Ha ha – first of all you must understand it was a snark – sarcasm appropriate to the occasion and the person.
1. The ancient sage Aristotle is considered the father of modern logic. Not only formalities for sciences and philosophy, but for legal use and how to conduct rational thinking. Among other things he listed Fallacies or False Techniques. One was “repetition as a substitute for a winning argument”.
2. Similarly, Cicero, the ancient orator is considered the father of rhetoric. He not only used logic but stressed the importance of posture, actions, structure of sentences, tone of voice, etc. Alas, shouting down an opponent was not one of his recommended techniques. In fact, I think he would have considered it ungentlemanly and uncivilized.
Finally, I find it more than curious that people here who claim to be lawyers would engage in techniques and dialog that would never fly in court. You would think they would know better. Any respectable judge would “discourage” such behavior at a minimum, and many would slap a contempt fine on top of it. I don’t know many courts that would allow the screaming and name calling and repetition of failed arguments. I think judges also tend to frown on false representations, aggressively twisted misquotes, mis-characterizations (libel, slander), and even outright provable lies.
CW has said that he expects all posters here to be Adults and to not require supervision. Yet he has failed to address what happens when that assumption fails. Just like I think an owner of a playground or a park or an auditorium has a certain obligation and responsibility to keep the place physically safe, I think the owner of a blog has a certain degree of (implied, if nothing else) imperative to keep the place fumigated.
Political or technical opinions – in the nature of Freedom Of Speech – are of course important. But bad behavior is not to be tolerated anywhere or anytime. Even other famous places that not only allow but live and die on the Freedom Of Speech (congresses, parliaments, etc.) have codes of conduct and sargeants-at-arms.
In the absence of any action from the top down, that just leaves us denizens to police the place ourselves from the bottom up.
So – that leaves only the question of technique. Will we be more successful in ignoring the bad actors in hoping they will wither on the vine, or is the only way to marginalize them to keep fighting back and pointing out their mistakes and behavior.
What say you?

obots continue to ignore the many recent Court Rulings against the bo regime and the notorious obot FOS aka carlyle hypes the SCOTUS conference in the Hollister case as if there is some doubt about what SCOTUS will decide. Contrary to obot FOS allegations, there is little doubt that SCOTUS will deny a hearing in the Hollister case and deny the motion for recusal as moot. We will see who is right when the decision is announced next week. My prediction is that SCOTUS will deny Hollister cert. and that rule that the motion for recusal is therefore moot as is most of the BS that obot FOS posts on CW.
All that the denial in the Hollister case proves is that I have been right all along in my predictions that the Eligibility Lawsuits would fail.
Furthermore, it is clear that as I predicted the 2010 Elections have failed to bring bo to justice.
The only way for we the people to bring bo to justice is through the Grand Jury process.

I agree. Undoubtedly there are problems with bo’s BC, i.e., it is likely that there is no original BC for bo showing BO Sr. as his father on file in Hawaii. Therein lies the fraud by bo and Gibbs when they forged a COLB for a BC that never existed. It is likely that there is a BC on file in Hawaii issued when he was adopted showing his father as Soetoro and his name as Barry Soetoro.
If bo had not posted the forged COLB on the internet and alleged that his Long Form Birth Certificate showing BO Sr. as his father was on file in Hawaii then he could simply produce the expertly forged BC that he has had curing for the past 2 1/2 years and keep the Soetoro BC sealed.
It is too late for that now that Gibbs has admitted that he had bo’s forged BC posted on the internet.

If we take BHO Jr. at his word then there is no doubt that he is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States as required by the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution. The Constitution requires that to be the President of the United States, a person must be born in the United States of two parents who are citizens of the United States. By BHO Junior’s own admission his father was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth. Thus BHO Jr. is disqualified for the Presidency.
There is a clear, concise definition of the term “Natural Born Citizen” in Vattel’s Law of Nations which was the principal legal reference book used by the Founding Fathers in writing the Constitution.
“The natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens…it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”
There have been innumerable United States Supreme Court Decisions that have referenced Vattel’s Law of Nations as a resource in interpreting the original intent of the Founding Fathers when writing the Constitution.

