On a different subject, I am miffed about how so many jobs have left the US and have gone to China and India. Our neighbor, from India, who is a legal US resident with a green card, has been here for over 30 years. He came here for the opportunity of America. Now he and his wife, who is just wonderful, are moving completely back to India because the jobs are now overseas. Obama is not generating enough jobs for Americans, and it’s sad when the brain drain is now going against the US.

Iowa arraignment for 9 in Obama loan case

Nine people accused of accessing President Barack Obama’s student loan records while employed for a Department of Education contractor in Iowa are to be arraigned on federal charges.
The former employees of Vangent Inc. are accused of gaining access to a computer at the contractor’s office in Coralville, and accessing Obama’s records while he was either a candidate for president, president-elect or president.
They are charged with exceeding authorized computer access. Their arraignment is Monday in U.S. District Court in Davenport.
The charge is punishable by up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.
Authorities have not said why they sought access to the records of if the information was used in any way.

Awful News From The Gulf: Explosions Collapse Seafloor At Deepwater Horizon Well Head
A series of explosions appears to have collapsed the seafloor and blown up the BOP at the well head. Oil and gas are billowing out of a depression in the seafloor where the BOP used to be at an exponentially greater rate than anything seen before.
My theory: The well consisted of the casing with the drill pipe inside it. The sand and rocks that turned the gusher into a giant sandblaster that blew out holes in the riser pipe at the kinks was coming from the walls of the well that the cement between the casing and the wall was supposed to protect. Therefore, the hole has been getting bigger and bigger and now it’s like a volcano vent with the piping inside it probably a twisted mess.
The relief wells can’t possibly stop this because anything they add will just be blown out of the volcano.
Now what?

By now I suspect that you all have heard of the SPLC’s Enemies List, topped by Chuck Baldwin and including Joe Farrah and Judge Napolitano; but have heard of the Department of Homeland Security Enemies List of 8 MILLION AMERICANS. Does anyone reading this column doubt that our federal government is more than willing and capable of doing such a thing?”
No I don’t doubt it, Rev. Baldwin. I know that Barack Hussein Obama’s “government” is capable of doing such a thing. My Wife and my Daughter know that Barack Hussein Obama’s “government” is capable of doing such a thing.
It has already happened to my family. You see, on May 2, 2009, BHO’s supporters came for me. At Eleven o’clock at night while my Wife, my Daughter and I were relaxing, watching TV, I was arrested for reasons unknown to me then.
I was arrested 3 more times in May of 2009 on False Charges. On September 14, 2009, my bond was unconstitutionally, illegally revoked. Since 9/14/09, I have been Falsely Imprisoned in the Nashville (Davidson County) Jail for 60 days and Falsely Imprisoned at other facilities for over 6 months.
Why, you may wonder?
I was arrested because I wrote about Barack Hussein Obama not being Constitutionally qualified to be President; but moreover, I was arrested for calling for Citizen Grand Juries to investigate crimes committed by the BHO campaign in Nashville in 2007 and 2008.
As I write this account of my Family’s “ordeal,” I am afraid. Afraid not for myself, but for my Family and the Families of Good Patriotic Americans all across America. Afraid that my account will make other Patriots afraid to act on the Bill of Rights that were bestowed upon us by our Founding Fathers.
Remember that glorious final scene in the movie, “Witness” wherein Harrison Ford armed with nothing more than the Truth and the support of the peaceful Amish stared down the Criminally Corrupt police chief and said, “What are you going to do, kill us all?”
Despite my “ordeal” and the oppression of the BHO regime, I still believe that if we do as Ben Franklin said, “hang together,” We will prevail in our struggle to restore the Rule of Law in our Nation. After all, we have something that Ben did not have at the time he urged his fellow Patriots to “hang together,” a Constitution, a Bill of Rights and a 4th Branch of Government, a Citizens Grand Jury system.
I hasten to add that, although my Family has been terrorized by Criminally Corrupt BHO supporters in Nashville, We the People still have our Bills of Rights. Consequently, I am still able to exercise my right to Freedom of Speech, Freedom to Assemble and Freedom to Form Citizen Grand Juries, at least, for now.
Once again I urge all Patriots to form Citizen Grand Juries and regain control of Our government before it is too late.

