Patrick Fitzgerald Obama puppet, Fitzgerald bias, Fitzgerald nomination for FBI Director?

“Why did Patrick Fitzgerald delay the prosecution of Rod Blagojevich?”…Citizen Wells

“Why did Obama name Patrick Fitzgerald as chairman of the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee of U.S. Attorneys (AGAC)?”…Citizen Wells

“I believe I’m more pristine on Rezko than him.”…Rod Blagojevich

From the Chicago Tribune March 21, 2011.

“Republican Sen. Mark Kirk has three words for U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald: Stay in Chicago.

Fitzgerald’s name has surfaced among potential nominees to replace outgoing FBI Director Robert Mueller, whose nonrenewable term ends in September.”
“But Fitzgerald is a potential nominee who could have trouble with congressional confirmation. Some Republicans think he overreached in his prosecution of I. Lewis “Scooter” Libby, Vice President Dick Cheney’s former chief of staff, in the Valerie Plame affair.”

It is clear at this juncture that Fitzgerald is driven by political motives and other bias in the US Justice Department. His overzealous prosecution of Libby and Karl Rove and lackadaisical prosecution of Rod Blagojevich bear this out. It is clear that Fitzgerald, in lock step with the Justice Dept., has protected Obama.

During Gates’s Visit, Russian Defense Minister Calls for Immediate Cease-Fire

MOSCOW — In a rebuke of U.S. policy in Libya, the Russian defense minister condemned civilian deaths from coalition airstrikes and called for immediate cease-fire on Tuesday as Defense Secretary Robert Gates sat stonily beside him.

Speaking to reporters following an hourlong meeting with Gates, Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov said Russia continued to support the United Nations resolution authorizing the creation of a no-fly zone over Libya but made clear that Moscow was increasingly uneasy about the escalating campaign.

“Unfortunately, recent developments in the country demonstrate that it is experiencing real hostilities, destroying civilian facilities, and the killing of civilians,” Serdyukov said. “This shouldn’t have been let to happen and we informed our U.S. counterparts of our opposition.”

The Gadhafi precedent: Could attack on Libya set the stage for action against Israel?

There are many reasons to be worried about the bridge-leap the Obama administration has just undertaken in its war with Col. Moammar Gadhafi. How it will all end is just one of them.

Particularly concerning is the prospect that what we might call the Gadhafi precedent will be used in the not-too-distant future to justify and threaten the use of U.S. military forces against an American ally: Israel.

Here’s how such a seemingly impossible scenario might eventuate:

It begins with the Palestinian Authority seeking a United Nations Security Council resolution that would recognize its unilateral declaration of statehood. Three top female officials in the Obama administration reprise roles they played in the council’s recent action on Libya: U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice, a vehement critic of Israel, urges that the United States support (or at least not veto) the Palestinians’ gambit. She is supported by the senior director for multilateral affairs at the National Security Council, Samantha Power, who in the past argued for landing a “mammoth force” of American troops to protect the Palestinians from Israel. Ditto Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, whose unalloyed sympathy for the Palestinian cause dates back at least to her days as first lady.

But there also was some criticism of President Barack Obama’s handling of the U.S. involvement, which came in response to the U.N. Security Council’s vote to enforce a no-fly zone.

Obama has faced complaints at home that he should have consulted Congress and obtained its approval before supporting a U.N. Security Council resolution authorizing allies to enforce a no-fly zone and use any measures necessary to protect civilians.

  30. http://www2.tbo.com/content/2011/mar/22/MENEWSO1-obama-criticized-on-libya/news-nationworld/

WASHINGTON – The fierce, American-led air assault on Libya is coming under growing political fire both at home and abroad, throwing the White House on the defensive and raising potential problems for President Barack Obama as he plans his 2012 re-election campaign.

Complaints already have started to escalate. Some early advocates of military intervention, including Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., complained that Obama may have waited too late to help the opposition in Libya.

A contingent of liberal Democrats, normally allied to the president, condemned the use of military force. Some conservatives, as well as foreign policy experts, argued that Libya is not a vital U.S. strategic interest.

An anti-war group announced plans for protests in Los Angeles, Chicago and nine other cities this week.

“The president seems to have angered almost every major group: He’s either done too much, or too little, or he’s done it too slowly,” said James Lindsay, a former official in the Clinton White House official who is now with the Council on Foreign Relations. “There’s a very real political risk for Barack Obama in all of this.”

Among the critics Monday was Sen. Richard Lugar, R-Ind., ranking minority member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, who is widely respected for his understanding of foreign policy and has often sided with the administration.

“There needs to be a plan about what happens after Gadhafi,” Lugar said. “Who will be in charge then, and who pays for this all? President Obama, so far, has only expressed vague hopes.”

Sen. Jim Webb, D-Va., complained that Americans haven’t been given a “clear statement of foreign policy,” an understanding of who the Libyan rebels are, or a proper presentation of the issue to the public.

“This isn’t the way our system is supposed to work,” he said.

A group of liberal Democrats, including Reps. Jerrold Nadler of New York, Donna Edwards of Maryland, Dennis Kucinich of Ohio, and Maxine Waters and Barbara Lee of California, issued a statement over the weekend saying they “all strongly raised objections to the constitutionality of the president’s actions.”

Complaints also came from the Arab League, which initially called for imposing a no-fly zone in Libya, a decision that helped persuade the White House to join the fight. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin lashed out at Washington for launching what he called “a crusade,” saying it justified Russia’s military buildup.

Putin accused the United States of invading Iraq under “a completely false pretext,” and destroying the leadership of that country.

“Now it is Libya’s turn, under the pretext of protecting the civilian population,” he said. “But it is because of bombing strikes on the territory that the civilian population dies. Where is logic and conscience?”

He was unable to cite any cases or written opinions for this position. US President Barak Obama is facing sharp bipartisan criticism over the manner in which he committed his nation’s forces to the international community’s intervention on behalf of Libya’s rebels, with members of his own party joining his detractors in the GOP.

One liberal Democratic Congressman, Dennis Kucinich, has gone so far as to suggest Obama be impeached, according to a report in Politico. Kucinich’s sentiments were shared by fellow anti-war democrats Maxine Water, Sheila Jackson Lee, Jerrold Nadler, and Mike Capuano. In the past Kucinich also advocated impeaching President George W. Bush over American involvement in Iraq.

  55. The article by Frank Gaffney, Jr. linked by Zach, reveals ONE of the most important aspects of this entire UN resolution and the US participation in the Libya attacks. Thanks, Zach, for posting it!

We all have observed that the UN has not been Israel-friendly and usually chastises it for any reason imaginable. It wouldn’t take a quantum leap by the UN to make a resolution against Israel in the near future; furthermore, with the posture of Obama with respect to the UN and abusing the power of the presidency, plus the apparent weakness of Congress, ( at least so far), it would be entirely possible that someday US troops would be sent to Israel under a UN mandate.

Listen, folks!!! If we are not decimated before, an ill-fated move like that will make it certain. I fear greatly for America if that ever happens, because of what God Himself has said about such an attitude. We will be toast, and we ain’t seen nothin’ yet.

, urges that the United States support (or at least not veto) the Palestinians’ gambit. She is supported by the senior director for multilateral affairs at the National Security Council,
Samantha Power, who in the past argued for landing a “mammoth force” of American troops to protect the Palestinians from Israel. Ditto Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, whose unalloyed sympathy for the Palestinian cause dates back at least to her days as first lady.

Honestly on this issue I can only hope that my analysis and instinct is correct.

    =======================================

Yes, EVERYBODY is biased in one way or another (even the Self-Appointed one, FS/LPH!), but the first step to “recovery” is recognizing our own biases and trying to plug that into the equation.

Also, asking “Is this the truth or is this my bias showing through” BEFORE posting stuff. (Wow! What a novel and brilliant idea!!!!!)

But having said that, you are doing an admirable job of trying to wend through the Libyan stuff. We (our little team) are all pessimists I think, so that clearly affects our view. But please know that we wish and hope that you are right.

The die has been cast, so I guess now we mostly wait and see what happens.

(PS – we are still quite sure that MusBros will end up owning Egypt.)

Quite unnecessary. THAT was not the point. Although your comments are duly noted and appreciated.

However, that being said, the people that need to apologize are that SSOS lady who took FS’s side without wanting to spend the time to study and understand the history of the situation.

Also, we think CW owes the world SOMETHING for unleashing this monster. Even as we all believed once that FS/LPH was a victim, as soon as it became apparent that his “alternate personality” (or however you want to describe it) had emerged, “it” needed to be summarily dealt with.

My theory – Both parties made a deal in that closed door meeting – If you don’t expose our man, we wont expose yours. And May The Best Man Win.

I think the Dems had the Repubs believing McCain might not be legal since ALL the lawyers are Dems. Plus, time was of essence because of the collapsing economy, which I think was another ploy.
    ******************************
Ms. Helga – I believe that you are right as it pertains to actions by Congress at that time. This theory makes sense to me.

Of course, we probably all agree that the deception re. Obama himself, his stealing the nomination from Hillary and all of the other shenanigans are deeply rooted and kept hidden by other evil forces. There has been no one GRAND human conspiracy, imo, but rather a series of events to cause a coverup of a magnitude never before experienced by the USA. Many of the factions have their own reasons for their participation in this coverup. That is why it is very unlikely that the eligibility issue will unseat Obama. That is not to say that the truth will not come out someday.

  64. This thought hit me last evening. Try it on for size, please.

Since there is increasing accusation against Obama by those in his own party as a result of the Libya military action, could it be that the Dems themselves will call for him to withdraw from the race in 2012?

Look at it like this. Some have often said that the Repubs want O to be the Dem nominee in 2012, so that they will have him to run against – that it would be politically advantageous to have it so.

Well, how about the Dems’ position? If they feel that O is going to be a detriment – a liability – to THEM if he runs in 2012 and he would cause the Democratic Party to lose the presidency, how do you think they might avoid that scenario? Huh? Yes? Hmm…….

Obama Criticized For Failing to Consult Congress on Libya Attacks
President Obama is coming under criticism from several Democratic and Republican lawmakers for failing to consult Congress before Obama sent U.S. warplanes to attack Libya. Obama did not officially notify Congress until Monday—two days after the attack began. Jim Webb, the Democratic Senator from Virginia and former U.S. Navy Secretary, told MSNBC that Obama’s actions were the way that the system is supposed to work.

Senator Jim Webb: “We have been sort of on auto-pilot for almost 10 years now in terms of presidential authority in conducting these type of military operations, absent the meaningful participation of the Congress. We have not had a debate, I know that there was some justification put in to place because of concern for civilian casualties, but this isn’t the way the system is supposed to work.”

Meanwhile, Democratic Rep. Dennis Kucinich of Ohio said President Obama may have committed an impeachable offense for not consulting Congress before the air strikes. Kucinich said that Obama’s actions were unconstitutional, according to the President’s own constitutional interpretation. In 2007, then-Senator Obama said: “The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.”

  67. http://www.newsworks.org/index.php/local/item/15695-sestak-raps-obama-on-libya-

Former Democratic Senate candidate Joe Sestak is emerging as a critic of President Barack Obama’s decision to attack Libya.

The former admiral and congressman from Pennsylvania has been making regular cable news appearances since the conflict began Saturday. He said he’s worried the Obama Administration hasn’t spelled out what coalition forces are trying to accomplish through the attacks.

“Are the costs worth our interest? Do we understand the risk we’re assuming?” he asked during an interview. Sestak argued Obama’s objectives seem cloudy, pointing out Obama has said Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi needs to leave office, but has clarified that regime change isn’t the goal of the NATO mission.

The Democrat also said Obama hasn’t justified the attacks to Americans, and should have come back from his South American trip to do so.

“You know what? After two wars, almost a decade in each, I think it would have been worth the cancellation of the trip,” he said. “At such a moment in time, [Obama] should have been laying it out on a consistent basis for the public. What is going to happen, what the end-games are, what’s the risk environment we’re entering.”

The president has made several public statements about the mission, but has yet to deliver a nationally televised speech. He was in Brazil when attacks began Saturday, and will remain in South America until Wednesday.

This is an issue Sestak and the man who beat him, Republican Senator Pat Toomey, agree on. Toomey recently said he’s against sending American troops to Libya, saying, “There are very many unanswered questions about what would the purpose be, when would we leave, what would we measure as a success, what would we do if and when Americans start being killed . . . I think there are too many unanswered questions right now for us to commit forces to Libya.”

Am I the only one who sees him as a hurt and angry man calling out for help?

    ======================================

Very likely, yes. Some may have thought this some time ago, but the numbers are dwindling fast. It is now apparent that he is an ACTIVIST dis-information agent.

Truces have been tried before. Most notably one attempted by Paxson months ago. More recently, a very well orchestrated attempt by Carlyle. He put together a concise and brilliant “vow” which we could all take to curb the nonsense. As a measure of good faith, Carlyle took his own vow immediately and challenged FS/LPH to take same vow. FS/LPH refused to take the vow. Even after being literally badgered to do so.

Subsequently, SSOS and many others ridiculed Carlyle’s “stupid vow”. We feel that this episode was so diagnostic in goring the Sacred Cow that it was a key part of the reason Carlyle was banned.

