The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America
When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. By all means form your Grand Jury. Indict bo & his co-conspirators, but if the DA refuses to prosecute then you need to file for Original Jurisdiction before SCOTUS.

“On June 23, 2010, investigative journalist Wayne Madsen had an exclusive (for subscribers only) report claiming that his sources in the federal government, specifically the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the US Army Corps of Engineers, told him that emergency planners are dealing with a prospective “dead zone” within a 200 mile radius from the BP Deepwater Horizon disaster in the Gulf. Madsen wrote:
“A looming environmental and population displacement disaster is brewing in the Gulf. The oil dispersant used by BP, Corexit 9500, is seen by FEMA sources as mixing with evaporated water from the Gulf and absorbed by rain clouds producing toxic precipitation that threatens to kill all marine and land animals, plant life, and humans within a 200-mile radius of the Deepwater Horizon disaster site in the Gulf. Adding to the worries of FEMA and the Corps of Engineers is the large amounts of methane that are escaping from the cavernous grotto of oil underneath the Macondo drilling area of Gulf of Mexico.
…federal officials dealing with the short- and long-term impact of the oil disaster report that the “dead zone” created by a combination of methane gas and Corexit toxic rain will force the evacuation and long-term abandonment of cities and towns within the 200-mile radius of the oil volcano.”
Madsen then wrote that “Plans are being put in place for the mandatory evacuation of” the following 18 cities and towns: New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Mandeville, Hammond, Houma, Belle Chase, Chalmette, Slidell, Biloxi, Gulfport, Pensacola, Hattiesburg, Mobile, Bay Minette, Fort Walton Beach, Panama City, Crestview, and Pascagoula.
I sorted the 18 cities/towns by the states they’re in and looked up their population numbers. The figures given below vary as to the year: some are 2010 estimates; others are from the 2000 Census. Click the state’s name for the source of the population figures.
Louisiana:
■Baton Rouge: 227,818 pop.
■Belle Chasse: 9,848
■Chalmette: 32,069
■Houma: 32,393
■Mandeville: 10,489
■New Orleans: 484,674

Added together gives a total of 1,363,135 residents of the 18 Gulf coast cities/towns who are slated for evacuation, according to Madsen.
Remember this? The population of New Orleans just before Hurricane Katrina in August 2005 was 454,865. As we all know, the city’s federal flood protection levee system failed, resulting in the worst civil engineering disaster in American history. 80% of the city was flooded. By the time the hurricane approached the city, most residents had evacuated. But tens of thousands of residents remained in the city and had to be rescued or otherwise made their way to shelters of last resort at the Louisiana Superdome or the New Orleans Morial Convention Center.
What resulted was a monumental human (and pet animal) tragedy. Over 1,500 people died in Louisiana; some are still unaccounted for.
And this? The population of pre-Katrina New Orleans was 454,865, which is 33.5% of the population of the 18 Gulf coast cities and towns that Madsen claims are on FEMA’s plans for evacuation. Put another way, the total population of the 18 cities/towns is almost 3 times that of New Orleans.
How do the feds and the four state governments think they can manage the evacuation of so many?

The vast overwhelming majority of US citizens don’t even know what our founding fathers wanted, therefore they cannot assertain if they would be happy today.
One recent poll showed that whopping 26% of voting American Citizens do not know which Country America declaired its independence from? That is pathitic….. some claimed from Russia, China and even Cuba and Mexico. So they darn sure do not know if our founders would be happy!
It was quite a few years ago and going on memory, but a poll once showed that over 90% of Americans have never read the Federalist Papers and over 75% have never read the entire US Constitution. And I believe it, it shows.

Not to feel bad, but a recent poll conducted on recent college grads showed that 98% knew who Snoop the Snoopy Dog was and 92% could identify with Beaves & Butthead, but only 46% could calculate the cost of carpeting a room using a calculator, 68% thought Reconstruction came after WWII, 42% could not place the Civil War within the Correct HALF CENTURY, 56% could not state in writting the agruement from a news paper article, 36% could not follow a basic bus route and get off on the right stop, 43% could not tell how much change to get back from 3 dollars if they purchased a $1.20 cent soup and 50 cent drink and leave a 10% tip.
And I am to beleive these idiots know what our founding fathers wanted or if they would be happy today?

