He just announced this morning his intentions to close GITMO and send those “hardcore terrorist” who are still confined there back to wherever they came so they may join the “local terrorist” again who are fighting and killing American soldier’s in the Middle East.
Our enemies are not all in the Middle East.
The actions of this president is a DAMN CRYING SHAME.
1) As it stands at this very moment,, the military must wait until they are shot at before returning fire. Many Americans have died or have been seriously wounded under this Obama rule. That is not the way to defeat an enemy who has sworn to kill you.
2) Obama has ordered the dropping leaflets to announce any air strikes on targets moving supplies to aid the enemy and let ISIS get out of the line of fire. You never tell the enemy what you plan to attack, or when you plan to, even small children playing ‘soldier’ know better than that.
3) All air strikes must be approved and cleared by the CinC….which have been very few in number. It’s very hard to get his signature when he is so busy on the golf course, or jetting off to some luncheon and does not want to be the C-in-C for the day.
4) Within the past three months, Obama has fired over 200 top generals and admirals….WHY?…well, that’s pretty obvious…the answer is for doing the job they have been trained for and what they have dedicated their lives too..
AN NOW…..the closing of GITMO…the ONLY place where this nation can insure the enemy will not be back on the field of battle killing our brave young men and women….
AND WHAT IS OUR BRAVE CONGRESSMEN and WOMEN DOING TO STOP THIS OBVIOUS ATTEMPT BY THE PRESIDENT TO AID THE ENEMY ? …..not a “F*%$#@G thing”. In my book, “Silence is Consent”….this brings up another question….WHY ARE THE PEOPLE WE HAVE SENT TO WASHINGTON NOT OBJECTING and TAKING ACTION to stop this criminal activity of the C-in- C?…….WHY?
Well, I can answer that too with one sentence…We do not have a president, we have an Undeclared Dictator, with 535 blind and deaf sheep running around like a “herd of cats in heat” looking too frightened to open their mouth or voice any objections.

So, until we rid our nation of this ‘scourge-in-charge’, I suggest the military soldiers and marines adopt an unwritten, unpublished order, and a ‘personal code of conduct’ to follow …..that is, if they wish to live and come back home in one piece……that order should be:
“LOCK and LOAD”, “SHOOT FIRST and ask QUESTIONS LATER”, and absolutely under NO circumstances….”TAKE ANY PRISONER’S”…….

Even more alarming is the fact that If you divide 450,000,000 dollars by 91 terrorist who are housed there, you get an expenditure of 5 million dollars per individual terrorist last year….now someone sure is eating “high on the Muslim hog” at GITMO…..and Obama says holding them there would “undermind” our standing…..Hogwash !

Within 60 days Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis will make a decision which may well determine the fate of the firearm industry in the United States.
A judge said Monday she plans to decide within 60 days whether a lawsuit filed by families of 26 people killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, against a gun manufacturer can continue.
Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis heard lawyers for Remington argue Monday that the federal Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act grants gunmakers immunity from lawsuits related to injuries that result from criminal misuse of their product.
The lawsuit by the families argues that the way in which a company sells and markets a military-style weapon to the civilian market is a form of “negligent entrustment,” which is an exception to the immunity legislation.
Fortunately for Bellis, the case is dead-simple.
Joshua Koskoff, Alinor Sterling, and Katherine Mesner-Hage of the law firm of Koskoff, Koskoff and Bieder, are making an attempt to make an end-run around the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA), a 2005 law specifically passed in order to protect the firearms industry from frivolous lawsuits. Prior to PLCAA being enacted, unscrupulous attorneys would sue firearms companies for absurd amounts of money for lawfully manufacturing firearms that criminals later used to harm people.
These unscrupulous attorneys would tell gun companies something along the line of:
“Hey, sympathetic jurors are going to see the widow and children crying in court. Pay us a nice settlement out of court now, and you’ll save yourself millions in attorney’s fees and the possibilities of millions more in damages.
“Sure, you didn’t do anything wrong. It doesn’t matter. Pay up.”
This sort of ambulance-chasing lawfare is the reason that so many people have such low opinions of the morals of lawyers, and the reason that the PLCAA was absolutely necessary to protect the firearms industry from this sort of unscrupulous suit.
Koskoff, Sterling, and Mesner-Hage are attempting to go around PLCAA’s protection with a pair of absurd and intentionally dishonest arguments.
Both of them boil down to calling the American people violent and stupid.
Their case is that the fundamental act of marketing and selling military-style weapons like the Bushmaster XM15-E2S is negligent and unreasonable, due to ample evidence the guns are used in extreme acts of violence.
“The public had demonstrated tragically that it was not capable of handling the chattel properly,” Koskoff said in court Monday, using the legal term for property. The public, as a class, is “notoriously incompetent,” he added, and said that Remington must know that. “This is not by any means a stupid company. This is a brilliant company.”
I’m not personally convinced that calling his potential jury pool “notoriously incompetent” is the most intelligent argument Koskoff could manufacture, but then, it makes about as much sense as the rest of his case.

