November 5, 2021 Emergency Temporary Standard (the “Mandate”)
requiring employees of covered employers to undergo COVID-19
vaccination or take weekly COVID-19 tests and wear a mask.
3 An array of petitioners seeks a stay barring OSHA from enforcing the Mandate during
the pendency of judicial review. On November 6, 2021, we agreed to stay the
Mandate pending briefing and expedited judicial review. Having conducted
that expedited review, we reaffirm our initial stay.”

“On the afternoon of the Mandate’s publication, a diverse group of
petitioners (including covered employers, States, religious groups, and
individual citizens) moved to stay and permanently enjoin the mandate in
federal courts of appeals across the nation. Finding “cause to believe there
are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate,” we
intervened and imposed a temporary stay on OSHA’s enforcement of the
Mandate. For ease of judicial review, and in light of the pressing need to act
immediately, we consolidated our court’s petitions under the case number
captioned above.”

“But the Mandate at issue here is anything but a “delicate[] exercise[]”
of this “extraordinary power.” Cf. Pub. Citizen, 702 F.2d at 1155. Quite the
opposite, rather than a delicately handled scalpel, the Mandate is a one-sizefits-all sledgehammer that makes hardly any attempt to account for differences in workplaces (and workers) that have more than a little bearing
on workers’ varying degrees of susceptibility to the supposedly “grave
danger” the Mandate purports to address.”

“Accordingly, the petitioners’ challenges to the Mandate show a great
likelihood of success on the merits, and this fact weighs critically in favor of
a stay.
B.
It is clear that a denial of the petitioners’ proposed stay would do them
irreparable harm. For one, the Mandate threatens to substantially burden

theliberty interests21 of reluctant individual recipients put to a choice between
their job(s) and their jab(s). For the individual petitioners, the loss of
constitutional freedoms “for even minimal periods of
time . . . unquestionably constitutes irreparable injury.” Elrod v. Burns, 427
U.S. 347, 373 (1976) (“The loss of First Amendment freedoms, for even
minimal periods of time, unquestionably constitutes irreparable injury.”).

Likewise, the companies seeking a stay in this case will also be
irreparably harmed in the absence of a stay, whether by the business and
financial effects of a lost or suspended employee, compliance and monitoring
costs associated with the Mandate, the diversion of resources necessitated by
the Mandate, or by OSHA’s plan to impose stiff financial penalties on
companies that refuse to punish or test unwilling employees. The Mandate
places an immediate and irreversible imprint on all covered employers in
America, and “complying with a regulation later held invalid almost always
produces the irreparable harm of nonrecoverable compliance costs.” See
Texas v. EPA, 829 F.3d 405, 433 (5th Cir. 2016) (quoting Thunder Basin Coal
Co. v. Reich, 510 U.S. 200, 220–21 (1994) (Scalia, J., concurring in part and
in the judgment)).”

“For similar reasons, a stay is firmly in the public interest. From
economic uncertainty to workplace strife, the mere specter of the Mandate
has contributed to untold economic upheaval in recent months. Of course,
the principles at stake when it comes to the Mandate are not reducible to
dollars and cents. The public interest is also served by maintaining our
constitutional structure and maintaining the liberty of individuals to make
intensely personal decisions according to their own convictions—even, or
perhaps particularly, when those decisions frustrate government officials.”

“More people died in the key clinical trial for Pfizer’s Covid vaccine than the company publicly reported

Pfizer told the world 15 people who received the vaccine in its trial had died as of mid-March. Turns out the real number then was 21, compared to only 17 deaths in people who hadn’t been vaccinated.

On July 28, Pfizer and its partner BioNTech posted a six-month data update from their key Covid vaccine clinical trial, the one that led regulators worldwide to okay the shot.

At a time when questions about vaccine effectiveness were rising, the report received worldwide attention. Pfizer said the vaccine’s efficacy remained relatively strong, at 84 percent after six months.

It also reported 15 of the roughly 22,000 people who received the vaccine in the trial had died, compared to 14 of the 22,000 people who received placebo (a saline shot that didn’t contain the vaccine).

These were not just Covid deaths. In fact, they were mostly not from Covid. Only three of the people in the trial died of Covid-related illnesses – one who received the vaccine, and two who who received the saline shot. The other deaths were from other illnesses and diseases, mostly cardiovascular.

Researchers call this datapoint “all-cause mortality.” Pfizer barely mentioned it, stuffing the details of the deaths in an appendix to the report.

But all-cause mortality is arguably the MOST important measure for any drug or vaccine – especially one meant to be given prophylactically to large numbers of healthy people, as vaccines are.”

“At best, the results suggested that the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine – now pushed on nearly a billion people worldwide at a cost of tens of billions of dollars and ruinous and worsening civil liberties restrictions – did nothing to reduce overall deaths.”

“But now the FDA has given us one more.

