Please read, “RUMORS, LIES, AND UNSUBSTANTIATED ‘FACTS’” from August 9, 2009 to learn that, there was no newspaper birth announcement. How do we know? 1. APFC admitted on their blog, they only copied an image of such ‘announcement’ from another blog, posted on that blog anonymously. Note: APFC failed to ‘identify’ the newspaper they claim printed that item. 2. BO admitted in pleadings submitted to the federal court the only image of a ‘birth announcement’ in existence was that phantom image on APFC. Note: BO failed to ‘identify’ the newspaper he claimed printed that item APFC posted.
In other words, no one could check up on these admissions by either APFC or BO because neither named the ‘newspaper’ in which this phantom ‘birth announcement’ had supposedly been published.
Read and learn. And, above all, once the lie has been ‘outed,’ stop doing the analysis! Instead, spend your time spreading the truth and, where applicable, doing something about it.

I said this all along. It explains why they had a wrong address and the wording didn’t line up like all others. If we find out who was born at that address during that time we will know that they just inserted the names over others names that lived at that address and gave birth at that time. I tried getting old copies of the newspaper with that annoucement and was told they don’t sell them that far back.
How come the Twin Girls didn’t have a newspaper annoucement? Was it that one that was “hijacked”?

If the Whitehouse has a problem with what Beck is saying why don’t they provide FACTUAL proof that he is wrong? That should be easy enough. Instead, they choose to attack the messenger, just like Saul Alinsky, the uber evil pied piper of the left taught them to do.
If Obama, or Jarrett have evidence that is verifiable that Beck is wrong, he will take a huge hit in credibility, on this issue, and in the future. So, if Jarret really isn’t the scum bag she appears to be, she need only show where Beck is wrong.
Of course, Beck doesn’t just dream up this information on corruption, he has many groups providing research. Judicial Watch provided much of the info on Jarret, and her slumlord, government money scamming ways. They are the ones who provided Jarret’s ranking as one of the TOP TEN MOST CORRUPT POLITICIANS. In fact, Jarrett had to get an ETHICS WAIVER to be the Czar of the Olympic lobbying effort. An ETHICS WAIVER?
Jarrett, it turns out, was pivotal in getting funding for many Chicago slum lords, including convicted felon, and close Obama friend, Tony Rezko. Her properties were rated as low as 11 on a scale of 0 to 100. The Boston Globe and Chicago Tribune have both had pieces that describe the squalor of these tenements, so it isn’t just Glenn Beck that has noticed.
Face it. This nation elected a leader of great moral turpitude, who has surrounded himself with criminals, Marxists, Communists, perverts, and nutjobs. Dare I say, this is, without a doubt, the most dangerous, malevolent group to ever inhabit the Whitehouse.

Glenn has been discovering the facts about Obama and those he has surrounded himself with because Obama told us to look at the people he has close to him if you what to know about him.
So Glenn does what his president told him to do, since the MSM won’t and he has begged them to, and after discovering some very terrible and horrible facts about these CZARS and ad visors that are supposedly just like Obama, Glenn asks questions every day begging the President to answer them so we all can hear his side adn clear the air. But the president refuses, fires people instead, after Glenn exposes them, but the president never tell us why he fired them either.
Every day that goes by, Glenn discovers more disturbing news ans has moire questions for the President to answer and we all know that there is no such thing as a bad question. as long as the president refuses to answer these simple questions the the MSM should be asking him, he will continue to look like he too is guilty and he has not been charged – yet.
Glenn is the president’s worst nightmare for very good reason it seems and Obama knows he must be silenced at all costs – by any means necessary. This president has very thin skin and tries to stifle all dissent of him and his policies and takes all criticism, no matter how small, personally. He is very dangerous and not to be trusted as a result.
Glenn better be watching his back and have lots of bodyguards or he will end up like Vince Foster.
All he has to do is answer Glenn’s questions to put this to rest. It is a very easy thing to do for such a powerful man – but he won’t do the simplest of things like producing his long form birth certificate and put the birthers to rest either. I communicated with a reporter from on eof teh Hawaii newspapers and he todl me I could get old papers and just call teh paper when I called the lady that answered said they only sell somethign like the last few weeks and doesn’t got back that far. But surely they must have a historical or archived issues.
I keep saying that Obamaliar was born in Kenya and Stanley Ann Dunham is not the BIRTH MOM, he was brought here to make him citizen for Future Immigration Purposes…..he would sponsor family members, etc. after age 18. I have always thought that the birth announcements prove nothing other than someone called the local paper and provided the information that was printed. Now it seems that the announcements don’t even prove that. I had assumed that the name of the paper was common knowledge. This was clearly a mistake on my part. I should have relied upon my belief that everything about Barack Obama is a deception, every single thing including those announcements.