his side. The top pillow case appeared to have shifted at some point in the night clue to
the weight of his head on the pillow, causing the pillow case to slide down and cover his
eyes. The position of the pillow did not seem to have inhibited Scalia?s breathing. The
sheets and pillows that were being used by Scalia were still in the creased position from
that day?s room service, indicating that there was no struggle involved. A breathing
apparatus was present on the table next to the lamp, on the left side of the bed. The hose
fer the machine was resting on the edge of the left side of the bed on the bed sheets. The

U.S. Lawmakers Make Stunning Move To Investigate Obama For Secretly Helping ISIS
Three committees in the House of Representatives announced Friday that they were launching concurrent investigations into allegations that President Barack Obama deliberately manipulated intelligence reports from Syria and Iraq, allowing the Islamic State group to thrive.
According to the Washington Examiner, Republican Reps. Ken Calvert of California, Mike Pompeo of Kansas and Brad Wenstrup of Ohio will lead the investigations for the Armed Services Committee, Intelligence Committee and the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee, respectively.
“In addition to looking into the specific allegations, the Joint Task Force will examine whether these allegations reflect systemic problems across the intelligence enterprise in CENTCOM or any other pertinent intelligence organizations,” read a joint statement from Armed Services Committee Chairman Mac Thornberry, R-Texas, Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and Defense Appropriations Subcommittee Chairman Rodney Freylinghuysen, R-N.J.
The investigations by the House committees joined an investigation by the Pentagon’s inspector general’s office in relation to the Obama administration’s alleged manipulation of Islamic State group intelligence at U.S. Central Command.
A September report said that 50 intelligence officials at CENTCOM had signed a letter claiming intelligence on the Islamic State group had been doctored.
The report claimed that the Obama administration would deliberately punish any intelligence official who gave accurate assessments of terror group strength and didn’t doctor the information to make it look like the United States was winning the battle against them.
Even Democrats have gotten on the president and the administration about the intelligence doctoring, including one of the ranking Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Jackie Speier of California.
“More recently the intelligence community, I think, has provided much more accurate assessments. But CENTCOM, which is the area that is responsible for the Middle East, has, for whatever reasons, we don’t know yet why, has dumbed down the intelligence, has sweetened it, has made it seem like we are being more successful there than we are,” Speier said.
“I’m deeply troubled by what I believe is doctoring that has taken place and has created an impression that we are doing better there than we actually are.”
Rep. Speier may claim “we don’t know yet why” intelligence reports were doctored, but we’re pretty sure we understand why.
And pretty soon, these congressional investigations will reveal officially put the “why” out there for the world to see.

Hi All,
I’ve been away for a while, but wanted to chime in on this contest and what the RepubliRats seem to have up their sleeves.
First of all, the GOP is ignoring the wishes of the people by talking about a ‘brokered convention’ simple because Trump is plowing through state by state in the primaries and their ineligible boy, Rubio, hasn’t won even one state in fact, he’s projected to lose his home state of FL. They have to do something to prevent the will of the people from prevailing, and keep their corrupt agenda intact.
I’m hearing that they’re priming my former Governor (and POTUS loser), Mitt Romney, for a potential third party run. This makes me giggle because although Romney was a terrific Governor, he either choked (or was told to choke) when he ran for POTUS. He had his chance; the electorate didn’t want him.
I’m thinking that no matter the party affiliation, the people will vote for their choice. When we realize that we’re no longer operating under a two-party system (it’s now the ‘Uniparty’), what has been done to America over the last 20 years, or so, makes perfect sense.
If they try to destroy Trump, then the revolution will begin; it’s been a long time coming. The people will speak loud and clear. This will be the end of the GOP.
Trump is expected to win deep blue MA, which would be stunning. I haven’t talked to anyone who is NOT voting for him, and we’ll be at the polls on Tuesday with bells on to vote for him and fill in our little ovals (no voting machines here!) for the candidate we believe to be the right one.
I pray that Mr. Trump sweeps the states who are voting on Super Tuesday; it’ll be fun to watch all the rats scramble and melt down.

