“October 7, 2012. Vicksburg. Thefederal government calls them FEMA Corps. But they conjure up memories of the Hitler Youth of 1930’s Germany. Regardless of their name, the Dept of Homeland Security has just graduated its first class of 231 Homeland Youth. Kids, aged 18-24 and recruited from the President’s AmeriCorp volunteers, they represent the first wave of DHS’s youth corps, designed specifically to create a full time, paid, standing army of FEMA Youth across the country.

On September 13, 2012, the Department of Homeland Security graduated its first class of FEMA Corps first-responders. While the idea of having a volunteer force of tens of thousands of volunteers scattered across the country to aid in times of natural disasters sounds great, the details and timing of this new government army is somewhat curious, if not disturbing.
DHS raising an armed army
The first problem one finds with this ‘new army’ is the fact that they are mere children. Yes, 18 is generally the legal age a person can sign a contract, join the military or be tried as an adult. But ask any parent – an 18, 20 or even a 24 year-old is still a naïve, readily-influenced kid.
The second problem with this announcement and program is its timing. Over the past two years, President Obama has signed a number of Executive Orders suspending all civil and Constitutional rights and turning over management of an America under Martial Law to FEMA. Also in that time, domestic federal agencies under DHS, including FEMA, have ordered billions of rounds of ammunition as well as the corresponding firearms. Admittedly, these new weapons and ammunition aren’t to be used in some far-off war or to fight forest fires in California, but right here on the streets of America.
Strange Armored Fighting Vehicles
Individuals around the US have begun reporting the site of strange, new, heavily-armed FEMA fightingvehicles. What would a disaster relief agency like FEMA need with 2,500 brand new GLS armored fightingvehicles? According to the agency’s own mandate, as well as President Obama’s recent Executive Order, the answer is ‘population control’ during a time of Martial Law.
One set of images made available by Rense.com shows trailer after trailer carrying these new DHS and FEMA armored fighting vehicles, complete with machine gun slots. They’re labeled with the usual backward American flag and the title, ‘Homeland Security’. Below that and the DHS logo, it also reads, ‘Immigration & Customs Enforcement’. Joining those markings, the black vehicles with white lettering also display ‘POLICE/RESCUE’ on one side and ‘Special Response Team’ on the other.

FEMA Corps
FEMA Deputy Administrator Rich Serino gave the keynote address at the ‘Induction Ceremony’ for the inaugural class of FEMA Corps members. According to the DHS website, ‘Corps members assist withdisaster preparedness, response, and recovery activities, providing support in areas ranging from working directly with disaster survivors to supporting disaster recovering centers to sharing valuable disaster preparedness and mitigation information with the public.’
Serino describes what the first FEMA Corps class has accomplished so far, as well as where they’ll be going next:
‘Yesterday, we welcomed 231 energetic members into the first ever FEMA Corps class. The members just finished off their first month of training with our partners at the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) and are one step closer to working in the field on disaster response and recovery. They will now head to FEMA’s Center for Domestic Preparedness to spend the next two weeks training in their FEMA position-specific roles. Once they complete both the CNCS and FEMA training, these 231 dedicated FEMA Corps members will be qualified to work in one of a variety of disaster related roles, ranging from Community Relations to Disaster Recovery Center support.’
A standing army
Unlike most local disaster response teams who are volunteers, training periodically and only showing up when there’s a disaster, the FEMA Corps will be a paid, full time, standing army of government youth. FEMA Deputy Administrator Sarino goes on to explain, ‘The new members, who range in age from 18-24 years old, will contribute to a dedicated, trained, and reliable disaster workforce by working full-time for ten months on federal disaster response and recovery efforts.’
In closing his announcement of the first graduating class of FEMA Corps Youth, Sarino describes his and the agency’s vision of the future, one where ‘FEMA Corps sets the foundation for a new generation of emergency managers’.
DHS arms itself
As we detailed in the August 28 Whiteout Press article ‘History of DHS Ammunition Purchases’, federal emergency management agencies are looking more and more like a military army every day.
The federal government’s procurement website actually lists DHS’ requests for bids to supply it with ammunition and military weaponry. All of the orders listed in the above article, including the orders for hundreds of millions of rounds of ammunition, are publicly available at http://www.fbo.gov.
One look at a chart of DHS ammunition purchases over the past decade reveals a drastic spike in orders of bullets recently, totaling in the billions of rounds. Other charts available online show a similar drastic spike in the purchases of accompanying weaponry by the Department of Homeland Security.
What is the US federal government preparing for? And why does it feel it needs an army of brainwashed youth, millions of guns, thousands of armored fighting vehicles and literally billions of rounds of ammunition, just to provide relief to the American people during a natural disaster? Any historian will tell you it sounds more like the arming of the Hitler Youth than an army of first responders fighting forest fires and hurricanes.