I just checked my local library’s online services. I am only able to access newspaper articles online since 1980 – including those from Hawaii!
I hope that means they have earlier issues on microfilm – the way I used to have to do research in college. I will be there first thing Monday morning, and if that does not pan out – on to local Universities, who may have more inclusive archives.
Obama cannot have purged every piece of microfilm.

The whole question of whether Obama was or wasn’t a Muslim began in the Obama camp — then there was a whole series of contradictory reports — no! he isn’t — well, maybe he is — well, maybe he used to be — no! absolutely not! — he’s a committed Christian. Yeah, but what kind of Christian — he wasn’t quite what I was used to — for 20 years, Obama was a member of a huge black nationalist church, the Trinity United Church of Christ (UCC) — its pastor, Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright, a former Muslim and black nationalist, unabashedly preached a “black” gospel” and “liberation theory.”
And people said — hey! — wait a minute! Then the dozens of different eligibility issues — Obama’s birthplace is not certain — the birth certificate is demonstrably counterfeit — he admits he was a British subject at birth. And then The Obama File published this list:

Being a “Birther” is not about the birth certificate. The birth certificate isn’t the answer. It’s a symbol for all the other stuff that’s just not there. You wouldn’t hire with a guy with this CV to mow your lawn. Obama’s complete disregard for the reasonable expectations of the American people to know who and what their leaders, are created Birthers — and Obama can make them go away — in a heartbeat. This case is the case to restore our original government, the original documents and the original government the Founders then lived out…it restores the constitutionally set government known as We The People in lieu of all this post Civil War nonsense – dead paper such as the DC Organic Act of 1871, the IMF, Resolution 511 and exclusionary court rules that judges invoke against the pro se nonlawyer etc. etc. – that is all unconstitutional. At Marbury we secured a do-over with SCOTUS but not one nonlawyer was ever allowed entry to the bar until I was on 11/20/08…I entered directly and forced direct action and the Chief Justice obeyed an Executive Order I issued thus stood aside We The People. I needed and wanted him to create the only paper birth certificate that rises to proof that a citizen is natural born: The SCOTUS docket naming me as both victim and pro se counsel and with the word DENIED on it. If your legal argument is that We The People have been denied justice absolutely and that even SCOTUS came to violate the Constitution then SCOTUS must write DENIED thus concurring. If they write granted? You have no case! DENIED allowed me to go back and name John Roberts exactly thus leveling the playing field as upon re-entry to SCOTUS the case then becomes all pro se litigants against those who are not: Susan and Roberts V Obama and the US, Corp US that is. John Roberts and I are equivalent legal authorities that now represent We The People meaning: Susan Herbert not Barack Obama is the acting, legal President and Commander of the US government, The People. The military already sided with me as about ten years ago the Joint Chiefs issued a statement that they would support the person who was able to restore the original jurisdiction government. They were contacted again; I highly doubt they will inform John Roberts and I that they are no longer wiling to enforce the Constitution.

