Not only was Mahajan a member of Rezko’s bundling network; his bank, the Mutual Bank of Harvey, granted Rita Rezko the $500,000 mortgage she neededin order to purchase the lot on which the Obama mansion in Chicago sits. As many of you may recall, the Obamas could not have purchased the mansion they could not afford unless transactions for the mansion and the lot closed on the same day. Obama needed to locate someone who would buy the lot, and he approached Rezko, the convicted slumlord with whom Obama toured the property before they mutually agreed to the following arrangement:
The home and lot sales closed on June 15, 2005. A land trust controlled by the Obamas bought the house for $1.65 million, and the Obamas secured a $1.32 million mortgage from Northern Trust to complete that purchase. That same day, Rezko’s wife, Rita Rezko, bought the side lot for $625,000. A $37,000- a-year Cook County employee, she secured a $500,000 mortgage from Mutual Bank of Harvey.
The structure of this transaction begs the following question: What bank would lend a government employee who earns $37,000 per annum a $500,000 mortgage? What bank would assume such a risk?
The Mutual Bank of Harvey, of course, for the Mutual Bank of Harvey’s President is a man who is deeply connected to the Chicago machine that backed Barack Obama. Indeed, Amrish Mahajan was one of Mayor Daley’s first political appointments in 1989, when he was named to a seat on Chicago’s Plan Commission, where he would be joined by Obama’s former boss and Rezko’s business partner Allison Davis and by Valerie Jarrett, Daley’s Chief of Staff whochaired the Commission from 1991-1995. Mahajan, in other words, worked with those who devised and profited from Daley’s failed public housing experiment in Chicago, a public housing policy Obama helped fund as state Senator and US Senator.
Rezko, according to the Boston Globe, was one of the major beneficiaries of Obama’s legislative advocacy for funding of Daley’s public housing experiment. Other major beneficiaries are Jarrett and Allison Davis. Mahajan was also a beneficiary, for his bank had made $3.4 million dollars in loans to Tony Rezko’s slum landlord business since 2002. A banker for one of the slumlords who benefitted from the Daley housing program Obama helped bankroll, Mahajan was returning a favor when he wrote a $500,000 mortgage in 2005 for the wife of one of his clients. Although Tony’s financial problems were mounting in 2005, and although Rita earned only $35,000 per annum, Mahajan underwrote the mortgage. Favors must be reciprocated, I guess, especially when one can satisfy two parties at once: the person with whom one has a complicated relationship in real estate and the politician who helped finance that complicated relationship as state Senator and US Senator.
I doubt federal investigators are interested in the Mahajans solely for their involvement in the property deal involving Obama, Mahajan and the Rezkos. The Mahajans, I believe, are the foci of their probe for many reasons.
- Anita Mahajan, the wife of Amrish, has been involved with questionable real estate deals that are the subject of federal probes with Governor Blagojevich’s wife, Patricia
- Anita Mahajan exploited lucrative no bid contracts with the Department of Children and Family Services to steal $2.1 million from Illinois taxpayers; she was charged and released on a $250,000 bond in March 2007
- “Uncle Amrish” has raised more than a half million for Blagojevich and approximately $50,000 for Mayor Daley, whose father helped launch Mahajan’s banking career
- “Uncle Amrish” also helped Obama purchase a house he could not afford
The real estate transaction involving Rita Rezko, the Obamas and Mutual Bank of Harvey is just the tip of the iceberg. Indeed, the Mutual Bank of Harvey seems to be at the center of all the corruption in Chicago. To quote former Donald Perillo, Chicago insurance mogul and son of the lawyer for Al Capone, in the Chicago Tribune article I cite above:
Donald Parrillo said he isn’t surprised to see Mahajan mix it up with politics and business. “He got that attitude from the Parrillo family,” the former alderman said. “He wanted to get in the game.”
And Mahajan certainly is in the game. The banker of the Chicago machine, he is also the man who wrote the mortgage for Rita Rezko that facilitated Obama’s purchase the mansion he could not afford. This is why I believe prosecutors are interested in Harvey Mutual Bank. Not only did Rezko receive loans from this institution; this bank is heavily involved in problematic real estate dealings involving Blagojevich and Obama. And if I may quote Rezko in the 9 JUN letter he wrote to Judge Amy St. Eve:
Your Honor, the prosecutors have been overzealous in pursuing a crime that never happened. They are pressuring me to tell them the “wrong” things that I supposedly know aboutGovernor Blagojevich and Senator Obama. I have never been party to any wrongdoing that involved the Governor or the Senator. I will never fabricate lies about anyone else for selfish purposes. I will take what comes my way, but I will never hurt innocent people. I am not Levine, Loren, Mahru , or Winter.”
Rezko is now talking, and prosecutors are presently interested in a politically connected financial institution. I bet Obama now regrets paying Rita Rezko $104,500 for the strip of the land in the lot on which his house sits in January 2006. Acquired with the assistance of a questionable $500,000 mortgage from Amrish Mahajan’s Mutual Bank of Harvey, this lot and Obama’s desire to expand his yard by bit was the catalyst for all the investigative reports into Obama’s deep ties to Rezko. By the way, Rita’s lot is only accessible through the front gate of Obama’s home; it is not a separate property, and it was never intended to be a separate property.
“It was a mistake to have been engaged with him at all in this or any other personal business dealing that would allow him, or anyone else, to believe that he had done me a favor,” Obama says of the real estate transactions with Rezko. I wonder if now he also believes it was a mistake for him to serve as the legislator who represented and bankrolled Richard Daley, Amrish Mahajan, Valerie Jarrett, Allison Davis and the Chicago Plan Commission. But at least he and Michelle have a house, a house the Mutual Bank of Harvey, the politically connected bank that wrote loans for Rezko, helped them procure in 2005. Too bad that house will be the end of Barack Obama.

