If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. The Constitution requires that to be the President of the United States, a person must be born in the United States of two parents who are citizens of the United States. By BHO Junior’s own admission his father was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth. Thus BHO Jr. is disqualified for the Presidency.
There is a clear, concise definition of the term “Natural Born Citizen” in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal reference book used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.
“The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens…it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”
There have been innumerable United States Supreme Court Decisions that have referenced Vattel’s Law of Nations as a resource in interpreting the original intent of the Founding Fathers when writing the Constitution.

Since we recognize that both Trump and Rush need some education it seems that now is the time to get them informed since they are open to it …. finally. Yesterday I emailed Rush re: his error on the Chester Arthur info he mentioned. I emphasized that the interest isn’t in the place of birth alone but in the situation of both parents at the time of birth. I followed that up with the question of even being any kind of citizen currently due to the Soetoro adoption and school registration form stating Indonesian citizenship, Muslim religion, and Soetoro last name, and stating that there is no evidence of any re-naturalization of U.S. citizenship. And I linked to the image of the form itself with the info on it. I corrected him … in a nice way (strong ego there) and I also mentioned the recent Hollister actual discovery of the use of the fraudulent SSN. Again … I was sure to include the links to the exact reporting of what I was saying so that he could go to the source and not think it’s just another personal opinion or hope. And I mentioned that I wanted to keep him up to snuff with what Trump was doing! I did this because Rush always wants to the be the top dog when it comes to being informed on the latest. Placing him in a certain competition with Trump’s current popularity might get him to also become more interested in getting his facts straight. When sending info it’s good to make your subject line something that alerts them – personally – so they won’t pass it by easily!
I sent similar info to Trump via one of his business’ emails …. perhaps now he’s alerted his staff to take a look at any possible informative discovery about O. Who knows! As CW says … nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Hopefully others are using this time to do the same without using a lot of verbiage that turns them off, but rather best sourcing links. Patriots must use the criminal process to legally remove bo if they want him removed before the 2012 election. I would say that more than others in the recent past 6 months or so Rush has hinted as much to the “God is like Obama – he too doesn’t have a BC” – stuff. If he too has nothing more concrete than supposition as others who have begged the courts for concrete evidence through discovery and lost still have, then I’m happy that he is not running full tilt away from the story – as have just about every other influential “talker”. I’m happy that he has been dedicated to showing O as a complete imposter in his position and I’m also glad that Glenn Beck has at least educated the public to all of the connections between the one world gov types. For whatever reason Trump has suddenly gone strong on the topic, full throttle, while you would say he also COULD have had the research done all this time, I’m glad that he’s shaking things up – perhaps finally because of the situation the business world has found itself in due to O’s intentional policies to ruin this country. Only the naive would believe that there are many pure souls out there ready to suffer for their stances – like Lakin. Most need an ulterior motive. As I said before, perhaps the time is now ripe for all the whiners to take advantage of the given moment and use the momentum that will more easily allow the ones they criticize to finally be of some use for the cause. We live in the real world so at least be pragmatic enough to seize the moment in that real world and stop whining because some others didn’t dance to the tune you were playing.
It’s always somebody else’s fault from those in the peanut gallery even when those they so often accuse are doing more than the majority of their types in their professions as well as even their accusers are doing.

Your comment does deserve some theories. I believe that all radio and tv stations, which we call MSM are now becoming aware of a potential finding of ineligibility in the CIC. They, of course will be totally blamed by the people for not doing their due diligence. However we all know when it is a Democrat there is no investigation and vice versa. If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. The Constitution requires that to be the President of the United States, a person must be born in the United States of two parents who are citizens of the United States. By BHO Junior’s own admission his father was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth. Thus BHO Jr. is disqualified for the Presidency.
There is a clear, concise definition of the term “Natural Born Citizen” in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal reference book used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.

May I remind this fake C in C that the United States government signed a CONTRACT with each individual soldier, sailor, or marine who now wears the uniform of his or her service. Our government promised in the CONTRACT, it would take care of the financial needs of the soldier and his family.
Instead what has Congress and this president done…abandoned them to thei9r own resources and now most congressmen are skipping town on another vacation!