I would agree with that. I feel the poll more accurately reflects that many Americans feel in their gut that something is very amiss with our government and was probably not what the Founders intended.
The most troubling things about BHO’s Department of “justice” dismissal of the black panther party case are that it signals to the anarchists and terrorists aligned with BHO that there is no longer rule of law in the USA; and it gives the anarchists and terrorists aligned with BHO free reign to disrupt the November 2010 elections with the tacit protection of BHO’s Department of “justice.”
Under these lawless circumstances there is no longer a way for legitimate citizens to have free and honest elections in the United States.
The one ray of hope for preservation of Liberty in America is the power of the 4th Branch of our Government, the Citizens Grand Jury. If We the People, gather together in groups of 25 Grand Jurors in our respective Counties throughout America and indict those who have conspired to tyrannize us, we may have a chance of saving our Nation.

First Wave: Expiration of 2001 and 2003 Tax Relief
In 2001 and 2003, the GOP Congress enacted several tax cuts for investors, small business owners, and families. These will all expire on January 1, 2011:
Personal income tax rates will rise. The top income tax rate will rise from 35 to 39.6 percent (this is also the rate at which two-thirds of small business profits are taxed). The lowest rate will rise from 10 to 15 percent. All the rates in between will also rise. Itemized deductions and personal exemptions will again phase out, which has the same mathematical effect as higher marginal tax rates. The full list of marginal rate hikes is below:
– The 10% bracket rises to an expanded 15%
– The 25% bracket rises to 28%
– The 28% bracket rises to 31%

Normally the change of state of water to a vapor,(latent heat of evaporation) carries NO chemical component with it as it evaporates. It is really nothing more than the distilling process. I find it difficult to believe that such an event could occur naturally. If Corexit contains a volatile agent then that component of Corexit would possess the ability to evaporate on it’s own,and would not need any association with a simultaneous evaporation of water to occur. But if this was to occur,again it would leave behind suspended dissolved solids, and the dissolved solids would then become concentrated.Yes, Corexit’s VOLATILE COMPONENT vapor could co mingle with atmospheric water vapor,and perhaps condense back into a liquid again when the atmospheric conditions are correct for water vapor to condense.If there is to be a rain of Corexit then it would probably be at this point when it would occur. However it would be a rain of ONLY the condensed volatile component of the Corwexit, and not necessarily Corexit in its complete form.. If there is more than one chemical component in Corexit, ALL components would need to be a VOLATILE substance.in order for it to change it’s state into a vapor in complete form. When evaporation occurs the process normally LEAVES BEHIND dissolved chemical salts which then become concentrated. This would be one very good reason for Corexit NOT to be used in the GULF. The normal evaporation of the VOLATILE component would leave behind a CONCENTRATE that could exact another disaster upon the existing one. PRAY that this doesn’t occur.

FS – as you know, my research on the Grand Jury system started right around the time you showed up here at CW’s blog. I didn’t know then what I do now, and now I know a heck of a lot more than I knew then…LOL.
What my challenge was then and remains today is this – the American Grand Jury did a boat load of work only to be rejected by every court they filed Presentments in. Why is that? Were their Presentments flawed? Was it the Court?
Then you come along and encourage folks to organize Grand Jury’s in their jurisdictions and to produce “Indictments” Note: I’ve taken notice of your recent language change from Grand Jury to “Secret” Grand Jury. Just wanted to mention that.
So, I ask why would your approach be any different than the hard effort put forward by those patriots who gave heart and soul to the American Grand Jury process?
The short answer – it’s not. Indeed, you add the element of an “Indictment” which a Prosecutor must bring before the court. How on earth are citizens to get a Prosecutor to first hold a “secret” GJ and then “Indict” when no state or federal prosecutor will touch such a case? D or R? My goodness your bar is mighty high!
Is it your and Aristotle’s collective goal to get someone to do a “test” case so you, the attorney, can then step in and push the constitutional envelope similar to Commander Fitzpatrick’s current challenge?
If so, then good for you. Nothing wrong with that unless, that is, you are angling to make dough off of those you recruit to hold and commit to the GJ process knowing full well these citizens are going to need legal counsel once they are denied. I’m going to assume said cases will be handled pro bono by you. Is this correct?