The biggest thing you can do to help yourself is publicize that this case has been docketed in order to put pressure on the media and Congress…the reason the other branches do not want it heard is ALL OF THEM THEN WILL HAVE TO GO HOME AND/OR GO TO JAIL. If he does not he is entering a plea of no contest and as the US is in default and has been since 11/05/08? As the US failed to respond at all? He is violating the equal protection clauses as if SCOTUS, the CIA and Susan must obey the letter and the spirit of the law so must he but he does not. He is arbitrarily picking and choosing what he will live out and what he will enforce. Proof is he first said he would not investigate the activities of the CIA but then acted to do it. That then is arbitrary, it is conditional, and as no other condition changed Obama then is the condition that changes and there is nothing lawful or equal and due about it. Obama changed his mind and upon what only he knows as our Constitution did not change nor did new case law arise nor do we have a new CIA director since he installed himself as the Executive and appointed one. The chief law enforcement officer enforces the law, period. He applies it to everyone including himself. Ideally he never violates it. But Obama has not once lived up to the letter or the spirit of our Constitution or so I truly believe and he falsely claims that he is an innocent victim of crime. Thus: I never need to see a single paper to then prove Obama is not the acting, legal constitutionally named or set President and Commander as I have what our Founders gave me: life. Plus the paper trail exists and I already entered it as Obama and CORP US hid the wrong paper. I previously stated that they failed to hide Resolution 511; I now state that they failed to hide the Declaration, Constitution and Marbury as well as Bush V Gore, the SCOTUS docket dated 11/05/08 & 11/20/08 with my name only upon it as both the victim and pro se counsel, several SCOTUS rulings that set federal precedent, the text of the missing 13th Amendment, the dates on the IMF/UN legislation, the UN Treaty, the Albany County Police report dated JUNE of 98, the Albany County Court record dated JULY of 98, the Philadelphia County Court record dated DECEMBER of 2000, the Middle District of FL court record dated APRIL 4, 2007, the Middle District of FL court RULING & ORDER dated JANUARY 20th & 21st, 2009 and the Federal Reserve as it is named on the paper being passed off as US dollars when they are not: Our money reads FEDERAL RESERVE, a private concern, and NOTE. I exactly entered a picture of a $500 NOTE as an attachment to my acted upon emergency application that has John Marshall on it; he would turn over in his grave if he knew he was pictured on a foreign note passed off as constitutional when it is not! I believe this was also entered to lower federal court. My fact is Obama and CORP US did not manage to hide one single piece of paper evidence that rises to proof. The paper they hid never rises to proof thus I never need to see it. Obama and his lawyer, Bob Bauer, can keep Obama’s birth certificate, passport and college records to themselves for all eternity as what he has to do is give birth to a record that he does not have the human ability to forge: He would have to change the exact words of our Declaration of Independence. The Constitution provides for no method of amending the Declaration. Neither does Marbury. Even the whole of SCOTUS, the Chief Justice himself and the President all working together and with every resource at their disposal cannot amend the Declaration as we won the Revolution or so I allege. This Writ needs to be granted so I can teach Americans what constitutes proof and what does not and so they learn that no piece of paper ever actually proves a thing about who and what you are or who and what we are as a nation. We The People serve – live – to be or become proof of the paper!