Doesn’t the Indonesian adoption via the actual school admittance form sorta make the NBC question moot since it suggests that O, without any later evidence, is not any kind of a citizen to this day and knowingly wasn’t when he was “made” president? Isn’t being an illegal alien a bit worse than not being a NBC?? BTW, just where is that Indonesian document held now? I am only 17 and a half, however I’m turning 18 in June, and Im graduating from high school. In 2012, ill be 19 and be able to vote. and I will vote my first time for Ron Paul for 2012. Not only are paul’s policies great, but he believes in minimized government regulations and giving the freedom we the people deserve in the first place. It is time AMERICA to vote someone in who is TRUE to the people of this country, Ron, if you see this please make a run for the elections in 2012, you are our last hope.

I have firmly decided to vote for NO OTHER CANDIDATE than Dr. Paul in 2012… regardless of whether or not he runs, or makes it to the general. I’ll write him in if I have to.
In 2007-08 I was a neo-con. I supported the war and interventionist policies. I thought this way out of ignorance and tradition. The economic crisis made me question everything and opened my mind. Now, I am a Libertarian. I was so wrong about Dr. Paul. He is our last and only hope in my -now thoroughly studied- opinion.
Please run, Dr. Paul… I’m sorry that we need you, it will be a huge sacrifice for you and your family, and potentially dangerous to you, but, we need you!

It would be much easier to prove a case that bo is not a NBC than to prove that bo is an illegal alien. Regardless it is unlikely that any eligibility lawsuit will result in bo being removed before 2012. It is much more likely that bo will be removed as a result of multiple State Court indictments.

I don’t believe in voting. Heck, I don’t even believe in democracy. But I’d be more than willing to suck it up and vote for this man if ever got the shot (it’d be my first time voting, I just turned 18). Ron Paul isn’t the greatest libertarian mind out there, but he certainly is one of the most resilient. This man has been through a lot of ridicule to get to where he’s at, and he’s still one of the humblest most sincere speakers I’ve ever heard.
Ron Paul has both balls and a spine. Indeed, it’s quite the achievement that such a character has been able to survive D.C’s tempting perks. Ron Paul has been in office longer than most Fox news anchors have been alive! If he wanted to, he could have become an exploiting texas neo-con by now. But he didn’t! Ron Paul is an Iron Horse of principle – he’s as consistent as it will ever get in the breed we call “Politicians”. Ron Paul is true all the way through; or at least much, much more true than any other politician in D.C.
I won’t lie to you, I still don’t think Ron Paul alone is gonna be able to “save” this country from the potential ugly future ahead, but I’m willing to give him a shot. No doubt about it

I’m a 20 year old college student studying economics and political science. Ron Paul takes America’s founding Lockean principles as the key basis for his political framework: the individual’s freedom (conscious purpose) above all else. Add to this his sound Austrian school economic policies and his wise non-interventionalist foreign policy (a foreign policy which makes a lot more sense in an increasingly multi-polar world with no single country or several countries having a monopoly on power).
In a word, if Paul was elected he would help lead the U.S. into the 21st century and allow it to reclaim its proper role politically, economically, and internationally. That’s why I would vote for him in an instant if I ever got the chance.

Well, I see no concrete evidence available for the former while there apparently is known evidence to the adoption. All the other stuff is locked up in contention. Now, whatever the legal points are re: such an adoption and loss of citizenship is what I am open to learn about. But it would appear that the questions being publicly asked by the legal experts like Prof. Rice keep mentioning the need to know about travel on foreign passports and that question I would assume is due to the understanding about the Indonesian father. Are such people ignorant of the document out there stating such foreign citizenship??
Again, since there appears to be no one with any clout within that same legal system willing to ask questions using that unhidden document of proof of adoption then I would agree that any braver court than what we’ve already witnessed is pretty far beyond the reach of honest citizens. Yet, why hasn’t anyone presented that known document itself in any hearings and made the defendants defend against it and its implied loss of citizenship??? I would think that it’s the simplest info supplier out there. All the rest is supposition awaiting court permitted discovery of it.

