These two questions must be asked by the 112th Congress for two reasons:
1) Illegal immigration and the ‘border,’ ‘anchor,’ or ‘jackpot’ baby is creating citizens at birth bankrupting hospitals, communities, and diluting state sovereignty.[1]
2) By claiming Hawaiian birth, Barack Hussein Obama assumed constitutional eligibility to be President of the United States. However, reading Article II, Sec. 5 of the U.S. Constitution in context of the intent of the framers would deny the son of a British subject natural born citizen eligibility (unless born prior to the “the time of adoption of this constitution.”).
When Attorney Phillip Berg filed his 2008 lawsuit against Barack Hussein Obama, I was intrigued. However, after two weeks of personal research in my spare time, I had to conclude that Barack Obama was, indeed, a U.S. citizen, but only by statutory provisions.[2]
The next question was if he was a natural born citizen as required by Article II, Sec 5.
The answer was, clearly, No. Obama inherited British and Kenyan nationality at birth through an alien, non-immigrant father.

They lacked curiosity and due diligence, which I hope I can provide you in this memo, and the memos linked within.

The framers created the term of art ‘natural born citizen’ based on Vattel’s ‘Law of Nations.’
§ 212. Citizens and natives. The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens,* are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights.

Conversely, a society will dilute itself and cease to exist if it allows itself to be populated by children of aliens . . . . . This is why La Raza and the Mexican government so strongly support birthright citizenship; it fulfills their political agenda.
Minor vs Happersette, 88 U.S. 162 (1875) was, at least, honest in its appraisal of ‘natural born citizen’ being unquestionably the child of U.S. citizen parents, and only possibly relying on native-birth alone.
The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first.

I must apologize concerning B. Hussein Obama in his Egyptian lust, as being normal, who would have known that Ms. Obama was looking to live out his secret fantasy of not just being some undocumented President of some country, but Mr. Obama in trying to oust President Mubarak, a documented Egyptian, so that Mr. Obama could be Cleopatra………or the mansexual 21st century version as Cleobama.
I realize that Cleobama rolls off the tongue like clap trap, but this issue of Mr. or Ms. Obama floating down the Nile in Egyptian Alexander the Great divided Empire, on his little boat, dressed in sheer fabrics, half naked men waving their big fans at him, while he awaits a hunky Roman General like Marc Antony to take a dip in her inviting waters is what Egypt is all about for Mr. Obama.
Who of us has not dreamt of being Cleopatra. We must be very careful what we ask for, because just as in Egypt now, there is a very grave risk that the clamor of dissidents is being co-opted by subversive forces – the Muslim Brotherhood, which I’ve heard is supported by about 60% of the citizens. You are correct. There were years of peaceful resistance and petition regarding King George’s progressively more restrictive policies. Colonists were patient. They resisted forcefully, only after British regulars fired on a peacefully assembled group. This catalyzed the minutemen to respond and attack the Redcoats along Battle Road. MLK was patient and alienated many that share his goal but not his means. He was effective. He was killed before the outcomes he sought were achieved. True Patriots are PATIENT and do not stumble into the traps of TYRANNY. But when the time is right, Patriots welcome the challenge.
Many seem to be embracing ‘fear’ related to Mubarak’s official departure this morning. As a student of America’s Founding Father’s work, and as a Christian, I celebrate the people of Egypt’s newly found freedoms. My understanding is the USA stood by its friends in the years leading up to WWII, but did not formally intervene until there was no other option. Even isolationists agreed with FDRs request for Congress to Declare war. But Americans were patient leading up to this time. In my own limited view it is when ALL other options have failed. Sadly in the course of pursuing ALL of the options we inadvertently pass the point of no return and find ourselves under attack. I was just listening to Mark Levine and he had an Egyptian Coptic Christian call in. His parents still live over there and he has hundreds of relatives still there. He says that under Mubarak, things were hard for Christians. He says that now that Mubarak is removed the Christians there are terrified. He said that none, zero, nada, out of the hundreds of relatives that he has over there even left their homes (out of fear), much less participated in the revolution. He said that event the handful of “liberal” relatives that he has that may have been sympathetic participated. He said that Mubarak was definitely far from perfect, but he put an iron fist on these maniacle Islamists that are bent on forcing the country to their will.
He said that this revolution is the Muslim Brotherhood. He said that the Brotherhood is nothing but deception. That they do one thing with the right hand, while the left hand is busy doing the dirty work. He said that they will lie to you right to your face in order to accomplish their objectives. He named a leader in the Brotherhood who was quoted just last week saying that ‘democracy’ is merely going to be a stepping stone to Shariah and ultimately a tyrannical clampdown on the country. He said that the Christians are going to be the ones that are persecuted.
The Christians are scared. The educated classes are scared. This is not a benevolent revolution. Israel is going to be in the crosshairs. They have a massive nuclear weapons arsenal, I am certain that they will not be afraid to use it. They have been planning for these days since their inception. They will survive. What I gathered about this group is that they have essentially being doing operation research on the left and how to fight back. I was just thinking this morning about how incompetent that we are as a country. If a war were to break out in a more wide scale in the Middle East, we’d be screwed as a country. The Democrats have signifigantly hampered our domestic oil production. They are opposed to pipelines from Canada and have no national plan should the worst case come to fruition.
I believe that the time is past due for our country to prepare for the worst case senarios in the middle east and pray that they don’t occur. Is the time March 19, 2011 in D.C. or some other date, but America, if we are ever going to throw Obama and his destructive policies, activity, and unconstitutional direction out of power before 2012, we will have to do it like the Egyptians.

