The is jury out in the so called Blagojevich trial. I have refused to play along with the mainstream media in portraying Blagojevich’s guilt as being primarily in the selling of the senate seat, a well crafted diversion. The William Cellini trial is coming up in August. The next ploy to protect Obama and keep witnesses like Tony Rezko from testifying should be interesting.

“In the Rod Blagojevich trial Thursday, Democratic Fundraiser Joseph Cari and Rezko associate Ali Ata testified about how the Friends of Blagojevich ran their fundraising and alleged pay-to-play schemes.
•Ali Ata described how Rezko dealt with him and told the jury he was named executive director of the Illinois Finance Authority after making two, $25,000 contributions to the Blagojevich campaign.
•Cari testified, “If you did not play ball the way they wanted, there would be repercussions.” He said Stuart Levine involved him in a deal he was brokering with the Teachers Retirement System (TRS), where the company JER was supposed to hire a consultant of Levine’s choosing. Cari said when you wanted to do business with the state, you were subjected to shakedowns and he once told another individual “that’s the way it’s done in Illinois.”
•Under cross-examination, Cari did admit all threats came from Stuart Levine and not Rod Blagojevich. The defense also caught that when Cari testified at the Rezko trial, he said the “powers that be” were Kelly and Rezko, but did not mention Blagojevich as he did Thursday at this trial. On redirect, the prosecution had Cari read that he mentioned Blagojevich in reference to the same question at his grand jury testimony before the Rezko trial.
•Blagojevich tweeted ( @governorrod ) Thursday morning, “Getting ready for another day. One day at a time.” The day before, he thanked everyone for their emails of support.
•Wednesday, the prosecution questioned Rezko associate Joseph Aramanda. Aramanda testified about how when he owed Rezko money, Rezko had him act as a middle man for investments for the Teachers Retirement System (TRS). Aramanda said he became uncomfortable when Rezko wanted him to be involved in a deal worth tens of billions to Rezko , Lon Monk , Chris Kelly and Rod Blagojevich .”

This is where it should get interesting. The William Cellini trial is scheduled for August. Tony Rezko is scheduled for sentencing in October. In the Cellini Indictment, Rezko and TRS, Teacher retirement System, are mentioned every other word. How are you going to keep Rezko off the witness stand. And if you have Rezko talking, you have Obama.

Hmm…. This is very interesting stuff about the Cellini trial in August and that the indictment strongly indicates Rezko’s intertwinement. Could it be possible that the
Dem PTB have decided to “step aside” a bit and let Soetoro be exposed to some extent?
Insider, whether real or fiction, has hinted that the Dems are getting tired of Soetoro. Maybe this will be the road they take to shake him up and out before 2012? Just pondering.
The second swearing in as well also smells fishy, meaning there is something about his name he is hiding, even if, he was born in Hawaii. Whomever the GOP nominee is should be ready for anything OB could do.
Wonder if wiener has the goods on OB? If they force him to leave, he could spill the beans.
Tina, it does smell fishy, but the answer may lie with concealment by the CIA. There seems to be a lot research done to indicate Soetoro and/or family were involved with the CIA over a period of many years. If so, the CIA would have the capacity to seal all records it chose, create an identity for him, etc., all under the pretense of “national security.”
The “national security” cloak would be enough to silence many high-ups.

There are two points I want to make.
1. As Obama reads his TelePrompter, it has become clear that the vast majority of the time he neither knows nor understands what he is actually saying. In fact, I think that most of the time, he has not even pre-read the script, or at best has merely skimmed it. Given his extreme laziness and malignant narcissistic worldview in which he believes that he can do no wrong, coupled with his delivery, this is becoming undeniable. Listen to him. His inflection is almost exactly the same with every sentence. He reads every sentence almost exactly the same way. Most of the time he can get away with this and it comes off as “oratory inflection”, but sometimes it catches him, and his inflection is just completely wrong for what he is saying. (snip).

