Arpaio elevates to criminal probe, person of interest ID’d”
“An investigative “Cold Case Posse” launched six months ago by “America’s toughest sheriff” – Joe Arpaio of Arizona’s Maricopa County – has concluded there is probable cause that the document released by the White House last year as President Obama’s birth certificate is a computer-generated forgery.
Arpaio, at a news conference in Phoenix live-streamed by WND TV that began at 3 p.m. Eastern time, has elevated the investigation to a criminal probe that will make the resources of his Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office available to his volunteer posse.
The posse says it has identified at least one person of interest in the alleged forgery of Obama’s birth certificate.
Arapaio, known for his strict enforcement of immigration laws, commissioned the investigative team after local citizens presented him with a petition expressing concern that Obama might not be eligible for Arizona’s presidential ballot.
In addition to the live-streaming, WND is making available to the public a report distributed to media today by Arpaio’s investigators.
The posse, comprised of former law enforcement officers and lawyers with law enforcement experience, has interviewed dozens of witnesses and examined hundreds of documents. It also has taken numerous sworn statements from witnesses around the world.
Mike Zullo, Arpaio’s lead investigator, said his team believes the Hawaii Department of Health has engaged in a systematic effort to hide from public inspection any original 1961 birth records it may have in its possession.
“Officers of the Hawaii Department of Health and various elected Hawaiian public officials may have intentionally obscured 1961 birth records and procedures to avoid having to release to public inspection and to the examination of court-authorized forensic examiners any original Obama 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health may or may not have,” Zullo said.
The investigators say the evidence contained in the computer-generated PDF file released by the White House as well as important deficiencies in the Hawaii process of certifying the long-form birth certificate establish probable cause that a forgery has been committed.
The investigation was launched after 250 members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party, presented a signed petition to Arpaio in August 2011 asking him to undertake the investigation.
The Tea Party members petitioned under the premise that if a forged birth certificate was used to place Barack Obama on the 2012 Arizona presidential ballot, their rights as Maricopa County voters could be compromised.
Arpaio believes a congressional investigation might be warranted and has asked that any information relevant to the investigation held by other law enforcement agencies be forwarded to his office.
The Cold Case Posse advised Arpaio that they believe forgers committed two crimes. First, they say it appears the White House fraudulently created a forgery that it characterized as an officially produced governmental birth record. Second, the White House fraudulently presented to the residents of Maricopa County and to the American public at large a forgery represented as “proof positive” of President Obama’s authentic 1961 Hawaii long-form birth certificate.
“A continuing investigation is needed to identify the identity of the person or persons involved in creating the alleged birth certificate forgery and to determine who, if anyone, in the White House or the state of Hawaii may have authorized the forgery,” Arpaio said.
Among the evidence released at the press conference are five videos – which can be seen at the end of this article – to demonstrate why the Obama long-form birth certificate is suspected to be a computer-generated forgery.”

Impressed with the zeal of the head of the investigation team. And the Sheriff handled things very well. Looks like there’s a heap of info they decided not to present as well. It seems to me that it was very wise of Sheriff Joe to limit the scope of his findings for presenting to this press conference. Sometimes “more is less.” He didn’t touch on the S.S. No. or the NBC issue, the latter of which is controversial in certain circles and may eventually require a SCOTUS decision.
After all, many of the reporters present aren’t used to dealing with these matters, and they need the KISS method. Too much material would seem as though the Sheriff was piling on, and it could invite pity for the Usurper, plus the fact that the eyes of the reporters would eventually glaze over.
Secondly, for probable cause to be alleged you don’t need more than a few items to be spotlighted at this time, anyway. Fraud is fraud, whether it is two or ten items.

This finding from the Arpaio investigation is stunning if it can be confirmed. This is the nail in the coffin. There is just no good reason why these records would be missing other than to cover for Obama. There is no other plausible explanation.
Records of Immigration and Naturalization Service cards filled out by airplane passengers arriving on international flights originating outside the United States in the month of August 1961, examined at the National Archives in Washington, D.C., are missing records for the week of President Obama’s birth, including the dates Aug. 1, 1961 through Aug. 7, 1961.

I think the Sheriff isn’t getting into general definitions that have nothing concrete. They emphasized all the witnesses “all over the world” who have signed affidavits. They know what can be accepted by the courts and it’s not opinion or hearsay. They also pushed off questions about Occidental and other places where it would appear that they just couldn’t get the records. They need to persuade certain people to have congressional hearings somehow where such records could be subpoenaed with the highest authority. He’s in a real hard place….where DOES he go with his info where the fix isn’t already in. There are soooo many people who know this guy isn’t a citizen of any kind and yet refuse to come forward for, if not their country’s sake, then for their own integrity. How can they live with themselves…other than “well, everybody else is doing it” excuse.