Nancy- if I heard correctly, what Beck was speaking of was a group which developed *a means to stay connected to one another*. I could be mistaken as I was multi-tasking at the time, but I believe that’s what I heard.
I completely agree with you. Glenn Beck has been a wonderful patriot within the confines of his contractual gag order (as we surmise, not confirmed). Had he not exposed this regimes overt Marxism, many, if not most, would still be ignorant as to what has taken place in our government.
There are those who would argue that he is “controlled opposition”, which makes no sense as it is far easier to overcome a sleeping subject than one which is wide awake.

These two questions must be asked by the 112th Congress for two reasons:
1) Illegal immigration and the ‘border,’ ‘anchor,’ or ‘jackpot’ baby is creating citizens at birth bankrupting hospitals, communities, and diluting state sovereignty.[1]
2) By claiming Hawaiian birth, Barack Hussein Obama assumed constitutional eligibility to be President of the United States. However, reading Article II, Sec. 5 of the U.S. Constitution in context of the intent of the framers would deny the son of a British subject natural born citizen eligibility (unless born prior to the “the time of adoption of this constitution.”).
When Attorney Phillip Berg filed his 2008 lawsuit against Barack Hussein Obama, I was intrigued. However, after two weeks of personal research in my spare time, I had to conclude that Barack Obama was, indeed, a U.S. citizen, but only by statutory provisions.[2]
The next question was if he was a natural born citizen as required by Article II, Sec 5.

The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first.

The Era of the Obama ‘Blank Screen’ is Over
“I serve as a blank screen,” Obama writes, “on which people of vastly different political stripes project their own views.” He notifies readers that “my treatment of the issues is often partial and incomplete.”
Inasmuch as the press refused to vet and investigate Candidate Obama, he certainly was a “blank screen” to the uninformed in 2008.

