Obama on August 21, 2008 challenging Obama’s lack of “Constitutionally Eligibility” to serve as President of the United States stated that Obama’s sister, Maya, was treated lightly last night, April 12th on CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight show as she was not asked why on two [2] different interviews she stated that her brother, Barack or rather Barry, was born in two [2] different hospitals in Hawaii.
Berg said, “Apparently, Piers Morgan, has joined the so called ‘Free Press’ and media by avoiding the hard facts regarding where Obama was born. It is a shame that Piers Morgan did not live up to his reputation of being a tough interviewer.
Obama’s sister, Maya Soetoro-NG was interviewed by Bennett Guira of Rainbow Edition, Volume 2, Issue 3 in November 2004. In this article, entitled “A New Face in Politics”, it is stated in the first paragraph “Barack Obama was born on August 4, 1961 at the Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.” [emphasis added] However, Maya Soetoro-Ng was interviewed again by Laurie Au with the Start Bulletin in February 2008 under the headline “Obama backers stress importance of caucuses”. In the Star Bulletin interview, Maya Soetoro-Ng stated:
“This is a place that’s been relatively unchanged for him, and so much of who he is was born here,” Soetoro-Ng told a crowd of about 200 people eating “OBAMAsadas.”
“He was born in Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children, two blocks up from where our grandmother still resides … the place where he used to stick orange peels under his bed, where it got all dried out and … nasty.” [emphasis added]
Berg said, “Piers asked soft questions of Maya regarding where her brother was born and completely failed to address and/or question the contradicting statements by Obama’s sister.”
Berg continued, “I am so proud of Donald Trump as he has raised the issue of Obama’s birth even hoping that Obama will prove he was born in Hawaii. However, Trump has stated that the more he looks into the issue, the more he believes that Obama was not born in Hawaii.
Therefore, a perfect time Tuesday night for Piers to ask the tough question that he failed to do. I am sure that many people tuned in to Piers last night to see Piers ask Maya the question that has haunted her since 2008. Piers failed !”

Good Morning CW – I have to bring my posts over – One is about Obamacare.
I heard Glenn Beck make his statements on the radio and saw the Blaze article about it. I made a post telling Beck that the issue is NOT going away, etc.
I don’t get what Beck thinks he is gaining? Much of his audience believe in the eligibility issue. When I made my post, most posts were polite but firm that issue will not go away.
Beck has a good research team on most things and the information he is bringing forth is important for the country to know. I just don’t get why he feels he needs to bring it up at all.
Watching the left strong response to Trump, the issue is clearly gaining strenght.

Barack Obama very likely had two birth certificates, the original birth certificate issued at the time of birth and an amended birth certificate reflecting a name change or adoption. And possibly a third more recent document reflecting a name change back to Barack Obama. He may have used both documents whenever convenient throughout the years. Is that a high crime or misdemeanor?
According to Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the former director of Hawaii’s Department of Health, Obama’s birth certificate is “located in a bound volume in a file cabinet on the first floor of the state Department of Health”. So now we know where the birth certificate is.
But we also have Barry Soetoro’s Indonesian school record. The question to ask now should be WHO IS BARRY SOETORO? If we can answer that question would we have grounds for impeachment?

I have to somewhat disagree with you on Beck regarding his research team which may be excellent however all of their ideas come from Trevor Louden over at NewZeal blog. I’m listening to Peter Boyle this morning and heard Beck’s comments from yesterday. I must tell you that Beck sounds completely unhinged. Boyle and Corsi are ripping O’Really apart right now for the Connecticut excuse that was a complete fabrication.
The bottom line is that Beck has put some good information out there for mass consumption, but that information was by no means original thoughts from his brain or team. At some point this whole movement became about Beck and Beck alone. I get sick to my stomach even listening to him any more.

Here we go again. Is John McCain eligible to be president of the United States? Once again, the NY Times has an article about John McCain that attempts to disparage him. Apparently this question was answered some time ago. Is the NY Times trying to damage the campaign of John McCain or is it desperately trying to generate income or both? You decide. In order to qualify Sen. McCain, on February 28, 2008, Sen. McCaskill introduced S. 2678 which also expanded the definition of natural born citizen to include a single citizen parent.
“Congress finds and declares that the term ‘natural born Citizen’ in article II, section 1, clause 5 of the Constitution of the United States shall include: ‘Any person born to any citizen of the United States while serving in the active or reserve components of the United States Armed Forces’.”
There is nothing in the Constitution which would allow Congress to redefine natural born citizen because it had an understood meaning at the time the Constitution was adopted.
Obama was one of the first to sign as a co-sponsor in support of S. 2678 as the change in wording would resolve his problem of having only one U.S. citizen parent. Knowing S. 2678 would have to be resubmitted as an amendment to the Constitution, the Senate with the help of lawyers Tribe and Olson used a non-binding Resolution to recognize that McCain was a natural born citizen. In writing S.R. 511, the Senate this time recognized the definition of natural born citizen was not in the Constitution and they used “born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936″.
In the Insular Cases, the Court explored the constitutional status of places like the Canal Zone and held that the Constitution did not apply in full. See the below article.

