National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09) is scheduled for July 27 through July 31, 2009. NLE 09 will be the first major exercise conducted by the United States government that will focus exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection, as opposed to incident response and recovery.

In addition, broad regional participation of state, tribal, local, and private sector is anticipated. EXERCISE FOCUS
NLE 09 will focus on intelligence and information sharing among intelligence and law enforcement communities, and between international, federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector participants.
The NLE 09 scenario will begin in the aftermath of a notional terrorist event outside of the United States, and exercise play will center on preventing subsequent efforts by the terrorists to enter the United States and carry out additional attacks. This scenario enables participating senior officials to focus on issues related to preventing terrorist events domestically and protecting U.S. critical infrastructure.
NLE 09 will allow terrorism prevention efforts to proceed to a logical end (successful or not), with no requirement for response or recovery activities.
NLE 09 will be an operations-based exercise to include: activities taking place at command posts, emergency operation centers, intelligence centers and potential field locations to include federal headquarters facilities in the Washington D.C. area, and in federal, regional, state, tribal, local and private sector facilities in FEMA Region VI, which includes the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.”

Hang in there. We’re currently in a revolution. It may not look that way, but we are. Remember, laws may be written but they must also be enforced. When that happens is when we’ll start to see blood running down the gutters of U.S. streets.
That’s when things will get ugly but good, noble, and lawful people will rebel and they will fight. I assure you we are not alone in this. If war is what they want, war is what they’ll get.

And I think that our great country was blessed to play a role of a good force against this NWO. Those who don’t know history fail to see that evil can never conquer totally or prevail for very long. I do not advocate tax-evasion, and see no reason to stop paying state taxes, as Obama usurpation legally touches only the federal goverment…
My understanding of my firends advice is this, however:
The Usurper is obviously going to makes examples of those who refuse to recognize his legitimacy, and there is no better and quicker and easier way that to punish tax evaders.
Its easy to do, since most folks have traceable income, of which the IRS knows about instantly or very easily: bank transactions, receipt of checks, large purchases such as houses, cars, even when made with cash.
If you are going to do this, you should previously take what actions are necessary and legal to reduce your traceable income:
1) be self employed, or have an employer pay you in cash and keep your work off his books. Most employers report your income to the IRS along with your SSN on a monthly basis…
2) take all money out of bank account: because every transaction is tied to a SSN which you used to open that account, and thus bank records can be used to audit you
3) Do not receive checks of any kind: you will have to forgoe receiving any income by check whether from friends or the govt, as this is known immediately, or at least only claim as income that which you must receive by check: if you can cash out your pension, the better, since that way you get some income, though when you do so the IRS will know.
4) Get rid of all credit cards, debit cards, and anything to which your SSN is attatched, that means even cell phone contracts, etc…
In this way, which is perfectly legal, the IRS cannot know what your income is and would have no legal basis to find you guilty of anything in an audit. Then you can protest all you like without fear of substantive retribution…from the IRS that is…
How does one live on cash only? Its not so easy, since the NWO folks have been addicting us to checks and credit cards and phoney money for some time, to force us into their system of self monitoring.

On another thread I briefly metioned Gold, and gave same opinion.
Problem is that the local store where you by milk and bread (if you do buy these things and don’t have them from home), takes dollars…
One thing patriots can do is to raise the issue and get locals to start using Gold again. 99.999 fine gold bullion coins, US or foreign mint, are internatinoally recognized as certain vaule: can get them from nearly every coin dealers, nearly all of whom work in cash only. You will have to keep some cash for daily transactions, but I do agree, put most of your liquid assents in gold or siver bullion. Other rare metals are also good. Had a firend who purchased a palladium bar for $70, and sold it 5 years later for $1200 when palladium went through the roof…
Claim enough deductions so they are not getting any money through the year. Do this now!
Save enough so that you can pay your taxes + enough to pay a penalty.
By next tax day you may be brave enough and the situation bad enough to do the full monty.
Food, water, ammo, emergency and first aid supplies. Items to barter include alcohol and cigarettes.
Pack a gun and pay no tax.
This is sounding like the movie, the gangs of New York.
Best way to LEGALLY help stop Obanana without having to worry about Tax Evasion is what I talked about many months ago.
If you can STOP PAYING all your obligations and save the cash…especially the Loan SHark Credit Cards, Mortgages, Car Loans, etc. With the cash you save you can buy for cash a cheap good car.
ALSO one other option that we can use is BATERING.
Another that I thought of recently is introduce a new PRIVATE CURRENCY that we can use as markers with others that accept it as well. This can’t be taxed.

After all, DOD has set a precedent for other attorneys called to represent our military.
P.S. Taitz should take this action by the DOD as now a precedent and use it to represent other military, asking for same action to be taken for them when they also ask for same clarification of their same CIC’s eligibility; that their orders be held off until this question is answered.

Any chance in heck that some tiny spark of patriotism buried down deep could find it’s way to the surface…all the crap she’s endured (even if deserved) might grow so wearisome for her that she could cave to the kindness of a Savior?! Call me crazy, but I have a goofy sense that they could yet be some hope for her…if she could somehow see the Light. And believe me, this is difficult to ever suppose…I’ve never been a fan of hers whatsoever…and was one of the very nervous who entertained the idea that she would be our POTUS/CIC…those were some scary days. But look where we are now! From what I read from your comment, she’s been seeing and acknowledging at least some bits of truth…heck, that’s a start, aint it?! Could all be just a daydream…these days any glimmer of hope looks better than none.
typo repair: “that there could yet be some hope for her…” and I also felt I needed to clarify that I mean “she’s been publicly dumped on (i.e. betrayed by the ones closest to her) by everyone.” The ones who you’d think would have been her tightest allies appear to be the very ones who have had no qualm about humiliating her at the same time…maybe that’s the way they show affection to each other, and I just don’t get it…like best friend who show they like each other by fighting all the time; I have know people like that…doesn’t mean I get it.