  69. http://www.publicopiniononline.com/ci_17643814

Former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum criticized President Barack Obama’s policy toward Libya as “indecisive” and said if current trends continue the United States’ role in world affairs will to “simply be the military for the United Nations.”
Santorum criticized the president Thursday night before a Fayette County Republican dinner in Uniontown, which is about 40 miles south of Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported Friday.

“You want to see what America will look like going forward under a Barack Obama presidency? You’ve seen it here in Libya,” Santorum said. “He seems disinterested, detached, ambivalent, indecisive and waiting for the international community to take the lead, and do what they want to do, and he’ll go along and execute their plan.”

Santorum’s remarks came shortly after the U.N. Security Council approved a no-fly zone Thursday over Libya, which would legally pave the way for military action by countries seeking to prevent Moammar Gadhafi from mounting air strikes against rebels who opposed his regime. By Friday, Britain, France and NATO were meeting to discuss how to enforce the no-fly zone, but the U.S. military had not immediately said what role it might play.

Santorum said the United States should have moved unilaterally to impose and enforce the no-fly zone, and criticized what he described as President Obama’s hesitancy to act.

Obots tired of BHO, like to paint HRC as mainstream. When the fact is she is Marxist who hates the Constitution and has contempt for America as well.

Obot’s like to show up on conservative blogs heap praise on blog owner, claim to be long time lurkers and then attack regular conservative commentors.

I thought that the demRat obots like FOS & paxson were handled by the ANIMAL lawyer but seeing how quickly the demRat obots are abandoning bo’s sinking ship for HC, it now looks like demRats FOS & paxson et al have been handled by bo’s puppet master, soros, all along.

That will make things a lot simpler. We won’t have to refer to FOS & paxson as demRat obots being that FOS & paxson are simple demRats.

  72. Who is more likely to be an Obot or otherwise harmful to the common cause?

    1. People who, upon disagreement with other people, explain their reasoning, walk through the logic, and make it easy for others to follow along and make up their own minds.

    2. People who simply “throw acid” on anybody they disagree with. People who will not answer questions or explain their reasoning. Just belligerence and bullying.

  73. Romney and Pawlenty join criticism of Obama on Libya

Add Mitt Romney and Tim Pawlenty to the growing list of probable 2012 Republican presidential hopefuls who have criticized President Barack Obama’s handling of the conflict in Libya.

The former Massachusetts governor, who ran for the White House in 2008, says Obama “calls for the removal of Moammar Gadhafi but then conditions our action on the directions we get from the Arab League and United Nations.”

Romney made his comments Monday night on popular conservative radio talk show host Hugh Hewitt’s program, adding that “thus far the President has been unable to construct a foreign policy, any foreign policy.”

Pawlenty, in an interview, also criticized the president for not taking earlier action against the Libyan leader’s military campaign against rebels, saying “a reasonable step like a no-fly zone done earlier, had we been decisive, I think, would have achieved not only the safety of the civilians that are now being assured or guaranteed by the UN resolution, but it also would have given the rebels the opportunity to capitalize on the momentum that they had a few weeks ago and push him out, and he needs to go.”

Pawlenty, in an interview on Fox News Monday night, also pointed out that he was one of the first to call for a no-fly zone in Libya, in comments he made on March 7 in Iowa.

The former two-term Minnesota governor announced the formation of a presidential exploratory committee Monday.

In recent days former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, who is exploring a bid for the GOP presidential nomination, termed Obama as “spectator-in-chief” in regards to Libya. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, who is flirting with a possible run for the White House, described the president’s approach to Libya as “dithering”.

Former Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennyslvania, another probable presidential candidate, in recent days critiqued the president’s moves on Libya, saying the implementation of the no-fly zone came too late. Earlier this month Santorum was one of the first potential GOP candidates to call for action against Gadhafi.

Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour, who’s seriously thinking of a presidential bid, has been more cautious in criticizing the president’s actions on Libya.

Mike Huckabee has been critical of Obama as well, but also noted recently to CNN’s Chief National Correspondent John King on “John King, USA” that “I don’t have the NSA report sitting in front of me. So I’m always a little careful to say, here’s what I would do.”

The former Arkansas governor and 2008 Republican White House hopeful is thinking about running for his party’s nomination again.

Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota, another possible contender, last week voiced her opposition to a U.S. military role in Libya, saying there was not enough intelligence about the forces fighting to oust Gadhafi.

Rep. Ron Paul of Texas claims the president’s move to implement a no-fly zone is “unconstitutional” because Obama didn’t seek Congressional authorization. Paul ran for the White House in 2008 and is considering another presidential bid.

President Obama Faces Growing Criticism Over Libya

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that President Obama is facing mounting criticism for taking military action without consulting Congress. Some are questioning whether it was the right policy at the wrong time or the wrong policy all together. Obama, on a five-day tour of Latin America, defended his administration’s “muscular approach” in Libya, saying it was “very easy to square our military actions and our stated policies.”

We don’t think Obamaniac’s eligibility issues will ever be sorted out. The TRUTH would be catastrophic to Civil Unrest and Absolutely Fatal to American position in International Community. (If nothing else, consider War Crimes!)

There are very many other ways the Democrats have of “convincing” Hisself not to run.

After the Obamaniac tenure, this whole thing will be the biggest “secret” in US political history. It will be locked up tighter than JFK assassination, OK City bombing, 911 details, and even Roswell and Area 51, all added together.

One thing we have steadfastly refused to look at is the implications of The Truth. We all seek the truth, but never ask what happens next.

It was just tickled around the edges earlier – especially on the report of conversation with Karl Rove. But there is something yet even bigger underneath all of this. I fear that Obamaniac is just the pimple on the pig. It seems reasonable that we won’t have much chance of popping the pimple unless we can understand the pig better, unless we can catch the pig.

Alas perhaps our basic pessimism is showing through. But have we, any of us, learned any valuable lessons in the last couple of years?

I suggest we need to ask ourselves a serious question: Is there any hope of ‘getting’ him on eligibility concerns, or should we focus ALL efforts on criminal activities and impeachable political offenses while he was in office? Do we have enough resources to pursue both agendas?

Or is it more important to just get rid of him for WHATEVER REASON ( ala Al Capone)?

I wish we could use this valuable blog space to have these kinds of discussions, debates, and interplay, and not the BS that fills 90% of the postings here.

Yeah, FS/LPH – have a go at this. I’ve provided you enough red meat you can tear and twist and misrepresent to last you at least a week. Yeah, go Minkey Sh-t all over this – pop a spleen, have a stroke! Maybe it will keep you off other people’s backs for a while!

Nobel Committee asked to strip Obama of Peace Prize

The Bolivian President and a Russian political leader have launched a campaign to revoke Obama’s honour after the US attacked Libya.
Liberal Democratic Party of Russia leader and Vice-Chairman of the State Duma Vladimir Zhirinovsky released a statement today calling for the Nobel Prize Committee to take back the honour bestowed on US President Barack Obama in 2009.
Zhirinovsky said the attacks were “another outrageous act of aggression by NATO forces and, in particular, the United States,” and that the attacks demonstrated a “colonial policy” with “one goal: to establish control over Libyan oil and the Libyan regime.” He said the prize was now hypocritical as a result.
Bolivian President Evo Morales echoed the call: “How is it possible that a Nobel Peace Prize winner leads a gang to attack and invade? This is not a defence of human rights or self-determination.”
Morales won the Gaddafi International Prize for Human Rights in 2006.
He is amongst a number of left-leaning Latin American leaders who have denounced the attacks against Libya. Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, Rafael Correa of Ecuador, Daniel Ortega of Nicaragua and Cristina Ferdinez of Argentina have all criticised western media coverage of the Libyan crisis.
Morales and Chavez repeated calls for peace talks with Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi.
Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009 for “his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and co-operation between peoples.” The Committee praised the “change in the international climate” affected by Obama’s presidency.
In his Nobel Lecture, he discussed the “hard truth” of the inevitability of war, saying: “There will be times when nations — acting individually or in concert — will find the use of force not only necessary but morally justified.”
A message has been widely retweeted on Twitter today: “Obama has now fired more cruise missiles than all other Nobel Peace prize winners combined.”

Support for Operation Odyssey Dawn is withering.

China, which abstained from voting for the UN resolution to bomb Libya, is now calling for an immediate cease-fire, according to the AP.

Yesterday, it emerged that Russia, which also abstained from voting, resisted pressure from Vladimir Putin to veto the resolution. Anyway, Russia has also called for an end to the airstrikes.

Italy has threatened to withdraw authorization for the use of its air bases.

Norway said its jets would not take part in the operation until the ‘command and control structure’ and ‘rules of engagement’ were clear.

The only consolation is that Operation Odyssey Dawn has already accomplished its major goals, taking out Qaddafi’s air force and protecting Benghazi. Western forces will have no complaint with winding down airstrikes now.

If there is any truth to the story coming from Soetoro, then in a few days our military forces are going to be under UN CONTROL, which is theWORST POSSIBLEthing that could happen to our military FORCES. Soetoro has stated that “In ten days the military operations will CEDE to UN command. This was part of the plan from the beginning, and I am willing to bet that the JOINT CHIEFS ARE INVOLVED AS WELL. If this is accurate then our military has been CORRUPTED,and sold to the highest bidder. Those who are involved have COMMITTED TREASON against this country in so doing. When Soetoro is finally removed from office then the top military brass who allowed this to happen should have their rank stripped from their shoulders, and they shoul;d face severe penalties. If Soetoro is hauled into the world court they should sit NEXT TO HIM just as did the supporters of Iedecki TOJO,and Adolph Hitler.. The military was our last bastion against having the country taken into a Marxist Socialist state, from which it will be extremely difficult,if not IMPOSSIBLE to recover from. People had better STOP SITTING ON THEIR HANDS. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE…..NOW. If we lose the military we are finished as well. Further your own son could end up putting bullets into YOUR HEAD, and the heads of your other sons and daughters as well. . We don’t have much more time left to take action. Anyone who has ever been in the military knows this as well. We should refuse to fight anywhere under the command of the UN. This is a SETUP EVERYBODY! NOW THE CONGRESS MUST ACT TO TO REMOVE the alleged POTUS. The person occupying the WH is NOTHING more than a Chicago street thug. A local sherriff with the right paperwork can arrest him EVEN WITHIN THE WHITEHOUSE. AGAIN ……HE IS NOTHING other than a fraudulant SQUATTER, who thumbs his nose at the otherwise stupid people who are supposed to be leaders. The alleged leaders in Congress, the DOJ, and in the WH are GENERIC, AND CHEAP replicas of CHICAGO STREET THUGS. IN REALITY OUR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HAS BECOME A CHICAGO DALEY TYPE OF MACHINE………..WHICH IS IN PLAIN TERMS A BEAST WITH A MILLION TENTACLES, AND EACH TENTACLE SOLIDLY ANCHORED TO EVERY INSTITUTION, AND SLOWLY SUCKING OUR FREEDOM AWAY FROM US THROUGH THESE INSTITUTIONS. YET SADLY THE MORONIC LITTLE YUPPIE CROWD CONTINUES TO SUPPORT THE ILLEGAL POTUS WITH EVERYTHING THEY OWN, AND IT IS THEY WHO WILL BRING A HORRIFIC FIGHT TO THE STREETS OF AMERICA IN THEIR LAST VAIN ATTEMPT TO SAVE THEIR IMAGINED MESSIAH. IN ADDITION THE TWO YUPPIES THAT WERE APPOINTED TO THE SCOTUS ARE NOT LEGAL APPOINTMENTS EITHER. ONLY A LEGAL POTUS CAN APPOINT PEOPLE TO THE SCOTUS.

By JOHN BRESNAHAN & JONATHAN ALLEN | 3/19/11 4:27 PM EDT

“A hard-core group of liberal House Democrats is questioning the constitutionality of U.S. missile strikes against Libya, with one lawmaker raising the prospect of impeachment during a Democratic Caucus conference call on Saturday.

Reps. Jerrold Nadler (N.Y.), Donna Edwards (Md.), Mike Capuano (Mass.), Dennis Kucinich (Ohio), Maxine Waters (Calif.), Rob Andrews (N.J.), Sheila Jackson Lee (Texas), Barbara Lee (Calif.) and Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton (D.C.) “all strongly raised objections to the constitutionality of the president’s actions” during that call, said two Democratic lawmakers who took part.
    . . . .
Kucinich also questioned why Democratic leaders didn’t object when President Barack Obama told them of his plan for American participation in enforcing the Libyan no-fly zone during a White House Situation Room meeting on Friday, sources told POLITICO.

And liberals fumed that Congress hadn’t been formally consulted before the attack and expressed concern that it would lead to a third U.S. war in the Muslim world.
    . . .”

DEm’s Illogical Actions Have Finally Reached Their Logical Conclulsions

“YOU KNEW YOU WERE GUILTY THE FIRST TIME YOU SENTENCED AND INNOCENT MAN.” From the movie JUDGEMENT AT NUREMBERG

So now the Dems are kicking and yelling UNCONSTITUIONAL. Oh yeah! How come they were screaming UNCONSTITUTIONAL when they tacitly agreed to let an ILLEGAL ALIEN USURP THE PRESIDENCY?