The money they spent helped to keep them employed. Now we have to do it all over again,and have to compete against all the foreign companies who pay their help only a fraction of what a US employee doing the same job receives. Something has to give somewhere, because US companies cannot compete anymore thanx in PART to our BELOVED LABOR UNIONS. Even raw materials from the ground reflect high labor costs. By the time the material is refined,or becomes a useable material for a manufacturer, it already reflects multiple labor costs. Each stage of the refining reflects some UNIONISED labor COSTS. Then add to it the cost of the laborer’s health care which you get when you buy a NEW US made automobile. With a FORD built automobile even the cost of the FORD RETIREES healthcare is passed on to the consumer. This often results in OVER $1500.00 of the cost of your new shiney FORD product. How do I know this …….a FAMILY member retired from FORD ASSY at LOUISVILLE. I have read the Ford contract language which pertains to retirees. This year they were required to pay about 3 % of the cost of health related care. When he discovered that he was going to have to pay part of it he NEARLY BIT HIS EXPENSIVE CIGAR IN HALF. By the way he built a new home in Spencer County, Woodland Hills, near Taylorsville, which has an assessed value of over $500,000.00. He really whines when he gets his property tax bill each year. Unfortunately any “concrete” evidence is hidden away and is simply speculation to any court. The basic and legally accepted definition of NBC that everyone understands to be Constitutional is yet to be confirmed and set as precedent by SCOTUS. That is still to be argued even while we all believe that definition is what condemns O to being usurper. All his form history is hidden and defended by O’s big time lawyers….so without an order by some court to present it at the present time it remains other than “concrete” for the purpose of use against him.
And yet the one document in the public domain and not hidden and can be confirmed as used by the school in question is the one stating the Soetoro name and Muslim as the religion. So what I’m saying is why hasn’t this one piece of concrete evidence, not hidden away and not to be speculated about or be some supposition, been used to demand some later evidence of re-patriating in order to even now be proven as any kind of citizen … thus the present state of being an illegal alien, as he would be “undocumented”, until further proof otherwise by his lawyers. As I said, if there is some legality against such an adoption with name change and Indonesian citizen at a young age that says there was no denying of the U.S. citizenship (of any kind) then I’m all ears. Otherwise there is nothing concretely in the hands of anyone to present to the court to prove ineligibility as a NBC no matter what logic the rest of us follow. If there is then the various challenges in court thus far would have produced it themselves (to get beyond the Judge’s remark about only proof is “twittering”) rather than plead with the court to order such “discovery” in order to prove its existence. And without that defined definition of NBC by SCOTUS as final there will be the continued discussion. If it were otherwise, as you say, at the present moment, where has it been, concretely in hand, to present in the various court challenges? IOW, “a bird in the hand is worth …”.
It comes down to an actual document from a real school with real evidence on it compared to a missing and hidden document of a birth certificate that remains hidden and thus invisible and unusable in any court.

If you read their posts — for instance, I saw one posted by “Anonymous” and its a good sampling of the theories that Barack Hussein Obama wants to float to all prospective voters.
One of the key indicators (and it was present in the post of Anonymous”) that the Anonymous poster is a paid blog bot, is for instance that the poster will appear to be somewhat more “sophisticated” than the usual blog bot. I was tipped off by this particular Anonymous blog bot by this argument in his/her post: “The way the government works is that by continuing to give tax breaks to millionaires it is taking in less money.”
You see, none of BHO’s other arguments were flying, so now they are floating THIS crap.