Well, if the economy is in such great shape, why are major retailers shutting down hundreds of stores all over the country? Last month, I wrote about the “retail apocalypse” that is sweeping the nation, but since then it has gotten even worse. Closing stores has become the “hot new trend” in the retail world, and “space available” signs are going up in mall windows all over the United States. Barack Obama can continue huffing and puffing about how well the middle class is doing all he wants, but the truth is that the cold, hard numbers that retailers are reporting tell an entirely different story.
Earlier today, Sears Chairman Eddie Lampert released a letter to shareholders that was filled with all kinds of bad news. In this letter, he blamed the horrible results that Sears has been experiencing lately on “tectonic shifts” in consumer spending…
In a letter to shareholders on Thursday, Lampert said the impact of “tectonic shifts” in consumer spending has spread more broadly in the last year to retailers “that had previously proven to be relatively immune to such shifts.”
“Walmart, Nordstrom, Macy’s, Staples, Whole Foods and many others have felt the impact of disruptive changes from online competition and new business models,” Lampert wrote.
And it is very true – Sears is doing horribly, but they are far from alone. The following are 13 major retailers that are closing down stores…
#1 Sears lost 580 million dollars in the fourth quarter of 2015 alone, and they are scheduled to close at least 50 more “unprofitable stores” by the end of this year.
#2 It is being reported that Sports Authority will file for bankruptcy in March. Some news reports have indicated that around 200 stores may close, but at this point it is not known how many of their 450 stores will be able to stay open.
#3 For decades, Kohl’s has been growing aggressively, but now it plans to shutter 18 stores in 2016.
#4 Target has just finished closing 13 stores in the United States.
#5 Best Buy closed 30 stores last year, and it says that more store closings are likely in the months to come.
#6 Office Depot plans to close a total of 400 stores by the end of 2016.
The next seven examples come from one of my previous articles…
#7 Wal-Mart is closing 269 stores, including 154 inside the United States.
#8 K-Mart is closing down more than two dozen stores over the next several months.
#9 J.C. Penney will be permanently shutting down 47 more stores after closing a total of 40 stores in 2015.
#10 Macy’s has decided that it needs to shutter 36 stores and lay off approximately 2,500 employees.
#11 The Gap is in the process of closing 175 stores in North America.
#12 Aeropostale is in the process of closing 84 stores all across America.
#13 Finish Line has announced that 150 stores will be shutting down over the next few years.
These store closings can be particularly cruel for small towns. Just consider the impact that Wal-Mart has had on the little town of Oriental, North Carolina…

When SUEK posted her last comment about CAMALOT, it brought back many memories and flashbacks of John F Kennedy and Camalot.
I had never voted democrat in my life, but I voted for John. I liked what John said, and I like how John carried himself in office….and had John lived, he would have made America Great Again…..consider these facts:
1. John Kennedy refused to commit our MILITARY into the black hole called Vietnam although his admirals and generals desperately wanted that to happen. After his death, ‘Lying Lyndon’ (who should have been in jail) put the whole damn army, navy, and air force, over there and accomplished nothing in the process except to bankrupt our country.
2. 5 months before John was cut down in Dallas, he printed 5 million US Treasury dollars as a float to see how the Federal Reserve ( which is not/ nor EVER been a part of our government) would react. They were furious to say the least ! Had John lived America would have seen the END of the Federal Reserve which was sucking the very life blood out of our country, and we would not be in debt to the tune of 21 TRILLION dollars as we are today. Over one-half of that debt amount has been added in the last 8 years by the present usurper to that office.
3. John ended the “money making oil game” that was making the Texas billionaires richer and the common man poorer. This angered many in Texas billionaires, but pleased the common man. after his untimely death, Lying Lyndon hastily replace that ‘giveaway’.
4. John took no crap from the Cubans, or Russians and stood toe to toe with them…..they backed down when he called their bluff. We have no one in our government today with that degree of courage or statesmanship skills…..America was respected then, now we are considered a second class worldwide joke. Iran is calling the shots in the middle east, and Obama is playing by their rule book. because this president has disassembled our military, and not one single nation in the world takes our ‘community organizer’ seriously any more ( I don’t think they ever did).
3. John would have sealed our borders from foreign invasions by outsiders and if they came to America, they would have come through the ‘front door’ and the legal way. He would have quickly recognized the threat the terrorist Islamic Muslims were posing to the future world and took the proper action to contain and stop them….our current president is taking just the opposite action by accepting the dictates of the UN and bring them into our country unvetted and by the tens of thousands then forcing our individual states of the union to care for them against their will.
4. History cheated John F Kennedy of his rightful place because he was cut down by assassin bullets along with his brother long before he could enact his plan for greatness…..that’s what happens when you have “enemies in the White House” and your back is being covered by smiling traitors..
Were John F. Kennedy alive today, he would be ashamed of what the democrat party has evolved into. Any democrat should be ashamed of actions of their party today. Their sole purpose is to keep the ‘black population’ down on the plantation where they can control them and they do that by feeding them “lies they love to hear” during an election cycle then finding excuses after the elections to blame republicans for not following through on their promises…..
This is typical “bait and switch” politics with words similar to a Circus Barker.
I knew sooner or later someone one would come along who has the vision to see exactly what the democrats are doing to this country….and it’s not only the democrats, but the RINO’s as well……I think that person has arrived.

