Bob Schieffer Nazi comment, Schieffer CBS owe Americans and Nazi victims apology, Nazis confiscated guns herded Jews, Edward R Murrow reported truth

“surely, defeating the Nazis, was a much more formidable task than taking on the gun lobby.”…Bob Schieffer

“While my father was hunted, Schieffer lived comfortably in Texas, where private citizens had guns and children were safe. There is no need to denigrate Schieffer, but he and his ilk need to be educated before invoking the worst evils of mankind.

The NAZIs were nothing like the National Rifle Association. They were the exact opposite. The Nazis were anti-gun. They confiscated guns, starting with those owned by Jews. Like many liberal American Jews today, German Jews were told everything would be fine. The government would protect them.”…Eric Golub

“A nation of sheep will beget a government of wolves.”…Edward R. Murrow

There was a time when I had respect for Bob Schieffer and CBS News. That respect and trust has eroded for years. Recently, any respect I had for Scheiffer completely evaporated.

Recently Bob Schieffer referred to the struggle against gun proponents in the context of defeating the Nazis. At CBS, the home of Edward R. Murrow, who knew first hand the tyranny and terror of the Nazis, who took guns away from the Jews, herded them up and destroyed them. Murrow did his best to inform America and the world of these atrocities.

Bob Schieffer and CBS owe the American public and victims of Nazi atrocities an apology.

From Last Resistance January 18, 2013.

“I desperately tried to find a great quote that would summarize my thoughts on what I’m about to write. I searched all over the web, and could find not a single quote that encapsulated the preposterousness of what Bob Schieffer said on Wednesday. So rather than blather on with platitudes, like I usually do, I’m gonna get right to it.

According to Bob Schieffer, President Obama’s battle against the NRA is comparable to both Lyndon Johnson’s civil rights battles, and the defeat of the Nazis in World War II. Here’s the exact quote for your perusal and general amusement:

“Let’s remember: there was considerable opposition when Lyndon Johnson went to the Congress and…presented some of the most comprehensive civil rights legislation in the history of this country. Most people told him he couldn’t get it done, but he figured out a way to do it. And that’s what Barack Obama is going to have to do…what happened in Newtown was probably the worst day in this country’s history since 9/11. We found Osama bin Laden. We tracked him down. We changed the way that we dealt with that problem. Surely, finding Osama bin Laden; surely, passing civil rights legislation, as Lyndon Johnson was able to do; and before that, surely, defeating the Nazis, was a much more formidable task than taking on the gun lobby.””

“Now onto the second part of Schieffer’s diatribe. In his rant, he equates going up against the NRA with defeating the Nazis. Seems a bit extreme. Bob Schieffer is exaggerating to such an extent, that it goes beyond simple hyperbole; it moves toward irresponsibility.

So, when actually analyzed, the information in Schieffer’s quote is nothing more than simple lies through omission, and grotesque exaggerations. It is really disturbing to me that this man is regarded as a national treasure in the news industry. He distorts the truth, and propagates gross misrepresentations; which is the exact opposite of what a journalist should do.

I would admonish Schieffer; tell him that he’s better than this garbage; but I know he’s not. Schieffer is just one of a million “journalists” who are propping this President up. Don’t believe a word he says, because he is a snake.”

“Liberals like Schieffer cannot stop. Maybe they are pro-Adolf Hitler, given their insistence in injecting him into every conversation about conservative policies from tax cuts to gun control to foreign policy. Hitler, Brown-shirts, Nazis, Goose-Steppers, and similar analogies flow from their lips as casually as others say “nice day” and “lovely weather.”

This is deeply personal for me. My father is a Holocaust survivor. So were his parents. They lived in the woods, constantly on the run. Like animals, they survived through luck and instinct. My father was a baby, spending his first four years hunted like a dog. My grandmother would keep him under her shirt to muffle his cries. Christians (those people the left keeps demonizing) risked their own lives and smuggled my grandfather food and clothing. There was no shelter. After four years on the run, World War II ended. Four years after that, my father and his parents came to America. They were lucky. His grandparents, my great-grandparents were all murdered.”