Now let me specifically address the article. As I have mentioned before, I have spent many years as a civilian contractor in the Military Industrial Complex. I have been close to this topic. I can reveal a small amount here which may help. Perhaps from your background, you can add to this.
Not details – just some broad philosophy and implications.
I don’t think it is any surprise that both the Military and Civilian Government do planning for ‘scenarios’. Especially during the height of the Cold War, it was necessary to have alternatives for various catastrophes and ‘decapitations’ of established government structure.
I think it should also come as no surprise that many of the scenarios and plans must be withheld from the public. Otherwise such details would be public knowledge and be available to enemies.
With those thoughts in-mind, I will posit several questions to consider:
1. What should the Civilian Government do (or plan to do) if the current structure were destroyed but a few leaders were left standing?
2. What would be the triggers for activating such plans?
3. Who should know about such plans or approve such plans?
4. Which specific Civilian Government individuals or functions should be included in such a plan? And what there role should be the ‘day after’?
That is probably enough, though many more could be put forward.
The bottom line is that there are no good answers. Furthermore, their appears to be no way to define the triggers so that they could not be abused.
I have written here many times that Insane Hussein has more power than you can possibly imagine and that he must be removed before he can “push a button”. Actually there are numerous – all fatal to America we know and love – buttons that he can push.
That, in the end, is why it is so critical that we elect officials of only the highest caliber and moral fiber.
Our founders knew that was ultimately impossible and therefore created checks and balances. However, they did not foresee modern destructiveness. Therefore there MUST be some official ‘out’ (without the checks and balances) to preserve what might be left of the country.
Even more so today than 200 years ago – our top officials must be nearly perfect specimens of human goodness and dignity. Please vote carefully. Please help educate the masses. Please help punish the MSM who have failed to inform us and led us astray.
And – of course – GOD HELP US AND WATCH OVER US.

Failure to ascertain CHARACTER is a major factor in taking us to the place we now find ourselves. I guess the reason debate is necessary (to a point) IMHO, is so that we can hear and observe something of the participants’ views and demeanor, but it surely IS NOT the deciding factor, or, at least, it shouldn’t be. We have learned the hardest way possible how important background and history are!!

VENICE, La. — As Louisiana state and local officials continue to hammer BP and the federal agencies responding to the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, repeatedly threatening to “take matters into our own hands” if the response falls short, BP said Monday morning that it was further delaying its next attempt to shut off the leak.
The oil company has been planning to attempt a procedure known as a top kill, in which heavy fluid would be pumped into the well. Doug Suttles, chief operating officer for exploration and production, said in an interview on NBC on Monday morning that the top kill would be attempted Wednesday morning. BP had previously said it hoped to execute the procedure on Tuesday.
Saying that promises of more supplies frequently fell through, Mr. Jindal said he was going to send members of the Louisiana National Guard and Wildlife and Fisheries agents to monitor the oil and even to locate boom and other response supplies, which he and other officials said were available but sitting unused.
Mr. Jindal also urged the Army Corps of Engineers to immediately approve a plan to build artificial barrier islands out of sand to hold back the oil, a plan widely praised by local parish officials but questioned by some experts. He said he would raise the issue with President Obama in a conference call on Monday.

Most recently, it appears that some rallies have been infiltrated with thugs shouting racial slurs at black congressmen in the fight over health care. Violence has broken out a few times. The tea party movement is being successfully discredited as radical fringe – just as Lyndon LaRouche has planned. Coincidentally, that violence and racism falls right into the plans of the Southern Poverty Law Center and its government sanctioned reports that label our entire movement as potential terrorists. As hard as it is to understand why this continues, never give up faith that God is in His Heaven and all is right with the world. We The People have already managed to disrupt and delay much of what Obama had arrogantly believed he would already have achieved. We The People managed to inform ourselves and others of so much that Obama has managed to keep hidden, and more and more people are waking up to Obama’s evil. Even the ruckus over AZ’s new law is working in our favor, as Obama has now called 70% of the population racist and will further alienate former supporters, and they start to question their previous positions. Slow and steady wins the race — and win it we will!