……….I just learned that my little girl has terminal cancer. She has only a few months left, so I must now have her put down. This thought has literally torn my heart and soul out. I know that I am not alone in this necessity, but doing it is going to be absolute hell. Her cancer showed up nearly overnight. After the vet done the biopsy,he said that the lipomas she has is a particularly virulent form and moves very fast. I am feeling a hell of a lot of heart ache right now…………….

I feel so bad for you right now…..
I know well the feelings you are going though right… …they are family and it sure does hurt like hell to have to do what you must do…..but if they are in pain and hurting, you must do what you must act accordingly…..although you would like to keep her around forever, when her pain becomes unbearable to her you must put her too rest…..and I’m sure you will with an awful lot of grief.
The wife and I went through the same experience you are now facing last year with our”Buddy”. It was like losing a son. But we did what we had to so, we said our last goodbyes, and let him go to sleep peacefully….had him cremated and now have his memories and remains forever with us…..
Three weeks after the terrible experience my wife came home one day crying and said, I miss ‘Buddy’ so much…she got me teary-eyed too…..so we did what we had to do. We went and found another to take Buddy’s place……All of our animals have been rescued.
Buddy’s replacement was a small little PowderPuff Chinese Crested. When we first saw him, he was quite and just getting over his ‘fix operation’. The people at the rescue said that he would not go to my wife, but she just pickled him up and walked him down the isle like a little prince.
From then on, he was Donna’s best friend and my little fisty “RASCAL”….that was his name and we didn’t change a thing…..now he is in total control of my household…and we love his so much…….by the way, we also have another rescue female dog by the name of Riley, who is going on 13. We know the time will soon be coming with her…we are dreading it and fell like you now feel.
Be brave my friend…..do what you must, always keeping the interest of ‘your littler girl’ in mind. Above all, don’t let her suffer a moment you do not have too…..you will meet her again at the “Rainbow Bridge”.

A cargo ship connected to Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell was recently stopped and searched before departing from Colombia. During the search, Colombian Coast Guard agents seized roughly 90 pounds of cocaine.
The drugs were found on the Ping May, which is a vessel operated by the Foremost Maritime Corporation, a company owned by Mitch McConnell’s in-laws, the Chao family. This connection is not only relevant because of the family connection, but also because the Chao family has often made large donations to McConnell’s campaigns.
In fact, the Chao family has been funding McConnell since the late 1980s. Years later, in 1993, McConnell married Elaine Chao and secured the Chao family as one of his primary sources for investments.
A gift worth somewhere between 5 and 25 million dollars from the Chao Family made McConnell one of the richest senators in the country in 2008.
The Foremost Maritime Corporation is currently operating 16 dry bulk cargo ships, most of which are currently still in service.
What makes this case even more interesting is that McConnell is well known as a staunch prohibitionist. In 1996, McConnell sponsored “The Enhanced Marijuana Penalties Act”, a bill designed to increase the mandatory minimum sentencing for people caught with marijuana.
Luis Gonzales, an official with the Colombian Coast Guard in Santa Marta told The Nation that the Ping May’s crew were questioned as part of the investigation, but that they have yet to file any charges in the case.