So have members of Congress only Congress has gone one further: Granting constitutional authority to make believe, fantasy officers. They are also stating as fact that they know what is said when SCOTUS meets to discuss cases as in how they voted. Also if you merely lived here for 14 years you are natural born. YES, if you lived here in 1763 or 1777 as you left off [I]at the time the Constitution was adopted[/I]. That would make you natural born as you were actually present when the actual Constitution both paper and People was actually naturally born, when it sprang from the minds of our Founders one of which you then are: Thus you are natural born. From a letter authored by [B]Anders Crenshaw[/B], my Rep, in response to why he is not addressing Obama and why he did not address the candidates on the ballot: “According to Article II of the Constitution, the eligibility requirements for the Office of the President include: 1) natural born citizenship; 2) 35 years of age, and 3) 14 years of residency in the United States. Concerned citizens have questioned whether President-elect Obama meets these minimum qualifications, and some have brought legal challenges attempting to prevent him from assuming the office based on his place of birth. However, these legal challenges to the President’s citizenship have been dismissed in several states, and the Supreme Court overwhelmingly decided that it would not issue a writ of certiorari to hear an appeal of each dismissal. In addition, Hawaii’s Health Director and Head of Vital Statistics examined and certified the authenticity of President Obama’s birth certificate following an investigation by his office. The document has also been reviewed and deemed authentic by experts at the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg Public Policy Center.” Policy??? Not Law? I reasoned: ‘I have new evidence. A Rep wrote and said he knew as fact and law Obama is qualified as A COLLEGE TOLD HIM SO. Not the one Obama went to either. It’s actually a matter of policy, Crenshaw’s personal policy. He is convinced we will believe his fact is the Constitution does not apply to himself or to Obama or even to SCOTUS, lol. Since WHEN is the word of a college via it’s Policy Center then constitutional authority??? We do not ask colleges to reason our application of the law precisely as they are not the constitutional authority. Why pay the Justices if colleges will tell me for free what the Constitution DOES NOT SAY as no where is “Health Director”, “Head Of Vital Statistics”, “UNIVERSITY” or “PHILANTHROPIC THINK TANK ASSOCIATED WITH A COLLEGE, THE WEALTHY AND MAYBE A POLITICAL PARTY” named? As no where is “PAPER” or “Birth certificate” named? I got a birth certificate for ya: The SCOTUS docket with my name on it pro se proving direct action took place as I directly acted to create that. I gave natural birth to it as I moved the Court to then directly act with my fact and my reasoning or knowledge and my application of the law. I proved ownership. Why pay the Rep as the Constitution and US case law is published at no cost all over the place? You’d think a Rep would act as if he is a constitutional authority not ask someone else who is not named unlike him as “Representative” is exactly named. So are the concerned citizens as “The People” are exactly named as well. A Rep, my Rep, reasoned his violation of the Constitution by citing “SUPREME COURT” exactly as the cause or reason, he names that first, and then claiming he knows the vote, as it was exactly “overwhelmingly” against The “concerned” People, the actual equal authority who have an interest and a right. SCOTUS as it exists today is not exactly named as a constitutional authority as the actual first constitutional authority, Crenshaw’s actual first cause, The People, created it ex post facto via the named Constitutional process – redress in a court of law – thus LENT THEIR CONSCIOUS AWARENESS or AUTHORITY to SCOTUS. The People not the paper empowered SCOTUS and still do. SCOTUS never acts against the citizens as that then is acting against the Constitution! Against their own selves!!! Who does that??? Who harms their own self??? Who violates their own right of safety??? We negotiate a lot of things but not the Constitution!!! So WHO does negotiate it against our will? I can’t name one Justice who is nuts and/or power hungry. I’ve met these people on paper; we have a relationship, the Constitution, so as we are related I know. Like the judges in my case and in the cases of other nonlawyer pro se litigants SCOTUS is his named excuse; SCOTUS is now the default excuse of oligarchs.’ That’s what I reasoned but I wrote back: ‘SCOTUS is not the cause. That’s not why you refuse to obey the Constitution or abide by the oath you swore. I would know as I’m IN RE SUSAN HERBERT and I live in your district. The authority, the citizens, has made a simple mistake and one they would make as you are the cause of it: They asked to see Obama’s paper as if that paper is the authority or as if they do not trust SCOTUS thus they do not own the knowledge of the Constitution or US case law…John Marshall said your action is the proof that you own the knowledge or the truth of the Constitution thus delivery or filing of the paper need not occur. He ruled as we are a living government of people then PEOPLE ACTING IS THE PROOF NOT THE PAPER. This is for anyone who does not understand why SCOTUS is so hesitant to hear a case asking Obama to produce his paper. 1, Paper is neverabsolute proof in any actual Constitutional nation as people or life is proof. You can’t trust paper especially if a crook is producing it! The crook has will and liberty but the paper does not thus you cannot ask the paper if it was forged as it can’t answer thus can’t be questioned – you can’t charge a piece of paper with fraud thus why would you ever suspect it? – and you can’t trust whatever the crook tells you. Well, you can but you shouldn’t. Trust is an emotion. Trust is for people not paper. I trust myself, The Creator and the signers who embodied the law not the paper copy and not you, Crenshaw. My fact? I never yet met a Rep I do trust. 2, Obama then can refuse to obey a Justice as a Justice cannot mount an argument back or against him thus a citizen must. The citizens protect the Justices and so SCOTUS thus the Constitution. Usually they enforce SCOTUS rulings by living them out as real but a citizen might have to defend an employee of SCOTUS or the institution itself from you or another crook. What if Obama refuses to obey an order of SCOTUS aka The People but yet still sits? What if no named ‘authority’ charged with the duty acts to make Obama or Biden or any of these persons comply with the Constitution? Obama would not be refusing to obey SCOTUS but the Constitution aka The People. THE authority. That’s dangerous as it sets a dangerous precedent for the crooks: it tells the crooks they can do whatever they wish w/o consequence. 3, If people acting is the proof? All you can and may do then is act pro se thus leveling the playing field as Obama then has to do the same thing – enter his legal argument pro se or in person w/o a hired gun as the oath of Office says I WILL. Thus you’ll soon know who is or is not the constitutionally set President; you’ll know who is or is not qualified to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution aka We The People. The whole petition is online as I asked SCOTUS to adjudicate one question and then let The People govern themselves. I truly believe we can revisit the federal income tax. Also: This then frees up a whole lot of money. Money is a symbol; money represents the energy The People expend. There’s only so much energy in the US. Contrary to what Congress would have you believe they cannot create energy thus violate the law of this universe as that is a power reserved to The Creator thus all of this create money to cover the cost of legislation is unconstitutional. “Minting” is not “Printing at will”. We will have more money thus more energy circulating. The People can then pay off their debts, as nobody is to escape paying them as they chose to enter those contracts. You pay the debt off and never enter those contracts again. The People can spend what they do have. Congress can’t spend what does not exist in this universe and what is not constitutional for them to take from us if The People are informed as The People (or the President) check SCOTUS not Congress. A ruling isn’t supposed to leave SCOTUS and go straight to Committee but this one did in 1909 and so it was made ‘law’ in less than a year (See the 1911 & 12 rush to ratify to then circumvent The People and see Appendix S re the 16th’s questionable legal status and see the 1912 Presidential election as it seems to have been engineered; at the very least a massive conflict existed). Nobody checked Pollack as the power to tax is derived from Art 1 Sec 8. If The People do not know they check SCOTUS they can’t. I have zero proof the 16th is constitutional but tons of proof it is not. I, Susan, do not work for CORP US and 16 says only federal employees are subject to the federal income tax, a fact the IRS takes great pains to avoid naming in any of its literature. I engaged the IRS and they violated the law. FL, PA and VA never took 16 up. Granting this Writ then is an actual stimulus package.