How come they were not shouting UNCONSTITUTIONAL when they passed that SOCIALIST/MARXIST OBAMACARE FORCING AMERICANS TO BUY INSURANCE UNDER PENALTY OF JAIL?

How come they were not yelling UNCONSTITUTIONAL when complete body scan and genital groping began at the air ports?

How come they were forgot to bring up UNCONSTITUTIONAL when Obama looted money from the American treasury to give to the Middle East to restore their crumbling mosques?

How come they forgot to point out UNCONSTITUTIONAL when Obama by passed Congress to create his czar shadow government, cavort with the Muslim Brotherhood against America, financially support the Egyptian uprising, put moratoriums on gulf oil drilling, bribed and intimidated the judicial system to cover up his illegal status, appointed two Communist judges with suspicious criminal/Communist backgrounds to the Supreme Court, used the EPA to restrict coal mining, and put the Muslim protector Eric Holder as head of the DOJ?

These sniveling, whining idiots think the CONSTITUTION IS A MENU—TO PICK AND CHOSE FROM COLUMN A AND B AS THEY CHOOSE. It is time for them to awaken and face the logical conclusion of their illogical actions. If they don’t like want Obama is doing, they should have never chosen to ignore and cover up the fact Obama was not QUALIFIED UNDER ARTICLE II OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION. They have been the creators, enablers, aiders & abettors and coconspirators of an UNCONSTITUTIONAL MONSTER. Let them eat their hearts out.

They got into bed with dogs and got up with fleas!

We don’t think Obamaniac’s eligibility issues will ever be sorted out. The TRUTH would be catastrophic to Civil Unrest and Absolutely Fatal to American position in International Community. (If nothing else, consider War Crimes!)

There are very many other ways the Democrats have of “convincing” Hisself not to run………………..

    *****************************************
Being a pragmatist by nature, I tend to view issues from a straight nuts and bolts perspective. I entirely agree that it is very doubtful the eligibility issues will ever be really sorted out, for the reasons you cite. Furthermore, there is so much coming “down the pike” that we are having to face……..It is impossible to gain traction with this approach, even though it has to be one of the biggest crimes ever perpetrated (the FRAUD, I mean).

I believe that at this exact point in time, those who have been and presently are involved in the eligibility issues should continue and not lose heart, if this is the calling they feel. I applaud them for their convictions and share those convictions.

However, most of all at this point there should be continued pressure to pursue the impeachable offenses. Some are trashing Rep. Issa, but I am not thoroughly convinced that work is not being done behind the scenes. After all, is this something that the investigators would want publicized for a biased media to begin weighing in on and negatively trying to influence the public prematurely? Some things have to be done covertly. I have read of some of his more recent work, so that story is still unfinished, imho.

My stance is to WATCH and WEIGH and PRAY, since my strength and time are limited. New things are happening all of the time. Did we ever think that O’s base would be attacking him now? I mean, did we truly see this UN stuff with Libya coming so soon? Politically speaking, an awful lot can happen in a very short time.

As far as waiting hopefully for the Al Capone moment, I think we should not put our eggs in that basket. It COULD happen – yes – ” possible”, but could we actually say, “probable?” That could turn out to be a very great risk if we sit around and only wait for that to happen. Just thoughts.

    Lookou people……….

Unfortunately, I saw on TV over the weekend a critical mass of law makers (mostly Republicans, alas) who while admitting that Hisself had not bothered to seek congressional approval, that they are not bothered about it because they approve his actions in principle, and would be happy to vote in his favor in a heartbeat.

I also saw a reputable poll over the weekend that says over 50% of We The People approve of Obama’s actions against Libya and that less then 25% disagree. The rest are undecided or unsure.

The point is, at least nationally, and with legislators, it is a bit of a sticky wicket. But nobody seems to have any traction one way or another.

So perhaps, Obama just ducks and covers and all this just slides off him like teflon. You know, same ol, same ol.

Obama faces growing criticism for Libya campaign

Some U.S. lawmakers complain that President Obama failed to consult Congress before launching military action. The Arab League and Russia also criticize the U.S.-led airstrikes.

Reporting from Washington— President Obama is facing growing criticism at home and abroad over whether the military campaign in Libya is the wrong policy — or the right policy at the wrong time.

Complaints have already started to escalate. Some early advocates of military intervention, including Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), said Obama may have waited too long to help the opposition in Libya.

The president seems to have angered almost every major group: He’s either done too much or too little or he’s done it too slowly,” said James Lindsay, a former official in the Clinton White House who is now with the Council on Foreign Relations. “There’s a very real political risk for Barack Obama in all of this.”

Among the critics Monday was Sen. Richard G. Lugar (R-Ind.), ranking minority member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, a widely respected voice on foreign policy who has often sided with the administration.

“There needs to be a plan about what happens after Kadafi,” Lugar said. “Who will be in charge then, and who pays for this all? President Obama, so far, has only expressed vague hopes.”

A group of liberal Democrats, including Reps. Jerrold Nadler of New York, Donna Edwards of Maryland, Dennis J. Kucinich of Ohio and Maxine Waters and Barbara Lee of California, issued a statement over the weekend saying they “all strongly raised objections to the constitutionality of the president’s actions.”

Complaints also came from the Arab League, which initially called for imposing a no-fly zone in Libya, a decision that helped persuade the White House to join the fight. Russia’s prime minister, Vladimir Putin, lashed out at Washington for launching what he called “a crusade,” saying it justified Russia’s military buildup.

    ******************************************
After reading the above article (thanks for posting, Nancy), I couldn’t help but think of how many well-meaning folks could be swept into this diabolical plan. Why? Because when cRAP was in full swing, and even since, there is much animosity out there as to what happened in 2008 when the banks were being bailed out.

It is no secret that we, the ordinary US citizens in this country, were severely injured when our tax dollars were used to subsidize the banking system and much of that wealth ended up in the hands of the central European banks (without going into details and various opinions). Most of us know of the great injustice concerning the housing situation with FannieMae, etc. That injustice has greatly fueled the sovereign beliefs that were so much a foundation for cRAP and its offspring. That is one of the reasons they believed in “beating the system” moneywise.

So, now with a “plan” (regardless of who promotes it) to “redistribute” and supposedly try to correct that injustice, can’t we see how many unsuspecting and unenlightened souls (I’m talking “patriots”) will nab onto this as something GOOD? I shutter at the thought and hope I’m wrong. Just like so many ill-informed and narrow-minded think that Assange is some sort of folk hero when he released the secret e-mails… People don’t think very far ahead, sad to say.

  102. Paxson,

If you are reading here, my 12;44 PM post brought back memories of a debate you had with a poster, now departed from here, about her approval and support of a group or idea (can’t remember which) that you vehemently spoke out against as crashing our economic system, or similar. Remember? This is the type of crazy thinking I am talking about.

  103. http://www.prisonplanet.com/photo-evidence-temperature-in-fuel-rod-pool-above-boiling-point.html

It looks like the Japanese and Obama will try to cover-up the out of control reactors and exposed fuel rods at Fukushima the same way the U.S. government covered-up the Gulf oil disaster.

Obama’s bureaucrats were obliged to chime in. “With each passing hour, each passing day, things are more under control,” said U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu on the Fox News Sunday program. “Step by step, they are making very good progress.”

Chu said the Obama administration believes the worst of the crisis is behind us.

On March 21, Zero Hedge posted thermal photos of the site. “Thermal images from Fukushima have just been released. One is based on data from Die Welt, the other one comes straight from NHK,” the site notes.

The Die Welt photo shows a temperature at 128 Celsius, well above the boiling point of water. Zero Hedge speculates the area in question is the pool containing spent nuclear fuel rods. If the water is boiling, the rods are more than likely exposed and radiation is being emitted. Water boils at 100 Celsisus.

    So much for Chu’s optimism.

    5 event

The Fukushima nuclear facilities were damaged in a magnitude 8.9 earthquake on March 11 (Japan time), centered offshore of the Sendai region, which contains the capital Tokyo.
Plant designed for magnitude 8.2 earthquake. An 8.9 magnitude quake is 7 times in greater in magnitude.
Serious secondary effects followed including a significant tsunami, significant aftershocks and a major fire at a fossil fuel installation.
    6- response
Nuclear reactors were shutdown automatically. Within seconds the control rods were inserted into core and nuclear chain reaction stopped.
Cooling systems were placed in operation to remove the residual heat. The residual heat load is about 3% of the heat load under normal operating conditions.
Earthquake resulted in the loss of offsite power which is the normal supply to plant.
Emergency Diesel Generators started and powered station emergency cooling systems.
One hour later, the station was struck by the tsunami. The tsunami was larger than what the plant was designed for. The tsunami took out all multiple sets of the backup Emergency Diesel generators.
Reactor operators were able to utilize emergency battery power to provide power for cooling the core for 8 hours.
Operators followed abnormal operating procedures and emergency operating procedures.
    7- Events after response

Offsite power could not be restored and delays occurred obtaining and connecting portable generators.
After the batteries ran out, residual heat could not be carried away any more.
Reactor temperatures increased and water levels in the reactor decreased, eventually uncovering and overheating the core.
Hydrogen was produced from metal-water reactions in the reactor.
Operators vented the reactor to relieve steam pressure – energy (and hydrogen) was released into the primary containment (drywell) causing primary containment temperatures and pressures to increase.
Operators took actions to vent the primary containment to control containment pressure and hydrogen levels. Required to protect the primary containment from failure.
Primary Containment Venting is through a filtered path that travels through duct work in the secondary containment to an elevated release point on the refuel floor (on top of the reactor building).
A hydrogen detonation subsequently occurred while venting the secondary containment. Occurred shortly after and aftershock at the station. Spark likely ignited hydrogen.

    8- Damage
    core uncovered
    fuel overheating
    fuel melting core damage
    remained in vessles
some portions of core melt into head
    containment pressurizes
    leakage possible
release of hydrogen into secondary containment
9- Building of reactor loses outer top floor wall after explosion
    10- Further actions

The station deploy portable generators and e a portable pump to inject sea water into the reactor and primary containment.
Station was successful in flooding the primary containment to cool the reactor vessel .
X was added. The X captures neutrons and speeds up the cooling down of the core and buffers teh solution.

    11- Additional Responses

Equivalent of General Emergency declared to the event at Unit 1.
Evacuation of public performed within 20 km (13 miles) of plant; approximately 200,000 people evacuated.
Similar hydrogen detonation subsequently occurred at Unit 3 on Sunday, March 14th (Japan time). Primary containment remained intact at Unit’s 1 and 3 throughout the accident. There was considerable damage to the secondary containment (reactor building).
Highest recorded radiation level at the Fukushima Daiichi site was 155.7 millirem. Radiation levels were subsequently reduced to 4.4 millirem after the after the containment was flooded. The NRC’s radiation dose limit for the public is 100 millirem per year.
Several fatalities occurred at the station along with numerous injured workers.
Authorities distributed Potassium-iodide tablets to protect the public from potential health effects of radioactive isotopes of iodine that could potentially be released. This is quickly taken up by the body and its presence prevents the take-up of iodine-131 should people be exposed to it.
Over 300 after shocks have occurred and continue to challenge station response.
12- Response notes measures employed due to 9/11 and
lessions learned to respond to severe “accidents”.

The United States is on a fiscal path towards insolvency and policymakers are at a “tipping point,” a Federal Reserve official said on Tuesday.

“If we continue down on the path on which the fiscal authorities put us, we will become insolvent, the question is when,” Dallas Federal Reserve Bank President Richard Fisher said in a question and answer session after delivering a speech at the University of Frankfurt. “The short-term negotiations are very important, I look at this as a tipping point.”

Innocents are being slaughtered, we’re creating more enemies, he’s violating international law, he’s not constitutionally authorized to do what he’s doing, he’s using State secrets, he’s engaging in illegal surveillance, the CIA is running wild without any kind of circumsribed legal standards or disclosure . . . why don’t we say what’s on the minds of many legal experts; that the Obama administration is committing war crimes and if Bush should have been impeached, Obama should be impeached.”

If the host didn’t jump in, it seems like Nader could have listed many more examples of Obama’s alleged “crimes.”

FOS Alert I hear you on Egypt. This is something that weighs heavily on my mind because I felt certain when the uprising there began that MB are in the background.

However, one thing is certain, and that is Mr Potato Head will never be President because he has an Iranian wife with family connections to the Iranian regime.

To this I add that Mr. Potato Head wanted the people to reject those constitutional amendments but the more or less high turnout ensured that it was Mr. Potato Head who was rejected.

On top of this I fear that both AQ and the Communists will make a tilt to take control in Egypt.

Then there is Yemen: I do fear that MB will take over in Yemen. They seem to be behind the agitation. AQ seem to be very quiet so it could be that they are working behind the scenes in Yemen as well… AQ has a big base in Yemen.

I am hoping that Bahrain is now under control, but the fingerprints of Iran were all over the protests that were held in this kingdom. Perhaps the hand of MB can be found there as well.