The Hammond Ranch controversy continues to sink into a rabbit hole without end. Hard evidence has surfaced that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has been taking land with plans to lease it to Clinton Foundation donors.
Russia gradually gained control of Uranium One, a major mining company, in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, while Hillary Clinton served as Secretary of State. Canadian records reveal that the company’s Chairman used his own family foundation to make four donations to the Clinton Foundation during that time, resulting in a sum contribution of $2.35 million. Secretary Clinton approved the deal for Russia soon after her ‘family’s slush fund’ received the donations.
Now, Vladimir Putin controls 20 percent of all uranium production capacity in the U.S.

These contribution were not made known to the public by the Clinton’s, even though Hillary Clinton made a deal with President Obama to disclose all the donors. Other individuals associated with the company made donations too.
Furthermore, after Russia declared that it was taking over Uranium One, Bill Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank, which promoted Uranium One stock.
A Gold mine for Uranium
It is not known whether the donations were responsible for the uranium deal, but the timing is very suspicious. Since Hammond Ranch is a gold mine for uranium, it’s unsurprising that the Clinton Foundation would want to lease the land to Russia through donors.
This would also explain why U.S. authorities have been coming down so hard on protesters. Officials aren’t prosecuting individuals because of the Hammond controversy. Officials are coming down on protesters because they are occupying a valuable piece of land; a piece of land that was promised to the Russians by our very own Secretary of State.
According to The New York Times: “Whether the donations [to the Clinton Foundation] played any role in the approval of the uranium deal is unknown. But the episode underscores the special ethical challenges presented by the Clinton Foundation, headed by a former president who relied heavily on foreign cash to accumulate $250 million in assets even as his wife helped steer American foreign policy as secretary of state, presiding over decisions with the potential to benefit the foundation’s donors.”

2- Repeal the McCarran-Ferguson Act, and allow the sale of insurance across state lines. “By allowing full competition in this market, insurance costs will go down and consumer satisfaction will go up,” it says.
3- Allow tax payers to fully deduct health insurance premium payments in their tax returns, as businesses can. The plan asks: “Businesses are allowed to take these deductions, so why wouldn’t Congress allow individuals the same exemptions?”
4- Review basic options for Medicaid and work with states to ensure that those who want healthcare coverage can have it.
5- Allow all individuals to use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and make those contributions tax-free and allow them to accumulate year after year. Make them part of an individual’s estate, able to be passed on to heirs without fear of any death penalty.
6- Require price transparency from all healthcare providers, including clinics and hospitals.
7- Block-grant Medicaid to the states. Incentivize the states to seek out and eliminate fraud, waste and abuse to preserve government resources.
8- Remove barriers to entry into free markets for drug providers that offer safe, generic options. “Congress will need the courage to step away from the special interests and do what is right for America. Though the pharmaceutical industry is in the private sector, drug companies provide a public service,” the plan says.

Personally I am tired of Michigan LOSERS!

………..if by some crux of fate if either Rubio or, Cruz are elected Mzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.Clinton along with SLICK WILLY will file an INELIGIBILITY lawsuit against them in Federal court, and my money says that their lawsuit will STICK…………..and VOILA Mrs. SLICK WILLY will be deemed POTUS. I think that she would most likely try civil action against Trump as well…..but the wording will not be ineligible. it will be UNFIT FOR OFFICE, and because of the NOW CROOKED COURTS she might be successful. I would expect at that point for the outbreak of open revolution to begin……..AND HELL ON EARTH TO PREVAIL!
AND THERE WILL NO LONGER BE COMPLIACE WITH THE LAW………INSTEAD THER WILL BE NO LAW………..NOR WILL ANY IMPOSED MARTIAL LAW BE ACCEPTED…………THERE WILL ONLY BE FIGHTING,AND CHAOS EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK. I PERSONALLY BELIEVE THAT THE DILEMMA THAT NOW THREATENS America WILL ONLY FIND RESOLUTION AFTER SOME OF THE PERPETRATORS REMAINS ARE FOUND HANGING FROM A LIVE OAK TREE. VISUAL OBJECT LESSONS WILL PROBABLY BECOME EVERYDAY OCCURRENCES UNTIL THE CRIMINAL CARTEL GETS THE MESSAGE,AND LEAVES TOWN. THE HANGING WILL MOST LIKELY START WITH CROOKED JUDGES, AND CONGRESSMEN, THENCE FOLLOW THE CHAINS OF MILITARY, AND CIVIL COMMAND. The CLEAN OUT could end up being on a par with the WW2 war crimes trials at the Hague, of the Nazi patriarchs. Sooner or later I would expect this to happen.