2. The second point I want to make is the fact that Obama has, at best, a passing familiarity with the English language. Go to the 2:00 mark in this video. Pookie launches into an anecdote about Travis Manion. Several points:
A.) Obama proves that he neither wrote nor reviewed the speech beforehand because he is completely thrown by Manion’s last name.
B.) Any “genius” native English speaker would have no problem with Manion’s name – it is pronounced MAN’ – yun. But genius Pookie goes all Hooked-On-Phonics and sounds it out like a first grader would as muh – NEE’ – un.
C.) Then, at the 2:10 mark, Obama again proves that he has absolutely no idea or comprehension of what he is saying when he says, “accepted by the USS . . . Naval Academy”.
Everyone stumbles over their words, stutters and even mis-pronounces things. It happens. But Obama is way beyond that. He is a man of below-average intelligence who is lazily bluffing his way through speeches he doesn’t even bother to pre-read. He is a sickening disgrace and a low-rent con.
Oh, and if you haven’t listened to this interview with a collection agent WHO FOUND PROOF OF MORE OBAMA FELONY IDENTITY FRAUD, you must listen and forward. This was sent to me while I was in Vegas, and the person who sent it is also a former collection agent and confirmed that this guy “Al” is 100% for real.
Obama, in addition to having multiple SocSec numbers also uses the alias “Harrison J. Bounel”. Identity fraud and aliases are de riguer among the Marxist-Communist underground. During the period of roughly February 1992 to mid 1994, I was making frequent trips to Moscow, Russia, in the process of starting a software development joint-venture company with some people from the Russian scientific community. One of the men in charge on the Russian side was named V. M.; he had a wife named T.M.
V. was a level-headed scientist while his wife was rather deeply committed to the losing Communist cause – a cause she obviously was not abandoning.
One evening, during a trip early in 1992, the American half of our venture were invited to V. & T.’s Moscow flat as we were about to return to the States. The party went well and we had the normal dinner discussions.
As the evening wore on, T. developed a decidedly rough anti-American edge – one her husband tried to quietly rein in.
The bottom line of the tirade she started against the United States went something like this:
“You Americans always like to think that you have the perfect government and your people are always so perfect. Well then, why haven’t you had a woman president by now? You had a chance to vote for a woman vice-president and you didn’t do it.”
The general response went something along the lines that you don’t vote for someone just because of their sex. Besides, you don’t vote for vice-president, but the president and vice-president as a ticket.
“Well, I think you are going to be surprised when you get a black president very soon.”
The consensus we expressed was that we didn’t think there was anything innately barring that. The right person at the right time and sure, America would try to vote for the right person, be he or she black or not.
“What if I told you that you will have a black president very soon and he will be a Communist?”
The out-of-the-blue remark was met by our stares. She continued, “Well, you will; and he will be a Communist.”
It was then that the husband unsuccessfully tried to change the subject; but she was on a roll and would have nothing of it. One of us asked, “It sounds like you know something we don’t know.”
“Yes, it is true. This is not some idle talk. He is already born and he is educated and being groomed to be president right now. You will be impressed to know that he has gone to the best schools of Presidents. He is what you call “Ivy League”. You don’t believe me, but he is real and I even know his name. His name is Barack. His mother is white and American and his father is black from Africa. That’s right, a chocolate baby! And he’s going to be your President.”
She became more and more smug as she presented her stream of detailed knowledge and predictions so matter-of-factly – as though all were foregone conclusions. “It’s all been thought out. His father is not an American black so he won’t have that social slave stigma. He is intelligent and he is half white and has been raised from the cradle to be an atheist and a Communist. He’s gone to the finest schools. He is being guided every step of the way and he will be irresistible to America.”
We sat there not knowing what to say. She was obviously very happy that the Communists were doing this and that it would somehow be a thumbing of their collective noses at America: they would give us a black president and he’d be a Communist to boot. She made it quite obvious that she thought that this was going to breathe new life into world Communism. From this and other conversations with her, she always asserted that Communism was far from dead.
She was full of little details about him that she was eager to relate. I thought that maybe she was trying to show off that this truly was a real person and not just hot air.
She rattled off a complete litany. He was from Hawaii. He went to school in California. He lived in Chicago. He was soon to be elected to the legislature. “Have no doubt: he is one of us, a Soviet.”
At one point, she related some sort of San Francisco connection, but I didn’t understand what the point was and don’t recall much about that. I was just left with the notion that she considered the city to be some sort of a center for their activity here.
Since I had dabbled in languages, I knew a smattering of Arabic. I made a comment: “If I remember correctly, ‘Barack’ comes from the Arabic word for ‘Blessing.’ That seems to be an odd name for an American.” She replied quickly, “Yes. It is ‘African’”, she insisted, “and he will be a blessing for world Communism. We will regain our strength and become the number one power in the world.”
She continued with something to the effect that America was at the same time the great hope and the great obstacle for Communism. America would have to be converted to Communism and Barack was going to pave the way.
So, what does this conversation from 1992 prove?
Well, it’s definitely anecdotal. It doesn’t prove that Obama has had Soviet Communist training nor that he was groomed to be the first black American president, but it does show one thing that I think is very important. It shows that Soviet Russian Communists knew of Barack from a very early date. It also shows that they truly believed among themselves that he was raised and groomed Communist to pave the way for their future. This report on Barack came personally to me from one of them long before America knew he existed.
Although I had never before heard of him, at the time of this conversation Obama was 30+ years old and was obviously tested enough that he was their anticipated rising star.”

NEW YORK — A daughter of slain civil rights leader Malcolm X has pleaded guilty to stealing the identity of an elderly family friend to run up more than $55,000 in credit card bills. Malikah (mah-LEE’-kah) Shabazz was freed from jail Thursday after entering the plea at a courthouse in New York City. She had been in custody since her Feb. 18 arrest in North Carolina.
Her deal with prosecutors calls for her to pay back the money and be on probation for five years.
Queens prosecutors say the 46-year-old used the name of a 70-year-old woman whose late husband was one of Malcolm X’s bodyguards to acquire credit cards that Shabazz used to run up big debts. Her lawyer, Russell Rothberg, says Shabazz is excited to be reunited with her teenage daughter.

