The FDIC lawsuit against Amrish Mahajan, former president of Mutual Bank, et al is scheduled for a status hearing in the courtroom of Judge Virginia M. Kendall on July 19, 2012. Mutual Bank loaned Rita Rezko the money for the lot that was purchased by the Obama’s. It is also the bank that fired whistleblower Kenneth J. Conner after he questioned the appraisal of that lot.

From Citizen Wells June 5, 2012.

The Obama camp, with the full cooperation of the mainstream media and US Justice Dept., has done their best to distance Obama from his numerous close corruption ties in Chicago and Illinois. The delayed and dragged out prosecution of Rod Blagojevich with his mutual ties to Tony Rezko, the failure to call Rezko as a witness and the dropping of counts against Blagojevich that are most damning for Obama, is one good example.

With the best attempts to divert attention away from Obama’s corrupt past, the Ghosts of Obama’s Christmas past continue to linger.

From an article written by truthteller and presented on NoQuarter USA on October 12, 2008.

“”Because I tend to rely on evidence and not on hearsay, I believe we should focus our attention on Amrish Mahajan and the Mutual Bank of Harvey, not on Giannoulias and the Broadway Bank, if we are to assign names to the financial institution about which Sneed of the Chicago Sun-Timeshas heard “rumblings.” Although Mahajan is not known to readers ofNo Quarter and to the national media, I imagine they will desire more information on the unscrupulous banker once they read the information I unpack below the fold. And yes, Obama is involved, deeply involved.”

My interest in Amrish Mahajan and the Mutual Bank of Harvey was picqued by this list of contributors in Rezko’s bundling network provided by the Chicago Sun-Times last March. View the second page of the document, and notice the following entry:

Last name First name Obama donations Rezko connection
Mahajan Amrish $2,500 Banker whose bank loaned money to Rezko companies. The bank also loaned Rezko’s wife money to buy a vacant lot next to Obama’s home.

The data available in the Sun-Times spreadsheet is corroborated by the following data, which is democratically available at the Federal Election Commission‘s website:

12/20/2003 500.00 24020030170
04/14/2004 1000.00 24020461757

Not only was Mahajan a member of Rezko’s bundling network; his bank, the Mutual Bank of Harvey, granted Rita Rezko the $500,000 mortgage she neededin order to purchase the lot on which the Obama mansion in Chicago sits. As many of you may recall, the Obamas could not have purchased the mansion they could not afford unless transactions for the mansion and the lot closed on the same day. Obama needed to locate someone who would buy the lot, and he approached Rezko, the convicted slumlord with whom Obama toured the property before they mutually agreed to the following arrangement:

The home and lot sales closed on June 15, 2005. A land trust controlled by the Obamas bought the house for $1.65 million, and the Obamas secured a $1.32 million mortgage from Northern Trust to complete that purchase. That same day, Rezko’s wife, Rita Rezko, bought the side lot for $625,000. A $37,000- a-year Cook County employee, she secured a $500,000 mortgage from Mutual Bank of Harvey.

The structure of this transaction begs the following question: What bank would lend a government employee who earns $37,000 per annum a $500,000 mortgage? What bank would assume such a risk?

The Mutual Bank of Harvey, of course, for the Mutual Bank of Harvey’s President is a man who is deeply connected to the Chicago machine that backed Barack Obama. Indeed, Amrish Mahajan was one of Mayor Daley’s first political appointments in 1989, when he was named to a seat on Chicago’s Plan Commission, where he would be joined by Obama’s former boss and Rezko’s business partner Allison Davis and by Valerie Jarrett, Daley’s Chief of Staff whochaired the Commission from 1991-1995. Mahajan, in other words, worked with those who devised and profited from Daley’s failed public housing experiment in Chicago, a public housing policy Obama helped fund as state Senator and US Senator.

Rezko, according to the Boston Globe, was one of the major beneficiaries of Obama’s legislative advocacy for funding of Daley’s public housing experiment. Other major beneficiaries are Jarrett and Allison Davis. Mahajan was also a beneficiary, for his bank had made $3.4 million dollars in loans to Tony Rezko’s slum landlord business since 2002. A banker for one of the slumlords who benefitted from the Daley housing program Obama helped bankroll, Mahajan was returning a favor when he wrote a $500,000 mortgage in 2005 for the wife of one of his clients. Although Tony’s financial problems were mounting in 2005, and although Rita earned only $35,000 per annum, Mahajan underwrote the mortgage. Favors must be reciprocated, I guess, especially when one can satisfy two parties at once: the person with whom one has a complicated relationship in real estate and the politician who helped finance that complicated relationship as state Senator and US Senator.

I doubt federal investigators are interested in the Mahajans solely for their involvement in the property deal involving Obama, Mahajan and the Rezkos. The Mahajans, I believe, are the foci of their probe for many reasons.