On November 8, the agency released its “Summary Basis for Regulatory Action,” a 30-page note explaining why on August 23 it granted full approval to Pfizer’s vaccine, replacing the emergency authorization from December 2020.

And buried on page 23 of the report is this stunning sentence:

From Dose 1 through the March 13, 2021 data cutoff date, there were a total of 38 deaths, 21 in the COMIRNATY [vaccine] group and 17 in the placebo group.

Pfizer said publicly in July it had found 15 deaths among vaccine recipients by mid-March. But it told the FDA there were 21 – at the same data cutoff end date, March 13.

The placebo figure in the trial was also wrong. Pfizer had 17 deaths among placebo recipients, not 14. Nine extra deaths overall, six among vaccine recipients.

Could the discrepancy result from some odd data lag? Maybe, but the FDA briefing book also contains the number of Covid cases that Pfizer found in vaccine recipients in the trial. Those figures are EXACTLY the same as those Pfizer posted publicly in July.

Yet the death counts were different.

Pfizer somehow miscounted – or publicly misreported, or both – the number of deaths in one of the most important clinical trials in the history of medicine.

And the FDA’s figures paint a notably more worrisome picture of the vaccine than the public July numbers. Though the absolute numbers are small, overall deaths were 24 percent higher among vaccine recipients.

The update also shows that 19 vaccine recipients died between November and March, compared to 13 placebo recipients – a difference of almost 50 percent.

Were the extra deaths cardiac-related? It is impossible to know. The FDA did not report any additional details of the deaths, saying only that none “were considered related to vaccination.”

Summary:

There were more deaths in the vaccine group. 21 to 17.
2 out of 21,921 were reported to have died with/from Covid19 in the unvaccinated group. That is .009 percent. Near zero.
From the under reported death data there were 4 times more Cardiac arrest deaths in the vaccinated group.
What did the 6 people left out of the vaccinated group deaths die from? Does it implicate the vaccine?
The data reveals that Covid19 is not a killer but the vaccine may be.

“‘Guinea Pig Kids’: Fauci’s Legacy of Cruel Experiments on Kids

Recent revelations about Dr. Anthony Fauci shed new light on a 2004 BBC documentary, “Guinea Pig Kids.” The film exposed the cruel experiments — approved by Fauci and funded by U.S. taxpayers — on poor minority children as part of Fauci’s search for a cure for AIDS.”

“Who were the ‘Guinea Pig Kids’?

The ICC, which marketed itself as “New York City’s only skilled nursing facility providing specialized care for children and adolescents living with HIV/AIDS,” was the scene of these crimes against humanity.

In 1992, NIAID provided funding to reintroduce the ICC as “an outpatient clinic for HIV-positive children” and the clinic became part of Columbia University’s Pediatric AIDS Clinical Trials Unit.

New York’s child welfare department, the Administration for Children’s Services, was empowered to offer up the vulnerable and underprivileged children under its care as lab rats to test toxic AIDS drugs like AZT, Nevirapine and various protease inhibitors, as well as experimental AIDS vaccines.

Most of these drugs, approved for adults with AIDS, carried Black Box warnings and caused potentially lethal side effects, including bone marrow death, organ failure, deformities and brain damage.

Most of the children were Black, Hispanic and poor, often born to drug-addicted mothers.

NIAID, capitalizing on the prevailing AIDS orthodoxy, justified the unethical experiments performed on these kids as the only chance they had to survive.

Jacklyn Hoerger, whose job it was to administer the drugs to the children, said:

“We were told that if they were vomiting, if they lost their ability to walk, if they were having diarrhea, if they were dying, then all of this was because of their HIV infection. I just faithfully gave it as I was told by doctors.”

Compliance, as a unidirectional principle, has been a recurring theme throughout Fauci’s career. According to ICC Medical Director Dr. Katherine Painter, the “biggest problem facing families with HIV-positive children is adherence.”

Hoerger learned this lesson the hard way, when she began the process of adopting two half sisters from the program. Applying a much more compassionate scientific method at home, Hoerger deduced that it was the medications that were causing the children’s ailments. So she took them off the drug regimens.

She described the improvements as “almost instantaneous” and noted the girls began eating properly for the first time in their lives. But her non-compliance deemed her a negligent parent and she lost custody of the girls. She was never permitted to see them again.

At ICC, the cooperation of experimental subjects consistently took precedence over their wellbeing. Children were required to take these medications regardless of their negative impacts, and adverse effects were attributed to their presumed illness (AHRP discovered that NIAID allowed its pharma partners to experiment on children without lab-confirmed HIV infections).

When some parents refused to consent to the trials, children’s services officials would promptly remove them and place them with foster families, or in children’s homes where a child’s participation would then be authorized.

When children resisted or refused their medications they were brought to Columbia Presbyterian hospital, where plastic tubes were surgically inserted into their stomachs for drug administration.

According to Sharav, at least 80 children died over the course of these clinical trials.