Daffy Duck is claiming that the UN action is unfair and that he has not been shelling his own people (heard that one on the radio). The British have come back stating the obvious because in Zintan Daffy’s goon shelled the local mosque and razed it to the ground.

When these govt forces do things like attacking the mosques they are asking for trouble. If it ends up with MB involvement it will be due to that kind of thing happening.

In Misrata a car was attacked by Daffy goons and 4 children, the oldest being only 13 were killed.

There has been an all out attack on the citizens of Misrata and also of the tiny city of Zintan close to the Tunisian border.

  146. http://news.yahoo.com/s/yblog_exclusive/obama-taking-heat-from-all-sides-for-libya-action

Obama taking heat from all sides for Libya action

President Obama’s decision to send American warplanes into Libya opened the nation’s third military theater in the Middle East—and quickly cast the administration onto more battlegrounds at home.

Three days into the first war he’s helped to start, Obama finds himself in an increasingly familiar position in relation to the Congress: detached, under fire, and going it largely alone.

American liberals who gravitated to Obama because he was the most plausible anti-war candidate broke sharply with him this weekend for projecting U.S. force into a corner of the world where it’s traditionally unwelcome, humanitarian intervention doctrine be damned. Even some congressional Democrats who voted for the Iraq invasion call the Libyan venture “gratuitous” and question Obama’s standing. Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, on Monday called the U.S. involvement in Libya an “impeachable offense.”

Capitol Hill Republicans, divided for weeks about how to handle Libya, are casting an array of aspersions on Obama’s decision; he’s been too slow, hasn’t adequately consulted Congress, has not developed a clear exit strategy, and not much of an entrance strategy either.

[ For complete coverage of politics and policy, go to Yahoo! Politics ]

House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, in a statement released during Obama’s largely Libya-free speech in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday, hit him over process, saying his administration should “define for the American people, the Congress, and our troops what the mission in Libya is, better explain what America’s role is in achieving that mission, and make clear how it will be accomplished. Before any further military commitments are made, the administration must do a better job of communicating to the American people and to Congress about our mission in Libya and how it will be achieved.”

(Costs of Libya Operation Already Piling Up)

That, incongruously, aligned the speaker with Rep. Anthony Weiner, D-N.Y., the Brooklyn liberal who backs the bombing campaign but wants Obama to obtain congressional authorization.

Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., for weeks advocating a no-fly zone, adheres to (indeed, may be the dean of) the too-little, too-late school, saying on CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday, “He waited too long. There is no doubt in my mind about it. But now it is what it is. And we need now to support him and the efforts that our military are going to make. And I regret that we didn’t act much more quickly and we could have, but that’s not the point now.”

A party currently defined by its rhetorical commitment to deficit- and debt-reduction is also populated by denizens who argue that we did not commit quickly enough to a military incursion with no known price tag and no concretely defined endgame.

And Sen. Richard Lugar, R-Ind., whose apprehension has matched McCain’s eagerness, offered a damning indictment of American intelligence on the ground, one with special resonance in the wake of Iraq. “But we really have not discovered who it is in Libya that we are trying to support,” he said on Sunday’s Face the Nation.

(Gates: Killing Qaddafi Shouldn’t Be Goal)

And, eight years after the birth of “freedom fries,” there is a Republican strain outraged that it was the French, long abhorred for not doing enough, who on Saturday had the first planes in-country.

The swiftness and ferocity of the backlash against Obama is an inversion of the reaction at the start of the war in Afghanistan, when the specter of the 2001 terrorist attacks both hushed opposition and isolated it to an easily caricatured anti-war left. Critics of the administration’s actions in Libya run no risk of being depicted as unpatriotic or portrayed as disrespectful.

“We used to relish leading the free world. Now, it’s almost like leading the free world is an inconvenience,” Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said on Fox News Sunday—taunting remarks that drew none of the spring-loaded opprobrium that greeted criticism of the commander-in-chief the last time a major U.S. military incursion was launched, President George W. Bush.

If the criticism seems erratic, it is at least in part because the policy itself is nascent and amorphous, a moving target that’s tough to pin down. The Pentagon and White House have been meticulous in shying from any rhetoric that could bleed into talk of regime change—to the point that toppling Col. Muammar el-Qaddafi isn’t even an explicit U.S. goal—and from any cost-estimate figures.

(Interactive map: Unrest in N. Africa, Mideast)

Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, has carefully put on a short timeline the lifespan of the U.S. control of the operation, calling it a matter of days before command of the coalition is transferred to, presumably, predominantly French and British authority, another sign of how much American ambition abroad was changed by the recent history in Afghanistan and Iraq.

The Pentagon’s credit-sharing gave political cover to the Democrats who did get the president’s back, notably Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., who said Saturday, “I support the actions taken today by our allies, with the support of several Arab countries, to prevent the tyrant Muammar Qaddafi from perpetrating further atrocities on the people of Libya. And I support the president’s decision to deploy U.S. assets to help those allies to enforce a no-fly zone to protect Libyan civilians as laid out in the United Nations resolution. This U.S. military action was not taken lightly, and it was done in concert with a broad international coalition.”

  148. Good article by Ben Stein, with whom I don’t always agree, but this is right on.

“…………There was just a vote by the United Nations Security Council, a very far from unanimous vote, and suddenly, the President’s Secretary of State, Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton, solemnly announced that we were at war.
But, when did we amend the Constitution to declare that the United Nations had control over our military? When did we abolish the part of the Constitution that said Congress had the right to declare war? Now, I well know that in recent postwar conflicts, we don’t have declarations of war. But we have Congressional  debates. We have funding votes. We have a sense of the Congress or some kind of resolution.

This time, zip. Nada. Nothing. Just France and the U.K. and Norway saying that it’s time to go to war, and off America goes to war. And off Mr. and Mrs. Obama go to a South American “fact finding” trip for the POTUS and a fun sightseeing junket for the Obama girls.

  149. Zach Jones | March 22, 2011 at 3:35 pm | Thank you Free Speech.

U R Welcome, Zach. Google “muslim brotherhood middle east uprising”
The are lots of reports of the bo regime and musbros involved in middle east uprisings. In fact, bo started planning the revolts in 2009. bo’s demRat cohorts from code pink and bill ayers’ terrorist group were in Egypt in 2009 and 2010 to start the revolts.

  150. @Zach,
I maintain that the Opposition is not AQ affiliate but if evidence exists to the contrary I will retract that statement.
I have been following this situation since the Egyptian uprising. Yes, I saw something that tweaked my interest in Libya before the whole thing erupted.

What you need to understand is that the AQ accusation is coming direct from the Daffy regime who have been claiming non stop that they have been clearing the towns of AQ. The fact is Daffy has been firing upon non-aligned citizens.
Prior to the first protest, or about the same time Daffy released some AQ prisoners. The express intention was to be able to then make the claim that AQ was behind the protests and then get the world to agree to his actions. It is not working.

I have outlined on numerous occasions how the protests erupted and then got bigger. Also I have several times mentioned the obvious things that point to non-AQ involvement:

    1. the protesters used rocks, bbq skewers, old weapons from WW1 and WW2 as well as scimitars that the people had in their possession, plus gunpowder in tin cans used for fishing and their fishing weapons. So far there has been only one “suicide” bombing when a man packed his car with cooking gas bottles and headed for the fort in the town of Benghazi. His action breached the wall and the townspeople took the fort.
    2. This action happened after probably close to 100 people had been gunned down by Daffy’s troops situated in Benghazi. The men at the head of the funeral processions were mowed down by the snipers.
    3. the big change came when the interior minister and an army unit turned up in Benghazi – they defected to the opposition.

At this point Daffy was using aircraft to bomb Benghazi and then two pilots flew their aircraft to Cyprus (I think) and asked for asylum.

The leaders of the Opposition are indeed made up of people from Benghazi and one of the leaders is the former interior minister. Unless he was secretly AQ whilst being a trusted Daffy person, I really cannot see how that mud sticks to him, or to the generals who defected.

Now it could be that there are AQ elements involved, but I will take the people of Benghazi and other towns like Zawiyah at their word on the subject.

My real question here: what happened to the former AQ prisoners when they were released? Where did they go?

Is it possible for AQ to be so numerous in Libya that they are in Zawiyah, Tripoli (where snipers wait to shoot anyone who steps outside and people have been disappeared), Brega, Ras Lanuf, Benghazi, Zintun, Misrata (where children are being gunned down) or a number of smaller villages?

More than likely there is a mixture of ideologies involved, even in the original protests – they were inspired by the uprising in Egypt. However, this is a popular uprising where numbers swelled as the violence against the people escalated. At this point in time I just do not see the AQ footprints.

The possession of the weapons is easily explained because in Benghazi they had access to the weapons dumps as well as the weapons that were left in the fort in the town.
Since all men do 6 months military training in Libya, their knowledge of how to use weapons is not surprising.

  151. If you want to see where there is real AQ and MB influence it is here:

    http://www.prisonplanet.com/photo-evidence-temperature-in-fuel-rod-pool-above-boiling-point.html

    So much for Chu’s optimism.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lm_4gS_qafM&feature=player_embedded

  153. It looks like we have the same misinformation and twisting of words being repeated ad nauseum.

Comments stated about the lack of harm to the reactors immediately after the earthquake were correct and they remain correct.

The reactors were harmed by the 14 metre tsunami. According to information that has just come to light, the generators which were damaged by the tsunami were on high enough ground – at around 10 metres to withstand most tsunamis. This was the big unanticipated one.

With the emergency generators being knocked out, the whole scene changed. Steven Chu is no expert on such matters and I most definitely do not defer to that person.

The first signs of real problems came when there was a hydrogen explosion that damaged the concrete containment wall, but no the steel containment wall of the reactor. Thus, the comment, there was no damage to the reactor remains correct as based on information when the first explosion occurred. In fact that particular reactor had remained stable.

This was followed by further explosions at at least two other reactors caused by hydrogen build-up.

The new information that was cause for concern was that in one reactor (the third to have an explosion I think it was) the fuel rods had been exposed for something like 140 minutes. This was incident was due in part to human error inside the reactor – something to do with the measurement of the pressure inside the reactor (as I recall). Either way, human error was involved in this particular incident. In this case there has been a partial melt down of the rods.

I have provided numerous links to sites within the nuclear industry. Their sites have invaluable information – all of it credible. I have provided one site where the owner, a professor at the University of Adelaide and a warmist has provided excellent data and explanations regarding measurements pertaining to radioactivity as well as explaining what those measurements mean.

The fire in reactor 4 was not due to air getting to the rods in the spent fuel rod pool, but was due to a leak in a pump. The situation in reactor 4 was very dangerous because there were higher levels of radiation released for a short time.

Since then, and as the situation has settled down, there have been two further releases of smoke that have caused concern.

It is now 10 days since the nuclear accident became evident. The metal containment walls do not appear to be damaged as far as I am aware. There had been talk of damage to something under the core in one reactor. This has not as yet been confirmed.

Over the 10 days since the nuclear accident became obvious, the situation has been fluid. That means it keeps changing. If at first there was no sign of damage, that changed after further explosions.

Twisting my words and taking them out of context is totally reprehensible.

There were 6 villagers who were injured, but there was a misunderstanding. It turns out that the pilot, when he saw the people approaching requested the “backup” action, not realising that these were friendly people.

I have seen a few reports, including one stating that a villager wanted to hug the pilot. They actually thanked him for the help provided.

The rescue aircraft had no idea that the villagers were friendly when they dropped a couple of bombs to clear the area.

The other crew member was also rescued, and he had been looed after by the same people.

Ralph Nader: Impeach Obama for Libya, Crimes

Consumer advocate Ralph Nader is calling for President Barack Obama’s impeachment, saying he is responsible for war crimes in the Middle East, The Hill reports.

    Printable version
Addressing an audience that included U.S. Defence Secretary Robert Gates and senior U.S. officials during a speech at a high-level security conference in Munich, Russian President Vladimir Putin condemned the United States for its policies that resort to wars, describing Washington as a reckless “unipolar” power that has made the world more dangerous.

The Russian President told senior security officials representing different states that nations were “witnessing an almost uncontained hyper use of force in international relations”.

He described the U.S. dominance was “ruinous.”

“Local and regional wars didn’t get fewer. The number of people who died didn’t get less, but increased…. We see no kind of restraint.”

Mr. Putin described the U.S.’s foreign policies as “very dangerous” approach to global relations.

“One state, the United States, has overstepped its national borders in every way,” he said.

“This is very dangerous. Nobody feels secure anymore because nobody can hide behind international law.

    Arms race
Mr. Putin also said that Washington has sparked a nuclear arms race.

“This is nourishing an arms race with the desire of countries to get nuclear weapons.”

In response to the Russian President’s comments, Gordon Johndroe, press secretary for the White House National Security Council said “we expect to continue co-operation with Russia in areas important to the international community such as counter-terrorism and reducing the spread and threat of weapons of mass destruction”.

U.S. defence secretary Robert Gates said that Mr. Putin had been “very candid”, while Democratic Senator Joseph Lieberman described the Russian leader’s speech as “provocative”, adding that its rhetoric “sounded more like the Cold War”.

