Off topic, but this shooting in Connecticut is playing right into the hands of the Obama regime, which has the potential to set him up as a dictator. More people are saying now, and actually meaning it, that the government needs to go into people’s homes and forcibly take their guns away from them if they are not willing to give them up voluntarily. I tell you, this is scary stuff, this mindless sentiment. Do they realize that if the government did this, all hell would break loose, and the results would be far more catastrophic than any of the mass shootings we have been witness to over the last several decades?
Let’s just hope that this senseless tragedy does not lead to even more tragedy, pushed along by the possibly growing sentiment that Obama and his minions now have the authority to confiscate everyone’s guns. It’s sort of what Belafonte was talking about the other day about Obama needing to be a dictator.

As far as “all hell breaking loose” if an attempt is made to confiscate firearms, no doubt it would; but wouldn’t that fit right into his plan to institute martial law?
He has to preside over fomented chaos in order to take over.

Many pundits today may be wondering what it is about Barack Obama that is causing all of these mass shootings.
That’s a topic for another day.
What is clear, is that decades of failed liberal policy have made it difficult to force people with severe mental diseases to be treated or institutionalized. And, then we are all shocked when these same dysfunctional individuals go on a shooting rampage like we witnessed today in Newtown.
For Your Country posted this back after schizophrenic Jared Loughner went on his shooting rampage in Arizona that left several people dead and US Rep. Gabby Giffords seriously wounded.
It is just as true today.
It actually very hard to force people with severe mental diseases to be treated because of a range of reforms pushed by progressives starting in the 60′s:
Ronald David Laing, a Scottish Psychiatrist, In the 60′s put forth the foundation of the Anti-Psychiatry movement. He maintained that schizophrenia was “a theory not a fact”. The popularity of Laing’s theories is blamed for decline in students entering the psychology profession.
President John F. Kennedy’s 1963 Community Mental Health Centers Act accelerated the trend toward deinstitutionalizationwith the establishment of a network of community mental health centers and changes in laws regarding commitment.
Kenneth Kesey, wrote “One Flew over the Cukoo’s Nest”based in part on Laing’s thinking (and his own intensive use of drugs). “Kesey did not believe that these patients were insane, rather that society had pushed them out because they did not fit the conventional ideas of how people were supposed to act and behave.” The Book,play, and later the movie, portrayed a anti-psychiatry philosophy leading to a public displeasure with residential mental facilities resulting in further deinstitutionalization policies.
Deinstitutioanlization led to many legal and structural changes. American public mental hospital patients declined from more than 550,000 in 1955 to fewer than 40,000 at present. The displaced patients now represent 30-50% of the homeless populations.
As a result of Laing, Kennedy, Kesey and public efforts to transform the mental health care system to be more humane, to characterize mentally ill people as “Just thinking differently”, and characterizing mental health care as some form of evil, we now have a system that makes it virtually impossible to get folks like Loughner the care they need.
Deinstitutionalization policies driven by “do good” liberals and the federal government put focus on limited bad acts. Kesey wrote a story based on his LSD induced observations in one VA mental hospital. Once his story was put into film, his small example falsely characterized the bulk of mental health care as dehumanizing and made it impossible to force the Laughners of the world to get treatment.
Critics will focus on gun control after today’s school massacre.
The focus should be on failed liberal policies that excuse rather than assist extremely dysfunctional individuals.

I am an 80 year old veteran who has seen,and done a lot. I am normally about as RUDE,and as CRUDE as they come,but today I found myself in tears after learning late this morning about the tragedy at Sandy Hook. When an IMBECILE attacks tiny kindergartners, it says the worst about the perpetrator. To use such tiny children as a whipping post to vent his frustrations,is much more than I can handle. Had I actually been there, and had the person not taken his own life, I would probably have made every effort myself to extinguish this inferno. I personally believe that a punk who wakes up in the morning and gets so POd at his own mother as to shoot her in the face,and kill her, definitely has a problem, then to compound the insult uses his own mother’s car to drive to the school, to further vent his RAGE upon tiny innocent children. It is probably a good thing that he did end his own life, because I would think that one of the parents whose child he murdered might well have picked up a weapon and finished off the little punk. I think that he was a walking time bomb. The level of ANGER,and HATE that was pent up inside of him was almost unbelieveable. He was like a spoiled child having a huge temper tantrum. I doubt that anybody would have been able to verbally reason with him. He had gone beyond the point of NO RETURN………and he KNEW IT!.

