1: one from Kenya, saying he was born in Mombasa, which his mother used to get him back to HI.
2: One from HI, saying he was born there of Dunham and Obama Sr. which Dunham used to get money to support the child and put him on her US passport
3) One from HI, saying he was adopted by Soetero, which Dunham used to get payments form Soetero
4) One from Indonesia, saying he was adopted by Soetero, to get Barry into School in indonesia, and which Barry used to get an Indonesian Passport, and get foreign student status at Occidental and Columbia

I have read Mr. Apuzzo’s brief two times now and see it to be a strong argument to the court….I especially like his thoughts on pg. 22 where he states something to the effect that just because the majority of people went to the polls and voted for the FRAUD that doesn’t mean the Constitution can be ignored and that these people are above the law….I think this brief should get the courts attention….Let’ pray!!!
Mr. Apuzzo has given America a most brilliant and detailed document that clearly sums up why America must demand Obama stand up or step down.
How the courts respond to this document will be an indication and testimonial of the level of integrity and respect they have for U.S. Constitution and the rights of the American people. If the courts ignore this document and repeat what a 100 other judges have done before them and continues to support the defendants–Obama machine, then we can pretty much assume the American public has been sent up the creek with out a paddle.
We should all make copies of this document, print them out and leave them every where–in restaurants, super markets, laundromats, post office, and on and on and on.
In the mean time this brief is intellectual ammunition to use to continue to keep the pressure on Obama.
We should:
fax this document to every slimy Congressman and Senator, to every news paper, TV news station, radio talk show host, and all foreign journalists as well.
carry a copy of this document with us at all times along with our pocket copies of the Constituion.
e-mail a copy of this document to every one we know–friend or foe.
post it on our own web sites and every other site that permits us to do so.

The more duplicates these people get from WE The People, the more they will realize how many of us are demanding they honor their own Oath to uphold and defend the Constitution.
As an optimist, I want to believe this will finally break the “standing” stand off between plaintiffs and Obama machine. As a realist I will be curious to see how the judges and their evil plotters mangle the law and the arguments set forth in Mr. Apuzzo’s inspiring draft.

The Obama administration is having to acknowledge the massive gap between its ridiculously upbeat predictions about the economy and today’s stark landscape. The release of the update, usually scheduled for mid-July, has been put off until the middle of next month. The White House is trying to pull a quarterback sneak by delaying the bad news until Congress leaves town on its August 7 summer recess. More tricks from the tricksters.
The annual midsummer budget update will certainly show higher deficits and unemployment, and slower growth than the unicorn and rainbow projections in Obama’s giant Feburary and May budgets. The good news is, this could confound his efforts to get his health care and global-warming proposals through Congress. IF you continue to act by contacting your Congressmen. Obama has begun the dictator-speak, warning that he will prevail on both of the insane plans. He’s pressing for votes before the recess; more of the “hurry up” tactics he’s used to bulldoze previous measures through Congress. Thankfully, lawmakers are arguing over how to finance the horrors, and this may buy us a smidgen time.
Yesterday, White House budget director, Peter Orszag, said that the administration believes the “chances are high” of getting a health care bill by then. But new analysis showing the crazy runaway costs of both plans are jeopardizing Senate passage.
The budget release will probably be a bombshell. Tony Fratto, a Former Treasury Dept. official says: “Instead of a dream this could be a nightmare. There are some things that can’t be escaped.”
They can still be spun and railroaded upon the public. Wake up your friends and neighbors to be active. Many ARE waking up, but we need sanity and action from everyone. Many in Congress are listening hard to you, and are skittish about putting their stamp on these socialist laws that will chain us all.

THANK YOU for sharing that beautiful tribute! It helps to restore my faith in my fellow Americans, and adds to my disgust that more citizens aren’t shown this in the media.
Such dignity and respect for someone they never knew. His family must be devastated, but this public demonstration of support has to offer them some comfort.
Last week while driving in our car, a local talk radio host, Gunny Bob (retired Marine who appears from time to time on FOX) put out a request for citizens to go to the airport to meet a returning injured vet, LCpl. John Doody. In an instant we decided we’d be there.
“JT” Doody is severely injured, blind, and has major brain damage as a result of his injuries. Who knows if he was able to understand what happened at the airport? But HUNDREDS of Americans showed up with flags and gratitude and appreciation to welcome him home.
I’ve never done this before, but if I have a chance to do it again, I will in a heartbeat. Here’s his story if you want to learn more about him – I’d never heard of him before that radio show, but I’ll never forget him now.

The trick here is that in Kenya a BC goes along with a Vaccination record but not in Hawaii. IN his book he said the two were together showing the BC must be from Kenya. Here is the post. Notice the BC and Vaccination forms are together with some other unknown item.
Whoever put away his birth certificate would have included the Kenyan Vaccination forms which go with the BC and filed them together for safe keeping.

on p. 18, it states that if Dunham was younger than 19 when she gave birth to a son of Obama Sr. outside of the USA (Kenya for example), then the child is NOT a US citizen at birth.
Hence, if his classmate outs him for saying he was born in Kenya, he is not a US citizen even now, unless he applied to be naturalized, which he did not…
That means even the Department of State which signed an affidavit that he was born in HI, has purjured themselves…

Like I have been saying “for long time” my suspicion is that Stanley Ann Dunham is not the womb that carried Obama he was placed in her care after he was born but sometime before 2-3 yrs old. This explains alot of unexplained stuff.

In that time period, probably like it still is today, to immigrate to USA one would need a sponsor (that is how me and my family came my aunt sponsored us) and having an Amerian son BO II would be great to bring relatives to USA in the future . Many people did this sneaking somoene into the country as a ticket to future legal immigration.
This child most likely was born in Kenya to another woman and brought to USA probably by BO senior to be placed in the care of Stanley Ann Dunham. That explains why there is no baby pics, explains why she was in school right after supposed labor, explains why nobody in Hawaii or her friends knew she was even preganant, explains why there is no record of Mom in Hawaii hospitals, etc.
In those days it was a common thing to care for someone else child as your own without any paperwork. If was before the time of Liberal Nanny & Victim State. There were no Guardians, Adoptions Bureaucracy, Psychiatrists, Child Protetction Services, ETC.
People just helped each other and usually did the right thing on their own without Politcal Pigs Programs.

That certainly wasn’t the case, because WHJJ is an extremely conservative radio station. I was told I was going to get between 15-20 minutes, but at about 10 they needed to speed it up. I would be curious to know if they had a late addition to their interview lineup, or something along those lines.
