Fourteen states, with Republican’s leading the charge, introduced legislation between 2010 and 2011 that went to the heart of voters growing realization that an ineligible candidate and his Party apparatus hoodwinked Secretary’s of State Board of Elections by placing said ineligible candidate on their state ballots who the majority of voters then elected to the most powerful position in the world, the United States Presidency. These 14 states include: Arizona, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania (Sept 2011), Tennessee and Texas.
Obviously, as demonstrated by the actions of these Republican state legislators and one Democratic Governor, they share in the over 50 + 1 of voters growing concerns about their state’s utter lack of control over who gains access to their respective state ballots, and by extension their voters and electoral college members, concerning the Presidential/Vice Presidential elections.
Up until the 2008 general election, the “vetting” process – a process that should be rigorous and thorough designed to insure that national Party nominee’s for President/Vice President meet the three very simple qualifications detailed in Article II of the US Constitution, age, residency and natural born citizenship – had traditionally been left to the respective national Party’s.
However, following nearly four years of purposeful and deliberate obfuscation by Barack Hussein Obama, II., and et al., to simply confirm, beyond a reasonable doubt, that he indeed meets one of only three of these basic requirements, Natural Born Citizenship, to which the United States Supreme Court gave definition to in 1875 in the precedent setting Minor v Happersett ruling, AND which Mr. Obama himself told everyone through his own 2008 campaign website Fight the Smears, which remains “live” to this day, that he “was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America“. No where in Article II does it state “native born”. But these political charlatans believed themselves to be smarter than we the people and thought we were apparently to stupid to know the difference between a “native born” and “natural born” citizen. Well, the joke is on them. We do know and obviously state representatives know too. And no moronic form letter from congressional peeps stating otherwise is going to change the facts as the people know them.
Therefore, to halt further erosion of the United States Constitution by the very people we the people elect to uphold it and who swear an oath to do so must now intervene at the state level to pass a “Presidential Eligibility Assurance Act” thereby empowering the Secretary’s of State Boards of Elections to do the rigorous and thorough “vetting” of Presidential/Vice Presidential Party nominee’s in order to gain access to state voters and electoral college members.
Yes, this is an uphill climb. Of the 14 states that introduced “Presidential Eligibility” legislation, only two made it out of the chambers and onto the Governor’s desk for signature – Arizona’s HB2544 and New Hampshire HB1245.”

No where in that article does it mention that Perry supports Sharia Law. It discusses his friendship and dealings with the Aga Khan. But there is no supporting evidence of Perry ever considering Sharia. I have friends and have done business with several very prominent Mexicans…Does that suggest that I support the drug cartels?
We have to know the smear machines have been out in full force forever. And Perry will be a formidable opponent. So there is going to be tons of crap put out there. I am sure this is just one of many. He is after all the governor of Texas and Texas has a larger muslim population than many states.

Insider at above link appears to be implying that the campaign cover story will be to attack Romney or Perry or whoever is leading. But the core strategy will be to foment insurrection and the need for the Federale’s to enter to control We the People, and the election; class and racial warfare. Those of us patriots attending rally’s need to be vigilant to not be drawn into violence. And it would help if we did not use language and sayings invoking images of violence, such as the Lie_berals are now doing repeatedly.

I feel that the eligibility issue is not the thing that’ll get rid of him; it’ll either be the stolen the social security number, or the many crimes he’s committed before and during his time in office.

So far I haven’t heard even ONE candidate mention such an agenda. So it would seem now that we must hunt down a candidate who is mentally,and physically in a position to whip Soetoro’s sorry a$$. I am not even sure that Alan Keyes himself would stand up and pursue such an impeachment.

Good Morning. It seems Gov. Perry is being attacked quickly here and in other places. I don’t believe Gov. Perry will be supporting Sharia.
All politicians with so many years in office have baggage and inconsistencies. There’s going to be a lot of attacks on whomever the Republicans put up. It will be hard to know the truth of those and/or the context that underlie the accusations. Gov. Perry has a lot of support and appeals to many. My brother called me to say Perry is running and he’s going to donate to him (he has never donated to anyone). Governing Texas for 10 years regarding immigration I would think would be complicated. He does represent all Texans. If elected, he would then represent all Americans. I like his strong 10th Amendment positions, his open faith, and his demeanor. I would vote for him should he get the nomination. Obama has to go or there will be no ‘America’ left when he’s done with her. I personally like Gov. Perry, Gov. Palin, Rep. Bachman. I could live with Gov. Romney if that’s the choice. However, I could live with Daffy Duck in 2012. I have not made up my mind who I will support. I want to see if Gov. Palin gets in.

JD – I remember listening to Gore years ago, I mean years ago and he sounded somewhat reasonable. Now, he appears to have gone off the deep end chasing the Man/Bear/Pig. If you haven’t seen the South Park episode it is very funny and sums Gore up perfectly.
In my early 20’s, I was also a ‘Democrat’ by birth (both parents). However, a lot changed, I grew up, openned my eyes, Jimmy Carter came along. I served in the Navy. I studied economics and business in college. I pulled back the curtain and saw that the leadership of the Democratic Party was not interested in protecting the Constitution. They seemed to be only interested in creating dependency of the masses in order to secure votes.
So, I’m saying that I don’t hold Perry’s support for Gore years ago against him. That was before the man/bear/pig made infected Gore.

Eddie, your posts are tough to read with the caps lock on.
The stolen SS#, IMO, will be easier to prosecute than the NBC issue, even though the latter issue has been defined by Minor V. Happersett. This is a Constitutional issue and as we’ve seen not too many (if any at all) elected officials actually know what’s in the Constitution or what it means!
I believe that if the evidence is presented that he’s using a stolen SS# there will be an investigation; Orly is pursuing that now with every fiber of her being.
The bottom line is to get him on *anything* that will prove he’s a fraud. Personally, I don’t care which avenue that takes, only that he be arrested, prosecuted and thrown in jail where he belongs.

all the politicians do know what is in the constitution and what it means. they are just playing dumb and nieve. i am aware that orly taitz is pursuing the stolen ssn. with a lawsuit , but that could drag on through 2012. all the candidates including michelle bachmann know about this also and none of them are going to bring the matter up for discussion. they will all remain cowards on that the same as they are about obama’s eligibility. orly is constantly being stonewalled and we cannot rely on an election to get obama out. he will steal the election with the help of george soros and the seiu unions etc. if none of the candidates address eligibility and or the stolen ssn. they will not win the election.
