For many years I have stated that of the large power countries, China was the one that concerned me most. They have an enormous population and have the potential for desperately needing water and other natural resources. The Germans faced this dilemna after World War I as they looked to grow their economy. They needed more living room, “lebensraum.”
Because of some flu related controversies I am researching, I went back into my email archives. An article that I received on March 18, 2009 from a retired military officer now appears more plausible and ominous.

threatened, to a degree much greater than faced Germany back then.”
“Would the United States allow us to go out to gain new living space? First, if
the United States is firm in blocking us, it is hard for us to do anything significant
to Taiwan and some other countries! Second, even if we could snatch some land
from Taiwan, Vietnam, India, or even Japan, how much more living space can we
get? Very trivial! Only countries like the United States, Canada and Australia
have the vast land to serve our need for mass colonization.”
“Only by using special means to ‘clean up’ America will we be able to lead the
Chinese people there. Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many
people will we be able to reserve America for ourselves. There has been rapid
development of modern biological technology, and new bio weapons have been
invented one after another. Of course we have not been idle; in the past years we
have seized the opportunity to master weapons of this kind. We are capable of
achieving our purpose of ‘cleaning up’ America all of a sudden. When Comrade
Xiaoping was still with us, the Party Central Committee had the perspicacity to

States problem at one blow, our domestic problems will all be readily solved.
Therefore, our military battle preparation appears to aim at Taiwan, but in fact is
aimed at the United States, and the preparation is far beyond the scope of attacking
aircraft carriers or satellites. Marxism pointed out that violence is the midwife for
the birth of the new society. Therefore war is the midwife for the birth of China’s

The bottom line is that if one only has limited energies to devote to a wide range of enormous problems, why would anyone work to make American defense efforts the enemy? Jihad is the enemy. What was done was all done in defense of this dear country. Saner men would have lined up the enemy in front of a firing squad.
One has to ask: why did this man run for President? The knee jerk reaction to such a question is that a man (or woman) runs for President because he loves America. It is becoming increasingly clear that Obama ran for President because he hates America and wants very much to indict it.

So Barry ordered Holder to proceed with the CIA investigations of the Gitmo Terrorists detainees on the basis they violated the rules on torture. Those who are supporting this effort are virtuously claiming they should do so because it is America and the law. America has to stand up for the law and what America claims to be. I can see their halos held up by their horns.
Why it is their righteousness fails to convince me of their high moral turpitude? This is the height of flaunting their hypocrisy. They are rubbing their double standards into our faces. Why is it I only feel deep suspicion of their motives like maybe this is another red herring? Their concern for the adherence to the law by the American government is most curious to me.
With Barry’s track record of violating just about every law in the Constitution beginning with usurpation and ending with looting America via Stimulus plan and government takeover of banks, automobile and they hope the health care industry, his sudden interest in the CIA’s past actions while under the Bush administration raises great big red flags in my mind. When I remember how willing Eric Holder was to dismiss the Black Panther case of voter intimidation, I have to ask what they are really doing.
How much more credibility Barry and the thugs would have if only they had complied with the many requests for Barry to produce his hidden records to prove to America he truly is qualified to be president. How much more peace of mind and respect would America have for Sotoero if America were satisfied Barry meets the three Constitutional requirements to be our president.
Then, most Americans could support on some level Barry’s interest and persistence to investigate and bring to trial, the CIA agents who were merely trying to protect America by perhaps over zealous interrogations.
In the face of the fact that the very man who is pretending to be our president has a long and pitiful history of suspicious criminal activity of every type of crime from fraud to treason to impostering, I can only suspect that Barry and thugs are using this tiny bit of history as a diversion and cover up while they steal what little is left of American’s rights, and sell America to the NWO or something just as unthinkable.
Personally, I don’t care what the CIA agents did to the captured terrorists at Gitmo. These creeps were actively trying to harm American in any and all ways it can. They drew first blood. They have to take whatever the consequences are when they are caught. If these guys weren’t in the process of doing harm to America, they would have never been caught in the first place. The reality is the so called torture by America is playtime compared to what terrorists do to our poor soldiers when they are captured. When any of our people are captured by these blood thirsty terrorists they do whatever heinous act or torture they choose usually complete with a beheading.
In my mind we must protect Americans first. If the situation deems it is necessary to protect America by rough interrogation techniques, I support them and what they have to do 100%. All is fair in love and war. If Barry is going to command Holder to proceed on this inane investigation, then we should insist he also investigate the Black Panthers, Acorn (voter fraud) and SEIU for harassing people and interfering with their rights to free speech.