RTNDA Convention October 15, 1958

“Believing that potentially the commercial system of broadcasting as practiced in this country is the best and freest yet devised, I have decided to express my concern about what I believe to be happening to radio and television. These instruments have been good to me beyond my due. There exists in mind no reasonable grounds for personal complaint. I have no feud, either with my employers, any sponsors, or with the professional critics of radio and television. But I am seized with an abiding fear regarding what these two instruments are doing to our society, our culture and our heritage.

Our history will be what we make it. And if there are any historians about fifty or a hundred years from now, and there should be preserved the kinescopes for one week of all three networks, they will there find recorded in black and white, or color, evidence of decadence, escapism and insulation from the realities of the world in which we live. I invite your attention to the television schedules of all networks between the hours of 8 and 11 p.m., Eastern Time. Here you will find only fleeting and spasmodic reference to the fact that this nation is in mortal danger. There are, it is true, occasional informative programs presented in that intellectual ghetto on Sunday afternoons. But during the daily peak viewing periods, television in the main insulates us from the realities of the world in which we live. If this state of affairs continues, we may alter an advertising slogan to read: LOOK NOW, PAY LATER.

For surely we shall pay for using this most powerful instrument of communication to insulate the citizenry from the hard and demanding realities which must be faced if we are to survive. I mean the word survive literally. If there were to be a competition in indifference, or perhaps in insulation from reality, then Nero and his fiddle, Chamberlain and his umbrella, could not find a place on an early afternoon sustaining show. If Hollywood were to run out of Indians, the program schedules would be mangled beyond all recognition. Then some courageous soul with a small budget might be able to do a documentary telling what, in fact, we have done–and are still doing–to the Indians in this country. But that would be unpleasant. And we must at all costs shield the sensitive citizens from anything that is unpleasant.”

“One of the basic troubles with radio and television news is that both instruments have grown up as an incompatible combination of show business, advertising and news. Each of the three is a rather bizarre and demanding profession. And when you get all three under one roof, the dust never settles. The top management of the networks with a few notable exceptions, has been trained in advertising, research, sales or show business. But by the nature of the coporate structure, they also make the final and crucial decisions having to do with news and public affairs. Frequently they have neither the time nor the competence to do this.”

“Sometimes there is a clash between the public interest and the corporate interest. A telephone call or a letter from the proper quarter in Washington is treated rather more seriously than a communication from an irate but not politically potent viewer. It is tempting enough to give away a little air time for frequently irresponsible and unwarranted utterances in an effort to temper the wind of criticism.”

And this brings us to the nub of the question. In one sense it rather revolves around the phrase heard frequently along Madison Avenue: The Corporate Image. I am not precisely sure what this phrase means, but I would imagine that it reflects a desire on the part of the corporations who pay the advertising bills to have the public image, or believe that they are not merely bodies with no souls, panting in pursuit of elusive dollars. They would like us to believe that they can distinguish between the public good and the private or corporate gain. So the question is this: Are the big corporations who pay the freight for radio and television programs wise to use that time exclusively for the sale of goods and services? Is it in their own interest and that of the stockholders so to do? The sponsor of an hour’s television program is not buying merely the six minutes devoted to commercial message. He is determining, within broad limits, the sum total of the impact of the entire hour. If he always, invariably, reaches for the largest possible audience, then this process of insulation, of escape from reality, will continue to be massively financed, and its apologist will continue to make winsome speeches about giving the public what it wants, or “letting the public decide.”

“I refuse to believe that the presidents and chairmen of the boards of these big corporations want their corporate image to consist exclusively of a solemn voice in an echo chamber, or a pretty girl opening the door of a refrigerator, or a horse that talks. They want something better, and on occasion some of them have demonstrated it. But most of the men whose legal and moral responsibility it is to spend the stockholders’ money for advertising are removed from the realities of the mass media by five, six, or a dozen contraceptive layers of vice-presidents, public relations counsel and advertising agencies. Their business is to sell goods, and the competition is pretty tough.

But this nation is now in competition with malignant forces of evil who are using every instrument at their command to empty the minds of their subjects and fill those minds with slogans, determination and faith in the future. If we go on as we are, we are protecting the mind of the American public from any real contact with the menacing world that squeezes in upon us. We are engaged in a great experiment to discover whether a free public opinion can devise and direct methods of managing the affairs of the nation. We may fail. But we are handicapping ourselves needlessly.”