We don’t think that any knowledgeable Patriot is against Citizen Grand Juries. We understand the Federal GJs are a fundamental and important part of the constitution. We support any and all activities to re-instate them as an important arm/branch of government.
Our beef is with the reality of the present situation, right now, today. That argument is been thoroughly examined here before and solidly explained. Without retracing that path, the upshot is that with the current inversion of the constitution (i.e. Federal Supremacy), no state entity has the power or authority to effect a national outcome like disabling BHO. And the necessary forum – with the right authority and power – the Federal Grand Jury is DEFUNCT! And has been since at least 1948 when it was written out of the Federal Court procedures and regulations.
It is a noble course to pursue – to get the Federal GJs re-instated and empowered. But it is a multi-year process — probably decades. We will be pizzing into 150 years of entrenched doctrine and court precedents. Giving this much power back to the people will not “go down easily”. It will be a VERY bitter pill for the establishment to swallow. We readily perceive that a LOT of current “states rights” issues are going to have to be resolved first. Perhaps even a repeal of an amendment or two which erode States Rights.
It could even very well take a generation or two of undoing of the Revisionist History BS taught in our schools. You can be sure that opponents of “more power to the people” – as opposed to “government helping and subsidizing the people” – will come out in force with hundreds and thousands of Horror Stories. The MSM will go nuts over “decades of progress” with Civil Rights and other progressive items being undone overnight by overzealous “right wing nuts” with such power at their disposal.
The point being that it is utterly naive to assume that this is a simple thing to fix. It is even more naive to assume that it can be one of the first things to be fixed. Many MANY changes to the relationships between the Federal and State governments will have to be made FIRST. The current congress and highest courts will have to be repeopled with Patriots. This all takes time and careful planning. Not just whining and wishing.
We will have to undo 150 years of brazen attacks on States Rights. Yeah, let’s do that. But let’s not be ridiculous and think this can happen overnight. This is and will be “the mother of all power struggles”. Gird your loins. Teach your kids correctly so they can teach their kids, your grandkids. Perhaps your greatgrandkids will see some positive movement in this area.
None of this meant to discourage Patriots – now is as good as anytime to get this ball rolling. But be wise and think about this objectively. What can realistically be expected and how soon? You KNOW the answer. Don’t let “magical thinking” dilute your objectivity.

I was thinking about the courageous actions of Lt. Col. Lakin this morning, my service in the Navy in the 70’s, and today’s brave men and women serving in the United States Military. I have many questions regarding Obama’s refusal to voluntarily provide sufficient documentation to establish his eligibility to serve as President and Commander-In Chief. Regardless of what I was thinking or believe today, the main reason Obama should rush to provide every document, timeline, explanation, birth certificate, etc., whatever is needed – is for the possible damage to the memory of those serving bravely today! No one wants an asterisk attached to today military volunteers!

What you have implied absolutely infuriates me! If a person has served particularly in combat he /she deserves the ABSOLUTE recognition for it irregardless of any special entry on their DD 214. This seems like a dastardly thing to do since the DD 214 only reflects the persons rate,and what his civilian related job is and his/her level of discharge.ie (honorable, medical, BCD,etc.) I wondered about this possibility long ago,but put it out of my mind until now. You are exactly right. It doesn’t matter much what the constitution says or what the founders thought. The biggest part of the equation is what the rank and file think. That was/is largely instilled by the failed public school system and is reinforced by the MSM.
FOR THE FUTURE – the NBC thing needs to be fixed and explained.
FOR THE PRESENT – it is a total dead end and red herring.
There is NO WAY IN HELL that a court or a legislature will define or clarify a legal phrase, during the term of a sitting president, that retroactively makes that person ineligible. Common sense will tell you that – it doesn’t take a legal scholar. At a minimum they will grandfather him. The people would not take it, nor should they. It would seem like a dirty trick – manipulation of legal arcana and minutiae. And given the present situation, even racist.
What is needed is to unearth facts that are so impressive, so egregious, that even Mr. and Mrs. Liberal Numbnuts will have a fit and demand that the congress or courts deal with the situation.
Not being a citizen at all is such a thing. THAT is something everybody can understand. Another might be the proof of the total lie of his books and their authorship by that enemy-of-state, Bill Ayers.

to my untrained eye, the third signature is a forgery. The reason is the letter T.
In the first the T is on a tilt.
There are other differences especially in the letter O and n as pointed out by Miss Tickly.
Someone who is experienced with signatures should be able to spot the forgery.