Citizen grand jury problems.
Only Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, North Dakota, Nebraska and Nevada have provisions for empaneling them.
They are seen by the courts and BAR assn as a threat to their control over law, the actual ability to determine what words mean. This is in direct contradiction to the constitution which was written for We the People, not the court system or the BAR whom were seen as a same hands faction capable of disenfranchising the public from control over the government. If you haven’t noticed, they have succeeded. The public has no standing to challenge either the government or lower courts constructed law. In this case the debt built up by an ineligible president with a willing accomplice, members of a secretive party whose ideology has been proscribed, damages all who are working class citizens. That is standing in this nation.

Resources Used as Bargaining Chip to Mute Criticism
In some instances, it appears that equipment is provided simply to quiet public criticism. Mr. Nungesser, who has frequently appeared on local and national television, was apparently visited by two White House officials at his office on Fathers’ Day.
According to Mr. Nungesser, the purpose of their visit was to find a way to keep him from calling attention to the lack of equipment. Specifically, they asked him, “What do we have to do to keep you off tv?” He simply replied, “give me what I need.”
On another occasion, Placquemines Parish officials requested 20 skimmers at a town hall meeting held by the Coast Guard. According to Mr. Nungesser,
“They gave us two skimmers to shut us up.” These accounts raise serious questions about whether the Administration is more concerned with fighting a public relations battle than combating the oil spill.”

I know how frustrating it is. I have been working on eligibility lawsuits & grand jury formation for over a year. You are correct bo controls the Fed Courts & DOj, but he does not control State Courts in conservative counties and that is where we are getting indictments. I have faith that we will legally remove bo, sooner than most think. bo is fast loser most of his support.
I kind of like the “wild west” idea of 10’s of millions of people calling, emailing, and faxing the mobocracy folks and telling them, not asking them, what to do.

No a Grand Jury is not limited by law enforcement. A Grand Jury can operate independent of the DA & any other law enforcement official. A Grand Jury can indict anyone including the DA if they find him to be corrupt.

Finally, I find it more than curious that I used to predict a number of specific dire things that would happen if hisself were elected. I was generally told that I was being paranoid. Now that they are actually happening (and even more!), the things are largely ignored and unreported.
I know the MSM is biased, but I never dreamed that the day would ever come in which they would simply not report certain things at all. I expected them to report them weakly and to perhaps try to justify or spin them, but to simply ignore them as if they didn’t happen – just nucking futs!
I just finished watching the 4th of July celebration on the Mall in Washington DC. Next to the birth of our Lord and Savior, I think the birthday of our country in perhaps the most important day where we can demonstrate our pride in country.
As the program progress and the TV cameras panned the audience I noticed there were two things missing.
First, I did not see any Muslims in the crowd. Their traditional dress was missing.
Next I did not see the Command in Chief in attendance. But I predicted earlier in the day that he would be absent from any celebration of the birth of America. His dislike for anything American is becoming quite noticeable. But then again what else should we expect from Barack HUSSAIN Obama. His name says it all.
A note to the phony CinC…America was here a long time before you came on the scene, and by the Grace of GOD will be here a long time after you are gone.

What is the mechanism, then, by which the indictments of a Grand Jury translate into action against the person indicted, such as arrest, incarceration, trial.

On our local news here in FL, they said that the resorts are going to be offering some very good deals on vacation packages-I would assume this would include the entire Gulf. The little bit of news that escapes you would think we are all wading feet deep in oil, not the case. If you search the city that you are interested in, they will give you an update on beach conditions, which is normal anyway, some times people can’t go into water due to sharks, or jellyfish, undertows etc.

You’re right. Once the American resistance spirit really kicks in, o. and his cohorts are already out-manuvered. I surely do appreciate your amazing repetoire of information and knowledge.
Besides, we don’t have to obey an unconstitutional law. This “law,” which came out of nowhere, no legislation, nothing, is like the perfect example of an unconstitutional law that the courts are not to uphold. Even the corrupt, sold out judges can’t risk upholding this one.
This is like the perfect example of an unconstitutional law the lawyers have been waiting for. A blatant violation of our rights.