There exists a note from a private investigator for Joseph Farah where the investigator found a street directory listing that showed Dunham, Srs at the birth address.
The same street directory showed that Obama, Sr. lived in the same place all the time he was in Hawaii, and that Ann Dunham lived at the same time in Seattle.
The private investigator even provided photocopies of the directory listings for 1961.
These stories have appeared only in the last 6 weeks, so they are not old stories.

It’s a glimpse into our financial future – and not too distant one I should add. The story is quite interesting & uplifting given what they’ve been going through for close to a year now.

He was inspired by the strength & tenacity of the small population of peoples against these corrupt and ruthless oligarchs & elitists. He seemed hopeful these people, with their tirelessness efforts to run the WMF folks (World Monetary Fund) out of town, would be successful. He was also hopeful their situation could be a role model for us.
Their financial future hangs by a thread, but they aren’t backing down. The people have risen up and literally revolted against the British/Dutch’s strong arm forcing them to accept a bailout “loan” from the WMF with payback terms that would be financial suicide for them.
Iceland has a population of roughly around 300,000 and the WMF & Gordon Brown are trying to extort $6 Billion dollars from them. The story is interesting on many fronts.

I read somewhere that as the twins had a prominent father – I believe and MD of some sort – and therefore would have warranted an actual news story and not been relegated to the legal announcements section.
The only way to prove/disprove anything would be to take a fine toothed trip through the archives.
That makes me wonder – note to self – are there any mainland libraries that have archives of Hawaiian newspapers?

I could have sworn that one of the newspapers (the Star-Bulletin or the Honolulu Advertiser) actually did confirm the birth announcement as being in their newspapers archives (I think I saw it one night on Bill O’Reilly, but not sure about that). However, I have not seen this claim independently verified. Personally, I think it doesn’t matter, because Grandma Dunham (or another close relative) could have filed the paperwork that created BO’s long form certificate of live birth based on false information. The Hawaii DOH would have created the long form BC, and then sent the (false) information on to the newspapers.
Do we have someone here who lives in Hawaii and could check the newspaper archives? It would be interesting to see if the archives match the alleged birth announcements.

I think that the Big Money Machine that Runs Things (BMMRT) set their sites on Barack Obama back in 2004. You’re so right that he’s certainly not smart enough, nor rich enough, to install himself into the White House. But the BMMRT has billions, and spent many of them to get this nincompoop where he is today – making a complete fool of himself on the world stage.
Anyway, the BMMRT realized that Barack would do anything they asked, if they paid him, and that Obama was an illegal, so they had him by the cajones if he ever tried to cross them. He is corrupt, moral-less, so BO wouldn’t balk at committing the most heinous of crimes for a few dollars more.
And the BMMRT has SO MUCH MONEY, and has run things for so long, that they just put the word out: CROSS OBAMA AT YOUR OWN RISK. And our Congress and Supreme Court took them at their word and totally backed down.

