“The first sentence in Part 1 of this series asked this:
“Is the United States Attorney for the Northeastern District of Illinois an intrepid crime fighter, as he’s typically portrayed by most of the Chicago and national media? Or, is the legend of a modern day Untouchable Elliott Ness largely a media-created myth?”
What followed made a case that the Untouchable image of U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald is largely a myth.
As to circumstantial evidence:
“It means that existence of principal facts is only inferred from circumstances. Twin City Fire Ins. Co. v. Lonas, 225 Ky. 717, 75 S W.2d 348, 350.
When the existence of the principal fact is deduced from evidentiary by a process of probably reasoning, the evidence and proof as said to be presumptive. Best, Pres. 246; Id. 12. All presumptive evidence is circumstantial because necessarily derived from or made up of circumstances, but all circumstantial evidence is not presumptive. Burrill.
The proof of various facts or circumstances which usually attend the main fact in dispute, and therefore tend to prove its existence, or to sustain, by their consistency, the hypothesis claimed. Or as otherwise defined, it consists in reasoning from facts which are known or proved to establish such as are conjectured to exist.” (p. 309, Black’s Law Dictionary, Fourth Edition)
So, what are the facts and circumstances that we know that collectively tend to prove, or sustain by their consistency, the existence of the hypothesis that Patrick Fitzgerald is a politically-driven, not jurisprudence-driven, prosecutor whose image as an intrepid, unbiased crime fighter is a media-created fabrication?”
“The arrest of Blago was timed, not to stop a crime spree, or the selling of a Senate seat – since the latter notion is built on the myth that, once Blago got paid for appointing someone, the act was immediate and irrevocable. The arrest was timed to save Congressmen Jesse Jackson, Jr., from criminal prosecution for bribing a governor in order to receive a Senate appointment. Connect the dots. It was about saving J.J., Junior.
The Mole was planted by the DoJ to contribute to building a case against Tony Rezko in order to (a) help scuttle Blago – who has his own self-destructive gene – and, (b)protect the image of Barack Obama as a Chicago politician untarnished by association with the likes of a Tony Rezko.
Getting Tony out of the way was necessary to hiding his relationship to Barack. And, keeping him sequestered at an undisclosed location was necessary to remove him from access to the media. But perhaps even more importantly, Rezko was never called as a witness in either Blago trial, yet he was among Dead Meat’s leading extortionists. All part of concealing Barack Obama’s involvement in Illinois Play to Play.
By its general passivity, the Chicago media have been complicit in hiding of Rezko. After all, Obama was their guy, too.
In the end, Tony will be sentenced to time voluntarily served – wherever that was – and eventually be pardoned by his longtime friend and financial benefactor, Barack. (Remember, Eric Holder facilitated the pardoning of Marc Rich.)
The Mole was a big winner in all this. He never appeared in court to testify against Rezko, since his appearance might have led to testimony as to Rezko’s long financial support of the young Illinois, and then U.S., Senator. The Mole is on record as having witnessed the two together in a much closer relationship than Obama has ever admitted. For his work, the Mole made out like a bandit. New name. New career. New wealth. In a New Town.
In a second Obama administration, Fitzgerald will be rewarded by being appointed the next FBI Director. Or, maybe even soon, he’ll get Holder’s job, if Eric’s connections to Fast & Furious sink him.
This is a circumstantial case. But remember Fitz’s words: “I think people need to understand we won’t be afraid to take strong circumstantial cases into court.”
To conclude: Three public entities head the list of those responsible for putting Barack Obama in the White House.
1.The Chicago Tribune, the Sun Times, and the entire Chicago TV media,, for selectively withholding information concerning Obama’s past in Chicago.
2.Former Tribune political reporter and consultant to Blago during his Congressional campaigns – David Axelrod. And, the…
3.U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, Patrick J. Fitzgerald.