“But unless we get up off our fat surpluses and recognize that television in the main is being used to distract, delude, amuse and insulate us, then television and those who finance it, those who look at it and those who work at it, may see a totally different picture too late.”

This instrument can teach, it can illuminate; yes, and it can even inspire. But it can do so only to the extent that humans are determined to use it to those ends. Otherwise it is merely wires and lights in a box. There is a great and perhaps decisive battle to be fought against ignorance, intolerance and indifference. This weapon of television could be useful.

Stonewall Jackson, who knew something about the use of weapons, is reported to have said, “When war comes, you must draw the sword and throw away the scabbard.” The trouble with television is that it is rusting in the scabbard during a battle for survival.”

“We must not confuse dissent with disloyalty. We must remember always that accusation is not proof and that conviction depends upon evidence and due process of law. We will not walk in fear, one of another. We will not be driven by fear into an age of unreason, if we dig deep in our history and our doctrine, and remember that we are not descended from fearful men – not from men who feared to write, to speak, to associate, and to defend causes that were, for the moment, unpopular”

  1. It would seem to me that Mr.Scheiffer did NOT attend the Nuernberg trials. If he would have had the chance to look at the expressionless faces of the Nazi SURPERMEN, as each was convicted of his part in supporting the Nazi regime, and his crimes against humanity. They all were awarded a 6′ drop ending in a sudden stop at which point the garrote snapped their cervical spine. The sound was “KA-PLUNK.” “YA VEE ISS DER SUPERMEN, and VEE ARE DER MASTER RACE.” ZIEG HEIL>>>>>ZIEG HEIL>>>>>>ZIEG HEIL. The Nazi Supermen turned out to be the COWARDLY MASS SURRENDERERS……….”KAMERAD,KAMERAD,KAMERAD” LOOK WHERE THEY ALL ARE NOW. Some accomplishment don’t you think Mr Scheiffer?

  2. It would seem that anybody reading the insane reasoning of Mr.Scheiffer would see that such a person would have to be either ONE OF THE ENEMY HIMSELF,or be a COMPLETE LUNATIC. His example of reasoning is exactly what is actually happening in America NOW. In reality he is as CW has described……….a SNAKE……..and a VENOMOUS ONE AS WELL.

  3. CW, thank you for posting the article by Eric Golub, but you should have quoted the end of the article.

“My father may or may not have much time left depending on what day it is. When asked what he wants out of life, he used to say “a new set of lungs” between coughs. While Schieffer moderates presidential debates, my father struggles to read about it online as his eyesight deteriorates. He used to target shoot every Tuesday. Now he sits in front of a television watching the world burn, saying “my race is run,” and “I’m ready to leave.” He still clings to his legally purchased guns. The government will have to pry them out of his cold dead hands. He wants to die before that day happens.

My father is not the gun lobby. He is a citizen in the final years of life seeing his last few freedoms taken away. His ultimate indignity is being compared to the evil genocidal criminals who murdered his grandparents 75 years ago.

Shame on you, Bob Schieffer. Shame on anyone who uses such rhetoric.

    Never again.”

  4. I can remember watching Edward R Murrow on CBS evening news which he anchored for quite some time. He had his own way of saying things, and he was always a to the point, and no nonsense news anchor. I can’t help wonder how people like Dan Rather managed to infiltrate CBS and subsequently poison the entire CBS NEWS organisation. Rather was a classic example of a CHAMPIONSHIP WORDSMITH,but Edward R,Murrow didn’t NEED to TWIST,or bend words…….he simply told it as it was.

  5. Part of turfmann’s comment at “American Thinker”:

“The battle lines are being drawn – if you know where to look for them.

If your eyes are upon Cryin’ John Boehner, John McCain, Lindsay Graham and a host of other flaccid Republicans in Washington and you are wishing that they will rise to the occasion and stop the usurpation of our Republic by the traitors that inhabit the Democrat Party, then you are looking to the wrong people and in the wrong place.

Republicans are far closer to the usurpers than either they or the Democrats would ever admit. They are the enablers that allow the alcoholic to keep drinking.”