Also in response to Mr. Putin’s statements, Republican Senator John McCain had been quoted as saying:

“Moscow must understand that it cannot enjoy a genuine partnership with the West so long as its actions at home and abroad conflict fundamentally with the core values of the Euro-Atlantic democracies. In today’s multi-polar world there is no place for needless confrontation.”

“Today’s world is not unipolar…. Russian leaders’ apparent belief to the contrary raises a number of very difficult questions.”

    “Invitation to think”

But Mr Putin’s spokesman Dimitry Peskov asserted that the speech was “not about confrontation, it’s an invitation to think”.

Obama Impeachment Calls No Longer Limited to the Right

Calls for impeachment of President Barack Obama have not been taken seriously yet. Until now, the desires were limited to the right wing and the tea party. In fact, Newt Gingrich even said in February the president could be removed for not defending the Defense of Marriage Act. Once the Republicans got more power in Congress, liberals likely feared that they would try to remove the president eventually.

Dennis Kucinich and Ralph Nader aren’t mainstream Democrats and are pretty much proud not to be. But if the president wants to stay in office, he can’t afford to keep losing any liberals — or else some of the mainstream ones could follow.

Liberals and progressives have been turning against the president for some time, and the Libya no-fly zone is likely the last straw — if there hasn’t been a last straw already. The president received support from all corners of the left in 2008 for promising change, but the reality has left progressives all the more splintered.

If he can’t unite the base again, it will be much harder for him to win in 2012 — unless they are more united against the Republican nominee than they are for Obama. But unless Sarah Palin or some other controversial Republican wins the nomination, that strategy won’t work for very long

If progressives like Kucinich and Nader are going so far as to call for an impeachment, it shows how liberals in general may be just as fed up before long. They may not all be going as far as Kucinich and Nader, yet their support next year will certainly be harder to win, if something isn’t done.

  172. If your local public officials will not do their duty and indict BHO, then citizens should form their own Grand Juries as provided by the 5th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. Then citizens should exercise their 1st Amendment Rights, as recently discussed by Rush Limbaugh, and march on the White House with thousands of Indictments of BHO and his co-conspirators in hand. Then it will be impossible for the main stream media to ignore the crimes of Barack Hussein Obama.

As Rush Limbaugh said, “Obama can’t complain if we go Egypt on him because he said that’s how democracy works, that’s what he said on Friday. This is the way real democracy works, so he can’t complain if it happens to him, and it will.”

Lafayette, LA – US Congressman Charles W. Boustany, Jr. (R-Southwest Louisiana) today criticized President Obama’s lack of consultation with Congress on the United Nations Security Council’s authorization of force in Libya:

“The President last week committed the United States to military action in Libya, but offered no definite plan, gave no indication of cost, and did not seek any authorization from Congress,” Boustany said.“Without question, the Ghadafi regime must be stopped, but with his actions, President Obama committed this country without securing the constitutionally mandated authority of Congress. In light of the two conflicts in which we are already engaged, it seems he would have laid out his plan to Congress before taking such dramatic steps. Once again, this President seems to disregard Congress when making decisions that shape our policy at home and abroad. I expect he will consult with us throughout this engagement.”

My own experience has been the same. There is a blurred line there very often with a number of folks. The common denominator is repulsion for Obama, but beyond that there is not necessarily a true conservative worldview that is shared by all. In fact, some still cling to the liberal values they held before the election, when it comes to other important issues.

  185. the latest reports do not mention bombs from allied forces dropping in Misrata. Rather they mention the shelling and deaths of civilians at the hands of Daffy’s goons. You can read more here:

    http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2011/03/23/3171201.htm

It is more likely that those people were bombed in the days prior to the enforcement of the no fly zone when the Daffy Air Force was being used to bomb civilians in Misrata and elsewhere.

  186. The Libya coalition is unravelling before it got started. Hillary finessed Obama in to this arrangement which can only end badly for him with his radical liberal base outraged. She denies any interest in office after next year. Sets her up nicely for a DNC draft of Hillary as a reasonable alternative to Zero, who probably cannot generate necessary funding and would likely fail running against any of several RNC candidates.

  189. Regarding radical muslims being a minority, please do not forget that ‘transformation’ and ‘change’ have been initiated by a very small percentage of British colonists in 1776 and a very small group of Leninists in 1917 and a small group of Facists in Munich in the 1930’s. Never underestimate the potential for a small group of devoted people to overthrow government, for better or for worse. I have become convinced that our current usurper POTUS hates America and is pursuing transformation similar to that undertaken by Mussolini, Hitler and Lenin. His words do not indicate this; but his actions do.

  190. The video that has been repeated more than once with misleading comment is not proof of an allied bombing in Misrata.

As I have provided in many links, Misrata is under attack by Daffy goons. There are Daffy tanks in Misrata. In the latest incident outlined by the press, it was stated that 40 were killed and close to 100 were injured. These were unarmed civilians who went to the town square to protest. The Daffy goons had been rounding up people from surrounding villages to use as human shields and were forced to hold Daffy signs or be killed. Misrata towns people went to the square to protest, and the Daffy snipers fired upon them. Amongst the dead were 4 children, the oldest was 13 who were the passengers in a car that was hit by the shelling of Daffy goons.

The video did not depict a bomb being dropped from what I could detect but rather it depicted the shelling of the people by the Daffy goons.

The main incident, that of rescuers of the pilot who ejected from the aircraft that had a mechanical failure also needs clarification. The headline looks bad, but the villages who are from outside of Benghazi were not upset over the incident. The pilot had been in radio contact with “base” and suggested the use of ordnance because he was afraid of the people who were approaching. He had no idea that they were friendly when the request was made.
It is dishonest to suggest that this was an action of naked aggression, when in fact it was due to the pilot’s real fear of being captured in uncertain circumstances.
Again I had provided links to the same story indicating that the villagers were not upset.

that is a very relevant point for Egypt, Morocco, Bahrain, Syria and Yemen and yes even Libya. the initial protest in Libya – I think it started in Benghazi was small – they were met with brute force from Daffy’s men. The small group became larger and larger, and then it spread from city to city, including Tripoli.
In Tripoli the residents could not leave their homes without snipers taking aim at them. Women and children have been killed at the hands of Daffy Duck and his goons. Only those being paid off by Daffy remain loyal. Many are too afraid to reveal their allegiances.

Given the fact that several REPS, have implied that they would like to see Soetoro impeached it would behoove all of us to get in contact with those reps and clearly show them that there is a hell of a lot of people who would support them 100% in such an action against Soetoro. Perhaps even a petition bearing a million or more names would help cement the action. I believe that the REPS would have a LOT to gain particularly if they can draw some really big names into the fracas. I beleive that there are is literally a MILLION or more people out there who are waiting for someone else to take the initiative, and once they see a fast growing list of names they too will be more and more likely to join in .What better foundation could we have than at least 5 reps, who are of both political faiths.

Great news guy! Now all we need is about 49 other states to follow Arizona’s lead. Great start though! It is just like the alleged Health care Plan, the more states that jump on the bandwagon the better.

  199. Here is more deception by the mixing of a video that does not say as claimed plus a news story about the rescue of a US pilot from a jet that developed mechanical failure.

The incident were in two separate locations. The Misrata video probably shows the shelling by Daffy goons because there has been no allied action over Misrata and the people of Misrata have been killed at the hands of Daffy goons. The other incident happened near Benghazi. The pilot and the other officer safely ejected from the aircraft. The villagers came to have a look. The pilot had no idea that they were friendly (not like in Iraq where aircrew were killed in similar circumstances). The pilot requested that rescue craft bring ordnance. The people came and told the pilot that they were friends. The rescue people were unaware of that fact. The other aircrew was picked up later.

  200. Bill G……………………
After responding to GORDO’S post I read what you posted. I don’t see anything in the Arizona bill that specifically says that NBC is a person born on US soil to a father and mother who are US CITIZENS. Why would The Founders of the Arizona bill deconstruct Vattel Law?

The man who is likely to lose his leg is 20 years old. His father has shrapnel wounds.

The engineer was taken off and given a cup of tea before being sent to the hospital and then to Benghazi where he was picked up by a rescue crew.

There is a lot more in the link including a reference to the New York Slimes journalists and the trauma they endured during their captivity.

Another set of journalists have been released. I have seen no reports relating to the 40 crew from an Italian tugboat who were captured.

  203. Old Salt 79,

That is a great thought. I hope these reps get more than a million people demanding Obungler be impeached–which he legally cannot because he is not a legal president. Wouldn’t that be the best irony of all? His defense would be he can’t be impeached because he is not legal. Ha!

Seriously–I think I know why the Lybya mess is happening. It is a great destraction from the union plans to destroy what is left of America this spring. If anything should take down the punk–this should be it! Let’s see who wins this latest conspiracy—the unions or we the people?

I wonder about anyone who addresses FS – including a regular poster here that I saw on this thread.

I think that the idea of a posting strike for a week should be discussed. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/africaandindianocean/libya/8399763/Libya-interview-with-man-who-helped-rescue-US-jet-pilot.html

On both sides there was fear of Daffy Duck. The people were afraid that the plane had belong to Daffy’s people. The pilots were afraid that the people coming towards them were Daffy’s people. This explains why the pilot who was rescued radioed with the suggestion of the need for ordnance. He saw the people heading towards him and he had no idea if they were friendly.

    ***************************************
The scenario you describe certainly is possible in my way of thinking. The Clintons are masters of conniving and deception. It looks as though the stage props are being put in place to make a Hillary draft very attractive for the Dems. Of course, a lot can happen before then, because a few months can seem like decades in the world of politics.

This is one of my concerns with the Hillary/Obama action in Libya. Who fills the vacuum? And who does Obama want to fill the vacuum? Is SEIU over there yet?

    http://www.cnn.com/2011/WORLD/africa/03/23/libya.islamists/
Libyan civil war: An opening for al Qaeda and jihad?
By Paul Cruickshank and Tim Lister, CNN
    March 23, 2011 7:01 a.m. EDT

…”If there is a power vacuum in Libya there will be an open market for al Qaeda,” says Noman Benotman, a former commander in the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group and one-time ally of Osama bin Laden. …

….Al Qaeda has already scented an opportunity. Its leading ideologue, Abu Yahya al-Libi — himself a Libyan — told Islamists in the country: “Store your weapons and do not relinquish them.” In an audio tape released on March 12, he said that “ousting these regimes is not the end in making a change.”
A week later the leader of al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) had a similar message.

In an audiotape posted on Jihadist websites and translated by the SITE Intelligence Group, Abu Musab Wadud told Gadhafi’s opponents: “We will be side-by-side with you, Allah willing.”…

…And there is a long history of Islamist radicalization in Libya, especially in the impoverished, restive eastern provinces.
At the peak of the Iraqi insurgency, more jihadists per capita traveled to join al Qaeda in Iraq from Libya than from any other country. And according to al Qaeda records seized by the U.S. Army in Iraq, in 2006-07 more volunteers — a total of 53 — travelled to Iraq from Derna than any other city in the Arab world. And in the 1990s, Benotman’s group had tried to establish a safe haven in Derna, eventually being bombed into submission by the Libyan air force….

  220. Zach. ..There is plenty reasons to be worried about what or who will fill the vacuum should there be regime change in Libya. Especially since the United States isn’t filling their traditional leadership role and England and France are wanting to turn the military action over to a group of technocrats. At this point I cannot see how we can let Gaddafi stay in power. He will be hell bent on getting revenge.

  221. You’re welcome FS.

    Hey All,

    Just a couple of comments:

Aussie’s comments and links prove what she posts.

The fact is that the REACTORS were not damaged by the earthquake; they were “damaged” by the tsunami.

The rest of the same post is similarly disingenuous.

The “shooting” of the six villagers was BECAUSE the rescue team didn’t know if they were friendly or not. The pilot of the aircraft landing to rescue the pilot asked the other aircraft to fire at an area between the villagers and the pilot as the villagers ran toward where the pilot was. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT that a few people were hurt. For a certain someone to suggest that this action was taken deliberately is, to put it bluntly, stupid.

Could you imagine what the links would look like if those rescuers had simply played spectators while those folks running toward the pilot attacked him and did who knows what to him?

Additionally, the video of the “bomb” going off has no credibility at all, and given the links that Aussie provides, you actually get the REAL story.

For that same certain someone to continually post a link to an article in which Putin expresses his opinion, must mean that that certain someone agrees with Putin’s MOTIVES behind that opinion.

The FACT is, Obama didn’t get Congressional approval for the military action in Libya, which is demanded by the Constitution. The action is illegal from the get go. That’s enough, we need nothing else. I have contacted my congressman, and both senators asking what they are going to do about this, and am still waiting for a reply from any of them.

For a certain someone to continually post about citizen grand juries, and the fact that a year later, there has been not ONE indictment, kind of tells “sane” people, that maybe this isn’t the right track to take.

That certain someone continues to dominate this blog with repeated posts that do nothing more than run good people off.

I wonder why Citizen Wells doesn’t address this issue? Seems to me CW ignores anything that certain someone posts, but ridicules folks who simply ask questions, with no answers given (Kind of like those of us asking Obama to prove his eligibility. We keep asking, but get no answers), and insists on an apology from those asking the questions.