The recovery is also impeded by the volume of imports which now enter the US each day. Now add the never ending union labor demands, and you have an illness that may NEVER end. It would seem to me that people like the black lady need to remove their rose colored glasses and take a meaningful look around them,and pay special notice to the number of people who are no longer employed. Then they should ask themselves “What did I do that might have contributed to this problem”? Well one answer is ‘Did you engage in a STRIKE,or did you ask for more money,then ask for still more,then even more. That my lady is one aspect that speaks directly to the problem at hand. US employers are being suffocated by UNION LABOR, who think that each of them should get the same pay as the CEO. When you buy a product made in the USA you now pay for a lot of the healthcare cost of the UNION laborers. This also includes the healthcare costs of the RETIREES as well. Like Madison Wisconsin,employers can no longer do it without bankrupting themselves.

McCain was by no choice of his own born to TWO US CITIZEN PARENTS, and his father who was involved with the US Navy in the Canal Zone. His mother was with his father and were living there. Largely NO MATTER where his father was serving,and/or where McCain was born, he would still be seen as a NBC. it is NOT the same situation as that of Soetoro. McCain’s father was assigned to the Canal Zone. McCain was born there, but this alone does not necessarily make him a citizen of the Canal Zone. He is first and foremost a NBC of the United States. why there was so much hullabaloo about his birth rights,is a mystery to me .None of it was really necessary. Again ,his father was assigned to the Canal zone, by his superiors. This action takes the US along and translates into the same situation as though he had been born upon the US continent. By virtue of his father’s position it is as though his father was an extension of the US mainland. Wherever his father stood or visited he was an extension of the US. This means that his son even though he was born in the Canal Zone received the same birth rights that he would have received had he actually been born within the US. That is how it comes across to me. I do not believe that I am wrong.

The only reason they brought up McCain’s NBC status was to confuse the issue of Obama’s NBC status. If they were questioning McCain”s status and not Obama, we were to assume Obama was NBC. They even used Obama as an example in the Ted Olson memo to the senate during senate resolution 511.