The real estate transaction involving Rita Rezko, the Obamas and Mutual Bank of Harvey is just the tip of the iceberg. Indeed, the Mutual Bank of Harvey seems to be at the center of all the corruption in Chicago. To quote former Donald Perillo, Chicago insurance mogul and son of the lawyer for Al Capone, in the Chicago Tribune article I cite above:

Donald Parrillo said he isn’t surprised to see Mahajan mix it up with politics and business. “He got that attitude from the Parrillo family,” the former alderman said. “He wanted to get in the game.”

And Mahajan certainly is in the game. The banker of the Chicago machine, he is also the man who wrote the mortgage for Rita Rezko that facilitated Obama’s purchase the mansion he could not afford. This is why I believe prosecutors are interested in Harvey Mutual Bank. Not only did Rezko receive loans from this institution; this bank is heavily involved in problematic real estate dealings involving Blagojevich and Obama. And if I may quote Rezko in the 9 JUN letter he wrote to Judge Amy St. Eve:

Your Honor, the prosecutors have been overzealous in pursuing a crime that never happened. They are pressuring me to tell them the “wrong” things that I supposedly know aboutGovernor Blagojevich and Senator Obama. I have never been party to any wrongdoing that involved the Governor or the Senator. I will never fabricate lies about anyone else for selfish purposes. I will take what comes my way, but I will never hurt innocent people. I am not Levine, Loren, Mahru , or Winter.”

Rezko is now talking, and prosecutors are presently interested in a politically connected financial institution. I bet Obama now regrets paying Rita Rezko $104,500 for the strip of the land in the lot on which his house sits in January 2006. Acquired with the assistance of a questionable $500,000 mortgage from Amrish Mahajan’s Mutual Bank of Harvey, this lot and Obama’s desire to expand his yard by bit was the catalyst for all the investigative reports into Obama’s deep ties to Rezko. By the way, Rita’s lot is only accessible through the front gate of Obama’s home; it is not a separate property, and it was never intended to be a separate property.

“It was a mistake to have been engaged with him at all in this or any other personal business dealing that would allow him, or anyone else, to believe that he had done me a favor,” Obama says of the real estate transactions with Rezko. I wonder if now he also believes it was a mistake for him to serve as the legislator who represented and bankrolled Richard Daley, Amrish Mahajan, Valerie Jarrett, Allison Davis and the Chicago Plan Commission. But at least he and Michelle have a house, a house the Mutual Bank of Harvey, the politically connected bank that wrote loans for Rezko, helped them procure in 2005. Too bad that house will be the end of Barack Obama.

From Citizen Wells November 1, 2011.

“Here is what we know about the purchase of a lot by Barack and Michelle Obama from Rita Rezko in 2006:

1. “In June, 2005, Mutual Bank President and CEO Amrish Mahajan and
other Mutual Bank officers approved a loan to Rita Malki Rezko (Rita
Rezko) which was guaranteed by Antonin Rezko so that Rita Rezko could
purchase a 9,090 square foot vacant parcel of real estate at 5050 S.
Greenwood Avenue, Chicago.” (Conner lawsuit)

2. “On or about January 4, 2006, Rita Rezko entered into an
agreement with Senator Barack and Michelle Obama (Obamas) to sell a
ten-foot strip of the 5050 S. Greenwood property to the Obamas.”
(Conner lawsuit)

3. “In late 2005 or early 2006, Conner performed an appraisal review
of the Adams Appraisal (Exhibit C) per the directive of Richard Barth
and James Murphy. Conner prepared a written Appraisal Review report
(ARR) opining that the Adams Appraisal overvalued the Greenwood lot by
a minimum of $ 125,000.00 and that a reasonable and fair valuation for
Mutual Banks’s underwriting purposes should be no greater than $
500,000.00 for the entire 5050 S. Greenwood parcel as originally
purchased by Rita Rezko.” (Conner lawsuit)

4. “On or about October 19, 2006, Mutual Bank received a Grand Jury
Subpoena (GJS) requiring Mutual Bank to produce the Rezko 5050
Greenwood loan file, as well as a Rita Rezko Riverside District
Development LLC checking account and loan file.” (Conner lawsuit)

5. “In October, 2007, Conner had various communications with Mutual
Bank’s Human Resources Department representative, Lana Schlabach. In
an email communication of October 15, 2007, Conner directly referenced
“Resentment over my mentioned discovery of the removal/replacement of
an appraisal review that I conducted. That appraisal review contained
substantial observations and suggestions. The transaction and parties
involved were high profile in the media.I am under the impression that
the FBI has since looked at the file.”” On October 23, 2007, eight days after Conner’s October 15, 2007 email to Schlabach attached as Exhibit J, Mutual Bank terminated Conner’s employment for pretextual reasons.” (Conner lawsuit)

6. “On October 23, 2007, eight days after Conner’s October 15, 2007
email to Schlabach attached as Exhibit J, Mutual Bank terminated
Conner’s employment for pretextual reasons.” (Conner lawsuit)

7. The FDIC has filed a lawsuit against Mutual Bank, Amrish Mahajan, Richard Barth, et al.”

From ABC News Chicago August 22, 2011.