Richard, I agree. Although I don’t personally know anyone in government, there is one fact certain: We wouldn’t have a J. Christian Adams, the DOJ whistleblower, if every government employee was under allegiance to BHO. And there are others who will come forward. We must be hopeful and not despairing.
Having been away from CW’s most of today, I am struck with a healthy dose of reality but also an unhealthy dose of fatalism and despair as I read the posts. At heart I’m a realist and not one to bury my head in the sand. In fact, during 2007 I was privy to much of what BHO was all about – his Marxism, Islam adherence, etc. Frankly, there is more hope today because people are beginning to stir and become active.
Knowledge is increasing and spreading.

Everyone in the US knows how to dial 911 in an emergency. Just as our parents taught us, we teach our kids as soon as they are able how to contact emergency services. We have emergency numbers by our phones, on speed dial, in the front of of our phone books, coded into our cells. We even have neighbors’ numbers to call for help.
Many of us even take our kids to the local fire and police stations, and school classes visit those locations as well.
No matter what you do, no matter what cover-up, excuses, spins you try, We KNOW what should have been done right away about the oil spill and was not done, because we KNOW what to do in a disaster.
We KNOW that o’s responses are way off the scale of acceptable behavior for an American leader in a crisis situation.
After all, when a 5 year old could have done a better job, we ALL get the picture that something is seriously WRONG in WH-ville, an image which cannot be air touched with the usual marketing techniques, nor altered through force, propaganda, or bogus “directives.”
o.’s done. No one is listening to him anymore.
Believe me. I happened to be in a public place with t.v.’s tuned to his, what was it, oh yeah, babble about citizenship – something.
Anyway, NO one was watching. NO one was paying one bit of attention. (Actually, truth be told, a few, okay, quite a few people were snickering at each other, with those kind of rolling-eyes looks, ya know.)
Now, two or three weeks ago, one person out of say a couple, three dozen, WAS watching.
What a huge change compared to right after the election when everyone seemed mesmerized every time he appeared.
In short, you can limp along with those tired out tactics of yours, but I tell you some things you just can’t control. o.’s absolute unconscionable response to the oil disaster, then and now, is a disaster for him, a disaster that just won’t quit.
o.’s lost the country. You ought to pull out whatever you’ve invested in him.
If you want to salvage credibility for any of your “ringers,” you ought to start the renunciation play, start calling him out, start bringing him down yourselves.

“There is now clear evidence that the negligence by the Obama Administration caused the destruction of the Gulf coastline.
** The feds only accepted assistance from 5 of 28 countries.
** It took the Obama Administration 53 days to accept help from the Dutch and British.
** It took them 58 days to mobilize the US military to the Gulf.
** The feds shut down crude-sucking barges due to fire extinguisher concerns.
** The Obama Administration ignore oil boom manufacturers that have miles of product stockpiled in their warehouses.
** They only have moved 31 of 2,000 oil skimmers to the disaster area off of Florida.
** Florida hired an additional 5 skimmer boats to operate off its coast due to federal inaction.
** There are no skimmer boats off the coast of Mississippi.
** The massive A-Boat skimmer won’t be allowed to join the cleanup effort until the Coast Guard and the EPA figure out whether it meets their standards.
** The feds shut down sand berm dredging off the Louisiana coast.
** The president continues to hit the golf course, ball games, hold BBQ’s and party while the crude oil washes up on shore.

Now there’s this… Obama Administration lied about cleanup efforts of Gulf oil spill.
CNS News reported:
Billy Nungesser, president of New Orleans’ Plaquemines Parish, sensed that a chart showing 140 oil skimmers at work — a chart given to him by BP and the Coast Guard — was “somewhat inaccurate.” So, Nungesser asked to fly over the spill to verify the number.
The flyover was cancelled three times before those officials admitted that just 31 of the 140 skimmers were actually deployed.
The incident is detailed in a report released Thursday by Republicans on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Republicans say the report provides evidence that the Obama administration misrepresented the assets devoted to the cleanup, misrepresented the timing of when government officials knew there was an oil spill and misrepresented the level of control the government had over the matter. It also claims the Obama administration seemed more interested in public relations than cleaning the mess and plugging the hole.
The report, which relies on interviews with several local officials in Louisiana, goes on to quote Nungesser, who had been on local and national television enough so that the White House became concerned. Two White House officials visited him on Father’s Day and said, “What do we have to do to keep you off TV?” His answer was, “Give me what I need.”