Allegedly some people dressed in military fatigues were at the Wall St.Protest where they saw fit to give Hannity hell. The first thing that should have happened is that they should have been asked to show their US Military ID Card. An enlisted or officer is required under the UCMJ to present his IDENTIFICATION upon request of any CITIZEN of the US. If these ALLEGED military people wer GENUINE they would have OFFERRED to present their MILITARY ID. They were probably some more SEIU union SLIME trying to pass themselves off as military servicemen. It is also ILLEGAL to wear certain emblems,and certain rank designator pins. Anyone who does this CAN AND SHOULD BE ARRESTED ON THE SPOT. HE?SHE IS IN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW.
If a civilian protester wears certain emblems or rank designator pins (captain’s or Lt.) bars without holding the actual military office, or rate, can and, should be PROSECUTED by law. People who dress up in military clothing is one thing,but if he/she is caught wearing collar devices,etc they are asking for a trip to a military stokade. This applies to citizens who are only pretending. They need to get a good look at the inside of a stockade. Perhaps they would be a little more hesitant to dress up as US MARINES

Old Salt……as a RETIRED Army officer…I too am REQUIRED to carry a US issued ID card. I cannot enter the PX, or any military facility without it. It has my picture on it and my SS and an expiration date. Usually for retired personnel, it’s INDEFINATE. (meaning until death)

Recently, the New York State Board of Elections was caught trying to amend the US Constitution with an eraser by listing POTUS eligibility as available to any person “born a citizen”. (Please review Pixel Patriot’s excellent analysis on this issue, “New York State BOE Web Site Cover Up“.) The Constitution states that only a “natural born Citizen” may be president, a much more stringent requirement than simply being “born a citizen”. This effort in New York is part of a much larger effort nationwide to falsely revise history (in this case by scrubbing the very words of our Constitution). The tactic contributes to an insidious pattern of behavior being perpetrated just so Obama will be allowed to occupy the White House despite US Supreme Court precedent which states directly that he is not eligible. (This report assumes Obama was born in Hawaii.)
Other instances of gross intellectual dishonesty documented at this blog include the recent attempt by Justia.com to rewrite American history by scrubbing links in subsequent cases which establish that Minor v. Happersett has been cited multiple times as precedent on citizenship issues as well as voting rights. Read more.

You have got to love Obama’s enablers. Clearly, the title of this web site refers this web site, “Natural Born Citizen – A Place to Ask Questions and Get the Right Answers,” accessed at http://puzo1.blogspot.com/ , which I created in December 2008.
Before I start, I must advise you of two things: first, you will rarely find an Obama enabler who will ever admit that he or she is a lawyer (most of those who admit it have been outed by citizen researchers). The reason for that is that operating under the blanket of anonymity, they get free reign to say whatever they want without any legal or ethical accountability. And they have said some pretty bad things in the past until many of them were outed and so now they are “perfect gentlemen.” Hence, the first thing the owner of this blog tells us that he or she is not a lawyer. Now it may be true that the owner of that blog is not a lawyer. But what about all the other enablers who feed at that blog under the cover of anonymity? So, we do need to ask ourselves whether these so-called “owners” are just straw owners who take on such tasks to provide cover for Obama’s enabler lawyers who operate in the background under the cloaking device of anonymity

My predictions have been based on the left’s very own organizational literature. Additionally, I have consulted the work of Trevor Loudon, David Horowitz, Phillip Worts, Dean Gotcher, Arlen at Gulag Bound, Teressa at Noisy Room, Robert F. Beaudine–among many others knowledgeable of the progressive (i.e. communist) left’s intentions to destroy our constitutional form of republican government.
I do not make my predictions haphazardly. I try to apply the Scientific Method, i.e. observe; make predictions; test my predictions; draw a conclusion. My conclusion? The International Left believes in Global Governance (i.e. communism); hence, Barry’s pedal-to-the-metal, Alinksy-style rush toward a trans-national/totalitarian Marxist Utopia for the United States of America.
Repeatedly I have stated Obama’s Administration of unvetted czars is chock full of anti-capitalists, gun abolitionists, self-avowed socialists, liberation theologists, progressive radicals, communists, ad nauseum. Why would anybody be surprised by what they are seeing with simultaneous “occupations” occurring around the country–but more disturbing–the entire world?

