Such a decision would be and IS tatamout to MURDER. I am praying that the alleged leader of the separatists is realed in by the ICC. RM, I had read that, too, but after reading the following link describing how the explosion occurred first (33,000 ft.) and THEN the bodies began falling from the plane down to earth, it makes one wonder if such an explosion, which must have killed all at that time (terrible trauma to the body), and the subsequent 33,000 free fall couldn’t have had the effect of making the bodies appear the way Girkin described. What a terrible, terrible attack on innocent people, but for him to allege that the people were already dead before the explosion makes no sense. Why would a live pilot be flying a cargo of dead bodies? There are a bunch of crazies over there, too, imho.

You have a RIGHT to HEALTHCARE,…as you have a RIGHT to FREE SPEECH, and you have the RIGHT to own a GUN, and you have a RIGHT to FREEDOM OF RELIGION…..
Now you need to UNDERSTAND exactly how YOUR “HUMAN RIGHTS” are suppose to work in a Constitutional Republic such as America !!!
First, a short primer on SOCIALISM is in order. Here’s how it works:
1.Take something the government has NO business meddling in.
2.Have the government declare it a “HUMAN RIGHT” and offer it FREE to ALL the people.
3..Watch people go BAT GUANO (sh*t) crazy when anybody complains about this, or tries to fix it.
This is PURE socialism (communism) . in a nut shell.
Now let’s explain how socialism works. Take a hypothetical problem concerning the automobile.
Cars have, from the time of their introduction to the American people in the early 1900’s, been a personal, and private choice without government interference..
If you want a car, you buy one. If you don’t want a car, you don’t buy one. If you can’t afford a car, but you would like to own one, you save up your money until you can afford to buy one. If you decide that you want a car, then you decide for yourself which car to buy—make, model, features, new vs. used, etc.
It’s your car, and your choice.
That’s called “democracy in action” and has worked for 238 years in America..
Now let’s say that tomorrow your government decides that owning a car is a fundamental HUMAN RIGHT of everyone over 18 years of age ( this thinking is the backbone of socialism), and all employers with at least 50 full-time employees MUST furnish their employees with a new cars.
For the rest of society, the government will use THEIR tax dollars to make sure this underprivileged class (as they often like to be called) of people get their new cars and gas to go in them.
One part of our society (the larger part)—this would be the part you and I belong to—would say, “Why in hell is the government getting involved in car ownership, and why in hell should we be forced to buy someone else a car?
I’ll make that choice for myself, thank you very much, and as a capable, independent individual, I’ll decide the make, model, and features I want, and I’ll pay for my own car with my own hard earned money, so why can’t everyone else pay for theirs the same way?
(See, that’s how FREE people think. That’s how grown-up, intelligent, FREE people think.)
But there is another part of society—now a large and growing part of our society ( about 55% + according to recent polls) —that will rejoice at getting a FREE car and free gas at their employer’s, or the taxpayer’s expense (that’s you and me).
And not only will they rejoice at this unexpected FREE bounty, they will immediately buy into the idea that it was their HUMAN RIGHT to have a car—and also their RIGHT to have someone else pay for it—and they will label anybody who disagrees with this as an evil, mean-spirited, (and most likely they are racist) and a fascist who is waging a war on car-owners and the poor people who can’t afford to buy their own.
Not only will this class of people think it’s their HUMAN RIGHT to have the taxpayer buy their car, but they will also think it’s the governments place to buy the gas for that car since they supplied the FREE car under the “HUMAN RIGHTS ACT” sponsored by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi. (this same “HUMAN RIGHTS ACT” principle works for mortgages, food stamps,etc_)
It’s amazing how many people can’t see how ILLOGICAL this scenario is. Even Reverend’s (Al and Jesse), learned doctors, and brilliant collage minds, who are brainwashed in this modern socialist thinking, don’t get it.
Remember way back in 2008 when, during one of the presidential debates, the left wing moderator asked if HEALTH CARE was a RIGHT?
Then Socialist Candidate, Barrack Hussain Obama claimed that it was, and that the government needed to immediately provide it to people.
The RINO Candidate, John McCain gave some lame ass*d answer that didn’t do anything to make those people who agreed with Obama wake up and smell the coffee.
Most Americans found them selves screaming at the TV, calling Dumbass*d McCain every bad name they could think of, because he was too wimpy, or most likely too stupid to give the answer that needed to be given.
What McCain SHOULD have said was this:
“Health care is a RIGHT in this country RIGHT NOW. A RIGHT is not something the government gives you. It’s something the government cannot take away from you”.
For example, “we have a RIGHT to own firearms. But, the government doesn’t buy me a firearm to make sure I’m taking advantage of this right. The government simply can’t stop me from exercising my choice to own a firearm if I want to”.
The same is true for the RIGHT of free speech or the RIGHT of a free press. The government doesn’t buy me a newspaper, or force the local paper to give me my own column in print so that I can exercise this right. But if I should choose to write a column for the local newspaper, the government can’t block me from doing so or censor my words.
The same is true for HEALTH CARE.
Once a government decides that a RIGHT is something it should provide you, you have LOST that RIGHT forever.
If YOUR government is paying for YOUR health care, YOUR government gets to decide what health care YOU get, and how much you get,. and when you get it. And if YOUR government is going to provide YOUR health care, then YOUR government gets to decide who must have it, and how much of it, not your local doctor whom YOU have trusted with YOUR life.
With the above scenario, then YOUR health care, it is no longer YOUR choice; it is YOUR government’s choice, and YOUR ability to live, or die rest solely in THEIR irresponsible hands. (look what they have done with the veterans healthcare, as an example of government healthcare)
YOUR HEALTHCARE then no longer becomes your HUMAN RIGHT, but it NOW becomes YOUR government’s dictated RIGHT. ……Comprenda?
This is the ULTIMATE of the antithesis of HUMAN RIGHTS as we know them in OUR country, a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC (or was until we surrendered our RIGHTS to a foreign national without documented papers).
So the next time YOUR government wants to give YOU something….think long and hard about it….. remember there will be binding stings attached.

