“Cellini found guilty of conspiracy, bribery”
“A federal jury convicted Springfield power broker William Cellini on two of four counts in connection with a plot to extort a Hollywood producer.
The multimillionaire Republican businessman who wielded influence behind the scenes in Illinois politics and government for four decades was convicted of conspiracy to commit extortion and aiding and abetting the solicitation of a bribe.
He was acquitted of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and attempted extortion.
A straight-faced Cellini tapped his folded hands at the edge of the defense table as the verdict was read, otherwise showing little emotion. His daughter Claudia dropped her head on word of the first of the two guilty verdicts.
Cellini’s lawyer Dan Webb put the best face possible on the verdict, saying he was pleased the jury had “thrown out the most serious charges” and that Cellini’s involvement “didn’t even rise to the level of an attempted extortion.”
“We obviously are going to appeal … and we are confident we have a substantial chance of getting the case reversed,” Webb said.
Cellini did not speak as he left the courthouse.
Patrick Fitzgerald, on crutches, said the prosecution was gratified by the guilty verdicts on the two counts, calling Cellini’s prosecution an “extremely important case.”
“In the quiet corridors in Chicago and Cook County and Springfield, a lot of backroom deals take place, and the fact that Bill Cellini was convicted today sends a very, very loud message,” Fitzgerald said.
The guilty verdict brings to 15 the number of individuals convicted in the eight-year federal Operation Board Games probe of the scandal-plagued Blagojevich administration.
Blagojevich himself is awaiting sentencing after being convicted in June on 17 of 20 counts, including allegations he tried to sell the U.S. Senate seat left open by Barack Obama’s election to president in 2008. The former governor was also convicted at his first trial in the summer of 2010 on a single count of lying to the FBI.
Word of a verdict in the Cellini trial came at about 10:15 a.m. Tuesday. It was announced at about 12:15 p.m.
The 10-woman, two-man jury had just returned to the courthouse from a three-day weekend. Deliberations began last Wednesday but had to be restarted on Thursday after a juror was excused for an unexplained conflict of interest. An alternate was added to the panel.
The charges against Cellini centered on his longtime influence at the Illinois Teachers’ Retirement System, the state pension fund for public school teachers outside Chicago. To keep from losing his clout after Blagojevich became the first Democratic governor of Illinois in more than a quarter century, prosecutors alleged that the prominent Republican fundraiser agreed to pick firms to manage TRS’s hundreds of millions of dollars in investments on one key condition – if they had contributed to Blagojevich’s campaign.”

Being in a family for more than 26 years who are directly linked to Cellini says we are looking at a much larger problem. Many will find it hard to believe. The National drug problem uses Chicago as a hug. The family controls $80Billion in drugs as HUGE Drug Lords linked to the CIA. Chicago is a Drug Hug. Former Governor Thompson while Governor according to the person who dropped off bags of cash was receiving weekly drug money.
Dan Webb is linked to Thompson and Cellini is known to be linked with Tony Rezko and Chris Kelly. Kelly’s death wasn’t an accident or suicide but a well planned execution, everyone needs to know how this is done to understand.
What most don’t realize is they are well linked together and help each other out. My second son was working for Rezko prior to when he was indicted. Luckly he decided to get out before the fireworks started.