As I was reading CW’s opener and piecing it in with the info that is out there re. this “first graduating class” of FEMA youth, one of my first thoughts was, “who is Rich Serino?” Then here you came along with your link. He sounds like a very decent, well-respected man. What do you make of it?
Is he caught up in something that even he doesn’t realize? Or, is there another unknown side to him? It wouldn’t be the first time for either one of those possibilities.
As far as FEMA is concerned there have been multiple reports in the media by folks devastated by Sandy, and FEMA has done an overall lousy job. Perhaps the reason is that it is concentrating more on population control and the likes than on natural disasters. This direction needs to be watched. As we know, ObamaCare calls for some sort of home military, too.

A man — seemingly by himself — had stood up at a town hall meeting in that country and denounced the installation of two Islamists who had just won positions in a municipal election. The man was right, of course, but no one rose to his defense. When he left, the formal installation of the Islamists was completed as if nothing happened.

When you look at the faces of the others in the room visible on the video, you don’t exactly see “profiles in courage.” I would wager, however, that if you asked each of them individually whether they favored equal rights for women and homosexuals, as well as separation of church and state and liberal democracy and Enlightenment principles in general (all anathema to Shariah), they would uniformly say yes. Further I would imagine they would all be appalled at the idea of a global caliphate under Islam, and therefore the end of Belgium as a sovereign nation, the very intention of Shariah.
Still, political correctness — leavened, to be sure, with a modicum of cowardice — overwhelmed their good sense and allowed the decent and courageous man to leave by himself.

The move is pending in an eligibility challenge brought by Hugh McInnish and others against the Alabama Secretary of State Beth Chapman.
The case most recently was turned down by a state district judge, Eugene Reese, who got his opinion into the mix by determining that the case was “ordered, adjudged and decreed” to be dismissed. […]
This one, should it appear before the state Supreme Court as Klayman plans, would be before a panel where one judge at an earlier step in the case already has raised doubts about Obama’s authenticity.

The mainstream media is heralding the decline of the official unemployment rate to 7.7 percent as evidence that the U.S. economy is improving. But it is a giant lie. The truth is that unemployment in America is not actually going down. The percentage of working age Americans with a job actually dropped slightly in November. During the last recession, the percentage of working age Americans with a job fell from about 63 percent to under 59 percent and it has stayed there for 39 months in a row. In September 2009, during the depths of the last economic crisis, 58.7 percent of all working age Americans were employed. In November 2012, 58.7 percent of all working age Americans were employed. It is more then 3 years later, and we are in the exact same place! So how in the world are they able to pretend that the “unemployment rate” is going down steadily? Well, they get there by pretending that hundreds of thousands of unemployed workers “leave the labor force” each month. According to the government, another 350,000 Americans left the labor force during November, and when you keep pretending that huge chunks of workers “disappear” each month it is easy to get the “unemployment rate” to go down. But any idiot can see that there is something really funny about these numbers. Barack Obama has been president for less than four years, and during that time the number of Americans “not in the labor force” has increased by nearly 8.5 million. Something seems really “off” about that number, because during the entire decade of the 1980s the number of Americans “not in the labor force” only rose by about 2.5 million. At this point the official unemployment rate is so manipulated that it is of very little value at all.