“Anita Mahajan, a Chicago businesswoman with ties to former governor Rod Blagojevich, pleaded guilty to bilking the state of Illinois by submitting bogus bills.
“I’m sorry,” Mahajan said in court Monday while pleading guilty to felony theft for pilfering about $100,000 in taxpayer money through her drug-testing company, K.K. Bio-Science. That company is now defunct.
The 60-year-old received four years of probation, agreed to pay $200,000 in fines and perform 1,500 hours of community service.
Mahajan’s husband, Amrish, was a banker and significant fundraiser for Blagojevich. Also, Blagojevich’s wife, Patti, made more than $100,000 in commissions handling real estate deals for the Mahajans in 2006, which caused a stir in the Blagojevich re-election campaign. The following year, Mahajan was charged with cheating the state of out of $2 million for drug tests that were never performed.
“People of this state were being cheated,” Dick Devine said in 2007 when he was the state’s attorney while announcing a seven-count indictment against Mahajan. The attorney general sued to recover the state’s lost money.
Four years later, Mahajan pleaded guilty to a single, reduced charge of theft instead of the felonies that would have sent her to prison for at least six years.

“Agents and I talked about payoff, bribe, kickback for a long time, though it took them only a short number of minutes of talking with me while looking at the appraisal to acknowledge what they already seemed to know: The Rezko lot was grossly overvalued,” Mr. Conner told The Washington Times Monday.

If he had 20 numbers, and he was allowed to collect 3000.00 for each number then he would be collecting $60,000.00 a month from Social Security. I wonder how many numbers Michelle has.
If Soetoro was to receive $60,000.00 permonth he would be receiving $720,000.00 per annum from SS. That is if all of the 20 account numbers are active.

There IS a difference between Chicago and D.C., although one wonders at times. The former is statewide and the latter national. While the good folks of Illinois have tried to rid themselves of the filth, right now the full force of patriots nationwide are up in arms.
Oh, I know. It is rumored that Obama has his eye on the position of Secretary General of the U.N. It is my understanding from listening to a a recent interview of Mike Zullo that Obama’s lawyer stated publically that after obtaining this so-called “document”, Obama neither viewed it or touched it before it was put up on the White House website. Plausable deniability anyone?
Also, one reporter was given a “certified” copy, (can’t remember her name), and she sxclaimed “I felt the raised seal!”

