyway. If you were a leader of a foreign nation would you sign anything with Obama, since you don’t know when America is going to do right by their Constitution and you know you are not dealing with an honest person.