“Anita Mahajan, a Chicago businesswoman with ties to former governor Rod Blagojevich, pleaded guilty to bilking the state of Illinois by submitting bogus bills.

“I’m sorry,” Mahajan said in court Monday while pleading guilty to felony theft for pilfering about $100,000 in taxpayer money through her drug-testing company, K.K. Bio-Science. That company is now defunct.

The 60-year-old received four years of probation, agreed to pay $200,000 in fines and perform 1,500 hours of community service.

Mahajan’s husband, Amrish, was a banker and significant fundraiser for Blagojevich. Also, Blagojevich’s wife, Patti, made more than $100,000 in commissions handling real estate deals for the Mahajans in 2006, which caused a stir in the Blagojevich re-election campaign. The following year, Mahajan was charged with cheating the state of out of $2 million for drug tests that were never performed.

“People of this state were being cheated,” Dick Devine said in 2007 when he was the state’s attorney while announcing a seven-count indictment against Mahajan. The attorney general sued to recover the state’s lost money.

Four years later, Mahajan pleaded guilty to a single, reduced charge of theft instead of the felonies that would have sent her to prison for at least six years.

“Anita Mahajan is another example of the collateral damage that’s been left in the wake of the Rod Blagojevich Tsunami,” Steve Miller, Mahajan’s attorney, said.””

From the FDIC lawsuit against Amrish Mahajan, et al.

“6. The Director Defendants also wasted corporate assets and drained the Bank’s capital by…(c) authorizing $ 495,000 in “bonuses” to pay for the criminal defense costs for the Defendant Amrish Mahajan’s wife who was indicted for Medicaid fraud”

“32. The Director and Officer Defendants failed to establish procedures that would have lessened the risks of the Bank’s improvidant lending practices. The terms of transactions were not accurately documented. Status reports were missing so that records of how an asset was progressing were not available. Terms of loans were changed at closing without board or loan committee approvals or any rcord in the file. Loan guarantees were frequently missing from the files. Appraisers were retained by brokers with an interest in seeing transactions consummated, not by the bank. Appraisals were often received after the loan was funded. Loans were typically non-recourse and dependent on guarantor abilities to repay in the event that the collateral was insufficient. Yet, little or no attention was paid to whether guarantors had sufficient liquidity to protect the Bank’s interest; the officers and the Board did little or no analysis of guarantor or borrower financial strength.”

From the Washington Times November 4, 2008.

“A former Illinois real estate specialist says FBI agents have questioned him about a Chicago property that had been bought by convicted felon Tony Rezko’s wife and later sold to the couple’s next-door neighbor, Sen. Barack Obama.

The real estate specialist, Kenneth J. Conner, said bank officials replaced an appraisal review he prepared on the property and FBI agents were investigating in late 2007 whether the Rezko-Obama deal was proper.

“Agents and I talked about payoff, bribe, kickback for a long time, though it took them only a short number of minutes of talking with me while looking at the appraisal to acknowledge what they already seemed to know: The Rezko lot was grossly overvalued,” Mr. Conner told The Washington Times Monday.

“Rezko paid the asking price on the same day Obama paid $300,000 less than the asking price to the same seller for his adjacent mansion,” he said. “This begs the question of payoff, bribe, kickback.””

The Kenneth J. Conner lawsuit is still active.

  1. Whenever you begin to stir a slurry of financial and political manure, it is reasonable to expect that you might inadvertently splash some of the POTPOURRI upon yourself, and when the investigative hounds are turned loose, they will follow the AROMA back to it’s source. This means that ANYBODY who had their hands on the POTPOURRI will be fair game for the hounds. The worst part of it all is that the AROMA is indelable. So I would have to say that EVERYBODY from Rita Rezko to Majahan REEK of the AROMA. This makes it simple to figure out ALL of the participants.

  2. Gut morgen everyone. CW — if you google Amrish Mahajan, this site is what comes up first and the most often. There’s hardly any other real coverage. Amazing.

I think the political corruption is much worse than any of us have begun to imagine. Other issues aside, the corruption associated with Obama’s rise to power is truly criminal and perhaps beyond the scope just fraud and shady money dealings. There are unexplained deaths as well.

The false Liberal mask Obama wears takes in a lot of people. The racist label used against any who would criticize silences many.