It seems a bit hypocritical to me.

Please Citizen Wells; let us know where you stand on that certain someone’s dominance of your blog.

    I’m awaiting your response.

  224. Paxson – I know – but I don’t worry as much about Gaddafi because of his MO. He gets a bloody nose and lays low. He’s not an al Qaeda supporter.
I am not a Gaddafi supporter. However, the dangerous thing about Obama’s reckless sowing seeds of chaos without knowing what will fill the void could get millions killed. I blame him for being so stupid in putting his socialist idealogy over America’s interests.

The question of who assumes leadership in a U.S. handoff was unresolved, as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization inconclusively discussed whether to take charge. Norway and Italy said their participation in air operations depends on settling who will be in command.

France proposed a new political steering committee, outside NATO, take responsibility, Foreign Minister Alain Juppe told lawmakers in Paris, according to Agence France Press. Wrangling over the alliance’s possible role in the four-day-old air campaign had exposed divisions over the command structure and strategy for the fight against Qaddafi.

President Barack Obama, speaking in Santiago, Chile, yesterday said the U.S. would hand off its leadership role “in a matter of days, not a matter of weeks.”

“This command-and-control business is complicated, and we haven’t done something like this kind of on-the-fly before,” U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates told reporters in Moscow today.

  240. From Today’s Obam File:
Miki Booth says the evidence is all there for anyone to see if they take the time to look. Zbigniew Brzezinski has “spoon-fed” Obama ever since he took him under his wing from Occidental College in 1980, apprenticed him through his first job in Pakistan and Afghanistan to his second job at Business International Corp. (BIC), and ultimately, by manufacturing a background, faking his academic credentials and resume, to the top job in America.

Brzezinski was National Security Advisor to Jimmy Carter from 1977-1981 and a professor at Columbia University 1960-1989 where he taught at the Institute of Communist Affairs. He’s a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, trustee of the Trilateral Commission and has attended Bilderberg meetings. He’s still a predominant presence in Obama’s “inner sanctum” and conveniently located near the White House at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies where he’s Professor of American Foreign Policy.

Obama cannot be questioned about any of this because, “It’s a matter of national security.” No one will talk about the fake birth certificate because, “It’s a matter of national security.” There is no attempt to investigate his stolen social security number, originally issued in CT, because “It’s a matter of national security.”

Word is, the White House Press Corps members will have their credentials yanked if they were to ask Obama about his Oxy or Columbia days, his work at BIC, or his trips to Pakistan. Also on the list of banned questions is the birth certificate, his multiple Social Security numbers, his name Barry Soetero and his Indonesian passport of that name.

All the FOX News folks have gotten the word as to what’s off limits, too. Beck can go as far as linking all the players destroying our country but can’t mention the birth certificate. He “busted” Obama’s mother for her involvement with Shore Bank but doesn’t talk about her working for Asia Development Bank in Karachi, Pakistan while living in a five-star hotel for years. If you do, the FCC will shut you down so fast your head will spin.

Every once in a while, though, Obama really blows it and states a falsehood that sends his handlers into a panicked frenzy to cover his misstatement. As we all know, mistakes are made when you hurriedly try to fix an error. Obama’s error was saying that he signed up for Selective Service when he graduated from high school. That would be 1979 when there was no draft. The selective service was reinstituted in 1980 and so a record for Obama had to be created. Unfortunately for Obama’s “fixers” creating a record after the fact is a difficult thing to do and faced with time constraints they were forced to settle on a flawed document and probably unwittingly forever linked that document to another fraud, his Social Security number.

Brzezinski has been there for Obama all along and their secrets have to stay hidden because of national security measures. It’s really sad that America has been hijacked by wicked people like Brzezinski, Soros, Kissinger, the Clintons, Obama and all the godless members of their One World team.

If our country is to survive, we only need one brave patriot to break through the code of silence into the mainstream and let the treasonous pieces fall where they may.

  243. US Patriots Shout………………
I believe that we do not have a LEGAL POTUS. The voting public was led to believe that they were voting for Barrack H Obama. That name is not the LEGALLY RECORDED name of the person now holding the office of POTUS. The LEGALLY recorded name of the person holding the office of POTUS is Barry Soetoro. The person who is PRETENDING to be our POTUS NEVER hed his birthname RE-INSTATED by virtue of a PETITION FOR NAME CHANGE, which is still the only LEGAL way a name change can occur, other than LEGAL adoption. If he was legally adopted by the alleged Indian couple then his surname will now be that of the adopting parents. But this DID NOT OCCUR until AFTER he was sworn into office. So the name that he legally held at that time is Barry Soetoro, not Baraack H Obama, and therefore can LEGALLY be PROSECUTED for federal election fraud. This also means that the legally binding oath of office was administered to a person who was using an illegal alias.(BARACK H OBAMA. This name was rendered invalid when he was LEGALLY adopted by Lolo Soetoro. The birth name Barack H Obama was NEVE R LEGALLY RE INSTATED by virtue of a Petition for name change in any court in the US, which then becomes PUBLIC INFORMATION, and PERMANENT RECORD of that court. ALL US Superior courts public records were searched for any Petition of name change in the name of Barry Soetoro. NONE was found. This search was carried out by staff of a county clerk’s office, and was professionally done by qualified people. It should also be noted that the oath of office was administered to Barry Soetoro, and NOT Barrack H Obama. Therefore the oath of office is ALSO INVALID. If Chief Justice Roberts has the authority to administer the oath of office then he must also possess the power to render the oath INVALID, should it ever be necessary. Just a thought.

FDR addressed a nation on its knees, with many people in more dire straits than seen in two generations.

“This is preeminently the time to speak the truth, the whole truth, frankly and boldly. Nor need we shrink from honestly facing conditions in our country today. This great Nation will endure as it has endured, will revive and will prosper. So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself—nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance. I am convinced that you will again give that support to leadership in these critical days.”

Hypocrite Biden Threatened Bush Impeachment Over Unconstitutional War

How things change. In 2007, then presidential hopeful Biden stated unequivocally that he would work to impeach Bush if he bombed Iran without first gaining congressional approval. Now Biden is dutifully ringing up the royalty in United Arab Emirates and cajoling them to support Obama’s unconstitutional war waged on Libya and kicked off without congressional approval.

‘Gadhafi Is Facing a Coalition of the Unwilling’

NATO is split over whether it should take over command of the coalition military operation against Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi.

The US government, wary of getting stuck in another war in a Muslim country, would like to hand control of the mission over to NATO, but the alliance is divided. At a meeting on Monday, NATO ambassadors failed to agree on whether the alliance should take control of the mission. NATO involvement would require approval by all 28 members.

France has opposed handing control to NATO because of Arab skepticism about the alliance, which is perceived as being dominated by the US. Paris would prefer the current coalition of France, Britain and the US to keep political control of the mission, with operational support from NATO, according to sources quoted by Reuters. Turkey, an alliance member which sees itself as a bridge to the Muslim world, is opposing NATO control of the operation. On Tuesday, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that the United Nations should be in charge of an entirely humanitarian operation in Libya.

Britain and Italy want the alliance to be in charge of the operation, however. Rome has threatened to restrict access to its air bases, which are crucial to the mission, if NATO does not take over control. US Defense Secretary Robert Gates has suggested that Britain or France could also take control of the mission, but some NATO officials doubt if either country could handle the operation by itself, according to Reuters.

Other allies even reportedly questioned at Monday’s meeting whether the no-fly zone was still needed, arguing that the air strikes had already inflicted substantial damage on Gadhafi’s forces. Operation Odyssey Dawn began on Saturday following last week’s UN Security Council resolution authorizing the use of force against Gadhafi’s regime.

Beck has contacted the DOJ with this information.

What a joke contacting Eric, the Muslim protector Holder,–as if he would do any thing about any crime against America. He is one the the coconspirators in this union master plot.

Seriously–I think I know why the Libya mess is happening. It is a great distraction from the union plans to destroy what is left of America this spring. If anything should take down the WH punk–this should be it! Let’s see who wins this latest conspiracy—the punk and the unions or we the people?

    (Food for thought):
U.S. interests in Libya are decidedly less than vital. It’s a Libyan civil war in which the United States doesn’t belong. And Congress wasn’t consulted, let alone informed.

“It was John Quincy Adams who, some two centuries ago, warned that the United States should not go abroad in search of monsters to destroy,” said Haass, “He was right then. He is no less right today.”
    (snip)
“The reason why neither President Obama nor his coalition partners in Britain and France can state a coherent goal for Libya is that none of them have any central interest in the outcome . . . It is only when a nation has a clear vital interest that it can state a clear objective for war. They’ve all simply been carried away by their own rhetoric.”

  274. March 20, 2011

    Mr. Donald Trump, Personal
    Trump Organization
    725 Fifth Avenue
    New York, NY 10022

    Dear Mr. Trump,

It never occurred to me in my life I would be sending you a letter. Until recently, there was nothing in each of our lives to have anything to say to each other.

As a matter of fact there is no reason that you would ever have to communicate with me. You see, Mr. Trump I am not fabulously rich, super successful at anything, very famous, vitally important, own any thing of interest to you and I AM NO LONGER YOUNG AND BEAUTIFUL. In fact, the best I can say is I am an invisible American citizen who has achieved nothing more than raising her family, earning her own living, purchasing my home, and living responsibly and honorably.

Why would you be receiving a letter from some one like me?

Though you do not plan to announce your presidential candidacy until June, I believe you will choose to run. Chances are very good you will get the Republican nomination and you will be running against Obama in 2012. Honestly, in my humble opinion, I believe your chances of winning are very good. When you run, you will be asking for something from me. My vote! This is why I am writing to you now.

Among your considerations for deciding to run for president must be your platform. What will be the CENTER PIECE OF YOUR PLATFORM? What will you tell America is the highest and best reason to vote for you and no one else?

In order to defeat Obama, you must look better, be brighter, and be more pro-America, constitution, free enterprise and capitalism than Obama. You must also look better than all the sniffing and wagging presidential hopefuls planning to step into the presidential arena. If your platform is basically the same as all the other sniveling cowards—then you have said or done nothing new or different. You won’t pass my acid test. YOU WILL NOT GET MY VOTE!

You are astutely aware how dangerously close “we the people” are about to lose the United States Republic of America under God (not Allah) protected by the greatest contract ever written—The US Constitution. As I write the Constitution is being violated and ripped to shreds every day by this “regime”.

You have made it abundantly clear you don’t like the direction this current regime is taking America. I and millions of voting Americans agree with you. This is why if you or who ever runs against Obama in 2012 must be certain to win. Who ever wins must be exceptionally wise, extremely honorable, forged in the hottest fires to be strong, fearlessly single minded, so patriotic and loving of America that nothing can separate him from placing country, duty and obedience to the oath . . .to protect and honor the Constitution from enemies within and with out above his career and all else.

We already know the basic issues your competitors will be touting. America’s housing needs a boost; our energy resources must become less dependent upon foreign lands. Americans needs jobs. Travelers need to be protected from having their genitals groped at air ports in the false name of “for your protection.” America knows its borders need to be secured. The UN is a disaster. NAFTA has hurt America. The Federal Reserve sucks. America must get out of foreign wars and create better more workable foreign policies. Government needs to get out of the education business. Obama is trying to convert America from a Christian/Judeo country to a Socialist/Fascist/Muslim-under-Sharia-law land. The stimulus is a failure. The banks are making very few loans. These and more will be what the snake oil candidates will be saying while imagining themselves so clever and we the people so dumb. The yadda, yadda goes on. That’s what so. So what? You, Mr. Trump must do what your competition is too frightened to do.
There is only one issue and only one issue for any presidential hopeful to put forward. OBAMA IS NOT OUR LEGITIMATE PRESIDENT UNDER THE NBC CLAUSE OF THE CONTSTITUTION. REMOVE HIM ON THAT BASIS AND ALL HIS POISON POLICIES WILL BECOME NULL AND VOID. ONCE THAT IS RESOLVED, AMERICA WILL IMMEDIATELY BEGIN TO HEAL AND RESTORE IT SELF UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF AN ASTUTE BUSINESS MAN SUCH AS YOUR SELF. A GREAT MANY EXISTING PROBLEMS WILL DIMINISH. THERE IS NO BETTER OR OTHER STRATEGY THAN THAT.

Forgive me while I put forward my argument:

A is A or Don’t Put the Cart before the Horse!

IF THE TREE IS POISON, SO IS THE FRUIT. So why destroy the fruit and not the tree?

If the foundation is cracked or askew, so will be the structure. So why would the structure continue to be built without first correcting the foundation?

If the POTUS is not legal, so follows all his policies and every action he makes. So why would any one would ignore the POTUS legality and simply focus on his illegal policies. Isn’t that putting the cart before the horse? THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT CONGRESS, SENATE, THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM, MAIN STREAM MEDIA, AND THE REST OF THE POLITICAL WHORES ARE DOING.