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul joked with “CBS This Morning” that he’s not taking his phone with him anymore, after it came to light that the National Security Agency’s was secretly collecting phone records.
“I’ve been jokingly saying I’m leaving my phone at home when I go to Republican leadership meetings because the President does not need to know where I am all day long.”
Paul also blasted Barack Obama over his surveillance hypocrisy.
I just listened to the 22 minute video of Mike Zullo that GORDO posted at 10:28am. After listening to this damning evidence presented, two things come readily to mind from the discussion>
FIRST:
Without even a shadow of doubt, Mike Zullo has over the past 2 years collected enough evidence to get a conviction for fraud in any court in the land that would judge the evidence on the merit of what is presented.Zullo has covered all the bases, but gathering the evidence is only the first step. Being able to present it to the American people is another.
We have already seen over the past 5 years that NO COURT in America will take the evidence in a trial by law .NO NEWSMEDIA will look at the evidence and present a fourth estate presentation based on Zullo’s discoveries
.I feel that perhaps the reason the judges won’t look at the evidence is because of threats against them and the media won’t either is because of losing their job and that the media has severe controls on the people presenting the daily news. This brings us to the ONLY avenue left to get a resolution to this matter. This is the second part of the problem.
SECOND:
Zullo thinks that CONGRESS is the LAST avenue to get a resolution to this matter of usurping the Constitution. I would agree with him there, but it will be very very hard to get Congress to listen, even harder to get them to act.
Back up a few years in Obama’s presidency. Who was the person he had ashis National Security Advisor? That’s right. JOHN BRENNAN. The same man who accessed the PASSPORT files of OBAMA three times, Clinton once, and McCain once. Yet BRENNAN was placed in a position where he could not be touched by any Congressional investigation. He became Obama’s National Security Advisor, who is in charge of the NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY!
The NSA , as you know, is the agency that is knee-deep in doo-doo for spying on EVERONE. So what does that tell me? It tells me that in the 5 years Obama has been in office, he has had time to amassed a hell of a lot of damning information on EVERYONE in CONGRESS, both Republican and Democrat.The NSA has been used as his personal “private investigator” and has been prevy to some very very conversation and actions that would put a lot of people under the jail.
So with that thought in mind, I can now understand why every agency and every department of government at the highest levels are under total control of this criminal cabal from Chicago. In the video, Mike Zullo or the person doing the interview said that Bohner was RELUCTANT to do anything with the information Zullo has…I agree with that, so is all the other Congressmen/women, and Senators. Look what happened to General Petrayous…he bucked the system and paid the price…that sent a chilling message to anyone else who was even thinking of doing the same.
We all know Bohner is an ALCOHOLIC, thats pretty common. But what other deep dark secrets does he have? I bet Obama knows via NSA.What deep dark secrets does Mitch McConnell have? I bet Obama knows via the NSA.
If a person just looks at what’s happening now with the NSA, its easy to understand why EVERYONE has been RELUCTANT over the past 5 years to look at the legal status of Obama. Anyone who gets too curious in government or out of government,about Obama gets “murdered”, or “disappeared”, or “demoted,” or outright “fired”…So I think it will be a BATTLE ROYAL” to get CONGRESS to look at this or even comment on the evidence.
That leaves only one other recourse and you need not be a rocket scientist to figure it out.
The NSA is at the basis of all our current problems and will continue to be the thorn in the brier patch keeping us from harvesting the fruits of our labors.

You’ve hit the nail on the head, and even if there isn’t anything bad that could be dragged up on an official, there is always the threat that something could be “found”. The threat is as intimidating as the actuality.
Not to be picky, because it doesn’t really alter the substance of what you wrote, but the National Security Advisor to the President is not the same person as the head of the NSA. A few days ago I did some checking for my own purposes:

What NSA directives say they can do… and what they are actually doing… are two different things! .

Admiral James Clapper is the current Director of the National Security Agency, reporting directly to Obama…however I have a feeling Susan Rice fits into this somewhere, (perhaps not on the organizational chart)
It is not within my ability to think that Obama does not know exactly what Clapper’s gang are doing…and perhaps being told and advised by Rice , Jarrett, and the rest of the criminals up there.