Thanks for the words of encouragement which we should never forget! Although the future looks grim and the potential for catastrophe is certainly there, there are many pluses as we look back two years ago. At that time the picture was especially bleak because so many – the majority, I believe, didn’t have a clue as to what we were going to be facing. Now, because the heat has been turned up and we can clearly see who BHO really is and what his intentions are, multitudes are awakening. Like a snowball this enlightment and protest will grow as the days go by.
The battle will be hard, but it is almost like the iceberg. Nine-tenths is submerged, while only one-tenth is visible. For decades we have been plagued by the submerged berg and few even realized it. Then comes BHO and many are seeing the entire berg for the first time in a long, long time. This is encouraging. There are still those, however, who don’t even KNOW there is an iceberg that threatens us. Will they ever find out? Probably not unless it is after it is too late.
Along in the same trend of thought as my previous post, I’ve been thinking back to the days when Hitler was gaining in power in Germany in the 1930’s. Some of the citizens saw the coming danger and decided to save themselves by fleeing ahead of the pending storm. There were many, even in the same family, who ridiculed the “pessimists” and did nothing to stop what they did not perceive as a threat. There were a few very patriotic Germans who stayed and resisted. Yes, many of them paid with their life’s blood. The majority seemed to capitulate under Hitler’s heavy hand.
What will we be called to do? And will we do it?

Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds. What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.

Obama is NOT a natural born citizen no matter where he might have been born. Obama’s birth father was at no time an American citizen and on this basis alone, Obama cannot be a constitutionally qualified resident of the White House.
They know something else that the American people have yet to figure out…
The US Constitution no longer stands as the governing law of this land. Obama’s many unconstitutional policies, Czars, executive orders and statements provide the proof, and the fact that nobody in DC cares whether or not Obama is constitutionally qualified to be president of the United States should send a shiver down the spine of every red blooded American citizen, no matter their partisan agendas.
The people willing to ask the tough questions are deemed crackpots and conspiracy theorists, racists or bigots. But those tough questions should be obvious questions to all Americans and every president should have to answer those questions, no matter race, creed, color or party affiliation.
I fear that those questions will only be answered at the tip of pitch forks and torches one day. Sooner or later, the people will run out of patience with a system built to exclude them. When that day comes, I fear what methods will be employed and whether or not there will be a country left to save by then.
But sooner or later, one way or another, Obama will have to answer those questions. One day, the world will know who and what this man is and there will be a day of reckoning like no other in American history.
The longer it takes for that day to arrive, the more dangerous the situation will become. A man not even qualified to hold the office is using that office to destroy the greatest nation on earth. How much patience can the people be expected to display?
Obama is not eligible for the office he currently holds and everyone in a position to know – already know.
What they don’t know is how much longer they can keep it all a secret, or what will happen next.

This is the only real remedy for our country! We can be involved in various efforts to restore our country, but without God’s intervention we will not prevail. Eph. 6:12 says, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
The sooner we realize this the closer we will be to saving our country.

The way the administration has responded to the gulf oil disaster, it seems obvious that someone in the Obama administration is on the BP payroll and Barack Obama did accept a great deal of campaign contributions from BP, plus he is in charge so I would expect him to take command of the situation and hold BP accountable for cleaning up the mess by implementing daily fines as long as the oil continues to leak.
Throughout his presidency, Obama has had Bush to blame for all that has gone wrong, but sorry not this time. This happened on your watch Mr. Obama. Whatever occurs, you are responsible, and if BP owns you then that will become more and more obvious as beaches are destroyed and BP continues to drag their feet cleaning up this mess.