If this case re. the fraud that has been presented qualifies as probable cause, then the other evidence like the missing flight records for the week of Obama’s birth, will likely have to be put together with lots of other bits and pieces as supporting circumstantial evidence if a trial is ever held.
Do you suppose that when Sheriff Joe’s posse completes its investigative work (it sounds ongoing to me at this point), that the findings would be presented to a grand jury for deliberation?

Andrew was 43 and was walking outside twittering when he collapsed to the ground and died immediately. Two weeks ago he said he had video’s from the college days of the most powerful man in the world, who is running for election, has hid every aspect of his past and who has had others killed when he felt threatened. I assume Andrew was murdered, unless it can be proven he was not.

I think the family needs an independent investigation quickly…what about the bar were he spent his last hours, drinking red wine, before he went home? What about the stranger he had a long conversation with at that bar?

This post mirrors what I have been saying for the past couple of days. This investigation was initiated in Maricopa county by the citizens of Maricopa county. Arpaio most certainly has jurisdiction in Maricopa county. It would stand to reason that if a murder, say, was committed in Maricopa county, which is a pretty high crime, and the perpetrator was somewhere else in the world, they would be extradited and compelled to stand trial in Maricopa county. He mentions Hawaii, then implies corruption, then Congress, and implies corruption…I think the crime is just as much against the citizens of Maricopa county as anyone else, and should be prosecuted there. JMHO

One of the tactics of O has been to overwhelm the system. That is one reason why he has gotten by with so much. Good people simply cannot keep up with the deluge of executive orders, lies, misconduct, deceit, etc.
Now we need to turn the tables by doing a blitzkrieg on him, e.g, today’s news conference, plus the ongoing actions at the state level around the country which will serve to draw attention to his ineligibility, plus the release of the incriminating videos that Breitbart spoke of publicly. If we could just get the news media to do more coverage.

There was one mouthy reporter – who wouldn’t quit and kep interrupting with (in essence) – there can be no fraud if you don’t have someone in mind, or “unless you are willing to name Obama, you have no fraud.” My kingdom for one shred of honest reporting out there. Although, that can get you killed it would appear.

Isn’t that the most stupid remark for a reporter to make? That is like the police saying “We know a person was murdered, but unless we are ready to name the murderer, we have no murder.” It sounds to me like that reporter was having a meltdown, of sorts.

Whitney Houston’s cause of death hasn’t been published yet because they’re doing a toxicology screening and that can take up to 6 weeks to complete; it’s a very detailed process and the results cannot be rushed. Same thing happened with Amy Winehouse’s tox screening; it did take several weeks.
Not sure if they’ll do a tox screening on Breitbart, but I assume that would indeed be part of the complete autopsy considering this was the sudden death of a young person.

I actually have a further point to make here, that being that it was the DNC that got Obama on the ballot for 08 and they are trying to do the same now. Obama is just the tip of a rather large and corrupt iceburg. This is apparently an ongoing investigation which, if it proceeds in the right direction, will undoubtedly produce the matrix of interconnected dots.
This investigation could ultimately be huge. If it were me, I would want to be in familiar territory, with my own people and infrastructure that I know, thereby better controlling the situation. Kind of like bringing Chicago to Phoenix…
Apparently, Hawaii refused to authenticate Obama’s “birth certificate” or couldn’t.
I find it strange that the Hawaii DOH wouldn’t work with the Sheriff’s office, in the midst of an investigation of this magnitude.

Obama did not sign under oath the Candidate’s Affidavit which states that he was eligible for the office he is seeking…since Obama did not sign his, and under PA law he did not have to, it gave Obama an escape hatch in that Obama was not claiming to PA that he was eligible for the office he seeks and thus the court said it did not have any jurisdiction over his eligibility and dismissed the case.

I was listening to Michael Savage tonight and he had a caller from New York who said, If Andrew’s tapes are released, he died of natural causes; if they’re not, they whacked him. I hope Andrew’s interview with Joe Arpaio will be released also, as it was his last one. Andrew might have been so excited about what was going to be released at the press conference that it was too much for his heart. 43 is too young, no matter who you are. RIP, Andrew.
