I wonder……..
Now that the release of the Congressional advisement letter – distributed for congress and senators to adress questions pertaining to Obama’s Eligibilty – has been made public, there is a key mention in the report that should be addressed.
For example, in the report, it clearly states that Obama only released his short form COLB and not his vault long form B.C. This specific fact alone proves that not only is there a difference but the COLB is NOT his Birth Certificate.
To go back in time, Gibbs constantly replied to such questions as a matter of fact, that the internet COLB “IS” the Birth Certificate. Therefore, I wonder if Les Kinsolving, WND’s correspondent at the White House (whom is the only reporter to pose the B.C. question to Gibbs) will now re-ask Gibbs if he still beleives the COLB on the internet is the B.C. as Gibbs continues to claim?
Wouldn’t that put Gibbs in quite the back-slide for past answers…..
Of course, only Obots and Gibbs believe we the people are stupid. When we were told and even Gibbs explained, that Hawaii only issued COLB during the day and year he was born, that we the people would not verify that suggestion. When we have people from Hawaii born the day before Obama that were issued a long form B.C. and people born the day After Obama were given a long form B.C. and people born the Same day Obama was, were also issued long form B.C., do the Robert Gibbs, congress, Senate and Obots alike, really expect us to believe that Hawaii repealed their law on the day and hour Obama was born, then quickly changed the law back again, only to caputure Obama as a victim being issued a COLB? I guess they do…….

Hi, Sir William – Glad to hear from you! You certainly make a good point re. COLB and Gibbs. The more observant we are the more we realize these progressives are SO deluded that (1) they don’t even know how stupid THEY are, and (2) they think all of the rest of us are stupid. It must go with the territory. Sigh. BTW, did you see that Globe has a lead article ( 11/22/10 issue) re. Obama’s birthplace? If not, check out my comment one thread below this at 6:32 PM.
With all the fancy technology we have out there and the people who look up stuff for a living, I can’t believe not one of them in over two years has not found a thing on Obama’s BC. Also I can’t believe the media does not know the truth by now. They had to do their research on this. The biggest story of a life time for some of them, they dreamed of covering the big story but for whatever reason they are sitting on this one. It will be to bad if a rag magazine like the Globe finally tells the truth about this. But that day may be right around the corner.

Yes, I did read your comment yesterday about the Globe article.
Like you, I have zero interest in the Globe paper and cannot remember if I ever purchased one in the past. When standing in line, I at times have looked at their cover and over the last 18 months, many of them have in fact mention Obama and his B.C. issue, of which I was glad to see.
Although I do not purchase them personally, they do in fact have millions of loyal readers whom do. From a marketing point of view, I agree it is a good way to get the word out to a large and vast audience quickly.
Pertaining to the article you mentioned, I don’t know wether or not I believe that a secret investigation is going on by congress members is true, or not. I would of course like to believe it, but being the quantitative person that I am, I would believe it when I see the facts supporting such investigation.
There is no reason, in my mind, to create a secret investigation. Secondly, for congress to investigate, requires approval from the investigative committe which is headed by the Majority, which at this time is the democrats, until Jan. 2011. It is my understanding, that a congressional investigative committee cannot investigate privately behind the backs of the committee, rather it must be brought before the committee chair person, presented on the floor, approved by a majority. Least, that I my understanding although I disagree with it.
lastly, for congress to investigate, and get around a Presidential Executive order, they would have to issue some sort of Writ or Affidavit to those they are seeking to garnish information from. This is a matter of public records, of which I see none, at this time.

Down deep in my heart, Sir William, I have to admit I have the same reservations you do; however, somebody must be doing some “talking” about it, otherwise even the Globe wouldn’t be picking up on this subject. You will get a laugh over this: While in the checkout lane, I did kind of glance around to make sure that no one that knows me saw me pick up this “scandal” paper. After all, I live in a small town and have for thirty-five years. LOL
Only time will tell just how much truth there is in it. My question would be this: Suppose everything they say about investigations comes true, then what? If the information is damning, will anyone have the intestinal fortitude to let it come out publicly or will it be killed? Those are the scary questions, imho.

Incoming House Ethics Committe Chair Republican Darrell Issa has already hinted at full Congressional investigations into the Broadway Bank shutdown to begin in 2011, including, among other things, why the Feds waited so long to shut down the failing lending institute. In an April 2010 statement, Congressman Issa went so far as to directly imply a possible White House connection:
“The fact that senior White House officials such as David Axelrod are meeting with Mr. Giannoulias at the time the FDIC is covering hundreds of millions in losses at Broadway Bank raised a flag,” Issa said.

I understand your point of view and paradigm pertaining to “secret investigations”, whereby not to announce.
Unfortunately, and maybe rightfully justified, (I can think of hundreds of reason to be illegal) that the legislative branch cannot “secretly” investigate. If you or anyone else knows of a single example whereby Congress held secret investigative meetings and then brought forth their findings to the congressional floor, I would be most dearly appreciative to be informed. A single example would suffice.

Backyard Gardens Illegal ?!?
[HR 875] & [S 425], The Food Police, Criminalizing Organic Farming and the Backyard Gardener, and now S 510 If accepted would preclude the public’s right to grow, own, trade, transport, share, feed and eat each and every food that nature makes.
These bills are sitting in committee and I am not sure when it is going to hit the floor. One thing I do know is that very few of the Representatives have read them. As usual they will vote on this based on what someone else is saying. Urge your members to read the legislation and ask for opposition to this devastating legislation. Devastating for everyday folks but great for factory farming ops like Monsanto, ADM, Sodexo and Tyson to name a few.
I have no doubt that this legislation was heavily influenced by lobbyists from huge food producers. This legislation is so broad based that technically someone with a little backyard garden could get fined and have their property seized. It will effect anyone who produces food even if they do not sell but only consume it.
DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, READ THIS LEGISLATION FOR YOURSELF here: [HR 875], [S 425], [S 510]. The more people who read this legislation the more insight we are going to get and be able to share. Post your observations and insights below. Urge your members to read this legislation and to oppose the passage of this legislation.
Pay special attention to:
Section 3 which is the definitions portion of the bill-read in it’s entirety. section 103, 206 and 207- read in it’s entirety. Red flags I found and I am sure there are more………..
Legally binds state agriculture depts to enforcing federal guidelines effectively taking away the states power to do anything other than being food police for the federal dept.
Effectively criminalizes organic farming but doesn’t actually use the word organic.
Effects anyone growing food even if they are not selling it but consuming it.
Effects anyone producing meat of any kind including wild game.
Legislation is so broad based that every aspect of growing or producing food can be made illegal. There are no specifics which is bizarre considering how long the legislation is.
Section 103 is almost entirely about the administrative aspect of the legislation. It will allow the appointing of officials from the factory farming corporations and lobbyists and classify them as experts and allow them to determine and interpret the legislation. Who do you think they are going to side with?
Section 206 defines what will be considered a food production facility and what will be enforced up all food production facilities. The wording is so broad based that a backyard gardener could be fined and more.
Section 207 requires that the state’s agriculture dept act as the food police and enforce the federal requirements. This takes away the states power and is in violation of the 10th amendment.
S 510 SUMMARY:
Just as the commercial production of food is dropping, and people could supplement themselves with home grown fruits and vegetables, here comes legislation to make it illegal.
Imagine, it being illegal to grow your own food in the US.

The problem I see with Issa, is that he already said that there is now way shape or form, that he nor any other Investigative Committee by the Republican party, would seek ANY investigations that would or could lead to an impeachment, nor would he, nor staff, seek to investigate any alledgement pertaining to Obama’s past such as college records, Birth Certificate, ect..

This is not political, but just have to ask if you are acquainted with the Coronado Trail (actual highway) which starts at Springerville in the north and ends around Clifton and Morienci? It is one of, if not the most beautiful long, continuous drives in AZ – pure pristine mountains and valleys . It still remains rather isolated from the rank and file tourists because of its location, which is rather close to the NM border. It is often partially closed in winter when there is snow. I have been to Clifton and Morienci several times and remember them as copper mining towns in the past. I’ve also been to Safford. AZ is a great state, but I also have great affection for TN and find it hard to believe that the government has become so corrupt. Take care, Patriot!

Yes, I know of the Trail. And yes, the Coronado does pass through the south west point. In fact, when in scouting years, we hiked and camped through various area of the trail.
One of my most favorite camping trips with the scouts was a 2 week summer outing up in the Mogollon Rim in AZ.

Occasionally I listento Coast To Coast Am radio program & I happened to listen to it last night. The guest was Greg Hunter. Mr. Hunter said some very interesting things in the last hour of the program. He said that there is: Foreclosure-Gate, Document-Gate, Courthouse-Gate, Retired Judges-Rubber-Stamp-Gate, Massive Racketeering Fraud-Gate, and the Illegal Federal Reserve-Gate that is currently looting the American people’s treasury. It was explained on the program that “The Fed” is a Massive Illegal Organization & an illegal house of cards that MUST BE AUDITED & PUT OUT OF BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY with Americans demanding immediate massive arrests and indictments!!

Hmm….let me think about this new theory. Well, ok born of Malcolm X, so what. He was legally adopted, I don't know how many times. However, I would accept NBC status, AS LONG AS OBAMA NEVER CLAIMED ANOTHER CITIZENSHIP. Oh….wait, Obama has claimed another citizenship, at least one. Nope, doesn't fly, NBC means no other claim on your birth, and you claim no other country. Obama's is at best 'confused' issue, but then again let the truth out and let the people decide. He ran for public office, like they said in Alaska, like Obama did in chicago with a competitor, release all of the records…sealed or not, because the public has a right to know.