Some evidence suggests a Hawaii birth, but more evidence suggests that the circumstances aren’t what we’ve been told. Also, because of their state laws at the time with late registrations and the fact that the state was doing this to defraud the federal government out of welfare dollars, the research done by one immigration officer at the time doesn’t remove all shadow of a doubt. Given the fact that the two birth records that Obama has shown have been manufactured, there is no reason to keep pushing for the original vital records. I’ll give you that the rabbit hole that you refer to could be a ruse to keep the eye off of the ball with respect to NBC.
That being said, the next Presidential candidate MUST bring up the fact that Obama was born with dual citizenship (regardless if the Supreme Court or Congress wants to confront the issue). If the person was born with dual Saudi, Israeli or other nationality it SHOULD be a legitimate question. This issue should be fair game and if Obama wasn’t black the cowards in the Republican party would have already gone there. Obama has shown a propensity to promote European style economic policies that don’t work. Mitt Romney somewhat went there a week and a half ago calling Obama’s policies “European”. Chris Matthew’s head almost exploded.
What I’m saying is that if the courts are unwilling to confront these issues, we must win in the court of public opinion. That means “word of mouth” and through the social networks.

Where did Bounel come from?
The name Harrison J. Bounel was discovered by a self-described debt collector named Al, whose full name is withheld at his insistence. Al told WND he had been researching someone in Chicago when he noticed the subject’s neighbor was Michelle Obama.
A few curious clicks later, he found the record for Barack Obama at 5046 South Greenwood Avenue … and the mysterious Bounel, who happened to be listed at the same address and with the same Social Security number as the president.

TV star and political commentator Chuck Norris points out in an editorial today that under the Obamacare legislation currently being vociferously opposed in town halls across the country, the government would empower itself to carry out home intrusions and state re-education of children under a Stalinist indoctrination program.
Obamacare is about the governments coming into homes and usurping parental rights over child care and development, writes Norris. Its outlined in sections 440 and 1904 of the House bill (Page 838), under the heading home visitation programs for families with young children and families expecting children. The programs (provided via grants to states) would educate parents on child behavior and parenting skills. The bill says that the government agents, well-trained and competent staff, would provide parents with knowledge of age-appropriate child development in cognitive, language, social, emotional, and motor domains modeling, consulting, and coaching on parenting practices, and skills to interact with their child to enhance age-appropriate development.
Are you kidding me?! With whose parental principles and values? Their own? Certain experts? From what field and theory of childhood development? As if there are one-size-fits-all parenting techniques! Do we really believe they would contextualize and personalize every form of parenting in their education, or would they merely universally indoctrinate with their own?, writes Norris, questioning what the government would teach children about religion, morals and basic values, as well as issues like abortion.
Do you want government agents coming into your home and telling you how to parent your children? When did government health care turn into government child care?, asks Norris, pointing out that the program has Stalinist overtones in that it gives government the power to shape the very minds of future generations by seizing parental and educational power, legislating preferred educational methods and materials, and limiting private educational options.
The program outlined in the Obama health care reform bill sounds almost identical to programs already under way in the United Kingdom where the government usurps parental rights and assumes a guardianship role over the child.

As we reported earlier this month, the UK Labour government announced its intention to fund an expansion of its Family Intervention Projects, a program which is centered around home visits by state social workers whereby agents enter the private homes of citizens to ensure that children go to bed on time, attend school and eat proper meals.
Surveillance cameras are also installed in homes as well as state-run dormitories so government spies can keep an eye on whether parents are mistreating kids and whether the kids are fulfilling their obligations to the government under a pre-signed contract.
Another key aspect of the program is that parents deemed responsible by the government are handed the power to denounce and report bad parents who allow their children to engage in bad behavior. Such families are then targeted for interventions.
As Norris highlights in his editorial, under Obamacare, parents wont be allowed to make a choice on whether they want government assistance in raising their children, they will be targeted by the state for home interventions, in exactly the same way the program works in the UK.
One government rebuttal is that this program would be voluntary. Is that right?, asks Norris. Does that imply that this agency would just sit back passively until some parent needing parenting skills said, I dont think Ill call my parents, priest or friends or read a plethora of books, but Ill go down to the local government offices? To the contrary, the bill points to specific targeted groups and problems, on Page 840: The state shall identify and prioritize serving communities that are in high need of such services, especially communities with a high proportion of low-income families.
Quoting Josef Stalin, Education is a weapon whose effects depend on who holds it in his hands and at whom it is aimed, Norris warns that universal health care could mean universal hell care if Obamas health reform is allowed to proceed.”
