Jeff Schreiber, Law student, legal writer and blog owner, has provided an update regarding Philip J Berg, the Berg lawsuit and the API, Africa Press International, Michelle Obama tape. Here are some exerpts:

Motion for Summary Judgment, API Just Won’t Go Away, and Rumblings from the Court
As of 11:00 this morning, Philip Berg had done three radio interviews, the last of which was a half-hour spot on G. Gordon Liddy’s popular program. Later today, he will be the subject of a piece by a CBS affiliate in Anchorage, AK.
I spoke with Berg immediately after his Liddy spot, and he mentioned two things of note. First, he plans to file a motion for summary judgment with the court today. Second, he has been in contact with African Press International and, as we spoke, his staff was working with the API staff on the electronic transfer of the alleged Michelle Obama tape.
On the motion for summary judgment, I will bring details here as soon as I know anything further. Berg had hoped to file early this morning, as he did for yesterday’s motions, but certain circumstances prevented it.”
“”We are working with computer people and Chief Editor Korir over at African Press International as we speak so the audio file can be transfered over to us for distribution,” Berg said. “They say the information on there is far more extensive than just the things they reported, but before I do anything with it I want to review it in full.””

Obama in Hawaii tomorrow to see grandmother with broken hip

For someone who has meant so much to him, why wasn’t Obama by his grandmother’s side when she was first injured back on October 6 or 7, or to be fair; shortly thereafter? A hip injury can be very serious for anyone, but carries a high mortality rate among the elderly. I’m sorry, but I find Obama’s behavior extremely selfish, insensitive and shameful. And, to add to that shame is the fact that he knew of her recent illness and hospitalization last week, but instead found it more important to keep campaigning; never “once” mentioning his grandmother’s illness to the public until she got so ill; I guess he figured he better do something lest he lose that messiah image of his. And, he “still” didn’t leave immediately, and only intends to stay for “one” day! But, oh wait; I forgot Barry thinks he’s the messiah. Grandmother Dunham will be up and about soon after the “Ones” arrival. What was I thinking?!? Anyway, I whole-heartedly wish Madelyn Dunham a speedy recovery, and a very happy 86th birthday this Sunday.

A few minutes ago Brit Hume had a series of talking heads defending Joe Bidens stupid remarks about preparing for a crisis when Obama becomes President.
You would think that out of all of the networks Fox would at least take Bidens comments as hand writing on the wall.
The talking heads were making a comparison to John Kennedy, who by the way buckeled under by removing the missile in Turkey in exchange for the removal of missile in Cuba.
Forget Fox, Forget all of the networks.
The only way McCain will win this election is with DEVINE INTERVANTION!!!!!!!!!!!!
