“Danny Tarkanian, Republican challenger to Harry Reid, hosted a town hall in Las Vegas, NV. He was the first person to announce that he’d host a town hall in Las Vegas. He announced that the day he formally announced his candidacy on Newsradio 840 KXNT with Heather Kydd and Casey Hendrickson. Another station heard this, and hosted their own town hall before Danny’s. It was a disaster.

Heather Kydd and Casey Hendrickson were asked to moderate the Tarkanian event, and there was no bad press. The crowd was very well behaved, professional and still passionate … on both sides. It was an amazing event, and the only one hosted by a politician so far.

Harry Reid sent people down to the event … not just supporters, but some of his people. Which was ironic given Reid’s allegation of astro turfers at town halls. The Reid people were welcomed with open arms, behaved themselves, and asked tough questions.”

    When you do, you get quasi innumerable windows opening in MS IE, and even if you disconnect your internet manually by removing the phone line or cable connection, as many windows as you close, they reappear.

    This seemingly causes a DOS attack on Alan’s site, or perhaps this is a reverse DOS attack on the user. I don’t know. I am no expert.

    If you are, find out what is happening, as Mr. Charlton at thepostnemail.wordpress.com would like to post a story about this and Facebook shutting Orly’s site down last week…

    By way of background, as most of you already know, I have been working on a project involving filing complaints with state A’sG charging election fraud against members of the D party for swearing BO is a NBC before determining whether he is, in order to get state elections officials to print his name on the general election ballot. In states that require the candidate to be eligible for the job, this iis fraud.

    Does anyone have a letter that was sent to Nancy Pelosi; Alice Germond; the DNC; or anyone else in the D party, INCLUDING STATE D PARTY CHAIRS, requesting to know on the basis of what documentation they forwarded/signed those Certifications of Nomination, swearing BO is a NBC, which went to state elections officials in order to get his name on the ballot? (The only state in which NP explicitly wrote he was Constitutionally eligible was HI, per HI state law (cite omitted). But just swearing he was the nominee was tantamount to saying, he was eligible for the job because DNC rules (cite omitted) require the nominee for POTUS must be Constitutionally eligible for the job. I am getting ready to post the model complaints of fraud to the A’sG and, part of the package is evidence that the party refuses to disclose this information.)

    Thank you so much for such a fast turnaround.

    These are great; and, as I am sure you have noticed, I already mention the Harry Reid APFC disclaimer, which I got from your – CW’s – Constitutional Hall of Shame, and which information I have included in several posts, including the recent, “IF DROWNING OUT OPPOSING FACTS IS un-CONSTITUTIONAL THEN, IGNORING un-PLEASANT FACTS MUST BE un-CONSTITUTIONAL, TOO.”

    However, here is perhaps a better example of what I am looking for. This is a letter sent to NP.

    Congresswoman Pelosi,

    First, please allow me the opportunity to wish you a Happy New Year, as well as the chance to present this letter to you. I know that you are an extremely busy woman, and I will seek to be as brief and to the point as possible.

    On the 22nd of December last year, I received a document from the Hawaii Office of Elections that included an Official Certification of Nomination from the Democratic Party that bears your signature on it. On that document, it states in part that: “the following candidates for President and Vice President of the United States (referring to Barack Obama and Joe Biden, respectively) are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.” This was unusual language, as all of the other Certifications of Nomination I had seen stated something to the effect of what I found in the South Carolina Certification of Nomination: “The following (referring to the candidates) were duly nominated as candidates of said Party for President and Vice President of the United States respectively” (for your convenience, copies of the documents may be found at http://www.therightsideoflife.com/?p=2196).

    I presume that the additional language was added to the Hawaii Certification in order to fulfill the statutory requirements found in Section 11-113 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes which states that a political party will provide the Office of Elections with a statement that the candidate is legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution; am I correct to assume that this explains the substantive differences in the two documents?

    As I’m sure you know, there has been some concern on the part of the citizens of this country that Mr. Obama is not eligible to hold the office of President; and, as of yet, no evidence has been made available to the public that would allow for a determination of eligibility to be made. Because you signed your name to these documents, I have been asked by other concerned citizens to make a request that you provide us access to and copies of any documents that you used when making a determination of eligibility regarding Mr. Obama’s ability to serve as President of the United States of America.
    Again, I thank you for your time, and eagerly await your response.

    Because the election fraud investigation from the Office of the state AG will begin with anyone who signed a document actually attesting to the candidate’s Constitutional eligibility, which promise was the basis for the state elections officials to cause his name to be printed on state general elections ballots.

    jbjd….I only addressed Reid because I am one of his constituents unfortunately….I have stacks of letters from him….all a bunch of BS….mostly form letters sent out to the masses and nothing really too personal! The man will be gone in 2010…if he is not then we will all know that there is corruption involved in the election process because there is no way he has the vote here in Nevada to win in 2010!!