Allied troops liberated prisoners of concentration camps. Although these soldiers had witnessed all the horrors of war, the condition of the prisoners in the camps was even more shocking. It was beyond any war scene the soldiers had experienced. There were rows upon rows of bodies stacked up like cordwood. Upon encountering the Ohrdruf concentration camp, General Dwight D. Eisenhower, then Supreme Commander of the Allied Forces in Europe, was overwhelmed with emotion. Liberators struggled to make sense of the scenes they witnessed.

“I saw Eisenhower go to the opposite end of the road and vomit. From a distance I saw Patton bend over, holding his head with one hand and his abdomen with the other. And I soon became ill. I suggested to General Eisenhower that cables be sent immediately to President Roosevelt, Churchill, DeGaulle, urging people to come and see for themselves. The general nodded.”

–Lewis H. Weinstein, Lieutenant Colonel and chief of the liaison section of General Eisenhower’s staff, April 1945

“I have never felt able to describe my emotional reaction when I first came face to face with indisputable evidence of Nazi brutality and ruthless disregard of every shred of decency…I visited every nook and cranny of the camp because I felt it my duty to be in a position from then on to testify at first hand about these things in case there ever grew up at home the belief or assumption that the stories of Nazi brutality were just propaganda.”

–General Dwight D. Eisenhower, Supreme Commander, Allied Forces, Europe, Letter to Chief of Staff George Marshall, April 12, 1945

The Nazis were defeated by citizens who believed in the Second Amendment. These are true patriots who believed in honor, courage, and freedom. Scheiffer comparing the NRA to Nazis is like comparing Obama and his cronies to our Founding Fathers. There’s no comparison here.

  7. ……..however……..I was a life member of NRA,but I no longer look upon the organisation as being what it was in it’s earlier existence. It has been infiltrated,by people whose primary interests now lie in a monetary requium. it is also probable that the NRA is now deservant of the mounting criticism that it recieves daily.
I have disposed of my entire collection of The American Rifleman,as well. I still had every issue of the magazine from the time I paid my fee to become a life member. I am no longer a member of NRA. They have been informed that they NO LONGER represent the same beliefs that I do, and they were directed to remove my name from their list of members.

  8. Thornton Parsons…………
In addition to feeling the horror of what he had looked upon Eisenhower became so highly incensed by it that he ordered that ALL of the civilian residents of the nearby village be brought in, and made to look upon what their FUERHER had actually been up to. They were also ordered to begin burying the piles of rotting corpses that their FUERHER had created. These people ALL said that they had NO IDEA that this was GOING ON………YEAH SURE! “YA VEE ISS DER SUPERMEN”

    Condoleezza Rice joins Bob Schieffer

  10. Anybody possessing even one grain of common sense can look around him today and see an exact carbon copy of Nazi Germany in the 1930s. It is not difficult to see what could easily lie ahead of us, but if the NOSE PICKING, DRUG HEADS,and the ILLITERATE MORONS in our society do not soon change their ways, they too will be among those bodies piled high, and rotting…….in the name of PROGRESSIVISM.

  11. Thanks for the informed comments.
    You all are great.

  12. Nazis were a far left organization….

  13. I find it extremely difficult to believe that Condoleeza Rice would be a person who would sanction the mass murder of millions of people, yet everyday we are seeing evidence of new atrocities being perpetrated by our enemies, and enemies who live among us, and have infiltrated literally every thread of the fabric of our society. This is even being SUPPORTED by our FEDERAL GOVERNMENT,and SLIME politicians who try to make the people of America think UP IS DOWN. There are millions of us who know better, and if the TYRANNY continues it is probable that the PERPETRATORS will get a REAL TASTE of AMERICAN ANGER, which is increasing at a very high rate. People like MMSSSSSSSS.Pelosi,(DICKEY BIRD) DURBIN, BARRY SOETORO, (TOILET PLUNGER) SCHUMMER, (HIT CONTRACTOR) HILLARY,and all the rest of the original gang of 14 who hijacked the democratic party, could all end up feeling the BIGHT OF THE GARROTE. But I would entertain the French guillotine as an acceptable alternate. We could all spend a Sunday watching the heads of the slimey perpetrators roll into baskets.

  14. After reading all of the posts on this thread today, I am again reminded of my own reflections of the Holocaust as it was occurring in the early 1940’s.
At that time the only pictorial news we got was in the movie theaters – in the form of newsreels at the end of a picture. There were definitely rumors sneaking out re. Nazi atrocities, such as the one where the Nazis were making lampshades out of the skins of victims. This was totally surreal to the mind of an eight-year old. (and still is, BTW, over seven decades later.)