[From reading all the material on the subject of natural born citizens I can’t help but conclude the following:
1) Citizens of united states was never properly defined by the framers mainly because only state law could define whom were born a citizen of the state which in return automatically made them a citizen of the united states under article 4.
2) Congress in 1866 recognized not all states recognized people of color as citizens and set out to define who were citizens of the united states through statute and amendment to the constitution.
3) Congress decided to recognize all persons born or naturalized as citizens of the united states as long as they could not be claimed as subjects of another country.
4) The 14th amendment was clearly designed to recognized only those politically attached to the nation (citizens) and no other.
5) Just as a naturalized citizen cannot be claimed by any other foreign power as their citizens, neither can anyone born.
Obama cannot be a citizen of the united states under the true meaning behind born or naturalized subject to the jurisdiction of the united states. Justice Gray himself confirmed this in Elk v Wilkins writing for the majority in defining subject to the jurisdiction as political attachment and not mere place of birth. This was in perfect agreement with acts of congress of 1866, 1868 and 1874.
This crazy notion that place of birth controls citizenship is so contrary to written law makes you wonder how so many got carried away with such an easily debunked belief.]

If I understand your position, the average person can have an epiphany about Obama, but Trump’s enlightenment should not be taken at face value. Not only that but his actions should be outright rejected as subterfuge. If that is the case, what potential candidate is strong enough to take him on, in your opinion? Who has the kind of brassiness to stand not only up to him, but to Obama? Also, your position can only be valid if Team Obama wants the eligibility issue front and center. I don’t see that. How many more ways can birthers be trashed at this point? They haven’t been squelched. I take the view that Obama was born in Hawaii (State Department records show that from a FOIA request from Plaintiff Strunk), but he does not want his long form to be made public. That is the story, IMO. I also don’t believe the Supreme Court has directly addressed presidential eligibility, although I would wager that the two citizenship argument would not win with the Court. I commented quite a bit at Obama Conspiracy Theories and with few exceptions, was constantly attacked as a full fledged birther, even though it is obvious I am not. The vitriol is incredible. Those few who stopped attacking still don’t agree with me, but we developed a kind of rapport. They are few, and it is simply not worth the effort to be there anymore.

If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. The Constitution requires that to be the President of the United States, a person must be born in the United States of two parents who are citizens of the United States. By BHO Junior’s own admission his father was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth. Thus BHO Jr. is disqualified for the Presidency.
There is a clear, concise definition of the term “Natural Born Citizen” in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal reference book used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.
“The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens…it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”
There have been innumerable United States Supreme Court Decisions that have referenced Vattel’s Law of Nations as a resource in interpreting the original intent of the Founding Fathers when writing the Constitution.

Regarding the MULTIPLE BCs. Apparently nobody seems to understand that a person is BORN ONLY ONCE. If he/she is legally adopted then the surname becomes that of the adopting persons. But if the adoption was done in INDONESIA there will be no record of it in Hawaii. Nor can HDOH legally reinstate his birth name, by phoney birth certificates. It MUST BE DONE VIA a Petition FOR Name Change. It is a full blown hearing before a magistrate. The DNC and the DUMB ASS LIBERALS would have everyone believe that UP is DOWN. Why does the SCOTUS need to make make yet another ruling on the interpretations of NBC? SCOTUS has already defined what a “Natural Born Citizen” is, multipal times:
Congress first defined a natural born citizen on 26 March 1790 by legislation titled “An act to establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization.[ii]” The applicable portion of that law states in part, that the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens: Provided, That the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States…”
But wait, that act was repealed by the Naturalization Act of 1795[iii] which was passed on 29 January 1795 that states, in part: ” the children of citizens of the United States, born out of the limits and jurisdiction of the United States, shall be considered as citizens of the United States: Provided, That the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons, whose fathers have never been resident of the United States.”
Apparently, so did John Jay, a founding father of the United States and the first chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court under George Washington. John Jay was concerned by threats from within our republic, and to prevent foreign enemies from taking over as commander-in-chief. He turned to the writings of an international legal expert Emerich de Vattel, author of “The Law of Nations or the Principles of Natural Law Applied to the Conduct and to the Affairs of Nations and of Sovereigns” (The Law of Nations was influenced by the writings of Christian Wolff, a German philosopher and advisor in government affairs).
In Book 1, Chapter XIX, Sec 212 of Vattel’s works, we finally find the following definition of a natural born citizen: “The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.” From here, we find that this definition was accepted into law, at least for a while.
The key provision in this U.S. Supreme Court case, also highlighted by Mr. Gilliland, lies in the following statement: “the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons, whose fathers have never been resident of the United States.”