In two separate criminal complaints, Egyptian lawmakers have charged Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton with conspiring with the Muslim Brotherhood.
President Obama has been named as an accessory to crimes committed by the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, with the charge reading that Obama “…cooperated, incited, and assisted the armed elements of the Muslim Brotherhood in the commission of crimes…”.
Some of the crimes include murder, rape, torture, extortion, bribery, enslavement, and the ethnic cleansing of Egyptian Coptic Christians.
According to one of the criminal charges, Hillary Clinton was found to be working with ousted Muslim Brotherhood president Mohammed Morsi’s wife, Naglaa Mahmood, in attempting to overthrow the current leader of Egypt, General Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi.
Naglaa Mahmood has openly admitted that her relationship with the Clintons dates back to the 1980′s, and she has hundreds of recorded telephone conversations with Hillary and other White House officials.
There is also a charge that Obama and Hillary attempted to bribe the Muslim Brotherhood with $8 billion to turn over part of the Sinai Peninsula to Hamas, in order for them to launch attacks against Israel.

Call it the summer of discontent…….or the summer of simmering anger.
As Central American children continue to illegally pour across the U.S. southern border, thousands of Americans poured onto the streets Friday in 319 cities and towns across the country.
A group in Birmingham, Alabama, toted signs with the slogans “No illegal immigrants period” and “You can’t fix stupid.”
Joyce Stockton, 71, from Chickasha, Oklahoma, came from 50 miles away to protest on an overpass at Interstate-240 and Pennsylvania Avenue in Oklahoma City.
She said she plans to get some rest tonight and hit the streets again Saturday either in Oklahoma City or in Lawton, which is the home of Fort Sill and one of the temporary shelters taking in illegal immigrants.
“This is the first time I’ve been involved in something like this,” Stockton told WND. “I’ve been involved in the tea party for five years, but this is my first time at a protest like this, and I am just amazed at how much support is being shown.”
She said the crowd grew as some people who didn’t know anything about the protests came and joined in spontaneously.
“People stopped and came up and said hello, and said, ‘I appreciate what you’re doing and I support you doing it and we’ll be back tomorrow.’ We’ve had a lot of honks. A lot of truckers honking, too,” Stockton said.