At the end of the war we finally heard the real truth as spoken by those who went through it and/or later observers of what remained of the death camps.

How can anyone now – and there are a number of them – deny that it ever happened? What self-deceived fools that walk among us!!!

  17. According to Wikipedia

Democide is the murder of any person or people by a government, including genocide, politicide and mass murder. Democide is not necessarily the elimination of entire cultural groups but rather groups within the country that the government feels need to be eradicated for political reasons and due to claimed future threats.

As everyday passes we are treated to another insane rant of some HALFWIT who pretends to know all about the Nazi occupation of Europe. Yet NOT ONE OF THEM ARE OLD ENOUGH to have even yet been on earth let alone having been in Europe during WW2. These are SICK,and otherwise disturbed people whose IQ would probably not even be at 10. Most have only two word vocabularies. Sadly it is these MORONS that seem to be BELIEVED all across our country, instead of the survivors of the Nazi concentration camps. The overeducated SNOTNOSED WORDSMITHS would have everybody believe that WW2 didn’t even happen. They are absolute morons. They are the supporters of Soetoro………………
BTW when was the swear in and when did it occur. I didn’t see anything about it on TV. Was it done in private with no photographic record? We all know why, yet nobody does anything except talk about it. So I guess we are getting what we asked for.

  19. Sorry about that last comment…I accidently hit the comment button early.
But…the Nazis were socialists. In their formative years, they did control the media and propaganda as did the communists.
Scheiffer sees himself as merely utilizing Alinsky tactics to unfluence public opinion. Radicals such as Scheiffer see no harm in using whatever tactics are necessary to further the cause. This train of thought, I believe, is what makes these people so dangerous. Even more than a train of thought, it has become a belief system…

Old Sailor, I understand that Eisenhower, too, had everyone available with a camera to take pictures of the atrocities because he said that probably fifty years from that time, there would be people who would say that these atrocities never happened. (Reuters) – President Barack Obama offered on Saturday to provide any assistance the Algerian government needs after a deadly hostage siege at a desert gas plant and said the United States was seeking a “fuller understanding” from Algerian authorities of what took place there. I wonder if the Algerian hostages received the same kind of assistance from the White House that the Benghazi victims did. And, what “fuller understanding” does the United States need from the Algerian authorities of what took place there? Were they not on top of this? Probably watched it in real time, too.

  26. With his knee-jerk type of politics becoming perfected to a high degree, Obama is beginning to appear clown-like as he stumbles and stomps about smashing nearly all the Bill of Rights, one upon the other, trying to accomplish by smashing one, the nullification of another. In fact, one could say that Obama’s approach to the Bill of Rights, could best be described as the “whack-a-mole” approach.
He just does not see that with their overlapping protections, they (the BIll of Rights)were designed for just such an administration as his. At the very least, it will call particular attention to the best efforts of an inept tyrant. I repeat…he is not one of us! He never was, and never will be. Because of this, he will have a difficult time feeling and/or identifying with the nationalistic pride and courage it took to pen the Bill in the first place.
Anyone can have nationalism. Perhaps his has more to do with Muslim/Arab culture.

  27. “UN Agenda 21, ICLEI, International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives”

“The revolutionary and Luciferian (he dedicated his book “Rules for Radicals” to Lucifer…aka Satan) Saul Alinsky said ““True revolutionaries do not flaunt their radicalism, Alinsky taught. They cut their hair, put on suits and infiltrate the system from within.”

Alinsky also taught that community organizing (aka ‘teaching radicalism and Satanic concepts’) must begin at the local level and in a forceful manner. Karl Marx, his partner Frederich Engels and Vladimir Lenin wrote and believed the same.

Adolph Hitler, along with Marx and the rest, also believed that environmental elements and ‘saving the planet’ were excellent ploys to be brought into every speech and were needed in order to shame and bully a population into submission. It worked—and still works—remarkably well.

Today, in the USA and the rest of the world, we now have the UN Agenda 21—which, in New Rochelle, NY (as well as other towns and cities throughout the nation), is attempting implementation via ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives).