Birther Czar Joseph Farah: I’ve Been Talking To Donald Trump ‘Quite A Bit’

Politico reports that Farah says he and Trump talked every day this week, and he has been advising Trump on the basics of birtherism. “We’ve have been speaking quite a bit,” Farah said.
Since he started maybe-running for president, Trump has repeatedly questioned the legitimacy of President Obama’s U.S. birth. Conspiracy theories about Obama’s birth certificate have been repeatedly debunked, but that hasn’t stopped Trump from speculating that the President’s grandparents planted a birth announcement in a Hawaii newspaper to get government benefits like welfare and hospitalization.
According to Marr, Farah said he offered to give Trump a tutorial in birtherism once Trump started publicly asking questions about President Obama’s birth certificate. “His people were very quick to respond,” Farah said.
If there was any question about Trump’s legitimacy as a presidential candidate, his association with Farah should answer it. As the founder and editor of the influential right-wing “news” site WorldNetDaily (WND), Farah has continued to give the birther issue oxygen, long after it was abandoned by mainstream conservatism.
This week Farah admitted WND publishes “some misinformation by columnists.” Farah was responding to questions from Salon’s Justin Elliott about WND’s repeated (and erroneous) claim that Obama has spent $2 million on a legal team to fight the birther lawsuits, a claim that was eventually picked up by Trump.
With Trump, Farah has found someone who gets enough publicity to bring the birther issue back to the forefront. Farah wrote recently on his website: “And so it is in 2011, in the USA, when suddenly, with childlike innocence and a natural-born sense of curiosity, billionaire and would-be presidential candidate Donald Trump shouted from a media pedestal no one could ignore, ‘Look, the emperor has no birth certificate!'”

This is what we know so far. We get more info on Jean Paul Ludwig, who was born in 1890, had CT SSN obtained in 1976 and died in HI around 1981. There are 2 SS numbers for him and records show him dying in 2 different states: CA and HI around 1981.
The reason this is important, is because there is a similar fact pattern to Obama. Barack Obama is residing today in the White House, using CT SS number 042-68-4425, issued in CT in and around March 1977 to an elderly individual named John Paul Ludwig, who was born in 1890, who is presumed dead and whose death was either never reported to the SS administration or reported and deleted from the database by someone.

Thus the SSN remained active for the deceased person and Obama could “adopt” it as his own. This is a clear case of identity theft at the federal level.

The RCP National Polls show Trump in 3rd Place and he is losing in the early State despite all the media attention that he has gotten.
I appreciate Trump raising the BC issue, but the polls show clearly that it is not likely that he will get the repub nomination.

Citizen Wells, you speak frequently about Orwellian reporting and misinformation. I can understand that you put my post in moderation asking you to put FS on a leash. But I have clearly proven that Trump endorsed McCain / Palin in complete opposition to FS’s multiple claims daily that Trump supported Hillary and then Obama in 2008. I asked why would FS put that misinformation out there so freely? I then asked whose side FS was really on. Why did you send that post to moderation. If you are going to allow FS to lie about obvious facts and then moderate those that call him to the carpet, isn’t that Orwellian in nature?

I’m no Hillary fan.
Anyone truly concerned about saving the USA would realize that the ONLY thing that matters in the next election is DEFEATING OBAMA. Right now, and considering the list of other potential contenders, the only person that would strongly take it to Obama is Trump. Trump would truly be in Obama’s face.

I read the article where they say Farah is lying about the 2 million. The FACT is that obama has spent close to two million to that specific law firm that has worked on obama’s eligibility cases. Now here’s the deal. Farah said the 2 million was for eligibility cases. The obama/law firm spokesman says it wasn’t all for eligibility cases and therefore farah and everyone who picked up that eroneous figure and ran with it is lying. But the law firm and obama won’t give an account of what the 2 million went to. They say it was for other things, but THEY WON’T GIVE THE EVIDENCE. Sound familiar?
Just another case of Obama people claiming the right is lying about this stuff, but hides the facts to prove it.

For the record, FS is not a Republican. That is how crazy this line of attack is. On the other hand, I have been a Republican my whole life. Yet CW allows the attacks to continue, deletes posts that call FS to the carpet and promotes his Orwellian Wordsmithing.

donald trump to attend a tea party event in flordia tommorrow it was suppose to be around 2oo attending now they have moved it outside to a park because thoussands are now comming to see trump . i am from nj and i tell you he created lots of jobs he saved our state years ago, he is a good candidate he knows what it takes to create jobs and he takes no bull crap from anyone ,

I hope Allen West plays the audios of Trump praising bo, pelosi and hillary for all the Tea Party members in Florida.
I am just saying to hear Trump out. He has earned that right. If in the end he is too liberal for some people’s tastes then so be it. But don’t rip the head off of the one person of status who has really put his neck on the line in exposing Obama’s fraud.

I listened to Trump on Hannity last night. It was refreshing.
He is the only conservative telling it like it is.
Trump donated to dems in 2010 elections but didn’t give a dime to Tea Party candidates.
Again, Allen West was asked if he would be open to running for VP with Trump and he said “yes”. FS is a misinformant.
Trump supports bo style government health Care and ant-gun legislation.
Once Allen West hears the Trump tapes that Mark Levin played on his show tonight, he will not want to have anything to do with Trump.

I totally disagree. I think he doesn’t care for the same reason the other conservative hosts don’t care, which is still very puzzling to me.