If a presidential candidate avoids confronting the NBC issue of Obama for fear of ridicule and not being elected—THEN HOW IS HE GOING TO STAND UP TO CHINA, RUSSIA, THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD, THE UNIONS, OR ANY OTHER DECISION THAT DEMANDS COURAGE AND FEARLESSNESS? HE ISN’T WORTHY OF THE JOB. He/she will not get my vote. HE’S FIRED!

If any candidate hopeful ignores this primary issue—with the false logic:

“Obama’s eligibility is not a very important issue. Therefore it is far better to focus upon his policies”

—then that hopeful is clearly in the process of FLIM FLAMMING, SHUCKIN & JIVEN, AND ATTEMPTING TO CON THE PUBLIC. HE IS ALSO COMPLICIT IN OBAMA’S GREAT COVER UP SCANDAL. It is one more example of the Emperor and His new suit of clothes—and not one political leader with the stones to call the emperor NAKED.

IT IS DISRESPECTUL AND DEMEANINNG TO BE ASKED FOR OUR VOTE BY THESE COWARDS WHILE WE WITNESS THEIR DENIAL, AVOIDANCE, OBFUSCATION AND DENIGRATION OF PATRIOTS BEGGING THOSE IN POWER TO CONFRONT OBAMA REGARDING HIS CONCEALED DOCUMENTS. If they lie and avoid this issue, what other areas are they willing to deceive us?

The great November 2010 “shellacking” Obama claimed he got has turned into another useless Congress of elected officials working hard protecting their careers instead of their country. Look at Scott Brown, the Rino. What has the forked tongue Daryl Issa accomplished? Rugged John Boehner claims Barry was born in Hawaii, is a Christian and there are more important issues than Bo’s eligibility. Huckabee wants to praise Michelle Obama for telling people what to eat. Sarah Palin sold out to Fox news partly owned by Prince Al Aweed. She simply avoids the issue. Mitt Romney ignores the issue. New Gingrich validates Obama as president. Ron and Rand Paul are afraid to confront Obama’s legitimacy for fear of being ridiculed out of their careers. Judge Napolitano who presents a program based upon the constitution HAS NEVER CONFRONTED THE NATURAL BORN CITIZEN REQUIREMENT TO BE PRESIDENT IN THE CONSTITUTION. Allen—talk tough—West advises people there are more important issues than Obama’s birth certificate! The cover up continues.

What do you think these alleged leaders look like in the eyes of millions of citizens who sincerely and rightfully want to know who this cheap shot punk really is?

Efforts to bring this controversy to court have met with dismissal after dismissal based upon “lack of standing” and not the merits of the facts. It appears judges were either bribed, intimidated or both. Main stream media has consistently refrained from all important discussion of the subject and simply suppressed most information about it. The White House approach in dealing with the issue is to use Saul Alinsky tactics of ridicule and denigration of any one or group who seriously is concerned with Obama’s legality under our Constitution. The demeaning word is “birther”. The United States Supreme court has simply refused to hear cases that have been brought to them regarding Hussein’s eligibility.

Millions of Americans and people all over the world know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Obama is a usurper and is bribing, intimidating, judges, Governors, Congress, Senate and the press to suppress the evidence, look the other way, or simply insult legitimate investigation regarding Barry’s citizenship. He has suppressed all his records from school, to law practice to birth certificate (the COLB is a proven forgery). He has spent millions keeping this out of court. Now he has grown so cocky, he’s making jokes about it.

Soon, you will be presenting your self as a candidate. You stated you would be willing to spend six hundred million of your own money to purchase the position of US President. Obama’s thugs raised and spent over ONE BILLION DOLLARS TO BUY THE EMPTY SUIT THE PRESIDENCY in 2007. They are already talking about raising another Billion dollars and probably more for a second term. Therefore, Mr. Trump, you will have to raise an additional ONE BILLION DOLLARS TO MAKE YOURSELF STAND OUT AS THE BRAVEST, CAN’T-BE-BOUGHT-BRIBED-OR-INTIMATED CANDIDATE IN AMERICA TO DEFEAT HIM. NOTHING WILL PROVE IT MORE THAN IF YOU CONFRONT OBAMA’S USURPATION HEAD ON.

The candidate who fearlessly and openly challenges Obama’s eligibility will not only become a national and international hero, he will become the next president of the United States.

Mr. Trump, would it be possible for you to get a new hair style if you run for president? You not only must have the big bucks to run—YOU MUST LOOK PRESIDENTIAL.

    Respectfully,

This is an open letter that will be e-mailed to my long personal list, published on several web sites with permission for others to post this on their web sites, too.

  275. The COWARD bo has already CHICKENED OUT of his ILLEGAL WAR. NATO refuses to bail the COWARD out.

  277. Professor Brook is a warminst but he is also pragmatic and a realist:

It’s nuclear power or it’s climate change

I do in fact disagree when it comes to using fossil fuels, but we have gone a long way since the 1970s when our cities were covered in smog. If they would stop the CC hype and concentrate on the other emissions such as carbon monoxide then they would be on to a winner.

Also, Australia does have hydro-electric power provided through the Snowy River Hydro-electric scheme. The watermelons are against this as well.

Yet Barry Brook is correct to criticise any kind of reliance on wind and solar power.

In that regard he is correct in his comments regarding Australia’s future electricity needs. We have the uranium in the ground.

  278. http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0311/51687.html

President Barack Obama is facing growing anger from lawmakers who believe he overstepped his authority by launching missile strikes into Libya without first seeking the consent of Congress.

The criticism is from all directions: from moderates, like Sens. Jim Webb (D-Va.) and Dick Lugar (R-Ind.); from those on the far left and right, like Reps. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) and Ron Paul (R-Texas), who believe the president acted outside the Constitution; and from the establishment on both sides, including House Democratic Caucus Chairman John Larson of Connecticut and Republican Rep. Candice Miller of Michigan, a self-described “hawk.”

What it adds up to is this: The president, already taking heat for a perceived lack of engagement on pressing domestic matters, will arrive home from South America needing to justify to Congress and the public his decision to use force in Libya without seeking approval.

It remains to be seen whether Congress has reached a tipping point in its cession of war-making power to the executive branch, but it’s clear that U.S. intervention in Libya has hit a nerve with a war weary legislative branch.

“What is the vital U.S. national interest? … How much does he think it will cost us? What is the scope of the mission? How do you define success?” Miller said, ticking off a list of unanswered questions. “The president should come home, call us into session … and explain what he’s doing.”

Webb, a Marine and former Navy secretary, warned Monday on MSNBC that Congress has “been sort of on autopilot for almost 10 years now, in terms of presidential authority, in conducting these types of military operations absent the meaningful participation of the Congress.”

Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) tweeted Sunday that the president is treating Congress as a “potted plant.”

Kucinich, whose words still hold sway among some on the left, raised the question of why it’s not called an impeachable offense.

“We’re neutered as a Congress. It’s like we don’t exist,” said Rep. Walter Jones (R-N.C.), a longtime member of the Armed Services Committee who turned against the Iraq War. “I wish the president had not gone into Libya without first coming to Congress. We have for too long, as a Congress, been too passive when it comes to sending our young men and women to war.”

“This is not a partisan issue with me; I have serious concerns about how prior Republican presidents have used or potentially misused that authority, and I think this should trigger a debate within Congress and [among] the American people about proper interpretation and application of [the] Constitution. I’m surprised more conservatives aren’t speaking out about this issue,” freshman Rep. Scott Rigell (R-Va.) told POLITICO. “American lives were not at risk in Libya at the time, and Libya was not a material threat to the United States or its territory, and it’s difficult.”

Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah), who is considering a bid for the Senate seat held by Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), told POLITICO it’s “very troubling” that Obama sought approval from the United Nations but not Congress.

Cornyn, chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, is one of the few senior Republicans in the chamber who spoke out. He’s calling for a congressional vote authorizing Obama to engage in the Libyan campaign.

“On Libya, is Congress going to assert it’s constitutional role or be a potted plant?” Cornyn tweeted Sunday.

The influential class of 87 House Republican freshmen — which has yet to face a real foreign policy test — has widely divergent opinions.

Rep. Justin Amash of Michigan questioned the legality of the strikes from a constitutional perspective, while Rep. Chris Gibson of New York questioned the nation’s ability to add to its foreign commitments. Reps. Renee Ellmers of North Carolina and Vicky Hartzler of Missouri, however, support the action.

During a Saturday conference call among House Democrats, a group of veteran liberals, including Reps. Jerrold Nadler of New York, Donna Edwards of Maryland, Mike Capuano of Massachusetts, Maxine Waters of California, Rob Andrews of New Jersey, Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas, Barbara Lee of California, D.C. Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton and Kucinich, expressed concerns about the constitutionality of the strikes.

“The president is acting outside of the authority of the Constitution. There is no question about that whatsoever,” Kucinich said Monday on MSBNC. He also argued that the president is making a costly mistake. “We have money for endless wars, and we can’t take care of things here at home.”

Larson, chairman of the Democratic Caucus, had said before the missile strikes that the president should consult with Congress prior to taking any military action.

Some Republicans note that former President George W. Bush sought and won congressional approval of use-of-force resolutions before striking in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Gibson, who commanded a brigade of the 82nd Airborne Division, said America doesn’t have the resources to open another front.

“Our country is currently facing a myriad of challenges, including working to complete our objectives in Iraq and Afghanistan, protecting our cherished way of life from extremist terrorist networks and struggling here at home to address a skyrocketing deficit that poses a tremendous threat to our national security,” Gibson said. “Now is not the time to take on new missions. The Libyans must decide their own fate, and we should stop our military operations immediately.”

  279. BTW regarding Joe Biden, those comments were directed against George Bush. The interview with Chrissy tingle up my leg Matthews occurred in 2007.
Biden has not come out and said anything over the no-fly zone action in 2011, and if you do not believe me about the date of the interview then see this link:

Terrific letter! I will pray for God to use you, this letter, and Mr Trump to restore His favorite Country.
I agree that the one who stands up to the Usurper will easily get the nomination and the Presidency. All others will fall by the wayside. Also, I believe if Trump goes after the BC, he will raise 2 or 3 billion dollars. I personally will send him $10000, fifty times what I have ever given a candidate.

“What do we see today? Strikes are being carried out across the entire territory of the country,” Putin said during a visit to Belgrade, where he is expected to strengthen ties with the fellow Orthodox Christian country.

“How can you, with the aim of protecting the peaceful population, choose means that lead to an increase of deaths among the civilian population?” asked Putin.

Putin has been an outspoken critic of the Western operation over Libya, saying the U.N. Security Council resolution resembled medieval calls for crusades and those responsible for civilian deaths should pray for their lives. He has also compared the Western intervention to the U.S. invasion of Iraq. The United States on Wednesday blamed Gaddafi for civilian deaths, saying his forces were violating the resolution and leading attacks against peaceful people.

  282. ROME — Italy’s foreign minister, Franco Frattini, said Wednesday that estimates of more than 1,000 Libyan civilians killed in clashes with security forces and government supporters “appear to be true.”

China expressed regret on Sunday over the multinational air strikes in Libya, saying in a foreign ministry statement that it opposed the use of force in international relations.

Russia called on Britain, France and the United States on Sunday to stop air strikes against what it said were non-military targets in Libya, saying the attacks had caused civilian casualties.

“In that respect we call on countries involved to stop the non-selective use of force,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said in a statement.

Arab League chief Amr Moussa on Sunday condemned what he called the “bombardment of civilians” and called for an emergency meeting of the group of 22 states to discuss Libya.

He requested a report into the bombardment, which he said had “led to the deaths and injuries of many Libyan civilians”.

“What is happening in Libya differs from the aim of imposing a no-fly zone, and what we want is the protection of civilians and not the bombardment of more civilians,” Egypt’s state news agency quoted Moussa as saying.

As a cleric fired up people who said they were mourners at the cemetery and plainclothes security men defiantly fired assault rifles into the air, the uncle of a three-month-old girl stood over her freshly dug grave, covered with a few roses.

The uncle, Muhammad Salim, said the airstrike that hit the girl’s house also wounded her mother.

“Is this what they call democracy? This is nothing but the killing of innocent people. Babies,” yelled one teenager as other tempers began to flare and calls for jihad erupted.

However, Admiral Mike Mullen, the chairman of the US joint chiefs of staff, denied that any civilians had been killed in the bombardment, which saw some 110 cruise missiles being shot from American naval vessels in the Mediterranean sea.

  286. Perhaps it is WE THE PEOPLE who need to go to DC en masse and do some real BODY SLAMMING, while we are CLEANING HOUSE

  287. uh-oh, now the propaganda spreading Daffy lies is being posted.

Despite Daffy’s claims there is no evidence of civilians being killed in Tripoli – none, nada, zip. At the cemetary they waited for 23 bodies and none arrived. When mourners turned up their stories were inconsistent.

On the other hand, in Misrata more than 90 civilians have been killed by Daffy goons, including one adult and 4 children who were inside a car hit by the Daffy snipers. In Zintun several more were killed by Daffy snipers.

No one believes the Daffy propaganda and yet we have the blog propandist spreading the Daffy lies!!

  288. It is also dishonest to post comments from the head of the Arab League that were made over the weekend, even though the comments were clarified.
Moussr is in agreement with the imposition of the no-fly zone. He has consulted with Ban Ki Moon and he is aware that Daffy was lying about civilian deaths.