(May 17, 2010) — The simple truth in evidence is Obama’s own declaration that he was born of a British father and is therefore not a “natural born Citizen.”
The Constitution is a modest document. Much of its meaning is in what is usually called common law. Some assume common law refers to Blackstone or English Common Law. The framers and many justices, Joseph Story among them, have referred to Vattel as our common law. Given that the first school of law established at a college in the Congress United (between the Revolution and the ratification) was that created at William and Mary by Thomas Jefferson, when James Madison was its president, and among its first students was John Marshall, and the stated structure of the curriculum was Law of Nations based upon Vattel and Adam Smith’s Wealth of Nations. Can there be any doubt about the intent of the framers when justices including subsequent Chief Justice John Marshall cited Vattel when quoting “born on the soil of parents who are its citizens?” When the principal author of the 14th amendment, John Bingham, cites Vattel “about which there has never been doubt,” the meaning of “natural born Citizen” is confirmed for at least the twentieth time.
James Madison said:
I entirely concur in the propriety of resorting to the sense in which the Constitution was accepted and ratified by the nation. In that sense alone it is the legitimate Constitution. And if that be not the guide in expounding it, there can be no security for a consistent and stable, more than for a faithful exercise of its powers. If the meaning of the text be sought in the changeable meaning of the words composing it, it is evident that the shapes and attributes of the Government must partake of the changes to which the words and phrases of all living languages are constantly subject. What a metamorphosis would be produced in the code of law if all its ancient phraseology were to be taken in its modern sense. And that the language of our constitution is already undergoing interpretations unknown to its founders, will I believe appear to all unbiased Enquirers into the history of its origin and adoption.” Madison’s words define “the time-honored canons of statutory interpretation.” The words of our framers citing Vattel, and the subsequent use of the term coined by Vattel, “natural born Citizen” – not “subject.”
Framer Dr. David Ramsay pointed out in 1791:
A citizen of the United States means a member of this new nations. The principle of government being radically changed by the revolution, the political character of the people was also changed from subjects to citizens.
The difference is immense. Subject is derived from the Latin words, sub and jacio, and means one who is under the power of another; but a citizen is an unit of a mass of free people, who, collectively, possess sovereignty.
The Constitutional power to define “natural born Citizens” was not intended to be left to the states. It was our common law, understood by every jurist of the time in the most quoted, the most cited, and the most important legal document in the framing of our Republic. The Law of Nations was the most cited legal reference by almost a factor of four between 1789 and 1821 (followed by Bynkeshoek and Pufendorf).
The notion of “sovereign legal instruments” is a new twist.” We don’t need “sovereign legal instruments” to tell us that the four chief justices and dozens of justices of the Supreme Court who cite Vattel on “natural born Citizen,” and hundreds who cite Vattel on other legal matters (try to count the Vattel citations in James Wilson’s Philadelphia Lectures) have established our common law. There are well over 100 terms used in articles and amendments not defined in the body of the document. That was intentional. Madison, above, determined to keep the Constitution concise. A major role of the Supreme Court is to interpret the Constitution’s provisions.
Some of those submitting smoke are actually being paid by the White House, which in itself is a frightening testament to how close to tyranny we are.
Of course one could turn to that great legal scholar, Sen. Patrick Leahy, who agreed with former judge and HSA Secretary Michael Chertoff in 2008 when Chertoff said, “It is my understanding that a natural born citizen has two parents who are citizens.” This was, of course, part of the plot culminating in Senate Resolution 511 to insure that John McCain would be perceived as eligible to run against Obama, thereby silencing any questions about Obama’s failure to satisfy the “citizen parents” attribute of natural born citizenship.
Clever law professors such as Larry Tribe, for whom Obama was a research assistant, and whom Elena Kagan pardoned after Tribe was exposed as a plagiarist, will try to confuse the issue, but our framers said it simply and clearly, citing Vattel. A natural born citizen is born on our soil of citizen parents. Obama is ineligible, and if we have to have another revolution to return to the values which make our republic great, we will prevail.
Read the original sources. They are understandable. When Wong Kim Ark is raised, that is a common Obot smokescreen. Horace Gray was appointed by the only other usurper to sit in the White House, Chester Arthur, and his decision only applied to citizens, not natural born citizens. It is a confusingly-written document, but eventually cites Minor v. Happersett in which Vattel is cited. Since Wong Kim was never presumed to be a natural born citizen – he was born in San Francisco but of non-citizen parents – natural born citizenship was not at issue, and not determined. Some think Gray was creating smoke to protect his appointee.
Someone found an article written in a New York newspaper in 1789 describing a visit to George Washington’s New York office. Washington hadn’t yet entered the office when the reporters were admitted. Being reporters they noted that Washington, on his his first day as president had one book open on his desk, Vattel’s Law of Nations. Law of Nations is a readable compendium of what was described as natural law drawing from and citing philosophers from Aristotle to Vattel’s contemporaries. Read it online or from Amazon or the library. Several of our framers, including Alexander Hamilton, describe it as our common law.