Knowing the Illinois Drug sys size helps supports why armies of criminals are required to manage and protect those involved. Bruce Adreani told me, the entire drug system is managed by corruption from point of origin to each individual destination point. The armies carry multi credentials. Drug Planes (like Adreani and O’Connor’s Plane) flew Hybels around weekly to other churches in their association. Employment for driving the Drug shipment from Mexico to Illinois could be gained if you attended Willow Creek. Clinton as Governor with Hillary where linked to the Drug System.
Bruce & Ray Adreani said Bob Irwin Willow Creek Security Director heads up managing the armies for protecting the drug system. They also said Palumbo (Willow Creek) is involved in something huge. Willow Creek history surfaces more for offering reasons why Willow Creek was created in the first place. It’s a PRIVATE church with HUGE corporate contributors. Bob Irwin has arranged murder and other crimes for money, evidence exists.
The Drug business is loaded with cash. The armies a sort of commune style life with owning many homes in many areas. It’s not unlike them to own more than 15 homes close together in any one area. When the police come many scatter to other homes. It’s estimated that for more than 20 years more than 80 people have been quietly murdered. They have an assortment of routines that are repeated hoping to destroy your ability to move forward.
Big Financial groups are at the TOP. The lower level managers are caught but it’s the High Level Bank Administrators who are involved. The CIA protects these people especially those who handle their Drug money. You won’t hear about this because the News Papers have CIA Operatives working within to keep certain information quiet. Having groups of criminals living together allows branching out with additional criminal activities. Using spy techniques often w/credentials and drug Banks allows them to learn your complete financials. With builder’s connections and efforts to push a neighbor into financial ruin provides opportunities to grab their homes. Routines causing financial ruin include plugging up plumbing, messing with the car and tires, and a lot more.
Targeted victims for financial ruin are watched 24/7. Family discussions for running errands at home are overheard allowing a small pack of neighbors to follow you around. Financial ruin includes credit areas combine selected credit groups to work together on your problems. Customers of the Drug system can only purchase if they can pay. Banks, credit groups and Drug army working together assist in providing a working environment.
Remember “Dial A Rock”? It was broken up by the FBI a little while ago. The family I was in where directly involved. It’s thought the cell phones used were Government phones such as Tracphone. The software used in a Tracphone is built by an Israel company and there are reports about links with Israel and the International Drug system. Take it for what it’s worth!
Micro snooping is exceedingly dangerous as we live our lives not worrying someone is taking advantage of us. There isn’t anywhere to escape micro-snooping especially when those watching follow and monitor your communications 24/7. Cherry picking for the best vulnerability leaves you without warning or a way to escape. Poison and other devious means are their favorite for harming you. Methods used focus on not getting caught.
Please note that the “Right People” are involved with removing this problem. The Pentagon hires Hackers to discredit Whistleblowers so I expect many interesting comments but they won’t add up to much. Remember, there is enough proof to end questions but that will happen at an appropriate time. Everyone should be more concerned with what the proceeds of the drug system takes care of. I learned this in the mid 90’s while married.

CNN won’t get off this story about Cain. Now they are going to get one of the women to speak so they must feel there is someting to the scandal. Someone somewhere is trying to get the media to do this. They want Cane out of the race. It could be anyone since he is rising in the polls; including Obama. They are very afraid of Cain. But I agree with the other people who have commented. It’s so telling the media is going after Cain and not any of the other candidates or Obama.
FitzGerman has done a masterful job of limiting these investigations and convictions and controlling the narrative to divert attention from the authors of corruption, Obama’s Russian and Saudi handlers.
Speaking of timing, the Palestinians became full members of UNESCO today. Wonder if Obama is launching the Cain attack to keep Jewish voters from being even more scared of the Democrats who have not tried to stop it. Obama is trying to advance this Palestinian cause under the radar during a time when Gaza is so peaceful it is firing rockets and killing people in Israel. Just wondering if it is related at all.
This attack against Cain reminds me of the way Obama’s campaign firebombed Palin, John McCain and Hillary Clinton with the most stupid things like McCain was rich and had 5 homes and didn’t use e-mail, or that Hillary said she landed under sniper fire in Bosnia, or that Palin paid a lot of money for clothes when the RNC bought the clothes for her. The media just wouldn’t let these silly things go and went on forever about nothing. This non-scandal with Cain has the same feel to it.

