My friend Jeff Katz, former talk show host on WBT Radio in Charlotte and one of the few people in the media in NC asking questions about Obama in 2008, interviewed Hawaii State Senator Sam Slom. World Net Daily reported on the interview.
“The lone Republican in the Hawaii State Senate was interviewed on the radio this morning, explaining that while he believes Barack Obama was born in the Aloha State, he questions what might be on the original, long-form birth certificate that would prompt the president to go to such lengths to conceal it.
“I’m not a ‘birther,'” Hawaii State Sen. Sam Slom told Jeff Katz of WXKS Radio in Boston, “and I followed this from the very beginning. At first I followed it with amusement, and then I got really concerned about it, because the question was if it was not just the birth certificate, but other records as well ? school records, academic records, work records ? why would anyone spend millions of dollars in legal fees, particularly someone in public office, particularly someone in the highest public office, to not make that information public?””
“”There are different theories,” Slom continued. “One is that there is no birth certificate at all; I don’t think that’s true, I think there is a birth certificate. The second is there may be some very interesting information that the president does not want released, for example, who his father really is or what’s listed on the birth certificate.
“In any event, here is the president of the United States,” Slom said, “you’ve got to have [a birth certificate to present], why don’t we require that of the president?””

“Recently, potential presidential candidate Donald Trump has also questioned why Obama has kept his records under lock and key, stating, “There’s something fishy about the whole thing,” and, “There’s something on that certificate that’s very bad for him.”
Slom referenced Trump after also explaining the difference between Hawaii’s official, long-form birth certificate and Obama’s “Certification of Live Birth” posted online.
“We have two forms of the birth certificate,” Slom said. “One is the long-form, official certificate of live birth, and that’s the one that’s got all the data; and then there’s the short form, and that’s the one they’ve put up on the website ? but that doesn’t go into detail, doesn’t give you all the information.
“So it comes back to the same thing,” he concluded. “Why would anybody, let alone the president, spend all this money, all this time, all this effort, not to disclose the information? And of course, we can come up with several different possibilities, but as Donald Trump and others have said, gee, it would be so much simpler if he just disclosed it and we move on.””

My guess is that all Sam Slom has to do is take a hard look at the official (REWORDED) eligibility form which MMMSSS. “PIGGY PELOSI” subsequently READ and signed. That might provide him with justification to start digging much deeper. Keep in mind that ANYBODY HAVING EVEN A GRAIN OF SANITY ABOUT THEM WOULD NEVER SPEND OVER A MILLION DOLLARS TO TRY TO HIDE SOMETHING WHICH INEVITABLY WILL EMERGE ANYWAY. Any normal manager who interviewed Obama for a job would probably see he has something to hide. Things don’t add up in his background, his birth certificate, his adoption papers, his whereabouts during his college years, and his social security numbers. The media and courts just want to cover for him, but I don’t understand why.

If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. The Constitution requires that to be the President of the United States, a person must be born in the United States of two parents who are citizens of the United States. By BHO Junior’s own admission his father was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth. Thus BHO Jr. is disqualified for the Presidency.
There is a clear, concise definition of the term “Natural Born Citizen” in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal reference book used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.

The image you posted above is not what Factcheck posted on June 16, 2008. In fact, your image (@ 450 x 442 pixels) is a direct reduction of the Fight The Smears image (585 x 575) generated by a PHP script.

Have you read Miss Tickly’s most recent post regarding the COLB? Her post is about how the COLB shows “date filed by registrar” instead of “date accepted by state registrar”, and that “filed” means that a birth certificate never existed since it was never “accepted”. Given that the COLB is a forgery, why would they not have written “date accepted by the state registrar” on the COLB and avoid this issue? I suppose it could be that they did not know the difference, or that the COLB they used to forge from also said “date filed by registrar”. Your thoughts?