In Soetoro’s case “where do we start”……ok lets start with his UNDERAGE mother. Given the law as it existed in 1961 she was 5 months too young to be able to confer US Citizenship upon Lil Barry at birth. So gramma decided that this situation needed a remedy. She decided to register Lil Barry using his birth name Barrack Hussein Obama. So she registered him under the law that permitted an infant who was born elsewhere to be registered as having been born in Hawaii,even if he was born on the moon. This results in a CERTIFICATION of LIVE BIRTH, NOT a CERTIFICATE of LIVE BIRTH. If he had been born at Kapiolani he would have had a HOSPITAL GENERATED BC which would look exactly like the BCs of the NORDYKE twins. To date he has provided nothing to the American public which even remotely resembles a HOSPITAL GENERATED LONG FORM. In all probability this is because such a document DOES NOT EXIST. Only the alleged CERTIFICATION olb which thanks to Miss Tickly we now know was never accepted by the STATE REGISTRAR, and has been in the custody of the DOH registrar since it was applied for. Then it is completely reasonable to conclude that he is NOT EVEN A CITIZEN OF THE US. That is how I translate the data as it now stands. In addition there has to date been no evidence of a NAME CHANGE PETITION having ever been filed in ANY us SUPERIOR COURT. I fully trust the people who have been conducting this search for the last two years. They have found absolutely nothing. So it is also reasonable to conclude that he is still legally Barry Soetoro. But wait a minute didn’t a hell of a lot of Americans vote for a person named Barrack Obama.? Technically this person DOES NOT EXIST, so how could anyone legally elect a NAME to a PUBLIC OFFICE? If the person holding the name does not exist then I would have to conclude that the American public at large was DEFRAUDED. They were told that this person existed. This then also says that the US does not have a legally elected POTUS at the PRESENT TIME. So there is NOT a CINC as well. Therefore the recent imprisonment of Col Lakin is ILLEGAL AS WELL.

This was in reality a poorly conceived maneuver which was designed to provide him with US Citizenship. It is noteworthy to state that this adoption occurred AFTER he was a state senator so he can still be prosecuted for fraud against the people of ILLINOIS as well.

Half right and half wrong. This incident is one reason a lot of us believe he is/was not a citizen at all. There is no conceivable explanation for this bizarre maneuver except the following:
Indian adoption does NOT fix the NBC problem. That is clear. But nobody has ever worried about that. That is a pimple on the flea on the pig. The PIG is that he is/was not a citizen at all!
Unless you are an expert in the arcana and minutiae of Indian Law, I wouldn’t be so bold to claim that it didn’t work. Some of us have looked into it a bit and there is enough there that a clever lawyer (Bauer?) could easily spin citizenship out of it.

Does the Tribal or law of the State allow Indians to adopt racially disimilar people?. The Native Americans were originally put upon the reservations literally without any rights at all. I am wondering if any research of the Federal law that governed these people has any referrence making any specific points relating to adoption. A great deal of hostility between the FED and thes native Americans remained for many years. Such a law could have easily been a sub part to another requirement.

Is this the way separation of powers was intended. Holder seems to have more power to help the president than was initially intended by separation of powers.

ch. I have been pondering that question for several days. It does seem odd that the president picks the Attorney General.
I would be in favor of changing that.
JUST A THOUGHT
Has anyone on this site ever seen a bus – hit -from-the rear accident? Everyone jumps out holding their necks hoping for a quick no expense settlement, even though they were rear ended by little Honda? Why can’t some of our legal eagles here work up a damages lawsuit against the unlawful USURPER and put such a cost on it that all the little greedy non birthers will think they might get something for nothing and become instant believers. I figure we have about 60 commenters here and we can let CW handle the money. At just $10.00 we would have $600.00 and I am sure we could come up with a good 1 or 2 page indictment with the damages caused by TARP etc. to us that would be astronomical and wet the appetite of the small greedy minds of the USURPER’S fawning group. Some Pro Bono would be appreciated.

The office of Attorney General was established by Congress by the Judiciary Act of 1789. The original duties of this officer were “to prosecute and conduct all suits in the Supreme Court in which the United States shall be concerned, and to give his advice and opinion upon questions of law when required by the President of the United States, or when requested by the heads of any of the departments.”[1] Only in 1870 was the Department of Justice established to support the Attorney General in the discharge of his responsibilities.

I agree with much of your post but if bo is not removed prior to the 2012 elections our Republic will be destroyed.
It is time to do as Rush said and “Go Egypt on bo.”