Then why today did he say that O’s grandmother said she was there in Kenya and witnessed the birth? Why did he say that what HI states they have on record is not a long form birth certificate? He’s mentioning at least what he’s beginning to see and/or understand. Apparently he, like so many others who don’t devote every minute to the question, has read conflicting info – and from supposedly legit state officials.
There is not written, established law defining NBC as yet. You can mention Vattel as precedent if or when such a discussion in SCOTUS takes place but until that is established I wouldn’t toss around the terms, “traitor” or “liar” so lightly esp. when it comes to those who are in the same good fight for our country. Don’t start throwing out the babies with the bath water. Eventually these “babies” might just be the microphones that get the discovered findings out there to the public. Good grief, there are to this day Constitutional attys who themselves argue this unestablished question….and they KNOW the precedents.
This is why, for now at least, the place of birth as well as the legal position of the mother to pass on citizenship should also be pursued as well as the question of adoption and the SSNs since no citizen would have need to obtain one fraudulently. It just may be the reversed approach that will work.

But the Federal Aviation Administration this week established a no-fly zone over Williamsburg which will be in place from Friday until Monday – just in time for the planned visit.
The White House this week described the trip as ‘long-planned family trip to Colonial Williamsburg.’
Jessica Wharton, spokeswoman for the Newport News-Williamsburg International Airport, said the no-fly zone would not affect the arrival and departure times at the airport.

President Obama’s online computer image of his birth document (COLB) was provided by his campaign organization and not by an “issuing authority” as defined in the U.S. Code 18, sec 1028 (6) and there is no independent verifiable information to corroborate his alleged birth in Hawaii.
FactCheck is cited as the eminent authority on the verification of Obama’s birth but no one knows exactly how they investigated and verified. We know that Joe Miller, a Democrat political operative with a Ph. D. in Political Philosophy and Jess Henig who as an M.A. in English Literature were the two FactCheck.org employees given access to Obama’s COLB but neither of them were document examiners or experts. When we refer to a COLB it can be constreud as EITHER a CERTIFICATE,OR CERTIFICATION. The abbreviation COLB is better stated specifically which it applies to, as either CERTIFICATE,or CERTIFICATION. For some unknown reason a LOT of people are saying colb………..which again has TWO distinct meanings. Makes it tough to believe what is being said.

Sadly, Moron represents Alexandria VA, an immediate suburb of DC. There are extremely few conservatives there. In fact I’m betting the vet (and the one that filmed him) were the only two there. Why else was Moron comfortable with having a Town Hall meeting in this political climate?
Does anyone know if a BC is required to get married in Illinois? If so perhaps it might be rewarding to start researching the alleged marriage of Soetoro. I would be really interested to see what he used for a BC. I have only started researching it,but already I have found information that does not correlate with the ages of the.kids. If a BC is required of each person then I am wondering what Soetoro used. Further I am wondering how he could have had his name changed OUT OF a COURT OF LAW. Even if he was able to have his citizenship restored he would have first needed to oficially change his name back to Obama. Restoring a citizenship would require that his name first be formally changed. Then he could have applied for re instatement of his citizenship. If that is even possible. I am very doubtful that both parts of it would have been done at the same time. There are NO RECORDS anywhere of a FORMAL NAME CHANGE PETITION HAVING EVER BEEN FILED by Soetoro For the name change to be valid in a US court his surmame would have to be verified as having been restored in a US Court.

Read your post and checked out The Dylan Ratigan Show, and found the reference to the spot where the guy dissed Trump. There is a reference to him on Wikipedia. Apparently he just goes by the name of Toure, (with an accent over the ‘e’). Couldn’t find a first name, it appears that he just goes by the single name, which Wiki indicated that his mother had given to him after she read an article in Time about then-President of Guinea Sekor Toure.
He was born March 20, 1971, is listed as an American novelist, music journalist (hip-hop), cultural critic & TV personality, based in NY. Listed as ToureX on Twitter. No reference that I could find as to his real name, but I got the impression that he liked the affectation of going by a single name.
You probably would not care to hear his rant against Trump again, but yes, that segment is listed at the top left at the Ratigan Show site.