Wow, Bill O’Reilly has turned into a realm dweeb. He continued hammering Herman Cain on his program tonight over various of his perceived shortcomings. Then he took on Stossel for not agreeing with him that Cain’s smoking ad was in poor taste. What is the deal with this attacking of Cain? O’Reilly is losing me as a viewer fast. Perhaps he ought to go on over to MSNBC.
Gianni, agree….esp. when recalling the precious handling of Obama by O’Reilly when the guy clearly had nothing in his background of any kind of experience…and what he cite was really a street agitator, shake down artist, and a politician who did nothing but vote present except when he tried hard to kill off surviving babies of abortion attempts on their little lives. O’Reilly is nothing but a loud mouth coward…esp. when he goes up against a man who tops him in courage.
I think Rush Limbaugh is mad, he wanted to knife Cain himself at a later date, but his Lib freinds at Politico got him first.
Rush the new liberal (since latest trophy wife) was pushing ineligible Rubio again for President.
This news about Cain was going to come out sooner or later. I truly hope that he has the capacity to navigate through the bogus outrage that the MSM is throwing his way. When/if he lands on the ticket, the Marxist regime will be much dirtier. I’m still a Cain man, but want him to come clean and end it (not that he hasn’t done so already). He’s a good man and I continue to support him.

The O’Reilly interview of Cain so aggravated me that I whipped off an e-mail to him pronto – Just couldn’t help myself. I don’t usually act that impulsively:

I could think of one phrase re. your interview of Cain:

as though you all are superior to him. He is a giant of a man and
you all are acting like midgets.”
If someone has DONE NOTHING illegal or inappropriate he should not be expected to admit having done something. I guess that would be sort of demanding that a person accept UP AS BEING DOWN,and LEFT BEING RIGHT. I personally believe that Herman Cain did not do the things that he was originally accused of. Yet organisations such as POLITICO, etc continue to make threats,against Cain,and in all probability anyone who looks like a threat to Soetoro. It is organisations loke POLITICO who use blatant lies,and inuendo as tools in their ongoing crusades to discredit people. It would not surprise me if Politico has financial ties with George Soros……at which point nothing more needs to be said.
Pat, I listen to Rush everyday, without fail, and I have no idea what you are talking about. Why are you attacking Rush all of a sudden? If you don’t like him, don’t listen. But don’t say things that aren’t true. The last couple of days he has spent nearly his whole show defending Cain.

Should Cain be nominated you can indeed look for stuff right out of the LIBERAL DIRTY PLAY BOOK, to be used against Cain. The libs have NOTHING honest to use against Cain so you can expect contrived BS to be used against him,or for that matter,any other person who appears to be gaining strength.
Old Salt, there is an onslaught of Cain information coming out right now. There is definitely a co-ordinated effort to take him down right now on many fronts. Right now it appears to me to be coming from the right, probably the Karl Rove forces. We’ll see what sticks and how he handles it. I hope that he is the person that I thought him to be and fights back. This is going to be an ugly campaign season from beginning to end.
I agree that we are just seeing the beginning of attacks on Cain. What really is atrocious is not the reporting of the ALLEGED misconduct, but the demeaning way in which it is being done. I heard an earlier, lengthy interview by Robin Meade of HLN (a CNN affiliate), which was so absolutely nit-picky of every, teensy-weensy detail.
Then O’Reilly’s questioning was with an attitude of…..let’s call it – CONTEMPT, pure and simple. Cain is such the gentleman – a giant of a man – so he takes it with grace and tries his best to answer correctly. O’Reilly really outed himself tonight as the pompous, self-grandized guy he is.
Please let me point out something about the fact that Cain’s story has developed with more detail since his first response. As he said, this happened twelve years ago. He has been an extremely busy man with many contacts with many people since then, and naturally it would be hard for anyone to remember all of the details.
However, there is something else, too. Don’t forget that during the intervening time he battled stage four cancer and possible death. If anyone has ever gone through great trauma like that at the age of sixty, one could well understand that some details would elude his memory. Life’s experiences are RELATIVE.
Cain, after displaying his poise and patience, is going to have to eventually take the bull by the horns and say, “Enough”, in some wise way. I trust his character and judgment.
I’m blown away by the media ignoring Ron Paul. He is truly the
ultimate threat to the establishment and the fake Federal Reserve.

O’Reilly and his ilky colleagues should instead grab the Politico folks, lawyers for woman/en, etc., by the neck and challenge them to just where their info came from and accuse THEM for baiting someone AFTER they are the guilty ones of releasing any “confidential” info. They were the ones who named Mr. Cain. He replied under his free speech rights to vaguely defend himself WITHOUT any names. The loudmouth spokespeople for the complaintant/s are the ones who should be under the gun. First they push Cain to explain something he has not clue to how they’ll spin it…..next they disingenuously try to cover for breaking the agreement themselves for the already settled female/s involved by saying now she has the right to give her side AFTER it’s already hit the fan; and to top off the chutzpah now claim it’s somehow Cain is the one who started all of this. Today, as prophesied, evil becomes good, up is down. The real world exists in the minds of only a few today.