However, the dishonest posts continue over and over again.

  289. The US Secretary of State lays it on real thick 🙂 doing what should be done by the US President:

“The main incident, that of rescuers of the pilot who ejected from the aircraft that had a mechanical failure also needs clarification. The headline looks bad, but the villages who are from outside of Benghazi were not upset over the incident. The pilot had been in radio contact with “base” and suggested the use of ordnance because he was afraid of the people who were approaching. He had no idea that they were friendly when the request was made… in fact it was due to the pilot’s real fear of being captured in uncertain circumstances.

Again I had provided links to the same story indicating that the villagers were not upset.”

U.S. rescue chopper shoots six Libyan villagers as they welcome pilots of
    downed Air Force jet

Six Libyan villagers are recovering in hospital after being shot by American soldiers coming in to rescue the U.S. pilots whose plane crash-landed in a field.

The helicopter strafed the ground as it landed in a field outside Benghazi beside the downed U.S. Air Force F-15E Eagle which ran into trouble during
    bombing raid last night.

And a handful of locals who had come to greet the pilots were hit – among them a young boy who may have to have a leg amputated because of injuries caused by a bullet wound.

If you read the link that I just provided you will learn some very interesting facts about the means that Daffy used to get support from Russia, India and China. He attempted to bribe them.
Is it any wonder that the ex-KGB agent who has a reputation for brutal enforecement against his people would be willing to lie?

It was Daffy who claimed that there had been civilian deaths but this has not been confirmed. He lied by claiming variously 48, 140 and then 64 civilians had been killed. It was not true.

He has made the same claims regarding bombings at the military base in the Tajura (sp) near Tripoli. Were civilians killed? We shall see.

  300. more dishonest reportage from the resident dishonest poster:

I have posted several links that give a very clear picture about what took place when the pilot was rescued.
When the pilot saw the villagers approach he did not know if they were Daffy’s men or from the other side. He contacted “base” and requested that his rescuers bring ordnance. They dropped two bombs as they approached with the intention of scaring the people.
This was a reasonable precaution in the circumstances.

In similiar situations in Iraq when pilots had to ditch from their aircraft, the locals seized and then killed the pilots. These pilots would have been scared shitless after they had to eject from their plane.

The secon aircrew was taken by the locals, who looked after him and took him to Benghazi. They even gave him flowers.

The people who were wounded by the shrapnel, not bullets, included a 20 year old who will need to have his leg amputated. He was not a young boy as has been dishonestly stated above.

  302. Ha I have been put on moderation?

  303. BTW this is not an illegal “war”. It is a UN sanctioned enforcement of UN resolution 1973 calling upon Daffy Duck to end his war on the Libyan people.
Daffy claimed a ceasefire had been put in place even as the tanks were rolling into Misrata and Benghazi.
The motivation for the resolution was Daffy’s threat to show no mercy.

It is very much a legal action UN wise.

However, from the pov of the USA and its Congress, a question of legality arises because permission was not sort from Congress prior to engagement in the military action.

If the USA withdrew, there are other nations to take their place, but it looks very bad from an international pov.

Boehner criticizes Obama’s rationale for Libyan mission

House Speaker John Boehner sends a letter to President Obama asking him to provide a more thorough assessment of the United States’ mission in Libya. Boehner says he and other lawmakers ‘are troubled that U.S. military resources were committed to war’ without a clear explanation of the mission.

Reporting from Washington— House Speaker John Boehner called on President Obama to provide a more thorough assessment of the United States’ mission in Libya, charging that the administration’s rationale so far has been ill-defined and at times “contradictory.”

In a letter to the president, the Ohio Republican says he respects Obama’s authority as commander-in-chief, but that he and other lawmakers “are troubled that U.S. military resources were committed to war” without a clear explanation of the mission and America’s role in it.

Boehner’s letter comes as an unusual convergence of lawmakers on the political left and right have raised concerns about the president’s handling of the military campaign. Several Democratic leaders in the Senate sought to defend the president Wednesday.

Hitler said, “great liars are also great magicians,” and “the great masses of the people will more easily fall victims to a big lie than to a small one.” Hitler actually described “The Big Lie” in his book “Mein Kampf” as a propaganda technique. He said the lie must be “so colossal” that no one would believe that someone “could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously.” 16 years later, Hitler’s propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels wrote in a Jan. 12th, 1941 article called “Churchill’s Lie Factory,” that, “The English follow the principle that when one lies, one should lie big, and stick to it. They keep up their lies, even at the risk of looking ridiculous.” He is also quoted saying, “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, the people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

    http://news.yahoo.com/s/yblog_exclusive/obama-taking-heat-from-all-sides-for-libya-action

Bush.

Springer also sited the racism amongst his fellow panelists, until they told him to cork it because it’s required.

    Hi, DABIG,
I take it that this is a serious question. So many people helped me with things like that, so here goes. Just below the comment box is a listing of
HTML tags one can use. To make a word or phrase “bold”, you encase a small b with to start the bold type. When you want to quit the bold, then you do the same, but you add the forward slash – / – just before the b. Just be sure to encase it all with . Obviously the forward slash cancels the bold type. Be certain to use the lower case b, otherwise it will not work.

  334. Ha – Dabig – The brackets didn’t print out in my above comment. I will illustrate by using a capital B in order for it to print. But you should use the lower case b.

  336. Hey dipsh it. A love affair would be an ongoing thing. Not one comment that is taken out of context.

    Bill Cutting | March 21, 2011 at 10:29 pm |

Obots tired of BHO, like to paint HRC as mainstream. When the fact is she is Marxist who hates the Constitution and has contempt for America as well.

Obot’s like to show up on conservative blogs heap praise on blog owner, claim to be long time lurkers and then attack regular conservative commentors.

  343. CAN YOU READ, FREAK? THE ONE ABOVE YOURS?

  346. Anyone notice that SueK has stated more than once that she does not want her name on FS posts but her request is ignored over and over with nasty remarks added.

  347. A “war” sanctioned by the UN via a Security Council resolution is not an illegal war.

  348. I do not engage in personal attacks like demRat paxson does. I merely post the facts about demRat paxson and quote his praise of his leader HRC.

  349. suggest that people check out this link:
    http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/blog/2011/mar/23/libya-crisis-live-updates1

It contains the most accurate information on what took place when the pilot was rescued. Previous links that I have provided have shown that the villagers were not upset or at least accepted what happened.

An honest person would accept that the pilot had no way of knowing that the villagers were friendly or in other words they were not Daffy’s goons.

It is incredible that the obots and demRats think that they are fooling true conservatives here. The demRats only fooling themselves.

  351. Citizen Wells. The abuse is unbearable from Leo / FS
I have tried all methods to make him stop. Even stooping down to his level. He is Not a good person. We will lose with him. I’m outta here.

  352. “Kapiolani Medical Center Refuses to Allow Hawaii State Senator Sam Slom View Obama’s Purported Birth Hospital Letter…”

“In an email exchange with WND, Slom’s office staff confirmed that Martha Smith, the hospital’s chief operating officer, said a copy of the Obama letter is currently hung in the administrative section of the hospital, away from public view, while the original is stored for “safekeeping and preservation.”

When Slom’s office asked if the senator would be permitted to see the original letter, Smith responded in an email, “Nope sorry, we are not going to do that.”

Slom told WND he plans to continue his efforts to press Kapiolani to show him the letter and explain why the hospital administrators refuse to put the letter from the White House on public display.”

  354. GORDO | March 23, 2011 at 10:49 pm |

    Thanks Gordo.

  355. Well, like Paxson, I am not a fan of HRC. Never liked either of the Clintons.

However, if I was a citizen of the USA and I had to choose someone in the Presidential Primary and the choice was between HRC and Østupid, I would choose HRC every time.

Would HRC have crippled the oil industry?

We already know she backed out of her first attempt to introduce her version of abominablecare. We also know a few other of the home truths about HRC. However, HRC is more of a centrist who loves her country and who genuinely cares for people. She loves the USA.

My statement does not mean that I endorse HRC, simply put it means that she was the better candidate and she was robbed. Østupid committed election fraud in the primaries.

  356. I condemned Hillary and I am leaving Citizen Wells after 3 years because I do not want to be associated With you, Leo. You reflect poorly on what we are trying to accomplish.

  358. CITIZEN WELLS

Do you read your own blog?

Are you proud of what it has become?

GOOD people, who could help the cause are leaving in droves.

  359. Trump’s stand on the View is a game changer. It was reported on most major outlets and sites. Birthers are going MSM and not letting up. CW’s site has been a great vehicle for some time. But we have many other options now. No need for any of us to deal with this site as long as FS remains. CW, thanks for all you have done. Best of luck.

Perhaps it is because you are an Australian and not an American and are ignorant of US Law, but you are wrong. The best Constitutional Scholars in America agree that bo and HRC’s War is ILLEGAL.

  361. Aussie | March 23, 2011 at 10:55 pm |

Give it up Aussie. You are not going to convince any true conservatives here to vote for HRC.

I had considered voting in the democrat primary (in TN Independents can vote in either the Republican or democrat primary) for her if bo was not removed, but her advocating for bo’s ILLEGAL WAR is UNFORGIVEABLE!

  362. Demand that your congressman, senators, County Sheriff, DA, State Legislators, Governor, and County Grand Jury Foreman indict and prosecute BO and his local co-conspirators for these crimes:
Demand that your congressman, senators, County Sheriff, DA, State Legislators, Governor, and County Grand Jury Foreman indict and prosecute BO and his local co-conspirators for these crimes:

    CDR Kerchner:

“What this Obot sneak and AZ Dem Senator is doing (and she a lawyer too and should know better) is saying that the Presidents who had foreign born mothers make their children not eligible if AZ passes this new law. She conveniently forgets repeatedly and as a lawyer she knows full well that these foreign born women who immigrated to the USA and married a U.S. Citizen man in the USA automatically gained naturalized Citizen status in the U.S. under the marriage fusion of Citizenship concept in the law in effect back then. She was told about this today in the committee hearings by a person addressing the committee and he even cited your and my writings on the prior presidents citizenship status. She then back off in pushing that point cause she was called on her convenient omission of key facts in her statements to the committee leaving out that these foreign born mother’s of several U.S. presidents were indeed Citizens of the U.S. when the future president was born via gaining their citizenship upon marriage to a U.S. Citizen man. But the sneaky Obot senator and lawyer then just goes out and speaks to the press and tells the same lie and obfuscation all over again. They are doing this on purpose. They want to confuse the issue and keep the truth secret to protect Obama at any cost, including lying to the press and members of their own Senate committee.”

  364. It is time for no one to post here again for a while. Zach Jones – you have no credibility in your posts today – Leo is a virus. Sue K – you are being unfairly attacked.

Lets meet up here on March 26, noon any time zone, to assess the situation. Beginning 2 hours from now – whatever your time zone?

Speak now! For two hours! It will be fun to watch Leo/Free Speech talk to himself for several days.

  365. Good Riddance! This blog will thrive again once the obots and demRats are gone.

obots must be terrified of the crimes that CW has uncovered to attack CW in this way.

Obviously the obots are terrified of Grand Jury Indictments.

obots are not fooling anyone with their staged boycott of CW. They have no place else to go. Although I like CW the best I post at other blogs and the personal attacks, lies and bo demRat BS is not tolerated on any other conservative blogs.

  366. Good. Leo is obviously bugged. I have to go to sleep now – please those in the morning just post enough to pass on the word of the boycott. It ends Saturday at noon.

Leo, have fun talking to yourself! And contrary to what you have posted here – you have been banned from other sites.

  367. Ladyhawke, I agree and will be back some time in the future when the virus on this blog is removed.

  368. FOS
I am following Paxson, and will cease from posting until such time as the present virus that is infecting the blog is removed. You know where to find me.

FS please stop reposting my comment. I think you made your point already.
With what’s going on in the world these days, I would prefer words I may have typed in haste ( I was ticked off we got involved in Libya) not be used against someone else.
    Peace

    Unbelievable:

The certain someone posted this comment:

“Those who engage in incessant personal attacks invariably get put in moderation. If you post good informative truthful information, engage in civil debates of facts and do not make personal attacks you will have no problem with Wells.

Personal attacks are the refuge of a weak mind.”

The term “Pot meet kettle” comes to mind.

If what the certain someone commented were the truth, then that certain someone would LIVE in moderation.

CW, I’m still waiting for a response to the question I asked 24 hours ago.

I believe the whole blog would like you to answer.

    Paxson commented:

“I’ll say it again. Hillary looks like Barry frigging Goldwater compared to Obama. It doesn’t mean I support her. I also said in that comment thatvi have always been hard on her and That I do not support her policies. A rational person couldcan see This is a tongue in cheek remark calling Obama a socialist. Everybody but our resident idiot.”

You do not need to defend yourself.

Your comment is right, and doesn’t need to be defended. EVERYONE except a certain someone knows what you meant by your comment.

And I can’t STAND Hillary, or that good for nothing husband of hers. (opps, is that a “personal attack”? will I be put in to moderation?)