There is the tendency to demonize our opponents in the political sphere, but in the case of Obama, there is a true demon at work. It is a Muslim demon, a Marxist demon, organized crime demon and corrupt machine politics demon all in one. And I might add, a 5th arm of government, clandestine demon that lacks Congressional oversight because during the Cold War and now the War on Terror it got a blank check to operate however it wishes, allowing this guy to fly in under the radar with his past and personal records concealed and classified–out of public view. Thank you CIA.

So we have a real problem, as we all know.

Dean M – “Thank you CIA.”

    BO = Barack Obama
    CIA = Central Intelligent Agency
BOCIA = In Italian means “The little one” or “the apprentice!!”

  7. Dean M……………
I would also add that another just as important factor relating to why we have a SLIMEY CHICAGO CRIMINAL occupying our WH is the fact that pathetically few voters done any research at all on Soetoro. They were TOO DAMN LAZY, ……….and you NOW SEE what being COMPLACENT and LAZY begets,……….the FUNDAMENTAL CHANGE OF AMERICA. HOW DO YOU FEEL about that now? After all it has been over 200 years since any FUNDAMENTAL CHANGE was made to America, and it seems to have worked quite well. America WAS the greatest country on EARTH. Soon it will be just another THIRD WORLD country, if the CHICAGO CRIMINAL SLIME has his way. HELL our wives might even have to wear BURKAS. You will even be able to MURDER any member of your family without any penalty of law……….thanks to the so called SHARIA LAW. Then as an added attraction you will even get to hear the PRETTIEST SOUND ON EARTH the ISLAMIC CALL TO PRAYER over your LOCAL SOUND SYSTEM…………..” OOOOOHHHHHHBBBBAAAAAWAAAAAAAA….BAAAAAAAAHWAHAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHWAAAAAAAA……………SOUNDS pretty DON’T YOU THINK? Sounds and looks like Islamic SHI# to me.

  8. Old Salt,
On the prior thread you referred to the man in Phoenix who has been “charged” with having a church in his home, arrested and fined. This is absolutely atrocious and goes to prove that local gub’mints are falling under the Obama spell, too.

As far as I know we have not been faced with that attack on religion, as yet, in my community, but we have seen the monster, U.N. Agenda 21, raise its ugly head in very subtle ways. Our liberties are being attacked by all levels of government.

  9. Dean M…………
You are right. Damn few people realise the real extent to which the criminal venture already includes. I would venture to state that if Soetoro wins another term America is FINISHED. Again you can thank the HALF WITS, and COMPLETE NINCOMPOOPS WHO ROAM FREELY AMONG US. After all it was the LARD ASS females, and the DRUG HEAD MORONS at Soetoro’s campaign speeches who had their arms outstretched towards the sky, with tears running down their faces, and chanting the “MESSIAH HAS ARRIVED,THE MESSIAH HAS ARRIVED”and the horse’s asses everywhere fell for it. Now EVERYBODY including the DO GOODERS will get to pay through their noses, for the healthcare of the criminals who refuse to work ,or do anything constructive while they are on earth. Instead all they will have to do is LIE AROUND, DO THEIR DRUGS,WATCH THEIR PORN, RAPE ,MURDER, and ROB everybody they see. Soetoro thinks they are GREAT PEOPLE. So …WELCOME TO THE NEW WORLD ORDER! YAA VEE ISS DER MASTER RACE.

  10. I pray that everyone who thinks that “The FUNDAMENTAL CHANGE OF AMERICA” is SO WONDERFUL will soon discover the magnitude of their mistake, because it is YOUR CHILDREN AND GRAND CHILDREN WHO ARE GOING TO EXPERIENCE THE HELLISH LIFE WHICH YOUR STUPIDIITY HAS BROUGHT UPON THEM. None of them will be exempt.
Sadly it is all to often those who I refer to as OVEREDUCATED WORDSMITHS, who are going to feel the worst pain of all. They think that twisting our laws, rewording them, and otherwise misapplying our laws is going to lead to the Soetoro New World Order (Utopia),and everyone will live HAPPILY EVER AFTER. We all know that this notion only exists in FANTASYLAND. So do your DAMNDEST Mr.and MMMMSSSS Wordsmith because when America sinks YOU WILL SINK WITH IT.

  13. CabbyAZ………..
It isn’t because anybody has fallen under a spell if you will, it is more truthfully stated by saying they have become so morally bankrupt that they no longer care what happens. Sadly they are so DAMN SELFISH that they havn’t even thought about what will happen to their children ,and grand children.

  14. Philo-Publius

I think that is what 2016 Obama’s America is attempting to show…what will happen to their children and grand children.