Time’s insinuation that Reagan would “love” Obama is not a projection of the Time Magazine editors — for they are not conservatives. Time is simply acting as a facilitator. The magazine is saying to gullible conservatives and moderates: “hey, you can still project your political views onto Obama. Mr. Obama can even be Reagan, if you wish.”
We’ve witnessed Obama for two years ramming through radical, far-left appointments and bills by unscrupulous means, against the will of the electorate. In light of his brass-knuckles approach and leftist agenda, it’s truly astonishing that the media somehow believe Obama can remain all things to all people.
As a new president, Mr. Obama thought he could talk about spending cuts and “fiscal responsibility summits” while simultaneously burying the country in unprecedented debt and federal bureaucracy.
Even more shocking is the fact that Obama continues to believe he can use doubletalk and smoke and mirrors.
Mr. Obama recently stood before a crowd at the Chamber of Commerce, hoping that the audience might somehow view him as a blank screen.
In the Chamber speech, Obama didn’t use the “failure of capitalism” sound bite to explain the country’s current financial mess. The president used the word “capitalism,” but this time in a positive way. Obama went so far as to say that he shares a “deep, abiding belief in this country,” and a “belief in the principles that have made America’s economy the envy of the world.”
There was no talk about America being arrogant. There was no mention of America’s small population selfishly using an unequal share of the earth’s resources. Mr. Obama didn’t touch on his fear that other countries do not approve of Americans driving their SUVs or eating as much as they want while keeping their homes at 72 degrees.
As Mr. Obama went on to expound on the “principles” that made America great, the Chamber speech became noticeably creepy as the president demonstrated that he knows little about free market principles. The president’s alleged JFK moment was more of desperate demand for business to do something to help Obama look good than anything else.
The man who had never run a business or even worked in the private sector (beyond scooping ice cream as a kid) vainly lectured businesspeople to create jobs (with the promise of government “investing” in politically correct businesses). That alone reveals that the president doesn’t have even an entry-level understanding of the free market economy.
We should notice that Obama’s treatment of the jobs issue was “partial and incomplete.” Mr. Obama did not announce to the Chamber that the federal government would be getting out of the private sector’s way. He failed to announce any specific tax rate numbers or a repeal of any federal job-smothering regulations. He provided no concrete basis for optimism or certainty.
Instead, the president gave another “good speech.” In the past Obama could speak partially and incompletely, leaving the audience to project onto the screen whatever it wished.
But Obama is no longer a blank screen in front of a teleprompter. The screen now plays back his words and deeds of the last two years in high definition.

It is comforting to realise that OTHERS have taken the initiative in trying to find ways to save the country. Yet this speaks only to their own individual efforts. What about the rest of us? Are we just going to always look for someone else to take over the work that WE SHOULD BE DOING ourselves. They simply DO NOT CARE about it UNLESS IT EFFECTS THEM in their billfolds,or their pursuit of the American dream.(LIFESTYLE). Many of these people are younger college grads either fresh out of school or are only a few years into their chosen careers. I personally think that these Young Urban Professionals are our FUTURE. If they are so caught up in their own pursuits to take time out to look around them and see what s going on, then they are setting themselves up for an extremely hard fall. Sadly many of them will not believe the truth until it is too late. They are so adamant about their own ideas that NOTHING else can get through the mental block that they have put into their own minds. Often they have done NO RESEARCH AT ALL, and FIRMLY believe the opinion of others,which basically is their EXPEDIENT. They don’t have time to do their own research. They have time only to pursue their own interests. I so agree with you. I am one of those people who did a small part to help make America what it is! I picked cotton, chopped cotton, hoed weeds, picked watermellons (to help the small farmer) It is breaking my heart and angering me that people who has been hired by us to protect us are the ones who are taking our country down just for their greed and power! Yes, Old Salt, I agree, too. Much of the problem stems from the fact that the educational system has failed to teach kids how to THINK. Plus, we have the fact that they have not been taught the founding principles of our country, but in many cases have heard our nation denigrated. Add to that the easy, abundant lifestyle that parents have often lavished on their offspring, and you have a large segment of our society that knows little about true values or sacrifice. Sigh.

I’m visiting my sister in Tucson. So nice to feel the warm sun after weeks of snow and freezing temperatures. Her orange and grapefruit survived the 19 degrees they had last week but the trees look pretty bad. Just got back from the Gem and Jewelry show andI still have money left! I remember that there is a Gem and Jewelry show (I believe in Tucson) about this time of year, although I’ve never gone to one. My experience involved trying to get a motel for overnight in Tucson several years ago when the show was on. We were on our way to the caverns in southern AZ at the time.
Oh, it would be SO nice to have you visit someday, if it is at all possible for you. I am about 115 mi. north of Phoenix. Enjoy your stay and soak up all the warmth you can!