I’ve noticed that every time I have an important hearing about Obama coming, my site is being hacked more viciously then usual.
I am doing the best I can to secure the site, but keep in mind- I am a threat not only to Obama, but also to people with billions and trillions of dollars who put this Kenyan-Indonesian puppet with the Social of a deceased in our White House.
These people can afford the most expensive hackers in the world and a lot of them. Did you notice that nobody ever hacks Gary Kreeps site? I guess they don’t consider him a threat.
My site is hosting by Network Solutions- it is the most reputable co. I purchased addititonal security package with them. I run 3 virus scans and a firewall on my computer, but nothing is 100% full proof, particularly when so much is at stake.
What can be done:
1. I’ve noticed that people with Norton antivirus seem to be able to flush malware better then with McAffee. I would recommend for you to install the Norton antivirus
2. Yahoo and MSN don’t flash this malware sign as Google does. Maybe their crawlers check the signs more often. Try going to the site through Yahoo or MSN
3. Try to go to the site directly by typing the URL on the top of your screen, not through the search engine
4. I need people who are experts in Cyber security to help with this
5. You need to reporst all of this to FBI and Dep of Justice, though I have to say they’ve been totally worthless until now. All of the reports of hacking, destruction fo web sites, tampering with the pay-pal, with my cars- brought no help or cooperation from the FBI ot Dep of Justice. That is why I have included RICO in my pleadings. Not only Obama needs to go, we need a comprehensive investigation, a number of people will need to leave their positions, and possibly criminally prosecuted.
6. I will also need people to help with clerical work and advertising and marketing

I am getting differing viewpoints as to what is public information and whet is not. INS records used to be PUBLIC INFORMATION. Saw some posters discussing the birth announcements.
Here’s a link to the newspaper announcement. To my eye, when zoomed way in to see the other info and lay-out, they look very questionable. I’ve read that these announcements have not (and cannot) be authenticated by the Honolulu Advertiser, but then here they are.

I’m int genealogy and searching newspaper archives is not complicated. If I was in Hawaii I’d do it myself. Go to:
Hawaii State Library
478 South King Street
Honolulu, Hawaii 96813
Ask for the newspaper archives. There are at least two daily Newspapers, Honolulu Star-Bulletin and Honolulu Advertiser. Get the reels for both newspapers that contain month of August, 1961. Someone there can show you how to use the machines. I am technically inept so if I can do it, YOU can do it.
The birth announcements may be published only once a week but usually are printed in the same section of the newspapers. EX. Following want ads or maybe in community section. The genealogy librarians usually know where they are located. Take copies of the birth announcements that have been on the internet for a comparison. Obama’s birth should be listed sometime between August 4th to August 31st. You may want to look for surname of Dunham also. When you find the birth announcement, put a coin in the machine and press print. If someone in Hawaii is willing to do this, contact me before you go, so I can give you further important suggestions.

That said, it was heartening to read there was an actual docket at SCOTUS with the title and number Susan indicated. We need to know more. I did go to the SCOTUS blog thing and didn’t find it there…but, that only means they didn’t have it yet. The SCOTUS site itself is official.

Good idea. Whoever is knowledgeable in the process may wish to ask for the index data for that number AND two numbers before and two numbers after and see what comes up based on that. Straddle the target and see what is similar and what is different. Just an idea and thinking our loud as passing it along to anyone out there working on the HI records system and cover-up.
When the people involved in this are rhetorically hanged, it will be the cover-up activities and actions that gets most of them the quickest, imo. When the ship starts sinking, and the tipping point is reached, watch all the cover-up rats scurry for safety and even helping to sink the ship faster to save their own tails in the tales. 😉

Saw some posters discussing the birth announcements.
Here’s a link to the newspaper announcement. To my eye, when zoomed way in to see the other info and lay-out, they look very questionable. I’ve read that these announcements have not (and cannot) be authenticated by the Honolulu Advertiser, but then here they are.

I’m int genealogy and searching newspaper archives is not complicated. If I was in Hawaii I’d do it myself. Go to:
Hawaii State Library
478 South King Street
Honolulu, Hawaii 96813
Ask for the newspaper archives. There are at least two daily Newspapers, Honolulu Star-Bulletin and Honolulu Advertiser. Get the reels for both newspapers that contain month of August, 1961. Someone there can show you how to use the machines. I am technically inept so if I can do it, YOU can do it.
The birth announcements may be published only once a week but usually are printed in the same section of the newspapers. EX. Following want ads or maybe in community section. The genealogy librarians usually know where they are located. Take copies of the birth announcements that have been on the internet for a comparison. Obama’s birth should be listed sometime between August 4th to August 31st. You may want to look for surname of Dunham also. When you find the birth announcement, put a coin in the machine and press print. If someone in Hawaii is willing to do this, contact me before you go, so I can give you further important suggestions.