Wow, Bill O’Reilly has turned into a realm dweeb. He continued hammering Herman Cain on his program tonight over various of his perceived shortcomings. Then he took on Stossel for not agreeing with him that Cain’s smoking ad was in poor taste. What is the deal with this attacking of Cain? O’Reilly is losing me as a viewer fast. Perhaps he ought to go on over to MSNBC.

This morning I heard on Fox and Friends that Greta Van Susteren is tentatively going to interview one of the accusers of Cain on Friday. The woman’s lawyer indicates that there could be a problem with her breaking the silence on the agreement of twelve years ago, or so. Then it was stated that Cain himself violated the silence agreement when he addressed the issue publicly.
Folks, can’t we see the mine field that is being laid here? If he hadn’t spoken out, he would have been accused of evasion and coverup. Now that he has talked, he will probably be accused of breaking the silence agreement. Don’t tell me this wasn’t all thought out ahead by his enemies. Somebody is very afraid of Cain and they are out to ruin him.

This morning while watching MSNBC, they had two former Secret Service agents on publicizing a new book called “The Kennedy Detail”. It appears to be a book to dispel any conspiracy theory. My only problem with this is that several years ago while listening to Art Bell of Coast To Coast conduct a 3 hour show on what do you think really happened on that November day in 1963 I heard a theory that sounded credible. After about three hours of the usual calls, one fellow called and said “Now listen – this is what really happened.” His demeanor was very authoritative and knowledgeable sounding. He said that one of the agents in the heat of the moment grabbed his rifle and it accidentally fired. In one of those one-in-a-million accidents, the bullet struck the President. OMG – How can we who are charged with protecting the President, be the cause of his death? Hasn’t anyone ever been suspicious how quickly the Warren Commission concluded it’s investigation. As one of the authors said – “there was no conspiracy”. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT BY OUR OWN GOVERNMENT FOR GOD’S SAKE.
As John F. Kennedy was a real WW2 Veteran and hero in saving his crew, I think he would want the truth to be told.
Here is testimony from a lawsuit and the source.
a. On page 106, beginning in the first paragraph,
Hickey had clearly heard the first shot. Sitting on top of the
seat back, he had already spun completely around and was staring up
toward the book depository. The other agents were just starting to
turn. So, Hickey hears the first shot and looks back to where he
thought it came from. And in a second or two, the follow-up car goes a
little farther and the oak tree that had obscured his view is cleared.
At that point, Hickey must have seen the barrel of Oswald’s gun. He had
to. He was looking right at it. And Oswald fires again.
So Hickey reaches down and grabs the AR-15 off the floor, flips
off the safety and stands up on the seat, preparing to return fire. But
his footing is precarious. The follow-up car hits the brakes or speeds
up. Hickey begins to swing the gun around to draw a bead on Oswald, but
he loses his balance. He begins to fall.
And the barrel happens to be pointing toward Kennedy’s head. And
the gun happens to go off.
b. On page 108, second paragraph,
Finally, he [Donahue] knew the bullet’s trajectory led straight to
Hickey and his gun. As far as he was concerned, this was an unshakable
ballistic fact. The bullet that hit Kennedy in the head came from the
left rear. From the follow-up car. From the AR-15.
c. On page 112, first paragraph,
Bobby [Robert Kennedy] may well have, understandably, codified the
cover-up: instructing that word of the misadventure go no further and
that the President’s body be brought back to Washington as rapidly as
possible, Texas law be damned.

The “The Men Who Killed Kennedy” series has aired several times on A&E in the past 15 years. I don’t remember if I saw all nine episodes but I do recall that Thom Hartmann, the lib talk radio host, appeared in one or two of them. The series is probably available on eBay or Amazon.com.