We are divided. Sadly, one of my children voted for Obama (1 out of 4), and one niece bragged on facebook how she voted for The One.
A cousin of mine and I got together recently, and she said that she was sick and tired of people complaining of how Obama would rob our children of their future when HER OWN CHILDREN VOTED FOR THIS CRAP! In other words, they deserved what is coming.
I was taken aback to say the least! Yes, her children and one of mine were deceived and voted for this chameleon but their vote will affect generations yet to be born. Where is THEIR representation? What exactly causes you to think that any war (civil)or otherwise is going to ever be fought under governing laws? When or if a civil war once again erupts upon America, the very last thing that will EVER happen, is that it will be fought by certain rules. IN WAR THERE ARE NO RULES,and this will apply to any future war that might be fought on American soil. Further there will be NO RULES OF ENGAGEMENT other than “KILL OR BE KILLED” Youngsters might think all of this as a formality. But on the battlefield formalities DO NOT EXIST. If you believe that then you also think UP IS DOWN,and on the battlefield YOU WILL DIE as a result. This was told to me by a WW2 dogface who walked most of the way from Normandy to the Rhine, via Bastogne, Belgium. He lived to tell those of us who were weekend warriors what the truth is on the balttlefield. He must have done something right………he made it through the war in Europe.
NDAA is just that. When push comes to shove,and reality faces everyone NDAA will simply evaporate.

That is one of the problems in our current wars overseas is the “rules of engagement” that they have to live under. In any civil war that takes place here, there will be no such thing as rule of engagement or a fair fight. The only way I know to fight is “to win”.

The California Supreme Court last week refused to hear the case brought before it concerning the repeated accusation that Mr. Barry Soetoro (aka BHO) was not a U.S. Citizen. The lawsuit that was filed by Attorney Orly Taitz accused Mr. Soetoro of failing to provide documentation that he was born in the United States. Instead, in the past, Mr. Soetoro has provided bogus and forged birth certificates and placed those felonious frauds on the White House website. Since Mr. Soetoro has failed to provide valid citizenship documents, he is to be considered an illegal alien and not a valid U.S. Citizen.
The next step will be to appeal to the U.S. Supreme-Court-Cesspool. Our case will be submitted to pro-Sodomite Anthony Kennedy. The ungodly Justice Kennedy sided with the court’s liberal wing on the two major sodomite-rights cases to date, Lawrence v. Texas and Romer v. Evans.
It is totally insane to believe that there can be any righteous and fair hearing to be received under the guardianship of the brain-dead sinner that Kennedy has proved himself to be. […]

You are of course free to think as you wish, but I am fully convinced that the members of the SCOTUS every bit as deeply involved with the ongoing TREASON,as are all the rest of the SO CALLED Federal Government. Just a question,
Pertaining to the Eligibility suits, particularly the one in Alabama, didn’t one of the Hawaiian officials (I believe it was the AG office) declare that “NO” suit originating outside of Hawaii (meaning other States) for discovery will be honored?
In other words, let’s assume the famous Alabama Constitutional Judge does grant discovery, I am of the opinion it will not be honored and ignored with legal obfuscation and denial. The suit also reflects (for me) similarities of the California suit whereby a Conservative Judge issued reflective language – only to recant and do a 180.
Forgive me for not being highly optimistic to the critical issue.

We constantly hear of the GOP caving on taxes demanded by the Socialist Democrats. Apparently -As many wonderful commenters have previously stated history facts – the GOP doesn’t remember what happened to George Walker Bush when the same Socialist Democrats passed in the House and Senate higher tax rates and convinced GWB to sign it, only to blame the GOP and particularly GWB for economic woes due to the higher taxation and the tax itself!
The GOP needs to enact the “Stand your Ground” law.

I used to follow Ulsterman religiously. At one time I questioned the authenticity, But figured… what the heck… I’l pretend it’s true, and much of it seemed plausible to me. But as of this last article, the depths of the deception from the PTB are beyond my ability to grasp.
Being the simple minded person that I am… I think I need a break from Ulsterman and all the so called “insiders”. If they truly had something to say…then just say it darn it! Save our country! NO MORE DRAMA!