I wish I could say I’m excited about Orlys case tomorrow, but we’ve been down this road over a hundred times.
Even if the Judge okays the case to go forward, you can bet there will be an appeal to that decision, and that will take another 60 days, and then there will be some procedural screw up by someone, which will result in another 60 day wait.
Then if they ever do get to trial, there will be some bulls*t loophole that Obama will wiggle thru, and someone will forget to cross a “T” or dot an “I”, and that will cost us another 120 days …….
It just goes on and on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and on………
By the time one of these cases gets a full hearing, and Obama is deemed ineligible, he’ll have been in office 2 terms, lol.

Peter: In NY, certain medications are “carded” on the shelves. That means you have to bring the “card” to the pharmacist in order to get the actual bottle of medication, and you have to sign a sheet with your name and address attesting to the fact that you purchased that medication. This “carded” medication cannot be purchased again in your name for a period of one month, but the pharmacy extracts those medications that are “controlled” under NYS Law before you can purchase them. If this system had been in place in Indiana, then she would have been prevented from purchasing what she purchased and therefore, would not have been arrested. I agree with her; the law needs to be changed in Indiana to actually reflect whose responsibility it is to control the sale of drugs that can be used in the production of Meth. I believe it is the Pharmacy’s responsibility to protect the public from unknowingly purchasing something that can be used for another purpose.

The relationship between President Barack Obama and the commander of Nato forces in Afghanistan has been put under severe strain by Gen Stanley McChrystal’s comments on strategy for the war.
According to sources close to the administration, Gen McChrystal shocked and angered presidential advisers with the bluntness of a speech given in London last week.

An adviser to the administration said: “People aren’t sure whether McChrystal is being naïve or an upstart. To my mind he doesn’t seem ready for this Washington hard-ball and is just speaking his mind too plainly.”
In London, Gen McChrystal, who heads the 68,000 US troops in Afghanistan as well as the 100,000 Nato forces, flatly rejected proposals to switch to a strategy more reliant on drone missile strikes and special forces operations against al-Qaeda.
He told the Institute of International and Strategic Studies that the formula, which is favoured by Vice-President Joe Biden, would lead to “Chaos-istan”.
When asked whether he would support it, he said: “The short answer is: No.”

The “complete lives system” is a system that can only be advanced by by someone like Dr.E. Emanuel, who despite having specialist degrees in medicine, has spent the majority of his professional work life in academia. I don’t think he has seen a patient for care in a few decades.
You know when patients are diagnosed with terminal illnesses, doctors on ethical and legal grounds do not talk about the prognosis of a patient’s condition based on statistical probabilities. And they all must know the probabilities because their treatment options are guided by those numbers in large part.
They also don’t discuss these numbers because patients aren’t numbers. They are human beings all destined to respond to their illness on their own timetable which no one can predict, despite the number assigned to them.
This “complete lives system” reduces human beings to numbers. It is an anthema to doctors, at least doctors who spend their lives by the patient’s bedside and not crunching numbers.
The twins are legit. . .no doubt. Check this.

The White House also received an autographed copy of Larry’s book with a dedication I still laugh over; he hit them both right between the eyes.
And then there was the murdered Donald Young who was reported to be involved in an ‘intimate’ relationship with Barky.
For a wife to have to deal with all this, knowing what she obviously knows, has to be hell.
I somehow don’t think that the loss of the Olympics is the only thing that has turned this relationship to ice.

At the beginning of his campaign Michelle was essentially given a gag order after she made several complaints about Obama as a husband.
I thought her complaints were telling, in that it was in reference to his domestic ineptitude/disorder.
Later Obama himself stated his desk at work was so disorganized he could never find anything on his desk.
On the face of it such comments may seem trivial, but such abilities play powerfully into a commander-in-chief’s executive skills.
Just consider this Copenhagen fiasco. Everyone refers to Obama’s ability to multi-task. I say it’s his inability to focus on that which matters in a timely fashion. That’s the test of one’s executive skills.

I am one that believes he is merely carrying out others agendas. So, no big deal he doesn’t have these basic executive skills. That’s why I believe he comes across as not caring, clueless, arrogant, give me a couple of teleprompters, a speech writer and I can read the written word with the best of them attitude. She, Michelle, on the other hand, had this grandiose idea of her man and his capabilities of being able to stand up to these financiers so as to meld “their” agendas with “others” agendas. Looks like it’s not working out that way. He & she are having to give up what they wanted to accomplish – as have most of the presidents – and in the meantime be humiliated in headlines worldwide. Our Founding Fathers were revolutionaries against the Crown, had they lost the Revolutionary War, they would have been hung as traitors. People get off track when they make cardboard history out of these people . These were living, breathing people that wanted their own form of government who did not want to pay anymore tribute to a far away greedy, wasteful empire, who did not listen to them and had no idea of their daily lives. Some things never change. Taxation without representation started the original tea party, how do we know we are represented now, seems like Government takes what it wants and if the people don’t like it-lump it.

