This was due mostly to the excessive variation in manufacturing tolerances of the ammo itself. A forward assist mechanism was retrofitted to the M-16 which allowed a quick way to clear an ammo jam up.

Like Citizen Wells says, we need to keep the Seth Rich story from being dumped in the trash bin. The more it’s out there, the more people will question why it’s never been solved; the robbery angle never flew, and the public knows this.

He was given foreign student funding by our Federal Government. Nobody who is a US Citizen can access foreign student aid.