  15. CabbyAZ…………
BTW…..The pastor also received a sentence of 60 days in jail. In REALITY you are WITNESSING the BEGINNING of the GOVERNMENT ASSAULT ON CHRISTIANITY. I am praying very hard that ALL OF AMERICAN CHRISTIANS,…….Catholics,Jewish, Baptists,Episcopalians,Methodists, Lutherans,ETC will unite……(after all we all pray to the SAME GOD)……then move to REPAIR our MORALLY DETERIORATING AMERICA. The Christian Church in America absolutely MUST UNITE. Together we CAN turn this around, but we MUST LAY OUR DIFFERENCES ASIDE,AND UNITE. Otherwise I do not believe we can defeat the FILTH which is invading our country.

  16. oldsalt79 — I’m sure you would agree that the House, if it were doing its job, would impeach Obama. (If the Electorial College had done its job, he wouldn’t be in office in the first place.)

Okay, so there is Rep. Walter B. Jones, Republican of North Carolina, who introduced House Concurrent Resolution 107, to impeach Obama for violating the War Powers Act. There are a lot of “Impeach Obama” internet sites set up. Even though it is highly unlikely he would be convicted in the Senate, he should be impeached by the House. And the Representatives and Senators who support his flagrant violations should be removed from office as well.

We could also start a letter writing campaign demanding Obama resign from office as further investigation will undoubtedly result in criminal charges against him.

Right now it would take an act of the Almighty to heal our country. We need divine aid. Romney is looking better and better, but think of the damage Obama can do in six more months! Especially if he knows he’s going down. He needs to be removed and as soon as possible.

I am writing to my congressional representative to support impeachment and to say I will, as a private citizen, work to see said represenative voted out if he does not support impeachment of this criminal. It just hits me today that it is really, really bad–worse than I have had previously imagined. I knew it was bad. But my gut feeling now is that it is really, really dangerously bad–much worse than most of us have even begun to imagine. May the Good Lord have mercy on us all.

    Judge Andrew Napolitano
    July 12, 2012

“Presently in America, nearly half of all households receive either a salary or substantial benefits from the government. Presently in America, nearly half of all adults pay no federal income taxes. Presently in America, the half that pay no income taxes receive the bulk of their income courtesy of the government, but ultimately from the half that do. This money is extracted involuntarily from the paying half by a permanent bureaucracy that extracts and gives away more each year no matter who is running the government. The recipients of these transfer payments rely upon them for subsistence, so they have a vested financial interest in sending to Washington those who will continue to take your money and give it to them.

It is no wonder that we are now saddled with the micromanagement of health care by the same bureaucratic mindset that mismanages the Post Office and everything else the federal government runs. It should not be surprising to know that presently in America, half of the people actually want the government to take care of their needs. The same was the case under Communist regimes, but here those folks vote.”

“And as of the last week in June, the government has a vast new power that was brought to us by the Supreme Court’s latest attack on personal freedom. Congress can now awfully command any behavior of individuals that it pleases — whether or not the subject of the behavior is a power granted to Congress by the Constitution — and it may punish noncompliance with that command, so long as the punishment is called a tax.

    How did we get here?

We got here because voters and the government we elected, and even the courts the popular branches appointed and confirmed, have lost sight of first principles.

When Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence that our rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are a part of our humanity, and when we fought and won the Revolution under that premise, and when the first Congress enacted that language as the first federal law, this became the irrevocable recognition of the Natural Law as the basis for our personal freedom and limited government. Since our rights come from our humanity, they don’t come from the government.

But you would never know that from looking at the government. In New York City, where I work at Fox News Channel, we are all embroiled in two disputes this summer over the constitutional role of the government in our lives.

The mayor, a self-made billionaire who likes donuts and has bodyguards but wants to tell others how to live in private and in public, is trying to ban soda pop in containers larger than 16 ounces and wants the police to be able to stop and frisk anyone on a whim — and all in the name of health and safety. He is actually banning freedom.

Imagine Jefferson being told what to eat or stopped and frisked on a whim. And then imagine the Supreme Court telling him that he must pay a tax if he fails to comport his personal private behavior as Congress — which doesn’t believe in privacy or personal freedom — commands.

Here is how you can tell that these are bad days for freedom: Does the government need your permission to violate your rights, or do you need the government’s permission to exercise them? The answer is painfully obvious.

Presently in America, what are we going to do about it?”

  19. Dean M………….
Agreed. You think along the same lines as I do. Yet I disbelieve that any sort of letterwriting would ever be effective at this LATE DATE. It would only serve to WASTE VALUABLE TIME,which is a commodity which is FAST draining away. Instead I believe that at this juncture we have ONLY the November elections left as an option, and if we lose that one we will be faced with what should have occurred long ago, just as it did in the Republic of Honduras. I deeply admire those people. Their Army done what they saw as necessary, but most importantly …..THEY ACTED, they did not languish on their asses, THEY ACTED, and FIXED the problem before it turned into a systemic infection. Now we are faced with worse than a systemic infection we are faced with a HORRIBLE DISEASE…….for which there may be no medicine to cure.