Heard an interesting theory last night on Coasttocoastam radio. A caller said that the killer might not have shot the mother but actually found her dead from a self inflicted wound because she might have been laid off from the school. She was having financial problems also. Anyway we should learn the results today.

I got nauseous hearing Fox News referring to how O got “all choked up”.
As far as the shooter goes, it would be interesting to know whether he had been prescribed some psychotropic drugs that many have been given who have mental issues. That seems to be a common thread among mass killers who then commit suicide. It was the case at Columbine and several others.

Yet defendant Obama has never established his eligibility for the presidency of the United States,” says a filing today from attorney Larry Klayman.
“Indeed, neither defendant Obama, nor the Democratic Party of Florida, has even stated that defendant Obama is a ‘natural born citizen,’” the filing said. “The only evidence of defendant Obama’s alleged birth within the United States has come in the form of an electronic version posted on the Internet. The filing was a response to state officials’ motion to dismiss the case brought on behalf of Michael C. Voeltz. Yes; the Pneumonia vaccine is tried and true, and has been around for a long time. My Pulmonologist insists that I have it (lung disease) and is very aware of the ‘new’ vaccines and how they are not properly tested.
I trust the older vaccines; the newer ones don’t go through the proper clinical trials and without that, we don’t know the potential side effects, or what will happen to the patient in 20 years, or so. You will recall that the H1N1 (‘Swine flu’) was rushed to market in anticipation of a pandemic that never happened; you can’t test and certify a vaccine in 3 months; it takes years!
So, I’ve gone ahead with the Pneumonia vaccine and get a booster every 5 years. Even if your lungs are not compromised, Pneumonia will kill you; there’s enough out there to kill you without throwing Pneumonia into the mix!
BTW, just to reiterate, the H1N1 vaccine is *again* in this year’s seasonal flu shot. Please make an informed decision as to whether or not you want to get it; I’m passing….

Just now I heard a spokesman for the state police warn anyone who tries via social media, like Facebook, even telephone, to interfere with this investigation will be fully investigated. I would like to think of that statement in the best light, but somehow in today’s environment and what we have witnessed at Aurora, CO, it seems a bit ominous. What is their definition of “interfere”, or a similar word? His warning sounded quite threatening and far-reaching.
Also there were so many questions asked of him that he implied the answers had been determined, but he didn’t have the information personally. Is this foot-dragging? You’re welcome, Ginger. If your lungs are compromised, then the shot is *mandatory!* One bout of Pneumonia and we don’t want to be saying ‘Geeze, we miss Ginger!*
You may experience soreness at the site of the injection and if you do, just put ice or an ice pack (with a washcloth between your skin and the ice to avoid frostbite!) on your arm every few hours for 20 minutes at a time, and that should take care of it. I never had a problem.

The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.
The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army. The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.
The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The President of the United States has zero authority without violating the Constitution to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders.

These are the only purposes for which the General Government can call upon the National Guard.