Bob, there’s the key to understanding the times – “the left’s very own organizational literature.” That is why we need not be puzzled or baffled by what is going on with these protests. This is the modus operandi of the Marxists. Ever since the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia in 1917, the Communists have often operated by fomenting dissent where they want to take over. Communism is still very much alive, and the goal has always been to control the world.
Have you noticed that many who visit the OWS site and talk with various dissenters say that these are just ordinary people who seem to be in a fog as to what exactly they want? This fools the public into thinking that there is nothing to be concerned about. Wrong!! Double wrong!!
It only takes a few, well-trained Marxist organizers to control a huge bunch of dupes. Organizers, hmmm…….wasn’t that the prior occupation of someone BIG in the White House?
You see, it works out perfectly, so they think. Right here in America because of the freedoms we enjoy, they are at liberty to have these mass demonstrations. Without many realizing it, they seek to destroy the very freedom that gives them the right to assemble. Ignorant fools!
The late Dr. Fred Schwartz, who was extremely knowledgeable about Communism’s beliefs and methods, used to say this:
They (Communists) seek to find out what the people want. Then they attempt to bring it to the people, so that they can come to power over the people. Or, another method is to take an already prevailing bone of contention and infiltrate the group so as to steer it towards Marxism.
We must also remember that most of the young people in these demonstrations have already been indoctrinated by leftist professors in the colleges and universities. The work has been done well. The ground is fertile for now directing the “people power” to accepting Marxist ideals and bringing them to pass.
I want to go to the Cellini trial….Does anyone know what time to show up? Is it like the Rezko/Blagojevich trials where they pass out tickets early?

“SID: Okay. You hear this horrible report. You’re a Moslem.
NASIR: Yes.
SID: What does a Moslem think when he gets a death sentence like that?
NASIR: Allah is not a healer. Mohammed is not healer. So we don’t turn to Allah to heal us. We assume that we’re going to die. But I was afraid of death, Sid. I was petrified of death.
SID: Why?
NASIR: I didn’t know what was on the other side, but I was afraid of it. And the very people that I had my faith in, my trust in were those doctors, and they had just given up. What do you do when the people you got your trust in have given up on you and left you to die? In fear, I cried out. I said, “God, if you’re real, don’t let me die.” That’s what I cried out. Mohammed didn’t come. Allah didn’t come. But that night in that room, there appeared a figure at the end of the bed. And this person…
SID: Wait a second. Had you ever seen something supernatural like this before in your entire life?
NASIR: No, never.
SID: Your first time.
NASIR: Yes.
SID: Okay. Now there’s this figure…
NASIR: Yes.
SID: …and are you scared?
NASIR: No.
SID: What’s going on?
NASIR: No, not at all. I wasn’t scared at all. In the middle of the night I see this figure at the end of the bed, and it was the outline of a person with light radiating from them. I couldn’t tell you the way the face looked. But all I could see was this outline of a person with light. Now I knew it was Jesus. These people come to me and they say, “But you’re a Moslem. Moslems don’t know Jesus.” Oh yes they do. If you read the Koran, Jesus is mentioned many times as a good man, as a healer, as a prophet. Even his birth is mentioned and that he healed people.
SID: But the main thing that I understand about Islam, they say God has no son.
NASIR: That’s exactly right.
SID: I mean, look at the mosque. They have it right on top in Jerusalem.
NASIR: That’s right, he has no son. Well this person that appeared said two things: “I am the God of the Christians, and I’m the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.”
SID: Wait a second. As a Moslem, isn’t it Abraham, Ishmael, and Jacob?
NASIR: Ishmael was supposed to be the first born, not Isaac. But that’s not what this person said. Abraham, “Isaac.” So to me, it meant a whole lot. But even more astounding was that the next morning, the same doctors walked in and they said, “We don’t understand what’s happened. It is a miracle. It has gone into remission.” Instead of spreading, they are starting to decrease
SID: Now when they said that to you, what did you think?
NASIR: I said, Look, I don’t know what tell you, but there was a person…
SID: Did you tell them? You told them!
NASIR: Yes,
SID: And they’re gonna put you in a mental ward!
NASIR: I told them, “There was Jesus here and he healed me.”
SID: A Muslim saying that. They’re gonna put him away.
NASIR: They didn’t believe me. And that became a test case in the city of Toronto, “Why is this man alive?” In fact, they said it’s gone into remission so much, you can go home now. And I said, “No, I don’t want to go home.” That was my security. That little room was my security.
SID: You wanted that man to come back.
NASIR: Yes, absolutely. They released me the next day. Now the problem was that even though it had gone into remission, my head still looked deformed. And so when I would walk down the street, people would cross over the other side. They didn’t know what was wrong with me
SID: But what did you do with this man saying, “I am the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob”? Isaac! Yitzhak!
NASIR: I know. It’s like, wait a minute. This doesn’t make any sense. Is this Jesus that appeared in my room? Is he a prophet the way the Moslems had taught me all my life, or is he the Son of God the way that Christians think?
SID: Hold that thought. Let’s find out how God supernaturally shows Nasir that he’s the Son of God. Jesus is the Son of God. It’s the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Don’t go away. This is amazing.”