  20. Truthbetold11

Watching. Espn non stop non stop coverage of penn state scandal. The only thing is they are prepping viewers for the fall . When obama will annouce some new pedophile law in a swing state to make him look good. Its always by design

  21. oldsalt79 — You may be right. But I’ve just finished writing my letter to the President demanding he resign. I’m going to send copies to both California senators and my congressional representative, demanding the latter support impeachment.

Besides the War Powers Act violation, Obama targeted and had executed via a drone an American citizen abroad. The guy was a Muslim and possible terrorist, but due process was not followed. That is murder in my book. Ron Paul was the only prominent American to speak out on that one. I am not a Ron Paul supporter, but I have to give him cudos for speaking up at times when everyone else is silent.

This is really serious. I don’t think we have until November. Iran is getting ready to do something now and Obama is pro-Iran. All his actions point to that. A ground swell for impeachment or call for his resignation is needed as well as God’s divine intervention. (We can suffer a few months with the Nimrod Biden before we throw him out as well.)

Each of us is only one private citizen. But faith can move mountains as Rabbi Jesus said.

Like Rezko said, Fitzgerald did not charge him for many crimes he was guilty. Crimes that would implicate Obama. Patrick Fitzgerald the protector.

    The President
    The White House
    1600 Pennsylvania Ave
    Washington, D.C. 20500

    Dear Mr. President:

I am writing to you as a private citizen demanding that you resign from office and that you do so immediately. Meantime, I am urging my representative in congress to support impeachment against you.

Not only do I believe you have violated the War Powers Act and usurped congressional authority as stated in House Concurrent Resolution 107 introduced by Representative Walter B. Jones of North Carolina, but you have not been forthright with the American people, concealing your true identity as a Muslim. Your actions show you to be pro-Shiite and pro-Iran.

Furthermore, I strongly suspect that you once worked for the Central Intelligence Agency and that you were recruited to work for that agency because of your Muslim credentials. This is easy to surmise. The CIA recruited Muslims during the Cold War. And that agency is the only organization that could so completely remove your personal records from public scrutiny while intimidating the media and government officials into silence on your past.

In any case, you have deceived the American people and are not now acting in good faith. Not only have there been shady money dealings, but there are suspicious deaths. You also targeted an American citizen abroad and had him assassinated. Though a possible terrorist, due process was not followed.

I do not believe you will follow my demand that you resign. But somebody has to demand it in the name of America. Many citizens are now pressing to have you impeached and we will work with all our might and power to vote out any who will not act to have you removed from office.

    Most sincerely yours,
    Dean M.

    Any suggestions or comments?

  24. Right Whistleblower; he said he was charged with crimes he didn’t commit and NOT charged for the crimes he DID commit….He said that he laughed when he read the indictment…I got the feeling Blagojevich felt the same way.

  25. coldwarvet2

Based upon personal experience, and in various parts of the world observing communist insurgencies, I am inclined to agree with your assessment of the severity of the current political situation here in the US.
Communists are insidious and unrelenting once they decide that a target is weak enough and strategic enough to warrant an overt (or covert ) attack.
The sad truth that is often missed, is that the cost of these insugencies is relatively small when compared to the resources necessary to combat them.
Because of the nature of their indoctrination process, communists necessarily root in those segments of the population demographic that is the most vulnerable and least resistant to this malignancy (the uneducated at the bottom of the demographic scale and the most easily politically influenced at the top…a potent mix indeed. It would be well to note also, that these guys are deadly serious in what they are attempting to achieve. Deadly only in the sense that the ones sacrificed are not them but rather the freshly indoctrinated.
It was interesting to me that you made an actual Islamo-communist connection in your post yesterday. That would be a necessary component in this modern day scenario which only serves to bolster my observations.
Israel knows all this anyway and I would be preaching choire addressing their situation. My feeling has always been that Israel will do whatever Israel needs to do to survive. The fact that the US has as much current presence in the gulf right now is more than likely the only reason Israel hasn’t pulled the trigger. At any rate, this Islamo-communist/US connection has me more than concerned.

  27. Whistleblower

There is another banker that warrants attention, he was a close pal of Tony Rezko’s, he was on Blago’s 25K donor list, he was on Rezko’s clout list to be on the Illinois Health Planning Board, he was involved in the contracts for the reconstruction projects in Iraq, and many other things that would make him a person of interest to real law enforment agents. However Patrick Fitzgerald did everything he could to act as though Dr Ronald Michael did not exist. Infact, Dr. Ronald Michael (Arcola Homestead Savings Bank- Doc Banks on government cash-by Chris Fusco) was suspiciously left off the potential witness list at Rezko’s trial. Why would U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald protect Dr Ronald Michael and never call his friends and associates Dr Michel Malek and Dr. Fortunee Masuda who were on the IL Health Planning Board to testify ?