People get off track when they make cardboard history out of these people . David Jr. Meets his Commander in Chief
For those who do not know Dave Borden Sr., he is a former Black & Decker employee who lives in Hanover.
His son Dave Jr was serving in Iraq and was badly injured from a bomb explosion. Dave Jr has had over 38 surgeries to date. The email below is from Dave about a recent visit with President Obama.
Dave Sr.’s email speaks for its self:
Since Dave Jr. has been injured he has met and been overwhelmed by many, many political and military “celebs”.
The list includes Bob Gates, Sec. of Defense, who came into his room and told him 3 or 4 times that if Dave Jr. had any issues to call his cell phone number.
It includes Gen. Petraeus who sat and talked with Dave Jr. for almost 45 minutes. The General recalled vividly all of the circumstances around the events that led to the fighting that Dave was involved in.
It includes Sen. McCain who arrived late on a Saturday afternoon during a thunderstorm, unannounced, and talked to Dave Jr. about similar their experiences with fate.
It includes George Bush when Dave Jr. was invited to attend the very last Christmas party at the White House for the White House Staff. President Bush and his wife entered the ballroom and immediately went to Dave Jr. President Bush knew Dave Jr’s name as well as when and how he was injured. Dave Jr. had a picture taken with Laura and the President that he has framed and will cherish forever.
The list goes on and on of people coming in to meet Dave Jr. and the other wounded warriors at Walter Reed and Bethesda.
[When] Dave Jr. was ordered to be at the National Naval Hospital with another 12 soldiers and Marines to meet with Obama, Obama was supposed to arrive at 11:30 AM.
[Obama] finally got there at 3:00 PM. [LEAVING INJURED TROOPS WAIT 3 1/2 HOURS!]
[Obama] entered the room with the wounded warriors and quickly shook each of their hands.
[Obama] never asked their names, where they were from, or how they were injured.
Then [Obama] left.
Dave Jr. has met the people who really care about the military.
All [David Jr.] remembers from Obama is a weak handshake.
The others in the room, younger and less exposed to the people that Dave Jr. has met, were so disappointed.
Word about Obama’s “insensitive” visit has spread to the MATC ( the rehab facility) at Walter Reed and throughout Bethesda .
The military sees through his phoniness.
All I can say is that it is such a disappointment that this man is Commander-In-Chief of our Armed Forces.

I saw 60 Minutes long ago and they did a piece about Magic Johnson-it was about what was he going to do after the HIV/AIDS diagnosis. He said he always wanted to go into construction, so he did. I’ll never forget it, here was this huge person sitting behind a desk with his hard hat on. Due to his hard work, smarts and celebrity his company is doing well. Capitalism accomplishes what ACORN cannot. The poor to them are a commodity- worse just a word. The poor are a means to an end-getting federal funding, so the politicans like Obama, Jarrett and others can steal as much as they want under color of law. Eventually these investigations are going to lead to Obama and minions, if they haven’t gotten there already.

Wow, Linda, that’s really good! I was up a good part of the night, clutching my little cross and praying for Dr. Taitz, the judge, the plaintiffs, and even Obama (for God to heal his mind). We will triumph, one way or another, because GOOD always triumphs over evil!

I praise the USM when they deserve praising (which is quite often). And I scorn them when they fail to follow the letter of the law.
I blame the officers in high command for not stepping up to the plate and now soldiers are dying because of it. There is absolutely no excuse for patriotic soldiers doing their duty for We the People dying while fighting a mission to fill the coffers of a Usurping tyrannical baboon who wants to dismantle our way of life.
And don’t tell me the Pentagon doesn’t know anything about the incessant questioning of Soetoro’s usurping. They know all about it. I know because I have spoken with quite a few who work there. Apparently it’s a “taboo subject”. What I want to know is how these officers can look in the mirror each day knowing they are contributing to the downfall of the Republic. I have told them they have a choice. They can continue to protect their jobs, or do the right thing, even if it means a court martial.
