Donald Trump on the Today Show this morning, April 7, 2011, in an interview by Meredith Vieira, stated that he was suspicious that Obama has “conned the world.”

And it helped publicize an new NBC / Wall Street Journal poll that shows Trump tied for second as a hypothetical GOP presidential candidate.
I’ve explained before why Donald Trump is not going to run for President—I would love to be wrong, if only for the blog material—but apparently we’re all obliged to take it seriously, at least until the Celebrity Apprentice finale. So what’s the narrative of his candidacy? Businessman steps in to save troubled economy, right? Wrong. Apparently America is longing for an experienced executive to… hire private eyes to prove that the President was secretly born in Kenya.
In an interview with Meredith Vieira that also touched on foreign policy and the economy, Trump showed that he has decided to double, if not triple, down on his embrace of the birther movement, which believes that President Obama is constitutionally unqualified to serve as President. And not for Donald the squeamish “Well, there are a lot of questions out there” answers of other politicians gingerly handling the birther dynamite: Trump says he is increasingly suspicious that Obama has “conned the world.””

Trump is not the first prominent figure to question Obama’s integrity. Bartle Bull, long time Democrat and civil rights attorney had this to say last year.

There’s also the very slight chance that one of the 50 state legislatures will pass a BC bill at some point leading up to the election, and at that point it would be too late for another Democrat to step forward. I believe Trump is doing a favor for the Clintons by raising this issue now. I’ll admit, I’ve been enjoying Trump in the news cycles, and hearing him talk about the elephant in the middle of the room. It’s amazing how those on the left, continue to keep their heads in the sand, only to come up to smell their own farts.
I’ve been following the elusive birth certificate saga since June 2008. It’s refreshing to hear someone like Trump ask the simple questions those in the media refuse to ask of the administration. I really hope Trump begins to hone in on the dual citizenship angle, and reads up on some of the work Mr. Apuzzo has done regarding the definition of a Natural Born Citizen. I think, this is the argument that carries the most weight, and the angle that could ultimately oust Barry from his duties as POTUS.
I’m curious to know how Trump’s investigators will fare in the Aloha State, and if anything will come out of that research. It seems like there have been so many who have tried doing the same, only to hit endless roadblocks along the way. Maybe with Trump’s money and power, he can find a way to lift the veil.
At the end of the day, I’m truly amazed at the number of people who continue to ignore the facts, the blatant secrecy of the administration, and those who will follow this feckless leader, no matter how many elephants are in the middle of the room.

bob strauss… I know I was taught in school, You needed to be born here to citizen parents, or if at a time of war, born in other area’s deemed American soil. Therefore John McCain was eligible. For me to have been taught that, it must be written down somewhere to include being eligible without being born in the U.S. It may be written in the laws of nations, which is mentioned in Acticle I of the United States Constitution. Truth and Justice is The American Way. We are a Free Country, you are free to follow the laws (rules) if not you are free to be prosecuted. I prefer that we assimilate, diversity is not what this Country was founded on. 🙂 English is our language Too 🙂

I got breaking news! Miki Booth has been able to obtain a Long-Form Birth Certificate (Certificate of Live Birth) from the Hawaii DOH. Miki has posted the image of the birth certificate on her FaceBook page. The Certificate of Live Birth shows the hospital name and has a date of March 15, 2011. In addition, the Birth Certificate is stamped with State Register of Hawaii who is Alvin Onaka. Check it out if you can.

If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. The Constitution requires that to be the President of the United States, a person must be born in the United States of two parents who are citizens of the United States. By BHO Junior’s own admission his father was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth. Thus BHO Jr. is disqualified for the Presidency.
There is a clear, concise definition of the term “Natural Born Citizen” in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal reference book used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.
“The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens…it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”
There have been innumerable United States Supreme Court Decisions that have referenced Vattel’s Law of Nations as a resource in interpreting the original intent of the Founding Fathers when writing the Constitution.

The worst thing Limbaugh said today was his opining about another President’s birth certificate issue – Chester Arthur. Rush was wrong about what he reported and I wrote him about his incorrect facts. I am looking forward to seeing if he corrects the record tomorrow.

I heard him last night and he gave a gallant fight to try to persuade Jason Lewis (Birthers Are Nutcase Believer) that the O is questionable regarding his birth credentials. I have now put Jason in the OH’REALLY category.

pat my wife was born here in hawaii in 61 and she has a long form bc that list the docs name and witnesses with all the goodies that a bc has
Thanks for that! I was going to write that someone posted their BC online, born a couple of days apart from OLiar and of course it was a long form BC with docs name, etc etc …
Amazing how even New York Times writers write articles without having done all the research! Recent one bashed Trump, but had all her facts wrong!