===> At one fell swoop, a city becomes part of the “international community” and is no longer accountable to its State or nation.

===> And without the population realizing it, the city becomes part of the international order and one-world government commences with its attendant end to freedom, self-determination and the right to make any life decisions on one’s own. Thus, the end of liberty—and life as we know it—begins.

So it is in New Rochelle, New York.”

Your comment reminds me of my reflections upon our country’s millions who don’t even seem a bit curious or concerned about just what goes on inside of those “clinics” that kill today within their own neighborhoods. Has there ever been any “in depth” undercover investigation by, say, “60 minutes”, that would go inside and photograph the machines, the mess of the deplorable conditions, the emphasis on the filthy lucre demanded up front, or record just how death of the innocent at whatever stage of development is rationalized by the human instruments of death to the mothers who, for whatever reason, have decided to end that real human life? We won’t ever see any documentary discussing how this human flesh, bones, limbs, delicate vascular systems and developing organs, is burned, poisoned, ripped apart now will we? We won’t see the images of those babies fully formed and even able to live outside the womb that have been found during some criminal clinic investigation (that’s the only way anything has even come out). In all these kinds of holocausts human life is treated as garbage. Why then is human life itself, at whatever age of those allowed to live, so cheapened in its behavior toward one another and even itself today? Think it has anything to do with this kind of treatment of itself, now over 55,000,000 in numbers, by the agreement of knowing citizens who appear to have okayed that “choice”?? No wonder evil wants to get rid of any group that mirrors God’s natural law morality to the dead consciences. And this regime is working hard to do just that.

The head of a Utah forensics company says it’s only fair that two liberal employees were let go because liberal policies are costing his business.

A Utah business owner says he fired two employees in large part because they supported President Barack Obama.

“They were Obama supporters. We just knew they were,” Terry Lee, owner of Terry Lee Forensics, a Cedar City, Utah, digital forensics company, told The Salt Lake Tribune on Thursday.

Lee first mentioned the firings in the comments section of another story in the Tribune about a Vernal, Utah, smoothie shop owner charging “liberals” a higher price than “conservatives” for drinks. That shop owner said “liberal programs” are costing his business more, so it’s only fair that left-leaning customers should pay more.

According to the Tribune, Lee showed his support for the tactic by writing:

“Love it. We had to let two employees go to cover new Obongocare [sic] costs and increased taxes. Found two Obongo supporters and gave them the news yesterday. They wanted the idiot in the Whitehouse [sic], they reap the benefits.”

If he isn’t a legal president, then does breaking an oath really mean anything? After all, the oath states that he is defending us from himself…how convoluted is that anyway? Biden’s oath states that he is going to help the usurper do it…so what does that mean?

  37. Gun Violence is Not a Republican Problem, It’s a Democratic Problem

……67% of firearm murders took place in the country’s 50 largest metro areas. The 62 cities in those metro areas have a firearm murder rate of 9.7, more than twice the national average. Among teenagers the firearm murder rate is 14.6 or almost three times the national average.

Those are the crowded cities of Obamerica. Those are the places with the most restrictive gun control laws and the highest crime rates. And many of them have been run by Democrats and their political machines for almost as long as they have been broken.

Obama won every major city in the election, except for Jacksonville
and Salt Lake City. And the higher the death rate, the bigger his victory.

Mayors of Obamerican cities blame guns because it’s easier than blaming people and now the President of Obamerica has turned to the same shameless tactic. The NRA counters that people kill people, but that’s exactly why Obamerican leaders would rather talk about the guns.

Chicago, the capital of Obamerica, is a city run by gangs and politicians. It has 68,000 gang members, four times the number of police officers. Chicago politicians solicit the support of gang members in their campaigns, accepting laundered contributions from them, hiring their members and tipping them off about upcoming police raids. And their biggest favor to the gang bosses is doing nothing about the epidemic of gang violence.

Well Bob, I don’t believe that an oath would mean any more than anything else to these people. Whatever it takes to take power. If I have to take an oath, then so be it….
If he isn’t a legal president, then does breaking an oath really mean anything? After all, the oath states that he is defending us from himself…how convoluted is that anyway? Biden’s oath states that he is going to help the usurper do it…so what does that mean?
This whole thing is getting very sick…and still nothing from the other side.
Agreed, the government is polluted with unethical “klingons”, most of whom don’t even know the Constitution, and don’t care.