One of the LEAST restrictive marijuana laws in the country went into effect in the shadow of the White House on Thursday, eliciting STERN warnings from the local police but good cheer from many Washingtonians.
“A ticket when you just have a jay or something?” said Clifford Gray, a lifelong District of Columbia resident who is in his 20s, using a slang term for a marijuana cigarette. “I’m good with that.”
Mr. Gray, who spoke outside a subway stop in the Columbia Heights neighborhood, two miles from the White House, was reacting to a new District of Columbia law that reduces the penalty for having up to an ounce of the drug to a $25 ticket. The offense is now a civil infraction, like littering, which carries a fine three times as high.
An ounce can be the equivalent of dozens of marijuana cigarettes. Possession of more than an ounce remains a crime — an acknowledgment that drug dealers are more likely than recreational users to be carrying that much — and carries a maximum penalty of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. Until Thursday, that same penalty applied to possession of an ounce or less.
That’s right, $25 for being caught with marijuana in DC, but it only gets better. Oh and if you notice above, the fine for littering is three times that fine. Read on.
In light of the minor penalty, Mr. McEachin, who said he had served jail time for marijuana-related offenses, was one of many residents who saw the new law as a step toward legalization. The city’s Board of Elections is expected to announce next week whether a separate measure legalizing personal possession and cultivation will be on the ballot in November.
They may be voting on legalization soon. Frankly, with a $25 fine, they might as well just legalize it. It’s almost like the fine exists because that is the bare minimum they could do next to legalizing it. Below is my favorite part of the article, wonder why they buried it at the end?
The law also poses challenges for the local police. Unless an officer believes someone is driving under the influence, the smell of marijuana is not considered evidence of a crime, and possessing up to an ounce of the drug is insufficient justification for a search warrant. Yes, you read that right. The law hinders police from using that old, “I smell weed,” excuse to rip your car apart even if he didn’t smell a thing. All truthful things today being contemporary; are communicably induced, to turn from remembrance (Fidelity) of their traditions into a fictional history being portrayed by reduced mediums. And still, these inducing agents have no hold of bias with Greek Allegory. It is the Higher Order of thought which looks to those things invisible over those which are visible. Through your blog and the many who post…there is a higher order of comprehension within these contemporary truths lain before us.
The ‘other speech’ which can only be read and understood by free thinking people. The folks who lived outside of the dusty antique shop…They were allow’d their freedom of thought….just so long as they stay’d living in the ramshackle of the gutter. The un-high rent quarters. The craftily painted ‘Shop’, is picturesque of Time long ago. A shop affording comfort and those things salubrious; to the mind, as well as the body. A shop which also piques the curiosity of illusion with artifacts of unseen things. An allegorical reference to things past and how precious memories really are. Un~broken laws and un~spoil’d traditions. Way, way back when there wasn’t a POLITICAL need to peer over one’s shoulder (which now`a`days it is more of a Lear..ov’r one’s shoulder). How only a secret meeting place becomes clandestine when others are watching maliciously over you. The over-seers of the air we breathe. The other day I was somewhere and a gentleman made reference to the Gov’t charging for the air we breathe and I said, ” No, that’s not quite right…they will charge, but it will be for the exhale; not the inhale.” One day we will all have little meter’d masks we will breathe through (and if they place one on our face you know where they will most assuredly place another)…there will be a cyber account linked to your allotted credit account…so long as you don’t breathe to much and don’t break wind to often you still might be able to retire at the mellow age of 102. How can this country survive a perpetual lie for over 100years??? The Fed was form’d in 1913 and 100 years of being in complete control of the economy which is the breath of all who breathe; how is it, they finally come out with a statement stating that they are going to periodically come out and make public statements??? WTF!…COME ON!…this can’t be true and real…a body fades back to Cogito ergo s…You literally, by fiat, CONTROL the daily bread ration of the masses. Keep completely silent; the only utterance is sotto voce. Then 100 years later finally come out and make the first public statement about making statements and haven’t heard one stated word of another statement since. Funny how the Un-FED, keeps feeding it’s gluttonous self while un~feeding the multitudes.

This is why O’bama cares little about polls and criticism…He really believes he is on a mission from GOD (and here I thought The Blues Brothers were only given those special missions). And he has Rasputin Himmler Jarrett to stoke and stroke his wry God like complex and ego. Shelter’d and fed; all the while be minister’d to by a hypocrite elitist in an inviolable oval office.
AND ALL OF US ARE ENABLING THIS BEHAVIOR. Doestoevsky wrote an essay concerning Liars. He said that if an innocent listens to the liar long enough they too will eventually become a lair. Just in the simplicity of enabling the liar to continue in and with their deception.
Our feckless leader has come out (imitating Reagan on number of days waiting to speak about an international Russian incident) and now said the whole world should vigorously investigate Putin and his rocket shooting rebels. (But ohhhh doesn’t the anger rise if you try to investigate him or his wick’d ways) Give me a break…all the bodies have been cleaned up; by the Russian separatist. The black boxes have been gathered; by the Russian separatist. And all evidence is in the hands of the Russian separatist in their militarily controlled town of Torez. They, the Russian separatist, said 200 of the bodies were on trains in refrigerated cars…yesterday morning the refer units on those refer cars ran out of gas. Those bodies have gone through extreme elements in a very short period of time…think they are moldy by now??? and where are the other 98 bodies???…I am unable to place them…organ donors??? Nothin’ like a pancake kidney at a reduced price. A little liver with a side of thigh??? Who knows…only a select few will ever really know the truth…To bad we couldn’t get Vincent and Theo to testify…someway or somehow.
One other thing before I sign off…What is the deal with our new minister of propaganda…Josh Earnest??? You can’t make this stuff up…here is the propaganda cog spewing fecal matter upon the world to hear and really in the end he was just joshing us with earnest. Inflippingcredible.