“Fauci just brushed all those dead babies under the rug,” Sharav said. “They were collateral damage in his career ambitions. They were throw-away children.””

As the Gateway Pundit has extensively reported for the past year, a recent large-scale study out of the UK has confirmed once again that children and young people have effectively ZERO risk of death after contracting Covid-19.

The massive study determined that an overwhelming 99.995% of children and young people in England with a positive covid test over the first year of the pandemic SURVIVED the virus, which translates to a microscopic 2/1,000,000 mortality rate (99.9998% recovery) for people under 25 when adjusted for population.”

“The analysis was collaborated on by several prestigious medical institutions across the UK, including NHS England, the Imperial College of London, Public Health England, and the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. When the team of researchers looked at data from the UK’s National Child Mortality Database they found that a total of 3105 children and young people died from all causes in the first year of the pandemic – 61 of which occurred in individuals who tested positive for Covid-19.

Researchers then reviewed each one of the 61 deaths with a positive test to differentiate which ones died directly relating to their Covid infection, from the ones who died of an alternative cause and just coincidentally tested positive.

No surprise, Almost 2/3 – 59% – of ‘reported Covid deaths’ in this age group were individuals who were killed by something other than Covid-19 but just happened to test positive.

“Clinical records of the 61 CYP (children and young people) who died with a positive SARS-CoV-2 test were reviewed to identify if SARS-CoV-2 contributed to death. 25 (41%) of the 61 CYP died of SARS-CoV-2 (2 deaths every 30 days), including 22 with acute COVID-19 and three with PIMS-TS.

The other 36 (59%) of the 61 CYP were categorised as SARS-CoV-2 did not contribute to death.”

With inflated numbers like these – that are meant specifically to fear-monger parents into jabbing their children with the experimental vaccine – who are the ones that are really guilty of spreading ‘misinformation?’ Especially when so many children and young people have developed life-threatening side effects like myocarditis or have already dropped dead of heart attacks after getting the jab.”

CECC says approval of COVID vaccines for children under 12 will not be considered until 2nd dose issue settled

Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) head Chen Shih-chung (陳時中) said on Wednesday (Nov. 10) that a panel of experts has decided to suspend administering second doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech (BNT) COVID vaccine to children 12-17 years old amid concerns it may increase the risk of myocarditis.

Cases of myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflammation of the outer lining of the heart) have been reported after BNT vaccination of children between 12 and 17 years of age. According to U.S. statistics, the risk of youths experiencing myocarditis after receiving the second BNT dose is 10 times higher than after the first dose, CNA reported.”

“Chen said that the Ministry of Health and Welfare’s Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices (ACIP) has decided to halt administration of second BNT doses to this age group for two weeks, during which time experts and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) physicians will look at the 16 cases of myocarditis among adolescents after BNT vaccination before making a final decision on whether to go ahead with the second shot.”

“Saint John cardiologist and ‘inspiring spirit’ dies suddenly”

“A prominent New Brunswick cardiologist has died, leaving behind a large gap in the system and the community, colleagues say.

Dr. Sohrab Lutchmedial dedicated more than 20 years to the New Brunswick Heart Centre and the care of patients suffering from heart disease, said a statement from the staff of the New Brunswick Heart Centre.

“It is with profound sadness that we report the sudden and unexpected death of a colleague, friend, father, partner and inspiring spirit,” the statement says.

Lutchmedial died Monday in his sleep at his Saint John home, said Jean-François Légaré, the head of cardiac surgery at the New Brunswick Heart Centre. He was 52.”

Dr. Lutchmedial was probably a good man and a good doctor.

Sadly, like so many in his profession, he was misinformed about Covid19 and the vaccines.

It may have cost him his life.

But more troubling is that many in society trust doctors for sound medical advice and they are mostly not getting it in regard to Covid19.

“All Saginaw Township Schools will be closed today, Monday, November 8th, due to a staffing shortage. Staff members will not report. Child care and after-school programs (including swim school) are cancelled. The Board of Education meeting will still take place. A large number of our staff had a negative reaction to the COVID booster shot given at a voluntary clinic over the weekend, resulting in absences today. There is a substitute teacher/staff shortage throughout the state, further complicating the availability to cover those absences.”

Luciferase is an enzyme that can produce bioluminescence. (It can make things glow, basically.) That’s why Luciferase is commonly used in the biomedical industry. It’s used to tag very tiny things like cells or proteins so that you can track them.

Was Luciferase listed as an ingredient in the COVID vaccines by Big Pharma? No it was not. (You can check here at the CDC website.) So the next question becomes: why would Big Pharma not disclose that Luciferase is an ingredient in the vaccines – since it’s clearly listed (in at least one patent from one company) as being used?

The reason is rather ominous: Big Pharma has big plans for Luciferase and Big Government has big plans for it too. The U.S. military’s technology arm DARPA is currently fighting with Moderna over the ownership of the COVID vaccine because DARPA has “funded an implantable biochip” that could be used “to deploy” it:”