    DOC Banks on government cash

Unpaid taxes no obstacle | Big campaign donor still got OK to buy controlling interest in bank

Dr. Ronald Michael once headed a company that faced more than its share of money troubles. It didn’t pay its taxes. And it ended up bankrupt.

But those financial problems didn’t prove to be a hurdle when Michael decided to buy a downstate bank.

    • Indicted but still lobbying

    The List: Doctor’s political giving
Dr. Ronald Michael has given a total of $178,390 to state lawmakers, state political groups and Chicago aldermen. Nearly 60 percent of the money has gone to Republicans.

Judy Baar Topinka, former state treasurer and 2006 GOP nominee for governor: $63,810
    Gov. Blagojevich (D): $47,000
    Illinois Republican Party: $25,000
State Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias (D): $21,180
Cook County Commissioner Tony Peraica (R): $10,000
State Senate Majority Leader Debbie Halvorson (D): $3,000
Former Gov. George Ryan (R): $2,500
    Kankakee Republican Central Committee: $2,400
Jim Ryan, former attorney general and 2002 GOP gubernatorial nominee (R): $1,500
State Senate President Emil Jones (D): $1,000
Chicago 1st Ward Ald. Manuel “Manny” Flores (D): $750
Chicago 7th Ward Ald. Sandi Jackson (D): $250
    Republican total: $105,210
    Democratic total: $73,180
Source: Illinois State Board of Elections
State and federal officials signed off on the Bourbonnais neurosurgeon’s purchase of 73 percent of Arcola Homestead Savings Bank in 2003. And in the past year, the tiny bank has seen a big boost in deposits from public, taxpayer-funded sources.

So how do you go from running a bankrupt company to owning a bank with millions in government deposits?

Michael — who’s made $178,390 in campaign contributions to state and local officials and thousands of dollars more to federal candidates — won’t say. “I’m not talking about my personal life,” he says.

His business troubles involve a restaurant delivery company called Hypermeals Inc. In the late 1990s, Michael started a business that acquired a 70 percent stake in Hypermeals. He personally held a 2.5 percent stake in Hypermeals and served as its chairman.

In 2002, Hypermeals’ troubles boiled over. The company filed for bankruptcy that May after failing to pay $34,987 in state taxes. The state filed a second tax lien — for $49,979 — against the company in 2004. Hypermeals still owes the tax man, records show.

Less than six months after the bankruptcy filing, Michael began seeking approval to buy Arcola Homestead from then-Gov. George Ryan’s administration. State and federal banking officials gave their OK to the $1.1 million purchase in February 2003, a month after Gov. Blagojevich took office.

Bank regulators won’t say if they investigated Michael’s involvement with Hypermeals. Nor will they release details of the financial report Michael filed with his banking application. They cite privacy laws.

But records show that, as of June 30, 2006, Arcola Homestead had just $550,000 in deposits from state and local government entities. A year later, that figure had soared to $7.2 million.

FDIC records don’t specify where the cash comes from. But the Illinois State Treasurer’s office says it has $285,000 in Michael’s bank. The most recent deposit came in January 2004, when then-state Treasurer Judy Baar Topinka deposited $95,000 in state funds.
Subsequently, in May 2005, Michael started donating to Topinka’s failed 2006 run for governor. In all, he ended up giving Topinka $63,810.

Michael also has given $21,180 to current state Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias, a Democrat.
Topinka and Giannoulias say Michael’s contributions didn’t affect decisions about his bank. Also, they say they didn’t even know Michael was in the banking business, that they knew only that he was a doctor.

Gov. Blagojevich has accepted $47,000 from Michael, including $25,000 on Nov. 23, 2002 — 18 days after Blagojevich won election.

About three months later, on Feb. 28, 2003, Michael won approval to take control of Arcola Homestead. He gave another $20,000 to the governor’s campaign fund on July 25, 2003.

The donations had nothing to do with Michael being OKd to buy the bank, Blagojevich campaign spokesman Doug Scofield says.

  29. Dean M.,
Very good letter! You asked for suggestions – I have one that was given to me many years ago, and that is, you should indicate c.c.’s at the bottom and send a copy of the letter to several others, e.g., your congressman and senators, plus any others, like Speaker John Boehner, and Sen. Mitch McConnell, minority leader of the Senate.

That accomplishes two things. 1) It puts on notice to the W.H. that this was not sent to Obama alone, and 2) It alerts the other addressees. I find that practice to be beneficial.