Parish officials maintain that the federal government has not been in control since day one. In four separate interviews, senior-ranking Parish officials described how, until the President’s visit on May 28, 2010, BP was in charge. According to one official, “until two weeks ago [after the President’s May 28, 2010, visit], BP was in charge and the Coast Guard looked to them for direction.”
Furthermore, “Coast Guard asks BP,” not vice-versa. When specifically asked to agree or disagree with the assertion that the federal government had been in control since day one, another official firmly disagreed.
Mr. Nungesser told staff that “Today, I can’t tell you who is in control,” and invited committee investigators to visit the command center to see for themselves.”
Resources Used as Bargaining Chip to Mute Criticism
In some instances, it appears that equipment is provided simply to quiet public criticism. Mr. Nungesser, who has frequently appeared on local and national television, was apparently visited by two White House officials at his office on Fathers’ Day.
According to Mr. Nungesser, the purpose of their visit was to find a way to keep him from calling attention to the lack of equipment. Specifically, they asked him, “What do we have to do to keep you off tv?” He simply replied, “give me what I need.”
On another occasion, Placquemines Parish officials requested 20 skimmers at a town hall meeting held by the Coast Guard. According to Mr. Nungesser,
“They gave us two skimmers to shut us up.” These accounts raise serious questions about whether the Administration is more concerned with fighting a public relations battle than combating the oil spill.”

I just haven’t been quite sure how they’re supposed to work when they are not somehow tied into the justice system before they are convened.
So, I appreciate the answers to my questions.
I must say, as well, the clashes between the grand jury factions, besides being counterproductive, make a body sometimes wonder if they both aren’t manipulative psy-ops at root. Divide and conquer tactic and all that.

It is great to think that we can solve all of the problems relating to Soetoro’s illegal presidency with a Citizen’s grand jury. In a normal situation where our courts are still intact we could without a doubt see civil actions taken to the maximum adjucation allowed under all pertinent laws. Unfortunately many of our state courts are as corrupt as the Federal courts. Since the early 1960s I have watched the Indiana lower courts become corrupted to such a degree that in many instances it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a fair hearing even in SMALL CLAIMS court. In our Indiana KANGAROO courts very often the JUDGE IS A RECENT GRADUATE of law school, and hasn’t yet even acquired a WORKING knowledge of courtroom procedure. In short it is like giving a CHILD the right to determine the future of a person who is being tried for some major offense. These SNOT NOSED little (alleged) judges are scattered throughout the Indiana courtrooms. Most are liberal Democrats who just because they somehow made it through law school think that they are now GOD. This notion follows TYPICAL Liberal DEMOCRAT philosophy, and as a result our courts suffer a greatly diminished effectiveness,and respect from the public which they are supposed to serve. While I refuse to CONDEMN ALL of them,I will hasten to say that MOST are complete NINCOMPOOPS, and everytime they utter any words at all they clearly erase all doubt as to their inept,incompetent,and otherwise horses ass beliefs, which often have no founding in law, whatsoever. I have sat through some of our Superior Court sessions and was totally shocked when I heard some of the (alleged)judge’s reasoning relating to a variety of issues. These people are clearly incompetent,and very often not qualified to even be DOG CATCHERS. Yet because they happen to be a FRIEND OF a friend of a friend they are given appointments to the bench. It is BULLSH##,and sorely needs to have the light of day focused squarely upon those who appoint these jackasses as judges. I personally think that this is largely the problem with these people at the Federal level as well. They are FIRST a CORRUPT judge after which they apply ANY sort of legal BULLSH## that they can dream up to cover their bosse’s rear end, first and foremost. This is why NO citizen grand jury action, or civil action will ever be successful against Soetoro. This is why I am convinced that our only option lies in retaking Congress ,after which we can attack Soetoro on his own turf. He will then find his back to the wall, and will have no choice but to resign the POTUS, because Congress will be on our side. We need to get rid of ALL people in Congress who are in the extreme left group who were originally responsible for the HIJACKING of the Democratic party. A few of these people was Pelosi,Reid,Dodd,Durbin,Leahy, Hoyer,Schummer,etc. If we get rid of the UPPER ECHELON Commanders, their GOON SQUAD will come apart by itself. Voting time is FAST approaching,and we ALL know what the MISSION must accomplish. We need to concentrate on the DIRTY,SICK,Senators,and Congressmen many of whom have committed treason to cover Soetoro’s rear end. They need to face meaningful prosecution, and awarded permanent vacations at the Leavanworth Hotel.