” Rep. Brad Sherman, D-Calif., a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said there “obviously” needs to be more congressional oversight on the telephone surveillance program, under which so-called metadata from cellphone records are surrendered to the FBI and the NSA on a daily basis.
“I did not know a billion records a day were coming under control of the executive branch,” Sherman said.

What kind of records would those be?
It doesn’t sound like that’s just metadata from Verizon, which is big but not that big….

Back in 2008 , Doug Hagmann and Judy Mcloud claimed that they received a letter from a prominent radio talk show host that stated that he was being threatened……..himself, his family and staff………if he didn’t back off the eligibility issue.
Many speculated that it was Beck. Some said it was Limbaugh.
Whoever it was, they know………..unless of course it was all made up. You would think that one of them, (Hagmann, McLoud, Beck or Limbaugh) would have come forth by now, and save the freekin country if it was genuine! But no. It all remains shadowy.
This is why I can never fully trust what these people say. Yes! I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt. But enough is enough. I can’t take them at face value anymore. Same goes for Levin, Hannity, Savage and Ingram…..and even without saying………O’Reilly.

Yes, I did read it the other day and thought Beck’s comments were thoughtful, but they bear more significance in the light of today’s statements. I reread it just now.
Like Obama’s birth certificate being the “big news” as far as eligibility is concerned.
WRONG
Obama was a British Subject at the time of birth (and to this day probably), and hense had an allegiance to TWO Countries at birth and is therfore INeligible to be President.
But the media indoctrinates us in to thinking simply being born in the United States makes you eligible to be President.
And with Cruz, they are EXPANDING that definition.
Like Obama being raised by a single mother.
Obama’s mother was MARRIED for all but a couple years of Obama’s youth, and was sent to be raised by his GRANDPARENTS at the age of 10.

Like Holder NOT being told by Obama to release the documents that the House has asked for.

Whatever Beck is alluding to has very damaging outside possibilities. It is something that BOTH the Republicans and Democrats have supported and perhaps are still JOINTLY supporting….maybe something having to do with THE NORTH AMERICAN UNION…which no one talks about and both parties secretly support. I have recently heard JOHN MCCAIN say that there would NEVER be border security even after an immigration bill is passed….now that may pi*s off a few people, especially if you live on the border in Texas Arizona or New Mexico. or California.
Maybe Obama has surrender all of America’s sovereignity in favor of this North American Union without any borders? If so, what happens to our Constitution? Now that would get peoples attention, I would think, especially if both political parties are a part of the dealing.
What we do know is this….if BECK’s allegations are correct, they hold accusations against members of both parties. To me that means that both parties are working as one.
I don’t think Obama’s ( or what ever his name is) birth certificate would carry that much concern with those self serving politicians.

I would further say that if such a class action were to be brought before the SCOTUS it might just be successful. I seriously doubt that Roberts or any of the the judges would have the gonads to oppose the ACLU,or find against them. The ACLU is a very powerful entity,and anything which they become involved in certainly has the potential to further divide the country.

The Obama Administration “strongly objects” to a proposed amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act on Wednesday that would have protected the religious rights of soldiers – including evangelical Christian service members who are facing growing hostility towards their religion.
The amendment was authored by Rep. John Fleming, R-La. It would have “required the Armed Forces to accommodate ‘actions and speech’ reflecting the conscience, moral, principles or religious beliefs of the member.”
The Obama Administration said the amendment would have a “significant adverse effect on good order, discipline, morale, and mission accomplishment.”

WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Stockman (R-Texas 36) Tuesday asked the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee to subpoena all National Security Agency records of phone calls between employees of the White House and the Internal Revenue Service.
Stockman’s office hand delivered a letter Tuesday afternoon to the Committee’s office requesting a subpoena “of all records of every phone call made from all public and private telephones of all IRS personnel to all public and private telephones of all White House personnel” collected under the NSA’s recently-revealed PRISM program.
“Obama assures the public he only collected this information to uncover wrongdoing and protect civil liberties. Clearly he would want us to use it to investigate this case, because otherwise he’d be lying,” said Stockman.
“If Obama has nothing to hide he has nothing to fear,” said Stockman.
“This case must be investigated fully, given admitted wrongdoing by the IRS, its potentially criminal implications and revelations the White House has been less than honest about what they knew and when,” said Stockman. “Obama says the PRISM program is perfectly legal, so there should be no problem whatsoever in providing the information on White House and IRS phone calls.”
“The only possible scenario in which the administration refuses to comply would be if it would reveal unconstitutional or illegal behavior,” said Stockman.
Stockman’s office also electronically delivered the same letter to the Homeland Security Committee chaired by Rep. Michael McCaul.

State Department whistleblower Aurelia Fedenisn, who accused the Obama State Department of covering up eight investigations including accusations of child prostitution, says she is being threatened and so are her kids.
Fedenisn released documents that show the State Department may have covered up allegations of illegal and inappropriate behavior within their ranks.
Now her kids are being threatened.

The State Department whistleblower is Aurelia Fedenisn. She worked in the department’s inspector general’s office until her retirement in December 2012. According to USA Today, she has sought protection as an official whistleblower after the State Department directly threatened her, once at her home. It threatened her with criminal charges when she turned over documents to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) showing evidence that the department had watered down her report, in which she alleged that the department at the highest levels had scuttled eight investigations into a range of criminal wrongdoing.
Dallas lawyer Damon Mathias, who represents Fedenisn, said Fedenisn hired him after two diplomatic security agents spoke in a threatening manner to her teenage children at her home in a Virginia suburb of Washington. The agents arrived at the home to talk to Fedenisn about documents Fedenisn had given to Cruz and told the teens that they demanded to speak to their mom immediately, Mathias said…
…Mathias says Fedenisn’s claim is that agents from State’s Diplomatic Security and other divisions engaged in very questionable and possibly criminal conduct; the Inspector General has been hampered in performing its oversight role; “and the findings they wanted to put in the report end up being left out,” Mathias said. “So you have a coverup of the coverup.”
When Fedenisn and her lawyers met with lawyers for the Office of the Inspector General, the government lawyers demanded she hand over the documents or they would refer the matter to the Department of Justice and Fedenisn would face criminal prosecution, Mathias said.
“They made it clear that they would go after her criminally,” he said.
“We refused to turn over the documents” and Fedenisn is now seeking whistle-blower protection, he said.

WASHINGTON — The State Department has hired an alarming number of law-enforcement agents with criminal or checkered backgrounds because of a flawed hiring process, a stunning memo obtained by The Post reveals.
The background problems are severe enough that many of the roughly 2,000 agents in State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security can play only limited roles in agency efforts to police bad conduct and prosecute wrongdoers.
The problems in the bureau are the latest revelation in an exploding scandal that also involves accusations that members of former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s security detail and those of the US ambassador to Belgium solicited prostitutes overseas.
A whistleblower charges that State tried to cover up multiple scandals by removing them from an inspector general’s report.
“Department intakes of new . . . officers since the hiring surge a decade ago have reportedly been flawed, with ‘mitigation’ of troubling histories including criminal matters,” according to a December 2012 memo to State Deputy Inspector General Harold Geisel from a team leader in the IG’s Office.
The memo goes on to state that the troubling backgrounds can pose a problem if the agents are needed to testify at trials to assist prosecutors.
“Too many people entering the [Diplomatic Security and Information Management] communities end up as subjects of [Special Investigation Division] investigations and HR adjudications, become Giglio-impaired and can play only limited roles thereafter,” according to the memo.
“Giglio” refers to a US Supreme Court case dealing with jury notification that witnesses have made deals with the government to induce testimony.
Some Diplomatic Security field offices “have major problems just waiting to be discovered,” the memo adds.
An IG spokesman said he couldn’t comment on internal documents, but State has said it prosecutes misconduct, and that the internal draft reports contain “unsubstantiated information.”
A 2012 letter to State’s labor-management negotiator from the union for foreign-service agents, also obtained by The Post, asserts a pattern of “questionable tactics and unprofessional conduct” by Diplomatic Security agents.
In one case, aggressive interrogation techniques by Diplomatic Service agents drove an employee to attempt suicide when accused of raping his maid in Bangkok, Thailand, the memo suggests. The employee maintained the sex was consensual.
But after “being told he would end up in a Thai prison, his wife would lose her job and his children would be pulled out of school, [the man] attempted suicide by jumping out of the 16th-story window at a hotel in Bangkok,” said the memo.
“Fortunately, he landed on a tarp on the 10th floor and sustained minor injuries.”“It depends on what team you’re on, whether they like you or not,” he said.
The man was flown back to Washington for in-patient psychiatric care, where the agents continued to harass him, the union charged. The rape charges were ultimately dropped.
The memo sites eight cases involving Diplomatic Security agents who resort to “false, misleading or incomplete statements in reports,” “privacy-act violations” or “lack of objectivity” in investigations.
Cary Schulman, lawyer for former IG investigator-turned-whistleblower Aurelia Fedenisn, said Diplomatic Security agents are “wrongfully overly pursuing some people” but letting other have a “free pass.”