  30. Maybe Arpaio’s conference on the 17th will bear fruit? I was reading on a blog (but not really convinced) where someone predicted Obama would resign on the 21st of this month, 3-l/2 years exactly into his “reign” as has been predicted by many. Sometimes I think all these little bright spots are popped into blogs to keep us all complacent.

“Jack Abramoff, the onetime Washington lobbyist who estimated he at one point had 100 members of Congress in his back pocket, has been working since his federal prison stint to encourage Americans to reform their political system.”

===> “He told WND that during his years in Washington as a lobbyist, he was able to succeed simply by playing by the rules of a corrupt system, a system he believes must be changed. It worked so well, he explained, because, “Members don’t read the bills.” <===

Former Rep. Bob Ney confirmed Abramoff’s story:

“I had no idea [what the obscure, coded phrases changed in the law]; I didn’t care,” Ney said. “It was a great big shell game. … I was dumb enough to not say, ‘What’s this thing do?’”

In his book, Abramoff “outs” senators and members of Congress and sets out the details of insider deals previously unknown to most. He also sets forth a Capitol Hill reform plan that would rock the fraternal inside-the-Beltway culture.

The scandals triggered by Abramoff led to the convictions of 20 people for payoffs in exchange for political favors, including Ney. Abramoff was released in June after nearly four years in federal prison."

WBFF FOX45 – Health Care Reform

01: “Did Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Elena Kagan violate the oath of office by allowing Kagan, a former Solicitor General of the U.S. Justice Department, to vote on the health care law?”

0:10: Larry Klayman, Esquire: “She had a direct conflict of interest because she participated as President Obama’s Solicitor General at the U.S. Justice Department – in actually crafting the legislation. That’s a textbook violation of the Canon of Ethics.”

0:20: “Klayman is not one to back down from a federal fight, the first lawyer to sue a sitting president and win.”

0:26: “Klayman says basic Ethical Tenets laid out in the Canons of the High Court – were clearly trampled upon.”

0:31: Larry Klayman, Esquire: “What Justice Roberts did was violate his oath of office to carry out the laws of the United States – by NOT taking action – and by saying that he and other Supreme Court justices – ARE ABOVE THE LAW.”

0:40: Larry Klayman, Esquire: “Kagan violated her oath of office by NOT RECUSING herself.”

0:44: “Klayman says his group Freedom Watch will seek to indict Justices Roberts and Kagan through the Citizen’s Grand Jury.”

0:49: Larry Klayman, Esquire: “I think they should be thrown in jail. That has to be done legally, under appropriate procedures. But they have violated their oath. THEY HAVE DONE SOMETHING WHICH IS HIGHLY CORRUPT.”

0:59: “Would Klayman have challenged Roberts and Kagan if President Obama’s health care law was struck down?”

1:03: Attorney Larry Klayman, Esquire: “We didn’t take the position in the brief we filed, whether or not the law should be upheld as constitutional or not. We took the position in the public interest, that we need a Supreme Court that’s beyond reproach.”

“When the U.S. Supreme Court releases its decision on the fate of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, JUSTICE ELENA KAGAN WILL CAST A VOTE THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE COUNTED.

===> The relevant rule requires that Supreme Court justices RECUSE THEMSELVES IF IN their previous capacity they served as “counselor or advisor” concerning a current matter before the Court, OR IF THERE IS ANYTHING about the proceeding BY WHICH THE JUSTICE’S IMPARTIALITY CAN REASONABLY be called into question. E-mails released to Judicial Watch revealed that when in 2010 Obamacare passed and Ms. Kagan was solicitor general, Ms. Kagan viewed the passage as “simply amazing” and that she assigned a deputy in her office to help prepare legal defenses to any challenges to ObamaCare. When in another e-mail she was asked for her opinion on a meeting to discuss legal defenses to ObamaCare, Ms. Kagan replied, “what is your phone number?,” indicating either that she had too long-winded a response or that she foresaw a possibility that her e-mails might force her to recuse herself if she sat in review of the law, or both. At any rate, she had in fact participated as “counselor or advisor” of the law when she was solicitor general, and she is clearly not impartial about the fate of ObamaCare, so she should recuse herself in this case. Clearly a different standard is being used in Justice Kagan’s decision to stay in this case. Not only had she e-mailed her excitement of ObamaCare’s passage, but she has shared in the Obama administration’s strategizing on the legal defenses for ObamaCare. As sitting Supreme Court justice, Elena Kagan could very well be deciding on responses to arguments that she herself had helped formulate when she was solicitor general. <====

If ObamaCare survives its Supreme Court challenge with JUSTICE KAGAN'S HELP, HER REFUSAL TO RECUSE HERSELF COULD BECOME ONE OF SEVERAL RALLYING CRIES for conservatives who WILL TRY TO REPEAL OBAMACARE. Let's hope it won't come to that."