Miss Tickly has not done any research on what Hawaii actually puts on their COLBs.
EVERY COLB issued since 2006 has DATE FILED on it regardless of when the birth registrant was actually born. I have a 2006 COLB for a person who was born in 1940. It says DATE FILED like the dozen other genuine COLB copies I have.
ALSO, THE SEALS USED ON ALL COLBS ARE OF TWO VARIETIES AND NONE OF THEM LOOKED LIKE THE PENCIL SKETCH SHE PRESENTED. THAT SEAL IS THE DIRECTORS SEAL. THE COLB SEAL HAS ALL OF THE FEATURES RECOMMENDED FOR AN OFFICIAL SEAL EXCEPT THE STARS IN BETWEEN THE TOP AND BOTTOM LEGENDS (THEY USE BULLETS INSTEAD)

I wasn’t going to but I have to get this off my chest. Months ago when I dared to dispute MT’s assumptions in regard to the Obama COLB seal some people jumped all over me, called me an obot and insulted me. I thought this was a place that sought the truth but when I spoke out I was harassed by people I’ve never seen posting here before. Only a few people came to my defense which includes Cabby and oldsalt. Only one has apologized to me since then and that was Paxson. They have no idea how much I appreciated their support.
I wondered “if” Dr Polland would ever come out and contradict MT and I see now he has. His statement coincides with my comments on the seal. I feel like I’ve been vindicated. Thank you, Gordo, for bringing this to my attention.

Some of us were only too happy to come to your support in the controversy with MT. She has done a lot of diligent work and I am not into the subject nearly as deeply as she; however, I would be less than honest if I didn’t admit to seeing flaws in some of her logic.
Dr. Polland is someone I have a great deal of respect for, and I am glad that he weighed in on this subject.
I tried to help her with WND a few months ago, for which she showed great appreciation. Matters like the seal seemed to be overly fine-tuned by MT before actually seeking a reasonable explanation.
Not everything that occurs re. Obama is completely sinister. Sometimes there are logical reasons. We are all overly suspicious at times, and that is understandable.

Maybe the closing down of the government will be a good experience for everybody and they wont be paying the bills for the USURPER’S defense. Further, Barry’s insistence that we accept and embrace Islam as a benign religion of peace belies the dangers of totalitarian nature of Muslim belief, practice and aims.
If Barry intentionally lied to the American people during the election, committed campaign finance fraud, tax fraud, identity fraud, filed a Selective Service registration with a CT SS# which was not issued to him, deprived other legitimate candidates of votes, contributions and then foisted ObamaCare, and countless other acts of malfeasance upon the American people, then he should be held accountable.
Consider that 1971 was forty years ago and Barry and his people had a very long time to formulate how they would handle problems with his bona fides. They decided to rely on the inattention and short attention span of a large portion of the voters, and to ridicule anyone who had the courage to confront them on this issue. Now they have to answer for their mistakes.

The fact that Sarah Palin will not discuss Obama’s steadfast refusal to reveal his birth certificate (to the tune of his spending over $2 million dollars thus far) leaves me with the only conclusion that Team Palin feels it would not consitutionally disqualify Obama as president, only politically (embarassment) disqualify him — so Palin will not, at least for now, bring it up.
That is to say, the birth certificate would likely reveal one and/or both of the following:
1. Obama’s grandmother is his mother and his mother is his sister.
2. Obama’s father is Frank Marshall Davis.

Okay, here is my guess as to what happens “next”. Obama will realize he is screwed and will resign due to health issues. They will dramatize this so much so that you look like a jerk if you try going after him for his fraud and “how dare you ask a very sick man for his birth certificate now”.
I don’t know how many of you have been following the Washington Insider, but he has mentioned health issues for Dumbo and he keeps looking worse and worse in pictures.
I don’t see this going down very well for anyone in Washington. We all know how deep they are all in this cover up, but once the rest of the country realizes how all of them sold us down the river for 2 years, I doubt anyone but Trump will have any credibility left.
Let’s all stock up on popcorn, these next few weeks will be interesting!!

Most of us are Trump watching with interest. It would not matter if he ended up being the candidate, this is quite entertaining.
For Trump to be pushing in this way, it sounds like he is being a serious contender, but the question to ask and get answered is: does he have enough popular support?

that scenario is a bit ridiculous for a variety of reasons.
The pictures of FMD and Østupid are not a match. On the other hand, he looks like his alleged half-brothers or at least he looks like his maternal grandfather. This is possible because it is common for grandchildren to resemble their grandparents rather than their parents.
The only way for that to be resolved would be some DNA testing. FMD has a son and the son looks nothing like Østupid. His face is a lot rounder.