Sorry, but the news from Glenn Beck today doesn’t seem to match the video that he posted yesterday. Where’s the whistle blower that was afraid for his life? Did I miss something? I feel like a chump because I tuned into his show to find out.
I believe it is most/more important that Obama be exposed as an illegal president all the way back to his candidacy…merely exposing him as a criminal may or may not void all his signatures, edicts, and eo’s..
My hope is that he will not resign willingly, or in any way compromise the resolution of this constitutional crisis. I really could care less if he gets away scott free for now as I see the the constitutional resolution as a reset button for this nation. It would also be nice to see a host of the complicit congress leave with him.

I agree with ColdWarVet2. The most important thing is for people in power, the media, and the American people to accept the fact that America has not had a President since George W. Bush left office. We have a Constitutional crisis that must be acknowledged and dealt with. What happens to Obama, whether he is impeached, convicted of a crime, or resigns from office is not the most important thing. Obama is just one man. The important thing is that we restore our country back to health by nullifying everything Obama has done and cleaning all of his protectors and accomplices out of the government. The Supreme Court must be re-composed with honorable justices who should then rule once and for all on the definition of natural born citizen that we all know means born on US soil to parents who are citizens. We might even consider eliminating many existing federal agencies, audit the fed, and pull out of the UN, IMF, and World Bank.

….the “personal” approach…Beck appears to have learned this craft of grandstanding directly from Geraldo….why not just produce something concrete, when it becomes fact. This blow by blow approach only generates anxiety and…depending on how perplexed people become, anxiety (which is an extremely physical condition) could, in fact, kill you, especially if taken as a daily dose. Beck has not been pursuing solutions…on with the show!
I wonder if Beck will say more? On the NSA, we always here at CW suspected they had something on John Roberts. We just need one brave politician to spill the beans on Obama and say they don’t care if they have had an affair that is revealed. They care about America. If Arpaio takes his info to Congress it will probably be buried. I am not hopeful any longer if that is the route they go.

I’d like to comment that we need to stay OUT of Syria’s business.
We have NO interest in Syria what so ever, PLUS our history in nation building doesn’t offer us much comfort.
I just saw a report on FOX that said that the fighters in Syria need surface to air missles like we supplied the “rebels” to fight Russia in Afghanistan.
If my memory serves me correctly, didn’t those “rebels” turn out to be the Taliban, and haven’t we been fighting them for over a decade now?
I don’t like what’s going on in Syria any more than the next guy, but it’s none of our business, and we’d be best to simply stay out of it.

Thanks for the excellent article! I trust Walid Shoebat, He converted to Christ after being in Islam and knows whereof he speaks. I’ve known for sometime that Beck has advocated universalism to promote the blending and unity of all religions, including Islam. That is why I have not taken everything he says as the full truth, although I’ve tried to divorce those views from his conservative or libertarian beliefs.
I read that today Beck said something on his radio program to the effect that yesterday “something” came over him and he went on an inspired rant.
Was the inference that it isn’t going to happen as he passionately predicted? I’ve been skeptical of him for several years and will say this:
