I remember reading a few weeks ago a comment on another blog (I’m too lazy at the moment to find it again) that Israel Insider, said to be a reputable publication, reported that the Mossad has obtained a Kenyan birth certificate for BO, and would release the information in advance of attacking Iran’s nuclear sites.

My educated guess is that Mossad, CIA etc. have enough criminal info on BO to send him to Gitmo for Life, but politically they are waiting for BO’s approval numbers to sink so low that even Oprah, algore and axelrod won’t support BO for fear of joining him at Gitmo.

The Price Private America Is Paying For His Usurpation
Has any one thought of all the hours, expertise, and hard money Sotoero’s usurpation has cost the private sector of America fighting to bring this to justice? The combined sum total of all the different suits is probably way higher that what O’defendant has paid. When–not if–Sotoero is brought to justice, Barry and Michele Evita should forced to make “reparations” to all those people who have been harmed economically for putting up their own money to save America from this “fraudster.”

If he is removed from office based upon his “melt down” and not his failure to prove his legitimacy, it should be imperative that Obama’s eligibility issue continue to be challenged until it is once and for all proven he is guilty. This is vital not only for posterity, but to destroy precedence and protect article II of the Constitution. Once it is proven Obama is has indeed usurped the presidency, it will expedite the undoing all of the treaties, laws, bills, and every other harmful act he has done since hour one in the WH.
I also sense as Sotoero poll numbers plummet, most of his staff desert him, and he takes the final dive, the Obama regime controlled judicial system will grow the stones to finally hear cases brought against Barry. The fear of Obama retaliation will greatly diminish. Depending upon the results the coming election, there may be a change in attitude in the “anti birthers”, and many newly elected politicians who want America to return to government under the Constitution.
It is our job to maintain the pressure on this issue.
It has been announced that democrats in Cincinniti, Ohio are going to high schools and busing students during school hours to polling places to vote…and being given ONLY democrat ballots….NOW THAT’S DEMOCRACY IN ACTION, AND DAMN WHITE OF THE TEACHERS i WOULD SAY! 1. TERM LIMITS:
12 years ONLY, one of the possible options listed below:
a. two six year terms for Senators
b. six two year terms for congressmen/women
c. One Six-year Senate term and three 2-year terms for Congress
2. NO TENURE/ NO PENSION
A congressman/or woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they are out of office.
3. Congress (past, present and future) participate in social Security just like all other American citizens.
All funds in the Congressional Retirement Fund be MOVED into the Social Security system IMMEDIATELY. All future funds flow into the Social Security System and Congress participates in this system like all other Americans.
4. Congress can purchase their own retirement plans just like all other Americans.
5. Congress will no longer VOTE themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay raises will rise by the lower of CPI or a max of 3%.
6. Congress loses their current HEALTH CARE System and must participate in the same health care system they are forcing on the American people.
7. Congress must equally abide by all laws they are imposing on the American people. The cannot vote in a law that is UNCONSTITUTIONAL under any circumstances.
8. All contracts with past and present Congressmen and women are void effective 1/1/11.
The American people are sick of these pork barrel contracts they are dealing themselves, Congressmen and women are becoming millionaires on the backs of the American taxpayer. This must stop.

They must further vow to insure that never again will a USURPER sit on the White House of this nation, as is occurring now.

It is a valid number but I would have had to leave a message; however, as has already been stated here, he is an FBI agent, not CIA. Sen. Gregg, is in my opinion a fellow-traveler of RINO’S. Doesn’t this just beat all? “Restructure” a rotten, failed piece of legislation? No matter what is done to restructure Obamacare, it will still be the same old piece of socialized medicine – It is hopeless and beyond repair. We need to express ourselves very strongly before this subject comes up. It just seems that Congress cannot bring themselves to admit a failed policy.
Make no mistake about it: Obamacare IS socialized medicine. Oh, right now there are still the vestiges of insurance companies, etc., but when those companies go broke, and they will, then policyholders will be forced to look elsewhere; and the government will be right there with the single-payer plan, which is exactly what Obama and the progressives have always wanted.

Yes, some can never change tactics but this time people are aware and will be bringing video’s, notepads, will report as soon as they see a violation. I think Andrew Breitbart advised everyone to go to the polls with cell phones and pay attention to anything that looks suspicious. It is not a good sign that rinos like issa and mcconnell are already talking about “compromise” with bo, but I accept that as a good thing in that it will not take long for rinos to show their true colors and reveal that there is no political solution to this crisis, then maybe the People will finally take control of this corrupt government by the Grand Jury process.
Everyone has been talking about the pain from the lies and continuing hardship placed upon us by the Administrations for years yet few have finally noticed that we are in a White House Coup. Perhaps the real few I’m talking about are only those involved in the Coup because most people haven’t got it yet. Anyone from other countries namely the Phillipines and elsewhere have had to deal with Coups on a regular basis. Those people know well and can identify with what is going on. But the other US population seem to be living a daily life with ongoing OMG’s. Maybe soon or when someone special surfaces will they put it together. Knowing we are in the midst 0f a WH Coup and Obama now surfaces more as a CIA trained Puppet will people see the bigger picture. Of course the Repubs want to stay with Obama’s agenda they are the representatives of Corporations and Big Financial Groups who are in large part leading the WH Coup. But the Democrats are just as bad and it’s important to realize that BOTH parties are bad news and working together with the WH Coup but the Dems want you to beleive this isn’t true so they play games with us.

But the federal government also has a lot of money at stake. The Federal Housing Administration and Ginnie Mae, in addition to federally backed mortgage companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, insure home loans. When lenders suffer losses on these loans as homes fall into foreclosure, the government reimburses them.

In the 1957 movie “A Night To Remember” about the sinking of the Titantic, there is a scene with the Captain and the ship’s builder. It was determined nothing could have been done except that they could have slowed down the sinking, thus giving more time for more rescue ships to arrive. Pollster John Zogby warns time is “running out” for Democrats to escape the beating that most political analysts expect them to receive in the looming midterm elections.

A Republican “we don’t know” would probably have the best chance against President Obama in 2012, he says, rather than current frontrunners Mitt Romney, Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee, and Newt Gingrich. I only became aware of AGJ (never participated) during the first part of this year and can see how various aspects of the “trial” actually rather tainted the ideal, correct procedure of establishing CGJ’s.
So the intense feeling against Campbell is based on that by some and the explanation for their feeling crosses over into the ‘false flag” area, etc., which I personally think is a quantum leap. I have never found Campbell to be even bordering at any time as a non-patriot; his over-zealousness has just been detrimental to the CGJ cause. I appreciate your clarification.

I like Chris Christie for President, but maybe budget balancing will become a new trend, just eliminating waste and fraud would be a huge start and I think that would be in the 50 per cent range-no kidding. If Biden were to become president, he would have to nominate a vice president subject to a majority approval of the Senate and House of Representatives. Again, a lame duck Congress may find itself thrust into approving a vice presidential successor and Biden would likely want such a decision to fall to Democratic-led chambers rather than one or both being controlled by the Republicans. In such an event, Secretary of State Clinton, the senior Cabinet member, may find herself as the favorite. Current talk in the corporate media about Clinton being offered the vice presidential slot by Obama in 2012, and her rejection of such a scenario, may be part of a campaign to prepare the American people for a vice presidency, not under Obama, but under Biden.
I don’t think Section 4 will be invoked.
I also don’t think he will be impeached.
I think he will be found unqualified to hold the office and arrested. Hopefull he will be deported.
Section 3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.

Here is something we need to keep in mind. If the Repubs can take control of the House (which appears so), and even, perhaps, gain enough in the Senate, there are only two years before the 2012 election. We should not be fooled into thinking that even the most conservative Repubs are going to get in there and vigorously upset the proverbial apple cart.
The reason? Politics! That is why we are already hearing talk of compromise with the Dems, overhauling Obamacare instead of starting over, etc., etc. The feeling at large among the new Repubs, sad to say, will be that they want the big prize – a Republican president in 2012 – and are going to be overly cautious not to appear to gridlock during the next two years. This is an ugly truth, imho. We had better brace ourselves. I’d rather be pleasantly surprised than horribly disappointed.
Unless We the People exert so much pressure upon the new ones, somehow once they get to D.C. they will just “fall into place” among their colleagues . And you know what that means.

Belvedere Baptist Church has been a polling location for about 35 years — but apparently no longer. David Jasper, the chief deacon at Belvedere Baptist, explains that leading into the upcoming election cycle, the church decided to display the message: “The Best Vote You Can Cast: Make Jesus Your Lord.”
While Jasper acknowledges that is the type of message one might expect to see on a church sign, some people were apparently offended.
“I guess there were some complaints that came in to the Supervisor of Elections Office for Palm Beach County,” he shares, “and they have told us that since we will not remove the sign, that we have now lost our privilege of hosting the voting booths at our church.”
According to the church spokesman, the elections office would not reveal the nature of the complaints. Jasper contacted the attorney general’s office to make sure no laws were being violated, and felt comfortable enough after the conversation to leave the sign up. So in his mind, the elections office is “basically persecuting us for having something up on our sign.”
Jasper says the church has not yet decided if it will take legal steps in the matter.

I think he will be found unqualified to hold the office and arrested. Hopefull he will be deported.

I don’t think Sec. 4 will be invoked either. However, I do think that impeachment proceeding will be commenced in the House. I think the public outrage will be so intense once the truth about bo is exposed that congress will have to act. However, I agree bo will be removed by SCOTUS order, not by the Senate. I doubt that bo will be deported. The public will demand that bo be tried for his crimes and imprisoned.

Sam I hope you are right, I don’t know how mentally ill/unstable he might be-probably most doctors could tell by looking at him and his activities, speech pattern, hand gestures etc.
I’ve seen two people undergo “nervous breakdowns” and it was horrible, someone is taking a terrific chance with him if he is in a bad way.

A few points to add to the discussion:
1. Personality disorders are unique in that they are exaggerations of traits we might all have. Example: if I carefully pack and plan for a trip including selecting which underwear I will wear every day and color coordinate my ties and socks I would not be accurately diagnosed as having an obsessive compulsive disorder. The traits observed must result in a dysfunctional impediment to carry a DSM code. If I was so careful about packing that I missed my flight (dysfunction) then we might want a diagnostic referral for me. So, it is completely possible to exhibit many of the traits of a personality disorder without meeting the diagnostic criteria.
2. If there is one personality disorder there may be more. They come in clusters. The Narcissistic Personality Disorder is part of the “B” cluster disorders. (Cluster B (the Dramatic, Emotional, or Erratic Cluster) is comprised of the Antisocial, Borderline, Histrionic, and Narcissistic Personality Disorders.) So, if a person has one personality disorder he/she may have two or three more.
3. Obama exhibits several traits of the “B” cluster disorders but I do not think he can be seen as dysfunctional. So while a personality can be difficult and problematic it is not the same thing as being “diagnosable”.
4. I am sure we are all agreed that there is no such thing as an “In absentia” diagnosis.
5. So, in the interests of accuracy, it seems appropriate to say that Obama exhibits many of the traits associated with Cluster B (the Dramatic, Emotional, or Erratic Cluster) is comprised of the Antisocial, Borderline, Histrionic, and Narcissistic Personality Disorders, but he probably does not fit the diagnostic criteria for any of the cluster “B” disorders. That does not mean that he is not dangerous to the public and a PITA to all who know him.
6. If one were to inappropriately do an “in absentia” diagnosis of Narcissistic Personality Disorder it would also be necessary to describe the behavior observed in Obama that is associated with the other cluster “B” disorders.

I tend to think that since MMMSSS. IMPORTANT clearly is in it up to her ears Congress will offer BODY ODOR a chance to resign, without being charged with any crime. This way nobody testifies,nobody gives depositions,and no evidence is submitted. Just as was done with NIXON. Congressional reasoning will be that too much legislation will be effected,and it cannot be undone. Of course we all know that this is a load of JOE BIDEN type of BS.. To really get everything straightened out will take more than just simple voiding of the bill or xo,and could take years ,or even decades to correct. Especially if it was a treaty with a foreign government. A foreign government could even try to say that the US has done all of this deliberately to avoid being held to the treaty. Any foreign government is going to be quite upset to learn that they were MISLEAD by the US into signing an invalid treaty. North Korea might even use it as justification to invade South Korea. China might use it as justification to invade Taiwan. It goes on and on. Afghanistan,and Iraq might even file complaints with the World Court about US troops being illegally in their countries. Clinton,Bush,and Soetoro could end up being brought before the World court on war crimes charges. If Soetoro is BOOTED there are several governments that will not receive the money that they have been promised via the IMF. Any American travelling in any of these countries will not be safe at all. China could decide to call in the loan to the US. If the US defaults you can expect China to demand payment or they will take whatever collateral was offerred to secure the loan. After WW2 Germany had NOTHING except land. They used it in the same way(eminent domain) to secure loans to rebuild. Things COULD get pretty HAIRY fast. Then again if civility prevails then all bets are off.