I would agree that any Oath, especially an Oath of Office, swearing to protect the liberties and freedom of citizens, and to obide by the Constitution that bridges the contract between we the people and our elected officials, shall not (not should or may) be violated under any means.
You would think integrity would over-ride their self abition, all parties inclusive, but it doesn’t. Even the Republicans believe they are elitists, above and beyond “we the people”.

Nor did he ever register for the draft or legally attain a SSN. If he was ever NBC he lost it irretrievably long ago and since has engaged in a pattern of deceptions and lies that can only be construed as massive fraud against We the People. Reading, writing, arithmetic and research through the American educational system, mosques and student centers (now 1,500) should be sprinkled with dislike of Jews, evangelical Christians and democracy. There are currently 300 exclusively Muslim schools in the U.S. which teach loyalty to the Quran, not the U.S. Constitution. In January of 2002, Saudi Arabia’s Embassyin Washington mailed 4,500 packets of the Quran and videos promoting Islam to America’s high schools – free of charge. Saudi Arabia would not allow the U.S. to reciprocate.
11. Provide very size-able monetary Muslim grants to colleges and universities in America to establish ”Centers for Islamic studies” with Muslim directors to promote Islam in higher-education institutions.
12. Let the entire world know through propaganda, speeches, seminars, local and national media that terrorists have hijacked Islam, when in truth, Islam hijacked the terrorists.
13. Appeal to the historically compassionate and sensitive Americans for sympathy and tolerance towards Muslims in America who are portrayed as mainly immigrants from oppressed countries.
14. Nullify America’s sense of security by manipulating the intelligence community with misinformation. Periodically terrorize Americans with reports of impending attacks on bridges, tunnels, water supplies, airports, apartment buildings and malls.

A disturbing video appearedon a popular conspiracy theorist website alleging that Barack Obama had deep ties to radical Islam and was planning a ‘takeover’ of the United States.
The video, running just over 55 minutes, drew Obama’s past associations with Marxists, Communists, terrorists, and radicals together to paint a disturbing picture of a radical Islamic fundamentalist who had been carefully concealing his true nature through staged appearances, rigid talking points and a complicit media.
The theory had been discussed by various critics in the weeks and months leading up to the election, but only recently gained steam as more information was brought to light on the questionable connections Obama had to violent extremists like Raila Odinga, whose supporters were responsible for the massacre of a Christian congregation.
The author of the video describes Obama as a ‘Trojan Horse’ for radical Islam and asserts that Obama has been concealing his extremist Muslim faith in order to fulfill the ‘takeover’ of America. He says that Obama is in reality a hardcore Muslim fundamentalist whose sole goal is the conquer of America by Muslim forces.
Critics lent credence to this argument, pointing to his anti-Israel adviser Samantha Power, and his lengthy relationship with terrorist spokesman Rashid Khalidi. They also point to his friendship with Louis Farrakhan, a noted Israel hater, and admiration of the Black Panther party, another noted anti-Israel advocacy group.
Others have noted his controversial pastor of 20 years, Jeremiah Wright, who came under fire for hateful and seditionist sermons against the United States. Although Wright made several baseless allegations such as the government inventing AIDS as an attack on African-Americans and justifying the 9/11 attacks, Obama supported him, saying he “didn’t believe he was particularly controversial”.
Muslim extremists have been waging a war against the United States and Israel for several decades, with attacks ranging from the USS Cole to the Beirut bombings, with the latest being the World Trade Centers.
However, evidence shows they also have a long term, rather sinister strategy to infiltrate the highest offices of power in the United States. Barack Obama “won” the American presidency, through fraud and ACORN intimidation which resulted in a historic victory for Muslim terrorists in many observers eyes.

Re. your above comment, how about trying on this theory for size? This has just occurred to me: Perhaps the Repub “plan” is to appear to include the birth certificate issue in their purview in order to “lay it to rest” well ahead of 2012. In other words, “investigate” it to prove there is nothing there. That could be a clever maneuver, which, if so, is deplorable and evil, imo. We will know what their real intentions are before very long.

The Joe Miller for Senate campaign has released new affidavits swearing that Lisa Murkowski’s write-in campaign is benefiting from voter fraud. A notarized affidavit sworn on November 1 by a voter at Sand Lake Elementary School states when voting began, “there was already a stack of ballots in the box which in my opinion numbered in the hundreds.” The voter adds the ballots “were very neatly stacked and approximately 4 to 5 inches thick.” The affidavit adds this occurred at 7:00 a.m., and the voter was the tenth voter at that location.