Even though citizens grand juries are in the Constitution, you have faced the problem realistically. Since the Constitution was written, there have been many laws, including rules for criminal procedure, etc. which have so changed the landscape that no matter how carefully crafted the grand jury pronouncements are, there isn’t a court – federal or local – that will touch them with a ten-foot pole. As far as a direct appeal to SCOTUS for “original jurisdiction”, that won’t gain any traction either, imo. Advocates for that are basing their position on an interpretation of Article III, Sec. 2, that doesn’t square with the meaning.
Original jurisdiction (taking it directly to SCOTUS) is referred to in the above citation for certain cases involving “ambassadors, other public ministers, and consuls”. Those entities are appointed, not elected. The “public ministers” is not a catch-all to include elected officials, such as POTUS.
I’m not saying that SCOTUS will never hear a case involving BHO’s eligibility, but if it does it won’t be on the strength of Article 3, Sec. 2.
This means, then, that any presentments will have to come through the lower court(s) first, and that is just not going to happen. The rules of criminal procedure will prevent any court from ruling on such.
If we are going to be wise and practical about this matter, then, as you say, we must concentrate on changing the landscape of Congress. The skeptics say that BHO will try to prevent elections. That may be true, but it is not a proven fact. Until then we need to push hard on our elected officials and candidates, so that they understand the facts and what we expect of them.
Some feel that Congress is a hopeless case; I don’t agree. It is easy to paint with a broad brush, and we all agree that most have let us down. Well, the courts have let us down, and most of them are appointees – not elected by voters. The quickest route to rousting BHO is through a new Congress that feels the heat of the citizenry. Time has nearly run out for experimenting with citizens grand juries, the outcome of which is dubious, to say the least.

This “law,” which came out of nowhere, no legislation, nothing, is like the perfect example of an unconstitutional law that the courts are not to uphold. Even the corrupt, sold out judges can’t risk upholding this one.

If there is, in fact, a ‘law’ it is being broken with gay abandon. Over the last few days I have seen and heard countless reports from various locations: People (including Mayors and other city/town official reps), criticising the response, people frustrated by late payments, desperately worried about their futures, fishermen etc., live film reports from immediately over the original rig, oil skimmers, booms, clean up parties, oil covered seas, coastlines and dead and dying sea and bird life in various locations.
It is in the nature of reporters to get frustrated and to voice their concerns when their access is limited for any reason – and rightly so. Anderson Cooper was absolutely right to make his report.
However, while I don’t doubt access has been limited in some places by both BP and various Fed agencies, we all know how serious this is, and it IS still being recorded and reported on by thousands of agencies and individuals every single day, 24 hours a day.
Well, SIGH, the 4th has come an gone.
And NOTHING happened.
(In spite of a certain group promising
yet again and failing to come through!)
I certainly don’t smell any freedom.
I only smell the bottom of the boot on my neck.

Yeah. No law can suppress the reaction to this disaster.
o. never deals with facts or reality. He is only concerned with cover-up and control.
His efforts to control this situation through a non-law like this one will only backfire in his face and result in more glaring exposure of his seriously impaired state of being, as well as of the oil spill disaster.

Trying to alter mother nature’s intentions can earn you a trip right through her proverbial fan. When that happens you could end up flying right alongside of pigs..