With over 300 Million guns in the United States, the federal CORPORATE government (federal gov’t defined as corporation under 28 U.S.C. Amazingly, even if the US tries to ban all arms through backdoor measures like domestic violence laws (Violence Against Women Act, 18 U.S.C. Section 922 (g)) or through an unconstitutional U.N. declaration adopted by our current Marxist unconstitutional Congress, no treaty can supercede the Constitution:
“This [Supreme] Court has regularly and uniformly recognized the supremacy of the Constitution over a treaty.” – Reid v. Covert, October 1956, 354 U.S. 1, at pg 17. This case involved the question: Does the NATO Status of Forces Agreement (treaty) supersede the U.S. Constitution? Keep reading. The Reid Court (U.S. Supreme Court) held in their Opinion that,
“… No agreement with a foreign nation can confer power on the Congress, or any other branch of government, which is free from the restraints of the Constitution. Did you understand what the Supreme Court said here? No Executive Order, Presidential Directive, Executive Agreement, no NAFTA, GATT/WTO agreement/treaty, passed by ANYONE, can supersede the Constitution. FACT. No question!
At this point the Court paused to quote from another of their Opinions; Geofroy v. Riggs, 133 U.S. 258 at pg. 267 where the Court held at that time that,
“The treaty power as expressed in the Constitution, is in terms unlimited except by those restraints which are found in that instrument against the action of the government or of its departments and those arising from the nature of the government itself and of that of the States. It would not be contended that it extends so far as to authorize what the Constitution forbids, or a change in the character of the government, or a change in the character of the States, or a cession of any portion of the territory of the latter without its consent.”
Assessing the GATT/WTO parasitic organism in light of this part of the Opinion, we see that it cannot attach itself to its host (our Republic or States) in the fashion the traitors in our government wish, without our acquiescing to it.
The Reid Court continues with its Opinion:
“This Court has also repeatedly taken the position that an Act of Congress, which MUST comply with the Constitution, is on full parity with a treaty, the statute to the extent of conflict, renders the treaty null. It would be completely anomalous to say that a treaty need not comply with the Constitution when such an agreement can be overridden by a statute that must conform to that instrument.”
The U.S. Supreme court could not have made it more clear : TREATIES DO NOT OVERRIDE THE CONSTITUTION, AND CANNOT, IN ANY FASHION, AMEND IT !!! CASE CLOSED.

For those who didn’t watch the Prayer Vigil……with regard to what Soetoro had to say you didn’t miss anything important. I personally think that the Kouran should not have been included in this vigil. It was fine up to that point. It was clear that the Kouran crap was said only because Soetoro was present,not because there was Islamic sympathy for the dead. There was also references to Muslim prayer. I am not sure, but I don’t remember seeing any MUSLIM names on the list of the dead. His comments were first of all in a COMPLETELY WRONG TONE OF VOICE, and towards the end of his idiotic speech he made references to stuff that was NOT EVEN RELATIVE to a PRAYER VIGIL. Those of us who have sufferred a concussion in our lifetime (which includes myself) KNOW that the KNOT ON OUR HEAD DOESN’T stay there forever. It goes away fairly quickly. But yes a concussion can be debilitating, for a few days. Of course the need for her testimony will remain around long after the CONCUSSION has subsided. So I would have to say that if the alleged fall was in part designed to DISTRACT the public from the voter fraud, it might work for a few days but none of the voter fraud or the ineligibility stuff is going to ever go away. It is only going to get nastier,and nastier, until he either resigns,or is IMPEACHED.

Trade unions think that they have won when the company accepts and agrees to their demands. Well that is really about as far as you can get from the truth. Companies agree to labor contracts,because it is simply an EXPEDIENT, in getting production back. Then the company simply passes the increased labor cost right back to the consumers. Whenever an employee buys one of the products which their employer builds he gets to pay for his/her earlier demands for MORE. Or whenever there is an increase in Healthcare coverage at the same company that cost also gets passed along to him/her as well. So in actuality you are basically shoveling manure against the tide when you keep demanding more and more.. When you buy a NEW vehicle you are also buying about $2000.00 dollars worth of the company’s retired workers healthcare costs, and premiums. That is in part why I do NOT buy new vehicles anymore. I buy those that are coming off of lease programs. You avoid the $2000.00 add on. But you must still be very cautious in buying a vehicle………particularly new models.
