…………..it would seem to me that if the Federal funds were ALREADY given to California, but the bullet rain failed to materialize then the state would be in legal default because such funds are usually not given in open funding. The funds are usually put forward with strings attached…….the funds cannot be used for any other purpose than the project for which the money was intended. Yes if this deterioration is the product of Democratic leadership of the city then why haven’t the people of San Diego done something about it? I have the feeling that very few people within the administration really care about the city……they only care about their exorbitant salaries, doing NOTHING, and attending their NON STOP PARTIES………..and the city slowly crumbles around them. It appears that San Diego now has the same problems which are plaguing San Francisco. I am sure that Los Angeles also has these problems. Eventually any company which has competent leadership will soon leave the state. More and more funds will be needed to deal with the homeless problem. This by itself could eventually bankrupt the cities and the state……..yet the twisted liberals think everything is OK.
In the next few days Congress is going to vote to overturn the EMERGENCY DECLARATION of President Trump. If they attempt to do this he will more than likely VETO the outcome. We are looking at a large percentage of delusional people in Congress. Some of them do not even care how idiotic they sound as they rave, and rant. Hi hapnHal, and thanks for posting that eye opening vid. I knew it was bad out there, but not that bad! This is what happens in blue Dem run cities and states; you get this.
I think the problem is more in-your-face in places that have decent climates (San Diego is said to have the best climate in the continental U.S.). We have the same problem up here in the Frozen North however, a lot of it is out of view during the colder months; we see it in spades in the summer, especially on snooty Cape Cod..
All Dems should watch this vid and then wait for them to tell us that Trump doctored it to make it look worse than it is. And we would expect nothing less from them….

And guess what states have the highest homeless? Hawaii and New York, have a higher per capita homeless rate than California’s. Finally, records show California, indeed, has the highest total homeless population at over 150,000, far more than second place New York. But, some of the comments I received “the real causes of homelessness are mental illness, drugs, alcoholics, giving up on life, life, and of course the final spike THE Democrats.” I remember a few years back there were TRADE SCHOOLS. Today what do we have? We need productive trade schools, and not the crap being taught in our collages.

Today we see so many homeless people it is fast erasing community standards. Greed also plays a significant part of homelessness. Property owners think they should have their retirement money overnight, and they jack up rents to INSANE amounts. Unfortunately it tells a sad part of the story about the coming demise of America.