Please understand that, a law review article has virtually no ‘precedential value’ in a court of law. NONE OF THESE ENDLESS HOURS SPENT ANALYZING WHAT CONSTITUTES A NBC HAS ANY BEARING ON REMOVING BO FROM THE WH ON THE BASIS HE IS NOT A NBC. Until a federal appeals court rules on whether the specific facts in BO’s case make him a NBC; your guess is as good as anyone else’s. However, if Nancy Pelosi made that Certification without any prior evidence this claim was true then, in those states that required the party nominee to be a NBC, she committed elections fraud.
If you want to incite the uproar that will get BO out of office, instead of this endless discourse on the meaning of NBC; you could spend your time trying to get your AG to ask the state D party chair or NP this one question: On what evidence did you base your determination that BO is a NBC before signing the Official Certification of Nomination in August 2008, which you submitted to our state elections officials to get them to print his name on the 2008 general election ballot?
Educate your state and federal officials that even BO did not claim to be a NBC on his web site, FTS, which he paid for until his August nomination; but rather, that he is a “native citizen.” Then, ask these officials, given the fact he claimed only to be a “native citizen,” what made NP think, he is a NBC? One state elections official I contacted believes, the FEC vetted him, unaware the FEC only deals in campaign finance issues!
If you are not interacting with state and federal officials to educate them that no one vetted the candidate for Constitutional eligibility before swearing he was eligible for the job, then you will not get him out of the job.
Stop hypothesizing whether he is a NBC. At least you can prove, the party did not confirm he was a NBC before swearing he was, to state elections officials.

Theories as to the definition of NBC will only ‘count’ in a federal court deciding the issue. And as soon as one AG in one state raises the right question to the party, and this hits the press; or as soon as one Congressperson raises the question as to the evidentiary basis for Certification and calls for hearings on the subject of the election (read, Impeachment), this will signal the beginning of the end for BO. Because even if, at the point he faces Congressional investigation, he can produce a long form BC; Congress can then press the dual citizenship issue. And this will end up in federal court.

JBJD, you’re canceling your own premise. If BO claimed to be “native”, and “native” and NBC are interchangeable to most people (without the court’s determination as you put it), NP et al. can claim that BO posted his BC showing that he is “native” and therefore NBC- not fraud, just negligent. And, as sickening as that is, they would get away with it without the NBC question being answered.

In 10 years, when my children ask “What did you do to stop it?” I will say, ” I used the one voice I have. ” I will continue to write, e-mail, and call until they put me in re-education camp with you all.

No, you are missing my point. The Constitution does not say, “native” and “natural born” are interchangeable, but only people trying to conceal his ineligibility from the public.
BO cleverly threw out this “native citizen” canard so as to deceive those millions of voters who are now arguing “native” equals “natural born.” Nancy Pelosi swore BO satisfied Constitutional eligibility. (In HI, she stated this explicitly, per HI law; in the other states, she swore only that he was “duly nominated” but, DNC rules make clear, you can’t be nominated unless you meet Constitutional eligibility.) Thus, she swore he was natural born, because the Constitution says, “natural born,” and some states say the candidate for POTUS must be Constitutionally eligible to get on the ballot, she wanted his name to appear on the states’ general election ballots. Your guess is as good as mine as to what would be her response to a direct question by the AG as to what evidence was the basis for her determination BO is a NBC. But, I cannot imagine that she will now assert, she believed “native” and “natural born” could be used interchangeably. Anyway, even IF she comes back with this, by so doing, SHE establishes that no one vetted him as to Constitutional eligibility. Plus, if she used that photocopied HI COLB to establish Constitutional eligibility, which he posted on his web site, FTS, “Paid for by Barack Obama” until the nomination, then that conduct is more than negligent. See, no matter what the response, the result is the same: the legality of the election is in doubt.

And remember, while BO wrote on his web site, he is a “native citizen,” he swore in writing to the SoS of AZ, he is “natural born,” in order to participate in that state’s primary election. No; I don’t anticipate the crap these people pull with the general public is the same crap they will pull with an AG or judge, who know better. JBJD I understood your premise, but I, as a Californian wrote to Pelosi on this subject, and she replied that BO was natural born because he was born in HI as per his published BC. I even cited caselaw pertaining to NBC and parentage, but she ignored that. Again, you and I believe it’s fraud, but her liability(based upon her knowledge) seems easily slimed out of since many congressmen appear to be equally ignorant, and therefore going after her would be risky for an AG. I think you’re on the right track as far as accusing her of fraud, but finding an AG willing to put their own job on the line seems impossible. She needs to be sued for frauduent misrepresentation, but it’s going to take quite a rebel to do it.

I am not talking about the civil tort of fraud. For example, in the state of TX, before a nominee for POTUS from the major political party can get his or her name on the general election ballot, he or she must be eligible for the job. If NP said, she determined BO is a NBC because of that photocopied COLB, whether she said this to a voter in CA or HI or GA; she perpetrated election fraud in TX.