  39. Obama’s SSN Belongs to Harry Bounel, a Russian!

Age 50 – Born in 1890 – Immigrated from Russian

Additionally, when Al was searching Harrison J. Bounel, the man kept showing up as living with the Obama’s and using the same Social Security number as Barack Obama. He also showed up as a relative of Michelle Obama. Michelle Obama was in another database as being married to Bounel in 2011.

Obama wants background checks on you

This guy has control of the biggest weapons and permits no background check on himself, but for thee it’s another story.

………Why then is human life itself, at whatever age of those allowed to live, so cheapened in its behavior toward one another and even itself today? Think it has anything to do with this kind of treatment of itself, now over 55,000,000 in numbers, by the agreement of knowing citizens who appear to have okayed that “choice”?? No wonder evil wants to get rid of any group that mirrors God’s natural law morality to the dead consciences. And this regime is working hard to do just that.
Yes, YES, YES !! A thousand times so. You well remember, I would suppose, the valiant efforts of some in the pro-life movement years ago to have images of aborted babies printed or aired on TV. None of the usual media would touch the truth with a ten-foot pole. It was too gory, they said, and thusly the truth has been hidden, except those who seek out videos like, “The Silent Scream” by Dr. Nathanson, who had previously been an abortionist but realized that he was killing human beings and later became a voice for pro-life.

There is no question in my mind that the “choice” doctrine has and is demoralizing the conscience of our country. How do we assume that Almighty God, the Creator and Giver of life, is going to forever hold His patience? How do we assume that our country will not be held responsible for allowing this national holocaust to continue? Unless there is national repentance, judgment is coming. We can count on it. God will not be mocked.

I’m not a Catholic but cannot understand why blatant pro-abortionists like Gov. Cuomo are not censored or ex-communicated. However, I suppose there is a departure from the fundamentals of the faith just as in many protestant organizations.

  42. Today I got a little curious about Hitler’ early life, which is reported at Wikipedia. It was very troubled as one might expect. There is nothing worthy of posting here, except the following which somewhat mirrors someone else we know (unfortunately):

Hitler’s vitriolic beer hall speeches began attracting regular audiences. He became adept at using populist themes targeted at his audience, including the use of scapegoats who could be blamed for the economic hardships of his listeners.Historians have noted the hypnotic effect of his rhetoric on large audiences, and of his eyes in small groups.

Kessel writes, “Overwhelmingly … Germans speak with mystification of Hitler’s ‘hypnotic’ appeal. The word shows up again and again; Hitler is said to have mesmerized the nation, captured them in a trance from which they could not break loose.” Historian Hugh Trevor-Roper described “the fascination of those eyes, which had bewitched so many seemingly sober men.” He used his personal magnetism and an understanding of crowd psychology to his advantage while engaged in public speaking.

Alfons Heck, a former member of the Hitler Youth, describes the reaction to a speech by Hitler: “We erupted into a frenzy of nationalistic pride that bordered on hysteria. For minutes on end, we shouted at the top of our lungs, with tears streaming down our faces: Sieg Heil, Sieg Heil, Sieg Heil! From that moment on, I belonged to Adolf Hitler body and soul”

Although his oratory skills and personal traits were generally received well by large crowds and at official events, some who had met Hitler privately noted that his appearance and demeanour failed to make a lasting impression.

  43. Would we really be surprised?

Communist nation could control American land as ‘development zones’

Could real estate on American soil owned by China be set up as “development zones” in which the communist nation could establish Chinese-owned businesses and bring in its citizens to the U.S. to work?

That’s part of an evolving proposal Beijing has been developing quietly since 2009 to convert more than $1 trillion of U.S debt it owns into equity.
Under the plan, China would own U.S. businesses, U.S. infrastructure and U.S. high-value land, all with a U.S. government guarantee against loss.

All of the photographs of Adolf Hitler that I have seen throughout my life have all reflected the fact there is absolutely NO MANIFESTATION of CHARACTER,or personality being shown upon his face. With most normal people there is a definite, and readable character in their facial expressions. There is absolutely NO CHARACTER,or personality reflected in Soetoro’s facial expressions.
